I went online to buy Universal Studios tickets and the website was pretty clear and easy to navigate. But the payment was not getting processed, so I had to call. The rep was very professional and he helped me very fast. I would tell others to try TicketsatWork.
We are happy you were able to get the tickets. Happy holidays and we hope to see you again in 2023. Thank you.

Checkout was fast and easy. I tried to get tickets to the Halloween Horror Nights - Universal Studios, but at the end of the purchase it said that it was not available. I wished that the ticket calendar had shown that it was sold out instead of it showing the price and availability for the day. Overall, it was simple. Would purchase from here again.
We hope you have a wonderful time at Halloween Horror Nights. Enjoy the park and we hope to hear from you again. Thank you for the feedback and may your next transaction be smoother than this one.

I rented a car from Ticketsatwork and due to a policy that local renters cannot rent, I was never able to pick up the rental car. I called and asked for a refund and they are refusing a refund because the policy is hidden on their website somewhere. I had to go digging to even find it. It was not explicitly stated and even after acknowledging that I did not receive what I paid for from their end, they are refusing a refund. So deceptive and disappointing. I will never use their services again and if you are planning to, make sure you dig up all of their terms and conditions to go through it. They will not explicitly give you a warning based on your location or where you are booking out of but will expect you to pay for services you never received.
As a 3rd party, these car rentals come directly from the supplier. We apologize that the guest was denied a refund but there are terms from the supplier before checking out. We have tried to contact this customer several times to provide us with the order number and nothing has been provided for us to assist.

I bought concert tickets from Ticketsatwork.com since the discount helps negate some of the handling fees and they are guaranteed. The purchasing and receiving went well. I received what I paid for immediately following purchase to be retrieved on my phone. I attended the concert not knowing one of the major acts was cancelled by the promoter. People who purchased tickets through the arena were notified and were able to get refunds. I was disappointed that half of the show had been cancelled and requested a refund from the arena. They couldn't because I purchased third party. They advised me to contact ticketsatwork CS so I did. Initially it seemed like they would give me a voucher but then said the event was not cancelled and the sale was final so they didn't. Moral is you get a discount but no refund if part of the act isn't there. The discount wasn't enough to cover the loss of half an act. I won't use them again.

Purchasing through TicketsatWork is super easy and convenient. I had some doubts when I was purchasing something. I called a gentleman and he was very nice. He helped me through the purchase. We're always insecure when we're making these purchases, but the transaction was very secure. This year, I bought Halloween Horror Nights tickets with the Universal Studios parks. I would recommend TicketsatWork 100%. It’s an awesome platform.
We appreciate the awesome feedback and hope you have a great time at the park. We want to make sure all of our members have an excellent experience with their purchases. Thanks.

I purchased tickets through them. They showed on their website what the price is and what the discounted corporate price is. I trusted that it was correct. I purchased 10 tickets. After purchasing I went to the website what the tickets are for to find out they are actually cheaper on the main page. I asked for a Price match and they said there’s nothing they could do. They lie about prices so do your research. Will never use them again
We do apologize but our rates are contracted with the actual partner. We sell thousands of tickets and have satisfied guests who enjoy buying our park tickets. If the rate were higher than before we could send this over to our partner to investigate the matter.
We have a manager who tried to reach out to this guest more than six times to see what can be done with no response back. Please reach out to the manager who has been trying to call you and has provided his personal phone number to reach back. Thanks.

I bought tickets to Disneyland and got the wrong Tier. Nowhere was it listed on the site about the rules for the Tiers. I mean, it was there, but you must read to the fine print to understand what it is. It was really hard to find. The tickets I bought will only allow me to go on a particular day, which won't work for me. I have called both Ticketsatwork and Disney, and neither will let me upgrade my ticket for the mistake I made, DUE TO THEM NOT EXPLAINING ANYTHING STRAIGHT FORWARD AND MAKING THINGS SUPER DIFFICULT. I don't know who sucks more, Disney or Ticketsatwork. Like, let me pay you more? LET ME BE HAPPY AND SATISFIED!!! Now I am ** stressed out of my mind that I am out $233 for NO REASON. I am fuming.
We are glad that a resolution was made. We hope you have a great time at the park. Thanks.

I reserved a hotel through TicketsatWork, I thought I was getting a better deal than using a regular travel site. However, TicketsatWork never disclosed a $34 daily resort fee. I found out of the resort in the confirmation email. After the fact, I double checked in the site and the fee is not disclosed anywhere, not even during the check out process. Although the fee is charged by the hotel regardless of the site used, other sites do disclose the fee in the hotel description. This is a total scam! Beware!
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. As advised in the agreed terms of sale we are not held responsible for fees that the hotel may charge. The hotel room comes from a supplier, and we even ran a test on the location to see what the guest was implying. Upon our testing, the resort fees that the hotel will charge did show up during our research. Our company does not make up the fees that the hotel will charge. Futhermore, a manager tried to contact the guest several times to see if anything can be done as a resolution and the customer never called him back. We would advise the guest to call the manager back when he is available to do so.

We went to Legoland in New York and the ordering of the ticket was very easy. I called the customer service at TicketsatWork and they were very helpful and answered all our questions. They were quite knowledgeable about the pricing, the arrangement and what you need to take there. They probably read up on the site for the Legoland to see how they work with the tickets that you buy from website versus their site. So, it's quite useful. I ended up ordering the tickets on the internet and received them in five minutes in my email, which was quite convenient. So overall, I’m quite satisfied with the price and the speed of the delivery of tickets. I was looking for tickets for other theme parks locally in New Jersey, which I was not able to find. They probably still don't have it. It'll be nice to see tickets for Six Flags, which is nearby or Dorney Park, which is also nearby. It'll be quite useful to see those also on the site available for purchase.
We appreciate the great feedback. We hope you all had a wonderful time at all the parks you went to.

I booked a hotel in Florida and Hurricane IAN got stronger to CAT4 storm. I called to cancel my trip as I am driving with my family to Daytona Beach and will face the storm weather when we get there or on the way. It is very risky to drive and it will be just boring to sit inside a hotel for your stay without any fun. (what is the purpose of a vacation then). When I called, The rep said you are 2 hours late for free cancellation and I have to pay $230 penalty as I am late 2hrs.lol. I said ok, let me then change the date so I avoid the storm (knowing that I am moving my date by 1 week, not by too much). They said that they cannot do that unless they cancel the 1st reservation and open a new one. A disgusting way to make you pay the late fees again. Others like Expedia, Kayak.... they allow that with no penalties. They are doing that just to rob you. Be careful.
I cancelled the trip and they send no cancellation email so I asked for the cancellation number, The rep said that they don't offer cancellation number and he was going to credit me the rest of my money in a voucher form, I said "hell NO". They have a fishy business and they don't know how to make a client. I am reporting them to my company so they review what they are doing and I hope they cancel any business with them. As for me, I am not using them anymore in anything they offer or anyone related to them.

I reserved a stay at a hotel in Orlando for September 29, 2022. Hurricane Ian is set to be slamming into the coast that day. The multiple representatives I spoke to refuse to refund me until I receive a letter from my hotel stating they would cancel my reservation. I’m disgusted that this company will gladly take my money when there’s an act of god and lives are at stake. I have had to call multiple times and constantly get the runaround. My claim has yet to be resolved by anyone. I was told I would receive a claim email and a call from a supervisor which has not happened. Very disappointed.

TicketsatWork provides me with a great discount. Purchasing was pretty easy. I made a purchase for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The steps and the process for me to purchase that ticket weren't difficult at all. It was self-explanatory to make the purchase. The reps were very helpful. They were very attentive. I wanted to confirm with them that my purchase went through. They were double-checking everything and making sure that I didn't have any other questions. They weren't rushing me. They were just making sure that my purchase was completed and that I have everything and I was set to go.
Every time when I've called and made purchases for my family, I always get someone who has been willing to help and there was no struggle. I've had numerous moments where we made a purchase for my mom and she speaks Spanish. They were very patient. My mom doesn't like speaking English, but sometimes she likes to do both. Every representative that has helped her has been very patient and has been willing to help her as well. Overall, TicketsatWork is a great place to look out for discounts. It's very self-explanatory for anyone to really do it. If they feel like it's not understandable, they can always reach out to a customer representative. They'll be always happy to help.
We appreciate the kind review. We are glad you are satisfied with our service and hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

I liked the convenience with TicketsatWork. I was needing tickets fast, and I didn't have the means to go about doing it myself. Their representatives were helpful. I got tickets for Legoland, and it was a group of five people going. What I did not like were the fees that were really high. Taxes surprised me and caught me off guard. It made it almost to the same price it would be paying retail. So, it wasn't too much of an advantage. They could be more upfront with the fees or somehow make it known so that a person like me doesn't feel like it's blindsided at the end. It would be nice to know that everything is all transparent upfront.
We appreciate your feedback and glad you enjoy our service. We apologize about the taxes and fees, but very happy that our representatives were helpful to you. Thank You.

Booked Disneyland tickets. Their tickets were not the correct 'tier' for the day we wanted to go to Disneyland, and they refused to refund the order or for me to pay to upgrade the tier to make it work - even though it was right after we ordered the tickets but the tickets have not yet been issued.
We deeply apologize but as a third party these tickets come directly from the partner. Once purchased they are considered a final sale. The park has let guests upgrade when they get to the location but that will still be up to the partner's discretion. We will have our management team investigate this and see if anything can be done. Thanks.

We booked through TicketsatWork for SeaCrest Resort. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we definitely were not satisfied. The room stunk and you could not breathe, the door would not lock, fruit flies in the sink, the carpet was nasty, no shower curtain, looked like mold on ceiling, and other very unacceptable things. This was detrimental to our health and my kids and I could not breathe. We left and the resort said they would give a refund, but ticketsatwork went through Expedia and we would need to reach out to them to get our refund.
Ticketsatwork will not give me contact information for who I need to speak to at Expedia since this is who they went through. Ticketsatwork has been giving me automated responses about updating me every 72 hours (which they don't, but give the same message if you email them). This is unacceptable and I have never experienced anything like this before and I am truly appalled considering it's supposed to be a discount program through my job.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak and apologize on the condition of the room the customer had. The hotel was willing to provide some type of compensation but the account has a credit card dispute. We have a manager looking into this matter and we will need to wait for the dispute to clear in order to take any action.

We purchased 3 tickets and 3 express pass tickets for Universal - my 15 year old had saved through the pandemic for this once in a lifetime trip - the day before we went into the park my daughter started getting a sore ear - we figured we would still go to the park and maybe with the excitement she would feel ok to enjoy the day. In less than two hours we had to leave the park and Uber back to the hotel. My daughter had to go to emergency and spent two separate nights at Orlando health emergency for her ears and a fever - our vacation was brought to a halt.
I contacted customer service - offering all documents and said I don’t require a refund just a re issue of ticket for another date in the future - and all I got back in two emails was “we have exhausted all avenues - sorry.” They looked at no documents, if they did they would have been able to see proof and also that the pass had not been used - and I can assure a 15 year would certainly we be in all the rides. I purchased 3 - even though I don’t do many rides - so if I felt like doing a couple I could. Really poor distasteful service. Totally unacceptable- rather buy directly from the parks or the hotel you are staying at- I have always done this in the past - but decided to try this third party vendor - never again.
We apologize what happened to your daughter. It was great speaking with you today. If you ever need anything else please reach out to us. Thanks.

I had booked myself a car via TicketsatWork. My computer auto generated my fiance's last name into the last name text box and so it said Sarah (w/ the wrong last name). I had paid with my card which has all the credentials and called to correct the last name which again WAS AN ACCIDENT. I had contacted them multiple times with no resolution or ability to get in touch with a manager or executive. They said that the last name can't be changed after a booking... although, I am pretty sure it's a simple change especially when it's right after it happened. I was unable to even pick up the car and they didn't even offer a refund. I am now out $745 for something that could've just been re-entered.

