Our grandchildren who are 7, 4 & 1 loved the part where you put on your 3-D glasses. The adults and I loved watching the Rockettes, and we all had a great time.

The production was first rate. My seven year old niece was enthralled throughout the show. I have no complaints about the show and the venue was excellent.

Great time and great to be in the SEC championship.

The new Perfectamundo album is a wonderful blend of sounds from Cubano to modern funk, with Billy's voice, guitar, and sensibilities on top. Hearing the top notch band live was such a treat. After seeing ZZ countless times, to see an established artist of Billy's caliber step into the unknown is a rare opportunity and marks the difference between real musicians and entertainers. Yes, the show was only an hour, but not a second wasted. And here is an example of why it doesn't matter... The two sisters playing drums didn't need more than a few bars each in the breakdown of "Whole Lotta Love" to demonstrate what most "drum solos" lack in terms of swing and musicality. I paid major to be in the front row, and if there was another show within 500 miles tonight I'd be headed that way. Perfectamundo!

The ordering was easy and the tickets came within minutes, the only thing I thought strange was that they had the original purchaser name on them. They were great tickets, we could see everything.

Radio city Christmas Show. Excellent show. Excellent experience buying tickets.

I'm confused about a few things with my experience, will gladly reverse the rating I gave as soon as I have better understanding. I purchased the tickets for well above face value ($110 each vs $66.50), which I will accept since I purchased the tickets on secondary market. First: I arrived at the theater at least 10 minutes before the start. As I was waiting, I asked several of the security personnel if they had seen anyone in a blue jacket that delivers tickets, all responding 'no'. (I was nervous having never used TicketNetwork before). The ticket deliverer arrived out of breath on a bike at 8:02pm for an 8:00pm show. Second: I don't understand the rationale behind the $55 service fee and $15 delivery fee that I incurred above the overpriced tickets cost. It just seems to me that if the customer had full transparency on the total costs, fees and service, they would see that they are PAYING SIGNIFICANTLY MORE than market value every time.

I really enjoyed all of the artists. There were a lot of good songs that they don't play on the radio yet. The speakers that spoke in between artists were very inspirational too. TobyMac was amazing and I was singing every word, but the other artists were just as amazing even though I wasn't as familiar with their songs.

One could not get delivery information on your website like stated on your website. Two face price of ticket was $58.00. You charged 200 plus fees for over 250 per ticket! Will never use your service again. I believe in you making a profit but your markup is nuts!!

Tickets were for wrong time (7pm vs the show I wanted at 11am), so I called and spoke to Mark at ** and he offered to reimburse me $97.50 of the $177.00 I spent on two $38.50 face value tickets. I never got the money back. I ended up having to buy 2 more tickets for the 11 am show from someone else for another $100+. I plan to call the Better Business Bureau if you don't respond. I paid to park in Red Lot 1 but when we arrived to the stadium we were told the lot was closed and at capacity, I paid for a reserved parking spot which was convenient to walking to the stadium because I was traveling with someone handicapped. I was forced to park in a lot which was much further than where I had paid to park, I should be refunded for my purchase.

The Christmas show was great. The seats we had were good and we saved our tickets so we could buy the same seats for next year. This was my 6 time.

I purchased concert tickets a few times. The last one was for a local country artist through TicketNetwork. I went with them because their prices were good - they had the lowest. I usually look at everybody and look for seats that I want. I also get my tickets via email most of the time. I did call TicketNetwork, though, to ask how to print the ticket or if in there might have been something that I didn't see there in the email. They showed me how to do it and that was fine. Overall, I've never had a problem with them.

Show was great. However seating was deceptive on pc purchase, and was disappointed being stuck in the back when I thought we were to be in Orchestra front-center, in light of the price paid.

The concert was great and the ticket download problem was handled by tech support. However, I would like to be taken off the spam list.

I would like to thank you for the tickets, very good seats. I actually gave the tickets to our son and his girlfriend. He's a Boston fan, he loved the game and the fans around him. Probably see him there again the next time Boston is in town.

I went in expecting better seats... We paid 160 for my 3 year old daughter and I. We sat row 17 section 106 seat 9 and 10. My daughter lasted about 30 minutes. It would of been cheaper to go to Disney world!

My fiancé and I were looking to watch a Mississippi State football game, so I went online to buy tickets at TicketNetwork. They delivered our tickets within the expected time frame.

I purchased tickets through TicketNetwork for my daughter to see Justin Bieber. My daughter have their number and so I called them to purchase the concert tickets and I'm satisfied with the experience.

Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento. T.S.O. was awesome as usual, but the people (staff and audience) made it hard to fully enjoy. We were sitting close to an aisle and the aisle cop lady found it to be more important to make sure nobody was video recording the show than to keep the flimsy curtains drawn to keep the giant light from coming in!! Can't count how many times she walked in front of us to shine her little flashlight at somebody to tell them to stop recording. REALLY!!! Then the constant parade of people from start to finish to go to the bathroom or whatever was so frustrating! Seriously people, can you not sit still for the length of a movie?? One gal got up six times!! I swear the world has A.D.D!! The show itself was really great! T.S O. goes all out!!

I purchased the tickets to surprise my daughter for her birthday. They came earlier than expected and made her day. Thank you.

TicketNetwork works great. I haven’t had any problems. A rep called me up after my purchase to make sure it was the right day, how many my tickets were, how much I paid and to make sure he had the right address. I'm glad he called because that would suck if the ticket was sent somewhere else. I got it before the concert. The only thing is their website. it’ll say it has tickets but when I go and purchase, it says, "Oh, I'm sorry. We're sold out." But other than that, everything is good.

A very nice game, great seats outside of the two drunk persons with the bottle of fireball! Totally intoxicated and very vulgar! Guest services needs to pay more attention and how do you get a pint or 1/2 pint in the STADIUM???

Dragonforce - The show was super awesome. The bar inside and next to the venue are quite nice. The workers in the venue made it feel safe, not like I was being watched like a kid but still have a presence of authority.

I shouldn't have used TicketNetwork for they are outrageously expensive. Though everything was handled really good, I could have gotten the tickets much cheaper.

Although I was expecting to print my tickets sooner, everyone I spoke to was very patient and helpful. Since we are Raider fans we enjoyed the whole experience.

The tickets we received did not match those on the invoice and were poorer seats. We certainly hope you made enough money on the deal to stay in business. The face value of the 2 tickets was $190 but you charged us $1207.50. Got to hand it to you but never again!

Willie Nelson concert in Hobbs NM - I was disappointed because it was canceled and what upset me more they did not let us know till 10:00 or 11:00 am Sunday the same day of concert. We have to travel to see him and that was not enough time to let us know that it was canceled. I understand if it's weather related... But they don't tell you why it was canceled. I feel like they should say why it was canceled.

UIC seats were broken, party (of 4) were relocated. Acoustics were horrible... possibly the main floor seating allowed for better listening.

My experience was horrible due to the fact that we left after waiting so long for the concert to start. It was supposed to start at 830pm. By 10pm it still looked like it was far from starting so we left. The snacks were expensive. There was no entertainment to keep the crowd engaged. The doors didn't even open till 750pm when it was advertised that it would open by 7pm.

This site made ticket purchasing very easy and I appreciate that!

I found TicketNetwork online a couple of years ago and have been buying tickets from them for around three years already. Besides my own personal seasoned seats, I go to 15 away hockey games a year, in Canada. I primarily use TicketNetwork to buy all the tickets and have used the coupon that they have given me once or twice. I've always done everything through the system, and my tickets have always been delivered in the expected time frame. I've probably ordered 60 different types of tickets and have never had an issue.

My first experience with TicketNetwork in Summer 2015 was accompanied by an issue, which could be resolved by TicketNetwork in a short while. Although I lost my standing place just in front of the stage, I could at least attend to the U2 concert on a sitting place. My second try with a TicketNetwork ticket was for a U2 concert in Dublin. Unfortunately, the ticket was not to be sent before November 20, while the concert was on 24th and my flight to Dublin was on 20th, so I made a lots of requests everywhere I could how I could get these tickets on time. This caused a lot of stress, but fortunately the tickets arrived by November 13th and I was the happiest person on this planet! The telephone and email support is very quick and accurate, but I would hope for a quicker solution of issues in some cases.

Was very satisfied with the seats and the show was incredible. There was a new show with a new story and light show as well. Pieces from their new album were played along with all of their hits. The ending is incredible, with fire, fireworks, and the violinist and guitar players running down in through the crowd. The show is for all ages and really gets everyone into the Christmas spirit!

Michigan vs Ohio State game - Everything went very smooth.

Difficult to order, ended up with a phone call to access tickets. Tickets way too expensive, with too many added fees for the show we saw last night (King and I). Also, the seating chart was not too user friendly considering it is an older, not as savvy computer crowd that would be buying tickets to the King and I. I had to look at the theatre seating chart on a different website before actually ordering the tickets. I will not do this again.

