The seats were exactly where it advertised and for the best price. I got an email confirmation right away and got an email the next day saying that my tickets were ready to for download. Seats were together. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Felt that I was ripped off on price of tickets. Also the show itself was very irritating with all lighting going out into the audience. Shaking your ass and extreme load music is not real entertain. Worst show I have seen in my 40 years in Vegas.

We had excellent seats near the bar! We could see her from almost every angle, except when she sat at the end of the runway. That was nice of her to do though because they were so far away from the main stage. All in all, a truly great experience! I know there are always extra fees attached to tickets, but these seemed a bit excessive! I bought 2 tickets for $450. When they arrived they were stamped $359 on the ticket. Then I paid an additional $225 fee! I ended up paying over $1100! Does that seem fair to you?

I bought ticket from TicketNetwork for The Blue Man Group event. They're convenient and easy to use. Our tickets were delivered within the expected time frame. It was a fun event and we had a good time. I had a very good experience with TicketNetwork and I got what I needed right away.

I purchased tickets because it was announced Hayes Grier would be on the tour and he was not at the Durham NC event and I know plenty of other parents who brought their child to see him feel we were ripped off. They need to post on the ticket and website what star is scheduled for the event. 205.00 wasted- false advertising by DWtS show. Very disappointed for the kids and families taken advantage of like myself who bought the tickets for a Christmas present for her to meet her idol!!! There were no stars at the event, only the dancers.

Absolutely loved it. Only thing better was when I saw them way back with Meadowlark Lemon. Only bad thing was someone stole my daughter's iPhone out of her purse and called Oakland coll. But they never called back. Loved the Globetrotters!

We watched Disney's Frozen On Ice and tickets were delivered on time. However, I ended up having a bad experience. I had five tickets for my family, and my daughter is handicapped. When I got there, they couldn't accommodate us so I was put up in an upper floor, where seats that I could have gotten for much cheaper than what I paid. I have a five-year-old and a six-year-old, and they love Frozen. And with my daughter being handicapped, I wanted fore view so that she could get a nice view of the show. We ended up being moved to a second tier floor, and it just ruined the experience. I went down to the ticket booth to see if they could help me out, but they weren't able to do anything, because I didn't purchase the tickets through their box office. Overall, I'm disappointed with TicketNetwork.

Hi, I love the show (Muse at Videotron Center). But: Tickets: 2 x $88 $176.00. This is OK. Service Fee: 2 x $22.00 $44.00. This is a lot of money. Delivery: $7.50. What? You send a email (no shipping). Order Total: $227.50 and I know the CAD dollar is poor. I pay 300 CAD instead of $227.50. Ouch!!! But in fact, I really want to go to see Muse and you help me to enjoy this moment. Thanks. Price is in USD ($).

I reserve with facilities places for the concert. It was indicate act opening at 8:00 pm and the show began at 9:30 pm with a DJ and Madonna concert at 11:00 pm only so a long time to wait, more than the time of the show! You have to indicate the hour of the beginning of the real show in order not to wait too long if Madonna is often in late!

My goddaughter and I were trying to get some tickets for the Houston Rockets versus Atlanta Hawks. She was in contact with TicketNetwork and they were very courteous. The only thing is that my husband and I both have issues with trying to get up and down the stairs, and it would've been helpful if we had gotten seats for the handicapped area because the stadium is very steep. A ticket agent could've asked if there are any elderly people in our party. Other than this, I would use them again.

The concert I went to was rescheduled. I was happy with the quickness with which I received my ticket, but it would have been nice for the reseller to know about the rescheduling. I had to reach out to the concert venues in order to learn that the event was postponed, but I do look forward to redeeming my ticket for a future show date.

As I got close to the door of the Avenue Ballroom Saturday 01-23-16, I started to see numerous parties turned away because their tickets did not scan. I hoped for a better outcome, NOT! I, you, we got scammed. Can't say I was surprised when I asked another hapless couple standing about in shock what the name of the supposed original buyer was on their useless tickets, whaddya know same as mine. Not just TicketNetwork.com customers, I watched people who bought from StubHub with those CS agents on their phones speaking to the House Manager. Sorry was all the house man could say, "the Show is Sold Out" and so were we. At least 40 people were hung out to dry. The Silver Lining was... he let us in, a VERY stand up guy. Hoping for an explanation from you all 'cause I will never buy from you again without one. P.S. the show was great!