I purchased baseball game tickets for my boyfriend's birthday through Tickets at Work. Our tickets showed a game time of 5:40pm. We drove an hour to get to the game, paid $40 to park, then found out the game had started at 4pm and was already in the 7th inning. We never received any updates about the time of the game changing and had no idea that was even a possibility. We paid $116 for tickets and missed nearly the entire thing.
Tickets at work refused a refund with an automated email stating that "As this purchase was made as a final sale product, we are unable to cancel, modify or exchange the tickets in any way." So even though the tickets WERE modified from what we purchased, and we weren't notified, there's no way to get a refund. It also seems there's no way to actually talk to a real person about this as every request I've tried to make gets an automated response. This company is completely bogus- don't buy anything through them as they will take no responsibility for the purchase.
We apologize that the game time changed. As a result we went ahead and provided the guest a full refund on the order. We have been reaching out to the guest as well to see what else can be done due to the game time changing. Thanks.

I purchased 11 tickets for Hurricane Harbor online a couple of weeks ago. There was one that I couldn't purchase because of the system being down. So, the TicketsatWork reps had to send me a direct link while I was on the phone with them. I purchased that one ticket through a different link, then I printed out all the tickets. When we got to Hurricane Harbor, they scanned them, and it was telling them that they weren’t scannable. They weren’t coming up in the system, and that was even after typing in the numbers. We had to sit at the gate for a very long time for them to be looked at. We were driving from two hours away, and they would not let us be admitted with the tickets. So, I had to pay twice for the tickets. I saw that on TicketsatWork, it said that nothing was refundable, so it was a loss there.

I called the 800 number TicketsatWork had on, spoke to a young lady and purchased the addition to Tour of San Diego and the Wild Animal Park through her. She was really great. Because online, it didn't show that they had the Wild Animal Park. When I was talking to her about the SeaWorld tickets, she asked if I was interested in anything else, and I said, “The animal park.” She said, “Well, let me see if we have that.”
She then looked it up and said, “We actually do.” She said how much, and I said, “Well, can I buy them together?” She said, “Yeah. Give me a few minutes." She had them in different carts, just because she was looking for it, and she got them together and said how much it was. I thought I'd have to give her my credit card details over the phone, but she said, “No. Let me send you a link. You do it all through your phone.” I'm not real tech savvy, even though I'm not old, but I'm not too young. The young lady said, “Let me see online while you go through the payment process. Just if you have any questions, I can answer them.”

I do not recommended TicketsAtWork!! I made a reservation for a little weekend trip to Atlanta, GA with family after having to deal with lots of health issues. All we wanted was to forget about everything we were dealing with at the moment. Booked one at a hotel in Atlanta, paid in full for it. Once I got there, hotel informed me they were sold out. Even reservations. They could not do anything to help us since we booked with a third party. We had to drive a lot and find a cheap hotel to rest for the night. Next morning i called customer service for them to just tell me "you're out of luck, We will start a ticket and get back to you." After almost 2 months of the same email "we will follow up with you in 72 hrs" I got a denial for refund email because they couldn't reach the hotel. Just like that we lost $400, no other reason no other explanation. HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE. WILL NOT BE USING TICKETS AT WORK EVER AGAIN!

I was purchasing tickets for Sea Life NJ aquarium as it was the first time I will be bringing my 15 month old. I selected the date and when I selected the time frame, it brought me to the ticket quantity page without notifying me that I was not able to select a time frame of my choice. I was under the impression that I would be able to after entering my credit information. After checkout, I realized it did not allow me to select a different time frame. I contacted TicketsatWork. After speaking to a low level agent and a supervisor, they eventually emailed me that they ultimately were not able to change my time frame despite the fact the the actual aquarium still offered the time that I wanted. I purchased Disneyland tickets through TicketsatWork. I had a few questions. I called one of the representatives and then they clarified it. They were very helpful and patient with me as I asked my dumb questions. The reason I had to call was that there was a bit of unclarity on what I could or couldn't do with it. The description could be a little bit better. But otherwise, there weren't any glitches in the actual purchasing portion of it.

I booked a hotel for 4 days and I immediately realized I made a mistake and tried to cancel it. There was nowhere on the web site to cancel so I emailed them. They emailed me back and said they are a third party and refund requests are subject to approval from their partners. Best case scenario they will offer me a voucher. Nowhere on their website did they disclose this. The only thing I read was that as long as I cancelled within the policy, which I was well within, that I would get 100% refund. Complete false advertising. I hope something can be done about this. May the buyer beware.

On the last day of the ticket expiry, I had to reschedule my whole trip because we got covid positive. I spoke with somebody on the line and he was being very detailed. He told me about the rate changes and explained the policy. They accommodated and changed the plan, and extended the ticket at a very nominal rate. The tickets were not supposed to be extended or canceled or transferred. But considering my health condition, they were able to extend the end date a little forward. It helped me to save some money. They have a great rate, fantastic customer service and they keep customer priorities at the focus. Considering these three factors, I'm happy with the service.

I had a hotel reservation through this company, and I had to cancel my reservation due to contracting COVID. During this time I proactively called support and let them know. I was told my refund would be processed. I called every Monday and Friday to check on their support for 5 weeks (being assured I'd be contacted with updates every 72 hours), only to eventually be denied a refund. I cannot support a company that would rather risk infecting others with a virus linked to an ongoing pandemic, over keeping your money.
I was assured I would be advocated for, the hotel company has public cancellation policy unique to COVID-19, and support refused to acknowledge this, keeping close to $200 spent with their company. ZERO REFUNDS, means just that. Pay attention to the contracts, and not having security for a purchase is not worth the diminishing value purchasing through this company provides. I was also attempted to be sold other offers every time I contacted support, when I just wanted to human company to give me a refund. The hotel said their hands were tied due to my reservation being through this company. AVOID!
As a 3rd party the refund has to come from the supplier. We have a manager looking into this matter to see what can be done.

I purchased 6 tickets to a comedy show and after I purchased through Ticketsatwork another person asked to be added. I called Ticketsatwork and bought an additional ticket to my reservation but come to find out it was just me buying an additional ticket and now they can’t guarantee that the extra person will be seated with us at the event since the ticket was bought separately. I called back and spoke to two separate representatives to see what could be done to make sure we would all sit together and they were no help at all. It’s frustrating they don’t give you seating when you book through them. Just use TicketMaster to buy event tickets if available for the type of event you’re looking for. You know your exact seat assignments and it’s actually cheaper to buy direct through TicketMaster. Never again will I use TicketsatWork!
These tickets are "Preferred Access" tickets as stated on the website they purchased the vouchers from. The value of the tickets can be higher or lower than what the customer paid. Since there are two orders we cannot guarantee two different sellers will have seats very close to one another. We have a manager looking into this to see what can be done about the seating arrangement. We have another manager checking on the pricing to see what can be done as well.

I purchased round trip tickets and 1st itinerary was changed. I contacted TaW and was instructed to contact airline. I thought that was strange since I made the flight arrangements with them not the airline. The airline wouldn't cancel the entire trip just the portion they changed. Then the family member I was vacationing with got COVID. So I contacted TaW to cancel entire trip. They again said contact airline. The airline had me on hold for over an hour trying to figure everything out so I emailed TaW and the representative said I can't cancel my flight for a refund. I emailed them again showing the quote from their cancellation policy that stated I can cancel my flight within 3 hours before the flight.
Then their representative called me and was asking me to screenshot where it says that in their policy. I explained I was at work and she should be able to see my email since she knew to call me. She began talking over me and becoming challenging. I said I know she's a representative and doesn't make the rules so I'm trying not to get upset and take it out on her but this makes no sense that I can't get a refund. Then she starts giving me dates of my emails and asking me to verify if it was correct and again I stated I'm at work. She then wanted to know when was a good time again getting challenging, talking over me,and stating where does it say we will give you a credit if you cancel 3 hours before your flight.
I then realized the key word was refund/give you a credit and TaW has no intention of giving me a full or even reasonable refund. I will never use them again and I will let everyone I know about my experience with them and the tricky wording in their policy. Expensive lesson learned and so sad that there are companies like this that take advantage of hard-working County employees who truly serve their communities with honor and integrity only to be ripped off by companies who claim to give back to honor us.
We are happy a quick resolution was made. If you need anything else please let us know.

Taking away 1 star for the amount of time it took to address my ticket order from purchase. I might recommend that if you know the third party has delayed service, it might be helpful for the consumer to be aware of more concrete details, such as tickets available 48 hours before the show. The way everything is written, it is not transparent that your third party vendor that is responsible for fulfillment will be delayed. Thank you for providing the tickets.

I traveled from out of town to see the play and stayed on the phone with TicketsatWork for over an hour after the play had started and they were unable to reach their "partner" to have the tickets sent to me.
After days of providing evidence that their "partner" had canceled the ticket transfer and multiple phone calls to TicketsatWork, they still refused to give me a refund. TicketsatWork would not disclose the name of their "partner" and just kept responding that they apologize and they do not issue refunds. Ultimately, TicketsatWork has no protection in place for consumers who purchase tickets through TicketsatWork when one of their "partners" don't deliver the tickets and the consumers become victims of ticket fraud. I do NOT recommend them and have now had to elevate the matter to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud.

I booked a 1 night suite hotel through my job using this company. The suite was $475 dollars and was to accommodate me and a friend to celebrate. We reserved a two bed suite. When we arrived the hotel said they only had a king suite available even though our reservation says two beds. I called Ticketsatwork and had to wait almost an hour to get someone on the phone (while I’m waiting I also put in an email ticket to possibly get a quicker resolution) only to find out that the refund department was not available and a ticket would need to be submitted for approval. The Rep assured me I would get a response in a few hours. 2 hours later I received a text stating my request was processed and approved.
In the meantime we had to purchase another room to accommodate our two bed request (another $360). The hotel said all TicketsatWork had to do was call and they could have canceled my reservation. It was a huge inconvenience but we were determined to have a good time. Monday comes and I still don’t see the refund. I just happen to check my email Tuesday morning and see a request for more information. I respond and get a message that a resolution or communication will happen within 72 hours. Friday, I check still no refund. I call and speak to a rep that says that a request for refund was sent to the hotel on Wednesday and they had to wait for them to respond. I asked her if she could just call the hotel now so that we could get this resolved as it has been a week.
She said they have to send an email to another department and then they will call the hotel. Frustrated, I ask to speak to a manager (Herbert). The manager gets on and I explain my situation and frustration - he has no empathy and says that there is no record of my phone call and that I probably called the wrong number. I would just have to wait to get my refund if it’s approved. I explained I have a text message from the rep who I spoke to and he said we don’t text so you didn’t speak to our company. He was rude and nasty. I am now going on two weeks with no resolution. Spent over $800 for a double bed room for one night. The issue was not anything I had control over but they have no sense of urgency and I resolve it. I have called and emailed multiple times and still nothing. I just keep getting an email saying they will communicate again in 72 hours.
We apologize about the hotel matter but glad a quick resolution was made. If you have any questions please reach out to us directly. Thank You.

I love TicketsatWork. I'm able to share it with my family, and they give wonderful family deals. I got this account through the county 'cause I work for the county. They gave me a password, and purchasing tickets to Disneyland as well as Universal Studios was pretty easy. I recently got moved from one department to a different one, and my co-workers from the new department didn't know anything about TicketsatWork. They ended up calling the human resources department and getting that password so they could create their own login information and they loved it. They already scheduled Disneyland, too. They already went to Disneyland this year because I recommended them to TicketsatWork.

I told multiple CSRs that I preferred canceling the reservation with penalty and they did a dispute which was denied and caused me to lose ALL of my money! This company practices fraudulent behavior and cheats consumer out of their money! Beware, do not use this company. They lie, cheat and steal to make a profit!

