Amanda ** case number ** is still waiting for a refund because of a glitch in your system. All we get back from you people is, we just have to wait, and Alma is the highest rank person we can talk to. We have been waiting for our $800 plus dollars back from a mistake on your end, and keep getting the runaround. Now we are paying interest on our credit card. TicketsatWork admitted to fault and still won't return our refund back because the so called team does nothing to refund. All we get back is, well we just have to wait, and I have to call back Every 72 hrs. We have been going through this for three months now. Nobody from Tickets at work will help from here. So who can step it up and do something?

I've had tickets at work for 3 years and never used them. This time I was super excited about a deal they had. Tried 6 different cards with money on them and none of them worked, called all of my banks, they said the issue is on their end, not my bank's. Tried calling the customer service number and no one helped. It sucks, got my hopes up for nothing... Now I have to pay full price and completely wasted my time.

As a member of Texas, Farm Bureau, we are given the opportunity to purchase discount tickets for theme parks. This is the first time I’ve actually used this benefit and I was really disappointed. I purchased 24 day parking passes to Disney World and although the initial price came up cheaper than purchasing through the Disney World website, after taxes and fees were added on, I discovered that I actually paid $16 more than I would have if I had just bought the tickets on the Disney website. So how is this justified as a discount? According to the receipt they added Some kind of dining certificate, but I have no idea what that is and did not order that with my Disney tickets.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to notice a price difference, especially when you were expecting a better deal. We’ve tried to reach out, but it seems we’ve missed each other as the calls go to voicemail.

TicketsatWork did refund my money. As I mentioned in the review, it was more a Sam's club rules that prevented me from getting a discount. TicketsatWork is a decent company. They didn't have to refund my money but did. Thank you TicketsatWork!

Not sure if it's more my fault or Tickets at Work or Sam's Club. Wanted to get a Sam's club membership for half price. But I was added to a membership card and couldn't, which is more Sam's club I guess. Tickets won't refund for some reason. Which I think is wrong and possibly illegal. I told them they should put in bold print Sam's club requirements Before another person waste money on this. Pretty scammy.

They overcharge for concert tickets. Tickets on their site were $45 LESS on AXS.com even after fees. TicketsatWork will not make it right. They rip members off. I do not recommend ordering from them. Check around for better prices.

I bought a few tickets online for Disney World and SeaWorld as well as Disneyland from TicketsatWork and it was a good experience. The website has most things. Not everything's a lot cheaper, but you'll get a discount. There are no rewards but there are perks like getting a free $25 meal if you purchase a ticket. They send the tickets right away to your email so you don't have to wait or you could purchase it right at the location. People should take advantage of TicketsatWork.

TicketsatWork have better deals. The pricing is a little better versus going on the actual site. I purchased Disney World tickets and we did Michigan Adventures at one point. The process was simple. The only thing is when you back out of it, sometimes they empty your cart and lock you out. Other than that, the site is easy to navigate.

I originally purchased my Disney on Ice tickets January 1, 2025 for the event happening January 10, 2025. January 3 I received an email that the tickets I've purchased have been transferred to my account/email. I received no such email, checked my spam folder, trash, checked and rechecked my email but I received no such email. I then reached out to them and each time I call to follow up on the tickets they’re giving me different excuses. First time I called they said try downloading Ticketmaster to see if my tickets are there, did that, tickets are not there. They also said try downloading Paciolan a company who’s supposed to send me the tickets to see if my ticket is there, did that, no tickets are there. Then they told me wait for January 8 as Paciolan has until that date to send the tickets. Waited patiently for January 8, bo tickets were sent.
I called back January 8 and the agent I spoke with said I was misinformed and that tickets are not coming from Paciolan as the tickets were already sent to tickets at work and me they’ve just started to sent the email out with the tickets and to wait for mine. Waited the whole day no tickets were sent. Called back the next day January 9 to follow up and the agent I spoke with said I've also been misinformed by the agent I spoke with, they’re still waiting for tickets to be delivered by Paciolan and that he would escalate issue to create a request from Paciolan to resend the tickets. Mind you this is January 9, event is January 10, purchased tickets January 1, received confirmation email January 3 from tickets at work confirming that the tickets I've purchased have been transferred to me. I told them either way I still want my tickets as my daughter is looking forward to the show and tried to ask for a refund so I can repurchase tickets again.
Agent I spoke to in a condescending voice told me that is a long process, even close to impossible as I did not purchase insurance for the tickets. To which I replied isn’t insurance for an event I have tickets but I can’t attend for some reason to get a refund. My situation is different as I received no such service, I even said I could also do a chargeback on my credit card due to non delivery of service. I'm writing this review less than 24 hours before the event. I've been patiently waiting all this time even if they’re giving me the run around as I've had pleasant experiences with them in the past and this is the first time I'm having such issues.

TicketsatWork sold FRAUDULENT TICKETS to a NCAA Basketball Game. We arrived at our seats with other patrons in our seats who had duplicate tickets. Despite my numerous and lengthy phone calls for a refund this matter has not been resolved, and I am out over $500.

I booked a hotel less than a week ago for an event that was a month out. I booked the wrong date by accident and called to see if the date could be rescheduled. I was told I could only cancel it and then escalate for a POSSIBLE refund of a $400 hotel room. The hotel has availability on the night I am requesting. I explained and pleaded that we have 3 kids and it's right before Christmas and this is a RARE getaway for us. The customer service agent was very kind, and I could tell he was trying to help me. But the end result is I will see if $400 is kept from me for good or if they will maybe return it so I can even afford to re-book for the needed date.
I was really excited to use this site and looked forward to using it for a kid's birthday trip in March and more. But I am terrified of making one single mistake in booking and it costing us money we work so hard for. I really hope they resolve this, we have a large family that tries to stay on the go and I would love to use this site in the future. But a huge part of having repeat customers is by building a trusting relationship with them.

We use TicketsatWork once every two or three years, when we do a vacation. They were a little bit cheaper than the others. I'd recommend it to someone. We purchased tickets through them for our Disney trips. The process went fine. Their website was easy to use.

I did TicketsatWork for a concert in Las Vegas then for tickets to Disney in Orlando. I was looking at the discounts and it was $30 cheaper than if I was to go through Disney. TicketsatWork is simple to use. Their website is easy to navigate. I'd use them again for sure if the price is alright. Sometimes they have the best prices, but sometimes they don't.

I recently bought Disney World tickets from TicketsatWork. I was looking for good deals. The process was smooth. I didn't have any problems with it. I was able to get a ticket at about $30 less, so that comes to about $90 per day for the entire family. The only thing is there are not a lot of options to choose from. The assortment could be improved even a little bit. There are not a lot of hotels and rental cars that were available at a discounted price. I would recommend them.

I've used TicketsatWork for tickets to the cinema, like AMC. I most recently used it to get me tickets to Disney. Their website was fine. I was able to get myself around. For the cinema, the price was great. The prices they gave us were a lot better than what I could get directly from the cinema. For Disney, I didn't think I saw a huge price difference. But I saw that they gave some meal vouchers. But I haven't redeemed them yet because I found it a little difficult to redeem. Not all the locations that I wanted to go to are affiliated with the program.

I've booked with TicketsatWork twice. I booked tickets for Disney World and that was a very easy process. I just linked it right to the Disney World app. I was very happy with that purchase. I also booked a hotel stay and the reservation was fine. It was very comparable to using Expedia or Priceline. The only downside was that we had to print everything. That's not a typical thing people have to do if they book through Expedia or somewhere else. For the specific hotel we chose, it said that since it was from TicketsatWork, we had to print the confirmation and take it physically to the hotel. However, the hotel never asked for it once we got there.
TicketsatWork's website is user-friendly, but I don't know for sure that I'd use it again. People are definitely not paying more, but I didn't feel like the savings was enough for the hassle of having to start the printer. Everything is digitalized now. The discounts weren't exceptional. At first, it seemed like I was getting a way better deal on there, but then once I got to the end and they added in the taxes and fees, it didn't seem like there was a large amount of savings. It was just matter of maybe 20 bucks. Still, $20 is $20, so I would recommend TicketsatWork. I have told people, "You're definitely saving money. So, I think it's definitely worth it."

I work for a company that has a corporate discount code. So, I took advantage of that. I was able to navigate to the Disney offer that TicketsatWork had, was able to find the dates conveniently, and we went ahead and booked the trip. It was easy. If TicketsatWork could figure out ways to merge a few other options in there, that would be awesome. If there was an option to combine a few things, a little more informative in terms of bringing in what other things we could do in terms of food there. It was straight like, "This is your offer. This is what you get." It wasn't like, "If you add this, you get additional this percent off."

Booked a 5-night stay at Hilton Resort World Las Vegas this Sunday and vendor advised confirmation should be received 72hr before but heard nothing other than providing fake confirmation number. Hotel could not find my reservation despite providing my name.
Terrible Customer Service: Contacted support via email and phone. Responses were unhelpful; they only asked me to wait or didn’t respond.
Misleading Refund Policy: During booking, both their website and the hotel policy claims refundable whereas it is not and refund is not 100% guaranteed even service not delivered.
Inferior Pricing Comparison: Found better prices and more reliable service with other vendors, like Priceline.

