Everything was just perfect! My wife and children enjoyed the show and I enjoyed the "family time" as well as the show.

I received the tickets I purchased but the fees - $56 plus $15 to send two pieces of paper by first class mail - are utterly insane, probably 10 times what they should be.

The play was thoroughly by my friend and I. We would be interested in keeping in contact to know about plays and musicals in the Phoenix area, since we are so close to the area. Thank you.

The seats were exactly as promised and we were satisfied with them. The only glitch occurred when I tried to download the tickets. Only one of the three ordered was available but after a couple of calls the issue was resolved. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and helpful.

Due to production needing our seats we were sort of upgraded which was very nice. The concert was great. The only thing I wasn't very happy about was that most of the concert was on the other side of the center, had I known this I would have bought tickets facing that way.

Normally, we get our tickets printed out on the computer. But this time, we got at the door and they checked my phone and then made the tickets out right there. I had nine people with me and we're lucky the crowd wasn't that huge like when we go to a ball game because it would have been a mess. I understand that TicketNetwork is having a lot of trouble with fake tickets being made. But for the person that's true for buying that ticket, it's better to print them out like before. They jump the price up too in the last minute.

The only thing that would have made this better was when I was purchasing the tickets I didn't have the option to select which seats I wanted. I was able to select a price range as well as a section but not the actual row and seat number. I didn't even know until I got the tickets if all of my seats were together or not.

Amazing Concert! First time at the Peace Center, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The transaction was very smooth. I did received the incorrect tickets but within 24 hours it was fixed. Very pleased with the attention that was given to solve my problem.

The concert was great. Unfortunately the row and seat number that was printed on the ticket did not exist. It was a large pit for wheelchaired concert goers. The ushers got a couple of folding chairs so that we could sit down. The show was sold out so there was no other option. This AM I called the company to share my bad experience. They said they would investigate and get back to me. Within minutes the owner of the company called to apologize and resolved everything to my satisfaction. He did, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/OWNERSHIP.

All the Acts were first class and gave an excellent performance for hours.

I was disappointed with the additional $23.50 per ticket charged. I understand the processing fee but a charge like that per ticket was too much. 2 of our 7 people were so angry I even went through with that kind of a charge that they left me stuck with the tickets.

OMG. It was so good. The price made it better. I saw those same tickets in the same seat for $80 on Ticketmaster.

The last ticket I purchased from TicketNetwork.com was Grace Potter. They offered the seat where I want to sit so I chose them. I've got no complaints. Keep up the good work.

The concert was amazing for a show in that genre. The opening bands were amazing. I had never heard of them before, I am a fan now. Cradle was everything I expected and more!!!

The show was good "Dancing with the Stars", but the venue was bad. Sitting in flat chairs on flat floor, row B23 - floor not raised so only could see the hundreds of heads in front of us. Could see performers on screen, but if wanted to do that would watch on TV. The place was also very smoky also. We will not be back and others there we talked to said the same.

Music was great. Maxwell and Nas was really in the spirit of love. So happy I went.

I had never been to the venue before. I was pleasantly surprised how organized and fast everything went. I am not sure how happy I was with the seats? To say they were uncomfortable is an understatement. You couldn't move and had to watch from the screen to see. Not sure I would spend that much money again. I would be more comfortable watching from my own home and tv. The price for food and drinks were outrageous.

We had a blast at the concert. I just had a concern with the time frame from when I received the tickets. I was beginning to get nervous that I wasn't receiving the tickets because it was the day of the concert and still hadn't received them. I got them finally with just hours until the show. Other than that, the experience was awesome!

The parking was a total cluster **. The prices for EVERYTHING was absolutely horrible. Just horrible. The show was good. It's a shame that ya'll think it's ok to rape hardworking people with those prices.

Sitting in the last row of the top side of the stage in the nose bleed seats, having people standing for the whole concert so we could not see or even see the big screen was the worst. Then we found out other people we know were like seats up from the stage and they paid a lot less for their tickets than we did, and we had bad seats. But what we heard was good.

The seats were the worst in the theater! Obstructed by a protruding balcony, only a third of the stage could be seen, thus making the performer out of view. For the price I paid for the tickets, plus ordering way ahead of time, I cannot express but total disappointment and frustration for what should have been a wonderful experience!

