In my going with TicketNetwork, price was an important consideration, and I also knew that it was a reputable site. So far, it's been pretty good with them. We talked to a rep during our purchase and briefly afterwards, just to make sure that everything went okay. Although we ordered with some type of promotion, we haven't really taken advantage of it yet. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the experience pretty much and we're satisfied. We really appreciated that everything worked out great. I would recommend them.

I emailed customer service when I couldn't download something and they replied right away. But I resolved the issue myself before they even replied. The tickets arrived within the indicated timeframe. It was quick and easy overall.

The E tickets were never sent to me and I had to call several times to get them sent but the last representative got a manager involved and got the tickets sent the day of the concert. That being said, they were very easy to download and print. Much easier than another concert I went to. The concert was incredible so other than not getting the eTicket emailed in a timely fashion, the service was great. Thank you and have a wonderful holiday season.

I bought these tickets back in July and did not print them out. Before the concert, we discovered that we did not have the tickets. I tried calling the arena to see if they had my name and they had me call Ticketmaster, as they could have printed them out for me if I had bought them through Ticketmaster, I did not. I tried to look up the name of your company on my bill since my email search turned up nothing and you had Perfect Tix on the bill. I did try to call but there was no live person to talk to. So we couldn't go. It was not your fault that I didn't have the tickets in hand, but if you had a service like Ticketmaster I would have been able to get help. It was quite expensive. I suggest you hire an answering service with access to the customer database to help out with last minute problems. I will know now to buy through Ticketmaster. :/

I wanted to find cheaper tickets and went online because it was super easy to use. But I wanted to see if there was a way to have six tickets in a row so I called and spoke to TicketNetwork's customer service as well and it was very helpful. I had some kind of promotion. When I was entering numbers, it popped up on the screen for me to have a discount and I used that for me to save money.

We buy all sorts of event tickets and the price was the reason we got tickets from TicketNetwork. It has always been pleasant and easy with them and I've always had positive interactions with the reps. I've been able to take advantage of special discounts or promotions probably once or twice. I'll get an email or text message about them, but sometimes I'll forget about it, and so I'll miss out on the discounts and promos, which is a bummer. I'm really happy with TicketNetwork and I'll definitely continue using them.

I purchase tickets to a basketball game on 11/16/2016. That day I paid $58 a ticket before fees. I received an email from TicketNetwork.com confirming the purchase and informing me the tickets would be delivered to my email no later than 2 days before the scheduled event date of 12/18/2016. The following morning I received an email telling me the tickets had been unconfirmed and they could no long process the order even though THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THE PREVIOUS DAY! When I called in to find out why my order had not been processed I learned that the seller had refused to sell them. In the meantime the ticket prices went from $58 a ticket to $350 a ticket!!!
When I called TicketNetwork they could do nothing and insisted they are nothing more than a middle man processing requests. They did nothing to help me other than give me some run around about how they only process requests. They couldn't get me another seat at the event for even close to the same price I paid the previous day. They did nothing to help me. Now my family who bought airline tickets to come the game is screwed because their prices jumped far beyond our range. NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR BUYING TICKETS!!! If the prices increase they simply pull the rug out from under you and say "well good luck finding tickets". ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!

Tickets I bought were fine. Game was super and I purchased tickets close to the jumbo screen thus I was able to see replays. People seating in our were very polite and friendly. My daughter and her husband really liked the game and the halftime show. TN has a super band. If anyone attends the ball game and they live in or near our area I recommend they take the Bus from Farragut TN $16.00 round trip. They drop you off 2 blocks from the main entrance and pick you up 3 blocks from the stadium. They start three hours before kickoff and start return trips starting the 4th quarter. Easy way to go. No hassle and everyone was happy for TN won. If I go again I will get tickets from you and definitely take the bus. We enjoyed the entire day. Beautiful Weather, super football seats and friendly Fans.

Seat location map on site did not identify seats as farthest balcony. Service charge for multiple tickets is usurious! Venue beautiful but we couldn't hear anything. No voices at all! Children did not understand action because they could not hear. Very unhappy!

We are very sorry to hear about the unhappiness with the experience! The service fee is a percentage per ticket to cover security, maintenance and website features. We hope you are able to view the play in another venue with more sound!

I looked through all ticket providers and I’ve done StubHub, TicketNetwork and another one as well. But I look at the prices and how much they charge for the service fee. TicketNetwork gave me a $200 coupon, but my bill was $196 so I was a little disappointed. But we were very pleased with the tickets and I received them quickly. We had great seats, too so everything was great.

The guy I talked to from TicketNetwork was really nice. I live in Arkansas and was supposed to pick up my Hamilton tickets at the theater in Chicago, and for whatever reasons, that didn’t happen. He facilitated getting the tickets sent to me electronically which was a complicated process that they were using. Because there was a glitch at one point he ended up getting me a better seat than I originally had and I got a really nice seat on the first row of the mezzanine. They were very helpful and I appreciated it.

For some reason an incorrect name was printed on my ticket - Ashley **??? One comment I have is your outrageous service fees. I definitely think they are far too high. In addition a fee is charged for ME to PRINT MY OWN TICKET! I don't think I will be using you for future ticket purchases, as it added too much $$ to the ticket price.

