Tickets were fraud. We got to the gate with our tickets and they wouldn't let us in due to the fact that someone else already our seats.

I have used this venue for concert tickets twice so far this year and they're fabulous! I got amazing seats for both concerts at a reasonable price, and the customer support was flawless. They keep you posted regularly from order, to ticket delivery, through the end of the show. Highly recommend!

My fiancé had to purchase an entirely new ticket because he misplaced the printed out paper ticket I gave him. I went to the box office with the credit card that I used to purchase and there was no info stored because I went through TicketNetwork instead of Ticketmaster. We didn't have time to call whatever number of your customer service and just bought another ticket. Actually, the last minute ticket was better and cheaper than the ticket I purchased through TicketNetwork a month ago. Really? A last minute better seat should be more expensive. I will never purchase another ticket through TicketNetwork and I will advise people to only purchase tickets through Ticketmaster or just at the door.

Pro Basket ball game - All went well while visiting the arena.

Never ordered tickets from this site before and I was nervous about it. But I must say tickets were available by the end of the day they were ordered on and no problems at the gate. Thanks for a great experience.

I ordered tickets on November 27th. On the day of the event, December 26th, a month later, I still had not received my tickets. A call to customer service resulted in a very unsatisfactory response that someone would look into it and get back to me but if I didn't hear anything in a few hours I should call back. While I did ultimately receive my tickets, it was most unsettling to have the stress of uncertainty up to the day of the event. Not acceptable service in my opinion.

Had difficulty printing the tickets. We were not informed that we were legally responsible for printing the tickets with the bar code. We assumed that the "My Ticket Tracker" sheet was sufficient to be admitted to the show. We missed half the show as a result, since we had to go to FEDEX to get the tickets printed. From now on we will personally pick up the tickets before paying any money.

Don't use TicketNetwork! First it took me multiple attempts to make my purchase. The site kept reloading and making me reinput my credit card info. After multiple failed attempts I was finally able to make my purchase. However, the tickets were NOT able to be used and when I called to get a refund they said all their fine print protects them because they know their sellers are legit. I had bought tickets to see the Rockettes in NYC during a Christmas trip for my 6 year old twins. We got to wait in line with them for about 30 mins only to find out our tickets were invalid. Imagine the heartbreak of 6 year old twins.

Very unhappy with the 3rd party way tickets. I feel I was taken advantage of, and I will never purchase my tickets this way again. Very costly learning experience.

I was very excited to take my kids to the game. I have to say what a letdown. I thought we were going to see some basketball skill. They spent more time fooling around and acting like a circus. My kids age from 11, 9 and 7. All I can say is "Thank goodness I did not pay a fortune for the tickets like some people in the front rows." I felt I was at a second rate circus. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. No actual proper game. Every shot they took, they missed.

My only recommendation would be not to allow people in after the show starts. The folks in front of arrived just after it started and blocked our view until they got settled. The Mom and daughter beside me came in about 10 min. after the start and again it was disruptive.

Disney on ICE. Fantastic! Easy and great seats.

I loved it. Both of my kids had a wonderful time, even myself and husband.

The seating was very good. Entering the building was easy and fast also.

I'm beyond pissed and will never use your company again, EVER! By accident, an incorrect date was chosen for the tickets I purchased. After getting in contact with a company rep to explain the issue, I was told "Oh well." The company needed to be protected. Basically the customer will never be. WRONG.

TransSiberian Orchestra Concert - We arrived on time and we're very happy with the seats that were reserved for us. The concert was awesome. The band was very good. The guitars were excellent. The keyboard man was really good and he basically ran the show. The singers were great. All the special effects, the videos, the light show and the fire show were great. The moving and elevating platforms with the guitar and violin players were an awesome sight. We enjoyed this concert very much my wife and I. Thank you very much for a great experience.

We had an unusual, but what turned out to be a very good experience. Evidently, because of it being Christmas time and thus a very high delivery schedule, our tickets didn't arrive at our home before we had to leave. The young man with TicketNetwork worked very hard and diligently to get them successfully delivered to another address nearly 300 miles away. We were not only very pleased that they arrived, but were equally impressed by Dave at TicketNetwork getting our tickets to us. The show was AWESOME, so glad we were able to see it.