Had a great experience with your company. Appreciated tremendously the fact that there were no service charges added onto the ticket like all the other services I looked at. Got a call to make sure the credit card was authorized (which was a good thing), but in plenty of time to still get the tickets. Great seats and GREAT GAME!!! (Panthers Divisional.) Can't add much to that. Would definitely use you all again.

I called the number to exchange tickets, realizing I wouldn't be able to see from those seats that were ordered. Could not be done so went to show and since I went through ticket service and not Ticketmaster, I had to sit through a show I could not see! Very disappointed and thought the Halloween episodes were not appropriate for smaller children. Too scary for half of the audience. Expected more familiar tunes. This is coming from an elementary teacher.

Spent close to $200 for tickets, get there and they were general admission tickets meaning there were no designated seats for me and my family. So were asked to move seats several times because we didnt have any designated to us.

My grandchildren and son loved the Trotters but I saw the old Globetrotters in the 60's and 70's. They were good but no comparison to the old Globetrotters. They did not do the football skit and the other coach being part of the show took away from them.

Your cost for a ticket is almost double the cost from the play ticket office, then you add on a service fee and finally a delivery fee. To my way of thinking this is way too much and I will never use your service again.

I purchased tickets for the Harlem Globetrotters and decided to buy from TicketNetwork due to the ease of picking seats in the arena we went to. I spoke with a representative because I saw that the tickets had a person's name on them. It turns out that they were a third party. So I called, that person explained how it works and I accepted the explanation. We went, showed up and everything worked well. The people from TicketNetwork were very easy and helpful when I asked questions and have pertinent answers. Our tickets were delivered through an online download. It was a convenient and expedient experience and I was a satisfied customer.

The tickets were 168.25 plus 7.50 to have them mailed but they were not mailed to my address as promised. Luckily we found someone to download at last minute. Why were so high when on tickets were 21.00 + 2.00 which equaled 23.00? What was the other 100.00 fee I was charged?

Unable to attend because the show was cancelled due to a blizzard here in NJ. I have contacted the vendor regarding a refund but there has been no response. The venue informed me that whoever bought the original tickets would have received a refund from them.

The whole experience was great until the show was done. It took us over one (1) hour to leave the parking lot at the NRG Stadium. I never seen anything like that here in US. Even in third countries, you don't see that type of bad organization. Unreal!!! If they don't change the way to evacuate that place, I'll not go again and I'll recommend to everyone not to go to any show to the NGR Stadium!!! Really disappointed... Show was ok. Previous years was better with the additional stuff like dirt bikes and other stuff but still good. What is unreal and unacceptable is the bad organization at the parking lot in the NRG Stadium.

The tickets were ordered June 18, 2015. Although they were ordered 7 months ahead they were in row FF in the back of the theater. I cannot believe that the show was booked out 7 months ahead. So the assignment of the seats was unsatisfactory. Please find a better way to handle this problem. By the way, the musical was great (earned you the stars).

Her performance was totally breathtaking. She has one of the amazing live voices that I have ever heard and I feel so privileged to have been able to see her sing. Especially as 2 days later her husband Rene passed away followed closely by her brother. We have never attended a pro football game before so maybe our experience wasn't that great because we didn't know what we were doing. Things that weren't so great: Only after selecting 2 tickets and entering credit card number were we informed there was an additional 50.00 fee per ticket. 507.00 and we had 2 seats on the very last row of dome. No information provided ahead of time stating what was/wasn't allowed into stadium. We had to hide our butt bags in the bushes outside of stadium.