Harlem Globetrotters. My husband and I decided to surprise our kids with tickets for Valentine's day. Our kids are so far apart in age (12, 5 and 1 month) that it is hard to find things to do that everyone would enjoy. We all loved the game. It was fun and entertaining for all ages. I would definitely recommend this game!!

I bought the tickets before December and surprised my mom with them on Christmas day. She has been wanting to see them all her life and finally yesterday her dream came true.

I never received my tickets. I was informed I would get my tickets through Flash Tickets, never got them. I was then told to create an account on www.flashtickets.com to get my tickets transferred, no luck. Then I was told I would get them through Ticketmaster. By this time it was already the day of the event. Needless to say I could not reach Ticketmaster. I was very disappointed. This was my first and last time using your website unless someone reaches to me and explain to me why this happened. Thank you.

Concert as always was Amazing.

It was one of the best shows I have seen in a long time. I had tickets on the floor. I had a cracked ankle. The staff brought me in on floor level because I had a hard time doing stairs. My thanks to everyone involved.

I left the concert with two black eyes, a broken nose, welts all over my body and the biggest smile I've had in awhile. Needless to say it was an amazing concert from start to finish.

I called customer service worried about the tickets not here the week before the concert. First attempt someone put me on hold for 20 minutes, so I hung up! Then got a guy named Brian that was the BEST! He went over and above what he had to do to ensure me that the tickets would be here before the concert. Even gave me his direct line to call if I didn't get them before Friday.

We took our 2 grandsons, ages 11 and 15. We had not seen the circus in many years. It was fun to "be a kid again"! The costumes were spectacular - very colorful and nicely varied for each different event. Our favorites were the trampoline team, the poodles, the revolving pendulum, and, of course the elephants. We are sad to hear that the elephants are being retired from the circus. I don't know what a circus can be without the elephants. I hope we will be able to bring our great-grandchildren some day!

Well I ordered 2 tickets for me and my husband for Valentine's Day. I purchased my tickets perfectly fine. A hour later I received a phone call stating that the tickets were not available and me and my husband wouldn't be able to sit by each other. I was very unsatisfied that we had split seats at a concert for me and my husband.

Monster Jam. Trying to get into the stadium was a bit confusing for the parking.

The seats we had purchased had a partially obstructed view. We were right in front of plexiglass wall, which when seated was right about eye level for me and for my kids. They had to stand because they didn't like looking through the plexiglass. The event was great! The seats, for what I paid, were not what I would have paid for if I knew their location. You should give customers for information about seats before they are purchased. Not very happy.

It was an easy way to find and buy tickets. I enjoyed using the app and it sent me confirmation emails and emailed the tickets as soon as I bought them! It is great and I would recommend it to any and everyone.

Good venue with a great performance.

After charging us 4 times the face value of the tickets & saying we were "guaranteed" Section One for the 6 p.m. show, two hours before the show we get a call saying, "Sorry, we sold your tickets to someone else." We can only assume they paid 6 times face value. This should go the Feds and you should be shut down.

After spending over 500 for 2 tickets we were shoved in a booth that was behind 3 people where we couldn't see anything? I mean this is ridiculous. We had to change seats at halftime and we're lucky enough to get way better seats than what you guys gave us. As customers we rely on your service to obtain the best seat for the price but it was NEVER mentioned that our seats were positioned in such a way that we could not see the stage. Will not be using your service again and will never recommend the same to anyone else.

Dancing With The Stars. The grand ballroom was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The drinks were outrageously expensive at $35 for a glass of wine and a beer. The seats were ridiculously expensive at $250 each and we sat in the last row of the so called mezzanine which was one step up. And lastly the show was so dull and boring that we left at the intermission. After paying $554 I cannot express my extreme disappointment enough.

TicketNetwork was the first phone number I saw that I can actually get hold of somebody. Their reps were very, very helpful. However, every site that I looked on were all about downloading the tickets. I was wondering if maybe TicketNetwork could do something like a WillCall section, where one can pick up tickets at WillCall, or maybe they can book the tickets up at the box office or arena. I had to go through some trouble just to download the tickets as I was out of town, at a hotel. I had to beg the person at the front desk to use their computer to print out the tickets. Overall, TicketNetwork has good all-around service and friendly people. I will definitely use them again.