I got Disney World tickets from TicketsatWork and my daughter helped me with it. She sent me a link of how to get to the specific Disney tickets and there were a few options. I picked the best one and I purchased it, and I got a link to a code. I put the code into my Disney app and then, my tickets were available virtually at the gate at Disney. The process was straightforward and easy, and I got a discount at products that I was gonna purchase already.

Updated on 09/23/2024: If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The weekend of 09/20/2024, my husband and I booked at hotel for our son's baseball tournament. The hotel we stayed at Friday night was awful, smelled of weed, had no hot water, A/C unit was blowing out hot air so we decided to book another hotel room for the remaining of the weekend. While booking a different hotel room on top of getting absolutely no sleep from being so miserable, we accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong weekend.
Since the beginning of the weekend I have done nothing but been on the phone with Ticketsatwork, the hotel we booked, and even Expedia (since that’s who the hotel says the room was booked through) about getting hotel room canceled and refunded since we are not from around where hotel is booked so there is not point in keeping the room for a wrong weekend. It is now Sunday night and I still have no answer. Friday night I was told a request had been sent for a refund but this morning was told it was denied. I contacted the hotel, they stated they would have absolutely no issue with the room being cancelled, so that they would be able to book it out to someone else that was able to actually use the room.
I talked with Renee with Ticketsatwork, that was supposed to be a supervisor, she told me to contact the hotel to see if there was anything the hotel would be able to send to me stating it was ok to cancel. Contacted the hotel, they stated ticketsatwork would need to reach out to them and they would be more than happy to tell them it would be ok to cancel/refund room. Contacted Ticketsatwork and was giving a runaround again. Individual I then talked to at Ticketsatwork proceeded to literally argue with me and of course, they can’t call and a request has to be sent.
I would even be ok with a partial refund as I should’ve paid better attention to dates when booking the hotel. All I see is a money hungry, scamming company that doesn’t want to issue a refund. When the hotel manager states they have no issue canceling the room and they would cancel and give refund if they were able to, and then a third party vendor wanting to give the run around about it, and then having a disrespectful representative literally argue with me. I will never use Ticketsatwork for anything ever again and refuse to recommend Tickets at work to anyone. Scam. Scam. Scam. Biggest joke and waste of my time ever.

It is now Sunday 9/22 and I’ve been dealing with them on a hotel reservation since Friday 9/20 and still no answer. Will never ever use again. They making things more difficult than it should be. They don’t want to help anyone at all.
We had a social media manager investigate this case, and we are happy that a prompt resolution was made in this hotel ordeal. If the guest has any more issues, she can reach out to the manager directly.

I like TicketsatWork. If I'm going out of town or to a theme park, I check there first to see if there's a discount, which, most of the time, it has. And you just scan. Purchasing through them has been easy. Go straight to your phone, go to the link, sign in, and then use Apple Pay. It's a good thing. They have a good program. They should continue doing whatever they're doing to get those discounts.

I bought a ticket to Disney World to Aquatica and also to the Animal Kingdom from TicketsatWork. Getting the tickets was simple to do but I had to do a little navigating and searching on their website to find what I was looking for.

Unfortunately, I’ve never given a 1 star review, however, giving one star is absolutely generous in this case. We ordered GoCity tickets through TicketsAtWork for 4 adults and 2 children amounting to over $600. We received the adult tickets, but not the children tickets. Obviously we could not utilize these tickets while leaving our children behind. We were originally told our tickets were “canceled” and rebooked. Once they were rebooked, we still did not receive them. At this point, we were on the phone for over 3 hours. The places we could use the tickets were closing anyway, so TicketsAtWork “canceled” our tickets and gave us a $50 credit for the inconvenience. Since then, it’s been 3 weeks and we’ve been on the phone for over 6 hours combined with no resolution.
We still have not received our money back for tickets we never received. We’ve asked to speak to a manager multiple times with representatives saying they would call us back within 1-2 hours while obviously never getting a call back. GoCity told us they refunded our ticket price the first day we called and don’t know why TicketsAtWork has not issued a refund to us at this point. Ironically, our most recent representative told us that the tickets were non refundable, which I would absolutely support if we actually had received our order, but we didn’t. I am waiting on hold with them AGAIN as we speak for another 2 hours. I would highly recommend against this company for the sole purpose of handling errors on their end. For this chaos and frustration, I would rather pay full price. I have escalated this experience to our company that offers them as a benefit as well.

I recently used their services, and their website needs to be more inclusive and not cost people more money. I did not see the currency anywhere when booking a hotel in Canada in Canada. It was not until I received the email I saw the amount was in USD costing me more than I thought. What is worse is I noticed a currency error at 9:32 AM when I received the confirmation email and called Tickets at work at 9:34 AM to correct it. I was told they would contact the partner to cancel, but I said it was an error not a cancelation so please clarify with the partner! I did not receive a confirmation email, so I called back at 12 noon as I was dealing with a few issues personally, to find out the rep did not send the request!!!!
Now they were going to send it but it was 3 hours later. I wanted them to be very clear to the partner that I requested the correction two minutes after making the reservation. The error was due to currency issues, not a cancellation. The customer service representative did not send the cancellation at the correct time, making it appear as if I cancelled three hours later. This is was clearly an error-related cancellation, not a cancellation because I don't need the room. Of course the partner denied the request and I have been calling with no help or even care. Supervisors are basically making me feel like tough luck, I should read the small print at the bottom. Unfortunately I am having vision problems and the website is discriminating. How hard is it to put the currency beside the amount on the listing? Other websites to do, instead of spending money on flashing images, spend it on clear information.

This company has unfair practices. When purchasing 4 plane tickets from this site that is supposed to less expensive, it ended up costing me so much more! The initial screen displayed $600 for my tickets, but it was after I hit submit that the tickets' final sale were $1,100!!! Why the heck would I use this site if the actual airline site, along with all the other discounted airline companies were showing $650 - $700?! Make it make sense. And of course, no one wants to give me my refund! I have contacted the company several times...Customer service is horrendous! Will not use them again!
We apologize but sent your information to a Trip Planet manager to contact you to see what if anything can be done. Per their management team this is what they have advised from Trip Planet:
Per investigation, the guest made this reservation on June 18th, and the confirmation email with flight details and the total price was sent to her the same day. Additionally, based on the call recording, she contacted us on June 21st to inquire whether the reservation was confirmed. The agent confirmed that her reservation was ticketed and paid for.
The total amount displayed on the checkout page was $1102.32, which was charged in two transactions: one for $600.16 and another for $502.16, adding up to $1102.32. This does not seem to be an overcharge case, and according to our records, we haven't received any calls from her since June 21st. Please note she has used the reservation. I am in communication with the guest. As stated, all taxes and fees are shown upon checkout before adding the payment information and accepting the terms of sale.

I purchased a Regal Movie Ticket Package for 3 Movie Tickets, Small Popcorns and Small Drinks via TicketsatWork. I was then issued PDFs with bar codes that indicated I needed to redeem these in the theater. I paid $67.20. We get to the theater and when the representatives rang up the TAW barcodes that were paid for, it indicated I owned another $36 for fees such as DespicableMe4 is a premium move, and the concessions apparently were tacking on random additional fees mainly driven by the concessions. The theater representative showed us that we would actually have paid a little less had we purchased directly and we could've reserved our seats ahead of time. We ended up sitting in the front row since we couldn't book online with this.

I purchased a 3 night resort package and a multi-park package for my family & myself through Tickets At Work. My total purchase was over $1200. On the evening of arrival, check in went smoothly, until we got settled into the townhouse. That's when I discovered that something upstairs was leaking into the living space downstairs. I immediately went to the office report the issue and was expecting them to offer us another unit. The gentleman working informed me that he would have maintenance over at once. When I returned to the unit, my daughter-in-law was bathing my grandbaby and getting her ready for bed. The maintenance technician showed up and wanted to put some plumbers putty on the shower return pipe. I told him that I didn't believe it was coming from the shower and he assured me that was the culprit, however since it was in use, he said he'd return in 30 minutes. He was never seen again.
The next morning, my family placed a load of clothes in the washing machine and headed out to enjoy our day. When the park closed, we returned to the unit around 11 pm only to discover the leak was still penetrating the ceiling. It was late and we were tired, so we transferred the clothes from the washer to the dryer and put in another load of laundry and settled down for the night. Overnight, the leak opened up downstairs and the furniture and floor was saturated and I scrambled to find better accommodations. We packed our bags and I went to the front office with photos of we had to deal with since our arrival. The receptionist assured me that I would receive a refund, so I left satisfied.
After 4 business days had passed, I reached out to the property and was told that my refund was granted according to the notes in their system. I then also contacted Tickets At Work and they informed me that they were responsible for the refund, they asked for supporting documentation, in which I provided photographs. I received 2 separate emails from Tickets At Work (on 07/16/2024 and the other on 07/19/2024) informing me that they were reviewing my claim and I would receive an update within 72 hours.
I have also contacted them by telephone on 4 separate days... Giving ample time to receive a solution. The customer service representatives have stated that case is still under investigation and emails have been sent to the resort without response. That is a total LIE!!! I was on the phone with a man last night who kept placing me on hold to contact the 3rd party so they supposedly could reach out to the resort. As expected, nothing was accomplished with that phone call... Mind you, I have now reached out to the resort on 3 occasions and have had verbal confirmation each time that a refund of 2 nights stay has been authorized & granted. They issues the refund on 07/11/2024. Tickets At Work is holding my funds hostage and I am contacting a lawyer.