Buying my Houston Rockets v Grizzlies tickets from TicketNetwork was frustrating. I was supposed to be able to get special discounts. At first, it worked on the page, but whenever my order was pushed through, the discount was declined. They said it's because of security reasons. I had to call in and fax in a copy of my ID or my driver’s license. However, they still weren't able to get the discount to work. But I got my tickets at the expected timeframe and my experience at the game was wonderful.

This would be the second time I used TicketNetwork and they were pretty good. I was looking for tickets and somehow they were available on the website and I tried them out. The first time I tried them out was a nice experience, so I used them again. They gave me an email and I printed out the tickets. Everything worked out and the tickets were exactly where they were supposed to be and everything worked out great.

I called TicketNetwork in Dec 2015 to purchase ADELE tickets for Aug 2016. It was for my sisters birthday present. We had just lost our other sister to murder and my husband so I wanted to do something really special for us. I spoke with a man who changed my mind regarding the tickets I was going to purchase and he said, "Do you want to treat your sister like a queen?" Well yes of course I do! So instead of buying two tickets for $800 he convinced me of a special package for that concert. Dinner for two, drinks and special memorabilia for each of us plus outstanding seats in P4 at Staples Center. I went through with the purchase and spent $2820.00 for both tickets! I am NOT wealthy by no means. I had just sold one of my cars so I had some extra money. I didn't receive the tickets until August 4th two days before the concert! I noticed there were no instructions on time for the dinner etc so I called TicketNetwork.
I spoke with 6 different agents. They all gave me the run around and lied to me! Told me the man doesn't work there anymore and that the calls were not recorded. Then another agent told me all the calls are recorded! So then I received the phone number to the company they buy the tickets from Paramount tickets. He was very kind and helpful. He said "please file a claim with your bank institution and we will pay you back your monies." So we didn't go to the concert. The bank did what I asked. Then they filed with TicketNetwork and they have them a transcript from August 6th when I had called to ask what to do. They never supplied the original transcript to the bank. The one that clearly shows I was taken to the cleaners and bought something I was never going to receive!
Now my bank, Wells Fargo has taken the funds back out of my account because the transcript states I purchased the tickets. Yes I did! But I purchased a package deal not JUST tickets! I am going to Kamala Harris our Attorney General and filing a claim there also! This business does NOT stand by their guarantee by no means! They have taken a huge amount of money from me that I deserve to have back because I did NOT receive the service I was sold. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Someone told me about TicketNetwork on Facebook. Then, I've purchased four tickets, including of course, the two football tickets. I called them before the purchase to ask question and they were able to answer. I know the ticket was $130 something but then it cost me 30 extra for processing, so the ticket price was kind of high. Nevertheless, the tickets were delivered in the expected timeframe.

I bought football tickets from TicketNetwork because of the price and the location it indicated within the stadium. The price they posted on their website was a bit over the ticket window price but I thought that I’d go ahead and pay it rather than drive over to the ticket window to get it. But as soon as the information on my card got in there, they hit me with a $56 charge plus handling fees. I would have been better off buying the ticket at the window than it was online. I was disappointed. The process went right through and I wasn't given a chance to back out of it.
But it was just a couple of clicks then I already have the tickets coming to my house in time for the game and didn't have to worry about following up. Their email told me that everything progressed correctly, too. However, I wish they were upfront and told me what their total cost was gonna be before I put in my credit card information. If they fix that problem, I would be satisfied.

Found TicketNetwork when I was looking for some tickets and what I saw there looked very affordable. The very first time that I bought tickets off loop, I had a few issues with the site not accepting my credit card. So I called the 1-800 number. I had a lot of help from their rep. The second time I went on to use the site, it worked fine and I got my tickets in my email right away with the confirmation. TicketNetwork's easy to use and I'm sure I'll use it again.

A friend that I work with started ordering tickets at TicketNetwork and we all got together as a group and saw a couple of concerts. Then I created an account myself because after that, one other friend and I saw a couple of other events. In e-mails from them, there was a rebate form that I had opened up before. It contains two coupons which were worth $25 and said to print off and fill out. Then I take the receipt from one of my tickets, mail it in and I get a $25 rebate or cash back.
About a month ago, when I was ordering tickets online, there was an ad that popped up and talked about me getting $25 or $50 to save on the next purchase. I called the number on it and it was about joining a membership for Shoppers Advantage and Great Fun wherein I can get coupons and deals from. But I ended up cancelling it as I didn't want to pay almost $20 a month for something I haven't had a chance to take advantage of yet though I told them that maybe I'll look into it in a few weeks or a month.
Besides that, I’ve been extremely satisfied with TicketNetwork. We knew of concerts we were going to. So we would get the money together, I’d go on to the website and order the ticket and within 24 hours, it’s available to me and I print it off. I would recommend it to somebody but make sure that I'll explain to them that if they don't care about their seating, they can order the cheaper tickets, like $50, and that by the time they're set and done, they'd be paying $70 overall due to a processing fee for the tickets to be emailed by the company to them. The fee makes the process easy and I don't have to go anywhere so I don’t really find it that bad. I already have the tickets available and a good five or six hours to listen to all sorts of bands and have fun. That’s certainly worth my $70.

