I made a reservation at Shawnee Mountain Ski resort for Jan 3, 2022 from TicketsatWork.com order no: **. The ski-mountain was closed on that day due to maintenance and I was told by the venue that I am eligible for a refund. But when I submitted the refund request from TicketsatWork.com it was denied the request with no valid reason. If the venue is ready to refund the amount, why is TicketsatWork.com holding my balance?
We apologize that the ski resort was closed that day but happy that a prompt resolution was made. Thank You.

Updated on 01/14/2022: A customer Service agent, Richard, reached out to me regarding this post. He was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concern. He asked me what I wanted to make it right and I asked for a refund. He processed my refund and within 4 days it was in our account due to the weekend. Thank you Richard! I appreciate your time and making it work. Our family will be able to enjoy another theme park at a later date when we can all be together! You have made things right and again I will recommend Tickets at Work!
Original Review: Tickets at Work Knott's Berry Farm Tickets purchase was a complete disappointment! On Dec 23, 2021 we made our way down to Knott's Berry Farm with excitement and tickets in hand. The weather was gloomy and rainy but had our rain jackets, boots and umbrellas ready to go. Both of our Army and Navy serving children were home for the holidays and they were happy to be home in CA. When we arrived at the gate it was raining and we were told they would be closing the park for the day due to the weather. We would have never expected the park to close due to weather!!! And would have never driven over 2.5 hours knowing they close the parks due to weather. We are hard core Disneyland goers and love to go to the park in the rain and have done it frequently.
All the cast members at Knott’s were extremely nice and recommended we go to the customer service counter just outside the park. We were greeted by Diego, he listened and was extremely sympathetic. He asked us to fill out a form with the ticket info and then he would get back to us for our refund request. The supervisor, Jalyssa, took over and let us know that due to it being a third-party purchase that they could not give us a refund or offer us tickets to come back another time. But that if we had purchased the tickets directly even though it clearly states NO REFUNDS, they would accommodate our request (for a refund or tickets to come back anytime in 2022), just as they did for several other families that day.
She explained that even though it is their policy, NO REFUNDS, that good customer service is what brings their customers back and they want their customers to be happy. She said making families happy is the most important. She explained that since we did not use the tickets at all we could most likely get a refund. She explained that even though it is a third party that we purchased the tickets from they are still get the tickets from Knott's Berry Farm and they have the final decision. She explained it would be reasonable to ask for our money back as they CLOSED the park. We really appreciated her time and kindness.
The circumstance of the park closing was not even something we considered. Weather is one thing but they closed the park!! Nothing on the tickets says anything that they could close the park due to weather. We were extremely disappointed and since our adult military children were only on leave for the week before the holiday, sadly we had no other time to use the tickets.
I reached out to Tickets at Work four times and explained to the representatives the situation and that it was not a under normal circumstances that we were asking for a refund. When you call the representative is not who makes the decisions. They only type what you say and it goes to another representative that makes the decision. All the representatives were very nice and listened but I feel there is a disconnect. I feel the 2nd person who makes the decision just read the rules of the tickets and they immediately say no, no matter what. There responses were almost immediate with a big NO REFUNDS. I am highly disappointed in the effort they make to understand life’s ups and downs and that NO doesn’t always have to be NO. The Closing of the park was not our doing and we would have been happy to go in the rain.
I am an administrator and work for a large company and I always have recommended Tickets at Work to our employees but now I will not.☹ Again, I am saddened and disappointed with Tickets at Work lack of compassion with unforeseen circumstances. And that our military family was unable make the best of our Christmas time together with this purchase.

I purchased 2 tickets for The Weeknd concert in NY in the amount of $660 for 2020 which was postponed due to Covid. The concert was rescheduled twice and finally cancelled in Oct. Tickertsatwork notified that the concert was cancelled and would be processing my refund. To date I have yet to received said refund. I've contacted them every few weeks via email and calls trying to get my money. I've been told that it was coming once they received it as they are a third party. I was told it was rejected and sent back to them and asked if my card and account are active, which they are fine.
I was told a check was mailed out on Nov 19, which I never received and then they asked to verify my address and didn't have my apartment number. I provided that and was told I should receive a check this week, which I still haven't received. Upon my call to them once again yesterday I was told again the check already went out and they are checking with accounting to see what is going on. Of course the customer rep couldn't get accounting to respond and once again I'm told someone will get back to you within 72 hours via email (that never happens).
I contacted them yesterday morning and a few hours later I get 2 emails from a rep. The first saying they were closing my ticket because they have been trying to get in touch with me for the past 2 weeks and was unable to do so. I had to lay into the rep stating I had a call with them this morning and the fact that you state that you've been trying to reach me for the past 2 weeks was a lie and a joke because I had just spoken with someone that morning and I've been calling them every week. The second one was to thank me for my patience while they work on this. The second one came in right after the first but I have had enough of them and went in on whoever reads that message because they didn't waste a minute taking my money and 2 months later I'm still trying to get my refund.
I did state in my email I will be seeking legal counsel because there shouldn't be this much issue giving me back my money if they are truly trying to give me my refund. I need to speak with a manager to resolve this issue. I will have to dispute this charge with my bank because enough is enough. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS I WILL NEVER AGAIN.
I am glad we were able to resolve this refund issue. If you have any more problems please reach out to me. Have a great weekend and hopefully the Weeknd will do another show soon. Thanks!

I have a family trip scheduled for mid-January and purchased 6 tickets (~$350) to Knott's Berry Farm through Ticketsatwork.com on 12/30/21. There was only one option for purchasing tickets that can be used on a Sunday, which were called "Good Any Day" tickets. Upon purchasing and receipt of the actual tickets later that evening, it stated that the tickets were only valid for the 2021 season, which means they would have expired today (1/1/22).
I reached out to customer service immediately after purchasing to see what could be done, not asking for a refund, but simply trying to exchange them for tickets that would work during our trip, in 2 weeks. I received an email response the next morning stating that after "exhausting every avenue in advocacy of my refund request", that it was denied and nothing can be done. It's absolutely ridiculous to me that you would sell "Good Any Day" tickets that are literally only valid for the next 48 hours - but in addition, that customer service did absolutely nothing to try to remedy the issue, and instead just takes the $350 and says "sorry if we didn't meet your expectations about our ticket validity." I guess my expectations of being able to purchase tickets that would be valid 2 weeks from now was too high?
We apologize about the expiration on the tickets you purchased. We do have a manager trying to contact you about this situation. Please call him back at your earliest convenience. Thanks.

I recently purchased tickets for a Cirque du Soleil show in Seattle. On the TicketsAtWork website they did not itemize taxes and fees until after I had paid at which point they did not permit a refund. Instead they highlighted the "Total" as the amount without taxes and fees so their website made their price look much lower than it actually was. In reality their price was just marginally lower ($5) than tickets purchasable directly from the Cirque du Soleil website which offered a better choice of seating. I tried to cancel by phone immediately after placing the order and seeing the full charges but their customer service refused to help. I will not be using TicketsAtWork again and will be advising others similarly.

We had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We booked 3 hotel rooms for our group in NYC coming from different areas of the country. We all fly in and hotel says they don't have our reservation and would not be able to accommodate us. 3 of us calling to try and figure out what's going on and left on hold for two hours. Here I am 6 months pregnant sitting in the lobby after driving here 4 hours and kept on hold for an unacceptable amount of time despite being told it would be a "3-5 minute" wait.
Ticketsatwork finally got back to us saying that there was a communication error on their part and they had sent us a confirmation of booking in error and never reached out to us. So stuck in NYC we had to scramble to find another hotel and pay nearly double just so I could get her into a room to rest. All these people could do was offer me a 50 gift card on our $4200 expense. Please whatever you do don't use this site. They are scammers. They took my money, gave me a confirmation, and then left us out to dry when we finally got there without ever booking our hotel.
We apologize what occurred and will look into this urgent matter. A manager will be reaching out to you shortly about this matter. Thank You.

I am not sure what is the best way to put this but I had a worst experience with Tickets at Work. We booked an event ticket and never received our voucher. Eventually we reached out to customer service and spent hours on call.. Neither received the voucher nor our refund.. The event date also passed.. It felt like it is so easy for customer service to keep saying all sales are final but actually not even give us our voucher of event. Felt like scam to get money out of people pockets.
We apologize this situation occurred. We have a manager looking into this situation and will be reaching out to you shortly. Thank You.

Updated on 12/6/2021: I provided a review and was told someone would contact me. What is the timeframe for follow up? My trip is scheduled for this week and was only told they will follow up on 12/3 but no time frame noted and no response as of today 12/6.
Original review: I purchased tickets for Disney world and after communicating with TicketsatWork to walk me through the site and completing purchase, I ended up purchasing tickets to Disneyland instead of Disney world. I have reached out to them to request being able to have tickets go to the correct location as I have purchased hotel tickets and have travel set up already and am overwhelmed because it appears I will lose over $500 and will not be able to take my daughter for her birthday, and am unable to purchase tickets again and lose the money. I was not aware of this until 12/1 when I couldn't make a reservation and contacted them about it immediately. They have stated that they sent it for review and told nothing they can do. The first person requested a refund which the ticket says no refund. I am not requesting a refund but just to change parks even if I lose the remaining of the funds. I'm at a loss!
We apologize that occurred. As a 3rd party we will have to see what can be done about this matter with the partner. We have a manager looking into this for you to see what can be done. Thank You.

We purchased Disneyland tix in 2019 - 2020 let’s us with nothing because the park was shut down. When the park “opened” it only opened to California residents, we live in Illinois so we could not attend, then the park opened for out of state attendees in June. We were waiting for our child to be able to be vaccinated before we could go. TAW refuses to refund our money and is telling us to “sell” or take the loss if we don’t use by 12.16.
We can’t pick up and fly to CA that quickly and our child wont be fully vaccinated until 12.20. I’m appalled by the fact they won’t return our money so we can buy new tickets to use in February. They do not even sell the max pass park hopper tickets anymore so They wont even be able to refund us a credit we could use! I’m disgusted by their lack of service and the fact that they considered 1 “extension” to be over the period of time Disney wasn’t allowing out of state residents. Do not use this company’s service. We called Disney directly and they said all 3rd party vendors should be working with us to extend tickets due to covid but apparently TAW enjoys pocketing money.
We apologize on this matter but have sent the vouchers to the partner to see what can be done. We are aware the park is allowing extensions but we are checking if they can possibly allow a refund or a future credit. Thank You.

I purchased 2 movie tickets that were invalid at the movie theater because they are inapplicable in the state I live. I called and spoke to a manager Kim regarding this issue and he said the cinepolis "luxury cinemas" are not applicable and refund cannot be issued. My issue is that you're advertising "Luxury Cinema" on your website (see attached JPG Image) which is incorrect. I booked tickets on my iPhone and the size of screen limits the "Read More" before the fold which I explained to the manager. You're enticing an audience with an incorrect image to attract/tempt ticket sales. Please refund or apply a credit to my account.

Back in July, I seen we have an employee benefit of purchasing tickets at a discount through Tickets at Work. My husband's birthday was coming up so I decided to use that benefit and purchase him tickets to an event in October. That event was on this past Sunday October 11, 2021. The confirmation I received said I should receive the tickets around October 6th. By October 8th – I still hadn’t received anything so I reached out to Tickets at work and that is when things went wrong.
On my first call to Tickets at Work – the customer service rep told me I needed to contact the vendor, Ticketmaster. They gave me a number for them and told me to call them back if I had any issues with Ticketmaster. So I called that number and the call center gave the closed message all day even though their hours of operations were 9am-8pm on Saturdays. Since I couldn’t call anyone – I went to the ticketmaster website and submitted a contact form. While I waited for a response to the contact form – I reached back out to Tickets at Work (as instructed). They told me they were going to send an urgent request to the vendor as well and I would get a confirmation of that request.
An hour went by and I did not get the confirmation. So, I called Tickets at Work again to inquire if that request had been sent. The rep I got that time said she sent the request and sent me the confirmation of that to me while I was on the phone with her. She also said the request could take some time so to give it until the following morning (which was the morning of the event).
Later that afternoon, I did get a response from Ticketmaster that said – “Thank you for reaching out to us about your event. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We'd love to help, but it looks like you purchased your tickets from the box office or another ticketing provider, and you'll need to contact them for a refund. If you don't recall where you got your tickets, we recommend checking with your financial institution and as they should be able to point you in the right direction. If you need anything else we are always here for you just reply back to this email or visit Ticketmaster.com.”
At this point (Sunday Morning) I called Tickets at Work customer service again. The gentlemen I got this time tried a lot of different things. He even went as far as to login to the website with my email and password and take screenshots to prove that the tickets were not there. About 1 hour before the event – I informed the gentlemen that I appreciated everything but at that point – there was no way we would make it to the event on time even if the tickets showed up. He agreed and said he would send in the refund request with all of the information he had.
Today – I got an email from Tickets at Work letting me know that there was nothing they could do because the vendor says they sent the tickets so no refund would be issued. So, I spent most of my weekend on the phone with customer service reps for tickets to an event that we still missed and they are telling me I am also out the $516. A month later and Tickets At Work is still refusing to process a refund. Their reasoning is the vendor they used says they sent the ticket link via email so there is nothing they can do.
I am not arguing that whatever vendor this is sent an email – I am telling them that I never got whatever email was sent and I never got the tickets and spent days on the phone leading up to it trying to get them with no success. A Tickets at Work CSR even logged into my account with my email and password where the tickets should have been and took screenshots showing there was nothing.
As a Regional Manager for Operations for a company that is primarily driven by customer service - this whole experience disgusts me. I have contacted my HR Director and due to this experience my company is removing Tickets at Work from our Benefits Site altogether. I hope everyone here thinks twice before purchasing from tickets at work because they have demonstrated no accountability for the vendors they choose to work with.
We apologize about this football matter and have a manager looking into this to see what occurred. You will definitely be notified on what we find out.