Bruins vs Sabres - Great seats and it was a lot of fun.

I ordered tickets as a Christmas present. Everything with the ticket purchasing experience was excellent until we reached the arena. I paid such a high price for tickets only to have my view blocked the entire game by a goal post!

When I booked the tickets I knew we were high up and away from the court but never would I have imagined that high up. I'm not scared of heights but that was crazy, they really need to explain how high up you will be and how dangerous it is. Next time I'll book directly so that I can be told exactly where I'll be sitting.

The whole ticket purchasing and communications were good, but the seats we got were a bit too far from the stage. The phone rep could have been a little more helpful in giving recommendations.

Seats were perfect!

I was completely overpriced for my ticket. I was charged over $300 dollars for two tickets because I selected section 103-117, thinking these were premium seats, (since you did not offer the option of me picking the seats) but as I was put back to row M. I could've saved over $200 dollars had I just picked the specific section. I'm not sure why you would charge so much for picking from multiple sections, it was very confusing. I will not go through Ticket Network again, and I will advise my friends and family to do likewise.

Only way, too tired to make it thru the whole show!! :( But it was fun!! And the stage door was the smallest ever!! ;)

What a fabulous performance! The costumes were out of this world as were the stage sets. Brilliant performances. A must see.

The ticketing and will call process was very easy. I think, though, that I probably could have saved a lot of money by purchasing the tickets the day of the event at the box office. There were plenty of tickets available, but that aside, I enjoyed the show and so did my three year old daughter. Thanks.

The seats were great and glad to get them earlier than otherwise available through the school. Paid the fee even though it is high in order to avoid the uncertainty of delay and be able to book the rest of the trip. Wish the handling fees could be more reasonable.

I ordered tickets for Straight No Chaser in Cleveland and had a wonderful experience. The tickets were delivered on time and communication throughout the entire process remained clear. In addition, the website was very easy to navigate.

It was very convenient to have my tickets delivered to me. But I paid $360+ for two tickets that sold for $117.00 each. The mark-up was a bit much. Next time I'll just walk and buy them at the window.

Our tickets were duplicates of some purchased by another person, therefore we had no seats. I sent an email to customer service as we were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that we could not see the show.

Lady on phone told us our seats were going to be much closer to the stage than they really were. That was the 1st problem. Then, price on ticket showed $105 each. I know you guys have to make a profit but charging us $325 for TWO $105 tickets! Seriously? For that price, we could have gotten a third ticket! And if tickets were $105 each, why did you invoice us at a cost of $124/ticket? And that's before you tacked on an extra $77 for the 5 minutes it took to TAKE OUR PHONE order & leave our tickets at Will Call. Geez! What a scam! Very disappointed in this experience.

Ticket purchase online was quick and easy. Confirmation of purchase online was also quick, and I received frequent reminders to download and print my tickets before going to the show. After printing, I was disappointed that we were assigned seats in the row the farthest from the stage. However, our seats were at the center of the theater, and the view was fine. Based on the price and the convenience of buying from TicketNetwork.com, I would continue to use your service.

I purchased three tickets to take my 10-year-old son to his first. I specifically ordered three tickets were OK to ensure that his experience would be. My tickets arrived 36 hours prior to the show and they will roll me not knowing the theater assumed that the tickets were what I had request. Upon arrival we were in The absolute first row on top of the auction, my 10-year-old son was unable to see any of the show, therefore we left in the middle of the first act. This was the absolute worst experience for my son to have for his first experience at the theater. I am incredibly disappointed and I'm satisfied with the service and support I have received from TicketNetwork.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to go. I purchased 3 tickets that were advertised as being together but later that day, I was informed of a mistake that had been made with regards to consecutive seating availability. Apparently, there were none available. It was disappointing but my money was reimbursed quickly.