I like TicketNetwork. My experience with them is good. I purchased tickets for football games from them and I got a really good 12% rebate on Team National. Also, they don’t charge big fees. The tax is there but there’s not a whole lot of fees associated with it. I’m very satisfied with TicketNetwork.

Then I found TicketNetwork and their service seems to aggregate across the different providers. I was searching for tickets to a concert on the web and found TicketNetwork. They had a better price than the other resellers. I called them at one point to get some clarification on their fees because they tell you the ticket price then they also charge a fee per ticket for their service that isn't always well represented on the front end. So the tickets end up costing more than you think they're going to. But that's not them, it just seems to be the way the market works which is frustrating. But they did a pretty good job of following up once I purchased the tickets to make sure I knew where to get them. They also reached out afterwards to make sure that I got them. So it wasn't a bad experience.

I wanted to try out TicketNetwork.com. I started off with basketball tickets then baseball tickets like my brother. He got soccer tickets too. It's been really great so far. I like some of their prices and their schedule chart, and their customer service was really helpful. I bought tickets for a month before an event then bought more for another event. I thought they were supposed to be delivered like other ones before. Turned out I was supposed to print them all. I called them for a couple of questions and they answered all of them. Really satisfied with them overall. I have another brother and a couple of friends who asked me for the website and they were satisfied as well. I'm happy that I chose them over a different one.

They have the same price as other providers but they have different seating charts which I like better. The last concert ticket I got was for Adele in a Talking Stick Resort Arena. That transaction went well and my tickets were emailed to me immediately. But that concert was cancelled since then and we reissued. But overall, TicketNetwork was great.

TicketNetwork's surcharges are cheaper than everybody, and that's what drove me there. Another place wanted $30, and that's ridiculous. I happened to go to the internet, found TicketNetwork, and ordered tickets to the US Open. It was the cheapest one for the surcharge, and the seats were in the area that I wanted them in. It was all done online, and I printed the tickets off myself. It was satisfactory experience, and I will recommend them. They gave me what I wanted to get at the time with no hassle, and it was at the last minute.

I just bought tickets today, twice. I actually tried calling TicketNetwork because I got a $25 check when I send in the bill for spending on food but nobody answered. Overall I've had no issues with TicketNetwork and I'm very happy. I usually bought tickets for concerts and sports and Broadway shows. TicketNetwork has better pricing. Their platform is easy to use and tickets are delivered on time. But their special discounts or promotions always click out. I can never find the code. If I don't use it that day and then I go back another time, it doesn't come up anymore.

I was searching for a ticket to the Ringling Brothers Circus. I've used another site, but they didn't have the tickets for the seats that we wanted available while TicketNetwork did. It was all done online and the website's very easy to use. However, I was a little annoyed that they were charging me seven dollars for an e-ticket delivery but I didn't have a choice because those were the tickets we wanted. I was looking for another site that didn't charge for the delivery because other ticket sites say that they don't charge.

Convenience and ease of purchase led me to become a TicketNetwork customer. I've bought tickets from them for the concerts of Steve Miller, Ethos and the Rocket band as well as for a Spurs game. I was very satisfied.

Ticketnetwork.com sucks. The 200% "money back guarantee" is a complete joke. I recently bought two hard-to-get seats to the pit area for a rock festival in Bangor, ME. Roughly 18 hours later, I received an email from the underlying seller (Ticketnetwork.com is just a conduit between underlying buyers and sellers, like eBay) telling me that due to "inventory on the site not having been updated" the pit seats were not available. However, they were willing to offer me lawn seats instead, and because they felt so bad about the mistake they would give me those for $50 off each ticket. Great deal, right? No. Even with $50 off, the lawn seats were still priced above the rack rate, which I could easily get on Ticketmaster given that there were still tons of lawn seat available.
Based on my reading of the terms of the "200% money back guarantee" which Ticketnetwork.com touts on its site, I should have been compensated for twice the cost of my tickets since the seller had not been able to deliver the promised tickets. When I called Ticketnetwork.com, however, they said that they would not honor the guarantee. It is only honored in the event that a venue refuses entrance with tickets purchased on the site, and even in that case you have to get a personalized letter from the venue on official letterhead.
To make matters worse, it became clear in retrospect that the bait-and-switch the underlying seller had tried to bamboozle me with was planned from the outset. Despite telling me that they actually did not have any pit seats available, the seller continued to keep the pit seats listed on Ticketnetwork.com, no doubt hoping to perform their scam on some other unsuspecting buyer.
I would advise everybody to steer clear of Ticketnetwork.com. Instead, go with the resale seats from Ticketmaster.com. Not only can you be sure that Ticketmaster's resale seats are legit (as I did in this case... fortunately a day after getting screwed by Ticketnetwork.com I was able to find two pit seat on Ticketmaster.com), their service fee was only about half of what Ticketnetwork was going to charge me (Ticketnetwork charged a $25 service fee on a $99 ticket).

