It was my first time to purchase tickets from TicketNetwork. I bought tickets for a race and received them on time. However, I didn't receive my pit passes so I contacted their rep. I had a little trouble there but I ended up getting the passes when I went to the race.

I was told by friend that the $90/seat was really high but I thought the seats as advertised were worth it. As advertised on your web were seats "in the shade" section 316 row 1. Actually they were seats in the aluminum bleachers, down the 1st base line, in full sun. No one pays $90/seat to sit in aluminum bleachers, down the line, in the sun for a spring training game. It was clearly a rip. Fortunately for us the Giants ticket office was able to fix our situation fairly easily. They were astounded that someone was representing them at such prices and with "poor information". BTW the Giants tickets in the shade in the stadium was $45.

I reserved my tickets through TicketNetwork, which was around 18 or 20 tickets for Guatemala vs. United States. Some of the tickets were delivered, some were printed. I like that I can now print them. I like TicketNetwork. I want to order more tickets in the future. I will reserve some for Real Madrid vs. PSG sooner. It’s happening next July 27 in Columbus.

I placed this order #** on March 11th for 3 tickets in section 108 row 6 for the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament East Regional All Session for $1429.80. Moments after I placed this order, I received the confirmation email that I was GUARANTEED to receive these tickets with an expected ship date of Tuesday, March 15th. On March 12th, I received a telephone call from your TN representatives and I was told that order #** had an obstructed view which was NOT denoted when I placed my order. I declined the tickets citing the obstruction because I would NOT have purchased these tickets had the obstruction been disclosed PRIOR to the time of purchase.
I was told that the TN representatives would be calling me to discuss my options (upgrade, relocation, etc) after discussing the matter with the seller. I never received a follow-up call, but I did receive another email telling me simply that order #** could not be fulfilled as originally intended. Subsequently, I called TN to find out what happened with my order and I was told that the ticket seller did not have suitable replacements and my order was cancelled. I asked if TN could find me equivalent seats for the same price and I was offered a 10% discount on another order for the event.
I was a bit disturbed to learn that "comparable" seats in row 8, two rows behind my original order, were available and would ultimately cost more than my original order even with the 10% discount - I did not feel as the buyer I should not have to pay more than my original amount since I was not the one to blame for the absence of the obstruction disclosed on my original order.
I decided to try getting tickets for the event again through TN, this time 3 tickets in section 108, row 8 for the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament East Regional All Session for $1460.55 (10% discount included). This order was #**. Before placing the order, I asked two times if there were any obstructions denoted and I was told each time over the phone that there were NOT any obstructions. Later that day, I received an email from William Penn Tickets whom facilitated my new order with a receipt. In a very small box on this emailed receipt it read possible obstructions. I was unable to speak to someone from William Penn until Monday, March 14th. In the meantime, I decided to buy suitable replacements through another vendor (VividSeats) to get tickets for the event.
The fumbling of the seat specifics through TicketNetwork twice - cost me time and money. The reason why I ordered the tickets from TN on March 11th was to avoid the post tournament selection frenzy Sunday night (3/13) and Monday (3/14). The delays and cancellations of these two orders left me buying another set during the peak of the market frenzy.
My experience with orders #** and ** wasted my time, money, and weakened my confidence in the TicketNetwork marketplace moving forward. I am writing this to express my disappointment and to request that TicketNetwork review the sequence of events and offer me compensation for this frustrating experience having purchased back-to-back orders which did NOT include the obstructed disclosure. While I was refunded 100%, the time I spent on these errors cost me time and money.

We enjoyed the show. We had never heard of Celtic Nights until we saw the performance advertised in the Playbill for Riverdance a month ago. The performers were very nice to visit with after the show.

We purchased 4 tickets for the Nuggets game (3/23/) at the Pepsi Center. A huge spring snowstorm hit that day and all highways in and out of Denver were closed. We live in Colorado Springs which is an hour south of Denver. Interstate 25 was closed, therefore, we could not attend the game. Our sons were disappointed, as we had planned a one night trip to Denver for the game for them over their spring break. The hotel understood the situation was out of our control and refunded us for that night, as they knew it was impossible for us to travel. I called TicketNetwork and no refund or exchange was possible. So now we are out $267.50!!!