I missed that I was being redirected from the auditorium website to a reseller site and thought the prices were actually floor prices for the tickets. So I bought 8, $45 dollar tickets for $110 dollars, not realizing these were scalper prices. I went back after I saw what happened and noticed one line of text saying that there was a redirect, but since it was a direct link from the Keller Auditorium, while there was disclosure, it was a very easy mistake to make. On top of the expense TicketNetwork added a $28 service fee per ticket which is in no way proportional to any ticket cost or cost for your organization. In all spent $1,187 for $400 dollars worth of tickets. Complete ripoff. You guys should be sued. Your site is a ripoff and should be shut down.

The best part of Frozen was seeing all the little girls dressed like Elsa singing & dancing to the music. I would liked to have seen less "acting" and more "skating". Scenic, lighting, & costumes were effective, except when the crew in black had to move platforms. Not many skaters in this show.

I ordered the tickets on January 11 online. I received my confirmation by e-mail. I didn't hear anymore. The event was on January 20th and it was a birthday present for my grandson. When I still didn't have the tickets on the 19th, I called. The lady I talked to was very nice and e-mailed me the tickets. I received the tickets the next day via FedEx. I was not happy that they came the day of the event, and they were on a piece of paper. I paid $132 for these and all they were were a piece of paper? Shipping was $15? All they had to do was to e-mail me it and save the money on shipping and processing. I will probably not use this again.

I paid $170 for two 38.50/a piece tix to Book of Mormon. They were the worst tix in the house. We were so far from the action that we couldn't understand half that was said. I believe I would call this internet scalping. I want my money refunded.

I did not have a good experience with buying tickets from you. First, you sent me a confirmation that I had the tickets I wanted. Then an hour later you changed the tickets and sent me another email letting me know. I noticed that I had two $500+ charged on my credit card (there should have only been 1) and they were for different amounts. I had to call in and they told me that I was charged twice and that it would take 3 days for one of the charges to get off my card. When I brought up why the two charges were for different amounts, they did not know and told me they would refund me the $7 difference. But the only way to do that would be to send me a check in the mail. It made me very uncomfortable that you charged my credit card twice and then had to refund me two times. I will not be using this site ever again as I do not trust giving you my credit card information.

My granddaughters and I really enjoy the show. I think it should have been more with the story of each Princess and not on Captain Hook and Peter Pan. The Lion King was great. Overall the show was great.

The tickets were $60 for the face priced $35. That I was thought was fair since I could not find tickets in this seating level elsewhere. But when you add a $15 per ticket charge, plus a handling fee, the cost became outrageous. However, my family did enjoy the event.

I paid for 2 26.00 dollar tickets, the ONLY price option for this venue, general admission, only. I was charged for 2 tickets at 48.00 each, a total of 120.00 meaning, I was overcharged by nearly half. Also, the venue was terrible. Sound outside in advertised viewing lounge was turned off. Sound inside barely audible. I am disputing the entire charge, and, of course, the overbilling.

Hopefully, I have helped to clear up any resulting confusion regarding ticket pricing.

Ordered tix and Mail option was only available. Took express mail option due to time before event. Tix showed up fast but were printed etickets. $50 for 2 tickets in the mail that could have been transferred and printed at home? Felt ripped off!

Had a great time at Primus and Tool concert in Tulsa. The only complaint I have is that I did not get my tickets until the morning of the concert which had me in a panic mode. I know this was because the ticket vendor did not release them until the night before the show but that makes me want to someone who can send me hard copy tickets instead of waiting in panic mode.

My seller was Swagg Seats and they told me my tickets were cancelled the beginning of this week. But with TicketNetwork knowing my problem. Ticket buying was easy. The seating chart was very confusing so I didn't get the seats I was hoping for but being able to print them out from my email was nice. But no one even checked our tickets upon entering. Everything turned out good except they only had two doors open letting people in so we were standing outside in 30 degrees with our 3 year old for 30 minutes. Got in just in time to use the restroom and sit down. Very long and entertaining show. Will return.