My husband works for a tourism company and sometimes I purchase from them then I connect the purchase to TicketsatWork, or I purchase directly in the app. I usually buy tickets for Disney or Universal Studios because they're cheaper at TicketsatWork. I don't purchase for Broadway or concerts because they usually sell the front tickets, so it's more expensive. The process with TicketsatWork is easy and fast. They're trustworthy, too. When I called them several times because I purchased the incorrect tickets, they provided very quick and accurate support.

I've purchased Disney tickets from TicketsatWork in the past and recently, I got Disney and SeaWorld tickets from them. To purchase, I go on to their website, enter my employee log-in information, and go to the theme park section. The website is user-friendly and very simple to use. I've never had any issues with it. It's straightforward, not overwhelming either, and everything is separated accordingly. So I know if I'm looking for a hotel versus airfare versus theme park tickets. The prices are great as well. They're always discounted from the retailer's price.

This is my second time using Tickets at Work for hotel booking. I was planning to use them again for my disney trip including hotel and tickets but after this I am unsure. I submitted the refund request thru email yesterday and today decided to call just in case since I only have 2 more days left to cancel but I've been on hold waiting for representative for over an hour.

I have a link to TicketsatWork through my work. I've used them a couple of times and they've usually been for either Disney World or Disneyland tickets. The prices are better than tickets at the gate or from Disney. TicketsatWork is worth looking at 'cause it was the best pricing of anything I've looked at, and I compared to other discounters for those particular tickets.

I handed him both and he told me they don’t accept Chime cards. I told him I had already paid through Ticketsatwork.com & showed him my confirmation. Ended up contacting ticketsatwork.com and they assure me I would hear back from someone within 72 hours. I waited the assured time and never got a email or phone call. I booked a hotel room in March for July. In April, I asked if I could cancel and refund or reschedule to another day. They said they would open a ticket and had to ask hotel. Hotel said no per ticket response given. So I just kept the reservation as is. Now it is 2 days before reservation and I call hotel on question on stay and am told hotel was cancelled. Called T@W and was told it was cancelled it and I won't get a refund. I have no emails saying they cancelled it nor did I agree to not getting a refund. My inquiry was a question on options, the response I got on the ticket was there was no options. Was on hold for 30 min as they read my ticket and responses. Agent finally say they can't rebook and need to escalate on a refund. They said they would call me back that night and I have heard nothing.

TicketsAtWork, or EBG as its parent company, has caused my family and I distress, inconvenience and exhaustion from their lack of accountability. I booked a 3* star suite 3 months in advance (in March) and upon check-in, was told it was not valid. TicketsAtWork told me they would help rebook it which took hours and by then, it was already midnight for my family and I and were worried we'd go the night without a place to sleep. They then found a horrible, 1* star motel which was promptly disregarded as upon check-in for that, the funds wouldn't go through from their end. (Keep in mind I was charged back in March). So at this point, my family and I would just pay more to go elsewhere instead. I kept trying for hours to just get my refund and also their compensation for all of this was extremely lackluster, if anything at all. I will NEVER forgive this company for what they put me and my family through. I would give 0 stars if I could.
We apologize for the inconvenience. As a 3rd party, the booking comes from the hotel supplier and the hotel advised the location was overbooked. We have a manager looking into this matter to see what happened and what can be done. We are filing an investigation with the hotel supplier to see why the room was provided to someone else and not the guest.

It's absolutely insane to me that there is no ability to refund any Discovery Cove or hotel tickets for a reason that is so far out of our control. We WANT to go and would have never cancelled on our own, but we literally are unable to get to the place where our purchases are located. I booked a hotel with Ticketsatwork for a mini trip with my kids. I was delayed so wasn’t able to check in until the next morning. Long story short, the hotel didn’t have my reservation available, and Ticketsatwork wouldn’t help with my reservation. I had to wait and deal with the hotel and this company pointing the fingers at each other with two small children. They refuse to give me a refund. I am out $600 and had to book another hotel. Cut out the middleman and book straight with the hotel. The hotel even said they charged me full price and was not any cheaper booking through this third party. Terrible customer service and no one calls you with updates even though they say they will call.

Will not work with you on a refund when a real emergency in life happens. They are hiding behind a "policy" and being third party. They will not give the supplier information to work with them directly. That is against the Inform Consumers Act. It is the same as booking a hotel room with Expedia. The hotel can't refund you but will give your the supplier information to try to work with them. This is fraudulent.

When I first started at my current employer, I was told of the TicketsatWork service and that it was something to look into. I did and it's helped me out tremendously, purchasing a lot of different things. I've been able to save a lot of money. The purchasing process was real easy and slick. I went in there and picked out what I wanted, gave them the credit card number, and it worked out very seamlessly. I had something that was ordered twice and they saw that it was and they corrected the wrong and just made it the one order. So every time I've ever dealt with anybody there, they've been very helpful and swift. They've done good things for me. It's a great tool. In some instances, it saves you a tremendous amount of money and other times, it's a convenience.

I used Ticketsatwork to purchase two hotel rooms for March. I prepaid for the rooms in January. When I checked out of the hotel, the credit card I used for incidentals upon checking in was charged the full amount for the rooms. Apparently, Ticketsatwork had never sent the payment along to the hotel. So now, I have paid once to ticketsatwork and once directly to the hotel. I have now had over 16 emails and phone calls to ticketsatwork to try to get someone to resolve this issue. It has been over four weeks since I stayed at the hotel. They are absolute thieves. Their customer service is the WORST. A different customer service rep responds each time to your emails. AGAIN....I have paid twice for the same hotel and they kept the money!! When they finally responded they said the hotel fees were correct because they were for incidental fees. This is even after sending them the itemized bills from the hotel explaining I paid for the rooms!

Once or twice a year, I go to the TicketsatWork website, log in, and click on theme parks or whatever it is I'm looking for. It brings up the prices, which have been really good. I'm happy with it, and I've purchased tickets for Disney World, Cedar Point, which is also a theme park, and Legoland. I have recommended TicketsatWork to a friend as well. I bought Disney World tickets for Florida from TicketsatWork. It was fairly easy to do online and provide my email. They emailed me the tickets within 24 hours then I just validated the codes that were provided to the entrance at Disney World. And we were able to use them right away. But if they could make those tickets automatically get sent to you, that would be great. Because I had to wait for 12 hours or so to get them, so I was a little bit nervous I wouldn't be able to use them the following day.
We apologize for the wait on the tickets as they come directly from the partner. They do advise it can take that time length to show up, especially on their system during the busy days. We still appreciate the feedback and hope you have a great time at the park.

We purchased Disney World tickets through TicketsatWork. It was easy to purchase. I did it online. So, the confusing part of it, doing it online, was not so much with them but with what Disney's rules were about having to reserve certain dates. A lot of times, purchasing the ticket itself was streamlined but then there was the caveat that once the ticket was purchased, or maybe even before, you had to tell Disney which days you were planning on visiting the park so they could do their volume estimates. And in order to do that, you had to go into Disney's sites to do that part of it. So, we did this a few months ago. Then the process was a little easier than it was a year ago where Disney wasn't letting you in the park unless they had had occupancy availability. So, it was very critical that you bought your ticket and made your reservation within their system or your ticket wouldn't be good on that day.
Usually, TicketsatWork does say, “It’s a two-step process. You'll need to contact the Disney site to see what their requirements are.” They don't say what the requirements are because those requirements keep changing like this year when we did it, Disney did not require any pre-reservations. They just wanted to have an idea, when you were buying your tickets, and when you were gonna use them. They give you a span of five days to use the two-day ticket with it. They did the next best thing at TicketsatWork by giving you the website connection over to Disney so you could see what their requirements were currently. It was a straightforward process online.

I got Disney tickets through them. I was able to find a deal and went on and purchased. I knew how many days I'd be there and I knew about what week I was gonna be going. It was a quick and easy process. If others have access to it, they should definitely take advantage of it. It was a really good deal because Disney is extremely expensive and getting an adult ticket at a kid's price was very helpful and being able to vacation plan for spring break.

I booked a hotel room that said cancellations were permitted until 6:00 PM the day of the reservation. After finding a better room, I called to cancel at 4:50 PM. Tickets at Work told me to call the hotel. The hotel said the company that sold the room would have to provide the refund (which makes sense, considering the charge on my card was from Tickets at Work). I called them back, and they refused to cancel and provide a refund unless I had screenshots proving they offered cancellation until 6PM. They did offer to submit a request for cancellation through their partner, but that I would have to agree to a "penalty" of the entire purchase amount. In other words, I'd get no refund and no room. If you book with this company, take screenshots of every detail on every page before providing your credit card.
We apologize that the booking ended up being non-refundable on our side. A manager reached out to you about this matter and will investigate this matter thoroughly with the actual supplier who works directly with the hotel. We are pleased you were able to use the booking but want to make sure you are a satisfied customer when it comes to the service we are providing you.