Recently, I got tickets as a gift for my mother-in-law through TicketNetwork. After doing a thorough research, I went with them because it was the most inexpensive as far as dollar amounts, and also because I’ve had them in the past. The internet is very user-friendly, quick, easy, and convenient. And also, I love the follow-up email to confirm that we did receive the tickets on time. Overall, my experience was pleasant and amazing. I’ve dealt with TicketNetwork for at least a good three or four previous events, and each of those, except the Pat Benatar, we’ve had very good seats. I’ve spent a good chunk of money and I’ve never had any issues. God willing, I won’t have any other issues down the road. I’m pretty sure I’ll continue to go with them in the future.

I bought these tickets to take my wife for our one year anniversary. She has always wanted to see a play and in particular, the Phantom of the Opera. I took her to New York on the premise of seeing the One World Observatory and the Met Museum. She didn't know her day was ending with the play until I stood in the line! She thought I was being mean by standing in front of the theater and taking pictures. LOL. It wasn't until I told her we were standing there to go in that the realization hit her and she cried. I am the best husband ever! And I have to thank TicketNetwork for helping make that happen.

What happened: Concert was postponed to an unknown date in the future just the day before the event was supposed to occur. What I wanted: a refund for the event, as the date I agreed to attend (by purchasing) was no longer an option. Ticketmaster refunded the amount back to TicketNetwork, however TicketNetwork did not send the refund back to me. The only reason it's not one star, is because at first they were responsive to my emails.

I recently purchased New Order concert tickets from TicketNetwork. I came across them by chance as I was searching on the internet and they were more visible than other websites. I went immediately into the site and found it easy to navigate and to select the seat. However, with the concert that I attended before this last one, TicketNetwork wasn't able to deliver the ticket that I was supposed to receive via email. So I was a bit concerned. My secretary made a call the very same day to check why. I don't know what happened but after five or ten minutes the ticket was sent to me.
The only thing that I don't like about the service is that when I buy something online with the option to receive the tickets via email, I see the price at $200 for a ticket. Then when I buy and I go to the shopping cart, I see how much is the service charge. So what I see initially is only the price without the taxes and service charge. In the end, I spent $270. They charge too much for the service. Overall, TicketNetwork was fast, very easy to understand, with a very good map where we can select the seat but a bit too expensive.

Worst website ever. This is my first review, but I feel so strongly about the poor management/services of this site that I had to let others know. I would NEVER use this site again. Consumers BEWARE. They have hidden fees (i.e., sales tax) that DO NOT show up when you pay but rather ON YOUR CREDIT CARD after the fact. And their tickets are non-refundable.

Tony Bennett Concert in Louisville, Kentucky. Tony sang 26 songs straight. He is truly amazing to be performing at the age of 89 years. Enjoyed the show as I always do that The Palace. It is the most beautiful venue you can imagine.

I was told by Victoria, ext. **, that my name not on my tickets would never matter and I would never be carded. However, our view was instructed in 2nd row, so to move us they had to ID me to reassign. I was questioned for over 20 minutes and lost time watching the event. I am severely disappointed and will never purchase tickets again through you.

We wanted to see the Rangers play, not the AA backups!! We were not informed that it was not the Rangers we normally see when we go to Arlington Ballpark. We also were not told that we would have to park a over a mile from the game!! My wife stood in line from the 2nd inning until the 6th inning trying to get food for my family and when she finally got to the counter, they were out of everything except popcorn and peanuts. Everyone wants to have a hotdog at the game and it was very disappointing to tell my kids that we would not be having a ball park dog! My son was very disappointed when he found out that he would not be seeing his FAVORITE BASEBALL PLAYER "Prince Fielder" play!!!
I paid a lot of money for those tickets and didn't even finish the game. We left in the 7th inning because we did not enjoy watching a team we didn't know and had nothing to eat that we were looking forward to. We will never go back to the Alamo dome to see anything! We will drive to Arlington from now on to see our Rangers play! I think the tickets were way overpriced for the AA ball team we were watching!!! I got screwed over!