I bought tickets from TicketNetwork for the Charges and Chiefs game when I was in California back in November. We got the game and enjoyed it. And, whenever I need any additional tickets, I got TicketNetwork's number.

Radio City Christmas show - Tickets were perfect. We loved the show and all went well.

Paid for a live Christmas concert. Over half of the show was recorded or not Christmas.

I was very disappointed with the ticket prices that I had to pay. I think 425.00 was too much for a one and a half hour show for two people. I think I was taken advantage of for taking my girl out to see the Radio City Christmas show on her birthday. I am not very happy about this. It was a nice show but not at that cost.

We sat next to a couple that paid $35.00 dollars for their tickets and they showed me their receipt. We paid $70.00. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER order tickets from you again. We spoke to an usher regarding our ticket price and she told us to buy our tickets through the Hennepin Theatre Trust. She told us the prices will be fair and not over inflated. I plan on posting my ticket experience on social media, to ensure that people are not taken advantage of through your organization.

I purchased tickets for our concert and was told that the tickets would be e-tickets. I got a call a few days before the concert stating that the tickets would not be delivered but that I would need to pick them up at will call. I was given an emergency number to call in case I had a problem picking them up. Good thing cause I did. The will call had no record of us so I called the emergency number and my call was answered. The person with whom I spoke gave us an order number and said "It would be best not to mention that you got the tickets from a 3rd party." I did get our tickets after a lecture from the will call person and we did enjoy the show. I am not opposed to paying a premium for tickets but I would expect that when I do I won't have issues getting them!

As a first time visitor to the Ryman, we were unfamiliar with the seating. The pew type seating could be very tight depending on the size of the people. Also although we did not mind being in the last row, we were not aware that there were poles/posts that would greatly obstruct our view. As for the show itself, we enjoyed it very much.

You people wouldn't let me cancel my tickets one minute of ordering that you charged me in US funds which cost me almost 400$ for 4 tickets that were priced at 39$ each. I feel that I got ripped off. I called to cancel the tickets. And your people said too bad I paid for the very last seats. I will never ever purchase a ticket from TicketNetwork. You were rude and a rip-off. Think about it. 400$ for 4 last row nose bleed tickets that actually cost 39$ each.

I've used TicketNetwork a couple of times and it's been great. I buy tickets from them mainly for sporting events like hockey or football, and the tickets are delivered in the expected time.

I was leery buying tickets from a website other than NFL.com because you read about scams or fraud but I was quite pleased that all was legitimate! I got to have my dream come true and actually attend a Thanksgiving Day Cowboys game!

I went to a Spurs game and purchased my tickets from TicketNetwork and printed them out. They were one of the top searches when I typed in tickets online. I talked with somebody that was friendly and courteous after I purchased.

Bought tickets. Called day off to be sure I understood process. Got to event no tickets could be found. Drove an hour and a half. Had to buy tickets AGAIN. Called and you wouldn't speak to my girlfriend. Not happy at all. Never again from you!!!

I paid $100 and waited in line for 2 hours in the rain to only get to see one song and for the concert to literally be over as soon as I got into the venue. I hope there's some type of refund or I don't know if I can get some type of discount for another concert that's coming up. But I'm not pleased for the price I paid.

I purchased tickets via your website for the Seahawks vs. 49ers for November 22. Your site said the tickets would be available by November 18th. When the 18th came and went I became worried about the tickets actually being available. This caused all kinds of stress for my family as I had already told my son that he was going to his first Seahawks game. I called on the 19th and was told that the venue had not released the tickets but she guaranteed me they would be available 48 hours prior to the game. My wife and I felt relief that we would not have to let down our son.

Great experience altogether. Seats were great. They came down and preformed 6 feet in front of us giving us great close up pics and video. Prices were better than Ticketmaster. A no brainer for the next tickets I get. You keep up offering great tickets at great prices and you have a customer for life.

My original order could not be filled. I received a phone call offering me different seats at the same price. The seats were actually in a better location than the original ones. I was pleased with the service and how this was handled. We had a great time at the show!

Panthers vs redskins - Everything went so smoothly from entering the stadium to finding our seats which we were please with. We were in the sunshine the entire game which I never even given a thought!! Everyone inside the stadium were very friendly and polite and helpful. The only thing was my small handbag which was an inch too large had to be taken back to the car which was a very long walk to and from the car. If I had known I would have left it at home. Nowhere in my paperwork did say anything about the size of my handbag!! I understand why but I wish I had known!!!