ANNOYED CUSTOMER!!!! I used TicketsAtWork through my employer to book TWO separate REFUNDABLE hotel reservations at two different vacation cities. Upon reading the shady reviews about other people's hotel reservations not going through with ticketsatwork, I decided to cancel them and rebook directly with the hotel. TicketsAtWork refused to refund my credit card, instead, giving me a credit voucher. I don’t want a credit voucher, I want my money back in my original method of payment. When I booked my reservations, it specifically said “refundable.” Now they won’t give me a refund but giving me credit vouchers instead. Credit vouchers are practically worthless if I’m not going to use TicketsAtWork ever again due to their poor customer service.

I purchased two tickets over the phone to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, because the online system wasn't processing the payment. While making the purchase over the phone, I was never informed that it was nonrefundable. Looking back, online it’s in very small print that it’s nonrefundable. Within two hours, I received an email from Busch Gardens saying that the tickets were each $50 cheaper than what TicketsatWork was offering (>$100 price difference). I immediately called TicketsatWork to either get a refund or price adjustment and was told that it needed to be approved through Busch Gardens (which when I spoke to Busch Gardens they said there should be no issue with issuing the refund).. I was told by TicketsatWork that it was denied.. Even still, it’s a discounted site, and purchasing the tickets through Busch gardens would have been more than $100 cheaper because of the promotion.
I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else, and was told someone else would call. I then submitted an online cancellation request. Only to receive an email saying that they would process it and get back to me, but to note “If you have made a request for a refund and a cancellation is approved by our partners, your refund will be issued in the form of a Credit Voucher.” Again, I was never informed when on the phone that it would be a credit voucher.
In short, I spoke to multiple people over the phone with multiple failures in communication. I was never told while making the purchase that the it was nonrefundable and I was never told while processing the refund that it would be in the form of a credit voucher. I called back and cancelled the refund process, because I didn’t want a credit voucher… I would never suggest purchasing tickets through them. I’ve purchased tickets/hotels through third party sellers and have never had so many issues/lack of communications.
We apologize about this matter and will investigate this matter as well with the partner.

We purchased tickets for March of 2020 for Disney. It was shut down due to COVID. They extended the credit to Sept. 2020. I was able to get it extended to Dec. 2020 but our 5 tickets aren't showing up. I find this odd because we were a party of 11 traveling together and the 4 other peoples tickets were updated. At first TicketsatWork refuses to give us any credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and didn't but was told that the supervisor submitted a request to use the tickets this December. So we will see. This trip was for the adoption of a young lady we took in 2 years prior and adopted as a teenager. COVID delayed this all as it did the world. Disney is on her bucket list and we really cut corners to make this happen for her. It is so sad if this doesn't happen after all she has been through. DCFS and her trauma past is terrible and now for her #1 dream to be shot down makes us ill. So we will see what Tickets at Works reply is in 72 hours.
We have a team looking into this matter to see what the partner is willing to do. We will definitely let you know what we find out about this situation. Thank You.

But it was already past that date. I called and they said I was already pay the cancellation period. Then why did the website say "refundable" before I booked? I guess you have to read a lot of fine print. I'm not going to book hotels with this website again. Oh, and I couldn't find a way to even try and cancel or find an answer through the website. Worst choice was for me to book through TicketsatWork. I figured I'd take advantage of this so called work benefit but that turned out to be a big mistake. I was charged $125 on top of my "so called deal". I booked a hotel, thinking I was getting a better rate. When the order went through I noticed a conversion rate from Canadian dollar to US of $125. I booked a hotel in British Columbia, Canada and I live in Canada. Makes zero sense to be charged a conversion fee. I will never use that site again. All in all. I lost money. And to top it off they did not return ANY of my correspondence. I would have been better off booking through the hotel itself.

I purchased tickets to LegoLand Discovery Center Bay Area for my brother and sister in law. They have been trying to have children for years and finally have come to terms with the fact that it is not in the cards for them. They are huge Lego fans and they had heard that a Lego theme park had opened up 2 hours away in Milpitas, CA. They had decided to take a trip down since the Covid restrictions had lifted. In checking the ticketsatwork.com website for discounted tickets we discovered that they were available.
We searched the site, selected THEME PARKS & ATTRACTIONS, then LegoLand Parks, then changed the filter on the left side of the screen to Discovery Centers - Nationwide. We scrolled down, located the LegoLand Discovery Center Bay Area location and selected the red button "Buy Tickets". We were then taken to a screen that said
"About LEGOLAND Discovery Center Bay Area

And another red button that says "BUY TICKETS". We clicked that and were taken to a calendar to select the date and time of the visit. Selected 8/21/21 at 11:30 am. Then we're taken to a window asking how many adult and children tickets were being requested. We entered 2 adult tickets (ages 13+) and "ADD TO CART" button. Paid by credit card and received the tickets via email.
My brother and sister in law arrived at the Discovery Center for their appointment time and were turned away because life had dealt them a deck of cards that would not grant them the child they always hoped for! It was at this time that they were told that adults must be accompanied by a child. It was at this time that they saw it was stated on the e-tickets that they only had to show at the door and had never had printed copies of. The Legoland staff turned them away at the door and told them that they would be refunded. A little over a week later, they still had not been refunded. They emailed Legoland on 8/30/21 and received a reply stating that the refund request must be sent to the third party company that the tickets were purchased through.
I called Ticketsatwork.com and spoke with Mary who first said that the tickets were "non refundable because all sales are final". I argued the point that at no time did their site tell us PRE-purchase that they had to have a child with them to enter. She then said that it couldn't be refunded because "the event date was already passed and they were considered a no show". She had the nerve to say that after they spent 4 hours of their time and fuel (round trip) that they "NO SHOWED" this event!
At this point, I am highly irritated and ask for a supervisor. I was placed on a 3-5 minute hold and when Mary came back on the line she said "all of the supervisors were busy but that the purchase was non-refundable". This felt like a poor attempt to just get me off the line. I asked to speak with a supervisor anyway. Mary then put me back on hold for another 3-5 minutes. She came back on the line and stated that "all of the supervisors are still busy and the tickets are non-refundable anyway". AGAIN I said that I wanted to hold for a supervisor. She again warned me of another 3-5 minute hold time.
After that time had passed and I still hadn't hung up, she came back on the line and asked if she could take my phone number for a supervisor to call me back by the end of the day. I agreed and gave her my number. I clarified that they would call me back by the close of business today or within 24 hours which would be before 11:47 am PST tomorrow. Mary said "they will call you back TODAY". I am still awaiting a call, it is 4:03 pm PST. Time will tell if I update this review or not.
We are happy this issue has been resolved. If you are in need of anything else please get ahold of me. Have a great night. Thank You.

The website is very deceiving. I bought some tickets that show the wrong information on the website. I bought some express passes and they don't explicitly say it doesn't include the main entrance for the park. The website also states that you can get your money back with free same day cancelation. I haven't been able to get my money. I have spend hours on the phone with customer service representatives. Sometimes they even hang up the phone on me after I been on hold for 40+ minutes. I have tried to call many times with no luck. I just want my money back. They are horrible.
The customer service is located in India. You can hear chickens, wind and children crying in the background. Sometimes it's even extremely difficult to understand what they are saying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND LOSE YOUR MONEY. I will also contact my HR department at work to tell them about this issue and how this company grabbed my money and ran. You will never see your money again.
We apologize on the tickets bought and have a manager reaching out to you about this matter. Please call him when you are available. Thank You.

I purchased 3 tickets for Universal Orlando. They advertised the wrong information online. When I canceled under the time frame, they gave me the excuse that universal Orlando didn't give the refund. I purchased the tickets with TicketsatWork not with Universal Orlando. The worst of all is that they have the worst customer service. I was on hold for 2 hours and you hear on the background kids crying or roosters making noise. I won't buy anything from them anymore.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. We found the guest's order and the tickets bought are Express passes. We were able to resolve the problem and the guest was satisfied with the results. Thank You.

Don't trust these people!!! I reserved a $800 Hertz car rental through them. Cancelled 5 days in advance and Hertz sent a confirmation of cancellation. Then Tickets at Work said, "Congratulations, you now have a $800 credit with us for other travel." WHAT!!?? Hertz approved so I want a 100% refund. It literally took 25 minutes and several talks with the "supervisor" just to get my money back. AVOID THESE CROOKS!!
We apologize about this matter. We will listen to calls and file a concern about the rental mishap.

Issue is with Ticketsatwork.Com, l bought tickets last year online, March 4th 2020 for Jeffrey Dunham at the Ocean resort in Altantic City, Nj. I paid 478$ for 2 tickets For the show, l was told l would receive tickets 72-24 hours before the show, because of covid, a few months later the Show was cancelled, l was asked if l was notified with the question, would l prefer a refund or a chance to hold my seats for a new date, l chose to hold my seats, eventually the date came, August 21st 2021, l called a week prior and was told by a phone rep that my tickets would arrive 72-24 hours before the show, l had said to the rep that seemed a little close and that it gave me a knot in my stomach, but, l had no other choice But to wait and trust the process, also asked if an escalation Dept was not available, the rep said they don’t have one..
48 hours before, l called again, to tell the company on the phone l still have no tickets.. I was told that my tickets were sent by FedEx on March 6th 2020 to me, with a FedEx Tracking number, never got these tickets, l was then told to take my tracking number for FedEx because tickets at work hands were tied, called FedEx, got a supervisor, they told me to call tickets at work.. l never received an email that tickets had been sent, no communication from FedEx in the way of a tracking number, nor from company tickets at work.. l spent on the 08/20/21 about an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue, no resolve, l asked then for contact info for the ticket partner, was told to download the app Ticketmaster with hopes that a digital ticket could be produced, no resolve because they were as (physical ticket) purchased..
l called back on Saturday, the day of the show, hoping to find resolve, asking for a will call situation in ac, the partner declined to make that happen after 4 hours of being on the phone, l wrote emails to the company, l let off a lot of steam to let them know how angry l am that l've Lost 478$ and that the ticketing Partner continues to be protected.. l had correspondence from ticketsatwork.com saying that they are working to resolve my issue, and spuing emails from myself in reply..
l also contacted my credit card Amex, they couldn’t do anything because lack of information of who the ticket supplier is.. Tickets at work, again, refuses release that information.. It feels like fraud somehow, like as if someone was in my seat and that’s why l couldn’t have a will call.. In my opinion, Not a stated fact, but, that’s what it feels like, l can’t believe the lack of cooperation.. Can you at Elliot group help? Thank you, that’s what it feels like, l can’t believe the lack of cooperation.. Can you at Elliot group help? Thank you
We deeply apologize about the ticket situation. We will definitely investigate this matter and see if anything can be done about this concern. We have a manager looking into this matter as well. Thank You.

I can finally say thank you to someone I’m at TAW for actually being there for the consumer. THANKS AGAIN RICHARD.

I had made a reservation with TAW to rent a car months in advance for my trip. I made sure everything was good and ready and they confirmed. So the day of my trip arrived and we land in Las Vegas and we head over to pick up the car. Hertz advise us that the credit card and the person driving the car has to match but they couldn’t edit it or change anything since it was through a third party company. They advise me to just call and ask them to change the name. I called TAW and the representative on the phone said she can’t change the reservation and that Hertz needs to do it. Hertz again said we physically can not change anything and they explained that to TAW.
The Tickets at Work representative advise that she could cancel it, but there would be a fee of 98 dollars and At that point I was so stressed I agreed and said, "That’s fine. I just need my money back to rent a car because we were stranded in Vegas." I was on hold for 30 minutes for her to tell me she couldn’t cancel it because I had to do it 48 hours in advance and I explained to her I never wanted to cancel. She offered to cancel because she couldn’t change the name on the reservation and that’s not my fault at all because I called months in advances so I wouldn’t have any issues the day of my vacation. At this point she didn’t care to listen and kept repeating “there’s nothing we can do” and I just asked to be transferred to a supervisor.
This is where it even gets worse. Daniel the supervisor takes over and I’m trying to explain the situation and he tells me I was pretty much out of 839 dollars and he couldn’t help me. I asked them if they could just modify the reservation with the correct name so I could at least get the car and he said, "Nope. Nothing I can do." Even worse he was rude and said “you can try to get it dispute with your bank but I doubt it’ll work”. I was so upset I just hung up. I’m now out of 839 dollars and no car. Please don’t ever make business with them. The little discount they offer is not worth it.

My name is Michelle ** and I recently requested a refund for My Legoland California tickets that I purchased for this weekend due to a participating family member in the trip party being involved in an accident and breaking her leg prior to the trip. I spoke with “Kane” today and she explained to me that tickets are non refundable and cannot issue my money back. We are not able to reschedule because we do not know the extent of when she will be fully recovered. I’m a state employee and I work in a very large department and I will inform them to not use this service due to the non compliance of a medical relating cancellation.
The fact that circumstances like this are not valid to receiving a refund are unacceptable and I will be relaying this experience to every social media account and user review platform I know because I work in customer service and I have never been treating with as much negligence as I have today. Thank you for your time and non consideration.