I had a wonderful time and so did the other 6 that I brought with me. None of us had ever seen a ballet. We were awed and so impressed that we talked about it all the way home. We went to the Celine Dion concert and it was great! I just Googled shows and tickets for shows in Vegas and several websites came up and I ditched the four that weren't good so I took a chance and tried TicketNetwork.com. I did everything online and it's really easy. It was a last minute purchase but it was awesome. I had a great experience!

Would never order from this site again. After not receiving my instant tickets upon placing my order I went back to the site several times and kept getting the same message that they were in process. I emailed broker and never heard back. Less than 6 hours before we planned to head to the event I get a call back.

We flew to DFW for a long weekend and the concert. Once we finally arrived at DFW due to the hurricane weather and arrived at the hotel, went for a late dinner, up to the room, checked email, and found out that Josh was sick and cancelled all TX performances. We will not buy anymore tickets from you. The concert was cancelled. Refund? No, sorry. We sold our tickets and took a loss. Thanks for nothing. Maybe you should ask the people that bought our tickets how the concert was. They got a great deal.

The seats that we got with the order were terrible. They were behind a partition, so that visibility was obstructed. Fortunately, we were able to purchase other seats where we saw the entire show and loved it. However, we paid a lot of fees to you which were not recovered in purchasing the other tickets.

My daughter and I have enjoyed the Nutcracker for 11 years, and of all the shows, all the theaters, THIS production was our very favorite! The Ohio Theater in Columbus is like no other we have ever been to. So lovingly taken care of down to the last detail. AMAZING! We will be back!

You failed to deliver my booking which resulted in major problems for my family who were scheduled to go to Radio City on order #**. I hope in future bookings it will not be necessary to use TicketNet. I had to travel to NYC 2 hours ahead of time to get online at Radio City to purchase a ticket at the window. Guess this complaint will be assigned to the garbage bin.

I'd heard about TicketNetwork.com from one of my friends and we purchased tickets from them for a football game between Arizona State University and University of Arizona because of the location and the pricing of the tickets. Everything was done online and tickets were instantly downloaded and we were off and running.

This was my first time seeing the Nutcracker Ballet and it was amazing! Such a great job and I loved every minute of it!

The Fillmore is a wonderful concert venue, you can feel its rich history upon your arrival. Coat check is amazing. I love being hands-free at concerts and it's very difficult in these cold winter months. Would love to see another show at the Fillmore sometime soon!

I took my husband as Christmas gift. Neither of had seen the group perform prior to this. They were awesome and we were blown away by the sound, lights, and all the special effects. We will go to more in the future.

The show was amazing. However I will not be purchasing tickets from this service again. I paid extra to have the tickets mailed to me as they were a gift and I wanted the recipient to have the stubs. What I got was computer printouts mailed to me. Maybe it stated that somewhere but I didn't see it. If it was stated that you are paying extra simply to have someone print the same thing you can print, and you will not receive actual tickets, it is not obvious. Furthermore, the face value stated on the ticket was quite a bit less than what I was charged. What a ripoff. I could have printed them myself. I will buy my tickets elsewhere from now on.

This was our first experience to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and also an event at the Giant Center. Both were great. Parking was reasonable, getting back to our car a little challenging but well worth it. We would recommend the event and location to anyone interested!

We purchased tickets for Aladdin on Broadway from TicketNetwork and it was a good experience. I emailed somebody and they emailed me back about where to get the tickets. I would use them again. The tickets were delivered in the expected timeframe.

I purchased 2 tickets to the Nov 2015 home Seahawks vs Steelers game. I would have like to have had hard tickets mailed to me instead of having to print out my own & being charged a $6 dollar delivery fee to do so. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.

Show was solid. Loved the music, the laser-light show, the graphics. All kind of mesmerizing! We liked the overall theme of the show, and were very pleasantly surprised at the generous use of traditional Christmas songs and the powerful themes of "hope" and "home", especially for the main character being able to go back home. The only real downer for us was the 50+ people who came so late to the show that their entrance to the floor level was a continual distraction for the first two songs. There's gotta be some way to control the flow of human traffic. Maybe like only let people move to their seats between songs -- not during them! Other than that -- very enjoyable!

