    I ordered 3 tickets and the info that was listed with these tickets was false. Your website states that these seats are on an aisle at the end of the row and they were NOT! Also, it states that they are in the shade and they are NOT! My father is 70 years old and cannot be in the sun for a long period of time. My father cannot sit for long periods of time and frequents the restroom and that is why we needed aisle seats. We were sitting in the middle of the row and had to bother other people to get up every time my father had to get up. I will not be ordering tickets again from your website.

    I keep coming back to TicketNetwork.com. We got addicted to Orlando City soccer down here and my son and I occasionally like to buy tickets. I searched online and upon doing a comparison shopping, TicketNetwork prices were a whole lot better than other services out there. A couple of times I bought tickets, I got a 10% discount price with a promotional code they offer. I always get the tickets on time - electronically via my phone, but I do print them as well. One time, the number of tickets I was buying changed on me. Somebody else snuck in and got a ticket out from under me. Now I didn't have enough tickets for the whole family to buy. I bought what I could get and when I went back to buy an additional ticket, I was getting hit with an extra charge. I then called TicketNetwork about the whole issue and they reimbursed me even though they didn't have to, so I really appreciated that.

    When we ordered, we were not told the seat numbers until the next day when the tickets arrived. As a result, we were in the 1st balcony but the second to the last row. We could barely see the performers and my 10-year old granddaughter had a really hard time seeing the play. I paid an extremely high price for the 3 tickets. It was just short of $500 and the seats were terrible! We were all disappointed. The actors only looked 2 inches tall and even with binoculars they were too far away.

    My dad had mentioned once that he would like to see a NASCAR race one day, so I bought tickets as a gift. None of us had been to a race so we weren't sure what to expect. Our seats were 2nd row between the 4th turn and the finish line. There was some concern that we wouldn't be able to see the far side of the track but we were easily able to see the entire track. Nothing quite prepared me for how impressively loud 40+ vehicles can be (we did have ear plugs) or how fast they were going.     When I downloaded my tickets on May 20th, I realized they were not the seats I ordered. They were Box and I ordered Orchestra. I called your company; they called the supplier, and I was guaranteed they were Orchestra - they were just called Box. I said I would not be satisfied if they weren't orchestra because this was a special show. Your employee said you would make it right if they weren't Orchestra. Well they weren't Orchestra, and after a thirty-minute phone call with your company, you finally got the supplier to give me a $25 discount per ticket. This is very unsatisfactory, and I will not be using your company again.

    I would never use this service again for baseball tickets. The 2 seats were $30 seats that cost $180 plus another $60 for shipping and handling. When purchasing the tickets, I thought they were $90 tickets, but then I got them, the ticket was printed $30. Next time I'll just drive up to the park and purchase the tickets myself.     I recently bought tickets from TicketNetwork on a Friday night for a concert that occurred the following Monday. As soon as I completed my purchase, my credit card was charged, and I received an email about picking up my tickets about 10 minutes later. That following Monday (the day of the show), I received a call from TicketNetwork stating that the seller would be unable to deliver the tickets and they could only offer a refund (which could take up to 3 days). Also, if I wanted new tickets, I would have to buy a new pair at whatever the current price was (which was more than 2x what it had been when I originally purchased).

    I spoke to a manager who told me that there was nothing he could do. He said they take action with seller, but offer no consolation to the buyer. I will NEVER use TicketNetwork again, as they allow sellers up to 3 days to cancel an order if the seller is able to get a much better price. There are other Larger ticket sites that at least guarantee tickets that are purchased. BEWARE!

    I purchased tickets to a playoff hockey game. My credit card had been charged and the money withdrawn from my account. The hockey game ended up not being necessary as the series ended prior to the game 7 tickets I purchased. I was waiting for the money to be credited to my account. It was not. I contacted them directly. First I was told that my credit card had expired... incorrect. This was verified that they had the correct number all along (remember, my credit card was successfully charged approximately 2 weeks earlier).