We purchased concert tickets and were assured the tickets would be emailed 3 days prior to the concert. They never showed. We contacted them multiple times over the 3 days all the way up until the time the doors opened for the concert. Multiple people said they would call back, they never did. Each time we call they ask for 3 hours for a response. It's been 3 days and still no resolution or tickets and the show starts in one hour. We have had to cancel our babysitter and put the other 4 people going with us on hold. Frustrating to say the least.
I apologize about this frustrating issue and as a 3rd party we will definitely reach out to the broker to see what happened. We have a manager working on this matter and you will be updated on this situation.

My wife and I purchased Legoland tickets for our son, his wife and our grandson for our grandson's 7th birthday and he got real sick. Turn out several kids in his class were sent home due to Covid. All the children had to be tested. He is now in quarantine and still has a fever while waiting on the full Covid test. To make a long story short they had to cancel the trip. The airline, hotel, car rental all gave refunds except TicketsatWork who just told me a refund was not possible. They would not even consider providing a voucher for a future purchase. So unless my credit card can do something for me I lost $272.20.

Expected a Hilton product. Was very excited to book into a Waldorf Astoria in Key West. Cost $1692.32 for 4 days for a one bedroom suite, plus parking and resort fees. Photo showed a view of the water. The room itself lacked furniture to put away clothes and had one tiny window high up on the side like you'd expect in a closet. There was a bigger window in the hallway between the bedroom and couch area, in front of a closet, which was the only place to put clothes. The couch was ancient, dirty, worn and you could feel the springs so my friend could not use the pull out bed. The ocean view balcony showed a triangle of concrete between the two buildings and had one chair. There was no ocean view.
The carpet in the hallway was moldy and though our room had tile, it too smelled of mold. I used the towels to clean the floor as it made my friends feet black with dirt. I had to step out of bed into a pair of sandals for fear of my feet touching the dirty floor. There was also hair left from previous guests in the corners. Every day I asked for a teapot and cup to make tea since there was a Nespresso and fridge but nothing larger than a mini coffee expresso cup. They brought me another cup that would not hold a tea bag. When I called the front desk, and got through to the kitchen, they said they did not have enough for people in their rooms. Eventually they brought me a small teapot with a broken handle. The pool area was gorgeous in the dark.
I think I got an infection from the water it was so dirty and the tiling around the pool was broken in several places. Plus the material in the cabanas was torn. I decided to eat at a different property due to the lack of cleanliness. Due to Covid-19, I did not mind paying premium for a nice place and so was very disappointed to get an only partially furnished corner closet of a room on the ground floor with no view. Bad advertising. Plus the hotel had an event and there were no other rooms. I will never book through TicketsatWork again.

I booked a rental using TAW as a means to save due to my vehicle breaking down. I booked on Thursday evening and tried to pick up Fri and the airport didn't have any vehicles to rent. Without hesitation, the clerk at the airport refunded my $200 deposit, but when I called TAW to explain the situation, I was told all sales are final, but would see what can be done. When I explained the rental agency did not have any issues refunding me-they then advised they would refund me but it would take at least 10 business days to receive. Long story short, I still haven't received my refund, I never rented a vehicle, and TAW will never get business from me.

I have been working for MONTHS to get a refund for a March 2020 Master Chef Junior Live event that has since been canceled. They keep giving me the same unacceptable, canned excuse about third party confirmation that the event was, in fact, canceled. The event is clearly canceled and noted as such in various locations. When speaking with Mark in customer service, he said he could "assure" me the event "was not canceled" despite me telling him it is listed as canceled on the event venue website.
I would never recommend using this company now that it is clear how they operate when things don't go as planned. I would also discourage companies from participating as vendors and/or providing TAW as an employee "benefit." It has cost me more just in the time I've spent trying to get my money back than I saved with the discounted price that was offered by TAW. At a time when people need every penny just to make it through, not providing refunds and giving customers the runaround tells me all I need to know about this company.

We bought a high end package through Tickets at work which we were very excited about. We were to save about 10% which wasn't a huge discount but we thought we were saving at least a little bit. It was a dated ticket which could only be used that calendar date. When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our tickets and because of covid and other reasons they were sold out and we could not enter. We had booked our trip around this extra special occasion and were very upset. We had spent over $1000 for our family on these tickets. We spent a couple hours on the phone that morning trying to figure out what had happened with tickets at work and they assured us it would be okay and they were sorry for what had happened.
We come home from our trip and we still hadn't gotten our refund so we called and they issued us another 'ticket' for our request. Nothing. Again, nothing.... We have had about 10 'tickets' that they assured us would be fixed and handled and we still never got our money. Eventually, we got $200 back with a very weak explanation. We had to call back many more times. Still 4 months later we have not had this resolved and tickets at work is not doing their part or showing any responsibility in their error. Not to mention the bad experience from our very special vacation. I won't ever use Tickets at Work again.
We deeply apologize what happened. We have a manager looking into this matter and will be reaching out to you shortly about this urgent matter. Thank You.

Original Review: My entire first experience purchasing from them was an absolute nightmare. My corporate Paypal account was charged instead of my personal account. I contacted TicketsatWork to cancel the transaction so I could make the purchase via my personal Paypal account and was advised the tickets were nonrefundable. I was advised the sale was final. I informed them that there was no mention of this during the transaction process. I asked them to show me where it was and they told me to select the link that read "show more". I selected the link and there was no mention of this policy. I was then told to hold the line. They came back on the line and said it was on their website. I told them that this should be a part of the transaction process so consumers know that the purchases are final not hidden on their website. In any event, I was not asking for a refund. I asked if there was a way to change the payment method.
A legitimate business would have cancelled the order and allows us to repurchase the tickets during that call. I would have gladly paid for the fee they may have incurred to cancel the transaction. I am requesting a refund of the money. Also, a company interested in customer satisfaction would never respond to the consumer in this manner.

I cancelled my hotel reservation on 7/23/21 for Caesar’s Palace. I was told I was going to wait for 15 days to receive my money back. I emailed them 2 weeks in (8/2) to receive an update about it, and received an email on (8/7) saying I have to wait for another 15 days. Everything is literally open in Nevada as of now, and blaming COVID-19 shouldn’t be an excuse to take this long. I can’t even contact the hotel themselves about my reservation as my confirmation number doesn’t exist on the hotel’s system. It’s as if they never booked a hotel in the first place. If you’re planning on booking here because of their refundable rooms, don’t. They’re pretty much non-refundable at this point.
We are happy a quick resolution was made. We hope to hear from you soon and please enjoy your summer vacation. Thank You.

I live in the Midwest. Bought 5 Disneyland tickets for $1,000 in early 2020 thru TAW for a family vacation, which was prompted cancelled by the pandemic. I received refunds for EVERYTHING from that trip: plane tickets, hotel reservations, car reservations, show tickets...from EVERYONE....EXCEPT the TAW Disneyland tickets!!! TAW has been unwilling for the past 18 months to issue me a refund or to even give me 5 credit vouchers so I could buy something else from their website, despite me repeatedly telling them that I have no plans to travel to California this year or ever....
They tell me to use the tickets or sell them.... Easier said than done.... As far as I am concerned, TAW STOLE $1,000 from me for a purchase that I do not have, and will not ever have.... They have the worst policies and customer service, and I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them ever again. DO not use third party ticket vendors!!!! Deal directly with whoever.

Through my work, I rented a condo for May 28 - June 1 this year. They promised to provide room access (condo has keypads on doors) via email. They did not. When we arrived and discovered no office to help us at the condo we called Tickets at Work. On the phone for hours and hours. Finally after many failed promises for access to our room, we rented a poor hotel room at $387 for one night. The local realtor finally gave us access the 2nd day at the beach, so we paid for 3 nights and got 2.
Tickets at Work will not repay me for the cost of the hotel, or any amount for that matter. They strung me along for months saying they were working with their 'partner', whom I can only assume is the local condo realty management company. Now, after many calls and a lot of recent emails back and forth, Tickets at work is ignoring me. They basically said more than once I am out of luck. Their twisted interpretation of Non-refundable seems to be that they can renege on the implied contract (the reservation) and it's not refundable if they fail to fulfill it. What a racket! I would give 0 stars if this system allowed it. Not sure if this will even post, but beware.

I bought a room through ticketsatwork.com on July 1st for a trip to Las Vegas from August 5th to August 8th, 2021. I called customer support at 11 a.m. today to try to modify my reservation because the pricing had changed. I was told that they don't modify prices and that I'd have to cancel my reservation and book another one at the reduced rates. When Aj, went to cancel the reservation, he told me I couldn't because I was within the 48- hour cancellation deadline. When I told him that I had received two emails after booking indicating "Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival" and that check-in was not until 3pm, I asked how I was inside the my window. At the time, Aj stated that the policy was "48 hours prior to the arrival date." I requested to talk with a supervisor because the paperwork provided to me at the time of booking did not say so, and I am being held to a restriction that was not disclosed in the booking paperwork.
The supervisor Gene #** stated he could do nothing. I waited 2 hours on the phone (the most of which was spent on hold) for them to say they would file a ticket and contact me in 72 hours if anything could be done. When individuals I am traveling with were able to make the necessary adjustments with the hotel, despite the fact that the hotel's cancellation policy is 11 p.m. 48 hours before to arrival, TicketsatWork blamed the hotel.
We are glad this issue was resolved. If you need anything else please reach out to us. Have a great time in Vegas. Thank You.

I have used Tickets At Work before with no problems but this time around had the most horrible experience! I had went through them to rent a car and made a reservation with no problem. I get to the car rental place and they have absolutely no cars available. I got there at 1:00pm and didn’t leave until almost 5:00pm in hopes that one would come in. While waiting at the car rental place, I was contacting Tickets at Work but had to wait almost 45 mins to get a person on the line. I finally got someone who “helped” me through the process of getting a refund only to find out they did not specify that there were no available cars to rent even though I PREPAID!!!
I called 20 days later to check on the status and was told my claim for a refund was denied but they were going to try again. The next day I received an email stating that my claim was again denied and there were no refunds! Ummm refund??? I never got to get a car that I prepaid!!!! I am now disputing through my credit card company because this is a horrible unfair practice!!!! How are you not going to refund a person for the services they did NOT get!!! Do I recommend them? Only if you want to gamble your money not knowing if you’re getting what you pay for!!!
We apologize what happened with the rental car situation. We have a manager trying to call you about this situation. Please call the manager back when you have the opportunity to do so. Thank You.

I called recently to reschedule and was told I should hear something in 72 hours and I haven't heard anything as of yet. A whole 2 weeks has passed, and I still haven’t heard or received an email from anyone confirming my change date and package upgrade to the Dolphin package.
I’d hate to drive 7 hours, and not be able to go. This trip was planned around me having my Discovery Cove ticket already. Called them and the lady on the phone ran it another 10 times. It was a system error apparently. Finally over an hour later, the order went through (manually) for $1100 - and now here we are a week later and I still haven't received what I paid for and they're telling me they can't "re-send me" the Disney tickets. They were never sent in the first place. After further investigating, they're telling me the order actually never went through. Interestingly enough, it sure went through at my bank. How convenient. But of course, you guessed it - no refunds. So now I am out $1100 AND the Disney tickets I paid for. Stay away. The discounts are not worth the headache.

One of the reasons we use corporates benefit platform, is to help us secure the best deal AND to give us peace of mind. Well, that definitely is not the case with my experience. I am about to lose $800.00. I purchased Disneyland tickets for me and my family, total of 4 tickets, at around $800.00, and the TicketsatWork web site did a very lousy job detailing for which days the tickets would be valid. My tickets are not valid for days that I will not be in California, and I won't be able to use them. I called tickets at work but they said they cannot do anything, it's their policy. Am I just going to lose $800.00? This is just an awful experience. Don't use Tickets at Work, it might have worked well for others when everything goes right, but if you need their help, they just rely on their AMAZING policy!
We apologize but as a 3rd party we would need to check with the partner and see what our options are. We have a manager who will reach out to you about this matter and see what can be done. Please provide us an order number so we can look into this further. Thanks.

I booked a rent a car from TAW, they confirmed the reservation at 10pm. I went to the location (Hertz) after 10 and they were closed. So they booked me at the time of closing(7am to 10pm). I was stuck with my 72year mother and 2 months old baby at IAH airport. Initially try calling 'em but TAW CLOSED, End up taking a taxi back from the terminal. Next day call Hertz, they said we have to call TAW. Called TAW and ask 'em if I can get the car at one of their local location where I was staying with a discount of a day I didn't received the car, Customer Serv Rep apologize and told me he have to cancel the earlier reservation first then he is gonna try to get me another vehicle. He sent me an email saying it would go as urgent and will be resolved or updated within 1 to 3 hours. Guess what? It's been 15 days and I am still getting runaround emails that they still working on it. I Paid $668 not $6 dollars for the car. IF I haven't been sent the confirmation for it.
I should have gotten the car or a Full refund not a closed counter. I didn't initiate the cancelation because my plan changes. I was there but didn't expect to see a closed counter at an airport location. Customer service rep just stalling by sending fancy emails. NO solution. Very Poor customer service. Additionally when I called Hertz a day later. They said the reservation has been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. However TAW still sending me emails that they still reaching out to their partners on behalf of me. TAW charged me not hertz. I don't know what's the hold for. One of the Customer service rep even told me I booked at the website. Not her fault. You are the customer service rep for the websites. You employed by it. You are responsible to know your partner's opening and closing time, If it send me a confirmation email.
We apologize what happened at the rental car booth ad happy that a prompt resolution was made. We are investigating what happened with the rental company and hope to hear from you soon Danish. Take Care.