Trip got cancelled because of Covid, April 2020. I’ve been trying ever since to get my money back. I was told it had to go on a voucher, but when I try to use the voucher I get the runaround and am on the phone for hours. I was told the other day that I can get my money back but need to speak to a manager. Over a week later I’m still waiting for that call back. I’ve been lied to multiple times and promised a call back 4 times. Very frustrating and still no help. When trying to use the voucher I get told that it’s not eligible. They have almost $4000 of my money and won’t give it back. Disney shut down because of a global pandemic and Tickets at work stole my money.

I primarily purchase tickets online because speaking with a representative is a little bit more in the cost. I've been using the website for quite a few years now and I'm kind of used to it. I tend to like it as it is because for the more popular tickets, there's already a place for those. But one thing that would be helpful is if they could make sure that everything comes up when someone chooses all attractions in that particular thing, including the zoos and aquariums. A lot of people who aren't familiar with using the search bar wouldn't think of trying to use that. Also, making sure that anything that is not available is completely taken out of the system would be helpful. One time when I was using the search bar, attractions that weren't available anymore were still coming up.
Whenever I've had to speak with customer service agents, they've been really helpful when they could but if you're trying to get a ticket refund, that's not going to happen. I bought Disney World and Universal Orlando tickets through Tickets at Work. I've done some flights and hotels too. Their website is super friendly and it helps out a lot. I like the filters and it's awesome. Their prices are good too. I usually do a price comparison through the direct website of whatever is being offered, either the airline or the hotel, and usually, Tickets at Work is much cheaper.

I compared TicketsatWork to the actual theme park and they were slightly cheaper. I bought two days at Disney and then one day at Universal for Orlando Florida. The purchasing process was easy just like any regular add-to-cart. The site is straightforward and good. I just purchased another venue ticket in error and then I called and they refunded it, which I thought was not gonna happen, but it did.

We're going to Disney World, and we purchased the tickets from TicketsatWork ‘cause it was cheaper than anywhere else. My wife has TicketsatWork too, but the discount through my job at Firestone was a bit better. I purchased online, and the process was simple. The website was good too. It was right at par with everywhere else. I'd recommend TicketsatWork to my coworkers.

We purchased tickets recently for Disney World thru TicketsatWork. Prior to that, we also did Universal Studios and then Legoland in Florida. Their website is user-friendly. Even with taxes, their price is still usually at least 50 plus cheaper than buying from the original site. It's super easy and fast. It saves you money.

I purchased San Diego Seaworld tickets through Tickets at Work and was unable to use them because of some emergency. When requested for cancellation and refund, they said it's not allowed and however, they can extend the validity. When asked for extension they said to hold on till the last date of current expiry for maximum extended validity. However, when tried to reach them the last date of expiry, they were not reachable and when checked the next day they said the validity was over and so they can not extend the validity (can not reissue for newer validity). SeaWorld San Diego Single Any Day Ticket All Ages (3+); Please save your money and don't fall for Ticketsatwork.

Hi I am writing on recent experience with TicketsatWork. I bought five tickets for an out of state concert and one was never transferred. I spent several hours trying to sort it the day of event, they were never helpful. We travelled with five people out of state to see a concert and two could not get in as one was a minor that could not be left alone in the hotel. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and was out over 1k for a trip that was ruined by their attempts to transfer the ticket. The venue said the fifth ticket was clearly paid for by me as I had shown them the bank app, but was a scam from tickets at work. They said they transferred it and did not. The venue said it was never even entered into their system and they showed only four were actually transferred from tickets at work. Please advise if you have a number where I can call them again and speak to someone I can understand.

I will never use Tickets at Work again. This insight cost me $809.70. I bought 7 tickets for Atlanta’s Cirque du Soleil ECHO that Tickets at Work advertised as 20% off. I bought the tickets for December 23. When I arrived at the show with my entire family as a Christmas gift to them the ticket collector told me my tickets were invalid as they were for December 16. I called a Tickets at Work in desperation. The Customer Service Representative on the phone assured me of a refund and encouraged me to purchase additional tickets & send in the attached receipt of my new purchase to make the refund happen. Full-priced tickets that were better seats only cost $516. When I returned home, I found an email stating that my refund was denied. When I called the Customer Service Representative apologized and maintained the denial.

I went to my company website to purchase a ticket for Gutenberg show at the end of December. I purposely select a ticket at Row B seat 1, and click confirm. However, when I received my confirmation email, I get the confirmation with seating showing row BB, seat 103. I immediately called TicketsatWork to try to cancel, as this was NOT the seat I agree to purchase on. However, the agent politely told me that ticket is not refundable. The most she could do is to submit a request to see whether my request of cancellation can be approved or not. Ticketatwork definitely gave me the wrong seat which I am not agreed to purchase in the first place. I have chronic neck pain, and I could not sit at the first front/second row the theatre, raising my head to watch the show. I definitely will tell my coworker to avoid purchase any ticket at TicketsatWork no matter what, as their system is not trustworthy.
As a 3rd party the shows comes directly from the venue. If there was a glitch to which we checked with our website team on this particular show, there would of many complaints on seating but there are not any. We have reached out to the customer by email asking for information on this investigation and we are unable to get any response from this guest. If the guest can reach out to us with the order information that will be great.

I had a good experience with Tickets at Work. I bought tickets for Disney World. I did it through the website. However, I made a mistake on my order and I had to call in. And they were extremely helpful. They never said, "No, we can't help you." They immediately were positive about it and made sure that I was taken care of from the very first moment. I highly recommend them. They have sales. They also send promotions every so often or just updates. And the customer experience, so far, has been great.

I have purchased Broadway tickets and amusement park tickets from TicketsatWork. It's great for discount tickets for those and it's very easy to find the tickets that you need. Sometimes, there’s a lot of fees, though, or sometimes you have to go to a special window and wait in a line to get the tickets, so that’s frustrating. But other than that, it’s usually the cheapest price I can find.

When I purchased Hersheypark tickets, it was double booked, so I had to call in. But they were able to resolve and get me the refund. I've also purchased Disneyland Paris tickets recently. TicketsatWork is reliable and you can get tickets at a very discounted price. It's very easy to link it to the account. But you couldn't edit the cart if you accidentally misclicked. You have to remove everything then re-add it.

If you have a way to become connected with TicketsatWork, do it because it has the best discounts that I have ever found. Any time I've had a question, I just call them and they're phenomenal. We've been members of TicketsatWork for a long time so we know that we got discounts for Disney from there. We've done it in the past so went on there, looked at what the pricing was gonna be and filled out what we needed. We knew that it was gonna be the best discount that we could get as far as for the amount of time that we're gonna be there. You choose options of what you want, how many days you're gonna be there. The more days you're there, the bigger discount you get. That's something that Disney does even through their own website but you get an extra percentage off if you're doing it through TicketsatWork.

I made a hotel booking on Ticketsatwork that was refundable since I was unsure about my travel plans. I got the email confirmation that the booking was refundable and paid more than $600 for the booking. I called on Nov 4th to cancel my booking and felt it would get resolved the same day since the booking was for only check-in on Nov 17th. However, Ticketsatwork came back and said the "merchant" denied their request and therefore I wasn't getting my refund. I was told they will try to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
After waiting that time, I didn't receive any communication and have been calling them every day to get an update. No one is able to help me get a refund for my REFUNDABLE booking! What a huge waste of time and a breach of trust! Representatives were never able to help me and after this experience - I would caution everyone to NOT USE TICKETSATWORK for any booking! It isn't really that competitively priced and moreover, they will not honor the terms of the booking! I am walking away as a terribly disappointed customer.

I booked a hotel room on the TicketsatWork website. I specifically looked for a hotel room that I was able to cancel as my plans were not finalized. The cancellation policy stated if I did not check in on the day of my reservation and did not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel my reservation and charge me the full amount. I called 6 days prior to my check-in date to cancel. TicketsatWork stated they had to get "approval" for the cancellation from their partner. They originally stated it would take 72 hours to receive a response. After 72 hours without an answer, I had to call daily to get updates. What a huge waste of time!
Representatives were never able to help me, just stating I had to keep waiting for an answer from their partner and try to call back later. The day of my reservation, 2 hours AFTER check-in, I received an email from TicketsatWork saying the request for cancellation was denied and I would not receive a refund. Do NOT use this website to book hotel rooms! It's not any cheaper than booking from any other site and their customer service is HORRIBLE!

TicketsatWork is a cheaper option compared to others and they're easy to work with. We bought Disney tickets and the process was very simple. Literally, point and click. The prices were great. They were $30 or $40 off gate prices. If they were a little bit cheaper, I would love it even more. It was a great experience.

TicketsatWork offered discounted Disney tickets. And it is a bit cheaper than some other discounted sites. As soon as I made the purchase, they emailed me the code I needed to link everything in for my Disney vacation that's coming up this week. It was a quick and easy process. I wanted to add a day to my ticket, but I was not able to go back in, look it up and do any kind of edit. I had to go straight through the actual Disney website to do it. So, if there was a way for me to be able to edit and add something like that to it, that would be amazing. I will use TicketsatWork again.