    Then I was told that my credit card company was not accepting the return of the money. I was asked to provide another credit card number so that the refund could be issued. I did not provide this information. I contacted my credit card and they have initiated an investigation. As of yet, I have not had this issue resolved. I am hopeful that my credit card company will eventually resolve the issue; however, I will not ever purchase from this source again.

    I purchased and printed tickets to the 5/7/16 Kansas Sprint Cup Nascar race. The ticket seller was Advanced Tickets. I arrive at the gates thinking all is well for my entry. I was informed the ticket I purchased had been cancelled. I went to the will call/ticket office and was told by Kym ** (Ticket Sales Supervisor, **) a block of approx 60 tickets, one of which was my ticket, was cancelled. The ticket holder/seller had bought youth tickets very inexpensively and resold those tickets as adult tickets, one which I bought through TicketNetwork. I called your company and talked to Mitch at ext. **. Mitch was very helpful and got a hold of advanced tickets and someone contacted me via text messages. Advanced Tickets did get me a ticket printed at the will call ticket office and I did get to see the race but this was not a good experience.

    It was a stressful long ordeal in the hot sun texting back and forth and talking to Mitch how to get into the race. Not knowing for sure if I would get to attend the race with my $87.50 cancelled ticket and considering buying another ticket was stressful. I also rented a race scanner and which I returned not knowing if I would be able to get a ticket. TicketNetwork also offered this possibly fraudulent ticket which I purchased. While the problem was instigated by the ticket seller Advanced Tickets, TicketNetwork should have screened and not used this possible fraudulent ticket seller. Please contact me. I would like some satisfaction in knowing your company is taking steps to correct this and no one has to experience my ordeal again. Thank you.

    I am terribly upset. Our seats were terrible!!! Could not have been worse!!! I WAS TOTALLY SCREWED! 319 M was told they were box seats... they were not. They were up so high you could not even read the tote board. The very top row of box seats is row L... behind boxes L, they had a row of folding chairs sat up that they called M. WE COULD NOT EVEN SEE THE RACE COURSE FROM OUR SEATS. I feel we should get our money back. Ruined our whole trip for which I spent a lot of money. Damned disgusted and terribly upset!!!

    My brother bought camping passes for Coachella for week 1 and it was supposed to be shipped to us with express shipping. We received the tickets the Monday evening before Coachella. We placed a temporary hold on your card in the amount of US $583.50 but we couldn't process your full payment. Please check your billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV/CVC) and that there are sufficient funds in your account. Try placing your order again or call us at (888)456-8499." And yet they blocked the amount every time. I called them to cancel the operations since I do not get any tickets! And they say the bank should cancel it. The banks say that the provision is approved so the site should cancel it. I do not have the tickets, I only have open provisions that are blocked by Ticket Network! I am waiting them to help me.

    My first experience with TicketNetwork was not that great because when I went online, I didn’t see tickets advertised and I purchased the tickets through a third party. I paid for everything and was told to wait for my download. The following day when I went to download the tickets, they were the wrong tickets. They were not for the concert that I had requested. Although they were at the NJPAC the same evening, it was a different concert of another artist.

    Once I saw that, I immediately sent an email to TicketNetwork to inform them what had occurred.     I bought tickets for a hockey game down in Florida. I went with TicketNetwork because of the quantity of tickets that I needed. However, my experience was very stressful. I talked to them for a couple of hours because I only got half of the order and didn’t get the second half. I bought them in the morning of the day of the event, and it was getting close to the time when we had to leave. We had over an hour drive to get there. And the comment was, “Well, just start driving and check your email. And if it comes through, stop at a Staples and print your ticket out,” which I thought was pretty ridiculous.