I made a hotel reservation through Tickets At Work for June 26th, 2021. When I made the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation and the money was deducted from my bank account. When I arrived to the hotel after an 11 hour drive with my daughter there was no reservation made. I called Tickets at Work to be greeted by a rude customer service representative after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. She said they would have someone call the hotel. Long story short nobody ever called the hotel. There was only one room left and I had to pay AGAIN for a hotel room and the rate was higher. I have called multiple times with 30 min hold times and still nothing. Today is July 6th over a week later and I still have NOT received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and book with this company. I will stick with using AAA for discounts as I have done before and never had this happen.

On 7/3/21, I arrived at the Westin Grand Central NYC hotel to check into a room for 2 nights, which I have booked through Ticketsatwork several weeks ago. To our surprise, the hotel couldn't find the reservation. So the hotel and I tried to call the customer service at Ticketsatwork, but it took 1 hour for somebody to pick up. Then, after an agent picked up, she told me to call Ticketsatwork back in an hour because the agent told me that "the oversupplier confirmed the booking, but the processing hasn't been completed yet." I had already been waiting 2 hours in this hotel for the reservation to be processed, and I wasn't going to wait for another hour to get myself checked-in.
Tired of waiting, we found a different room directly with the hotel and paid the price of a room that was above the one we already booked through Ticketsatwork without getting a refund for the one we paid through Ticketsatwork. Ticketsatwork should've had this processed before we got here, before the check-in time especially. period. We are extremely dissatisfied with the Ticketsatwork hotel room booking processing and customer service. The female agent at the Ticketsatwork customer service also told me to give her a second through the call after I complained about the issue of hotel room processing delay and did not call me back for an hour (seemed pretty intentional at this point).
We also found 3 other customers at the hotel on the same day having the same problem with the Ticketsatwork processing their reservation, and I was told that these customers chose to book their own rooms without getting any refund from Ticketsatwork. This is completely unacceptable. We shouldn't have had to pay this much extra for our trip when we reserved in advance through Ticketsatwork. We lost a lot of trust and confidence in booking with Ticketsatwork.
We are happy that a prompt resolution was made and that the manager was able to assist you properly. We hope to hear from you soon. Take care.

As I'm writing this I'm still on hold while stranded in Portland with my wife and seven month old. I reserved a car through TicketsAtWork to be picked up today, July 3rd, 2021 at 12 PM, however the Hertz rental store was close when I arrived (the last pick up according to Hertz is at 11:30 AM). After a 26 minute hold, I was told that my case needed to be escalated in order for a refund to be granted. The replacement rental they found for me was $40 more per day than what I had booked through the original listing and they refused to cover the difference. I cannot stress enough just how awful and inconvenient the experience has been.
We apologize you had a bad time at the airport picking up the car. We are happy a quick resolution was made. Have a great 4th and we hope all goes well. Thank You.

With all the covid 19 stuff going on this concert has been rescheduled numerous times, instead of issuing refunds to customers like all other venues, Tickets at Work is holding to their no refund policy. The venue where the concert is taking place is also issuing refunds to people and now have new tickets available. You would think that tickets at work would use some common sense in this matter and issue refunds and resell the tickets. The ticket's original date was Aug 2020 now it isn't until March 2022- to hold people to tickets they purchased for year 2020 is ridiculous. A lot changes in two years, they should be using common sense in this matter, but they aren't. I won't ever use their services again.
We apologize about the show delays and there is a manager looking into this to see if the seller will be able to possibly obtain a refund. These "Preferred Access" tickets come directly from the broker and it the show is postponed it is hard to obtain a refund. Thanks

If I could leave them zero stars I would. I booked tickets to a hotel through this site from May 29, 2021 to May 31, 2021. I packed my family up and we drove 6 1/2 - 7 hours to Ft. Lauderdale for a mini vacation. We got to the hotel room to find out that our room was never booked. I sat on the phone for 6 to 7 hours on hold, and talking to about 4 different people while riding around trying to find somewhere else to stay with my kids in the car. We kept being told to wait 1 to 3 hours to receive a phone call back, that turned into 6 hours. By this time we had finally found a place to stay, and had to pay more money out of the pocket.
Finally, after calling them back sitting in hold for 30min to an hour waiting for the cust serv rep to read the notes left on my account each time I had to call we received notice that they found a room for us. It was too late, we had found a room for ourselves by then. I asked for a refund of my 291.45 and have yet to receive my money back. Two days later we got an email stating that the room was overbooked... We were already back at home by then. You can't get ahold of anyone that knows what they are supposed to do, and I want my money back. It took TAW 2 seconds to take that 291.45 off of my card, and it is taking them a century to give me my money back. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. This type of operation is unacceptable, and it is a BIG inconvenience, especially when your children are in the car. That was a whole day wasted.
We apologize what happened at the hotel. A complaint has been filed to the hotel supplier. We are happy a prompt resolution was made. Take Care.

It was great speaking to you and I apologize about the matter at the airport. We will definitely investigate this matter and appreciate you still wanting to give TicketsatWork another try. Happy anniversary and enjoy Florida. Thank You.

In February I purchased a non refundable room to an all inclusive vacation from TicketsatWork to Planet Hollywood in Mexico through my employer UMMS along with 2 other families that booked as well. I booked a 2 bedroom director's suite which includes 1 bedroom with a master bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. This was paid in full at the time of booking. I always like to confirm my booking with the hotel after using a third party as peace of mind. I telephoned the Planet Hollywood and was told that I am indeed not booked in a 2 bedroom suite, but instead in an Entourage suite which consists of 1 king bed and a double sofa bed. A much lower room category with only 1 bed and sofa for 4 people.
The same is true for the other families that are booked with them as well. This was confirmed with an email from Planet Hollywood and forwarded to tickets at work. I followed up with Tickets at work within 2 weeks of making the reservation. They were unable to resolve the issue. I have called and emailed numerous times without resolution. I have gotten about 50 or more generic emails stating that they are working on resolving the issue and that I should hear back within 72 hours. It has been over 3 months without resolution. I have purchased airfare and my trip is now 2 months out.
I am traveling with my 2 sons, one which is over 6 feet tall, so sharing a double sofa bed with his brother when I booked a 2 bedroom is not acceptable. I would like some type of resolution to this. I would like the original room booked or to receive some sort of discount for the lower grade room. I feel like I am getting the runaround from tickets at work. I will also be getting in touch with my employer UMMS to make them aware of the poor customer service that I am receiving in hopes that they can find a better alternative to serve their employees.

I called the tickets at work and they said they would investigate it and issue a refund. I get an email today that said they the “Hotel” partner would not issue the refund. WHAT HOTEL?? I ordered an annual pass to Sesame Place. Looks like they just have a generic denial for all refund request and don’t even try to investigate the problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE!!!

Actually I bought tickets multiple times before using Tickets at Work and all went fine, but this time was completely different, I booked a two night stay in Hampton Inn Bartram Park in Jacksonville FL using tickets at work website, made payment and they sent me confirmation email confirming my reservation, arriving at the hotel after 4 hours of driving, I was surprised there is no reservation, so the front desk manager called tickets at work help line and the help line lady insisted they have confirmed reservation giving us incorrect confirmation numbers, and after an hour of putting us on multiple holds and giving the same incorrect information, she discovered they made a wrong booking in Holiday Inn instead and asked me if I want to go there and I refused and insisted on having the Hampton inn booking I paid for, so she said she will make me a refund request, therefore I paid for the hotel stay out of pocket.
After I was back home I received email from tickets at work saying they contacted the holiday inn and due to hotel policy they can't refund me because I didn't show in Holiday inn, therefore the hotel cannot refund me, I emailed back asking for refund as it is their own fault and not my responsibility, now nothing happened for weeks and nobody even cared to answer me back.
We are glad that the hotel issue was resolved in a timely manner. We hope to hear from you soon and take care.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went to Las Vegas for a Bachelor/Bachelorette party. I bought tickets for a show for the ladies and an ATV tour for the fellas. We called ahead of time the day before to confirm the time since we were taking Ubers everywhere. They had no record of the tickets being purchased, they could not find the sale with my confirmation number that Tickets at Work had given me. I had to call Tickets at Work and they sent me an email to print out to take to the ATV tour facility. I did not bring my printer with me to Las Vegas and had no car so I asked the host of the house we had rented and he was very nice to print it out for us. So, the gentleman called their Uber and went on their way. They were told upon arriving that Tickets at Work had never scheduled their tour. We had chosen the afternoon tour. To say the least this put a damper on our trip since we were only there a few days and this was "the guys" big adventure.
I decided to enjoy the rest of my trip and not deal with Tickets at Work until I returned thinking I could reimburse all of my friends their money and it would be no problem to get my money back. I trusted Tickets at Work because it was a perc that my company trusted. The tickets cost me $614.00 total. I called customer service and was told I would receive a voucher/credit. I told the woman that I do not have any need to use their services again and would like to be reimbursed to my original form of payment. She explained that she would put in a request. She put me on hold and then told me that they would put the money back on my card.
It has been several weeks now so I called a few days ago and a gentleman told me it would be 90 days! WHY???? My money never left your company! You never made my appointment! You have my money and I would like it back! They did tell me I would receive an email update every 15 days. Super! How about you just give me back my money now? I will never use Tickets at Work again. I would rather pay full price and be guaranteed to get what I paid for and not have any hassle while on vacation. Disappointing.
We apologize what occurred and will definitely look into this matter. Stay safe and definitely have a great summer. Thank You.

I purchased 8 tickets for an entertainment venue in Connecticut and have a receipt with the correct date, place and time ($696). They sent me tickets for another venue, date in Massachusetts. I called three times to be on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. When I emailed, they responded the order was correct with my correct information and it was final sale and I could gift them to someone else, no refund. The tickets are for MA not CT. I did not order those. At this point I just want the money refunded to my credit voucher I used. Completely not fair!!
We apologize about the information given to you and the wrong tickets sent. We have a manager working on this matter for you and he will be in contact with you shortly. Thanks.

Original Review: Last year I purchased a hotel reservation in Washington DC through TicketsatWork.com. Because of Covid I had to cancel our trip and hotel reservations. After repeated attempts to get my money back from Tickets at Work I finally contacted the Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC. Through speaking with hotel management (they were great) they refunded the money back to Tickets at Work. This has been going on for almost a year now to get my refund. I call weekly now and I'm told the same thing that they will have resolution in 72 hours which is a bunch of hog wash. The Hilton refunded the money back to Tickets at Work and they have kept my money. This company is corrupt and needs to be investigated.
We are happy that your issue got resolved. If there is anything else you need please reach out to me. Thank you and stay safe.

One of my friends had used TicketsatWork before and she was really happy with the hotels on there and the prices compared to what we found on other websites. I used it once and now, it is something that I use almost every time I travel. The last time, we had to cancel the hotel because we tested positive for COVID. It was a non-refundable booking but we called TicketsatWork to see if anything could be done with the hotel to accommodate this kind of request because it was a medical reason.
They said that they were going to work with the hotel to see if they can get us a refund. Richard was really helpful and he kept calling the hotel over and over again. He went above and beyond. The hotel refused and TicketsatWork asked us to try to call the hotel directly and see if we can convince them. The hotel said they will refund our money and let TicketsatWork know. It was overall a very good experience.

This company is the most unprofessional and corrupt company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I used this company to book a trip to the Bahamas for my girlfriend and I. First off, the booking process was extremely difficult, but after hours we finally got someone on the phone to book the trip. They proceeded to book the completely wrong dates for us, so I called the hotel directly the week before we were going to make sure everything was set, and they let us know our trip had come and past and we were a no show. I did not receive one piece of communication from Tickets at Work asking why were no shows or maybe a final bill receipt. They got their money on the front end and they gave zero regard to make sure the customer was taken care off.
After this, we booked directly through the hotel because Tickets at Work was completely unresponsive we ended up getting a better deal from the hotel after explaining to them our horrible experience with Tickets at Work. We then got a tickets at work supervisor on the phone after hours and he assured us in an email of a full refund back to my AMEX if the hotel would refund them in full. We had the Director of Rooms at the hotel send them a full refund and have email confirmation of the full refund. Once they got their full refund, Tickets at Work proceeded to start with giving me a tickets at work credit for HALF my money... I then told them this was unacceptable so they decided to have half a conscious to refund my AMEX for HALF my money.
Sooo, where did the other half of my money go after Tickets at Work got a FULL refund? You all decide! Maybe the staff went out of my dime! I would never recommend this company to anyone and we know this company has a partnership with Disney. Thankfully I have a close family member that works at Disney, so we are already in the works of getting Disney to cease this partnership immediately!
As a 3rd party we deeply apologize about what occurred. We are currently investigating both orders to see what all occurred with the hotel bookings. We have managers looking into this matter. Thank You.