I direct everyone to TicketsatWork all the time. I would say, "If the business that you work with offer the TicketsatWork discounts, you gotta go through it, because it's better than any other places that you can see." The emails and tickets that I get in the emails are confusing. I'm going on a Disney trip next week, and I bought tickets for myself, and bought tickets for my family as well that's going with me. And the ticket that came in is only one that has one code on it, so it's kind hard to decipher. Do I go on the website and upload that one code for everybody? Because I bought six tickets, but I only got one email with one code. If I bought six tickets, I should get six tickets with an assigned code to each party.
But it would eventually get straightened out because I would go through everything I can online just to make sure that it worked. And if it didn't work, I would make a call. Last year, I did the same thing, and they had to call Disney to help them assign the tickets to my three MagicBands last year. It was just time-consuming. It would be more efficient if I bought six tickets, I get six tickets, and I would be able to upload the code per ticket.

I bought my air flight and Disney ticket from Tickets at Work. The process was very seamless. Whatever they say that you pay on the website, this is how much they charge. However, I was surprised when I found out there were still hotel fees that I was supposed to pay, which was 250. When I added it to the ticket for the hotel, I felt like I did not save that much because the reserve fee wasn't included. I was disappointed when I saw I had to pay close to 300. But their website was user-friendly.

Sometimes, the deals at Tickets at Work don't seem to be as low as the advertised price after taxes and fees. For instance, the most recent ticket I bought, the listed price was $30 off of the retail value. But there were $20 more taxes and fees than the main ticket seller. I only got $10 off.

I reserved a room for me and my daughter on Tuesday, and she came home sick that evening. I tested her Wednesday morning for Covid and she tested positive. I then canceled my reservation before the 48 hours as stated on their page. They stated they were working on it to give them 72 hours, and now they are stating I do not get any refund. This is completely absurd, as my daughter was sick, and I did it in the time frame THEY stated. I am beyond furious and can't believe they will steal money from a single parent. No kind of values with this company. Their website stated REFUNDABLE within 48 hours, which is obviously a lie and fraud!

Very untrustworthy, I booked a two night stay for my vacation and got the confirmation from TicketsAtWork, but when I reach the hotel they tell me they had to cancel it since they were overbooked by TicketsAtWork and did not give me any notice until I arrive and was trying to checkin at around 11PM. I was stranded on the middle of the night with my family and their customer support told me they can't help me and book me anywhere else and they can only refund me. And customer support is also very unprofessional, closed the case without even talking to me and just processed the refund in spite of me calling several times. Very unprofessional and unreliable system. I would never use it again and suggest not to use this if you don't want to be in this situation.
We apologize the guest was denied entry to the hotel. We have a manager investigating this issue to see why the hotel cancelled the booking late in the evening. Even though we refunded the guest and provided a credit for future use we are going to investigate this matter directly with the hotel supplier to see why the front desk cancelled the booking.

I would highly recommend TicketsatWork. They have just about anything I can think of that's on their website. I can find it anywhere, and I use it for just about everything these days now. I've booked many hotels as well as bought concert, festival and Disney World tickets through them. When I got Disney World tickets, it was as simple as booking it through Disney's website. I just went to the Disney tab on TicketsatWork, followed the prompts, and went straight to buying the tickets.
I use TicketsatWork mostly because there's an option on there that I can use PayPal and I can do payments through PayPal, versus having a big, massive chunk of money come out of my account at one time. Other websites don't necessarily have that. As far as the pricing goes, I don't see much of a difference on most things. Every now and then, I'll find something that's a little cheaper, but for the most part, it's about the same as other places.
Some of the hotels I've booked are nonrefundable and some are refundable up to 48 hours before the trip. I've had to cancel a hotel once or twice, and I had to call to do that, but I've never had an issue canceling or with getting my refund. Back in July, I went down to Miami and had to cancel my hotel and get a different one. That refund took a little longer, but I got it.

I compared Disney World tickets with AAA discounts and then decided to check out TicketsatWork to see what their cost was for it. It was a 10% reduction. Also, I've used TicketsatWork a few times for Broadway show tickets. I often tell people to check them because every now and then, there is a really good deal for something that it's always worth checking first.

I bought several Disney World tickets and I was easily able to connect it to my Disney Experience app, which is used to make park and dining reservations. I set things up and it seemed good. I use TicketsatWork once every couple of years when I decide I'm gonna go to Disney World, but I should use it more often because there's a lot of different services. In 2019 I decided to start saving for a trip to Disneyland. As a single mom of four boys I knew it would be hard but I was determined to make it happen. I saved up and planned our trip for March 2020. As we all know the pandemic hit and Disneyland was shut down. Ticketsatwork assured us as soon as everything reopened we would be able to use our tickets. As time went on the pandemic personally impacted our personal lives as jobs were lost, hours cut and surviving became the most important thing.
In October 2022 I called ticketsatwork and asked if I could refund my tickets. I was told no but we had until December 31, 2023 to use them. I called today to get our ticket information and was told our tickets are no longer valid as the expired on January of 2022! WHAT?! I asked how that could possibly be as I spoke to someone in October 2022. The representative Jasmine as absolutely no help and said there is nothing they could do. I asked so I paid you $949 and there is nothing to do? She said sorry. I asked to speak to a supervisor SIX times before she finally transferred me to Jocelyn who told me they would give me a $100 ecredit to purchase new tickets. Unacceptable. This company robbed a hard working single Mom of almost $1000 and could care less.
We had purchased 4 day hopper passes with the express pass and I even asked if we could get two one day passes and the answer was still no. She explained there is nothing they would do. This company is a scam and could care less about any kind of customer satisfaction or the fact they stole almost $1000 from me. I would NEVER recommend this company and will never use them again. I was penalized for something I had no control over and now my family will never be able to have our dream of a Disneyland vacation! Thanks ticketsatwork!
We deeply apologize but as a 3rd party, these tickets come directly from the partner. As advised in the terms of sale these tickets are considered a final sale. Due to the pandemic, the park has extended the tickets even further than expected and they will not honor a refund or modify a ticket that is 3 years old. We have a manager looking into this matter to see if anything can be done about this issue.

I made a reservation for IHG Boston. I paid 1095 dollars without taxes. According to hotel receipt my accommodation costs 850 dollars and I could get only this receipt from the hotel. Where did this money go? I have been trying to contact customer services for 5 days. They are not responding my e-mails. I waited 30 minutes on the line to be able to talk to somebody yesterday. It is impossible to find somebody to reach out. I gave one star because there is no zero option. Horrible customer service!!!
We apologize but the guest was given a receipt that was supposed to go to the hotel supplier. Also, the amount the guest paid was the correct amount upon research through TicketsatWork. The hotel does not bill the guest, and the 3rd party hotel supplier is supposed to receive that bill. As a 3rd party company and not the hotel part, we contacted the supplier to make sure the guest was billed correctly, and he was.
A manager will be reaching out to this guest this week once everything is completed with the actual supplier and the hotel. All 3rd party bookings from hotels are booked through a supplier and the hotel will charge them the wholesale rate due to the number of rooms bought.

I purchased hotel reservations through the site from my company. They claimed to have the “cheapest” rates but their rates are misleading and incomparable to other sites as well as the direct hotel. First, I did not like that the rates INCREASE within a 10 minute span. I finally get a reservation confirmation afterwards and nothing on it indicates any additional charges from the hotel except to call the hotel about reserving parking. At checkout, I’m hit with an ADDITIONAL bill for “resort fees” that was not disclosed to me prior to booking. Had I’ve known this, I wouldn’t have even booked through this site. After calling customer service, they were scripted to tell me that they only cover room charges and taxes. This will be the last time using this site.

I did it online. The website is super user-friendly. But I had to call to get some information changed on the tickets. Once I got somebody on the phone, it only took about 10 minutes. Made a pre-paid reservation for a room at a Holiday Inn on July 1. Upon arrival and presentation of my confirmation and proof of payment was informed by the desk clerk that they did not have a reservation for me and the hotel was booked. I had to find another hotel. Contacted TicketsatWork on July 4. Was told they would investigate with their partners and would not refund me until then although I made payment to TicketsatWork. Was promised a resolution within 72 hours. However, every 72 hours thereafter for 2 weeks I received an email saying, " At this time, we have not been able to reach a resolution for your request; however, we will continue to reach out to our partners, in advocacy, on your behalf" then the emails stopped. I paid TicketsatWork, not one of their partners and I expect TicketsatWork to refund me.

TicketsatWork is a good service. The discount is the big thing. The big places, such as big parks, are on there but smaller areas usually are not. Usually, we just use TicketsatWork for shows and amusement parks. I recently did a ticket for Universal Studios. You go online and you purchase them. They then upload to your phone.

I purchased 5 Disneyland and 5 Sea World tickets in early 2020. As COVID was making headway everything was closing down. We ended up cancelling our vacation due to COVID and the parks being closed. TicketsatWork will not give me a refund on my tickets because they are "final sale", although it wasn't my fault that COVID happened. They have no heart and they took my money. I have been fighting them for over 3 years now. Over $700 out of pocket taken from me, that is theft.
We apologize but as a 3rd party, these tickets come directly from our partners. Once bought as advised on the agreed-upon terms of sale this is considered a final sale. Both parks have extended their deadlines for use due to the pandemic and they are not refunding the vouchers as they have expired. We reached out a few times and the refund request to both partners was denied. However, we are happy a manager was able to reach out to the guest and provided her some type of credit on this.