Entertainers were excellent. MIC SYSTEM at Barclay is terrible (sounds a little muffled not clear). The DJ(s) sounded crystal clear. The entertainer from Ohio you couldn't hear him - I don't why the sound control staff didn't hear it. HELP THEM.

The advertisement said tigers, lions, horses, llamas and the motorcycle cage. None of that was present at the event and Raleigh North Carolina. We had other friends go to Greensboro and all this was at the event. The show was a lot shorter in Raleigh. We as a paying customer felt like we got ripped off.

I had a great time. The atmosphere was really great. My seats were phenomenal. And it was very easy to buy merchandise and food for this event. I also thought it was a good amount of time for how much the tickets were.

The event started @730 pm even though our tickets said 8 pm. They said there was a misprint. I spent a lot of money on 4 tickets. Extremely disappointing that I was not notified. I received an email a week prior that still said 8 pm.

Loved the concert. Everything went exactly as I was told it would happen. A very nice man named Scott contacted me to arrange the pickup of my tickets which was right next door to the Xfinity Center. Of course I thought the price was a bit high. Face Value was $153.00 and I ended up paying $227.00 but that was my fault for not being more aggressive about finding tickets. There were people selling legit tickets for face value... but you never know when you take that chance. Thanks... good job!

Jennifer Lopez. It was an awesome concert - she was great!! Our seats were not very good and we should have had binoculars. My daughter could not see over everyone and there are no screens that show her like lots of different shows. I also felt the service fee on tickets was high - my ticket face value was only $109 and I paid $236. So be aware of this when you purchase tickets.

I bought Madonna tickets from TicketNetwork. My tickets came on time but the tickets they provided me were tarped and nobody was able to sit in that section. I wasn't that thrilled because tickets were sold that were not even available. Unfortunately, I did not reach out to them because I don't have the time to go through all that hassle.

I was told my ticket was upgraded. Unfortunately it placed me in the middle of all the Panther fans. As a Bronco fan I (single lady) was very uncomfortable. I know you cannot vouch for the quality of the character of a fan. But the ONE thing I had requested was to be with other BRONCO FANS. I was very diss because when I bought the tickets first they allow to buy then they told me there were no more seats. I asked for more. They told me to be on a waiting list. The only one they had were the one very high and I cannot go high because I get very sick. I am really upset about it. I pay with my VISA and lost money because the exchange US.

I was just satisfied with our experience going to the WWE in San Jose California. When I was talking to one of your reps on the phone I specifically asked him I wanted seats down the aisle where Roman Reigns walks down and he told me that these tickets that I purchased Section 205 would be there, and little did I know that when we arrived he was way off on our section, and I was so far up but I couldn't see anybody so I really was not satisfied with my ticket purchasing over the phone with the guy. I really wanted to see the WWE stars a little closer not so far up I couldn't and my boys couldn't enjoy it.

The tickets I bought stated "VIP/club/lounge access." I have attended Magic games with lounge access on the court level prior to this game. The tickets were very misleading in stating one would have access to the lounge which is known to be the lounge on the floor level including food, drinks, etc., at no extra cost aside from the price of the ticket. The attendant at the game further explained there is a "lounge" on the 4th floor that allows you access to more expensive restaurant choices. Why would one pay more to pay more?

I trust TicketNetwork's website now in buying tickets. I’ve bought a few times from them including tickets for a Rodeo Show, Rockets games, and Cirque du Soleil and it always worked perfectly. I know that I can put my card information and I know I'll get the tickets. It’s very quick to receive the tickets, too.

Great place to get tickets. Purchased and received tickets (through e-tickets) within 16 hours. Website is easy to use making it very user friendly. I will definitely use this method to purchase tickets and will recommend it to friends.

The man who took my order one, turned out not very well informed of the arena area. My tickets could have been so much better and that was a bit disappointment. Also, I paid to have the actual tickets sent to me and what I got (months before the concert mind you) was a printed out ticket that I could have done at home myself and NOT paid the fee.