Tickets at work took the money off my card for the rental. Once it was time for me to get the rental I was not able to get the rental because the card I used to purchase the rental was a prepaid debit card. Had I known I would of used a different card, but that’s besides the point. The rental car agency told me that since TAW took the money off my card they would have to give the refund. I have been contacting TAW for the past 3 weeks trying to get my refund and have been getting the run around. All they want to offer is a credit which I told them from the beginning I did not want! When I booked the booking fine print stated I could get a full refund and free cancellation if it was cancelled before 4/22/2021. I canceled today 4/16/2021 which was is way before the 22nd and well within the time period to receive a refund. Then I get an email stating I can only get a voucher. I did not agree to a voucher and am unable to use this.
That money was for my daughter’s gymnastics competition travel and since the event was moved we are unable to book elsewhere without a refund. This is ruining a little girl's chance at competing and you aren’t honoring your agreement set out when I booked. I’ve tried to call customer service and sit on hold for hours with no answer. I have had two issues just this year. Most recently TicketsatWork advertised a one bedroom suite in Cancun. When I arrived for my reservation, I was given a basic hotel room. I was promised a refund by the property, but Ticketsatwork claims the property did not authorize a refund. Ticketsatwork acknowledged that I was downgraded but has told me to kick rocks. In February, I purchased a room in Las Vegas and they lowered the advertised price. When I asked Ticketsatwork to honor the new price, they stated they had to cancel my reservation and rebook. When I arrived for my reservation, I was told that I had two reservations and would be charged for both rooms. I have yet to receive a refund when it was a failure on their part for not canceling the room. There is zero accountability with this company.

Finally I said forget it and backed out of the purchase changing our plans. 30 mins later I get an alert in my email that the transaction went through! I immediately called tickets at work and they said there was nothing they could do but they submit a complaint for a refund.
Surprise, I was refunded a voucher to use in the future! My card information was used because of a website glitch and I am being punished by not receiving a refund. I cannot get anyone to answer my complaint or attempt to fix the issue. It wasn’t like I purchased something and changed my mind days or even hours later. My card was charged because of a problem with their website. Now they are refusing to correct it with a refund! After this situation there is no way I will ever use this site again, why in the world would I want a voucher for the future.

After being referred by my employer, I booked a car rental through this service for 9 days. It was for a minivan rental and the car rental agency was Avis. I walked through the website and placed the order with a debit card. At no point in the purchase process is there a warning stating this rental vendor requires a credit card. When I arrived to pick up the van, the rental agency wouldn't release it to me because I only have a debit card. They said to contact TicketsatWork and request a refund because I was not eligible for the rental. Since I still needed a car, I used my debit card to rent through Enterprise with no issue.
As I was leaving the Avis counter, I called TicketsatWork to request my refund and gave them the reason supplies by the rental company. The rep kept trying to give me a credit voucher but I finally got through to him that I want the money refunded to the card it was charged from. He said they needed approval from their partner and I would receive an update in 72 hours. He also stated the whole process should be resolved and refunded back within 10 business days.
After 72 hours, I got an email saying there was no update. Same thing after another 2 days. I called and spoke with another rep who said they have to get the money back from the vendor before they can refund my purchase but since we are still within the 10 day period, to sit tight. After the next "72 hours with no response" email, I called Avis directly. Avis states they do not receive payment for a rental reservation until the car is picked up. Since I wasn't allowed the car, they didn't receive payment so they don't know why I haven't been refunded.
When I called TicketsatWork again, the manager still insisted that the partner hasn't paid them so they can't pay me. I told the manager I had spoken with Avis and gave them that info and they say they pay a different partner to pay the rental companies and that is who they are waiting for approval from and the only way to contact this partner, Connexions, was through email, once every 72 hours.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated, out another $730 for the Enterprise rental, and just want my money back. I asked the manager what the next step is because we are now past the 10 business days mark. He said to send an email and the 10 business days mark starts over. I told him this is unacceptable and that, while I would give them an additional 10 business days, once that is done I am opening a claim in small claims court for the original rental price, court fees, and lost wages because each of these calls takes at least an hour.
It is ridiculous that I would even have to take that step and it shouldn't be this hard to refund a customer for a rental under $500 on cost. Just be honest and honor the refund. Word of advice, do not use this service. I have put a complaint in with my employer about this service, as well as the BBB and now here.
We are happy that a refund was processed immediately. We hope to hear from you soon in the future. Stay safe and take care.

We’ve initiated a complaint through the Better Business Bureau but keep getting the same canned responses after many attempts to obtain a refund. This shows they clearly do not care about their customers and are only interested in hiding behind policies that do not take into account a global pandemic and stealing our money. Worse, they have issued full refunds to credit cards to others in the same situation as us so there is no reason they should discriminate and not issue us a full refund to our credit card. Here are the details of my experience:
I purchased Disneyland tickets through Ticketsatwork on 01/18/2020 totaling $3,545.88 for a planned vacation Summer 2020. Because of the COVID pandemic and closure of Disneyland we would not be able to use our tickets. Several members of our party are high risk for COVID and could not safely use our tickets for the foreseeable future. My wife sent a Refund Request via their website in July 2020 and received a canned response stating all refund requests were subject to approval from their "partners." I called Ticketsatwork on 7/17/20 & 1/14/21 to request a full refund to my credit card. Each time, the rep advised they needed to check with their "partner" before providing a response on whether they could refund. We received email response after email response stating they were unable to issue a refund.
This back and forth has been going on for 8 months now causing me and my family terrible stress and frustration. Every legitimate business we've dealt with during the pandemic has treated us with respect and understanding. Issuing a credit voucher instead of refunding my credit card is dishonest. Suddenly, we received an email 1/24/21 with a voucher for their site we never asked for and cannot use! I called 1/29/21 to insist on a refund, told to wait to hear from a mgr but no further response. Please have a manager contact us and fully refund our credit card as you’ve visibly done for others who purchased Disneyland tickets!

I made a reservations for a hotel from Ticketsatwork. I called customer service to cancel but Maria, customer rep, claimed that refund is only by credit voucher. I argue that 8 days away from cancellation deadline. She asked the manager then approve credit back on my credit in 60 days upon receipt from hotel merchant. Also the resort fee rate on their website was incorrect, should be $37.43 per room per night and not $13.61 per hotel. Today I checked the website, resort fee shows $33 per night.

This company is a sham. They take your money and provide no recourse to get it back. I booked a hotel stay through Ticketsatwork. The company made a mistake on my booking dates. They even owned up to the mistake but gave me no recourse and could not change my dates for the hotel. They would not give me my money back and they could not get my dates changed. They should not be allowed to do business. I am out almost $600 and after 7 phone calls to the company. They will not refund my money and they did not get my booking dates changed. A complete scam. I implore anyone thinking of using this company to absolutely DO NOT. This is a terrible company. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes and actions. I suggest everyone stopped using them and shut them out of business.

I booked a hotel. Was immediately charged over $600. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. I emailed and got no response. I called and was able to cancel. But was told it will take "up to 90 days" for the charges to be reversed on my credit card. 90 DAYS?!?! 3 whole months?!? Why??? It took them less than 30 seconds to charge me, so why are they holding onto my money for 90 days?!?

I've had this credit voucher of over $100 since the pandemic started and have not been able to use it. I am not interested in booking hotels or any theme park attractions because we’re in a pandemic and I won’t jeopardize my health during this time. Now that I've been trying to use it to purchase gift cards, it tells me that I cannot use my own credit to buy gift cards. I am really frustrated with this company and do not care to use them ever again.
We are glad that an prompt resolution has been made. If you have any questions please reach out to us. Stay safe and all the best. Thanks.

Be aware if the event is canceled or you may in the future have to issue a refund. They filed my refund in October 2020, now it is Jan 2021 I still haven't received my refund yet. I emailed 6 times and made 2 phone calls. All I got is it takes 72 hours, guess it's not taking 72 hours. It's taking 72000000000 hours till the end of this world. The customer service is really bad, sounds like they don't really care, they got a system error for failed my refund but asking me to talk to my bank?! Still waiting for another 72 hours to get my refund process update email (note here, not the refund, the refund update). I could understand it takes longer for some reason, but not this '72 hours' lie. If you want an unprotected and insecure buying experience, definitely try it.

I ordered tickets online and completely paid for a different product annual passes I guess. Tickets at work will not give me any kind of voucher or anything to help me get the correct passes to all parks.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party the option to modify or change a final sale ticket would have to com from the partner. We have reached out to the partner and they will not change the ticket unless the correct one is purchased. However, we do have a manager looking into to see if these is anything the partner is willing to do.

TicketsAtWork has been involved in shady practices. I booked Hertz rental car for Dec 5 and cancelled it on Dec 3 before time to get full refund. However, even after multiple calls and emails they have been telling that they will refund the money once they receive from Hertz. I finally called and confirmed from Hertz that they never received money for my booking. TicketsAtWork has been lying since Dec 5. They are corrupt, cheaters and unprofessionals. They have been telling that it takes 30 days to refund. It is already 44 days and they have the same excuse. This company should be shut down so they do not rip off customers.
We are happy that is concern was resolved. Stay safe and we hope to hear from you soon. If you need anything else please let us know. Thank You.

I must say that I was most impressed by his patience. Thank you Richard, you make it possible for me to trust enough for a repeat visit with this service.
Original: On November 12, 2020, I reserved and prepaid $354.00 for a rental car. When I went to the airport to pick it up, I was told I didn't meet the criteria but could go to another location to pick up a car. Unfortunately, it was closed until 11:00 AM the next day so this wasn't an option. I was given the phone number to Avis customer service to get a refund because I didn't qualify for the rental. When I called, the representative discovered that I used a third party, TicketsatWork, to pay for the rental and therefore, would have to get a refund from them.
I called the customer service number for ticketsatwork but it was a recording stating that all correspondence goes thru email. I emailed them and waited until December 2, 2020 to get a response stating ticketsatwork will not give me a refund. What kind of company takes $354.00, doesn't provide the goods or service, and keeps your money? I will be letting my coworkers know about my experience so they don't have to go thru the same thing. What a shame.
As a 3rd party the refund will have to come from the rental car supplier. We apologize they were closed when you got there and the refund was denied. We have a manager looking into this matter to see what can be done. Thank You.

Rick and Michael BOTH told me that there were no black out dates and we would be able to use our tickets next week. They were both asked multiple times. After paying and receiving our tickets, it clearly states blackout dates between Christmas and New Year's. I called the company, which refuses to refund my money even though their representatives were either ignorant of the blackout dates or blatantly lied to get my purchase. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNTRUTHS TOLD TO GET YOU TO PURCHASE! BEWARE!!!

Purchased Kennedy Space Center Tickets in Feb 2020 - Valid till Dec 31st 2020 for our trip in March 2020. Just prior to our trip, Kennedy Space Center shut down for COVID and now we dont feel safe to go considering the number of cases in Florida. We have contacted Tickets At Work 3 times and have no resolution except for request for refund denied. Kennedy Space Center did right by all their guests and fully refunded tickets/trips that have been cancelled due to COVID. However TicketsatWork continues to hold my money hostage, provide no refund.
I have asked to be connected to a supervisor in multiple calls and have been denied that by the customer service rep saying all they can do is send an email. The emails have come back denied. I have filed a complaint with the BBB this morning. I don’t want vouchers, a refund is the only acceptable answer. Such a disgusting response from a company who should be taking care of their customers who have been impacted due to COVID related closures.
We deeply apologize about the inconvenience. As a 3rd party we actually do reach out to the partner to see if a refund or credit can be given. I purchased $400 tickets to a comedy show on March 27th, 2020. As a result of the pandemic the show has been cancelled/postponed This now being the 4th time with a new date of Nov. 2021. TAW is refusing to refund my money. Technically, I didn't sign up for any other show except March 2020, nor did I cancel, but after 4 cancellations good customer service should refund my money. I'm going to pursue this in small claims court! I thought I could trust a company through my employer (Hospital)....Will never use them again! Buyer beware!
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. The customer bought "Preferred Access" tickets to which the vouchers come from trusted brokers and sellers. We apologize that the date has been changed from the comedian a few times, but once the tickets are purchased, they are considered final and if the show is postponed as stated in the terms, a refund cannot be provided. However. we do have a manager reaching out to the broker to see if they will be able to provide one, but this request is not a guarantee. As a 3rd party we will see what can be done for the guest on this matter.

Over a year ago I purchased tickets for my daughter. Over $600. Initially they said no refund because it wasn't canceled but postponed. Now it's canceled and they still won't refund after weeks. This company is ridiculous. We spent a good amount of money on our tickets through them prior to covid. When the shutdown happened we could not go and they refuse to give us a full refund. I am tired of this company telling me it’s non refundable and that their partner (Sea world) won’t allow the refund. I have spoken to sea world corporate as well as San Antonio and they all stated they would refund us immediately but Tickets at work is refusing to. I have spent many hours calling them to fight it and have gotten no where. They offered a voucher again. Hello we’re in a pandemic we can not travel and won’t jeopardize our health during this time. Especially since I have an immune disorder and my child does as well. Please do the right thing and refund us our money back. It’s several hundred dollars and during this time we could really use it for our family. We will not be traveling at all and don’t care to ever use this site again.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we need to reach out to the partner to see if a refund or credit can be obtained. I bought a Ski Ticket as a Christmas Gift for my husband in 2019 the Ticket was to be good till 12/2020. I contacted TicketsAtWork in April 2020 and requested a refund due to the closures caused by Covid-19 there was no way the ticket was going to be used. Their response was "As it relates to your request for a refund for Sierra-at-Tahoe, we are regretfully unable to proceed with issuing a refund at this time. While we understand that your travel plans may be required to change due to recent events, we highly encourage taking advantage of your tickets at a later date. If you can reschedule your visit, we would recommend you do so before they expire. Your tickets will be valid through December 20, 2020".
I thought OK maybe things will get better and we will be able to use the ticket. But as everyone knows the pandemic did not get better and now Tahoe is Shut Down and the ticket can not be used before 12/2020. I contacted TicketsAtWork again and requested a refund as there is no way to use the ticket because Tahoe is closed and again "We understand Sierra at Tahoe has closed due to concerns related to COVID-19. We highly encourage you to retain your tickets to enjoy this exhilarating experience! Due to early closure, our partner has extended tickets so they may be used through December 20, 2020. Regretfully, we are unable to issue a refund for these tickets." Now how do I use something by December 20, 2020 if the City is Closed??? This company has no compassion and will rob you out of money even if you're dead. It's sad that this company is not willing to help customers out even in a pandemic and would rather rob than do what's right.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we definitely need to reach out to the partner to see about a credit or refund. We are aware of the situation going on in California and deeply apologize about this matter. We do have a manager looking into this matter who is checking with the partner to see what the options are for this purchase. We will definitely keep you posted on what we find out. Thank You.