I recently used TicketsAtWork to purchase concert tickets. I learned about TicketsAtWork through the company that I work for. I thought I would try it and see if I got a good discount. I bought two tickets for a total of 310.00. I found out later that Ticketmaster was selling tickets for the same concert at 79.41 each no matter what seat you got. So the total for those tickets would have been a little over 200 for both tickets after fees were added. When I received the email from TicketsAtWork to get my tickets it gave me a link for Ticketmaster to retrieve them. So I actually paid over 100 more for tickets when I could have just used the Ticketmaster website and got a better price. I have learned from this and will not ever use TicketsAtWork to buy concert tickets again. That is price gouging and should not be legal. I cannot recommend this site for purchasing concert tickets and will let friends and family know about my experience.
We appreciate the opportunity to speak. The customer bought "Preferred Access" tickets that come trusted sellers throughout website. As stated on the site the face value of the tickets can be higher or lower than what the customer paid for. However, we have a manager reaching out to the guest to see what can be done for her. He has left messages for her to call him back and sent emails as well. Thanks.

I've been using TicketsatWork for years. I go to them first before I try to get any other discount thing. Everything that I'm needing is there. My only complaint is when I have to do the multi-day parks, I’m a spur-of-the-moment and not multi-day person. Other than that, their prices are great. I used them to get my amusement park tickets. I did SeaWorld through them.
We appreciate the feedback and glad you go through us to buy tickets. If you need anything else please let us know. Thank You.

I previously purchased tickets through tickets at work. I loved the fact that the discounted rates are within my budget. I thought it was too good to be true and boy, was I correct! I booked hotel reservations for March 13-March 16 at Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. Due to a family emergency, I wanted to changed my dates. I reached out to Tickets at Work and they told me, that they were going to put in the request to change my dates from March 13-March 16, 2022 to my desired date March 17-March 19, which the representative said it was possible. They said they would send me an email with updates. Mind you, this request was sent on March 09, 2022.
I called them again on march 12, 2022 and they said they do not have any updates for me and waiting for their partners to approve the request. This whole time, I did not receive any email updates either. So the initial dates March 13-16 passed and I still did not receive any calls nor emails from tickets at work. Then finally I called them again and they said that my request for March 17-19 has been denied! Mind you, March 13-March 16 has already passed, so I'm out of a hotel!! TICKETS AT WORK where was your due diligence in helping me?! So I called them again requesting for a refund because all of this was their fault! If they had notified me sooner that my desired reservations was denied, then I would've choosen another date, but instead they gave me false hope! saying it will be approved.
Tickets at work just left me waiting for nothing. I called them again about my refund, and they said that they submitted the request for a refund and is waiting again on their partner for their decision! here we go waiting again! I called again 72 hours later, and to no surprise, there was NO updates on their end and we are waiting yet again! I then requested to have a manager or supervisor to call and NO ONE CALLED! It is now March 24, 2022 and I finally got an email stating that my refund was DENIED! Why? How? when it is their fault! They just took my money for services that wasn't even rendered to me! Tickets at work is a joke! Forget booking through them, it is best to go directly to the source. It may cost more, but at least you dont have to go through the hassle of all of this. I'm a single mother of 2 and Tickets at work just basically took my money, with no remorse! Thank you!
I apologize the hotel did not want to refund and you were not advised of this until after the check in date. I am happy that I was able to resolve some of matters on this concern. Have a great week and all the best. Thank You.

I called to have the process possibly expedited and was told to wait a couple hours and the tickets would be emailed to me. Nothing. Called back and then was told to wait another hour. Again, nothing. Called back & was given a different answer again, that it would take 6-7 hours from time of purchased....nothing. I have a friend who works at Disneyland who said these tickets should be available immediately. If it wasn't possible to get this done quickly they should have just said that. Now I might have to purchase tickets again and be out over $400. I don't recommend this service.

Bought Billie Eilish Concert tickets over 2.5 years ago. Details below. The concert was cancelled due to COVID. I spend $428 and TicketsatWork said they would issue a refund. After hours on the phone with a customer service rep and an agent from my bank to prove refund was never issued, they said they would issue a check. Well, it’s been 2 years and I still don’t have my money back. This company and their customer service is not only unacceptable, they are unethical. With all the financial hardships as a result of COVID, $428 goes a long way, but TicketsatWork does not care. No accountability. Don’t give them your business. This business is a sham, and do not deserve to even be called a corporate “perk”, purchased a room for 3 nights from 3/11 to 3/14 at the Embassy Suites in Orlando back in February for which I paid $482.89. I decided to use my cool ”corporate rate” through my company to get the best deal. I put in the order and I received a confirmation email with a reservation number under my name right away. The email stated that I should “print out the email and take it with me” as this would be the information the front desk needed to check us in. I perceived this email and the information given, that my reservation was in place and would be ready for our arrival. I went to confirm all of our reservations on the day of our trip March 11th because that is normally what I do when traveling. To my surprise the hotel could not find a reservation under either my name, my husband’s name, or the reservation number you sent to us.
On top of this our flight was set to leave at 5:46 pm that day. We risked losing air fare, amusement park tickets and a rental car if we had decided not to travel. At 11 am we proceeded to call your “company” to resolve this issue. We spoke with Loreto ** (if that’s his real name) who informed us that he would “look into it”. We explained that we were going to be traveling that day and needed assurance that our reservation would be be in place once we arrived. He assured us that the reservation was “confirmed” but that more than likely they just did not have our name in the system yet. He put us on hold for several minutes then informed us he would need to make a “ticket” and would send us an email with this info because they were contacting the hotel directly. We asked, "How long would this take?" He informed us 1-3 hours. Again, this call was at 11am and again our flight was slated to leave at 5:46 pm.
I replied to the email at 12:55 pm to check the status and got no reply. We kept checking email and by 2 pm still had not heard back from anyone. We called again and spoke with another rep (did not get his fake name) who informed us again that they were still waiting on the hotel to respond but we should be fine. We got to the airport by 3:30 to make our flight and called again as no one had contacted us with a status update. It was then we were told by another rep (did not get her fake name either) that these matters usually take 24 hours to resolve to which we we replied to her that we were first told it would only take 1-3 hours. Again we were we were informed by her that someone would be contacting us once again, with a status update. Oh and did I mention that this was supposedly tagged as “urgent”. We boarded our flight (which was delayed). Got to Orlando by 9 pm and saw that no one had called or contacted us.
We called again and spoke to Ever Z (if that was his real name) who informed us that there was no reservation at the Embassy Suites for us because at the time of my booking in February they did not have any rooms available. No one informed me of this and I never received any communication of this only a confirmation email with a reservation number. Obviously they had a terrible communication breakdown that was NOT our fault. We spoke with this Ever Z for almost two hours while sitting in the airport with no place to go. He claimed that he would try to find us another hotel but to avail. We were basically ‘** out of luck’. We sat in the airport for up to 3 hours speaking with your rep practically begging him to help us. He claimed he could do nothing and was “very sorry.”
We asked for refund and was informed that a refund would possibly take weeks to complete. In the end we had to, on our own, with no help from the rep , find a place to stay with funds we did not have. Here is the real kicker —- on top of all this they still charged us a cancellation fee? How?! And for what?! WE NEVER HAD A RESERVATION!!! This whole ordeal has been traumatic especially for my son who had been looking so forward to a wonderful trip to Disney. Instead your actions or non-actions have made it disappointing and stressful. Bottom line, they took my money and did NOT provide the service that I paid them for and then punished me for THEIR mistake. We are still fighting to get our money back. It’s really sad how these companies try get off so easy with treating a customer- a corporate client customer- as if they don’t matter while taking their money. That my friend is a true definition of a “scammer”.
We are glad that a quick resolution was made. If you need anything else please let us know. Thank You.

I bought a ticket for disney, and since last time I've been to Disney was before pandemic, I was not aware of their policy changes and reservation requirements. So, I went to Tickets at Work website to use it (as I did before), I bought the tickets, then I received an email that tickets are not refundable, then while reading more on the ticket next day, I read in the description about reservations.
I looked at Disney website and couldn't find an availability for the days I can (don't live in CA). I called TicketsAtWork and explained what happened, they told me they will open a ticket and sent me an email about it. 5 days later with no update (they promised to update me in 72hrs), I called again and found out my case is closed and they won't reimburse me for the tickets. Now, I got stuck with 5 tickets for Disney that I don't know when I can use. Horrible experience, website didn't have this info, and then I found that Disney tickets prices was the same as what I paid for. My advice is to check at Disney or other attractions website first and deal with them directly instead of TicketsAtWork, even if you want to cancel or postpone, they will find a way to do it.
We apologize and as a 3rd party the tickets come directly from the partner. Please provide us an order number and we will gladly look into this matter for you. Thanks.

I purchased the New York Explorer 3-choice adult GoCity Pass on Feb 15, 2022. Due to the plan changes, we couldn't stay for too long and decide to buy the museum ticket at the window and not use the GoCity pass at all... Now the interesting thing comes, based on the GoCity Pass term and policy (and CityPass' policy is even more relaxed), people purchase the ticket has 90-day fully-refund policy during this pandemic time. However, after my trip ended, and I called TicketsAtWork to request the refund, they told me they don't accept cancellation.
Wait, what? Where does this come from? The GoCity Passes are not used at all and GoCity don't have no-refund policy. Even more, none of the TicketsAtWork sale's page describe such policy when I tried to buy the ticket (TicketsAtWork, don't try to modify your webpage now; I already screenshot everything). I called them and the rep told me he will send a note to the supervisor, but nothing happens.
I sent an email to their customer service email box today just to have a record of it. Let's see what happen. At the meantime, I will share what I have experienced to all my current and previous colleagues so that they are aware of such a bad practice. I hope my ex-employer can cut tied with them; such a terrible business and I hope other benefit provider can soon replace this one.

Tickets at work is unwilling to reveal the mysterious vendors they work with. The vendors buy the tickets from Disneyland (Disneyland states unused tickets do not expire). My next step is to identify the vendors. Anyone with knowledge of this please let me know. Thanks. In the end I would strongly encourage to buy directly from Disneyland. DO NOT BUY through TICKETS AT WORK.
Original Review: On December 16, 2019 I purchased 3 tickets for a 3 day visit to Disneyland at a cost of $1,001.96. My family planned to visit Disneyland the last week of May 2020. As we all know the park closed late spring due to the COVID pandemic and my family had to cancel our plans, but no worry the tickets did not expire until January 12, 2021. Then came 2021. Once again we could not visit. Disney in all their wisdom, extended the expiration date until Dec 12, 2021, like this mattered much. Disneyland did not even open to OUT of STATE guests until late July 2021.
As a family that lives in Colorado with a daughter in school, it's not like you can drop everything and suddenly visit Disneyland. I like most have to plan a vacation in advance, to get the time off from work. We could not visit in 2021 as my daughter was back in school. I called Disneyland in December 2021 and they told me that unused tickets never truly expired and that they could be used towards the purchase of NEW tickets. So now in February 2022, I am planning visiting finally in summer 2022, I called Disneyland but suddenly they realize... oh you did not buy the tickets from us directly? No.
I say no one asked that in December. Well sir you need to talk to Tickets at Work. I called on Feb 7th. It was frustrating discussion. I was told by the customer care representative that I'm sorry sir the tickets expired. I tell him well yes they did, but obviously I could not be use as the DISNEYLAND WAS CLOSED!! Well sir I will escalate your case to our partners? Tickets at Work is nothing but a scam. They take your money but do not deliver the product, if let's say a PANDEMIC HAPPENS and THE WHOLE COUNTRY CLOSES down.
This company and their PARTNERS (WHO ARE THEY?) act as if they are being taken advantage when ask to have new tickets issued. They think it's ok to STEAL $1000 from hardworking families. Why is that I am able to get my money refunded for the hotel reservations but not this? Do the right thing TICKETS AT WORK and REFUND or ISSUE NEW TICKETS. OBVIOUSLY the pandemic was unprecedented, and unexpected and thus YOUR TERMS or POLICY don't apply as TICKETS WERE UNUSEABLE. People have suffered enough, but companies like TICKETS AT WORK think it's ok to take advantage of people when they are already down. I will spread the work on every social media platform I can.
We apologize and will look into this matter to see if the partner will be able to do anything for us. We will definitely let you know what we find out. Thanks.