Tickets for the game arrived quickly and we had great seats.

King Charles III. I did not like it. It was flat, not interesting. My friend and I left after the first act. Felt no compelling reason to stay.

I purchased a concert ticket for Travis Scott at the House of Blues in Boston, MA. Everything went perfectly fine until I reached the venue and went to show my ticket but it didn't work when it got scanned! The security had to pull me over to the side to double-check my ticket and search it up. They told me that my ticket was re-sold online. I don't know how that's possible if I paid $77 on it and printed it out after getting the confirmation emails as well. However, they gave me a ticket to get inside anyway. I was still very embarrassed and upset. Please look into this issue. Thank you.

I will never buy again from this website! When I got to the stadium they told me that the tickets were already scanned so I spent all the first quarter fighting with the doorman showing him that I bought the tickets. When I got inside a couple were sitting at the places and had the same tickets. They told me that they bought the tickets at StubHub so I had to watch the game standing. I DEMAND A REFUND OF MY MONEY!

20th edition of River Dance on Nov. 22nd at the Keller Theater. VERY good performance!

Very disappointed in the cost of these tickets. Realized after the fact that you gouged me for $20 per ticket higher than I could have gotten on Ticketmaster. The show was fantastic, but I will never use TicketNetwork again if I can avoid. I also sent a comment to the customer service website with no feedback.

My friends and I went to see the Book of Mormon. We had a really great time. It did make some of our seat neighbors a bit uncomfortable. Which, I think, added to the hilarity of the show. My husband was a bit disappointed that the snack bar did not have peanuts.

WWE - Best experience ever.

I did not receive my tickets for over a month. I was beginning to get nervous. When I did receive my tickets, I saw that I paid way too much. What I was charged was over twice the cost printed on the tickets.

It was awesome. We had great seats and the matches were very exciting. The undertaker and Kane against the Wyatt family was awesome. The entrance was phenomenal for the Undertaker. We felt very safe. Security was tight there even though there was a possible Isis threat. We were not worried because the FBI and police and security were there to protect us.

Tickets didn't work!!!! Tickets I purchased did not get us into the event. I was told they were voided & part of a scam!! The ushers took the tickets from me.

I've been buying from TicketNetwork for the last four years, but it's my first time to buy from them through the internet. One time I bought tickets in the last minute, but they were always delivered in the expected timeframe.

We were disappointed in location of seats. We were over an exit and in the only row in this section which meant we were stuck behind a wall with our knees jammed against wall with no space to move at all! These were not the seats that we had purchased after studying the seating chart for the coliseum. I have had both knees replaced and need to be able to move about some. My knees started aching and became very stiff before the show hardly began. I had to throw my leg over the top of wall which then caused my back and hip to hurt. The show was great but I was very uncomfortable and felt cheated on our seats.

Ticket to Christmas spectacular radio city music hall - All went well, would use this site again.

I did not get to the opry. Spent 205.00 for tickets that we could not use as they were not in my name when try to exchange as they were for Fri night and not Sat night as tickets were printed. Will not use your organization again! Please refund funds! Thank you.

Fantastic show. Wayne Brady stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park! He had some big high heels to fill and he danced his way into our hearts. A MUST see!

A friend recommended me to buy a last minute purchase ticket to a concert via TicketNetwork. I bought it online so I only got an e-ticket. I still didn't have my ticket yet then. So I talked to them, and they resent the email and I got it. Just in the nick of time, everything worked out. Another problem that we had is there was this one coupon worth $25 for the concessions and I thought that was great so I kept the little coupon or the mailing rebate paperwork. But when I got to the venue, they don't provide receipts and I asked for a receipt. They said they don't have a way to get a receipt at the concession. Considering all that happened, it was still a good experience.

I was very satisfied as it was simple and I received lots of feedback confirming reservation. Ticket easy to download and print. Excellent service.

My tickets were accurate. I'm always nervous ordering from ticket sites because I'm worried something won't be right. My only gripe is that I paid $58 apiece for them and they came with a face value of $40.

Sure, the seats would have been fantastic, however, the show had a huge display right in front of my seat. We could not see anything. I asked for my mother and I to be moved. Two different people told us that it was impossible to move even though they agreed that we couldn't see anything. I saved for three months to be able to afford those tickets. It really was heartbreaking... This was a birthday gift for my Mom and I cried because it was a total waste. Very disappointing indeed.