    I did get the tickets in time because I kept the rep on the line while I called the place where the tickets came from, and that’s only an answering machine so I left an urgent message. I hung up on them while I still talking to the gentleman. He said I have to talk to the supervisor. And then the supervisor got on the phone and when I told him about the comment on stopping at Staples, he said, “I see the tickets have gone, so they should be there.” Sure enough, they came up on the computer. But I was very stressed for couple of hours and I didn’t really care for it. I probably won't use them again.

    I went on TicketNetwork to purchase tickets for a baseball game, and it was one of the worst places I ever dealt with. It's stuck in my craw so bad. They had four tickets for sale for this one area where basically, you sit on the grass. Then they had another two tickets to sell for the same area. They wouldn't allow me to buy five tickets. I had to buy six. So, I wound up buying my fifth ticket, instead of buying two. I ended up just buying one in an area where I had to stand that was away from where my grandchildren and sons-in-law.

    First off, the idea of selling things in even numbers was stupid! I never heard of such a thing. We want five tickets, sell me five. The person from TicketNetwork said, "Oh, no. We've got these other two." And it was hours before the game. Did they really think they're gonna sell those two tickets? And then I asked, "Are these good seats?" He says, "Oh, yeah. They're right behind the fielders." They were the worst seats I've ever had in a stadium. They were behind a cement wall covering half of the area, where even if you had a spot on the grass, you had to stand up to look at the game. And I would think if a company is going to stick this possibility to sell you something, they should make sure that you're getting value out of what you purchased.

    When I left the stadium that day, I absolutely guaranteed my sons-in-law that they would never find me back in that stadium. They said the same thing. We were gone before the end of the sixth inning. It was that bad. The kids didn't even wanna stay. We all agreed on one thing and that was we absolutely got screwed considering the price of the tickets and where they wound up sticking us.     Using TicketNetwork was convenient because I could see the layout of the ring and I can look at the seat prices to see if I'm willing to pay where I wanted to sit. I've purchased The Cult and the upcoming Chris Cornell Show from there. On the last tickets I bought in July to Chris Cornell, it was supposed to be sent from a Great Fun which the website has printed out with my tickets and it said I'll get a voucher for $25 off on next purchase. While I have tickets, she sold me with the second row, but I wanted front row. So I called and complained. I talked to somebody and they said "well, probably what happened is there was probably three seats left and she sold you two of them not realizing that they can't leave just one seat. So they moved you back a row." But I dealt with it. When I got to the concert, I went up to the seating people and I told them what happened and explained it all to them. I said "I'm going to sit here, but if you know a couple of seats open up, you don’t mind if we move up." They were like "well that sounds cool." Well, there happened to be four seats that were empty the whole concert, so we just moved right up. So that's worked up and it was great overall.

    Bought tickets for an LA Kings playoff game on a Monday before the Saturday game. TicketNetwork tells me the tickets will arrive on Tuesday. They don't, so I write an email asking about when I should expect them to arrive. They email me back THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT saying that the tickets were not available and that my order wasn't able to be processed. When I call the customer service, they tell me that the cheapest tickets available are $30 more expensive per ticket than the ones I bought. Or I can just get a refund. I ask about their "200% money back guarantee", but they say that my order never went through, so it technically wasn't an accepted order. Even though my card was charged and I had to wait 4 days for them to tell me my order didn't get accepted.

    So to sum it all up: They don't fulfill my order. They don't let me know that they can't fulfill my order until the day before the event. They refuse to honor their 200% money back guarantee. They try to charge me a total of $90 more than my original charge (I bought 3 tickets) for seats that are worse than the ones I bought. This site is awful.

    I looked online at the schedules with Yankees in it and TicketNetwork tickets came up as the ticket to buy. It said they were the official tickets to the Yankees but they really weren't. I've been calling TicketNetwork for the last two weeks since they were supposed to try to refund me some money. They sold me Yankees tickets, I drove four hours to the baseball game Tampa Bay, and I paid to be on the Yankees dugout but I was on the wrong side of the field.