I found TicketNetwork two years ago and I’ve loved them ever since. I go to rock shows and we always get the VIP. I've gotten Slipknot, Breaking Benjamin from them. A lot of times, the tickets go quick on Ticketmaster or they won't offer the VIP sections. But the tickets from TicketNetwork get here fast and I've never had a problem. One time when I went in to purchase tickets, I was just looking and an hour later, I got an email and they gave me 5% off. Overall, the ordering process has been decent and smooth and everything has been right on time.

I purchased tickets to the final Tragically Hip concert for the 28th Edmonton date. I was on vacation and ordered them on the link on The Hip Website. I would have never purchased tickets from a scalper. We ended up spending about $450.00 for really bad seats. People have been taken advantage of. This is the only blight on this band's final tour. And the claim of making donations is nonsense. I can make donations to whom I want. I don't need a seedy company doing it.

I bought a group of four tickets for the Concord Pavilion. Turned out to be very great seats for the price of lawn seats. Also include a lot of extras like lunch and VIP bar. Was very satisfied.

When I purchased my tickets and even printed my tickets, the day of the event, I never saw anything saying that the Doobie Brothers were not performing at this event. Although Journey was great and so was Dave Mason, we were really disappointed in not seeing the Doobie Brothers.

Purchasing tickets to see Noel Gallagher (NGHFB) in NYC for the date of 7/5/16 was pretty painless and the price was fair. Also, my tickets were received safely and promptly. The only issue I had was that I had purchased "event insurance" (which was included in the ticket price) - yet received an email after my purchase stating that the insurance was not applicable in my state. I do not believe I was reimbursed and if I was, there was no notification of such a reimbursement. Also, if the event insurance was not applicable and there was a disclaimer in regard to that, it was not made very obvious to the buyer at the time of purchase. Other than that, I would definitely use TicketNetwork for the next event that I attend.

The concert was awesome, however the seats we had very very poor since all this sound equipment/men were set up in the middle of the seating with tents over their equipment which COMPLETELY blocked our view of the stage! Luckily we were able to end up where we could see, but had to try to move about 7 times.

We purchased our tickets for Hall & Oates at TicketNetwork. Got my tickets, printed them out, went to check in at Klipsch, not a problem, not a worry. Show was great and Jill Scott's performance was excellent. Beautiful venue for a concert, breath-taking views. Only complaint was the cost of food/beverages. We paid $6 for a bottled water and $14 for a glass of wine. Really?? Please continue to have good artists at this location (preferably jazz and smooth R&B).

We paid 312 dollar for four tickets. We were supposed to receive the tickets in mail. We did not. The last thing we received was an email saying the tickets will arrive soon. On the day of the event we had no option but to print the receipt and take it with us. At the box office they told us we need to have the actual tickets and we need to contact the seller. We called the seller, no response. We looked up the seat numbers and finally found them in one of the emails. When they finally printed the tickets for us and we arrived at there we realized the same seats were already sold. THIS COMPANY SOLD US SEATS THAT WERE ALREADY SOLD. Do not do business with them. I am contacting my lawyer on Monday to follow this up legally. Shame on this business.

Quite simply, this was the most unsatisfactory experience I have had in over 50 years of attending Broadway shows. I have had dealings with StubHub and other ticket sellers and never have had a problem. When I pay more than twice the face value of a ticket, I do expect that the tickets will be at the will call desk when I show up for the show. Instead on Friday evening July 21 when my wife, who had flown in from California, to see OSLO with me, and I went to the box office, the response was, "We have no tickets for you" - even though I had paid over $500 for two tickets in row H.
Subsequently I returned to the hotel ($10 cab ride) to get out the information regarding the transaction with you. I proceeded to call you and waited the requisite several minutes on hold, only to find out that you had "sublet" the order to Gottixx and could not help me beyond giving me another number to call. It was now 7:15 PM for an 8PM curtain. I called Gottixx.com and spoke finally with one person who then referred me to "Eddie" who then apologized saying they had no record of my order or had lost it and they had no tickets for me that evening BUT he guaranteed me he would provide tickets for the Saturday matinee at 2PM in row F and that I could pick up the tickets anytime after 11AM.
So my wife and I had a nice stroll through Central Park and arrived at 1PM to the will call desk. Once again, the person at the desk told me I had no tickets. I tried to call you twice but hung up after being on hold for quite a while. I then called Eddie who told me he would get tickets for me in row F right away. At 1:30PM I inquired again at the will call desk and there were now miraculously two tickets for us in row E.
As noted, I paid well over twice the face value of the tickets - indeed, we could have waited for "returns" like two of our friends did that we met for theater and gotten into the show paying the true printed value of the ticket. While I don't mind the expense to secure tickets to a great show, what I truly disparage is the lack of professionalism, the failure to deliver goods for which I had paid in full, and the aggravation that this experience caused my wife and me. It is now 11AM on Sunday morning... I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

TicketNetwork seemed more reliable than the others, was cheaper and had better deals. I got Guns ‘N Roses, Lenny Kravitz, and Coldplay concert tickets. Coldplay was great, but the Guns ‘N Roses one was even better. I want to thank TicketNetwork ‘cause it was amazing and I had a very good experience in both of the concerts. I’ll probably purchase more for events that I like.