Our seats were EXCELLENT and the show was TERRIFIC. TWO things less than perfect. FedEx would not leave tickets at door. I work full time. Ended up driving 30 minutes after a long day to grab my tix at their office. What a pain. In the theater: second half had already started when latecomers were allowed inside and disrupted everything to get into their middle row seats. Seriously? No. There should be rules. Not cool. But all in all a GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Ordering tickets was fast and easy. The perfect seats for an iconic rock band. All of the email I received kept me up to date when I could download my tickets was great. I have also ordered more tickets to Heart at Red Rocks and have my tickets in hand.

I initially Googled the event and ticket, and several different sites came up. I tried different ones, but I wasn't getting any live person on the other end. TicketNetwork was the fourth one I tried and I actually got to speak to somebody and get something done. The lady that I spoke with got me a pit pass so I'm happy. I was out of town and my tickets were emailed to me so I had to go to a printing facility but my pit passes were delivered where I'm staying. They were a day longer than I thought they would be but they came in plenty of time. TicketNetwork was great and I'd recommend them.

I bought those ticket to make a surprise for my wife but the surprise was for me... I thought my tickets were for 02-06-16 but they were for 02-05-16 and my wife discover my error when I gave her the ticket during the breakfast Saturday morning... My wife was so disappointed! She just loves Cinderella Story so if you can help me rebuilt this surprise, I would really appreciated it. A desperate husband.

I absolutely had a great time. Location of the seats were awesome. Only downside was not enough leg room. Felt cramped. But it was not bad enough to ruin the overall experience of watching this iconic band perform.

I purchased my tickets for the NBA - Pistons game from TicketNetwork. The tickets were delivered early, but I will call them when I can't get it. I first used TicketNetwork because it's cheaper than the other website, but now they charge more for the instant download. I remember last year, they only charged some of the tickets. So if I want to buy one ticket, I still need to pay $7.50 for the printing. I hope they can change the policy at least for the printing. Sometimes the tickets are only $3 and the printing is $7.50. That's really not good. So this year if I will only buy one ticket, I may choose other websites.

I purchased tickets through this website for a show at Foxwoods on February 28th. When I received the tickets via an e-mail to print them down, they had someone else's name on them with their credit card information (just last 4 digits) and sent through Ticket Tracker. I called the "800#" concerned and was told these were a re-sale of the tickets and they are usable even though my name is not on them. I am very nervous about the $152 I spent and then get to Foxwoods for them to deny me access and I will be embarrassed since these are a Valentine's gift. What can you tell me to ensure I will be able to use them? Another concern is that I was not told this would happen.

I didn't attend. But my 26 year old son said he really enjoyed himself. Lil Wayne was humbling. I didn't hear of any disturbances at the event which was great.

Listen, Garth Brooks is one of the BEST entertainers in the world. Absolute truth. And Trisha is one of the most awesome singers on the planet. I LOVED the show - but will never attend a concert at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore AGAIN. HORRIBLE organizational skills. Bad attitudes from employees.

It was a great experience and great tickets. Great email confirmation and easy/quick access to tickets. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the significantly high "service fee" of $34.75 per ticket and $7.50 "delivery fee" (for emailed/self printed tickets) - total of $77 in fees (added to $278 ticket price).

We loved it. Although I saw it several weeks ago, my husband had not. It was wonderful, maybe even better the second time! Music was wonderful, play was fast-moving, never a dull second. Actors/musicians were convincing and very good.

I bought the Monster Jam tickets from TicketNetwork. I needed three tickets and they were the only people that offered three tickets in the same spot. Plus, their price was good. Our tickets were then delivered in the expected timeframe and everything worked out great.

Ticket prices are over-the-top, many of my friends who went to this concert got tickets at a much cheaper price than me. I will never use the site again, their prices are outrageous. I did it because it was quick and it came up first on the search, I won't do it anymore. I also will do whatever I can to make other people aware not to use the site.

Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus - It was absolutely the Greatest Show On Earth. I loved it. I took my youngest daughter, who is 11 and my Great-Niece who is 6 and they had a blast. Thank you. They definitely put on a fabulous show.