I want my money Returned to me and my wife! Upon arrival we had gotten seated. Thereafter we needed some water for my wife & I (BEFORE) it had started. We returned to our seats and the lady put her hand up and said "Sorry you can't go in passed these doors..." 40 minutes later and the loss of 4 songs she finally opened the door. Mind You that the concert is less than 3 hours long and we had great seats. I demanded the Supervisor...and he was completely useless!! I am completely disgusted with this and the protocol here in this situation and demand further review upon refunding my credit card to my wife and I. HOW EMBARRASSING!!!

Well when we arrived at NRG Stadium it was storming & raining extremely hard, but once we got inside of NRG S. the fun begun. We didn't care that we were soak & wet. We had a "GREAT TIME". It was so much fun. The whole Rodeo "Little Big Town" performance was FANTASTIC. My daughters & I enjoyed our girls' night out. It was for my oldest daughter Lacey's 35th birthday gift. She was smiling & laughing the whole night. The seats were great!!! I will recommend you to other people & I will use you again in the future. Thanks for our night to remember!!!

The Piano Guys were awesome and very entertaining! My only complaint is that our view was partially obstructed by speakers at the venue... It would have been nice to know that ahead of time because I might have picked a different section to purchase tickets in. The concert itself was great!

I bought tickets for the Supercross in Atlanta and The Predators tickets from TicketNetwork over the phone. It was easier and a little bit cheaper to get it from them than from other ticket providers. Then the tickets were emailed to me and I downloaded them. It was quick and not stressful at all.

My seat was such that Elton had his back to me the whole time. I was sitting under the big screen so I could not turn and look up to see the close ups of the performance. The acoustics were not nearly as good as when I saw him a few years ago at another location. I went out where the vendors were and listened at an exit where I could watch a tv monitor of the performance. This location did not allow a live feel of light show etc.

We loved our front row seats right by the dugout. Best in the house. Easy to print tickets. They gave us parking right close so my husband didn't have to walk far. Excellent experience except when we were sitting there, the couple beside us told us they paid 24.00 each for same seats. We paid 115 for 2. Big difference. He gave me the website, so next time I will book with them.

This was the second time in a row ordering from TicketNetwork that I nearly missed my event because of late delivery of the tickets. Last year was due to extreme circumstances with a snowstorm that delayed the tickets, but this year has no excuse. When my event starts Wednesday, and as can clearly be seen on the order information that the tickets are being sent to an address half way across the country, having them delivered on Tuesday is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to play phone tag to constantly change the address of delivery because the supplier decides to hold the tickets until the last possible day to finally send them out to the buyer.
I have never had this issue before in regards to poor handling of the tickets, except the 2 times I have dealt with TicketNetwork. Why is it not possible to have the tickets delivered electronically or be able to download like every other site offers? It's a very safe assumption that this will be the last time I use TicketNetwork. Not to mention I wasn't even told who the supplier was, just a website I can go to track my poorly handled order. The only reason I gave the experience 1 star is because it requires a rating and wouldn't allow me to give a lower score.

I ordered tickets for my parents to see Jerry Seinfeld in Stockton on March 11. My parents showed up only to find out the show had been rescheduled for March 9th. I received no email, no phone call, no notification whatsoever about the change. I was refused a refund. Their system says I got a notification. I use gmail and can easily type in any keyword to search all emails, even those that have been deleted. There is no notification. Now I'm out $332.50 and my parents missed the event. I will never use this service again.

I was delighted with the service I received from the Las Vegas office. I had ordered tickets online about 4 hours before the event and, unfortunately, they were not sent to me as of the time I needed to leave my house to arrive in Las Vegas on time. I called and spoke with Antoinette, who informed me that the tickets I had ordered unfortunately sold right before I completed my purchase. She was able to secure replacement seats for the event, email them to me, and I was able to print them on the road. We were able to make it to the event on time and when we found our seats, we were delighted to see we had been moved to the front row. Awesome! Great customer service and a wonderful experience in fixing our issue. Thank you to everyone who helped make our trip to the MWC final a success!

Audio hard to hear at times. Seeing them for third time - 80's 90's and now. Was not impressed with team. The other two shows years ago were funnier and players did not miss shots like this team especially the trick shots. Will probably never go again.

I would highly recommend TicketNetwork! I was able to get tickets to a concert I'd been waiting ten years to see. Thanks to them! I received my tickets promptly and had no issue printing them out. They scanned without issue. I also got them cheaper than what the venue was selling them for. When I was unsure of the process they responded to my email quickly and informed me of what was going on. If you have an event I'd go to TicketNetwork if I were you!