Original Review: We purchased 4 adult and two children’s 3day Park Hopper with Disney Max Pass in December 2019 through TicketsAtWork. The tickets expire January 12, 2021. Original reservations set for May 2020. Disneyland closed March 2020. Contacted tickets at work they said tickets still valid when reopen. We rescheduled to October 2020. We had to cancel again due to closure. Contacted Tickets at work numerous times. They told us to wait and see what Disneyland policy was. We contacted Disneyland and they said it was up to agent Tickets at work. We requested a refund from Tickets at work. They denied refund and told us to wait on Nov. 13, 2020, Disneyland still closed with no reopening date.
Tickets will expire in less than two months and no refund or help. We were promised a refund was approved by two of their agents. They did not ever approve a refund as promised. We DO NOT recommend Tickets At Work as they don’t stand behind their promises. We stand to lose $2,300 to them when these tickets expire. We can not use them because of COVID pandemic. Tickets at work is not an ethical nor reliable source of entertainment tickets. We can’t say much good about the Disney Company's practices either.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we have been reaching out to the partner to see what they are willing to do. We deeply apologize that the park is currently closed but we do have a experienced team that is trying our best to get a quicker resolution from the partner. As a result, we have a manager looking into this matter to see if we can get a quicker response from the partner. Thank You.

I have booked reservations for rental cars thru TicketsatWork before and have had no issues until 10/24. I booked a rental car as my car was in the shop thru Budget on their site. Got to the rental location to pick up my car and Budget DOES NOT take Visa Debit cards as payment. I tried to go thru Hertz but they would not rent to me unless I was taking a flight out (rental location was at the airport), so I was stranded.
I called ticketsatwork 3x to try to get my money refunded and spoke with 4 different people (NO FOLLOW THROUGH) and eventually was able to submit a request for refund. I was told it would 72 hours before the request was looked at. What?? 72 hours? Wow! It has now been 3 weeks since my request was taken, I kept receiving emails saying "hey we are really busy, but we will get to your request when we can".. ok?
Today I received an email stating and I quote: "Please note, as Tickets At Work is a third-party facilitating a transaction between you and our partner, we must wait to confirm funds have been received before we can re-issue them to you. Please know these refund times will vary and you will receive regular updates on the status of your refund". Since their partner (Budget) would not take my form of payment they NEVER received the funds, Ticketsatwork did! I will NEVER USE ticketsatwork again. Ever. I am going to discuss with the benefits specialist at my place employment since we use Ticketsatwork as a vendor and see if they can get anywhere with them and maybe find another vendor.

I would not recommend this company. I reserved a hotel room through them and because someone caught COVID, I called them to simply change the date not ask for a refund. The room was the exact same type and the same cost. I was told an "investigation" would be done only for them to send me an automated message saying they would not be able to assist me with my request. I called the hotel to see if anyone from Tickets at Work had called regarding my reservation and was told NO one had called. We could not prevent our circumstances with someone contacting covid. Shame on this company for not having policies in place especially during these unprecedented times to assist customers the best that they can. Now, I have lost over $100 and was not able to change my room to a different date. I made sure to place my complaint with the better business bureau. Do not use them. They are a complete ripoff.
As a 3rd party we get the hotel rooms from a hotel supplier. The room the guest booked is a non-refundable one and we did indeed contact the supplier to see if this booking can be cancelled. Since the room is considered a non-refundable the hotel advised the supplier they will not refund. However, we do have a manager investigating this concern to see if there is anything the supplier or hotel might be willing to do. The hotel replied back and even provided some booking details. We will keep you posted on what information they inform that manager. Thank you.

Planned vacation with family to Disney World, Sea World and NASA. About twenty of us in four groups were going. We were all set up for the last week in May. Everybody except for us booked directly. We made the mistake of using TicketsatWork. It was a "perk" at my daughter's work. So of course the parks were closed due to the pandemic at the time we were supposed to be there. The other three groups got their refunds no problem as they booked direct through Disney, etc. Everybody including us have been refunded for airfare, lodging, and car rentals no problem. After several attempts, we've been turned down for a refund from ticketsatwork. So we are out $2600. We are from Wichita, KS and we have been affected by the pandemic so replanning and going to Florida in the next year is not a possibility. One star is too generous. This is just wrong!

What a horrible experience. I honestly cannot express how upset and angry I am after booking a hotel reservation through Tickets At Work. I booked my reservation for October 10, 2020. On October 6, 2020, my entire family tested positive for COVID-19. When I initially called the customer service line, I was promised a full refund. Then, I received an email stating the refund was denied but that I could modify the dates. Which was upsetting but okay.
I attempted to modify my dates and I was advised that I would have to pay an additional fee. After speaking to a supervisor, they advised me that they would request for the hotel to modify without charging a fee. I now received an email stating that I cannot receive a refund, I cannot modify the dates and that I basically lost the $250.00 that I spent because I was sick with the coronavirus. If you value your time and money, I would suggest paying more money by purchasing the product directly from the company. For someone who has worked in customer service for over 7 years, this is absolutely the worst.

My husband and I purchased Disneyland tickets in early February 2020 for a family trip in March 2020, but then COVID-19 happened and we didn’t get the chance to use them. I have contacted this company 4 times as to what could be done since we spent $700 for the trip we’ve been wanting to take for a couple years. I honestly don’t really even want a refund, I want to be able to go once it reopens. The biggest problem with this is that the expiration date of these tickets are January 12, 2021. As of yesterday (10/20/2020) it doesn’t look like Disneyland will be allowed to reopen before January due to state guidelines.
I understand that they are a third party and that refunds are difficult to do but what is so bad about extending the expiration date the same amount of months that the park has been closed? Also they keep telling me that these tickets are considered gate ready and we could transfer them to another party. How in the world would this “other party” use them if the park isn’t even opened?! Ridiculous. I will just go through Disney or a travel agent for my tickets from now on.
As a 3rd party these vouchers do come directly from the park. We definitely apologize about this matter and have a manager trying to contact you about this matter. Please reach back out to the manager trying to call you. Thank You.

I made it clear I can't use my SeaWorld tickets and was told someone would help me. No one has reached out to me. Pay full price for tickets like this because the discount is not worth the risk you'll take on.
Original Review: I had purchased tickets to Disney and Seaworld. I requested refunds for both due to Covid and my compromised immune system. My Disney tickets were refunded in the form of a credit voucher that I can use on the tickets at work website, which is fine with me because I can use this towards the purchase of gift cards. However, they declined my refund request for Seaworld stating I have 1 year to use them from date of purchase. Given the fact that I'm immunocompromised, I do not intend to visit Seaworld or fly on a plane anytime soon. When I first made the refund request I asked them if they wanted me to provide them with proof of my medical condition but they insisted they believed me. Now I'm left trying to decide which email from my surgeon or infectious disease doctor I need to forward to them so that they'll believe me and reconsider my refund request. This is very frustrating.
We deeply apologize about this matter and especially that you are unable to go. As a 3rd party the credits and refunds given have to come from the partner. We have representatives and a manager looking into this to see if we can get a proper respond from the park. Thank You.

Original Review: I booked a hotel through Tickets at Work. The rate was advertised as fully refundable up until the day before check-in. I knew I was still doing some shopping around, so I only booked the room because I knew I could cancel. I found a better rate later that same day, so I called to cancel. What a nightmare! The "fully refundable" rate required special approval to cancel. This was not disclosed anywhere! Eventually the customer service rep offered me credit rather than a refund. Again, this policy was never disclosed when I was booking my "fully refundable" rate. After 10 minutes of negotiation, she got me a full refund back to my credit card that would take 3 days for approval.
After 10 days, I hadn't heard anything or seen a refund. I called back only to be told that my refund would take 60 days! Not the 3 days I had previously been told. I will never use Tickets at Work again. Their deceptive practices are simply unethical. And to top it off, it wasn't even a good rate! That's why I wanted to cancel in the first place, because booking directly through Marriott was 10% cheaper.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we do have to wait on the supplier to get back to us about a credit or refund. We looked at your account and a manager has tried to contact you about that process. Please call the manager back at your earliest convenience. Thank You.

I booked a rental car through this company for a trip I had planned in July 2020. COVID-19 cases were increasing in the area I was traveling to, and due to travel restrictions, I decided to cancel my trip. I called Hertz to cancel my reservation and they were granting full refunds due to COVID-19. I was told since I had booked through a third party vendor, TicketsatWork, that I would receive my refund through them.
I reached out to TicketsatWork numerous times regarding my cancellation and had to keep following up on my request as I received NO responses from the company. Finally after a month, I received a response stating they were reviewing my request and Hertz was granting refunds on a case-by-case basis. I explained I had already contacted Hertz and was told they were offering a full refund, but this did nothing to expedite my refund request. I even requested the case number they had with Hertz so that I could contact Hertz myself and expedite the request since I already had confirmation this was being refunded.
Almost TWO months after cancelling my reservation and having to follow up multiple times with TicketsatWork I received an email with a voucher for the amount paid. I went to the website to see what I could redeem the voucher for, and the only available options are for travel. Which until there is a vaccine, I will be not be doing any time soon. I have reached out again multiple times requesting a refund from TicketsatWork instead of the voucher. I have received NO response from the company. I have used TicketsatWork for years but I will not be doing so moving forward.

We bought Disneyland Tickets in February 2020 for our trip in April 2020. Disneyland closed due to COVID and we weren't able to make our trip. Disneyland is still closed and we can't use the tickets. I've contacted TicketsatWork several times and I can only get a copy and pasted answer that they are not giving refunds. This is ridiculous, as the tickets are unusable. Disneyland is refunding tickets, so I don't buy that Disneyland isn't allowing Ticketsatwork to refund the tickets. This is a disgusting response by a company during a pandemic. I will not be using them in the future.

Tickets were bought as an adoption present for my two boys in November of 2019. Disneyland 4 day park hopper with max pass. One child (age 5 at the time) and one adult (age 10 at the time) we setup a trip to celebrate our new family for May 2020 since the boys have school. Then the pandemic hit. Bummer but okay. We pushed it back until Sept. Okay California still won’t open theme parks. Tickets expire January 12, 2021! We tried for a refund. No refund! We asked if we could switch to Disney World with the money spent as a credit. Nope! All sales final! This company is awful! Buyer beware! Obviously it isn’t their fault a pandemic hit but how can they take our money and leave us without options? We tried going through Disney and they said we had to go through who we bought them from! That will be our last Tickets at Work purchase EVER! Please learn from my mistake. $840 down the drain!

I purchased a hotel stay in Vegas for our plan vacation this November last night at 7pm Central Time completing the transaction money removed from account within seconds received a email stating our reservation could not be honored. I was confused. Tried calling the number provided and nothing but, "Pls submit your request or issue online due to COVID." Called the hotel. They stated they never received a request or reservations on my behalf. So I now feel this is a scam 3rd party my butt. I work for the City of Houston which promoted this program as a discount to our employees. I will write a letter about my experience to HR and ask other coworkers about their experience using this company. Buyer Beware...

It really is not worth getting your tickets from this company. The discount isn't even that great, cost just as much as Stubhub or the like. I used them to purchase tickets to a football event that was cancelled at the beginning of June due to the Pandemic. I called them and requested a refund. They told me that it had to be officially cancelled by the "eventholder" even though the entire organization of the Big Ten said all events had been canceled and if they played football it would be conference only. I called the Sporting events office and they said they already refunded the money but since Tickets At Work was not an authorized dealer of their tickets they could not help me. Fast forward 4 months and I have yet to receive my refund. They keep giving me conflicting information and will not refund me my money. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETSATWORK.
We are working on this issue with Pay Pal. We will personally reach out to you once we get an answer and apologize on this wait. Thank You.

Published review 10/11/20. I bought 2, 4 day hopper passes for Disneyland back in February with the plan to go in March. But then due to COVID it shut down before my planned trip. I reached out to see if they could refund or at least extend the expiration date and was denied. My tickets expire January 2021 and it doesn’t look like Disneyland will even open by that time. So guess I am out $800. Will not be using this company for any future travel.

I booked two hotels through this company for a trip I had planned in fall 2020. These hotels are unfortunately in areas impacted by recent wildfires. As a result of the fires, I called the hotels to cancel my stay given the fire danger and unhealthy air quality as documented by various government sources. I reached out to the hotels and they were granting full refunds given this unparalleled natural disaster. I was told since I had booked through a third party vendor, TicketsatWork, that I had to receive my refund through them.
I reached out to TicketsatWork numerous times regarding the wildfires in the area and the need to cancel my two hotel bookings. I was told each time they were “looking into my concerns” and would get back to me. I even explained I had already contacted the hotels in question but this did nothing to expedite my refund request. All said and done, I received what appeared to be an automated email notifying me that my cancellation/refund request was being denied. This was truly shocking as the hotels were granting refunds to all guests who directly booked through them given the nature of the wildfires in the area. I have used TicketsatWork for years but I will not be doing so moving forward.