Tool and Primus were great, what I got to see of the show while searching for a seat. General admission sucks and I believe the show was oversold due to the number of people standing in the aisles because no seats were available. I would like to see assigned seats and another ticket company besides those ** at Ticketmaster handle future concerts. $40.00 service fee per ticket is robbery!

I purchased tickets through TicketNetwork for Yeezy event and our tickets were delivered within the expected time frame.

I wouldn't order from you again as I didn't realize the tickets were in US funds and for us right now in Canada it is very very expensive. The tickets were fine and delivery fine.

AC/DC - It was my son's and his best friend first concert and they will never forget. I was so happy to be able to share that with them.

I paid C$2200 for $134 ticket. Both Bruce and I were ripped off. Once I bought the tickets for my friends at that price no one wanted to go. My seat ended up costing me $7000. Never again! I will buy from the scalpers from now on.

I purchased tickets from TicketNetwork for the Blaze concert and when that was cancelled, TicketNetwork reimbursed me the money for that. What was weird, though, was I didn’t know about it and I didn’t get a notification saying it was cancelled. It was coming up and I hadn’t received the tickets yet. If I had some kind of complaint, I should have known ahead of time. So I called on a Monday because they said I was supposed to get the tickets by the 23rd. I was leaving Thursday for Miami and the show was on that coming Sunday. I spoke with a guy who was very helpful and I told him, “I haven’t received my tickets. What’s going on?” He said, “Well, oh, it’s been cancelled.” And I said, “Well, I want to do something else while I’m there in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. What else is going on?” He said, “Oh, there’s the Heat game on Sunday,” which was the same night as the Blaze concert.

The sign up, log in, order placement, and ticket receiving (emailed and printed prior to concert) all went very well. Tool being the Top Dawg band was (to me) not as enjoyable, liked, as Primus. Just happen to like Primus better. As far as the warm-up band whomever they are, could have stayed at home and warmed up a tad more. Hate to slam striving musicians as such but that is just the way we felt after witnessing the entire show. Thank you and have a good day.

Knicks vs Warriors NBA game - The boys loved the game. They said the seats were awesome. Section 328, row 1. It was real easy to get to and get out. They loved the TV options to watch replays.

I got screwed and will never use your service again. Why did it cost half again as much for the fees, shipping and taxes? The tickets were taxed when the individual purchased them and again when I purchased them. The shipping was electronic and I had to print the tickets using my paper and ink. And a 30% fee added as a service fee?

Venue experience and event was amazing for my granddaughter. Experience with TicketNetwork was disappointing because of the network allowing sellers to price gouge significantly. Also extremely unhappy paying a $117 fee and $450 plus taxes for a ticket that really cost $164.99 which I did not realize. MagCon was new to us so now we know next year to avoid buying tickets from your site. For a gen admission additional ticket I bought that was worth $25 I paid $220. Won't shop with you again.

I had a very pleasant experience ordering tickets by phone for the Johnny Mathis concert in Atlanta. Sharon handled my order and was most helpful. Next time I'll be sure to ask for her. She was great! The concert was spectacular! There will never be another Johnny Mathis. I just hope he will be able to tour next year.

I was never able to download the tickets to my account, therefore never went to the event & am out of $138!! I would not recommend the site to anyone. The seller was rude when I called for help!

It was a unique experience. Real music experience [no electronics], some instrument old, Chinese Space travel performers that turned out to be real.

Garth Brooks was fabulous. Unfortunately, the people two rows in front of us were not. I know it was a concert, but there were a lot of older people there and we don't want to stand up for 2 1/2 hours straight. The group in front of us, especially one woman, never sat down. It's not fair when you pay over $500 for seats and you can't see anything but the back of someone who is too rude to sit down. Should not sell alcohol at events! These people were belligerent and two of them were eventually asked to leave. I could go on and on but that's enough.

My daughter is fascinated by the show Wicked. She saw it for the first time in Greenville last year. On the way home yesterday, she asked when we could see it again! She got to meet some of the cast this time. They were very kind and generous with their time!