    I paid top dollars to be right by the New York Yankees while they were in town and for my son to see them. I paid 200-something dollars for two tickets that were priced at $35 a seat and I didn't really get that close to the Yankees. Instead, we were right next to the Tampa Bay Rays which is here a whole lot more than the New York Yankees are. I'm still waiting for a callback from TicketNetwork. I spoke to two managers who I gave my name and number to, but all they offered me at first was just the discount off the some more tickets. I said I wasn't going to buy anymore. I just wanted to make sure we had a good experience but it was all bad.

    TicketNetwork also told me that I would have the tickets emailed to me before the baseball game but I got them about four hours before the game started. I thought I would be able to use my phone to go in. I went all they way to the stadium but since what I have wasn't an official ticket, they wouldn't print it nor would they scan my phone. The baseball game began but we had to drive 8 miles to have my tickets printed, turn around, pay the parking again, and go back to the baseball game. By that time, the game was already in the third inning.

    My friend is not happy with TicketNetwork because the guy we talked to when ordering the ticket said that we would be in the middle of the arena. My friend is disabled and doesn't need to go upstairs. We thought it was going to be easy access for him but we didn’t get the seat that we wanted. They also need to have a map that we can check out for more details on the ticket and the seat. But the workers right in the arena helped us to access the disabled seat, so we’re all good.     My tickets for "The Front Bottoms" never arrived and when I contacted you my call was returned and I was told they may come in the mail or at worst they would be at will call. They never came in the mail and the day of the concert I was contacted by you and told they would be at will call. This was pretty stressful not knowing how I was going to get the tickets that I was supposed to receive days ago.

    Then I was told that some other girl's tickets would be under my name at will call too because they could not be separated and I would be responsible for getting this stranger her tickets. To me this seemed ridiculous considering I paid $15 for delivery. I had no idea how I was supposed to get this girl her tickets since I didn't know where she would be or what she looked like.

    By extreme chance I heard her say my name while talking to her friend and I approached her. If it weren't for this crazy coincidence I don't think I would have been able to get her her tickets considering the amount of people and long lines to get into the tight venue. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will not use TicketNetwork ever again. I insist that I be refunded for the delivery charge since they were never delivered to me and because of this I became responsible for other people's tickets which was very inconvenient.

    First off, I had trouble with the website itself. Kept denying my card even though I had triple of what was needed for the tickets in the card. And when I tried to fix it and call customer service, BOTH the representative that spoke to me were extremely rude, didn't have the patience to listen to my question or even answer them, and actually had to audacity to tell me they didn't care what I had to say? I didn't know customer service was supposed to approach the CUSTOMERS in that way. Definitely will never think about using this website again. They charged my card TWICE with a preauthorization that will now take 5 business days for my money to return, and I still don't have my tickets? Easy to use?     I purchased tickets for Frozen in Ice in Miami from TicketNetwork. They were five tickets in a row and but then my husband wanted to join.     I will refrain from any speculative comments. This is a ticket reseller, you can draw your own conclusions from my experience: Sale went through a third-party distributor. I paid over twice the original ticket cost, in addition to a service fee and delivery fee. Paid in US dollars even though I'm Canadian and the show was at a Canadian venue. I got multiple emails from two different sources confirming the purchase, including a request to get in touch with them by phone to complete the order -- this is after payment had been completed. They ended up calling me to tell me about ticket delivery.

    I was charged $15.00 US for delivery. Delivery was meeting a rep in a side-hallway in an unaffiliated building near the venue shortly before the show. He had a different name from the contact I had been emailed about, and called me from a blocked number. He gave me and another ticket buyer I had never met a single credit card and instructions that we had to stick together to get into the venue. The other buyer was a nice guy thankfully, but a less honorable individual could have ran away with the card and I would have had no way to prove that I had purchased a ticket. I explicitly purchased a single GA ticket -- I noticed no mention that another customer would be involved at any point during the ordering process.