This company promised savings over gate prices at Disney. I thought they had the capability of doing that since they have all these workplaces signing up floor give their employees benefits. It all looked good initially. The taxes they showed per ticket seemed to match up with the tax rate in my head. Then we processed the order but found they had added over 50 dollars in fees. I checked Disney to verify and Disney verified that company had no discounts over their rates and the tax rate should have been 6.5 percent. They charged over 12 percent in taxes and fees.
When I called the company thinking it was just a mistake, they said they charged extra fees that were required by the state of Florida. They would not specify what the fee was actually for. I requested something itemized to show what the fees were for and they denied. They go on to say that they buy their tickets directly from Disney and that they verified tickets would have been a lot higher. No, I've been to the gate, it was the same price posted. This company also states they charge extra fees when they are buying from a reseller.... so if they bought from a reseller and charged me fees they were charged, then how did they buy direct from Disney? It was one thing when I suspected it was just mistake. Now I have found they are actively deceiving customers.
It was great speaking to you. If you need anything else please let me know. We will look into this taxes and fees matter for you as rates are contracted with the partner. Thank You.

Please be advised that your reservation was paid in our end but I would strongly recommend for you to call the hotel property directly if there are any incidentals that you need to covered.’ So I called the hotel directly to confirm with them what the actual price was and I was advised that I should cancel my reservation as Tickets at Work are NOT an authorized agency to book their hotel rooms!
Based on their advice, I have emailed Tickets at Work requesting the reservation be cancelled immediately. Alternatively the hotel mentioned I could dispute the charge with my bank if they do not refund my money or file a police report as I am a victim of a scam. Furthermore, I just went back to their site and since I first placed the order - they have changed their conditions (I have screenshots). So disappointed for falling for this scam!

I called back and requested to do the same thing but for an even cheaper time that I could see was available on Tickets at Work. They then said it was an extra 189$ on top of the 140 I already paid the first time. It was for airline taxes this time... how did it jump from 35 dollars extra to 189 when the ticket on the website was going for 107$. If my math skills are correct, I should be getting a refund for $33 if I change my 140$ ticket to a 107$ one. NOT to mention the tickets on Southwest are 9$ cheaper! I went on Tickets at Work for a discount not to be ripped off.

PLease, don't buy any in this company, they are even more expensive, if you buy the tickets in the park. Go and buy the tickets in the Disney website, also, don't rent a car too, they sell you a damage protection that you don't need, and when you go to pick up the car, you must too buy a liability insurance, required, and they don't give you a refund of the damage protection, also don't make reservation for hotel, if you reserve with them, the hotel is not going to give you, housekeeping services. Definitely is the WORST company for your vacation, you go with the hope to get discounts, and you'll end paying more for everything.
We apologize about the pricing issue as everything is contracted with the actual partner. I am glad a prompt resolution was made and we hope to hear from you soon. Thank You.

Initial communications and confirmation were quick, and include a note that you will receive tickets electronically "WITHIN THE HOUR" . 72 hours later, we were told they were sent, but we never received them. They asked for ANOTHER 72 hours. Called back. Next operator found that the message was "rejected due to the format they were sent in and would have to be sent in pdf". Ok... guess what, they said it would be ANOTHER 72 hours. Well guess what? We leave for the park in 48 at this point - all total we ordered tickets 2 weeks prior and still don't have them. Operators "cannot connect you to our supervisors because they don't have phones". Seriously? This simple online purchase has cost me about 4 hours on the phone in the last 3 days. In fact I'm on hold as I type. Stay away for your own sanity.
I am personally glad the issue has been resolved. If you need anything else please let me know Kerry. Have a great time at Walt Disney World and enjoy the nice weather here in Orlando Florida. Thanks

I purchased NBA tickets in Oct 2021 to give my 10 yo for Christmas. The game wasn’t until Jan 30th, 2022. I accepted the tickets to be transferred. TicketsatWork was unable to give us tix. I had to purchase new tickets after sitting on the phone with TaW for 64 mins. I have yet to get my refund for the original tickets and additional expense of new tickets. I'm still waiting.
We apologize about this basketball matter. I am happy a prompt resolution was made. If you need anything else please let me know. Thank You.

Rented a car for a work trip. Paid in advance of course as required. Got to counter, no car available. I was picking up from the airport so I walked to another counter and rented a car and took my trip. I assumed the billing would be easy to straighten out. When I emailed to tell the company what happened they "spoke with the provider" and gave me a copy of an invoice for a car I had never seen before, that they said I rented. I showed them the actual REAL invoice for the SUV I rented (I never rent sedans) for the same dates and asked how I could drive 2 cars at the same time?
The only information the vendor had was the information I had to complete in advance for Tickets at Work. No signatures, nothing that they could provide as proof that I rented a car from them. But Tickets already had my money. For 7 months Tickets would send me an email stating that they had not heard back from their "partner." And twice they asked me to please submit my contract for the car. Didn't exist because I did not rent the car. I would go through the entire story again. Today they email me and tell me they are closing the case because the vendor only charged me once for the rental. Not twice.
Again - that was not the issue. I did not rent a car from them at all. This was not a case of being double charged. It is a case of being scammed. I paid in advance through Tickets for a car that the "partner" failed to provide. Also in the body of the email was a notice that my response to that email would not be seen as they were closing the case. These guys are scam artists. As I look at other reviews I see where somehow they have gone in and gave 5 stars to a review but the actual review verbiage depicts a horror story like mine. Steer clear of these guys.
We found the guest's order and we have a manager looking deeply into this matter. We will investigate this matter with the supplier and see what we can find out with the actual rental car company. The guest will be advised on what we find out. Thank You.

I purchased tickets for NFL playoffs game on TicketsatWork site. I've used their site several times mainly for traveling and has had no problems. Their pricing is usually fair or cheaper than others. When I purchased tickets it showed a Saturday date. In the days to come the game date was changed to Sunday which was a very big inconvenience. I called because I had not received anything from them about my tickets or the date change. Rep unaware of date changed and stated final sale but I can give to someone else. Well next time I called still hadn't received information on my tickets, which I needed in order to sell tickets. I was told after on the phone for over an hour watch for email from transfer Ticketmaster. Never received an email and never showed on my ticketmaster profile. I called again. Was told that issue getting fixed and would receive in my ticketmaster profile. This went on all the way up to 3 hours of game day.
My last call after going back and forward about my tickets no-one has even recognized that the game was changed! Yet everyone good at saying FINAL SALE. I was told 1 hour before game, "Oh. The tickets didn't go to ticketmaster. They went to your account with Seat Geek." I don't have an account with seatgeek and why haven't I still received anything to my email on how to get my tickets. Now I missed my opportunity to sell my tickets and wait so I still hadn't received anything from ticketsatwork or seatgeek on how to retrieve my tickets.
My husband was driving to TX because the tickets were purchased. Get to the Box office and guess what? No tickets in my name and was told that the seats I purchased were already scanned and someone is seating in those seats! There is only 2 ways to reach the company. By email or phone. I am exhausted but I did not spent a lot of money to give away. Instead of the company admitting there was a communication breakdown, or the company has some fault in this they are punishing me for using their service.
We apologize what happened about this football game matter. We will investigate this matter and see what occurred. We will definitely let you know what we find out. Thank You.

This company promotes itself as a benefit for nurses and indicates on the purchase page that we are getting a 15% discount on Disney land tickets which was false. They were the same as the Disney website price. Then they charged $120 in fees (taxes were not withheld) so in the end any purchase made thru this company has a good chance of paying more in fees than offered discounts if any. I would never recommend this company.
At first I thought the $120 was in taxes which should not have been charged so I called. Customer service keeps repeating the same pre-prepared answers over and over and you will get a generic letter from the declining any refund. After a second call and working my way thru the run around attempts I was finally able to get a break out of the taxes and fees charge. It took a very long time and after voicing my displeasure in the experience of having to pay a premium for discounted tickets the phone representative tries to up sell me with a hotel purchase. Unbelievable.
We apologize about the taxes and fees matter but happy that this issue was resolved immediately. Thank You.

Bought our family Disneyland tickets in March 2020 - right before the covid shut down. Our children just got vaccinated (under 10) and when we called to inquire - these tickets apparently “expired” on 12/31/2021. Means you Disneyland honors any expired ticket value so long it is wholly unused (which our tickets are). I called Disneyland and gasp! SOMEONE VOIDED OUR TICKETS! All we want are our expired tickets. But nope! They can’t accommodate! If Disneyland itself doesn’t care - as a ticket reseller - why would you go void someone’s tickets after you’ve sold it to them and took their money? It is just wrong.
I apologize the tickets were voided and we are looking into this matter. I am glad we were able to resolve this matter and hope you all have a great time at the park. Thanks.

Found a hotel downtown St. Louis, reviewed the room, the accommodations, was satisfied, so I purchased the room. Hotel never disclosed they charged a deposit. Once at check-in, I was told there was a deposit, which I wasn't prepared for. I asked why wasn't that in the brochure, as they advertising the room. He was so... Rude. I had no other choice but to cancel.
I contacted customer service and was told that the room was nonrefundable. I lost $137.00 on room I wasn't able to use. No one contacted me. So that was just a loss of money. Tried to go through my banking on a dispute to get my money refunded. I still waiting. I was very DISAPPOINTED in this site. I purchase online often and this was the only site I wouldn't recommend. Once I received my confirmation, is when it stated they don't refund. I'm still waiting to speak to someone in customer service. They could've supplied us with a different day to stay... Or just PLAIN CREDIT for the future, however.

Original Review: Tickets at Work Knott's Berry Farm Tickets purchase was a complete disappointment! On Dec 23, 2021 we made our way down to Knott's Berry Farm with excitement and tickets in hand. The weather was gloomy and rainy but had our rain jackets, boots and umbrellas ready to go. Both of our Army and Navy serving children were home for the holidays and they were happy to be home in CA. When we arrived at the gate it was raining and we were told they would be closing the park for the day due to the weather. We would have never expected the park to close due to weather!!! And would have never driven over 2.5 hours knowing they close the parks due to weather. We are hard core Disneyland goers and love to go to the park in the rain and have done it frequently.
All the cast members at Knott’s were extremely nice and recommended we go to the customer service counter just outside the park. We were greeted by Diego, he listened and was extremely sympathetic. He asked us to fill out a form with the ticket info and then he would get back to us for our refund request. The supervisor, Jalyssa, took over and let us know that due to it being a third-party purchase that they could not give us a refund or offer us tickets to come back another time. But that if we had purchased the tickets directly even though it clearly states NO REFUNDS, they would accommodate our request (for a refund or tickets to come back anytime in 2022), just as they did for several other families that day.
She explained that even though it is their policy, NO REFUNDS, that good customer service is what brings their customers back and they want their customers to be happy. She said making families happy is the most important. She explained that since we did not use the tickets at all we could most likely get a refund. She explained that even though it is a third party that we purchased the tickets from they are still get the tickets from Knott's Berry Farm and they have the final decision. She explained it would be reasonable to ask for our money back as they CLOSED the park. We really appreciated her time and kindness.
The circumstance of the park closing was not even something we considered. Weather is one thing but they closed the park!! Nothing on the tickets says anything that they could close the park due to weather. We were extremely disappointed and since our adult military children were only on leave for the week before the holiday, sadly we had no other time to use the tickets.
I reached out to Tickets at Work four times and explained to the representatives the situation and that it was not a under normal circumstances that we were asking for a refund. When you call the representative is not who makes the decisions. They only type what you say and it goes to another representative that makes the decision. All the representatives were very nice and listened but I feel there is a disconnect. I feel the 2nd person who makes the decision just read the rules of the tickets and they immediately say no, no matter what. There responses were almost immediate with a big NO REFUNDS. I am highly disappointed in the effort they make to understand life’s ups and downs and that NO doesn’t always have to be NO. The Closing of the park was not our doing and we would have been happy to go in the rain.
I am an administrator and work for a large company and I always have recommended Tickets at Work to our employees but now I will not.☹ Again, I am saddened and disappointed with Tickets at Work lack of compassion with unforeseen circumstances. And that our military family was unable make the best of our Christmas time together with this purchase.