We had a decent time at the Jam. The stadium was loud and sold out which has its pros and cons. Sitting towards the top (cheap seats) left you feeling less than impressed as the trucks jumping didn't look quite as intense as it would close up if you go buy closer seats. Eat first!!! Stadium food is so overpriced.

I bought these tickets as a Christmas present for my grandson and he took his father. They said the seats were great and enjoyed every minute of the game.

Great event! Grandkids loved it. Will be going again. May try the San Diego venue.

By far the most amazing concert I have been to. Garth is the ultimate performer and it is what saved a horrible experience with the venue itself. We had to wait 2 hours to get into the arena due to issues they were having with ticket scanners as we understand it. I would DEFINITELY see him again!!

An accurate yet humorous portrait of our current social issues: unaffordable housing, inadequate nursing care, unfair employment practices, etc. All these revealed over a family thanksgiving dinner that displayed the love and irritations between the family members. The play makes you laugh while evoke deeper thinking into the way our societies work.

The purchase of the tickets went smooth and I was offered upgraded seats at no cost. The seats were great though a tad bit to the side but overall very nice. The concert was awesome and my fiancee really enjoyed the concert which was the most important thing as it was her birthday present. :-)

Funny, entertaining, imaginative. Would recommend to everyone except prudes. They would not value the hilarious form of satiric sarcasm toward a form of religion. At the same time, the show, ending with the same conclusion that all religions are heading to the same goal. TWO THUMBS UP.

We loved the show. However, when we entered the theater, one of our printed tickets was fine and the other two showed "Refunded". We had to wait in the lobby five minutes for a supervisor to let us in.

I had ordered my tickets what I thought was Ticketmaster to find out I paid $88 for $37 tickets. I wanted front row seats. I didn't realize you were a ticket broker. I got scammed. Will never order from you again. Although the seats we had were good and enjoyed the show, I felt sick that I got scammed. You can take me off your email list. Lesson learned.

We didn't even get to see the concert! The tickets we paid apparently weren't valid. We stood outside for over an hour then when we got in and they scanned our tickets. They were already being used so apparently we paid for tickets that were sold before and ours were not valid!

It was the worst time I had. The seats were incredibly small and uncomfortable. Come to find out I overpaid for my tickets. I will never buy from these guys again.

I feel we were very much ripped off. The tickets were more than double face value, the processing fee ridiculously high (equaled the price of an additional $70 ticket), and the seats were not what we were expecting. We will not purchase through this site ever again. The only positive was that they were promptly delivered (for an additional fee, of course).

I was sold three tickets for CHILDREN, according to Angel Stadium of Anaheim. 2 of us are adults. I personally sweet-talked them into letting my wife and child into the event until I finally was let in AN HOUR AFTER the event was in progress. I paid over $217.50 for these tickets. By far, the worst and only time I had purchased possible fraudulent third party tickets in my life. This was my second time using TicketNetwork. I thought it was a company I could trust. Unfortunately, I will forever purchase tickets directly or through Ticketmaster.

I did business with TicketNetwork back in 2010. Recently, I ordered tickets for The Globetrotters. I called them and the gentleman was extremely professional, and was very knowledgeable and helpful with my request. Because I was driving, I wasn’t able to write down any information and he pulled up a seating chart and directed me on the best tickets for my grandson and I. I got them in my email. I had to do a follow-up call because the tickets had the insurer’s name and not my name. The representative explained that it was a third party and how that actually was, so it kind of concerned me with purchasing tickets. But I would highly recommend TicketNetwork. I was also directed to another site's customer service where they're going to send me information to have discount tickets for upcoming events and a lot of promotional things.

Felt that I was ripped off on price of tickets. Also the show itself was very irritating with all lighting going out into the audience. Shaking your ass and extreme load music is not real entertain. Worst show I have seen in my 40 years in Vegas.

We had excellent seats near the bar! We could see her from almost every angle, except when she sat at the end of the runway. That was nice of her to do though because they were so far away from the main stage. All in all, a truly great experience! I know there are always extra fees attached to tickets, but these seemed a bit excessive! I bought 2 tickets for $450. When they arrived they were stamped $359 on the ticket. Then I paid an additional $225 fee! I ended up paying over $1100! Does that seem fair to you?