I was in Minnesota and bought tickets for the Minnesota Twins game on June 11th. I was charged close to $200. I wasn't happy with the 25% fee but it is what it is. Then TicketNetwork charged me $15 to go pick up the tickets. I have to take a cab to their location then walk inside and they just handed me the tickets. I contacted them, they said they'd get back to me and they never did.

On March 23 2016 I ordered 4 tickets for the James Taylor Concert in Spokane, WA. When the tickets finally arrived on July 15th (the concert was the 16th) the cost on each ticket was printed $85.00? I, however was charged $132.00 plus a $32.75 "Service Fee" per ticket and a $15.00 delivery fee, for a total of $670.00. The people sitting in our section at the concert verified that they had paid $85.00 for their seats, while I had paid $163.75 per ticket plus a delivery fee. Never again will I deal with this company.

I couldn't wait to get to this concert. I convinced my husband to go. We bought our tickets and traveled from NS to Bangor on Saturday to attend this concert. This has been my third concert in the past 3 weeks, one in NS, one in PEI, and this one at the Waterfront Pav. in Bangor Maine. I would like to say that we were so disappointed in this venue. We were supposed to have seats, we did. They were horrible, not safe to sit in and everyone was cramped in like sardines.
Once the concert started everyone was standing therefore we could not see. There were two video screens but they were too low to see anything. I asked one of the people working the concert why the screens were so low and they said because they didn't want anyone outside the concert area to see, well I paid a lot of money and travelled a long distance to come to this concert and was so disappointed that I cried. I tried to speak to some of the people that worked there. They told me to get in touch with the owners. So I am out in ticket money $202.50 multiply that by the rate (1 US $ costs me $1.33), so the 2 tickets cost me $269.33. I was hoping to go see Miranda Lambert in August but that venue with the seats we had no way for that price. Extremely disappointed.

Firstly, we are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the venue seating arrangement and can understand expecting one thing yet having something different happen. This can be very disappointing but hopefully you were able to still enjoy the concert as much as possible.

The processing service itself was fantastic. Your fees... totally unacceptable. They are way too high. I will be looking for other companies to purchase tickets from at lower fees in the future. Digital automated services are low in cost to you. Yet, in addition to the high fee I paid on each ticket, I also incurred printing costs of each ticket, tickets that had lots of color and ads on it that I didn't want, ads that you most likely generated income from. High fees and high printing costs to the customer... unacceptable.

At the time of my purchase, according to the description of the offer, I believed I was purchasing General Admission tickets. See description: "Twenty One Pilots, Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 7:00PM. Section: Generic Floor, Generic Floor Row 10, Quantity 2." When my daughter arrived at the concert, they were led to seats in section J. Nowhere in the description did it state "section J" or any seats. When I received the tickets in hand, which I appreciated receiving 3 weeks ahead of the event, the seats specified "VPRE." Nobody could tell me what that meant, so, again, I assumed it was the general admission tickets I thought I'd purchased. My daughter didn't get to be with her friends at the concert. Frustrating to me. Won't buy from this site again because I won't know what I'm buying. I did like the email communication 3 weeks before checking on delivery and this survey asking for my satisfaction.

I'm from small country in Europe and I felt here like in Stone age: after buying a ticket I had to take ticket by the entrance and pay for that "delivery" 15 dollars, that sounds strange. In Europe after purchase I simply get the ticket by email and I can enter the event by showing it in smartphone or I can print it, and I don't have to pay for that. At least the purchase process went good and it were no trouble to take the ticket.

Loved the pre-show comedian as well as Jim Gaffigan's show. We were laughing non stop all night. Purchased 2 tickets months ago and ended up needing a 3rd ticket last minute & had a difficult time of it. Foxwoods box office told us they could've given us 3 seats together but because we purchased tickets online from another vendor they couldn't help us. Good to know for the future. We have a 2 1/2 year old granddaughter that loves Mary Poppins. We decided to invite her, her mother, and her aunt in from out of town for our treat to dinner and a show. My wife originally ordered the tickets from your firm, and when I looked to see where our tickets were located, I discovered that the seats were not "wheelchair accessible" (my wife recently had her hip replaced). She felt really bad that she had made that mistake, so I called to get it fixed. Too bad... TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! We were stuck with seats in the top row of the balcony, and there was no way wife would be able to use her seat. So... I then called the venue (Lexington Opera House) to learn that they were not even aware of your organization and did not know where you purchased these tickets. I did learn that the tickets you charged my wife, at $66.67 each, had a sale price of $39.00!
I decided to buy 5 additional tickets from Lexington Opera House. One ticket for a wheelchair, one ticket for a companion seat (so I could sit with her), and three tickets for our guest (sitting in the row in front of us). The tickets we purchased from your firm, that could not be switched, or refunded, went unused! Yes... we enjoyed the show, but it was a very expensive evening. We will never use, or recommend, your firm EVER! You are a pack of thieves, with no regard for anyone making a mistake. I hope you enjoy your job.