I purchased 2 tickets for The Weeknd concert in NY in the amount of $660 for 2020 which was postponed due to Covid. The concert was rescheduled twice and finally cancelled in Oct. Tickertsatwork notified that the concert was cancelled and would be processing my refund. To date I have yet to received said refund. I've contacted them every few weeks via email and calls trying to get my money. I've been told that it was coming once they received it as they are a third party. I was told it was rejected and sent back to them and asked if my card and account are active, which they are fine.
I was told a check was mailed out on Nov 19, which I never received and then they asked to verify my address and didn't have my apartment number. I provided that and was told I should receive a check this week, which I still haven't received. Upon my call to them once again yesterday I was told again the check already went out and they are checking with accounting to see what is going on. Of course the customer rep couldn't get accounting to respond and once again I'm told someone will get back to you within 72 hours via email (that never happens).
I contacted them yesterday morning and a few hours later I get 2 emails from a rep. The first saying they were closing my ticket because they have been trying to get in touch with me for the past 2 weeks and was unable to do so. I had to lay into the rep stating I had a call with them this morning and the fact that you state that you've been trying to reach me for the past 2 weeks was a lie and a joke because I had just spoken with someone that morning and I've been calling them every week. The second one was to thank me for my patience while they work on this. The second one came in right after the first but I have had enough of them and went in on whoever reads that message because they didn't waste a minute taking my money and 2 months later I'm still trying to get my refund.
I did state in my email I will be seeking legal counsel because there shouldn't be this much issue giving me back my money if they are truly trying to give me my refund. I need to speak with a manager to resolve this issue. I will have to dispute this charge with my bank because enough is enough. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS I WILL NEVER AGAIN.
I am glad we were able to resolve this refund issue. If you have any more problems please reach out to me. Have a great weekend and hopefully the Weeknd will do another show soon. Thanks!

I have a family trip scheduled for mid-January and purchased 6 tickets (~$350) to Knott's Berry Farm through Ticketsatwork.com on 12/30/21. There was only one option for purchasing tickets that can be used on a Sunday, which were called "Good Any Day" tickets. Upon purchasing and receipt of the actual tickets later that evening, it stated that the tickets were only valid for the 2021 season, which means they would have expired today (1/1/22).
I reached out to customer service immediately after purchasing to see what could be done, not asking for a refund, but simply trying to exchange them for tickets that would work during our trip, in 2 weeks. I received an email response the next morning stating that after "exhausting every avenue in advocacy of my refund request", that it was denied and nothing can be done. It's absolutely ridiculous to me that you would sell "Good Any Day" tickets that are literally only valid for the next 48 hours - but in addition, that customer service did absolutely nothing to try to remedy the issue, and instead just takes the $350 and says "sorry if we didn't meet your expectations about our ticket validity." I guess my expectations of being able to purchase tickets that would be valid 2 weeks from now was too high?
We apologize about the expiration on the tickets you purchased. We do have a manager trying to contact you about this situation. Please call him back at your earliest convenience. Thanks.

I recently purchased tickets for a Cirque du Soleil show in Seattle. On the TicketsAtWork website they did not itemize taxes and fees until after I had paid at which point they did not permit a refund. Instead they highlighted the "Total" as the amount without taxes and fees so their website made their price look much lower than it actually was. In reality their price was just marginally lower ($5) than tickets purchasable directly from the Cirque du Soleil website which offered a better choice of seating. I tried to cancel by phone immediately after placing the order and seeing the full charges but their customer service refused to help. I will not be using TicketsAtWork again and will be advising others similarly.

We had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We booked 3 hotel rooms for our group in NYC coming from different areas of the country. We all fly in and hotel says they don't have our reservation and would not be able to accommodate us. 3 of us calling to try and figure out what's going on and left on hold for two hours. Here I am 6 months pregnant sitting in the lobby after driving here 4 hours and kept on hold for an unacceptable amount of time despite being told it would be a "3-5 minute" wait.
Ticketsatwork finally got back to us saying that there was a communication error on their part and they had sent us a confirmation of booking in error and never reached out to us. So stuck in NYC we had to scramble to find another hotel and pay nearly double just so I could get her into a room to rest. All these people could do was offer me a 50 gift card on our $4200 expense. Please whatever you do don't use this site. They are scammers. They took my money, gave me a confirmation, and then left us out to dry when we finally got there without ever booking our hotel.
We apologize what occurred and will look into this urgent matter. A manager will be reaching out to you shortly about this matter. Thank You.

Original review: I purchased tickets for Disney world and after communicating with TicketsatWork to walk me through the site and completing purchase, I ended up purchasing tickets to Disneyland instead of Disney world. I have reached out to them to request being able to have tickets go to the correct location as I have purchased hotel tickets and have travel set up already and am overwhelmed because it appears I will lose over $500 and will not be able to take my daughter for her birthday, and am unable to purchase tickets again and lose the money. I was not aware of this until 12/1 when I couldn't make a reservation and contacted them about it immediately. They have stated that they sent it for review and told nothing they can do. The first person requested a refund which the ticket says no refund. I am not requesting a refund but just to change parks even if I lose the remaining of the funds. I'm at a loss!
We apologize that occurred. As a 3rd party we will have to see what can be done about this matter with the partner. We have a manager looking into this for you to see what can be done. Thank You.

We purchased Disneyland tix in 2019 - 2020 let’s us with nothing because the park was shut down. When the park “opened” it only opened to California residents, we live in Illinois so we could not attend, then the park opened for out of state attendees in June. We were waiting for our child to be able to be vaccinated before we could go. TAW refuses to refund our money and is telling us to “sell” or take the loss if we don’t use by 12.16.
We can’t pick up and fly to CA that quickly and our child wont be fully vaccinated until 12.20. I’m appalled by the fact they won’t return our money so we can buy new tickets to use in February. They do not even sell the max pass park hopper tickets anymore so They wont even be able to refund us a credit we could use! I’m disgusted by their lack of service and the fact that they considered 1 “extension” to be over the period of time Disney wasn’t allowing out of state residents. Do not use this company’s service. We called Disney directly and they said all 3rd party vendors should be working with us to extend tickets due to covid but apparently TAW enjoys pocketing money.
We apologize on this matter but have sent the vouchers to the partner to see what can be done. We are aware the park is allowing extensions but we are checking if they can possibly allow a refund or a future credit. Thank You.

Back in July, I seen we have an employee benefit of purchasing tickets at a discount through Tickets at Work. My husband's birthday was coming up so I decided to use that benefit and purchase him tickets to an event in October. That event was on this past Sunday October 11, 2021. The confirmation I received said I should receive the tickets around October 6th. By October 8th – I still hadn’t received anything so I reached out to Tickets at work and that is when things went wrong.
On my first call to Tickets at Work – the customer service rep told me I needed to contact the vendor, Ticketmaster. They gave me a number for them and told me to call them back if I had any issues with Ticketmaster. So I called that number and the call center gave the closed message all day even though their hours of operations were 9am-8pm on Saturdays. Since I couldn’t call anyone – I went to the ticketmaster website and submitted a contact form. While I waited for a response to the contact form – I reached back out to Tickets at Work (as instructed). They told me they were going to send an urgent request to the vendor as well and I would get a confirmation of that request.
An hour went by and I did not get the confirmation. So, I called Tickets at Work again to inquire if that request had been sent. The rep I got that time said she sent the request and sent me the confirmation of that to me while I was on the phone with her. She also said the request could take some time so to give it until the following morning (which was the morning of the event).
Later that afternoon, I did get a response from Ticketmaster that said – “Thank you for reaching out to us about your event. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We'd love to help, but it looks like you purchased your tickets from the box office or another ticketing provider, and you'll need to contact them for a refund. If you don't recall where you got your tickets, we recommend checking with your financial institution and as they should be able to point you in the right direction. If you need anything else we are always here for you just reply back to this email or visit Ticketmaster.com.”
At this point (Sunday Morning) I called Tickets at Work customer service again. The gentlemen I got this time tried a lot of different things. He even went as far as to login to the website with my email and password and take screenshots to prove that the tickets were not there. About 1 hour before the event – I informed the gentlemen that I appreciated everything but at that point – there was no way we would make it to the event on time even if the tickets showed up. He agreed and said he would send in the refund request with all of the information he had.
Today – I got an email from Tickets at Work letting me know that there was nothing they could do because the vendor says they sent the tickets so no refund would be issued. So, I spent most of my weekend on the phone with customer service reps for tickets to an event that we still missed and they are telling me I am also out the $516. A month later and Tickets At Work is still refusing to process a refund. Their reasoning is the vendor they used says they sent the ticket link via email so there is nothing they can do.
I am not arguing that whatever vendor this is sent an email – I am telling them that I never got whatever email was sent and I never got the tickets and spent days on the phone leading up to it trying to get them with no success. A Tickets at Work CSR even logged into my account with my email and password where the tickets should have been and took screenshots showing there was nothing.
As a Regional Manager for Operations for a company that is primarily driven by customer service - this whole experience disgusts me. I have contacted my HR Director and due to this experience my company is removing Tickets at Work from our Benefits Site altogether. I hope everyone here thinks twice before purchasing from tickets at work because they have demonstrated no accountability for the vendors they choose to work with.
We apologize about this football matter and have a manager looking into this to see what occurred. You will definitely be notified on what we find out.

Upon reading the shady reviews about other people's hotel reservations not going through with ticketsatwork, I decided to cancel them and rebook directly with the hotel. TicketsAtWork refused to refund my credit card, instead, giving me a credit voucher. I don’t want a credit voucher, I want my money back in my original method of payment. When I booked my reservations, it specifically said “refundable.” Now they won’t give me a refund but giving me credit vouchers instead. Credit vouchers are practically worthless if I’m not going to use TicketsAtWork ever again due to their poor customer service.

I purchased two tickets over the phone to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, because the online system wasn't processing the payment. While making the purchase over the phone, I was never informed that it was nonrefundable. Looking back, online it’s in very small print that it’s nonrefundable. Within two hours, I received an email from Busch Gardens saying that the tickets were each $50 cheaper than what TicketsatWork was offering (>$100 price difference). I immediately called TicketsatWork to either get a refund or price adjustment and was told that it needed to be approved through Busch Gardens (which when I spoke to Busch Gardens they said there should be no issue with issuing the refund).. I was told by TicketsatWork that it was denied.. Even still, it’s a discounted site, and purchasing the tickets through Busch gardens would have been more than $100 cheaper because of the promotion.
I repeatedly asked to speak to someone else, and was told someone else would call. I then submitted an online cancellation request. Only to receive an email saying that they would process it and get back to me, but to note “If you have made a request for a refund and a cancellation is approved by our partners, your refund will be issued in the form of a Credit Voucher.” Again, I was never informed when on the phone that it would be a credit voucher.
In short, I spoke to multiple people over the phone with multiple failures in communication. I was never told while making the purchase that the it was nonrefundable and I was never told while processing the refund that it would be in the form of a credit voucher. I called back and cancelled the refund process, because I didn’t want a credit voucher… I would never suggest purchasing tickets through them. I’ve purchased tickets/hotels through third party sellers and have never had so many issues/lack of communications.
We apologize about this matter and will investigate this matter as well with the partner.

We purchased tickets for March of 2020 for Disney. It was shut down due to COVID. They extended the credit to Sept. 2020. I was able to get it extended to Dec. 2020 but our 5 tickets aren't showing up. I find this odd because we were a party of 11 traveling together and the 4 other peoples tickets were updated. At first TicketsatWork refuses to give us any credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and didn't but was told that the supervisor submitted a request to use the tickets this December. So we will see. This trip was for the adoption of a young lady we took in 2 years prior and adopted as a teenager. COVID delayed this all as it did the world. Disney is on her bucket list and we really cut corners to make this happen for her. It is so sad if this doesn't happen after all she has been through. DCFS and her trauma past is terrible and now for her #1 dream to be shot down makes us ill. So we will see what Tickets at Works reply is in 72 hours.