Five stars for the first half, did not care that much for the second half music. Special effects were great.

I felt like a sardine. I'm coming back for the AC/DC concert and I loved them before... But I'm not looking forward to being a sardine again. As much as I want to see the concert I think the uncomfortableness will ruin it.

I purchased these for my wife, daughter, and a friend. I printed them from the e-mail I was sent. When they got to the Fox Theater the tickets were refused. People at the Fox Theater box office were able to provide them with seats in the very top back row.

The show was marvelous!

The venue was incredibly overpacked to the point where you couldn't even move. There was absolutely no security onsite. People were awful and incredibly rude. A man was shoving me with the intentions of hurting me and without security nothing could be done. This was the most absolute worst experience, venue and show I have ever been to.

This is my third holiday season in Florida and this was my first time at this event. I will definitely be returning!

One of our tickets had been SOLD to us and another customer... Both tickets were issued by your service. Both were scanned and ours showed as being a duplicate causing some consternation and concern. Fortunately, we arrived early enough to have this situation resolved with some effort on the part of the staff who were very busy at the time... I will not purchase tickets online (through Events Tickets Center) but will go direct to the theater box office or the Boston Ballet in the future. Three other tickets that were purchased at the same time in another row (J) were okay. I did pay $7.50 processing for each order (total $15) as well. Dissatisfied customer.

Was not able to download tickets and they did not accept my confirmation receipt at door and had to buy new tickets. So wasted $228.

My wife and I have been wanting to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra since before we ever met and we finally got to see it. The expectations that we both had for the show were very high. I have been to well over 100 concerts and this is without a doubt top 5! Excellent sound, and performance. Well done!

Show was good however having large groups of children coming in on their school trip 2mins onwards after the show had started was really distracting.

Although I am not going to blame this service for the problem that were experienced that night, I would like to add that it had taken 3.5 hours to get into the city that night for conditions of rainy weather to impossible traffic conditions, and the problems of finding some place to pick up the tickets purchased when you don't know the city was a factor in not getting to the event that was paid for. In the future it would be nice to have a system that would give the user the option to download tickets and print them off from a personal computer. It is expensive to attend these events more so when you don't get there. If there was a way to download and print. I could not find a way to do it for the tickets. They were not used. Once again I am not blaming the service - there were lots of problems that night but I am sure it was a good show.

Other than my granddaughter was scared of heights the experience was awesome. Definitely will be down lower for anything else.

The only issue I had with TicketNetwork is the service charge which is outrageous. The tickets are boosted up way above face value as it is and then on top of that, I had to pay a service charge. Additionally, I've been a good customer of the TicketNetwork for a little while now. I've gone to quite a few concerts and games, and they're closing off around me to get $20 off my next purchase. But if I click on it, it wants me to fill out a survey and give them information that I don't want to give them just to get the discount. TicketNetwork should automatically give me a code to punch in when I buy my next set of tickets without me having to give out any of my personal information. They already have my information and I don't want it going to anybody else.

I purchased many tickets from TicketNetwork.com and the tickets were delivered in the expected time frame.

This company bends the rules in whatever way makes them the most money. They sold me tickets to a music festival and did not let me know that I would not receive the tickets until two days before the event. They took my money immediately for the tickets. Then when I realized that I would not be able to use the tickets I used their site to resell the tickets because I figured they would want to make sure that I and other customers got good service. Instead they misrepresented the reselling and delivery process so that they could make the sale and take their fees on the sale PLUS another 25% of the sales price as a cancellation fee since there is no possible way that I will be able to deliver on their requirements, which they misrepresented when I inquired about reselling.

A perfect evening! Using TicketNetwork was awesome! Definitely would use this for future events.

Even after so long, Eason sings just as well in person as he does on recordings. It was my first time at anyone's concert and he certainly makes me look forward to his future ones. He's entertaining as usual and the atmosphere is just great.