I wanted to buy tickets to a hockey game to surprise my son and husband for Valentines Day. I went to http://www.ticketnetwork.com/ to price shop compared to my preferred site, StubHub. I was looking for a date close to Valentines. Being accustomed to events being filtered by location, I chose 2 tickets in February 12. Since I had never heard of http://www.ticketnetwork.com/ I looked at the reviews on Consumer Affairs. The average rating was positive so I decided to buy the tickets. I did so via my iPhone where it can be difficult to see all the information on a website. Once completed I immediately checked my email for the tickets.
This is when I could clearly see the game was in Florida while I am in Missouri. I immediately emailed and called the company to request a refund. I had not opened or downloaded the tickets. I explained my mistake, expecting resolution as it was less than 5 minutes after the purchase. Customer service would not even consider a refund. Instead they told me create an account to resell the tickets on their website where they would collect a 10% commission. I understand the potential problems from refunding online tickets however I believe it would be better customer service to provide a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Such a policy can protect customers for user errors such as mine and others like clicking the wrong number or tickets accidentally. I own my mistake but am very disappointed with the customer service resolution. Because of this experience, I will never purchase tickets at http://www.ticketnetwork.com/ again.

I purchased tickets for the Mannheim Steamrollers show from TicketNetwork and had the tickets downloaded on my email. I thought the $378 for two tickets was high to me as they are supposed to be $75 tickets. It is said on the deals that your tickets may be higher than what the actual price is, but I had no idea it's gonna be that much higher.

I purchased tickets online for B of M mid-December and then got a phone call from Leor a few days before the show saying that a mistake had been made and the tickets were not really available. He tried to find new tickets but none were available. Leor and Mike were very kind and considerate and gave us back 2 times what we paid however it was a disappointment not to see the show. It'll be a few years before it comes around to Seattle again.

Good selection of tickets available. Loved the show but the extra fees you charge are terrible! For a $20 ticket there were $30 in fees!! That's robbery. If I would have known the fees were that much I would have driven to the venue and purchased tickets there. I will not be recommending your site to purchase tickets.

I purchased tickets with the expectations of having a clear view of the show. Once we get there, we became very concern about the tarp obstructing our view of the show. We talked to the staff and ask if they were going to lower the tarp, they let us know that it's not going to move. If this was the case, then it would have been fair to let us know before we purchased the tickets, that these seats may have an obstructive view. With that being said, we had no knowledge of this before purchasing these tickets. I believe that is terrible business practice and defiantly unfair to the customer. I also add a photo for proof of our unbelievable situation.

Hello. My name is Cody ** and I recently had the pleasure of giving my wife a very fun night out seeing the wonderful theatrical performance that is The Phantom of The Opera. Both of us have been fans of the show for many years but have not been able to see the performance. As it hasn't been in Toronto for many years. However I was quite pleased to see that the Phantom had returned to Toronto for a limited showing, and right around Christmas! It made the perfect present for her and I, it was a terrific show and we had an amazing night out. I thank you for facilitating this. I am sad to say that this is the end of the compliments towards this experience.
I purchased these two tickets on December 23rd at 12:10 pm from your mobile site. The sales price on the site was $230.00 per ticket, which was the cheapest cost compared to many other sites that I had been looking over all morning. But $460 for a night out at the show is not too steep considering the cost of Leaf tickets, so I accepted and bought the tickets. This is when I was redirected to Kangaroo Tickets to fill out my information. Once all my mailing and credit card information was filled out I was shocked to see my emailed receipt stating that my new cost had jumped up to $779.70!
I work for a roofing company, I make an honest wage for honest work and this was far far more than what I was expecting. I thought there must've been a mistake and I was charged for more than the two tickets. So I called VISA to see if they could put a stop to the payment, however it was too soon and the charge had not appeared on their system yet and they suggested I called the company I bought it from.
I called Kangaroo and spoke to a man named Michael and explained my situation and questioned the price, he said that the site may have been wrong at stating $230 per ticket and that the actual price was $270 per. This was an understandable mistake and I asked if the price will be changed to $540 instead of the $779.70 on the receipt. However he said no and that there were taxes and other services involved such as shipping etc. Which is understandable. Michael told me to call the Monday before the show to see if there was anything he could work out.
I received the tickets the following day (the 24th) along with the invoice. (Invoice # **). I was charged the following: 2 Tickets @ $270.00 $540.00, Service fee (??) $135.00, Tax $89.70, Total $779.70. The ticket cost I understand. The tax I understand. What I don't understand is the $135 service fee when all I was sent was a printed internet copy of the tickets. If I was paying for shipping something I could've printed that is ridiculous! I should've been sent to a web page where I could've just printed them off myself! And then to add insult to injury the printed cost on the ticket was only $119.00. So if I went with that price it should've been $268.94 all taxes in.
Now I am not an idiot and I realize how online ticket scalping works and I get that for sold out shows. We people are forced to pay more for these sold out tickets. But I didn't even get the physical tickets. I got print outs. I was hesitant to call Michael on the Monday for fear that my tickets would be cancelled due to the fact that I only had print outs of the tickets and not the actual tickets.
And now here we are, the day after the show and you send me an email asking to rate my experience with you and I am once again sorry. Sorry I lost out on $510.76 from buying the tickets from you instead of a legitimate site, sorry that my basement renovations will be waiting for another year due to this, sorry that I cannot rate this experience negative stars. All in all, just sorry. I will do what I can to ward my friends and family away from your site, and yes I know it would amount to a drop in a bucket. But it's all I can do.