I booked a reservation with them and it was for a future stay. The hotel I booked is closed and I need to cancel this TicketsatWork reservation. As the third party company with Expedia, they were not able to make the decision on a timely manner. As of this writing it's more than 1 month and I'm still waiting for a resolution. They keep giving me excuses and tell me me I can't cancel this reservation bec. It was non refundable. I will not use this Company again in the future. They only book through Expedia Extranet and does not have any authority to make cancellation or changes to your reservation.

I have been working with Tickets at Work to resolve a very simple issue with a duplicate charge at the Comfort Inn of Rocky Mount, NC. I booked and paid through Tickets at Work. I was also charged when I checked out. I provided both the hotel and TAW detailed information regarding the issue and even attempted to resolve the issue through Comfort Inn myself with no success. It has been over 1 month and the issue still remains unresolved and I am still out of almost $200 for the duplicate charges. The hotel said they never received the payment from TAW. I am very disappointed, and this is very unacceptable. I will be contacting my Corporate office to report the service quality and inability to resolve a simple issue. This is ridiculous.

I would not recommend purchasing any tickets for shows through this site. I purchased tickets in March for a December show. I have yet to receive the tickets and they will only mail out 3 days before the show. I can no longer go, they won't refund or send me the tickets now. If I purchased the tickets, I should receive the product. Like I said, I wouldn't purchase tickets for shows through this company.
We have a manager looking into this matter to see if the tickets can either get sent to you early or if the broker can possibly obtain a refund. As a 3rd party, the refund has to come from the seller of the tickets. We apologize that you cannot make the December show and we are advising this to the seller. Thank You.

After purchasing a family waterpark hotel stay through my work discount site. We had to cancel due to my daughter tested positive to Covid. We had to cancel the visit so as not further expose any other guests. We wanted to at the least get a refund or a voucher for a future stay if they provide no refunds. This is a unprecedented time in everyone's life now. We were able to speak to someone about this but were unable to get a real resolution. This has been going on since August every day or two I get the same form letter that states they are working on trying to reach their third-party partner to discuss this case.
So my wife just called the Hotel outright since this is a considerable amount of money we just paid. The Hotel said all of our funds are tied up with TicketsatWork and they would have to resolve this situation. Needless to say we are still getting the same form email sent us with no regard for our concern. We will never do Business with this company again. Horrible customer service. We are out of a large sum of money and no resolution in sight and we were trying to do the right thing.
We apologize on the delay and will have a manager look into this matter. As a 3rd party the refund has to come from the hotel and/or the supplier. We will definitely let you know what we find out about this urgent matter.

Worst choice was for me to book through TicketsatWork. I figured I'd take advantage of this so called work benefit but that turned out to be a big mistake. I was charged $125 on top of my "so called deal". I booked a hotel, thinking I was getting a better rate. When the order went through I noticed a conversion rate from Canadian dollar to US of $125. I booked a hotel in British Columbia, Canada and I live in Canada. Makes zero sense to be charged a conversion fee. I will never use that site again. All in all. I lost money. And to top it off they did not return ANY of my correspondence. I would have been better off booking through the hotel itself.
We apologize about the US pricing on the hotel you bought. A manager has been trying to get ahold of you about this concern. Please call the manager back when you can. Thanks.

We bought tickets to Knott's Berry Farms pre-pandemic, and while many other companies were very accommodating with working with and refunding customers for pre-pandemic purchases, TicketsatWork just refused to refund our money at all for several hundreds of dollars worth of tickets that we could no longer use. We would have been way better off if we had just purchased directly from Knott's Berry Farms, and I think we only saved maybe $10 total. I purchased tickets to LegoLand Discovery Center Bay Area for my brother and sister in law. They have been trying to have children for years and finally have come to terms with the fact that it is not in the cards for them. They are huge Lego fans and they had heard that a Lego theme park had opened up 2 hours away in Milpitas, CA. They had decided to take a trip down since the Covid restrictions had lifted. In checking the ticketsatwork.com website for discounted tickets we discovered that they were available.
We searched the site, selected THEME PARKS & ATTRACTIONS, then LegoLand Parks, then changed the filter on the left side of the screen to Discovery Centers - Nationwide. We scrolled down, located the LegoLand Discovery Center Bay Area location and selected the red button "Buy Tickets". We were then taken to a screen that said
"About LEGOLAND Discovery Center Bay Area
LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Bay Area is the ultimate indoor LEGO® playground located at the Great Mall in Milpitas,CA. The indoor LEGO attraction is a 2 -3 hour play experience featuring a LEGO-themed train ride, 4D cinema, MINILAND™ (a LEGO re-creation of Bay Area’s most popular landmarks) plus several themed interactive build and play zones. Inspire the imaginations of children aged 3-12 with the endless possibilities of LEGO!

Enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day sanitizing high-frequency touchpoints, and play areas.
Hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the attraction.
Visit LEGOLAND Discovery Center's website prior to your visit for up to date safety guidelines."
And another red button that says "BUY TICKETS". We clicked that and were taken to a calendar to select the date and time of the visit. Selected 8/21/21 at 11:30 am. Then we're taken to a window asking how many adult and children tickets were being requested. We entered 2 adult tickets (ages 13+) and "ADD TO CART" button. Paid by credit card and received the tickets via email.
My brother and sister in law arrived at the Discovery Center for their appointment time and were turned away because life had dealt them a deck of cards that would not grant them the child they always hoped for! It was at this time that they were told that adults must be accompanied by a child. It was at this time that they saw it was stated on the e-tickets that they only had to show at the door and had never had printed copies of. The Legoland staff turned them away at the door and told them that they would be refunded. A little over a week later, they still had not been refunded. They emailed Legoland on 8/30/21 and received a reply stating that the refund request must be sent to the third party company that the tickets were purchased through.
I called Ticketsatwork.com and spoke with Mary who first said that the tickets were "non refundable because all sales are final". I argued the point that at no time did their site tell us PRE-purchase that they had to have a child with them to enter. She then said that it couldn't be refunded because "the event date was already passed and they were considered a no show". She had the nerve to say that after they spent 4 hours of their time and fuel (round trip) that they "NO SHOWED" this event!
At this point, I am highly irritated and ask for a supervisor. I was placed on a 3-5 minute hold and when Mary came back on the line she said "all of the supervisors were busy but that the purchase was non-refundable". This felt like a poor attempt to just get me off the line. I asked to speak with a supervisor anyway. Mary then put me back on hold for another 3-5 minutes. She came back on the line and stated that "all of the supervisors are still busy and the tickets are non-refundable anyway". AGAIN I said that I wanted to hold for a supervisor. She again warned me of another 3-5 minute hold time.
After that time had passed and I still hadn't hung up, she came back on the line and asked if she could take my phone number for a supervisor to call me back by the end of the day. I agreed and gave her my number. I clarified that they would call me back by the close of business today or within 24 hours which would be before 11:47 am PST tomorrow. Mary said "they will call you back TODAY". I am still awaiting a call, it is 4:03 pm PST. Time will tell if I update this review or not.
We are happy this issue has been resolved. If you are in need of anything else please get ahold of me. Have a great night. Thank You.

The website is very deceiving. I bought some tickets that show the wrong information on the website. I bought some express passes and they don't explicitly say it doesn't include the main entrance for the park. The website also states that you can get your money back with free same day cancelation. I haven't been able to get my money. I have spend hours on the phone with customer service representatives. Sometimes they even hang up the phone on me after I been on hold for 40+ minutes. I have tried to call many times with no luck. I just want my money back. They are horrible.
The customer service is located in India. You can hear chickens, wind and children crying in the background. Sometimes it's even extremely difficult to understand what they are saying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT AND LOSE YOUR MONEY. I will also contact my HR department at work to tell them about this issue and how this company grabbed my money and ran. You will never see your money again.

Issue is with Ticketsatwork.Com, l bought tickets last year online, March 4th 2020 for Jeffrey Dunham at the Ocean resort in Altantic City, Nj. I paid 478$ for 2 tickets For the show, l was told l would receive tickets 72-24 hours before the show, because of covid, a few months later the Show was cancelled, l was asked if l was notified with the question, would l prefer a refund or a chance to hold my seats for a new date, l chose to hold my seats, eventually the date came, August 21st 2021, l called a week prior and was told by a phone rep that my tickets would arrive 72-24 hours before the show, l had said to the rep that seemed a little close and that it gave me a knot in my stomach, but, l had no other choice But to wait and trust the process, also asked if an escalation Dept was not available, the rep said they don’t have one..
48 hours before, l called again, to tell the company on the phone l still have no tickets.. I was told that my tickets were sent by FedEx on March 6th 2020 to me, with a FedEx Tracking number, never got these tickets, l was then told to take my tracking number for FedEx because tickets at work hands were tied, called FedEx, got a supervisor, they told me to call tickets at work.. l never received an email that tickets had been sent, no communication from FedEx in the way of a tracking number, nor from company tickets at work.. l spent on the 08/20/21 about an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue, no resolve, l asked then for contact info for the ticket partner, was told to download the app Ticketmaster with hopes that a digital ticket could be produced, no resolve because they were as (physical ticket) purchased..
l called back on Saturday, the day of the show, hoping to find resolve, asking for a will call situation in ac, the partner declined to make that happen after 4 hours of being on the phone, l wrote emails to the company, l let off a lot of steam to let them know how angry l am that l've Lost 478$ and that the ticketing Partner continues to be protected.. l had correspondence from ticketsatwork.com saying that they are working to resolve my issue, and spuing emails from myself in reply..
l also contacted my credit card Amex, they couldn’t do anything because lack of information of who the ticket supplier is.. Tickets at work, again, refuses release that information.. It feels like fraud somehow, like as if someone was in my seat and that’s why l couldn’t have a will call.. In my opinion, Not a stated fact, but, that’s what it feels like, l can’t believe the lack of cooperation.. Can you at Elliot group help? Thank you, that’s what it feels like, l can’t believe the lack of cooperation.. Can you at Elliot group help? Thank you
We deeply apologize about the ticket situation. We will definitely investigate this matter and see if anything can be done about this concern. We have a manager looking into this matter as well. Thank You.

I had made a reservation with TAW to rent a car months in advance for my trip. I made sure everything was good and ready and they confirmed. So the day of my trip arrived and we land in Las Vegas and we head over to pick up the car. Hertz advise us that the credit card and the person driving the car has to match but they couldn’t edit it or change anything since it was through a third party company. They advise me to just call and ask them to change the name. I called TAW and the representative on the phone said she can’t change the reservation and that Hertz needs to do it. Hertz again said we physically can not change anything and they explained that to TAW.
The Tickets at Work representative advise that she could cancel it, but there would be a fee of 98 dollars and At that point I was so stressed I agreed and said, "That’s fine. I just need my money back to rent a car because we were stranded in Vegas." I was on hold for 30 minutes for her to tell me she couldn’t cancel it because I had to do it 48 hours in advance and I explained to her I never wanted to cancel. She offered to cancel because she couldn’t change the name on the reservation and that’s not my fault at all because I called months in advances so I wouldn’t have any issues the day of my vacation. At this point she didn’t care to listen and kept repeating “there’s nothing we can do” and I just asked to be transferred to a supervisor.
This is where it even gets worse. Daniel the supervisor takes over and I’m trying to explain the situation and he tells me I was pretty much out of 839 dollars and he couldn’t help me. I asked them if they could just modify the reservation with the correct name so I could at least get the car and he said, "Nope. Nothing I can do." Even worse he was rude and said “you can try to get it dispute with your bank but I doubt it’ll work”. I was so upset I just hung up. I’m now out of 839 dollars and no car. Please don’t ever make business with them. The little discount they offer is not worth it.