Bob Dylan at the Mann - I was disappointed in the location of the seats. It would have been OK if they did not place 2 chairs at the balcony rails. These blocked the view of the stage since we were on the same level as those chairs. Obviously, the original design of the place did not provide for this area as a seating area as there are no permanent seats, but the Mann has decided to place folding chairs there like box seats at the opera. It doesn't work.

Will never purchase any tickets from Universal Tickets again. Very stressful experience. Missed part of Little Big Town because of this fiasco and if I didn't have a smart phone would not have been able to get into the Pit like our tickets were supposed to be. When they were scanned they were lawn tickets. Luckily I was able to get them on the phone and tickets were re-sent. This was a messed up deal from the very beginning, communication was also very lacking. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Back in April, I went on TicketNetwork and ordered tickets to Guns N’ Roses. They're $177 and I got my receipt. They told me they'd mail my tickets to me. Before I left the country for a month, I sent an email to TicketNetwork and advised them that I was leaving for a month and to tell me when they'd be shipping the tickets because I have someone who I want to be looking out for them.
When I got back from my trip it was about a week before the concert. I got a call the Tuesday before the concert saying that I wouldn't get the first set of tickets so I ended up paying for another set of tickets. I got to go to the show, which was great, but I'm upset, because when I reached out to TicketNetwork for help, they basically said that it's a third party and they can't do anything.
It's unfair of TicketNetwork to allow another organization to be a part of sales, and then not be responsible for how that organization treats them. I ordered from TicketNetwork and I'm unhappy with them. They said that I need to get in contact with my bank and to let them know if my bank has anything because they were launching an investigation. When I told them I was unhappy and I thought it was completely disrespectful that they wouldn't offer any other help to me, they told me it was the mess of somebody else.
The first set still has not been refunded to me. I went to my bank yesterday and put in a formal dispute with my credit card company. I might have to wait 60 days to see what happens. It was a lot to scramble to find other tickets within the week of the concert and start the process of trying to get my money back for the first tickets that I never received. If TicketNetwork wants to use third parties, they have to do a better job of who they let sell their tickets, because this is unacceptable. Also, in the email sent to me saying that they'd mail the tickets to me, I paid for shipping on those tickets, and that can be considered mail fraud. It was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I got tickets for the soccer event through TicketNetwork. They were sent right to my email and I have to print them out myself. But the only problem I had was the extra $35 fee. I was looking for the best deal, but then I figured out that it wasn't because of that. The extra fee was a little steep than most places that I've been through. Other than that, my experience with them has been good.

I bought the tickets from TicketNetwork for a soccer game for Colombia versus Peru with my cousin's credit card and they were sent to my email. But when we got to MetLife in New Jersey, somebody already had our tickets. It looks like they sold the tickets to us twice and so somebody got in with our tickets and we couldn’t go in. We had to buy new tickets straight from there. I contacted TicketNetwork about this issue and they told me they’re in the process of resolving it. I will never buy from TicketNetwork ever again because it was an awful experience and I will also not recommend them. It's unrespectful to sell things to clients and then get to the place and see that they paid for somebody. It's really bad.

I've purchased tickets throughout the last four years from TicketNetwork. These are mainly for sports events, particularly basketball. TicketNetwork's prices are pretty fair and it is easier to get seats with better views as opposed to other sites that pretty much give bad seating for about the same amount of money. We recently moved to Denver for our retirement years. We were excited to go to our first Denver Rockies Game so we bought four great seat along the first base line at Coors Field to watch the Rockies play the Toronto BJ's. It was a 6:40 PM game AND then the RAIN, HAIL & WINDSTORM arrived and lingered for quite some time and was a really bad one. Bottom line, they delayed the game for 3 hours! First of all why would we go to sit in the Rain, Hail & Wind for over an hour and then sit through a 3-hour delay of game and end up well after midnight? This is unfair and unreasonable for the fans and demonstrates complete lack of consideration for their safety of and finances. We didn't go and I lost over $200 that evening. Not sure whether we'll ever give it another chance and take a risk. The least that should be done would be to comp tickets to another game. Totally disgusted!

I am a huge fan of Johnny Depp & was looking forward to hearing & seeing his band, the Hollywood Vampires. I bought tickets online well in advance. A few weeks ago I was contacted & told that the tickets were not available & my money would be refunded.

We bought tickets for July 30th and the concert was changed to Sept 10th. We can not go then and the venue says refunds will be honored at point of purchase. TicketNetwork will not give us a refund and then told us they are not capable of giving refunds as they don't sell tickets. I said you sold me the tickets. They would not give me upper management's number. Lindsey told me she was the highest manager who talks to the public and they only had one office. They are backyard ticket scammers. BEWARE!

We were expecting the real deal. We were surprised the actual vocalists Steve perry and Michael mcdonald weren't there. I would have gotten more affordable seats if I knew that very important fact. It was a bit disappointing.

Hello Ana! I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the fact that Steve Parry was not with Journey, and also that Michael McDonald was not with The Doobie Brothers. Both member had left their respected bands some time ago and have moved on to other projects. However, the music must still go on and each band has found replacements that have been putting on some great shows. We do hope that they put on a great show for you.

I'm glad I was able to print out the tickets because the tickets that were shipped didn't show up at the house until the day of the show after we had already left to drive two hours to get to the concert. If I wasn't able to print the tickets out I would have missed the show.