Web site crashed while checking out so the transaction never completed. So they charged me for the tickets but I never got the tickets. I asked for a refund and they kept running me in circles saying, "NO REFUNDS EVER." Just another bunch of scammers. Lost $164 and they won't give me back a dime.

I buy theme park tickets and other stuff from TicketsatWork through my work discounts all the time. Usually, I buy tickets for Disneyworld when we get to Disney. Recently, I bought the super regional tickets to the Gamecocks’ first quarter games baseball in June. As far as purchasing, I just log in from my PerkSpot, which is our discount thing at work. It has TicketsatWork linked to it.

Purchasing Disney tickets was simple. It was just going online, purchasing the tickets, and then going to WillCall to pick up the cards to have them. But they weren't much cheaper and I didn't really see the discount. I was expecting some type of discount. If we had gone through a third party, I would have taken more discounts versus going and booking them directly through their site.

I went through it several times trying to make sure that I was doing Disney and that I had the right location. If the GUI is more intuitive making sure the grouping is smoother, it would be easier.

Purchasing was very easy but they were very unclear on what the hotel included. I just put wherever I wanted to stay and they gave me perfect options. I purchased hotels and attractions but we stayed at a hotel didn't reflect what the website said. The room said it was non-smoking but what we got was a smokable room. They wanted me to provide proof of that. We ended up not staying there and when I tried to ask for a refund the other two nights, they were very difficult about it. So, that made me not wanna work with them anymore. I was able to talk to their reps but they were constantly telling them that I would have to reach out to the hotel itself because they were only a third party. It was very hard to communicate with them.
My biggest problem with them is that they were asking for something that is the last thing on the back of your mind to do. In the moment, you don't think about taking a picture of the room. Also, the smoke penetrated through the walls of our smokable room and I could smell it. That doesn't reflect in the pictures. Other than that the prices were good. I kept reaching out until they finally gave in and refunded me for the two days I didn't stay at the hotel.

I went through ADP for the TicketsatWork website. I used the ticket search for the Universal and Disney tickets, and it's understandable. But you have to read it to make sure you're getting the right thing or you're not booking a reservation through a hotel versus the ticket. In the fine print, it was saying that I had to make a reservation with Disney. But that's not true for one day. While the website was somewhat friendly, it wasn't that easy to decipher what you wanted to buy. I would suggest that others go on it because it is a discounted rate but read what they purchase before purchasing.

I purchased Disney World tickets for our family vacation in June. It was super easy. I just searched on the site what I wanted, followed the prompts to get the dates and the tickets that I needed, and connected them on my Disney account. I got the tickets sent to me via email. By the time I got done doing it and went back to my email, they were there. I've told my other co-workers about Ticketsatwork and they should try to use it if they're going somewhere.

I called the agent and he said he would look into the issue and called me back. But he never got back to me. I tried to leave him voice message and called several times but I was not able to reach him. They just ignored my request and never provided any resolution to the issue.

People should go for TicketsatWork. It was easy to find everything that I was looking for in the website. You just select how many tickets you want and it would give you the price. You put in your card and then it would give a time frame of how long those would be available for. Plus, the cost was a little bit cheaper than at the actual Disney website.

I bought two tickets for Animal Kingdom. Their website is great. It has everything I need. Everything was great. It was straightforward. When going to the Disney Parks, I’ll likely use them. But they could make bigger discount. They tell you, ”Save all this money!” But when you go through, you need to book three days of parks to get the discount. If not, you're actually getting not much discounts. So that’s kind of false publicity.

I bought the tickets and immediately called for a reservation and was told there was no availability and Ticketsatwork refuses to refund my money even though I called the same day I purchased it. In fact I called to make the reservation. Was told no and immediately called ticketsatwork for a refund.

I am writing this complaint to inform you of the abysmal customer service and unethical business practices exhibited by Tickets At Work. Their complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist me in a time of personal crisis is nothing short of repugnant. I demand either a full refund or a new ticket being issued for my family. My Disneyland ticket (CARE-6593360) 22026664 expired on December 30, 2022. Unfortunately, our family was unable to attend due to a sudden and devastating death in the family caused by Covid. During this distressing time, the unfeeling and indifferent treatment by Tickets At Work only served to further exacerbate our pain.
Although Disneyland was willing to issue a new ticket as a compassionate gesture, they required a simple verification from Tickets At Work. This necessitated a three-way call between Disneyland, Tickets At Work, and myself to confirm the ticket information. Regrettably, Tickets At Work displayed an appalling level of indifference and flat-out refused to engage in this straightforward procedure. The financial and emotional toll inflicted upon us by Tickets At Work's inaction is staggering. It is shocking that they have neither refunded my money nor exchanged the ticket, given the extenuating circumstances surrounding our inability to attend the park. Their refusal to cooperate demonstrates a total disregard for customer well-being and exposes their true priorities: profit over compassion.
I implore ConsumerAffairs to take immediate action against Tickets At Work for their despicable behavior and to hold them accountable for their actions. Case number ** deserves your prompt attention, and I expect a resolution that either involves a full refund or the issuance of a new ticket. Companies like Tickets At Work must not be allowed to exploit and mistreat customers without consequence. I trust that ConsumerAffairs will take the necessary steps to ensure that they are held responsible for their callous conduct and that they make amends for the harm they have caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a swift and appropriate resolution.

February 2023, we reserved a hotel for a vacation in Georgia. In April 2023 we actually stayed at the hotel but when we got there the hotel said that the reservation had not been paid. We called TicketsatWork on the date we arrived thinking the issue would be resolved before we checked out, it was not. In fact, we had to call TicketatWork at check out, they failed to provide confirmation of payment to the hotel and without our knowledge, the hotel charged our credit card again because TicketsatWork had not released the payment from February to April.
The hotel charge was $100 less than TicketsatWork. It's been over a week since we stayed at the hotel and after receiving up to six emails from TicketsatWork, the hotel is still not paid, whenever I call to speak with someone, TicketsatWork keeps putting me on hold and no one seems to be able to resolve the double charge. I may pay the hotel and dispute the TicketsatWork charge since I'd be saving an additional $100. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company, my guess is that it's a scam, you'll be in a holding pattern until you give up and TicketsatWork will have succeeded in taking your money.

Everybody was very helpful at TicketsatWork. I had to change something and they did it for me. They were informative and I didn't run into any glitches. I use them mostly for hotels and recently Disney tickets. Their website was user-friendly and they were good to work with, but the prices weren't cheaper than others.

My company uses TicketsatWork and I've gone there a couple of times because the tickets are a little less. If somebody's already going there for a company discount though, most likely, their company already has a discount for hotels or cars that is way better than what TicketsatWork has. I've only gotten Disney and Universal tickets from them, and recently, I bought some rodeo tickets. The biggest annoyance is when I go to sign in, I have to type in my email in order to go to the next page and sign in where I normally have all my stuff auto-saved. It doesn't recognize me as a user. Other than that, everything's working fine.

Some of the park tickets are cheaper in TicketsatWork than they would be if you would have went on the actual website and buy them. I like how TicketsatWork gives coupons. After the purchase, they would send $30 off of 300. So if I bought a ticket and it was over $300, it would take $30 off of the price. I usually do the purchase online. It's a little bit easier that way. I always get promotions sent to my email whenever stuff is on sale. So I like to go in there and take advantage of that.

I like the discounts from TicketsatWork. I purchased something for EPCOT at Disney recently. The process went through fine. The prices for the tickets were fine. I would have gone directly through Disney if it hadn't been for the promotional discount that TicketsatWork gave me. So, that made it worth it. There were some things that I was looking up that I noticed were a little bit more as compared to tickets being sold on the direct website for that certain event. So, I was a little surprised to find that, but it wasn't anything I was going to.

Last Saturday (April 1st) I booked a rental via my company's discount site. Went to get the car via the rental company. I too was informed I needed a $500 hold for the duration. Since I didn't have it, I called immediately to process a refund. This is now where the scamming begins... While on the phone with an agent...who lacks the reasoning capabilities of the English language, this agent explained that because I didn't cancel within 48hrs prior to the date of the rental, I would have to pay $103.00. Keep in mind, all this is still on April 1st. When I mentioned that to him, the reply was "yes ok, we can begin the process and charge $103.00." Clearly a lack of understanding.
Second issue, I declined to pay the $103 and asked for this to be escalated. Got an email on Sunday afternoon saying "your request for a refund is denied...thank you for doing business with Ticketsatwork". Since I could not reply to the email because the closed the issue, I called again... Third time I'm making a request for my refund and now they said "our partner's policy is the reason the refund won't be processed." So I called the rental company. To my immediate surprise, the rental company said the opposite, meaning I should get a full refund and even provided a case number, placed it on file for Ticketsatwork to review and process.
Called Ticketsatwork and provided all the details and this was their response. "Was this from an actual person or virtual assistant? Was it approved by a manager? Do you have it in writing? We will need 72hrs to review with our partners. Please note this does not mean a full refund." I'm still waiting and I dear, they will someone how lose my information and say the case was closed. Hence I this "company" as nothing more than a scam.