Expected a Hilton product. Was very excited to book into a Waldorf Astoria in Key West. Cost $1692.32 for 4 days for a one bedroom suite, plus parking and resort fees. Photo showed a view of the water. The room itself lacked furniture to put away clothes and had one tiny window high up on the side like you'd expect in a closet. There was a bigger window in the hallway between the bedroom and couch area, in front of a closet, which was the only place to put clothes. The couch was ancient, dirty, worn and you could feel the springs so my friend could not use the pull out bed. The ocean view balcony showed a triangle of concrete between the two buildings and had one chair. There was no ocean view.
The carpet in the hallway was moldy and though our room had tile, it too smelled of mold. I used the towels to clean the floor as it made my friends feet black with dirt. I had to step out of bed into a pair of sandals for fear of my feet touching the dirty floor. There was also hair left from previous guests in the corners. Every day I asked for a teapot and cup to make tea since there was a Nespresso and fridge but nothing larger than a mini coffee expresso cup. They brought me another cup that would not hold a tea bag. When I called the front desk, and got through to the kitchen, they said they did not have enough for people in their rooms. Eventually they brought me a small teapot with a broken handle. The pool area was gorgeous in the dark.
I think I got an infection from the water it was so dirty and the tiling around the pool was broken in several places. Plus the material in the cabanas was torn. I decided to eat at a different property due to the lack of cleanliness. Due to Covid-19, I did not mind paying premium for a nice place and so was very disappointed to get an only partially furnished corner closet of a room on the ground floor with no view. Bad advertising. Plus the hotel had an event and there were no other rooms. I will never book through TicketsatWork again.

I have been working for MONTHS to get a refund for a March 2020 Master Chef Junior Live event that has since been canceled. They keep giving me the same unacceptable, canned excuse about third party confirmation that the event was, in fact, canceled. The event is clearly canceled and noted as such in various locations. When speaking with Mark in customer service, he said he could "assure" me the event "was not canceled" despite me telling him it is listed as canceled on the event venue website.
I would never recommend using this company now that it is clear how they operate when things don't go as planned. I would also discourage companies from participating as vendors and/or providing TAW as an employee "benefit." It has cost me more just in the time I've spent trying to get my money back than I saved with the discounted price that was offered by TAW. At a time when people need every penny just to make it through, not providing refunds and giving customers the runaround tells me all I need to know about this company.

We bought a high end package through Tickets at work which we were very excited about. We were to save about 10% which wasn't a huge discount but we thought we were saving at least a little bit. It was a dated ticket which could only be used that calendar date. When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our tickets and because of covid and other reasons they were sold out and we could not enter. We had booked our trip around this extra special occasion and were very upset. We had spent over $1000 for our family on these tickets. We spent a couple hours on the phone that morning trying to figure out what had happened with tickets at work and they assured us it would be okay and they were sorry for what had happened.
We come home from our trip and we still hadn't gotten our refund so we called and they issued us another 'ticket' for our request. Nothing. Again, nothing.... We have had about 10 'tickets' that they assured us would be fixed and handled and we still never got our money. Eventually, we got $200 back with a very weak explanation. We had to call back many more times. Still 4 months later we have not had this resolved and tickets at work is not doing their part or showing any responsibility in their error. Not to mention the bad experience from our very special vacation. I won't ever use Tickets at Work again.

Original Review: My entire first experience purchasing from them was an absolute nightmare. My corporate Paypal account was charged instead of my personal account. I contacted TicketsatWork to cancel the transaction so I could make the purchase via my personal Paypal account and was advised the tickets were nonrefundable. I was advised the sale was final. I informed them that there was no mention of this during the transaction process. I asked them to show me where it was and they told me to select the link that read "show more". I selected the link and there was no mention of this policy. I was then told to hold the line. They came back on the line and said it was on their website. I told them that this should be a part of the transaction process so consumers know that the purchases are final not hidden on their website. In any event, I was not asking for a refund. I asked if there was a way to change the payment method.
A legitimate business would have cancelled the order and allows us to repurchase the tickets during that call. I would have gladly paid for the fee they may have incurred to cancel the transaction. I am requesting a refund of the money. Also, a company interested in customer satisfaction would never respond to the consumer in this manner.

I cancelled my hotel reservation on 7/23/21 for Caesar’s Palace. I was told I was going to wait for 15 days to receive my money back. I emailed them 2 weeks in (8/2) to receive an update about it, and received an email on (8/7) saying I have to wait for another 15 days. Everything is literally open in Nevada as of now, and blaming COVID-19 shouldn’t be an excuse to take this long. I can’t even contact the hotel themselves about my reservation as my confirmation number doesn’t exist on the hotel’s system. It’s as if they never booked a hotel in the first place. If you’re planning on booking here because of their refundable rooms, don’t. They’re pretty much non-refundable at this point.
We are happy a quick resolution was made. We hope to hear from you soon and please enjoy your summer vacation. Thank You.

Finally after many failed promises for access to our room, we rented a poor hotel room at $387 for one night. The local realtor finally gave us access the 2nd day at the beach, so we paid for 3 nights and got 2.
Tickets at Work will not repay me for the cost of the hotel, or any amount for that matter. They strung me along for months saying they were working with their 'partner', whom I can only assume is the local condo realty management company. Now, after many calls and a lot of recent emails back and forth, Tickets at work is ignoring me. They basically said more than once I am out of luck. Their twisted interpretation of Non-refundable seems to be that they can renege on the implied contract (the reservation) and it's not refundable if they fail to fulfill it. What a racket! I would give 0 stars if this system allowed it. Not sure if this will even post, but beware.

I bought a room through ticketsatwork.com on July 1st for a trip to Las Vegas from August 5th to August 8th, 2021. I called customer support at 11 a.m. today to try to modify my reservation because the pricing had changed. I was told that they don't modify prices and that I'd have to cancel my reservation and book another one at the reduced rates. When Aj, went to cancel the reservation, he told me I couldn't because I was within the 48- hour cancellation deadline. When I told him that I had received two emails after booking indicating "Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival" and that check-in was not until 3pm, I asked how I was inside the my window. At the time, Aj stated that the policy was "48 hours prior to the arrival date." I requested to talk with a supervisor because the paperwork provided to me at the time of booking did not say so, and I am being held to a restriction that was not disclosed in the booking paperwork.
The supervisor Gene #** stated he could do nothing. I waited 2 hours on the phone (the most of which was spent on hold) for them to say they would file a ticket and contact me in 72 hours if anything could be done. When individuals I am traveling with were able to make the necessary adjustments with the hotel, despite the fact that the hotel's cancellation policy is 11 p.m. 48 hours before to arrival, TicketsatWork blamed the hotel.
We are glad this issue was resolved. If you need anything else please reach out to us. Have a great time in Vegas. Thank You.

I have used Tickets At Work before with no problems but this time around had the most horrible experience! I had went through them to rent a car and made a reservation with no problem. I get to the car rental place and they have absolutely no cars available. I got there at 1:00pm and didn’t leave until almost 5:00pm in hopes that one would come in. While waiting at the car rental place, I was contacting Tickets at Work but had to wait almost 45 mins to get a person on the line. I finally got someone who “helped” me through the process of getting a refund only to find out they did not specify that there were no available cars to rent even though I PREPAID!!!
I called 20 days later to check on the status and was told my claim for a refund was denied but they were going to try again. The next day I received an email stating that my claim was again denied and there were no refunds! Ummm refund??? I never got to get a car that I prepaid!!!! I am now disputing through my credit card company because this is a horrible unfair practice!!!! How are you not going to refund a person for the services they did NOT get!!! Do I recommend them? Only if you want to gamble your money not knowing if you’re getting what you pay for!!!
We apologize what happened with the rental car situation. We have a manager trying to call you about this situation. Please call the manager back when you have the opportunity to do so. Thank You.

I planned a trip with my family so I bought these tickets back in 2019 for May 24, 2020, but was unable to go because of COVID. I called recently to reschedule and was told I should hear something in 72 hours and I haven't heard anything as of yet. A whole 2 weeks has passed, and I still haven’t heard or received an email from anyone confirming my change date and package upgrade to the Dolphin package.
I’d hate to drive 7 hours, and not be able to go. This trip was planned around me having my Discovery Cove ticket already. For me to be a teacher, it’s disappointing I have to jump through all these hoops when Ticketsatwork suppose to be a discounted incentive for teachers who work with Richland 2. Thus far it has been tiresome, and exhausting. I won't be purchasing with them anymore.
We are happy this issue got resolved. If you need anything else please get ahold of me. Enjoy Orlando and have fun at the Cove. Take Care.

Highly dissatisfied with TIcketsatWork. I booked a car through TAW and the funds were immediately taken from my debit card. I got to Thrifty to pick up the car and couldn’t get a car and missed my trip. Contacted TAW and they wouldn’t book a car with another company or give me a refund. Instead, I’m getting run around emails about contacting their partners and I’m out of $400. Very upsetting! I didn’t cancel my reservation so I shouldn’t be penalized for this. DO NOT USE!!!!

My entire first experience purchasing from them was an absolute nightmare. Their website would not accept my credit card. I tried over 12 times. Called them and the lady on the phone ran it another 10 times. It was a system error apparently. Finally over an hour later, the order went through (manually) for $1100 - and now here we are a week later and I still haven't received what I paid for and they're telling me they can't "re-send me" the Disney tickets. They were never sent in the first place. After further investigating, they're telling me the order actually never went through. Interestingly enough, it sure went through at my bank. How convenient. But of course, you guessed it - no refunds. So now I am out $1100 AND the Disney tickets I paid for. Stay away. The discounts are not worth the headache.
We are happy a prompt resolution was made. If you have any questions please contact the manager directly. We hope to hear from you soon and apologize about this situation you had.

One of the reasons we use corporates benefit platform, is to help us secure the best deal AND to give us peace of mind. Well, that definitely is not the case with my experience. I am about to lose $800.00. I purchased Disneyland tickets for me and my family, total of 4 tickets, at around $800.00, and the TicketsatWork web site did a very lousy job detailing for which days the tickets would be valid. My tickets are not valid for days that I will not be in California, and I won't be able to use them. I called tickets at work but they said they cannot do anything, it's their policy. Am I just going to lose $800.00? This is just an awful experience. Don't use Tickets at Work, it might have worked well for others when everything goes right, but if you need their help, they just rely on their AMAZING policy!
We apologize but as a 3rd party we would need to check with the partner and see what our options are. We have a manager who will reach out to you about this matter and see what can be done. Please provide us an order number so we can look into this further. Thanks.

I booked a rent a car from TAW, they confirmed the reservation at 10pm. I went to the location (Hertz) after 10 and they were closed. So they booked me at the time of closing(7am to 10pm). I was stuck with my 72year mother and 2 months old baby at IAH airport. Initially try calling 'em but TAW CLOSED, End up taking a taxi back from the terminal. Next day call Hertz, they said we have to call TAW. Called TAW and ask 'em if I can get the car at one of their local location where I was staying with a discount of a day I didn't received the car, Customer Serv Rep apologize and told me he have to cancel the earlier reservation first then he is gonna try to get me another vehicle. He sent me an email saying it would go as urgent and will be resolved or updated within 1 to 3 hours. Guess what? It's been 15 days and I am still getting runaround emails that they still working on it. I Paid $668 not $6 dollars for the car. IF I haven't been sent the confirmation for it.
I should have gotten the car or a Full refund not a closed counter. I didn't initiate the cancelation because my plan changes. I was there but didn't expect to see a closed counter at an airport location. Customer service rep just stalling by sending fancy emails. NO solution. Very Poor customer service. Additionally when I called Hertz a day later. They said the reservation has been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. However TAW still sending me emails that they still reaching out to their partners on behalf of me. TAW charged me not hertz. I don't know what's the hold for. One of the Customer service rep even told me I booked at the website. Not her fault. You are the customer service rep for the websites. You employed by it. You are responsible to know your partner's opening and closing time, If it send me a confirmation email.
We apologize what happened at the rental car booth ad happy that a prompt resolution was made. We are investigating what happened with the rental company and hope to hear from you soon Danish. Take Care.