My whole complaint revolves around terrible customer service. I tried to buy tickets using my iPhone. When the page failed to complete the purchase and I did not receive a confirmation I purchased the tickets on my laptop. The next day I checked my email and realized the tickets had been purchased twice. I contacted customer service and a very rude rep basically told me I was obviously stupid and had ordered the tickets twice. I contacted them further through email and they told me it wasn't their fault and that they would give me a future discount that was $40 less than I had paid, or I could sell the tickets to them for $70 less than I had paid.
Even if it was my fault, which I think is arguable since their website redirected in a way that indicated payment had failed, I've never dealt with a company that treated me so rudely and was completely unwilling to help me resolve me losses. I contacted them less than 24 hours after the purchase. I don't understand how any company can treat their customers so terribly, especially since I was working with several different reps and they all acted the same way toward me.

Everything was fine with TicketNetwork. I bought tickets from them to see Bad Company and Joe Walsh. It was a downloadable ticket and a bit expensive at $25 per ticket. It was still nice and I had no problem at all.

I bought from TicketNetwork four times now and I've been buying from them due to the price. I think there's 6% cash back. But because I can only download it the day before the game even if electronically keyed, I contacted TicketNetwork and the rep told me that it's the policy. If I can immediately download that day I purchase that, it will be easier. But, I would recommend them.

Overall the experience was good and I only have one complaint. The tickets were received promptly and in good condition. The complaint involves the very expensive handling charge of over $37 per ticket which amounted to a total of over $70. What made it worse was that you could not get around paying for the handling fee, even by ordering the tickets in person.

When their website was down- it directed me to call them directly. I was told tickets were $50 for front center row E. Purchased the tickets and guess what? She failed to mention they were in the section farthest from the stage. Insult to injury- the tickets are only $35 for front row. Scam artists!

We went to TicketNetwork to buy tickets and it was a lot cheaper compared to others. Also, the tickets could be printed out, and a lot of places can also do that, but they charge an extra fee. All in all, they're very efficient and the process was easy. I like it.

The venue was great. VIP parking got me in and out of the show in record time. Perhaps the best place I have seen a show to date. You can arrive early and walk along the plaza, grab a bite to eat or something to drink. The staff does a great job keeping the lines moving to get you to your seat. Overall, there is little dead time waiting in lines. I saw Twenty One Pilots with my daughter. They put on an amazing show. My teen daughter was in her glory.

Process to recover my e-ticket was fairly clear and concise but I think the no of emails to me to retrieve the ticket could have been condensed! Other than that, I think the service fee that you charge is high but I am unaware of the mechanics that are used to furnish these e-tickets. All in all, was glad I did it and Riverdance was fantastic!

I thought they were great, but was really disappointed that they only played for 96 minutes. Show ended at 9:36. I know there's a curfew in Forest Hills, but this really sucked! They could've played another hour easily. Also, you charge such high fees that my $70 tix cost $111 each. That's outrageous and I can honestly say I won't be going to anymore concerts in the near future based on last night!! : (

I took my wife as a late anniversary present. We really enjoyed the show. The doors opened an hour late and that caused people to be late to their seats, plus miss half of the show. Other than that, everything was good.

I haven’t been to too many concerts in a long time, but TicketNetwork was convenient. They were the first one that I went to. I have bought tickets for Bad Company and Joe Walsh. I got them through email and then I had to take them to Staples to have them printed out. I had no problems with TicketNetwork. They work!

I was on StubHub and the tickets were really expensive, so I googled "cheap tickets" and TicketNetwork popped up. I was sketched out. They had super good seats for a lot cheaper. I called and asked to see what it was like and if it was legit. It seemed cool so I did it. I bought a lot of tickets from them like for the Tigers games, Jason Aldean event, as well as that of Luke Bryan. All of the tickets were instant downloads, so I printed them. I get discounts and promotions from them all the time but I forget to use them. I recommend TicketNetwork to people all the time.

I am beyond dissatisfied with this transaction from start to finish. First off was my fault for accidentally ordering from you when I had intended to order from Ticketmaster. I would argue that the way it popped up and how I ended up there was a little slimy but I will bear the burden for that. Secondly the check out process where costs were continuously added was slimy but again I had agreed to it so I'll bear the burden.
But now for my real issue, and something I expect you to take some responsibility for. First of all when I checked your seating guide on the seating chart you have a very poor definition chart, in a day when high definition is not hard to come by where the 1-20 for rows can be mistaken for a 1-30. Meaning I ended up further from the stage than I had understood. I had checked this with a number of people after the fact today to ensure it was not just me having this issue. So I ended up being seated in the worse possible place in the arena as far as distance from the stage.
Secondly I had ordered tickets that were in Section 12, right down the middle of the stage which would have been a hell of a lot better than the tickets you had delivered to me which were in section 7 (on the corner blocked by steel girders). In section 7 you were unable to see a lot of the show, whereas in section 12 you could see the majority of it. So although I feel ripped off from your process of purchasing and your poor seating chart I can understand that I had agreed to pay a price and I take responsibility for that. I however refuse to take responsibility for being sent even worse tickets than I had agreed to. At this point I can confidently say I will never use your service again and will ensure everyone I know does not as well. Let me know how you plan to rectify this issue.