I bought 4 Cedar parks tickets, with the season opening deal. Unfortunately within weeks of purchasing these, COVID struck. First, Cedar Parks Great America delayed their reopening (as though totally should have!). However, to this day, they have not reopened. While I 100% agree that it is fair for them to remain closed, I feel they should refund tickets. Cedar Parks offered to refund my tickets yet TicketsatWork will not. I have reached out several times now, only to be told that my tickets are extended through next year. This would be helpful, if I were going to be in California next year, but I'm not. I have no way of returning these tickets, gifting them or redeeming them.
I feel incredibly bothered because when I asked to be escalated (which is not something I would typically do) I was just completely ignored by TicketsatWork. I understand the typical refund policy, but how can they morally collect money on a service that won't be provided, during a pandemic? And without even courtesy responses? It shows how little they value my money and my business.

I highly recommend you avoid this company and purchase tickets elsewhere. It is not worth the trouble for the minimal discount you get (if any). I purchased Disneyland tickets for my family in February 2020 for a trip at the end of March. The park shut down due to the pandemic, so I wasn't able to use my tickets. The park is still closed with no foreseeable opening. I contacted the customer service department and was simply told they don't issue refunds. When asked why and for more information, I was ignored. I spent a considerable amount of money on these tickets that could have been used on many other necessities during this pandemic. I was able to receive full refunds for my hotel reservation and airline tickets, but TicketsAtWork will not work with me. Really shows what type of company it is.
We are happy this concern was resolved. We hope to hear from you soon. Stay safe and take care. Thank you.

WHO WILL BUY MY TICKETS IF DISNEYLAND IS STILL CLOSED? I have called them 3 times & escalated but they will not refund. At this point, I'm out over $400 for trying to save money by going through them.

Updated on 05/17/2021: This is the second review I am posting about my experience, just so that readers understand. I am going to lose $1169 when my Seaworld tickets expire. Managers said they would look into it, no response. Who is Richard S?
Original Review: PSA--- > Protect yourself and buy directly from the provider never through TAW. My Lesson is this... We purchased 8 2 day All Day Dine tickets to Seaworld and Busch Gardens through TicketsatWork, total cost was $1100+. We had flight, and hotel booked for our family of 8 for August 2020 and due to Covid-19 flare up in Florida, kids have medical conditions we are not risking going.
No problems canceling the hotel, No Problems cancelling the FIight! But TAW would not cancel our tickets, or issue a refund, stating they are non-refundable, non-transferable, etc. Not even during a COVID-19 crisis in Florida and not even when Sea World said they would cancel them, HAD WE BOUGHT THEM THROUGH SEAWORLD. We will not be able to make it back to be able to use the tickets, so I guess we are just out a $1100+. Feel like everyone else in the travel industry is doing the right thing, except TAW. That's just wrong in my opinion, but I guess I learned my lesson and will never buy through them again.
As a 3rd party these vouchers come directly from the partner and currently the park is extending the expiration dates on all tickets. Even though the terms state that the tickets are considered final, we do have a manager looking into this to concern if anything can be rectified. Thank you.

Booked 2 nights stay for 2 rooms and my reservation cancellation policy stated as long as cancellation was made by 10 am the day prior to my stay, it was fully refundable. I cancelled 32 hours prior to and TicketsatWork is trying to keep 1 nights stay! My husband and I both called/ emailed and customer service just keep saying they are looking into it and that I would get a call back by end of day. That never happened! In fact the night of cancellation and the following morning, when calling no agents to take calls because in light of COVID they have reduced hours. It prompts you to send email so that’s exactly what we did (again 32 hours before a required cancellation period to be fully refunded).
Tickets at work is also trying to give the one day back with a voucher for something on their site or discounts to sams club or car rental. I am not interested in anything else they have to offer, I just want MY FULL REFUND! I will be reporting them to the BBB, plus I’m disputing the charges with my bank! I would never recommend tickets at work to fellow employees or anyone else for that matter. My daughter in law has used under my account for a variety of things and she won’t be using anymore due to this!
I’m tired of being jerked around with the promises of call back and being told they are trying to reach their partners to see if they can cancel. Because I was unable to reach someone by phone 32 hours and then again 25 hours to their cancellation policy, I contact the hotel we were supposed to stay and the lady I spoke with told me that although she wasn’t supposed to cancel because I was using a third party, she’s so it anyway. The phone agents at tickets at work will say anything to get you off the phone. I’d advise, DO Not BOOK ANY HOTEL STAYS THROUGH THIS SITE! There’s no savings here, it’s a scam! Again disputing with my bank and reporting to BBB! They robbed me of $508. I’d give them ZERO STARS, but they prompt to give at least one. I will never use tickets at work EVER AGAIN! Plus my company is a very large company across the USA. I am very good friends with the CEO and I will be reaching out to him to advise!
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party, we get the hotel rooms from a hotel supplier. If there are policies in place we would need to reach out to the vendor to see if the penalty can be waived. We do have a manager looking into this concern and he has tried to call you. Please reach out to this manager at your earliest convenience. Thank you

Purchased Disneyland Park Hopper Tickets in December 2019 for our trip in March 2020. Just prior to our trip, Disneyland shut down for COVID and has yet to reopen. We have contacted Tickets At Work 3 times and have no resolution except for request for refund denied. Disneyland did right by all their guests and fully refunded tickets/trips that have been cancelled due to COVID.
As a 3rd party the tickets the guest received came directly from the partner. Once purchased they are considered a final sale but we have been reaching out to the park to see if a refund could be provided. We definitely apologize for this matter but the refund has to come from the partner and we currently have a manager working on this case to see if anything can be done.

You will lose money with them. They claim refunds are possible but it takes months for them to make a decision and by that time, they hope that you will forget about the request and not follow thru. Just steer clear of them.

I ordered Disneyland tickets for my family back in February 2020. Then the pandemic hit. I've been trying to get a refund for months now. I've called them several times & they say they will contact Disney to get a refund, but it keeps getting denied. I called Disneyland & they said they weren't denying refund requests, but I would have to go TicketsatWork to get the refund. So, I'm out $600 for a trip I'm never going to take.
This is unacceptable. I was able to get refund on my flight, hotel, rental car & even my Go LA passes through TicketsatWork, but not Disneyland! Disneyland hasn't even been open for months now. I shouldn't have to pay for something I'm not going to use. I've ordered many tickets through them in the past, but never again. I get emails form them saying they are willing to work with their customers throughout this tough time, doesn't seem like it to me. It's been a terrible year. My father died, my wife lost her job & now I can't even get my money back for these tickets. Please do not order anything from this company as they are not consumer friendly.
As a 3rd party, these vouchers come directly from the partner and the terms of sale are listed as non-refundable. We are aware of the pandemic and have been doing our best to reach out and see if the park is willing to refund. We currently have a manager looking into this to see if anything can be done about this concern. Thanks.

I booked through TicketsatWork for a hotel stay in Lake Tahoe. Order ID **. I had multiple issues at the hotel. They did not get me a new room or try to fix the issues. Called ticketsatwork multiple times regarding this issue and they keep giving me an excuse as they are awaiting their supplier to reply. It's been over a month and a half. I will be reporting to BBB and filing a dispute.
However, we do have a manager looking into this further and will definitely escalate this to the hotel and/or supplier to see if we can get a better answer. Currently our supplier says the hotel is willing to waive the resort fee and give the customer a discount on the next visit. We will check further to see if we can get a different conclusion to this matter. Thanks.

I ordered a set of tickets to Discovery Cove, Sea World, Aquatica in Orlando Florida from Tickets at Work for this upcoming November. It was cheaper to purchase from Tickets of Work than from Discovery Cove direct. The savings was around $100 for 6 tickets. I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again to save money. I purchased the tickets months before our travel dates. After purchasing Discovery Cove ran a 40% off sale that Tickets at work was also offering on their website. The promotional purchase period ran for over 10 days. The savings from the price I paid to the promotional price was over $500. I called Tickets at Work twice to see if they could adjust the price I paid. I was told they were unable to help me both times I called, and that Discovery Cove was all sales final and would not allow the tickets to be refunded and repurchased at the discounted price.
After hearing it wasn’t possible from two Tickets at Work customer service reps I called Discovery Cove to see if something could be done. Well, upon talking to Discovery Cove’s customer service department I found out that the information I received from Tickets at Work was untrue. They explained that Tickets at Work could cancel the tickets on my behalf as long as it was 30 days in advance with a full refund and then repurchase at the current promotional price. I promptly called Tickets at Work back and the representative I spoke with was going to work with a supervisor. It was suggested that if I changed my ticket dates they would possibly be able to secure the promotional pricing for me. They changed my dates, did not offer any refund, and have not returned my calls requesting to speak with a manager or my emails making the same request.
I have been working with Tickets at Work over many phone calls and emails for over a week and have received less than satisfactory results. I find it appalling that their company would not help when the price difference is over $500. This is a difficult time for the travel industry as well as for families like mine. They have the ability to help and are opting not to. That is not a way to earn repeat business. They are taking advantage of consumers during a pandemic when things are already unsettling.
We are happy a proper resolution was made. We hope to hear from you soon and that your vacation to Orlando is a memorable one. Thank you.

The answer I was provided is they have not received a response from the hard rock. I called the hard rock`s customer service and they advised all reservations will be provided a full refund if canceled due to Covid. They told me my reservation has been canceled and ticketsatwork.Com should be providing me a refund per their updated policy. Since then, ticketsatwork.Com has not been able to provide me with any update and continue to finger point the delay at the hard rock. I called the hard rock and got an answer right away. The no refund policy is understandable in normal times, but these are not normal times. Disneyland is closed. We will not be able to reschedule our vacation because I have lost my job. Their uncaring policy’s need to have the option for exceptions. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied and will never use this company again and would advise anyone to do the same. I could really use the over $600 right now to pay bills and afford groceries. This is a terrible company with no customer service values at all.

I purchased what I thought was season passes for Six Flags. After I called six flags to set up my reservation, six flags told me they were only single day tickets. I called TicketsatWork right back, which was all in the same day might I add. They said that they need to reach out to six flags to get me a refund, but I bought my tickets through tickets at works which didn't make sense. I had to wait almost two weeks and finally they sent me the email that I have received my refund but inform of a credit.
I called tickets at work and told them that because the ticket were bought in error and that their rep told me that they were season tickets that they should give me a refund back to my method of payment. They told me that their policy has changed two months ago that they are no longer giving cash refunds only credit. I have been a member for a few years and no emails was sent to reflect this new policy. So tickets at works are forcing me to use their services for which I don't want to use anymore. Lastly their management is the worst. They don't know how to talk to people nor return phone calls. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT.
We are happy a manager reached out to you to handle this matter. Stay safe and we hope to hear from you soon.

Updated on 08/19/2020: I purchased tickets and requested a refund. To make a long story short they used their policy to their advantage to not issue a refund. Their policy states if show is reschedule they will not issue a refund. The show was “rescheduled” a year and a half later, and I still have not received email communication about the new show dates.
The current issue is TicketsatWork said a manager will review my case; however, they didn’t ask for any details like my ticket number, date of purchase, or even my name. So what case is the manager reviewing? In other words, the company responded to my previous inquiry stating they will review my case so the public could “see” it was being handled, but never contacted me. Even when I sent them a personal message, I have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication is poor customer service.
Original Review: I purchased show tickets in February 2020. The show was for April 2020; due to COVID-19 the show did not occur. I requested a refund and was eventually told after several communications, that the show was postponed. Due to the show being postponed I cannot receive a refund, I can only choose a new date for the show. When asked for the new show dates company stated that the show has been “postponed” a year and a half from the original show date; furthermore, I never received any additional information. For this company to avoid providing a refund for an obviously cancelled show is poor business. This is a clear example of a company trying to take consumer's monies, by using a policy to their advantage.
Postponing a show date beyond a reasonable time so the consumer will eventually forget about the money lost. I still have received no email communication regarding the status of my show tickets. Again the lack of communication and updates proves to me they want their customers to forget they even purchased the tickets.
These tickets are "Preferred Access" broker tickets that were purchased through our website. We have a manager reaching out to the broker to see if an actual refund can be obtained since we are the 3rd party. We are waiting to see if we can get a better response on this matter than the show being postponed.

I’ve been using TAW for several years and have always had a pleasant experience and received great prices. I had a trip to Orlando for Disney and Universal this summer that was cancelled due to Covid. I called Disney today and was on hold for an hour waiting to see if I could cancel and get a refund. After waiting I was told they couldn’t help me since the tickets were purchased through a third party but I could contact the third party to see if they could help. I contacted TAW and they explained that no refunds would be given due to Disney. It’s disappointing that the park can’t help due to using TAW and I feel like my hands are tied in this situation. I went through Tickets at Work for motel reservations in Orlando for a family of three. Unfortunately a Hurricane had formed in the south and was expected to hit us at landfall. Being a manager in a health care facility, my company canceled my days off. It was short notice to cancel. I contacted the Motel and they were more than happy to switch our reservations to a later date. Due to a third party (Tickets at Work) the motel was unable to assist us. Tickets at Work advised that they would do whatever they can to get us a full refund.
Two days later I was informed that unfortunately they were keeping $194.00 dollars of our $660.00 motel fees for penalties. Then I get an E-mail telling me that my remaining refund of $451.00 was coming back as a Credit voucher... What makes them think that I would ever do business with them again... I had to make reservations for two weeks later and was able to get the same room, for the same amount of days for $240.00 dollars cheaper. Also not to mention that when I was advising the CSR (Jamie) of the situation, she hung up on me!! Bad Business!!