Brandy ** was very good, Jennifer ** was excellent. The other two ladies were OK but have lots of work to do as performers. I know they are young and just starting their careers, so they can learn a lot from Brandy and Jennifer as they tour. They shouldn't be afraid to ask for suggestions from their mentors. The first 2 have to turn down their background music so they can be understood better.

A buddy of mine gets tickets from TicketNetwork all the time and I just used them. We were able to get half the price for the hockey game last year but not this year. I purchase mostly hockey games because I can print it all out and the fees weren't too bad. But, their fees for baseball games and their service charges are a little bit too high, so if I can't print it out, I won't buy it. Purchasing the tickets is very simple. I just go online to buy the ticket and I don't need to contact nobody, and these are the printout ones. It's an easy site to use and I like that I can see what the tickets are when I go online.

My grandson and I sat in Section 3, BB, seats 1 and 2. Although not a bad seat per se, and especially having a fold up seat, for this particular event I don't feel the seats were worth the cost of $54 per seat. We could see the court and pretty much what was going on, but we were behind the basketball hoop, which I did think about when purchasing seats in this section but thought our view would still be pretty good. Worse was the fact that it was extremely difficult to hear what was being said. This took away from the whole experience.

TicketNetwork is a great online site to purchase tickets from and the most reasonable one. I got from them tickets for Mike Epps and a basketball game. I was able to turn in either the 225 coupon sample or the $50 rebate check for their promotion. The rep walked me through the whole sales when I had to print the tickets out. She did a fantastic job. Excellent customer service.

It was a quick, and easy transaction, along with prompt responses indicating payment, and verification of the sale. Only thing I did not see that was in very small print after I made the purchase was that Price is in USD ($). Since the Canadian Dollar is at an all time low, I am waiting to see the damage of my purchase. I wish I knew it was in USD. I may not use this site again due to that fact. I took it for granted that it was a Canadian Venue that it would be purchased in Canadian Funds. Oh well live and learn. There may not be a next time. I will go through our Ticket Master...

Purchased 4 concert AC/DC concert tickets for $730. The concert is postponed with no apparent date in sight. If the concert is not cancelled, Brian Johnson, the lead singer will be replaced because of health issues. Contacted TicketNetwork for refund, they messaged back to contact the seller Ticket Galaxy. Tried to contact Ticket Galaxy from TicketNetwork website, link was no good. Tried contacting Ticket Galaxy from their own website and had same issue. Reading the print on my invoice AFTER I purchased the tickets is states no refunds unless the concert is cancelled but then I must contact the seller (Ticket Galaxy) which has been unsuccessful so far.

I got my tickets, and everything went well, however I had a couple problems. One was all the misc charges including a delivery charge for an ETicket. The other was that the site did not say that the seats were "obstructed view", and it wasn't until I got the tickets that I saw that. The seats were fine. Initially, I didn't receive my emails in a timely fashion and I wasn’t able to open up the document. I had to go with one-by-one help from a representative and I did enter accordingly. I ordered through the phone and unfortunately, I ended up ordering one ticket when I wanted two. Because of my error I needed to get another ticket. I wanted to cancel one and get two. On their policies about cancellations, I asked them if an exception can be made under these circumstances. However, I got no cooperation whatsoever. I was instructed to call the initial broker in Minnesota which I did, but they weren’t able to help me because they needed overnight delivery.
They sent me back to TicketNetwork and after I had three or four phone calls, I ended up with a brilliant customer service representative. Her first name is Messiah, an extraordinary first name and she was brilliant. She was able to secure another ticket for me with no problem. She took an extra step in customer service and researched where the ticket was. And by a miracle, the second ticket I bought, which was about a week after, happened to be in the seat next to the original ticket. From a retired woman who has done customer service for nearly 45 years, I think she’s a remarkable young lady. She holds on to old values when it comes to customer service and I found her exceptional.

I was happy with receiving the tickets quickly, but I bought the tickets based on clicking where they were on the seating chart. When I got to the venue the tickets were not in the section shown on the map and were worse seats in a worse sections. I could have bought these tickets cheaper elsewhere.