I made a hotel reservation through Tickets At Work for June 26th, 2021. When I made the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation and the money was deducted from my bank account. When I arrived to the hotel after an 11 hour drive with my daughter there was no reservation made. I called Tickets at Work to be greeted by a rude customer service representative after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. She said they would have someone call the hotel. Long story short nobody ever called the hotel. There was only one room left and I had to pay AGAIN for a hotel room and the rate was higher. I have called multiple times with 30 min hold times and still nothing. Today is July 6th over a week later and I still have NOT received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and book with this company. I will stick with using AAA for discounts as I have done before and never had this happen.

On 7/3/21, I arrived at the Westin Grand Central NYC hotel to check into a room for 2 nights, which I have booked through Ticketsatwork several weeks ago. To our surprise, the hotel couldn't find the reservation. So the hotel and I tried to call the customer service at Ticketsatwork, but it took 1 hour for somebody to pick up. Then, after an agent picked up, she told me to call Ticketsatwork back in an hour because the agent told me that "the oversupplier confirmed the booking, but the processing hasn't been completed yet." I had already been waiting 2 hours in this hotel for the reservation to be processed, and I wasn't going to wait for another hour to get myself checked-in.
Tired of waiting, we found a different room directly with the hotel and paid the price of a room that was above the one we already booked through Ticketsatwork without getting a refund for the one we paid through Ticketsatwork. Ticketsatwork should've had this processed before we got here, before the check-in time especially. period. We are extremely dissatisfied with the Ticketsatwork hotel room booking processing and customer service. The female agent at the Ticketsatwork customer service also told me to give her a second through the call after I complained about the issue of hotel room processing delay and did not call me back for an hour (seemed pretty intentional at this point).
We also found 3 other customers at the hotel on the same day having the same problem with the Ticketsatwork processing their reservation, and I was told that these customers chose to book their own rooms without getting any refund from Ticketsatwork. This is completely unacceptable. We shouldn't have had to pay this much extra for our trip when we reserved in advance through Ticketsatwork. We lost a lot of trust and confidence in booking with Ticketsatwork.
We are happy that a prompt resolution was made and that the manager was able to assist you properly. We hope to hear from you soon. Take care.

As I'm writing this I'm still on hold while stranded in Portland with my wife and seven month old. I reserved a car through TicketsAtWork to be picked up today, July 3rd, 2021 at 12 PM, however the Hertz rental store was close when I arrived (the last pick up according to Hertz is at 11:30 AM). After a 26 minute hold, I was told that my case needed to be escalated in order for a refund to be granted. The replacement rental they found for me was $40 more per day than what I had booked through the original listing and they refused to cover the difference. I cannot stress enough just how awful and inconvenient the experience has been.
We apologize you had a bad time at the airport picking up the car. We are happy a quick resolution was made. Have a great 4th and we hope all goes well. Thank You.

With all the covid 19 stuff going on this concert has been rescheduled numerous times, instead of issuing refunds to customers like all other venues, Tickets at Work is holding to their no refund policy. The venue where the concert is taking place is also issuing refunds to people and now have new tickets available. You would think that tickets at work would use some common sense in this matter and issue refunds and resell the tickets. The ticket's original date was Aug 2020 now it isn't until March 2022- to hold people to tickets they purchased for year 2020 is ridiculous. A lot changes in two years, they should be using common sense in this matter, but they aren't. I won't ever use their services again.
We apologize about the show delays and there is a manager looking into this to see if the seller will be able to possibly obtain a refund. These "Preferred Access" tickets come directly from the broker and it the show is postponed it is hard to obtain a refund. Thanks

If I could leave them zero stars I would. I booked tickets to a hotel through this site from May 29, 2021 to May 31, 2021. I packed my family up and we drove 6 1/2 - 7 hours to Ft. Lauderdale for a mini vacation. We got to the hotel room to find out that our room was never booked. I sat on the phone for 6 to 7 hours on hold, and talking to about 4 different people while riding around trying to find somewhere else to stay with my kids in the car. We kept being told to wait 1 to 3 hours to receive a phone call back, that turned into 6 hours. By this time we had finally found a place to stay, and had to pay more money out of the pocket.
Finally, after calling them back sitting in hold for 30min to an hour waiting for the cust serv rep to read the notes left on my account each time I had to call we received notice that they found a room for us. It was too late, we had found a room for ourselves by then. I asked for a refund of my 291.45 and have yet to receive my money back. Two days later we got an email stating that the room was overbooked... We were already back at home by then. You can't get ahold of anyone that knows what they are supposed to do, and I want my money back. It took TAW 2 seconds to take that 291.45 off of my card, and it is taking them a century to give me my money back. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. This type of operation is unacceptable, and it is a BIG inconvenience, especially when your children are in the car. That was a whole day wasted.
We apologize what happened at the hotel. A complaint has been filed to the hotel supplier. We are happy a prompt resolution was made. Take Care.

In February I purchased a non refundable room to an all inclusive vacation from TicketsatWork to Planet Hollywood in Mexico through my employer UMMS along with 2 other families that booked as well. I booked a 2 bedroom director's suite which includes 1 bedroom with a master bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. This was paid in full at the time of booking. I always like to confirm my booking with the hotel after using a third party as peace of mind. I telephoned the Planet Hollywood and was told that I am indeed not booked in a 2 bedroom suite, but instead in an Entourage suite which consists of 1 king bed and a double sofa bed. A much lower room category with only 1 bed and sofa for 4 people.
The same is true for the other families that are booked with them as well. This was confirmed with an email from Planet Hollywood and forwarded to tickets at work. I followed up with Tickets at work within 2 weeks of making the reservation. They were unable to resolve the issue. I have called and emailed numerous times without resolution. I have gotten about 50 or more generic emails stating that they are working on resolving the issue and that I should hear back within 72 hours. It has been over 3 months without resolution. I have purchased airfare and my trip is now 2 months out.
I am traveling with my 2 sons, one which is over 6 feet tall, so sharing a double sofa bed with his brother when I booked a 2 bedroom is not acceptable. I would like some type of resolution to this. I would like the original room booked or to receive some sort of discount for the lower grade room. I feel like I am getting the runaround from tickets at work. I will also be getting in touch with my employer UMMS to make them aware of the poor customer service that I am receiving in hopes that they can find a better alternative to serve their employees.

Actually I bought tickets multiple times before using Tickets at Work and all went fine, but this time was completely different, I booked a two night stay in Hampton Inn Bartram Park in Jacksonville FL using tickets at work website, made payment and they sent me confirmation email confirming my reservation, arriving at the hotel after 4 hours of driving, I was surprised there is no reservation, so the front desk manager called tickets at work help line and the help line lady insisted they have confirmed reservation giving us incorrect confirmation numbers, and after an hour of putting us on multiple holds and giving the same incorrect information, she discovered they made a wrong booking in Holiday Inn instead and asked me if I want to go there and I refused and insisted on having the Hampton inn booking I paid for, so she said she will make me a refund request, therefore I paid for the hotel stay out of pocket.
After I was back home I received email from tickets at work saying they contacted the holiday inn and due to hotel policy they can't refund me because I didn't show in Holiday inn, therefore the hotel cannot refund me, I emailed back asking for refund as it is their own fault and not my responsibility, now nothing happened for weeks and nobody even cared to answer me back.
We are glad that the hotel issue was resolved in a timely manner. We hope to hear from you soon and take care.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went to Las Vegas for a Bachelor/Bachelorette party. I bought tickets for a show for the ladies and an ATV tour for the fellas. We called ahead of time the day before to confirm the time since we were taking Ubers everywhere. They had no record of the tickets being purchased, they could not find the sale with my confirmation number that Tickets at Work had given me. I had to call Tickets at Work and they sent me an email to print out to take to the ATV tour facility. I did not bring my printer with me to Las Vegas and had no car so I asked the host of the house we had rented and he was very nice to print it out for us. So, the gentleman called their Uber and went on their way. They were told upon arriving that Tickets at Work had never scheduled their tour. We had chosen the afternoon tour. To say the least this put a damper on our trip since we were only there a few days and this was "the guys" big adventure.
I decided to enjoy the rest of my trip and not deal with Tickets at Work until I returned thinking I could reimburse all of my friends their money and it would be no problem to get my money back. I trusted Tickets at Work because it was a perc that my company trusted. The tickets cost me $614.00 total. I called customer service and was told I would receive a voucher/credit. I told the woman that I do not have any need to use their services again and would like to be reimbursed to my original form of payment. She explained that she would put in a request. She put me on hold and then told me that they would put the money back on my card.
It has been several weeks now so I called a few days ago and a gentleman told me it would be 90 days! WHY???? My money never left your company! You never made my appointment! You have my money and I would like it back! They did tell me I would receive an email update every 15 days. Super! How about you just give me back my money now? I will never use Tickets at Work again. I would rather pay full price and be guaranteed to get what I paid for and not have any hassle while on vacation. Disappointing.
We apologize what occurred and will definitely look into this matter. Stay safe and definitely have a great summer. Thank You.

I purchased 8 tickets for an entertainment venue in Connecticut and have a receipt with the correct date, place and time ($696). They sent me tickets for another venue, date in Massachusetts. I called three times to be on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. When I emailed, they responded the order was correct with my correct information and it was final sale and I could gift them to someone else, no refund. The tickets are for MA not CT. I did not order those. At this point I just want the money refunded to my credit voucher I used. Completely not fair!!

The Hilton refunded the money back to Tickets at Work and they have kept my money. This company is corrupt and needs to be investigated.

One of my friends had used TicketsatWork before and she was really happy with the hotels on there and the prices compared to what we found on other websites. I used it once and now, it is something that I use almost every time I travel. The last time, we had to cancel the hotel because we tested positive for COVID. It was a non-refundable booking but we called TicketsatWork to see if anything could be done with the hotel to accommodate this kind of request because it was a medical reason.
They said that they were going to work with the hotel to see if they can get us a refund. Richard was really helpful and he kept calling the hotel over and over again. He went above and beyond. The hotel refused and TicketsatWork asked us to try to call the hotel directly and see if we can convince them. The hotel said they will refund our money and let TicketsatWork know. It was overall a very good experience.

This company is the most unprofessional and corrupt company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I used this company to book a trip to the Bahamas for my girlfriend and I. First off, the booking process was extremely difficult, but after hours we finally got someone on the phone to book the trip. They proceeded to book the completely wrong dates for us, so I called the hotel directly the week before we were going to make sure everything was set, and they let us know our trip had come and past and we were a no show. I did not receive one piece of communication from Tickets at Work asking why were no shows or maybe a final bill receipt. They got their money on the front end and they gave zero regard to make sure the customer was taken care off.
After this, we booked directly through the hotel because Tickets at Work was completely unresponsive we ended up getting a better deal from the hotel after explaining to them our horrible experience with Tickets at Work. We then got a tickets at work supervisor on the phone after hours and he assured us in an email of a full refund back to my AMEX if the hotel would refund them in full. We had the Director of Rooms at the hotel send them a full refund and have email confirmation of the full refund. Once they got their full refund, Tickets at Work proceeded to start with giving me a tickets at work credit for HALF my money... I then told them this was unacceptable so they decided to have half a conscious to refund my AMEX for HALF my money.
Sooo, where did the other half of my money go after Tickets at Work got a FULL refund? You all decide! Maybe the staff went out of my dime! I would never recommend this company to anyone and we know this company has a partnership with Disney. Thankfully I have a close family member that works at Disney, so we are already in the works of getting Disney to cease this partnership immediately!
As a 3rd party we deeply apologize about what occurred. We are currently investigating both orders to see what all occurred with the hotel bookings. We have managers looking into this matter. Thank You.

I usually don’t write reviews on companies, but I literally keep getting the run around from Tickets at Work! I purchased a car rental from an agency through this company for my birthday. Tickets at work took the money off my card for the rental. Once it was time for me to get the rental I was not able to get the rental because the card I used to purchase the rental was a prepaid debit card. Had I known I would of used a different card, but that’s besides the point. The rental car agency told me that since TAW took the money off my card they would have to give the refund. I have been contacting TAW for the past 3 weeks trying to get my refund and have been getting the run around. All they want to offer is a credit which I told them from the beginning I did not want! I would never use this company again!