I bought ticket from TicketNetwork for The Blue Man Group event. They're convenient and easy to use. Our tickets were delivered within the expected time frame. It was a fun event and we had a good time. I had a very good experience with TicketNetwork and I got what I needed right away.

I purchased tickets because it was announced Hayes Grier would be on the tour and he was not at the Durham NC event and I know plenty of other parents who brought their child to see him feel we were ripped off. They need to post on the ticket and website what star is scheduled for the event. 205.00 wasted- false advertising by DWtS show. Very disappointed for the kids and families taken advantage of like myself who bought the tickets for a Christmas present for her to meet her idol!!! There were no stars at the event, only the dancers.

Absolutely loved it. Only thing better was when I saw them way back with Meadowlark Lemon. Only bad thing was someone stole my daughter's iPhone out of her purse and called Oakland coll. But they never called back. Loved the Globetrotters!

We watched Disney's Frozen On Ice and tickets were delivered on time. However, I ended up having a bad experience. I had five tickets for my family, and my daughter is handicapped. When I got there, they couldn't accommodate us so I was put up in an upper floor, where seats that I could have gotten for much cheaper than what I paid. I have a five-year-old and a six-year-old, and they love Frozen. And with my daughter being handicapped, I wanted fore view so that she could get a nice view of the show. We ended up being moved to a second tier floor, and it just ruined the experience. I went down to the ticket booth to see if they could help me out, but they weren't able to do anything, because I didn't purchase the tickets through their box office. Overall, I'm disappointed with TicketNetwork.

They did a great job with the selling of the tickets. Great seats at a great price. I will be back.

I reserve with facilities places for the concert. It was indicate act opening at 8:00 pm and the show began at 9:30 pm with a DJ and Madonna concert at 11:00 pm only so a long time to wait, more than the time of the show! You have to indicate the hour of the beginning of the real show in order not to wait too long if Madonna is often in late!

My goddaughter and I were trying to get some tickets for the Houston Rockets versus Atlanta Hawks. She was in contact with TicketNetwork and they were very courteous. The only thing is that my husband and I both have issues with trying to get up and down the stairs, and it would've been helpful if we had gotten seats for the handicapped area because the stadium is very steep. A ticket agent could've asked if there are any elderly people in our party. Other than this, I would use them again.

I gotta be honest. I thought I'd have trouble using my printout at the door. I just held out my printed tickets and they scanned them without any worries! I'd use the service again any day!

The WWE Raw show was great. But the seats I had the view was obstructed by the lights. Very upsetting.

The concert I went to was rescheduled. I was happy with the quickness with which I received my ticket, but it would have been nice for the reseller to know about the rescheduling. I had to reach out to the concert venues in order to learn that the event was postponed, but I do look forward to redeeming my ticket for a future show date.

I bought Dallas Mavericks basketball game tickets through TicketNetwork and the tickets were delivered on time.

As I got close to the door of the Avenue Ballroom Saturday 01-23-16, I started to see numerous parties turned away because their tickets did not scan. I hoped for a better outcome, NOT! I, you, we got scammed. Can't say I was surprised when I asked another hapless couple standing about in shock what the name of the supposed original buyer was on their useless tickets, whaddya know same as mine. Not just TicketNetwork.com customers, I watched people who bought from StubHub with those CS agents on their phones speaking to the House Manager. Sorry was all the house man could say, "the Show is Sold Out" and so were we. At least 40 people were hung out to dry. The Silver Lining was... he let us in, a VERY stand up guy. Hoping for an explanation from you all 'cause I will never buy from you again without one. P.S. the show was great!

Disney on Ice - I bought these tickets online. When I got there they could not find them so I had to buy tickets out of my own pocket and not refunded my money yet. That's poor business if you ask me.

I called the number to exchange tickets, realizing I wouldn't be able to see from those seats that were ordered. Could not be done so went to show and since I went through ticket service and not Ticketmaster, I had to sit through a show I could not see! Very disappointed and thought the Halloween episodes were not appropriate for smaller children. Too scary for half of the audience. Expected more familiar tunes. This is coming from an elementary teacher.