The comedians were unhunny (made up word)... all of them. The sound system quality was poor, couldn't hear most punch lines. It was the worst comedy show I have ever been to. I was looking forward to seeing Martin Apr. 29, not going now since I wasted money on this.

I’m currently on hold with a pleasant young woman by the name of Danielle. She has informed me that I must send an email for this refund to be processed. First of all, this is the VERY FIRST time I have ever used TicketNetwork and unsure I will ever use you again. Here is a brief history of what I went through last night: Last night, my husband and I took my 6 year old to Monster Jam in Atlanta, Ga. All of our first times attending and was specifically bought for a fun-filled night with my 6 year old. We arrived 1:45 mins early to enjoy food and all the pre-show activities.
Before the show began, a gentleman approached us with his family of 5 who had purchased the exact same tickets that we had purchased. A event supervisor, by the name of Frank, approached us to see both party tickets. The other gentleman had actual printed tickets and we had paper. The supervisor offered to move to empty seats; however, 3 different times people showed up with purchased tickets and we were then approached by security and asked to follow them to try to resolve the issue.
I was taken to a lower level admin office where they informed me that the tickets I had purchased (plus two additional rows in my section) had been double booked. Needless to say, I was in tears before the evening was over. My 6 year old had to see us and worry about us discussing things with security and event Staff. Even were threatened to be escorted out by FBI!!! I do not believe ANYONE that works at TicketNetwork would have wanted to go through what we did last night, when all we wanted was a relaxing night.
I just hung up the phone with Danielle because she informed me I needed to jump through EVEN MORE HOOPS per her manager to track down event staff to type an email to you to verify the issue. I informed her I would be blasting Social Media and will continue to blast until my refund is issued. It stands to reason that you will lose more potential sales that you would just sending me a full-refund. I believe the work falls on TicketNetwork’s shoulders to go after the false seller... not me your customer. Hoping you do the correct thing and issue a refund! If so, I will remove all social media posts that will occur over the next month. Thanks!

Venue great, band great. There was $40 is additional charges on the face value of the ticket. $57 was the face value but I was charged 97! I will give a couple of days to do something nice for me. Then I will use Yelp, TripAdvisor, Angie's List etc... To advise future customers of these additional fees.

I have a website related to sports that I have an affiliation with TicketNetwork and I use it for purchase for clients. In the past couple of months, I was having trouble logging in my account. When I called, nobody was able to solve it. But I think it was a technical problem and it's fixed now. I’m satisfied but there's room for maintaining the website. When I get to the ticket, I don't see the fees and the delivery expenses anymore. Unless I go to the last page that I have to put credit card information, then I'm able to check. I send the price to a lot of people and it’s taking me a lot of time to get to the last page and then get to know exactly how much it would cost.

3 days before the concert while I am on my way to it in a very long journey and after numerous turns including half an hour wait in the phone, you notify me that my order is not valid. I looked on the internet and the first thing that I found out was I get to buy the tickets over the TicketNetwork website for half the price. But when I bought tickets from TicketNetwork, I was a little bit concerned because I paid $180 for the ticket, although those tickets were worth only $58. In any case, the tickets were delivered in the expected timeframe which was fine.

I originally ordered tickets through your site but was somehow rewired to Minnetonka which led to an increase of $100 increase in each ticket. Upon the original phone call I was on the Broward Center website and reiterated the seat and price to the operator. How it doubled in price was definitely unclear to me until I was allowed to print up the actual ticket only days before the show. The actual ticket price was $92, so this one increased the tickets to $504 from a $107 ticket to $207 each. This action is misleading and abominable. I'm extremely disappointed in their actions. I have ordered tickets many times and never received this kind of increase before. I will not order again this way and have been fooled by these actions.

The venue at the BB&T club is elevated front and center. It was a little too far and high to appreciate the action on stage. We have been to other shows and we enjoy the story line and the acrobatics of Cirque du Soleil. But this show was different from the other shows we are used to. The story line was difficult to follow and I have seen the movie. The Club at the BB&T is dark and lacks the intimacy that the VIP lounge has. We will not endorse or recommend this type of venue at the BB&T.