We are very dissatisfied on how our spring break with our Children was spent due to Ticketatmaster's making error on our reservation and not approving our refund even with the hotel initiating it and willing to communicate with TicketatWork for to give us the refund since the primary reason for cancellation was maintenance in their building.
We even requested the same company to rebook to change the hotel for us which ended up an error because they booked us on a different hotel a lot farther and not our choice. It was even investigated and proved that it was their error. They made us eventually pay for the third time to get us room in our preferred hotel but this was almost 7pm already CST. The reason stated was it was pass their cut off and that they can't help us.
It took them 3 days to respond and inform us that there will be no refund because of their policy. - Is this right?... where is the explanation and where is their company mission - to provide world class service, that it is fun and with benefits. I hope to hear from them soon as I want to escalate this one until I'm satisfied and provided the refund they owe us. It is not the amount I am trying to claim but to make it right and so that it won't happen to other families that are vulnerable from these types of company policies.

I get emails from TicketsatWork probably weekly. Our company has a thing with them. So, I just look at whatever the email looks at. I saw the Christmas Spectacular and I looked at it. I bought tickets to the Disney park because I was gonna be in Florida and it was easy. Then, I bought tickets to a show because I saw it pop up. I called TicketsatWork once because they only let you buy four tickets. I needed 10 and I didn't wanna do two transactions so they helped me over the phone. The rep was very nice. But I don't think you can cancel because I bought the wrong date the first time and I had to give those tickets away. But beyond that, it was my mistake. I had an easy, nice and simple experience with TicketsatWork.

TicketsatWork reached out to me after making the complaint. The representative was very nice and understanding. It made me feel nice that they were able to do something. I didn’t get my loss back. The hotels were unforgiving. I wish I would have spoken to this representative from the beginning. Make sure you check hotel booking's cancelation policy before booking! Lesson learned.

Just learning, the hard way, about third party vendors. This 3rd party reserved reservations for several trips we were taking for my daughter’s tournaments. The team dissolved and we had to cancel one reservation and wanted to change the dates for another. Tickets at Work reached out to their supplier—-we could not. They turned out not only NOT refunding us any part of the reservation, but they canceled it and we were not able to check in to use the hotel reservations for any other purposes. The hotel said they canceled the reservation, but didn’t give us any money back. Beware of third party vendors. You must buy insurance if something comes up and you have to cancel, otherwise you will not get refunded. This was not clear to me. They also cancel your reservations without telling you, if you ask for a cancelation. We lost $1244.01 for this mistake.
We apologize that the refund was denied. We are looking into this matter to see if the hotel and/or the supplier will assist us in getting a proper resolution for the guest.

I have have purchased tickets to a basketball game 3 weeks before the event through TicketsatWork. Same day I got a transfer link for my tickets. When I clicked the link it says that it had already been claimed by another email address. Called customer service multiple times and they said the tickets should show up and that they are investigating and the tickets should show up 2 days before the event. The game day already passed and never saw the tickets and I am still waiting for my refund. They keep sending automated emails that they are trying to communicate with their partner and they will follow up with me in 72 hours. It's been a month and no refund has been provided. They owe me almost $700. They knew from day 1 that the tickets didn't work. This is a complete scam. Why don't you return the money if you knew the tickets didn't work?

I booked a hotel for 3/27-3/28 through my works discount site that says purchases are refundable on hotel bookings. After I booked through TicketsatWork they sent me an email showing my room was booked for 2/27-2/28. I immediately called because that was the incorrect date. I needed it for 3/27/23. They said they would have to cancel the hotel and then have me rebook with a credit. That's not what happened, instead the hotel informed me my booking through Tickets at Work was actually through Expedia and that I would have to call them, when I called they said they have no record of my booking under my name or email or phone number.
Yesterday 2/21/23 I spent 5hours on the phone with tickets at work, Expedia and the hotel. All for tickets at work to say they said they would reach out to their 3rd party vendor to get this cancelled or modify. Now I'm getting another email saying they denied both my requests because this is a nonrefundable purchase they made through another 3rd party, one that I never gave authorization for nor do I have a confirmation or order number for nor any of my information on the order.
I did not authorize anyone other than tickets at work for my hotel booking and now the hotel is not able to confirm my booking or allow for a refund. I did not authorize this charge to go through a site that would not allow for a refund because of the chance of this exact scenario happening. I'm now out the costs of the hotel and they are refusing to allow me to speak to someone higher up beyond their generic customer service line that offers no helps and hangs up on you constantly.

On 2/15, I booked a hotel reservation while on the phone with a customer service representative who made it clear the order was refundable and that the post-dated cancellation policy date was a system error. An initial rate of $84 was in my cart, but the online portal wouldn't let us process the request due to an error. I was advised to purchase at the higher rate because I could cancel and rebook, or request a price match if the rate lowered. However, after contacting customer service and requesting an escalation to management, I was referred to a shared email that sent me multiple generic copy-and-paste emails stating TicketsatWork wouldn't match the lower pricing (despite the lower rate being posted on its website) and that my order was non-refundable!? I purchased Disney tickets from TicketsatWork and that was pretty easy. I did it all online and the website was simple. The only thing is you need to load the ticket and the Disney app. But it really wasn't a big deal. I'll most likely use TicketsatWork again.

I’ve had a good experience with TicketsatWork. I bought soccer and Disney tickets. They're much cheaper. They saved us a bit of money, and it has been very easy to use. I recommend them all the time to anybody who would listen. The user interface looks a lot like AAA’s user interface. It’s very easy to use.

TicketsatWork's website was pretty decent. It was easy to navigate. It was easy to pay for everything. Everything I did was online. This particular time, I was looking for tickets for Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida. The deal was good enough for me to buy the tickets. The tickets came through the email, so I got them within minutes of applying. Everything was great for me.

I've used TicketsatWork multiple times. Most recently, I used it to purchase some tickets to Disney World. It was easy to use. Tickets came in a couple of hours. And I had a great experience with it. It was a little discount, which made it a no-brainer to use. I've enjoyed using them. Spent close to three hours trying to purchase tickets just for them to be sold out each time I wanted to confirm the purchase and the system not accurately calculating the insurance I wanted on them. If you are going to partner up with third party payment options such as PayPal ensure that the final total is confirmed prior to validating payment details!

The purchase with TicketsatWork was very smooth. Their website was very user-friendly. The actual downloading of tickets wasn't so smooth. I didn't realize I bought vouchers and not actual tickets. The day of, I wasn't able to download the Disney Genie and I had to call support. They talked me through and explained it was a voucher and were able to get me set up but I didn't realize that until the day of. So, it was a little hectic in the morning. The voucher give me actual admission to a park. It was more that I could then use than to get a ticket that would admit me to one of the parks.

I recently purchased tickets for Disneyland. It was wonderful. However, I had difficulty purchasing these tickets. There was some type of issue that my addresses didn't match. And rather than giving me the information back like, "This is what needs to be fixed," it just errored me so many times. Then it locked me out and I wasn't able to do anything. I had to call in and they resolved it for me over the phone. They should give the person feedback about what the error is so that we can fix it on our end without having to go through all of this hassle.

The car rental charges at TicketsAtWork are exorbitant. There is no advantage of buying through them. Please try out alternate options. I looked for rental cars in Orlando and they were starting at 75$ per hour, whereas with Expedia I had options starting from 31$.

When searching for a hotel I was quoted a specific refundable rate, then during check out the rate was no longer available. I started over and the rate had jumped $50/night! It was still a few dollars less than booking direct with the hotel, so I went ahead and used the service to book the room. Only AFTER I checked out did I realize that the rate was all of a sudden NON-Refundable!?! This feels like a bait-and-switch operation and I'll no longer be using this service. Hopefully we don't end up having to cancel our stay, but with two young kids, you never know when things will happen to change your plans.

TicketsatWork is more affordable for amusement parks. We’ve done Legoland about four times and SeaWorld San Diego three times. I had a couple of issues but the customer services were very helpful. There was one experience that I did not like, though. The SeaWorld San Diego ticket said, “Buy one, get one 50% off" or "Buy one for 50%." But when I went through TicketsatWork to purchase it, it wasn't. It was a discount, but it wasn't the 50% off that they were saying. I called and the rep was trying to look into it. He couldn't figure out why it was that way and he said he was gonna call me back but he never did. That was the only negative issue. The tickets were still cheaper than at the actual park but the advertising wasn't truthful.

It’s usually smooth whenever I book the movie tickets but for booking the tickets for the Milan, Hollywood studio, I had to call and reach out to a customer representative. The reps were able to help me out and everything was perfect. They sent me a payment link so they made it super easy. There are places in TicketsatWork’s website where it can be a little bit smoother in terms of holding my data because the account information is there though if I want to change the name and book it on someone else's name, it’s a little awkward.

The rep very helpful. He did everything that needed to be done. He explained to me what happened with why I wasn't able to purchase the tickets at the time. It was an instance where the charge showed up on my credit card account twice, so I had questions about it. I didn't wanna dispute it, but that was what happened. I was just trying to ask the bank about it. I did it through the app, thinking that they would call me and ask me questions about it. But it was showing up as a dispute. I was ticked off from ordering tickets from TicketsatWork. That dispute thing happened but nobody informed me about it, so I had had to call and figure it out on my own. But once my bank and I cleared it up, they put it back on my credit report. I'm satisfied with TicketsatWork. I still use it all the time, even after the dispute thing happened. I’ve purchased two amusement park tickets and a hotel accommodation. I've also done a car rental. They're open 24 hours, so they answer all the time.