I purchased tickets for a concert for March 2020, that due to the Pandemic was postponed, I accepted the new date of Oct 2020, it has now been postponed two more times. I know this is unprecedented times And a $300 set of tickets that we cannot use due to the new date can only be credited to a voucher to be used on tickets at work only. Not to mention in a time that everyone is feeling the crunch financially. If bought through the venue or ticket agency, would have been fully refunded with cash. Very poor customer service also, would never use again. Buyer beware!

I purchased 6 adult Park-to-Park passes early 2020 to take my family to Universal Studios Orlando during Spring Break. Our trip was cancelled due to COVID and I have been trying to retrieve my $2000 since. I have requested a cancellation/refund twice. The first time I was told TicketsatWork had to wait for their Business Partner (Universal Studios) to see what was being done for ticket holders as the result of the park closures. Universal released a statement that “unused tickets” could be used until Dec of this year.
Out of my 6 family members-I am the ONLY one who isn’t a student, a teacher, or otherwise dictated by school breaks for travel. We have no idea when we will be able to travel as a family again, so I contacted Ticketsatwork to explain and was told that they would submit a refund request from Universal Studios, and if it was approved - the funds would be returned to Ticketsatwork - and then a refund would be issued to me. After waiting A MONTH to call back (they asked me to be patient because of the large number of requests they are receiving and the length of time refunds are taking) - I was told that Universal approved my refund request, but that I had been issued a CREDIT VOUCHER from Ticketsatwork instead of a refund to my credit card used to purchase these tickets early 2020.
At this point, Ticketsatwork is literally HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE. I used them as a 3rd party vendor - and although they act like they cannot refund tickets because their “Business Partners” won’t allow it- Universal has issued them a full refund and they refuse to return those funds to me. I have called and spoken to their Customer Service reps and I keep getting the same spiel - they fall back to their Terms and Conditions about refunds...and how they have the “right to issue Credit vouchers”.
These tickets were purchased before the Global Pandemic decimated travel in the US. I expect all sorts of Companies have had to amend their policies to provide some level of Customer Service during this unprecedented time. Not Ticketsatwork. They have decided to penalize those who tried to save a few bucks by using an Employer “savings” vendor to buy theme park tickets. It’s not worth it. If you buy directly from the Theme Park, they will at least TRY to do the right thing by their customers. Ticketsatwork has $2000 of my money - don’t let them have yours.
We are happy that this concern got resolved. Stay safe and we hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

Check out experience was easy, however this company has no value of its customers and I question their ethics. I purchased tickets to a Florida amusement park back in January planning for a trip for April with my family and senior aged parents. Obviously our trip was canceled due to Covid-19 closures. After multiple requests for a refund on the tickets I am still being told in July that refunds are not being processed and they are still good for six months. They can be used by a relative at the gate if we are not able to go ourselves.
Living across the country, rescheduling the trip is not realistic and there are no affiliated parks open locally to offer to another person. Apart from the irresponsibility of Florida theme parks being opened I would hope that after multiple requests the refund would be granted being the current state of our country. There is so no vaccine in sight and it is irresponsible and a disregard to public safety to pressure people to still take part in these types of amusement locations or have someone else go else being at a loss for the ticket cost that no service was received on. I will not be using them in the future.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As a 3rd party we have been reaching out to the partner and they have advised us they are only extending the expiration dates to end at least at the end of December of 2021. We are still trying to see if the partner is willing to provide any compensation. Thanks.

I reserved hotel room through them for end of July & cancelled prior to 7/27/20. The room was advertised as refundable. They do not want to credit my visa in the full amount which is almost $800. Instead they told me that as of 6/22/20 they are unable to issue a full refund to my card and that they can give me a credit voucher to use anywhere on their site. This is sneaky and feels illegal. I would not have reserved the room had I known this in advance. Don't ever use them!

Never buy from this company. They are apparently at the mercy of the ticket distributor (or more likely they just won't do the right thing). I buy a concert for 2020 and due to Covid it is moved to 2021. Ok, understandable but I think I am entitled to a refund since I paid for a concert in 2020 and I don't know where I'll be in 2021. Will they advocate for their customers? No. I was basically told tough luck by their CSR. If I am going to get bad service I'll just go straight to Ticketmaster.
As a 3rd party we have a manager working on this case to see if the broker can get a refund. They have informed us that the show is postponed for another date but we are currently checking to see if we can get this concern resolved for you especially during this situation. We will keep you posted on what we find out. Thanks!

I ordered tickets for me a friend back in January 2020 before the whole Covid issue was even a forethought. Our planned trip date has come and gone four months ago back when California first issued its shelter in orders. I contacted Tickets at Work twice and the first time got no response. The second time around they replied and said that I should either hold on to my tickets or give them away because I would not receive a refund.
The party that I was going with is a single mother out of work because of Covid and needs her money refunded. I on the other hand have had my hours reduced and lost money trying to meet my kids schooling issues. How can a company like this send an email talking about unprecedented global hardships when you aren't even willing to refund money to customers who are more worried about feeding their families and making sure a roof is over their heads then figuring out if they want to go put their family at risk just so they don't lose money on tickets to a park that might not even open again in 2020. Further, they continue to sell tickets to venues that aren't even open but are refusing to refund their customers money. That has scam written all over it. Steer clear of this company. I am going to contact my HR to make sure they know what kind of company they are dealing with and let their employees know not to buy from here.
As a 3rd party we have to reach out to the parks to see if they are willing to refund or not due to this pandemic. However, we are glad a manager reached out to you and was able to take care of this matter with you. Stay safe.

Our trip to Disney and Universal Florida in March was cancelled when the parks closed due to the pandemic. We immediately requested a refund for the Universal tickets and received that refund. We attempted to reschedule the Disney portion of the trip to later in the year and were advised that a refund from Disney was also possible, but that the tickets were extended automatically. We are now unable to take the rescheduled trip and requested that our Disney tickets be refunded. Tickets at Work has changed its policy and will no longer issue refunds in the original form of payment. They will only give us a credit now. Disney authorized the refund, but Tickets at Work is keeping our money. I will never do business with Tickets at Work ever again. Shameful business practice!

In Feb 2020, I purchased 4 tickets for the Cincinnati Music Festival that was supposed to occur in July 2020. The concert was cancelled in May 2020, due to the current Corona virus pandemic. According to the website, those who purchased tickets for the 2020 concert can use those same tickets for the 2021 concert.
I contacted TicketsAtWork.com via email and requested an explanation about what they were going to do about the Cincinnati Music Festival being cancelled because Ticketmaster was offering their customers the option of a refund or attending the 2021 concert. TicketsAtWork.com replied with a general email stating that refunds would be processed within 45 days (instead of the normal 30 days) due to so many cancellations being processed. They ended the email by stating that if an event is postponed then they would not be issuing refunds. The Cincinnati Music Festival is an annual concert. The concert is not being postponed if the organizer is allowing the 2020 guests to attend the 2021 concert at the same exact timeframe that they always have the concert. The 2020 concert has been cancelled, not postponed. I waited 45 days and noticed that I still had not received a refund.
Then, I called TicketsAtWork and spoke with Vanessa on July 6, 2020. I told her that I was inquiring about my refund for the cancelled Cincinnati Music Festival. She stated that they had not received any information that the concert had been cancelled or postponed. She said that she would submit a request for a refund and that it would take up to 14 days to get a response. I received an email response from TicketsAtWork on July 19, 2020 in which they indicated that I would not receive a refund because the concert has been postponed to 2021. Pushing off an annual festival for an entire year isn't a postponement, no matter how fervently promoters would like the public to believe it is.
When I purchased the 4 tickets, I agreed to attend the concert on July 24-25, 2020. Once the organizer changed the date, they are not allowed to not provide the option for a refund. The services that I was promised on the date indicated on the ticket are no longer available. The organizer and/or ticket broker does not have the right to keep my money for a service that was not provided as promised. We are also in the middle of a pandemic in which people are losing their life from this infection. No one is guaranteed to make it to July 2021, and it is unfair and unethical to hold my money. TicketsAtWork doesn’t seem to care about this pandemic that we are all experiencing together and the fact that people are facing unimaginable financial hardship.
Even politicians have gotten involved: Two Democratic members of Congress wrote a letter to the Ticketmaster that read, in part, "With Americans weathering the brutal and continuing impacts of this global crisis, your decision to confiscate their money is reprehensible and should be reversed immediately." Ticketmaster then changed their process in the following manner: Beginning May 1, any events that have been rescheduled with new dates will be eligible for refunds. From that point on, refunds will be available for 30 days beginning from the announcement of the rescheduled date.
Along with Ticketmaster, EventBrite began allowing their customers to receive a refund for rescheduled and cancelled concerts if they made the request within a certain timeframe. Also, the hotel room that was booked under a “non-refundable” category was also refunded back to me. Organizations understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it is truly unethical to not refund a customer’s money. Job loss is at an all time high because businesses had to close for several weeks.
As a 3rd party we have a manager working on this case to see if the broker can get a refund. They have informed us that the event is postponed for another date but we are currently checking to see if we can get this concern resolved for you especially during this situation. We will keep you posted on what we find out.

They had rescheduled The Cher concert due to 19 to October of 2020. They now have postponed that also. I surmise it will not be rescheduled. If in the event it is rescheduled, I would not be comfortable going. I have not been to any event nor out in public (besides my work) since March of 2020. I contacted Tickets at Work to tell them of my dilemma. They advised that The Cher concert is still under review and at this time, no refunds will be issued if and UNTIL she is officially cancelled. I've already sat on these tickets for well over a year now. Due to the current state of affairs, any customer requesting a refund, should be granted a refund. My next step would be to contact The Attorney General.

During the coronavirus situation this company is refusing to provide refunds on tickets. I wouldn’t buy any tickets from this company ever again. Book directly through the places you are going. It’s not worth saving money when they won’t give your money back during a pandemic. Horrible customer service.
We are glad that the issue has been resolved. Please keep in touch and stay safe. Thanks!

I received a month ago an email saying they were processing my request. Today I received an email saying that I could get my money faster if I choose to use it at their website. I WANT MY MONEY NOW. SHAME ON YOU.

Tickets at Work stole my money. $240.32. I booked a hotel through them. Had to cancel due to COVID. Our concert was canceled and parents who were staying at the hotel can't travel outside their state due to their federal jobs. I called Hampton on June 29th. Said yes can cancel and refund but tickets at work had to do it. Called tickets at work 06/29. Could not get through!!! Called again 07/3. Finally talked to a male. He said he will have a credit on my account for me to use. To call back and reschedule the hotel anytime. That he canceled the room at Hampton. That I would receive an email in 2-3 business days. No email. I used their contact us via email. So I did basically was told no money/credit back. Non refundable or non reschedule.
I called today to tickets at work. Rep says same thing email says but also read the previous rep's notes that say I would get a credit!!! She said their dept. Declined the credit!!! She said they sent me an email. They did not!!! I would have been at my hotel if I did receive one just to chill out. Now my hotel is a no show. 07/13-07/15. I called Hampton. Let them know what's going on. They said ticketsatwork has to cancel. That I cannot. They would be happy to work with them. Ticketsatwork keeps saying their client denied allowing me to reschedule or refund me. Completely opposite of what their client told me... Ticketsatwork is just a fraud in my opinion. Waiting on a supervisor call. If it is not resolved I'll take to my HR dept. To advise to cancel connections with them, send BBB report, and leave bad (but accurate) reviews. I am extremely angry with ticketsatwork.
It was great speaking with you. Please stay safe and if you need anything else let us know. Thanks.

Beginnings of the year 2020 I purchased tickets (2) for Disney afterhours through TicketsatWork for May 25th 2020. Due to the pandemic and unfortunate circumstances of the world, Disney canceled all after hours events and confirmed in all their platforms that money for those type of tickets was going to be refunded. After weeks of not getting the money back I reached out to Disney thinking that the problem was on their end and I was told that they refunded everything/gave the credit back if it was a third party and that my money was on ticketsatwork end. I then called ticketsatwork and was told that they had to summit a request for the refund... Then waited for about a week when I was told it should only take about 72 hours but I wanted to give them a chance, I called back after the week just for them to tell me that they have to submit the request again because the first one was submitted the wrong way...
I then waited another week to call which brought me to today's date 07/16/20. I call ticketsatwork and was told that they couldn't do anything because I had linked my tickets to my disney experience app (stupid excuse) that I had to call disney once again to get the refund. I then call disney for the 100th time to ask and was told once again, "You paid the third party. You need to contact them." Yes! I called ticketsatwork again and NOW was given a different story. The girl who helped me basically said, "WE CAN'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK BUT YOU CAN USE THE TICKETS FROM NOW UNTIL A CERTAIN DATE IN 2020."
I called disney again to confirm that there is no such a thing when it comes to special event tickets. I can completely say that I have been robbed $200 & something dollars that I paid and have records of by ticketsatwork. This has been a terrible. It makes me so upset that after everything we have been through this year companies like this one are dealing with customers this way and just taking their money... unbelievable! I'm heart broken and with 200 & something less in my pocket.
We are happy a prompt resolution was made. Stay safe and hope to hear from you soon. Congratulations as well:)