I was looking online for discounts on Disney, and I came upon TicketNetwork. Their pricing made me purchase from them. It was my first time to purchase through them, and I was able to take advantage of a five percent discount. I contacted the TicketNetwork representative one time because they sold my tickets to a different person, but they gave me new tickets right away. They were really on it. I was happy overall with how this event went, however there were a few hiccups with it. When I was suppose to have the tickets mailed to my mailing address I had requested to have them sent to my friend who was attending the event with me, however that didn't happen. I was told the tickets could only be sent to the billing address, and by the time I got notification in Guam I was leaving the island the next day, so we had to pick up the tickets from the Minneapolis office of Ticket King. I just think if they can't send it to an alternate address it shouldn't be a selection available with the ticket. Also seeing as it is a big event I think there could have been a little bit better crowd control further away from the stadium. Parking, walking, etc.

My wife and I purchased tickets from outside agency. We had dinner at Vu24 (great) and then went to show. The security lines were a slight wait but understandable. Get to the top and waited in a beer line for 20-30 min. Two people working behind counter for a sold out show. I understand Ct laws of 1-1 but for the volume of customers for a popular show it seemed ridiculous. A Saturday night, I understand, there are customers that should slow it down. My wife and I were certainly not one of them. I was frustrated by the entire situation and made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. For the part we saw, Bill Burr was great! Great act to have.

I bought tickets for the Feb. 29 AC/DC show, and had been excitedly looking forward to it for months since I had learned that they were coming to KC. Then it was rescheduled to Feb. 28. The email you sent me on the 23rd went to my spam folder. Who in the world checks their spam folder?? I didn't know the show was rescheduled until the night of the 28th at 9:30 PM. Which I wouldn't have been able to attend on the 28th due to work... but still couldn't have attended even after I discovered the reschedule due to the fact that I live 3 hours away, and the show was almost over. Had I known earlier, I would have tried to sell the tickets. But I didn't know in time... so I'm out $400. I called you, and tried to see about getting a refund, but was told all sales are final. (No refunds) Even though I bought a ticket for a show that was sold to me as advertised on the 29th, it was rescheduled to a day that I couldn't have attended.
Considering the amount of money I spent, it just seems to me that you could have made a better effort to contact me. I know you had my information. You could have called, and left a message, or sent me a text at the VERY least. ESPECIALLY since it was rescheduled only a short 5 days beforehand. You certainly had no problem accepting my money, but it's apparently too much to ask to make sure a paying customer knows about something of such an important nature as this was in order to keep them happy, and make sure they had a positive experience with your services. I am a college student. I can't afford to spend $400 on something that I didn't even get to enjoy. You are right. I had MANY MANY other options about who to buy my tickets from and I chose you.
I have checked into several other sites about their return policy since yesterday regarding a rescheduled event, and you are the only one that I saw that DOES NOT allow refunds for a rescheduled event. Well... it WON'T happen again. You have lost a paying customer that would have used your services again had you made this right. But instead of doing the right thing, you chose to do the opposite. As a result... The show was spectacular. I would recommend Anna Netrebko to anyone who appreciates great Singing & Operas. Talking about TicketNetwork, they are a 3rd party retailer and as such they charge whatever. The face value of my tickets was $236...I paid double. This is fine, since I wanted to see the show. What really got me rattle was that when I got to the venue they did not have my tickets and when I called the "EMERGENCY" line at TicketNetwork the person that picked up the phone was extremely rude and in a big hurry to get off the phone. He actually hung up the phone on me. All I wanted was some information as to where my tickets were. Finally when my tickets did appeared they were under a very misspelled last name.

I enjoy the game but the pricing. I live in Alberta Canada and I was going to a game in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I did not expect to find out after the fact that the price was in U.S. currency in small print. I'm in Canada going to a game in Canada not the United States. Why would you have the pricing in U.S. funds. I had to pay the extra that my nephews could not afford as we all thought the pricing was in Canadian funds. Very very disappointed and will not recommend your site to anyone. Unless you change the site so it shows clearly what currency is being charged. And maybe if a person is buying tickets for an event in Canada it is in Canadian funds and if it is in the USA then it is in US currency.

I bought bought the Orlando Magic versus the Philadelphia 76ers tickets from TicketNetwork. Their add-ons are a little stiff and very excessive. They shouldn't charge so much extra as they've already marked the ticket up compared to buying it from the Orlando Magic people. I felt as though the tickets were overpriced. I sat in 204b. It was hard to see the show due to other patrons standing in front and dancing waving arms and blocking my view. My mom is 75 years old and could not see the stage due to patrons' hands and arms waving above. Adam Lambert was great but we could not see him and the seats were not worth the price! If you are going to sing and dance move to the back so other people can see. I would never purchase tickets again.