It takes my money but doesn’t book my stay. I had no place to stay when I arrived at the hotel I booked for and had no records that I booked a room to stay but it took my money on my bank statement, I will report and pass on the message to never book through here again.

I used this booking company as a benefit from work hoping to save some time and money for a travel stay. The booking company had an “error” in their system that caused my reservation. They booked my room at the wrong hotel, for $40 more than the hotels walk in rack rate. Customer service from TicketsatWork was poor, no follow up, and did nothing to resolve the problem. Paid $120 for an $80 room. Avoid this company at all costs. I should have researched before I booked, they have other reviews with similar experiences.

On July 13th, 2022, I rented a vehicle through Tickets At Work that was initially booked for a total of 6 days. Hours after leaving the rental location, due to a medical emergency the trip that was planned had to be canceled. I went ahead and checked Tickets At Work’s cancellation policy and saw that cancellations received within two days of pick up will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one day rental cost and other taxes & fees will also not be refunded.
Since I was going to be charged for the day I decided to just keep the vehicle and make sure to drop it off before it surpassed 24 hours. I arrived at the same rental location the following day and the return was stamped within the 24 hours. I called Tickets At Work immediately to let them know that I am canceling and have already returned the vehicle and would like a refund that after being charged for the one day used and other fees would be $327.77. The first representative I spoke with did not deny my request nor did they give any comments about there being a violation of policy in issuing the refund. I was told that once they verify with the rental location that the vehicle was in fact returned that my refund will be in process.
On July 15th, I was informed via email that I would not be getting the partial refund. I was very confused and called back for clarity, and I was met with another representative apologizing for the confusion and told me that they will get in touch with the rental location to verify the vehicle is there and that once it is verified, I will be issued a refund. On July 16th, they requested proof of return so I immediately sent over the photos of the return receipt from the rental location and photos of the actual vehicle returned. I was later emailed the same contradicting message that once again I will not be getting a refund.
Knowing that I took all the right steps, and was being told via phone that I would be refunded then getting a completely different response via email, I no longer trusted this company and felt as though I was being given the runaround at the expense of my hard earned money, which in my opinion is quite sketchy, and fraudulent and downright heartless to do during a recession.
I have been in this terrible cycle with this company since July 2022 of being told that despite following their policies that was emailed to me after the purchase, that shows their policy and how I am entitled to a refund under their policy, that there is nothing that can be done and no one to talk to further about this mishap on their end.
It is clear they had no intention of ever refunding what I am rightfully entitled to and based on some of these other reviews, it seems to be their way of doing business. Having return/cancellation policies that they don’t actually honor and just say sorry there is nothing we can do about you choosing to do business with thieves.
**I made another attempt in getting this dispute settled today, and was told by the first agent once that nothing could be done. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who claimed nothing could be done. When I reread the policy that I received that proved that I was rightfully owed a refund, the supervisor in their attempts to reach for any excuse that could work, then says that all sales are final. Which if that was the case, why was I requested to send proof of return if the company doesn’t provide returns? Another runaround. If the money you earn isn’t just handed to and requires hard work, please stay away from this company. They do not care about the customer. And totally comfortable with you footing the bill for their mistakes.

I went online to purchase Disneyland tickets but I had to call TicketsatWork because the site was not very intuitive. I was told that the tickets I was going to buy were good for that day. But when I got to Disneyland, they said that the tickets were no good. I had to repurchase tickets. What Disneyland explained to me was that the tickets that were sold to me were only available in 2024. It was a ridiculous amount of time. I had to exchange the tickets that I had purchased then upgrade to new tickets. I was able to get into the theme park, but I had to pay $50 more in processing fees and upgrade fees. It was a mess. I don't think I'll ever use TicketsatWork again ‘cause it was a bad experience.

When I was purchasing online, I tried booking for 11 or 12 people. It only had a maximum of 10 people allowed. I ended up calling to make sure that I could get all 11 or 12 tickets. I ended up booking over the phone and that was very easy to do. However, when we were at Disney World, half the people in my party got the flu, and we were unable to make it to Legoland. I ended up calling and TicketsatWork gave me a credit for the Legoland ticket. I received an email for half of the ticket, but I never received an email credit for the other half of the ticket.

I’ve used TicketsatWork a couple times here and there. The most recent purchase was for the Disney World tickets. I was thinking that I would get a discounted price through the employer discount. But it didn't seem like it was much of anything. It seemed like it was the same price that my daughter had gotten. I didn't think it was that big of a savings, if there was any. I even asked them what the difference would have been, but it didn't seem like they were able to tell me.

I am very disappointed on their cancellation policy. It is clearly stated that you can cancel the day of check in and I emailed them a day BEFORE my check in date for cancellation, but they did not honor it. They reason out that it's the hotels discretion and their request for refund was denied. What's the point of putting out your policy if you can't keep it! And the worst part is even a partial refund for 2 days reservation, you cannot get anything because THEY failed to reach out to the hotel on time.
Please, if you value your hard-earned money NEVER book your hotel thru TicketsatWork! They will make you do their work by asking you to reach out to the hotel to get a written approval for refund. (Obviously the hotels will not give one because you did not book to them directly. I went this route but of no help). TicketsatWork don't take any responsibility of getting your refund or even simply keeping what is written on their policy! Avoid booking thru TicketsatWork if you can.
We apologize that the request to cancel did not get to the company on time. As a 3rd party, the order has to be canceled in the system for a full refund to occur. However, there is a manager who has been trying to contact the customer but has not been reached back. We will wait for the guest to call him back to see what can be done as a possible resolution.

I booked 2 hotel rooms in June 2022 and my issue have not been resolved regarding a refund. We were supposed to stay at the hotel 8 nights and when we got there with our kids it was in an unsafe area. We immediately spoke with to the hotel manager Tiffany and explained the the situation. She agreed if we stayed one time because of the cancellation policy she would refund the remaining 7 nights. We contacted Ticketsatwork since one of the hotel room was booked through them and the representative said if we send over pic and the manager's name then we would get a refund.
It is now November and I have contacted ticketsatwork multiple times and was told no refund. We sent all required documents that they asked for. The manager at the hotel said they processed a credit back to ticketsatwork because we only stayed the one time. I spoke with ticketsatwork customer service and was given a contact email for their corporate office but have not gotten a response. This was weeks ago. So basically ticketsatwork received a credit back from the hotel + our original method of payment.

Hotels and car rentals are a lot better priced at TicketsatWork. And I have much better discount, especially with going to sporting events and concerts. I use the website every once in a while. I was just looking for a one-day pass, but TicketsatWork didn't have that. I have to buy the ticket separately. But it's fine. Everything worked out perfectly. I still had a good time. I made a non refundable reservation almost 2 months ago through this company and when just 2 weeks our from our trip to another country, the hotel doesn't have record of a reservation and TicketsatWork keeps telling me 72 hours for a response. It's been nearly 2 weeks since I first contacted them and they haven't once given me an update unless I call or email them and they then tell me 72 hours. The guy today said there's a glitch in the hotel's system but couldn't tell me what the issue was. He also said there was no supervisor I could talk to and I couldn't talk with their hotel team as they don't have a direct number. I'm at a loss for what to do but I do know I will never use this company again.

We bought from TicketsatWork for some parks and hotels in Florida. The lady I talked to helped me out a lot and she worked hard. She was also able to answer any questions I had. I wasn't even sure if the parks are gonna be open 'cause of the storm. We found that out, through working with her. Their website was a self-checkout but I had an agent helping me and it was all good because she sent a link. Plus, she didn't ask for my credit card information and other people might want to know that because they might be leery on using services like that.

We were supposed to go with my parents and my sister and my family to Disney and Universal in Florida. We drove and got halfway there then the night before my parents’ flight, we got a call saying my dad had a medical emergency and he was hospitalized so they couldn't come. And when we got there, within a day, I had COVID so I didn't get to the Disney parks. I was on the phone with the TicketsatWork people a lot and the experience was fantastic. There were no questions or issues getting money back for the Universal tickets for my parents and switching dates.
But all of the Disney passes were purchased at the same time and we were advised by the TicketsatWork people that since we already had Park reservations, in order to get the money back for my parents, we would have had to cancel all the tickets then repurchase, but that would have canceled our park reservations. So they advised us to wait until the end and they would contact Disney for us to see if we could get the money back. In the end, we weren't able to get the money back for the Disney passes, but it is what it is and that wasn’t Tickets at Work’s fault. Other than that, their deals were great and we got great prices. The customer service was second to none and I've never had such fast customer service. Their reps were all knowledgeable and we got the refunds quickly. So if we are doing a trip and purchasing tickets again, I would purchase TicketsatWork again.

I went to the webpage then I called TicketsatWork because I didn't want to buy something that was not correct. Their website said Disney Resort ticket and it doesn't say Disney Ark ticket. The rep I talked to was very kind, stayed with me on the line, and helped me with all the process until I was finished. The service was incredible but I thought that I was going to have a bigger discount because it was only $3 to $4.