Everything went perfect. It was our Anniversary and the seats were just awesome. So glad we went to the game. Stayed at Greektown Casino, made it so easy on the people mover. Also, got free Red Wing Bomber hats. Crowd was great. Let's Go, Red Wings. Chant. ;0)

TSO was as always great, and the service we received from TicketNetwork was better than expected. They emailed me to call regarding the tickets. When I called I was told the seats we had chosen were not together. They proposed another section that worked out well.

I was a little disappointed in the price of the tickets. I purchased two tickets in June for a game in December, and I felt the price was very high for seats in the upper deck of the end zone. I also felt the service fee and standard delivery fee are way out of line.

I cannot express how pleased I was with the tickets purchased for Radio City. The seats were fabulous. I said to my daughter-in-law that I was bringing my long distance glasses for the show since I assumed we would be pretty far away for what I paid for the tickets. I was wrong. I have already recommended this website to a number of friends. Could not have been happier.

Was presented a seating chart for tickets that were presented as center seating but ended up being far left. A false advertising at a very high price.

Disney on ice tickets - We enjoyed the show, however I was disappointed with the ticket fees. It was not made clear that there was a five dollar per ticket fee. The only fee indicated during order process was a $7.50 fee which was also charged in addition to the five dollar per ticket fee. The fees for this purchase were ridiculous and not communicated until the order was ready to be finalized.

The ticket research, reservation and purchase process was very acceptable. The event was over-the-top awesome! Charging a $92.50 handling fee for $90(x2) tickets and then reducing them to $70 tickets is flat out bad business. Yes, you made a few bucks on me, I'll be ok with this one purchase. Be sure that I will not be making any purchases with Ticketnetwork in the future, there are better options for Denver events.

Received tickets via e-mail within 24 hours once transaction was completed. They were excellent seats just as promised. The show was wonderful. I would definitely use this site again to purchase tickets.

Although the overall performance was better than good, the sound was lacking making the experience just a good show not a Great Show. Alejandro was a grateful performer and crowd pleasing as he went on another 20 mins in Encore performance! Bravo sir. To SAP venue the seats really are a sad people trampling over each other, not a good thing. I spent over $700 and walked away with only a good/satisfactory feeling.

Great seats surrounded by people who were behaving themselves. Rest rooms and food areas are kept clean. The entrance and exit at the stadium are well monitored and people are kept moving in an orderly fashion. Great fun.

The show was great and our seats were great. Service was very good but the service fees were absolutely ridiculous. $25 per ticket?! If I had any other choice at the time I would have gone with it. An extra $100+ dollars is just short of robbery.

I tried to purchase some tickets from TicketNetwork, but found the same seats for about $50 less when I went on StubHub. So, I didn’t have a great experience with them, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. And as far as football and basketball game tickets, they do not take care of their customers with shipping fees.

The concert was great. First time I had seen Transsiberian. I was very selective about the tickets I picked & where I wanted to sit. I had ordered several months in advance. When my tickets arrived, they were for the same row & seat number, but a different section. This had never happened to me before. Not sure how often that happens & I didn't know the section could be switched once ordered.

The reasons for my dissatisfaction are twofold. First, I realized the very evening I purchased my tickets that I had made a mistake, but of course, could not get a refund, for reasons repeatedly stated by the young woman with whom I spoke. Second, the seats, for which we paid an astronomical price were only fair to poor because they were so far to the rear of the theater. Had not the seats in front of us not been vacant, our 5-year old would have seen nothing.

Had a wonderful experience with tickets and loved the show. I was able to print the tickets with ease and the site seating map accurately showed where we would be sitting.

I'm having trouble equating a base ticket price of $73.50 + $4.60 tax with the final tally of $132.50... $59 on one ticket seems very excessive. I know you can break it down to a lot of things (shipping is very excessive in itself!!!) but I'm probably going to try some other way of obtaining a ticket. Delivery was slow and confusing. You gave me an approx. delivery date that was just a few days before the event!!! They did come in time but don't like the uncertainty.

The pick-up site should be described as "The Ticket Connection" office with the SW Fwy address, not "a site located near the venue." Also, the directions given over the telephone were to the old location next to the comic book store. I had to go inside the comic store to ask where the Ticket Connection office was. The staff inside told me that Ticket Connection had moved further down the road to a less accessible location.