We had planned to use the tickets but could not due to my wife's acute and sudden Pancreatitis, which took her to the emergency room for 4 days. I called the TicketNetwork office when I knew but, since I did not buy the insurance, was not able to cancel the order. Between caring for her and planning to attend the National Book Awards Ceremony to support my daughter, I tried to upload them to Stubhub. Due to the encryption or the security of the PDF, I could not. Although I worked with technical personnel, I had no luck uploading them for resale. Alas, the tickets went unused and I lost over $1000. I will not use TicketNetwork again.

I got the tickets for the New York City Ballet - American Ballet Theatre for my Mother online through TicketNetwork and she was very pleased. Everything was fabulous because we had excellent seats at a reasonable price. Although they mistakenly double sold the tickets I had bought, the representative proceeded to give me a new reservation with better seats at the same price. It's strange but it all worked out and I have no complaints in the end.

Celine Dion concert - Premium seats usa sold us an incomplete package. It should have been with a 100 dollars voucher for celine's store and we did not receive it. Also the seats did not were one of the best ones as they promised, not the best experience. I paid a lot for a medium service.

SoMo was amazing like always! His performance was better than last year. Can't wait to see him again. But I don't like how it's an all age show. It should only be a 18+ show, because of the cursing and getting girls to go on stage with him.

Kamelot is my fiance's favorite band... They did not disappoint. Fantastic show. Drinks were a bit overpriced ($28 for 2 beers) but the process and venue were great.

In general, the experience was fine. It's the markup on the tickets and the impression I get of TicketNetwork's whole business model that is my issue. Is the business just a platform for individuals to scalp tickets in bulk to a wider market than the door of the venue? I bought here because Ticketmaster was sold out and the name on my ticket, marked up over 100%, was nearly twice their listed price. This is starting to look like common practice in this town. If that is all TicketNetwork is - a means for predatory speculation - then I think you all need to do something better with your lives.

$42 face value tickets turned into $103.00 ones after (%70 mark up, "service fee","delivery" and some more hidden fees and taxes). Origin - Bruce's tickets. The performers and the consumers are being taken for a ride. I could afford those, for now, on the expense of other parents who are not able to take their kids to the show since tickets are not available in box offices. Smooth and very crooked business. My guess - not regulated. Never again.

I have been to many concerts and seen many artists. This was by far the Best concert I have ever been to. The positive energy from Garth and Trisha was contagious! The entire arena was engaged. Awesome show!!

Everything was very good except that it is very cold. You should warn the customers to bring jackets.

Stevie Wonder concert - Great experience. Something I will remember for eternity.

The game was great. The seats were wonderful but the cost of the seats compared to the book value on the tickets was a little extreme. Had I known the value of the tickets before we actually purchased them I probably would have looked around a little more.

The show was excellent and Damien Rice was superb. My one great disappointment was the ticket ordering process, the pricing and how it did not match my expectation. I was buying the tickets for a special event and as such when several pricing options were presented to me I bought expensive tickets to ensure good seats. Tickets of various price were presented ranging from $90 to $220. I spent $440 including tax. When I arrived it was open seating- i.e. first come first served. People who paid $90 had the same or better views than I had as there was a long line and I was mid way along. I think the ticket purchase site was misleading and I feel I was totally overcharged - all tickets should have cost the same. I can't use this site again for ordering tickets as I feel cheated.

Downloading the tickets and validating my TicketNetwork account was a total headache and actually caused me to be late for the event I paid to attend. It took over 45 minutes of validation attempts and eventually contact with a customer service rep. whom directed me to another site, finally enabling me to print my tickets. The experience was a disappointing headache and I probably wouldn't use this vendor in the future.

I'll take any free tickets.

Excellent customer service!!! Five stars!!! Competitive prices and very user friendly website. I was very impressed when one day before the show I received a call from the company with a friendly reminder to download and print my tickets, and letting me know that I would not be able to get into the venue without my tickets. They wanted to check in with me to make sure I didn't experience any issue with the download. I called them the next day just to say thank you and I got to talk to a person not a machine on Sunday afternoon. Definitely will recommend to everyone and will buy tickets again from them. Made it to the concert 10 minutes before the concert and had to spend 40 min in ticket box because tickets weren't ready, so I lost 30 min of the concert waiting to get in. By the way I enjoyed the part of the concert left for me to see.