The process of going through the website for tickets was easy. However being able to understand the view of the and seating for the tickets was terrible. The customer should be given details of the seating before the purchase is completed. I was confused about my seating because the ordering process with the seller and site was so vague as to the location of the seats. And I was not given the exact seating until after I made a purchase over $200.00. And then once I paid, I received a email confirmation that did not include my exact seating information. And finally when I received the seating information, I realized that we would not have a good view. I called and emailed to receive assistance regarding my concern to see if I could exchange or upgrade my tickets and was given no help, only an apology.
The apology was not helpful because the tickets were for my daughter's 10th birthday and this would be her first experience at a WWE match. And the seating view was terrible... total waste of time and money. I would have been ok with paying more to upgrade our angle of the arena. Nonetheless, we later find that the tickets are sold by a TPA. And it seems that the TPA is only interested in making money and does not care about the customers because they were useless. Because as far as they are concerned, they received their money.
I think it would be helpful and more customer service friendly to require the sellers to disclose the exact seating because buying something so expensive with vague descriptions is a terrible experience. And I have purchased tickets from other vendors and have been able to receive more information about my seating. And I felt like a customer not like a number (#**). In the future I will just order my tickets from the venue because I can at least receive reliable service and will be given the information that I deserve as a customer. Unfortunately, I can't change my daughter's experience but I can decide never to purchase tickets this way again. Thanks.

The concert was AWESOME!!! He is such an icon! Really surprised with all of the special guests too. My only issue with the concert was my seats. I SWEAR I was booking suite seats but when I got there I found my seats on the floor. I don't particularly like floor seats as I'm a short person so it set a bad tone from the beginning but Billy's music pulled me out of it. I guess I'm just gonna have to double check what prints out and fix it beforehand next time.

They never emailed tickets for the event even after sending a note confirming the sale. We spent an hour on the phone with them night of the show and they couldn't figure out why we hadn't gotten the tickets and they had no way to get them for us since "they are just an exchange so it wasn't their fault". Come on, really!!! What a terrible experience! Hopefully the refund will come through but would never trust these guys again.

I happened upon TicketNetwork when was I looking for a 49ers game tickets. I called them because I didn't know when I would be able to print off the tickets. They explained to me that the 49ers only allow tickets to be printed off a few days in advance so I had to wait. I also got Rod Stewart tickets from them a long time ago. It was easier to get to on the computer.