Tickets did not arrive in time for the performance. I notice that TicketNetwork has a 200% guarantee. Please refund the 2x amount of $650 to my credit card (e.g. $325 times 2). Thanks in advance. Please let me know when the $650 credit is posted to my CC. Thanks.

I got to the concert and the tickets were not valid and it said the account that the tickets came from did not exist. I had to buy more tickets at the concert. I will be getting my money back.

RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR. The show was a wonderful experience. I honestly didn't think I would have such a good time since this was first booked as a show for my family. The precision of the Rockettes was flawless!

We had no way of knowing beforehand (after dismissing our taxi) that specific size purses or bags were not allowed per Zac Brown rules. It could have been a horrible experience. Pre concert knowledge would have been great. Concert was awesome!!!

The show was exceptional. We found the audience rude. They were talking through the organ and orchestra, taking pictures and the children in front of us had light toys that were very annoying.

I was shocked to see the face value of $46 on my tickets when you charged me $206 each. Seems excessive especially when you charge $123 processing fee per ticket.

Loved the performance. It was amazing! However, I ordered seats at the front of my section and was forced to buy less quality seats. I sat uncomfortable the entire show due to lack of room and was not able to enjoy the show as much. Not only did I sit uncomfortable, but these tickets were gifted as a birthday present, and I had to deliver the bad news that they were no longer the seats we were expecting. These tickets were very expensive, and I do not feel as though I was treated fairly for the price that I paid.

I purchased some tickets about a year ago using the TicketNetwork's website. The tickets got to me almost immediately after I purchased them, but I couldn't figure out how to print them so their representative walked me through it.

I ordered tickets that were supposed to be looking straight at the stage, instead we spent 3 hrs looking 45 degrees to our right. Very uncomfortable, especially when I selected/ordered/paid for ticket looking straight on. I also paid an incredible service fee for each ticket. I will not buy through Ticketmaster again. The only reason I selected satisfied was the band was awesome and the company I was with was incredible.

I thought when I purchase the tickets through you I will have good seats. I buy it on time and the seats were behind the stage. I travel from Mexico to Paris to enjoy a show then I see just in the screen. :-( Disappoint anyway!

I purchased Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and a Jazz game tickets from TicketNetwork. I liked the seating that was still available. Some of the tickets, we purchased very early but some were last minute, but were still affordable and I knew that they were going to be delivered. I never had to worry with them and that was the biggest factor why we chose them over other ticket providers.

The Monica-Code Red concert was amazing. However the venue holding us outside that long was terrible. The doors open at 7 yet I didn't see the line moving until 7:30.

I always buy tickets from TicketNetwork but with the last ones I bought, they charged me $722 and the ticket only says $175. They might have made a mistake so I called them yesterday about it. Aside from that, everything is good and I'm very satisfied with them.

The tickets were sold twice. I paid $140 each (Xs 2) but received tickets labeled for $72, per ticket (downgraded). They owe me $151 for the cost difference and postage. They emailed them to me because the show was the next day.

My printer ran out of ink halfway through my printing. It was a relief to know that I could go back and print them again and again if I needed to. I do think the $30 a ticket fee is over the top, especially when I have to use my own ink and paper. And the fact that you don't know about this per ticket fee until you check out, that is pretty unfair. It should be up front or simply part of the ticket itself. The sticker shock was enough to almost make me stop the purchase to be honest!

My ticket was put under someone's name that I did not know. I happened to call the box office a couple of days ahead of time and made this discovery. My name was not in the system. A very professional lady, took my information and found my seat. She separated my ticket, put it in correct name and left it for me at will call.

I misplaced my ticket that I bought in July and I tried calling your customer service number but it wasn't going through. And the box-office wouldn't issue me a new ticket because this is a "third party vendor", so I was not able to attend the concert and spent roughly 80 dollars on it. I brought my id and my printed receipt of the ticket but that didn't help at all. To improve your customer service you should have better communication between the box office where the concert is being held. I am extremely disappointed and have been looking forward to this concert for months and wasn't able to go.