My experience with TicketNetwork.com and the seller Reserve One Tickets was very nerve-wracking. I ordered tickets for the NBA ALL STAR game from Ticket Network since October 5th 2015 and it stated that my tickets would be delivered to my home mailing address on February 11th 2016 at the latest and it was never shipped to my house and also there was no tracking number to track down my tickets. This was very stressful and frustrating for me thinking that I will not be able to receive my tickets on time and attend my event on February 14th 2016 and lose over $5000.00 CAD. I spoke with the seller February 7th 2016 to see if my tickets were shipped out and they said they will arrive at my house on February 10th or 11th. I noticed they haven't arrived on February 11th so I called again and spoke with the seller asking when my tickets will arrive and he said they were going to be mailed to a pick up location near the venue.
I asked the seller which company did he ship my tickets with so I can track it down and his response was the seller has drivers driving down the tickets to the pick-up location near the venue instead. Therefore there was no tracking number on my Ticket Network account because the seller never mailed the tickets. I paid $40.00 USD extra for International Express Delivery to my house and it never made it there or the pick up location by mail therefore I should get a refund of $40.00 USD at least. I eventually received my tickets 2 days later on February 13th 2016 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Toronto. I did enjoy my time at the game however, the process of getting my tickets was terrible. I will never purchase tickets from Ticket Network due to this experience.

My daughter & I loved the show. The songs, stories were captivating on ICE!!! We loved the fireworks at the end. Just one recommendation though that would be a highlight to this experience. Is it possible to have picture booths with a live princess??? My daughter would have loved a real picture instead of poster of Rapunzel. A few booths set up with various princesses to choose from Before, Intermission and After the show.

I was not pleased because of where I was sitting I really couldn't see. I wear glasses and for just $30 more I could have sat in B section!! I'm kind of upset because I didn't see that the prices was just $30 different until the concert was over and it showed it...

I was pretty disappointed to see that I paid $140 per ticket and yet price on the ticket when I rec. it was $70.00! Enjoyed the races and the atmosphere but won't ever buy tickets like that again... Feeling ripped off!

I printed our tickets but the bar-codes could not be scanned and we had to wait in line at the box office to issue our tickets. At first, the person at the desk could not find our reservations and we needed to show a copy of the confirmation email saved on my husband iPhone. Needless to say, this was not the experience I expected especially with a 2 years old.

The seats I had were so bad they should never be sold again. They were the farthest from the stage. We could not see the Jumbotron. Very disappointed. I've been waiting for this concert a long time and the seats I had absolutely were so bad we left 45 minutes into the show.

The concert was amazing. We had a absolutely fantastic time. The band for their age did really well and they made the crowd go wild. If they played in St. Louis in again, I would definitely go. My favorite song was Highway to Hell. I loved how everybody in the crowd were singing along.

I loved the show. My old downside was that the tickets did not come until the day before the event so I had anxiety. Your company did help me to get them overnighted but I'd prefer to get them earlier. Otherwise everything was fine.

My ticket experience was good. However, I was very disappointed in the overall performance of the Harlem Globetrotters. Having seen them in years past, the audience interaction was much less and they didn't seem to have the fun spirit they had before. I would have like more individual tricks from the performers.

Brad was great but tickets you sent me which were not what I asked for were right at bottom level and could not see a thing over all standing people on the floor. I was NOT sent the $50 food vouchers for food as stated in with ticket. I feel for the huge price I paid, at least this should have been sent as promised. As for Brad Paisley, would go again but NOT buy tickets from you again. Much more expensive than any other place and NOT higher in section as I wanted.

It was WONDERFUL! Great artist. I did not expect it to be such a long (time) concert. It was a long wait for Toby's performance. I had younger teens who were so tired by the time he performed. They had a hard time enjoying who they really came to see.

Whenever I use TicketNetwork, I was able to get good and legitimate seats and so as long as I had the trust of that, then I'm not afraid to order the tickets online. I used them for some concerts and the tickets always arrived in a timely manner.