I can't really speak too much of the venue itself but the concert was amaaaaaaazzing. The energy was through the roof!

I find the price of $26.25 each to be outrageous and will go to extreme lengths never to book again with you. The tickets came with someone else's name on them as well.

I ended up having to buy and pay for 3 additional seats!! So I paid for 7 tickets, and only used 4!!! I will not ever use this site again, nor recommend it.

I sometimes am afraid when I order online from places I haven't ever ordered from before. Ticketnetwork kept me updated the whole time as to the status of my order and the tickets were ready when they said they would be ready! And although they had nothing to influence it - our team won!!!

My boyfriend and I drove to Philly (2 hr drive) and as soon as we got there and went out to eat, I saw on Facebook and Instagram the concert was cancelled. Literally last minute. I bought two tickets! And I was so disappointed because I love grimes so much and I was waiting forever for this but unfortunately she had to cancel. I would like a refund too but I'm not sure how to get it.

While we enjoyed the show, the ticket experience was a nightmare. In our row, there were multiple people that were issued the same exact ticket seat assignments with the name Brandon ** on them. We missed the beginning of the show sorting this out. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. I will not use this service again and will be requesting a refund.

Had the time of my life! I drove in to see the concert from Atlanta and it was definitely worth the trip. Small intimate setting made the concert very enjoyable. I was so close Amy could sweat on me! It is a memory I will never forget! Hope they do another one soon!

Leon Bridges was awesome!!! The opening act "Dove Tales" was pretty good too. Overall Leon put on a great show. I would definitely go see him again when he makes his rounds back to Houston.

I have been going to concerts/buying my own tickets for years now. I have never in my life not had a company contact me regarding my tickets like yours did this time. I never got my tickets. I had to buy more from a different website yesterday morning before my event. I don't understand how y'all could just not send tickets. Obviously something went wrong on one of our ends, but it cost this very broke college student $115.

View was little restricted to see the Jumbotron. Tickets wasn't ready for download the date I had in my confirmation.

This was a wonderful concert. Great venue. The performances were awesome. I would definitely come back to see them.

I ordered tickets for the Humans with delivery 7 days later. On day 5 I get a message there are no tickets available. Did receive my expenses back, but also rechecked site and found tickets available, at a much higher price, for same seat area??

Finding the pick up ticket point was a bit daunting and not crazy about that experience. Why couldn't I just pick up at Theatre? Pain! At theater we were wedged into one long aisle for the first act while the rest of the section was practically empty.

The musical was funny and entertaining. Kept the jokes up to date with today's society. Well done!

Excellent show! Sevendust was great. Played for about 30 minutes. Breaking Benjamin hit the stage and were also fantastic, played all different songs, and sounded great. Played for about 1 hr, 45 min. Lastly Shinedown came on and brought down the house. Only played for just over an hour, though. Acoustics in the theater could have been better.

I was given a range of where my tickets would be and I received the absolute furthest seats, 2nd to last row. I was disappointed by that because I paid top dollar for the show and another broker had Row D for 25.00 more, which I would have done if I knew mine would be so far away. FYI.

Awesome venue, very clean... CONCESSIONS WERE SLOW, people selling concert product should have had all credit card machines working and more stock.

The tickets I purchased from TicketNetwork on 4/23/2015, order number **, in the amount of $2,062.52 were fraudulent. The operations manager at Raymond James Stadium informed me they were counterfeit and confiscated the tickets. I am a victim of a crime and will pursue a legal recourse against TicketNetwork.

I was never more excited about going to a concert in my life than when I was ordering tickets for Kendrick Lamar Kunta's Groove Sessions. I had been (still am) waiting to see my favorite artist live on stage, and was thrilled to have purchased tickets for the show. I told everyone I knew and my good friend and I began celebrating the chance to see Kendrick Lamar live in concert. However, a few days late I received a phone call notifying me that my transaction had gone through even after TicketGalaxy's inventory was completely gone.

Tickets arrived in a timely manner and information given was accurate and easily understood. Will use again.

To be honest I am very disappointed. I have been a Georgia fan from NY for 35 years and this was my 1st game in Athens. I purchased front row seats at the 50. Turns out you can't see anything from those seats because the players are in the way!! I spent $500 on 2 tickets and I left at halftime, explained my situation to an usher and they allowed me to sit by the ends one for the 2nd half! Just feel that if you do business at that stadium, someone could have told me I was better off buying tickets 10 rows up. I would have saved a fortune and had a much better experience!