Bad Company Camden. I liked the show. Music was good. When I purchased the tickets, I picked them out. When I went to finalize, apparently there was a choice. I ticked off a box and sent the signal. I (my fault) must have ticked the wrong box. Two minutes later, I called the number and told the operator that I made a mistake and I did not want a refund, I wanted the tickets I originally asked for. He basically told me I was screwed. 120 seconds after I bought, and he wouldn't let me correct my mistake. I am furious over that. I will never use this outfit again and will tell every person I know to avoid your service like the plague. People make mistakes. In the same breath, all I wanted was the right seats. I have bad eyesight and had to sit in seats where I couldn't see the stage. Bad. You are doing it wrong. This is an aberration.

Last minute decision to attend concert. Ordered our tickets the night before. Downloaded them within minutes. Concert was fantastic! Seats were great! Was expecting the prices to be lower since we purchased the night before and debated, taking a gamble and waiting until the next day. But overall, we were very pleased.

A friend told me about TicketNetwork and my first ticket purchase from them was for the games for the Friendly, Colombia versus Haiti. I liked their price when I went to look at the ticket. I recently purchased some tickets again for the games and everything was fine. I bought the tickets about three months ago but I knew that they were going to be available a couple of days before the game. Then I thought I wasn’t going to be able to go the game so I talked to the TicketNetwork team. They were very friendly but they told me that the reimbursement wasn’t available. I got my tickets probably a week before the game. So I went to the game, I enjoyed it, and it was good at the end. Overall, it’s a pretty good experience. I have no issues and I’m gonna keep going there as long as they have tickets I want.

Ordering process was relatively easy. Tickets were as advertised. One suggestion would be to not only list row where tickets are located but also the seat numbers. We needed 4 and assumed they would be next to each other, and in fact they were. Would have been nice to have known/confirm that before ordering.

TicketNetwork took my money for a playoff hockey game and then informed me they didn't have the ticket I bought. I waited for the electronic ticket at the arena until they called me to say they didn't actually have the ticket they sold me. Though they charged me and sent me a order summary that says "all sales final" they claim they didn't "accept" the order and therefore they claim their 200% guarantee doesn't count. They say "never miss another game" and offer a 200% guarantee. I missed the game and only got 100%. Liars.

We were unhappy with our seating arrangements at last night's concert in Cincinnati, OH. Our seats were directly behind the sound booth, thus blocking the view of the stage. Due to the price range for our tickets, I felt that we were taken advantage of. The men working the sound stage stood up all evening. It was quite frustrating just listening to the music and not watching the musicians performing on stage. The ushers would not let us change our seats for a better view.

Show was fantastic... however my ticket printed $45.00. Seats way back section. I paid $100.00 per ticket, there empty seats and people seated on lawn moved to those. Some closer than mine. I have purchased tickets for ZZ Top on Sept. 3rd at the same venue. If the seats you have sold me are not seats fair for what I have paid you I will not use your service again and will not recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

The concert was amazing of course. Beyonce is always worth the money but unfortunately I will probably never do business with TicketNetwork again. Our tickets never arrived and their customer service was close to useless. They tried to make us buy new tickets after we already spent $600 on tickets. Luckily we knew someone in the company that TicketNetwork got the tickets through and were able to get our tickets emailed to us. Like I said, great concert but not great service through TicketNetwork.

I purchased 5 tickets and only three of them allowed us to get in to the concert. We were told at the box office that apparently this site is notorious for selling the same ticket to multiple people and two people must've gotten there before we did with the same ticket. Two of my friends had to leave our group and not enjoy the concert I PAID for. Not happy and never purchasing tickets on this website again. I will also be blasting it on social media that this site is unreliable and you may be spending money to have a ruined night.

You FedEx the tickets to me. They were no good. We got to the gate of the concert, and they said that they were 3rd party, and no good. I bought them through TicketNetwork! We lost out, and had to purchase grass seats. We bought one seat from you later for the same concert, same section, same row, and it was o.k., but we didn't use it and all sat on the grass together. I will never trust you again.

Very disappointed that ZZ Top didn't show and no one mentioned it. I had to ask the usher at the end of the concert what happened... he didn't know. He had been told that they weren't going to be there, but not why they weren't there. I had to research it on the internet the next day.

I was looking for some seats to the Garth Brooks and Tricia Yearwood concert and TicketNetwork seemed to have ones that I wanted. I had two seats right on the front railing. I only needed two but I had to buy three to get those seats, but that was no biggie so I bought the tickets and everything went well. However, they made some offer at the end that said, "Hey, I'll give you x amount of dollars off," a sort of specialty but that was a fiasco. I don't know how that works because it didn't work, but they were halfway decent tickets. I bought four tickets for about $900 so a little discount would've been nice if they offered. But other than that, everything was good.

Was very excited to see both ZZ Top and Jimmy Buffett, however ZZ Top was replaced by Jerry Jeff Walker! Show was good but very disappointed in not getting to see ZZ Top too.