My family and I left this show on New Year's Eve, quite disappointed. This is surprising because we are usually an easy crowd. Although the Harlem Globetrotters called for audience participation, they seemed to lack energy and enthusiasm and did not do much to engage the whole audience. They just seemed to be going through the motions... or just going through their funny script. The sound system was terrible, with the music and microphone sounding very muffled. (I'm assuming that this was not the Globetrotter's fault, but an issue with the County Center's system.... if so, the County Center really needs to invest in a new or repaired system, especially given the number of events and masses of residents hosted on a regular basis.)
The lighting was too bright, court and audience alike, which made it less "show like." We felt like we wanted them to dim the lights in the audience so that the players and the show stood out more. The Harlem Globetrotter players missed a lot of jump shots. The kids picked up on this one. Finally, they didn't sell a fair amount of Harlem Globetrotter paraphernalia. We would've like to have had the opportunity to buy wristbands, headbands, whistles, etc. To our knowledge, their basketballs and picture book were for sale, only. The only saving grace was the mascot. The mascot was, by far, the most entertaining.

I ordered tickets for section 110 row 40, so that we would far enough up that we could see the whole ice rink, but the tickets I received were section 109 row 10. We could only see part of the ice rink and had to watch the jumbotrons in order to see what was going on most of the time. It would have been nice to receive the tickets I ordered, especially because these were a present!

I paid for the tickets last January. They didn't ship until mid-December. Yes I was aware that was the policy before I bought the tickets. I wasn't comfortable with it but there was no way around it. I ended up moving in September. About a month after that I called and changed my address so the tickets would ship to my new address. They said, "No problem." Dec. 23 I get an email asking if I received my tickets. I responded, "No." I was kind of expecting a response to that but never heard back. I nervously waited a few more days, looked at an email, and noticed there was a tracking number on it, I tracked it and it shipped to my old address on Dec. 21.
I called my old address and they had it sitting on their counter for 6 days before forwarding it to me. Tickets were in the possession of USPS at that time. I ended up receiving my tickets in the mail 28 hours before the show started. I pretty much was not expecting to be able to go to the show at that time. I purchase 4 tickets, my wife, myself, and was going to give 2 tickets to my friends. It was a New Year's Eve show so my friends made other plans and couldn't make the show because we figured the tickets were not coming in time. $860 for 4 tickets. I threw 2 in the trash. To add insult to injury the face value on the tickets were $59 each! What a way to run a business! That is some extreme price gouging!
All of this could have been avoided if my tickets weren't held ransom for 11 months for no reason. I will definitely write down TicketNetwork on a note to be sure I never buy from them again! The show itself was absolutely incredible, Motley Crue's last performance. I just don't understand this company. Why send an email asking if I received my tickets if you don't even care! When I went online a price was quoted as $98.00 for the ticket. There were fees and taxes to be paid which, I had no issue at all paying. When I received the ticket, the face value in the ticket stated $50.00 and it said "tax included." That was $48.00 lower than what was quoted online which, didn't include taxes. They were added along with the fee. I felt ripped off. Had I known I was being scalped, I would have gone to the ticket booth and get it from there. I would have paid the fair prize. This was my first bowl game experienced and it was dampened by my ticket ripoff.

This website was the only site that didn't have outrageous fees and the prices closely matched what was shown. It was never disclosed that the seats had an obstructed view. My daughters and I never saw the full stage and had a huge speaker in front of us blocking our view. This was very disappointing since these were Christmas gifts. For the amount I paid, this should have been disclosed. I would not have bought these seats. It ruined the entire experience.

AWESOME SHOW, I've used TicketNetwork twice and I couldn't be any more pleased. Got tickets on time. Wasn't happy about the parking fee of 20.00 and the original time on concert, but it still was awesome. Thank you and I am sure I'll be back.

The tour was great. Our seats at the Ryman, even though they were on the main floor, we had a hard time seeing quite a bit of the stage due to the building confines and how low the balcony came down. Very satisfied with how easy getting the tickets was. Overall, the experience was great.

I got the Harlem Globetrotters tickets through TicketNetwork but I couldn't print them out. I went to the arena and I gave them my phone but they couldn't do anything about it so I had to buy the same ticket all over again. I sent an email asking for a refund but was denied. I would've recommended them if they gave my money back, but they didn't.

Hi Johnathan, We're terribly sorry to hear about the confusion. It looks like you tried to have the tickets scanned from your phone and many venues do not yet have the ability to scan bar codes from a phone. We do mention on the website that for eticket purchases you are required to download and print your tickets. Someone on our customer service team will email you shortly.
