    After a long battle to try to receive these tickets from the seller via FedEx to no avail I finally received these via email the night before the game. Loaded them into the MLB app. Screenshot the tickets. They didn't work. Went to box office to be told "your seller took them back." Got an email from MLB to prove it. NO TICKETS. This was for a bar outing. Two people had to sit at a bar during the game. TERRIBLE. I have yet to get a response from you. I WANT A FULL REFUND. At the minimum. I may press charges for fraud.

    I was checking on getting some cheap Royals tickets online and I went with TicketNetwork due to the cost. They also didn't have all those fees at the very end. I've usually purchased athletic tickets from them, such as for baseball and basketball. They gave me a promotion because I was checking different things, and I was in it, but I got out of it and they wanted to bring me back in. They sent me another 10% off, but I was going to get back in anyway, so the fixed 10% off was butter on top. It was a great experience, well-worth it, and easy to do. TicketNetwork had excellent pricing, so I would recommend them.

    I've been using TicketNetwork for four years. Every time we go out of town, we try to catch a ball game. I have TicketNetwork on my phone and I go from there, then I print the tickets out myself.     Getting front row seats was really easy. I got the tickets pre-sale and I was able to get great seats. As soon as I bought them, they were on sale. I got the tickets through the mail and put them on the fridge and had it marked out to remind us of the date. We sat right behind the goalie and saw the whole show right there and my girlfriend came out on TV. I loved it and had a great time. I also got an email ahead of time to remind us about the game. I like all the attention that we got to make sure that we got there on the planned time so we had no problems. At one point, we were offered a parking spot and we could pre-pay the parking. But we were good because we went with friends and they paid for the parking.

    I like what I did with the game where I got the actual ticket because I can bring it out. It has the ticket deal on there and I can put it in my scrapbook as a free souvenir. We’ve done four events and we’re getting ready to do a couple more. We got the Luke Bryan tickets coming up and we’re getting them done through the internet. We have to print them out and show them at the front. I spent more on tickets on where we sat in an Astros game because I’m in the service and I get free tickets every once in a while. I’m not used to buying tickets but when I bought them, it was still okay and worth it. Where we sat was pretty good and the people that were around us were very friendly. There were no mishaps and we got a lot of pictures with Orbit. We also got a free T-shirt and a couple of baubles thrown our way.

    I purchased last minute tickets from TicketNetwork.com. They charged me in USA dollars 2 service fees and 8 dollar delivery which was sent by email. I take a special person with me to surprise her with the concert. We go through the scanner. We get to the door. The attendants scan our tickets and refuse entry. Sent us to box office. Box office checks and inform us the tickets we had have been resold numerous times. So our TicketNetwork’s entrance tickets were illegal or a scam. They informed us we could purchase real tickets. Then a supervisor heard our plight as others had the same experience. He directed the attendants to print us tickets and allowed us to witness the concert.

    I felt embarrassed for myself and my friend. I felt I was dishonest in an attempt to enter the concert illegally with fraudulent tickets that I actually paid money for. The concert was a failure after entering on the will of a good supervisor within the Bell MTS arena.. I know I will pursue some legal way to have my monies refunded plus post in every social media I can of the mistrust I feel at this time for TicketNetwork. For they are the ones that resold the tickets several times as per MTS Centre. I saw the sheet highlighted in red the various tickets that were scammed to innocent victims as myself.

    Pink concert, Atlantic City, New Jersey — My dissatisfaction was with the venue, not with Pink. The beach concert was a poor experience. Not sure why I didn't just buy the cheapest tickets available. There was nothing stating who should have been where based on ticket prices. Once opening act started, mobs of people crowded the stage area. I entered beach area and was not searched at all — made me a bit nervous that I could have walked into the concert with something illegal and nobody would have known. Obviously I was not the only one of thousands of people that was not searched.

    Could not see the stage AT ALL — watched concert on a screen. I could have done this at home on my television and saved hundreds of dollars. At one point, the screen's feed went blank for about 15 minutes. Very poor experience... At the concert I spoke to many, many people that had the same experience at other beach concerts. I am disappointed that the place I bought the tickets didn't have a realistic expectation posted somewhere so people spending their money would know what to expect. Will not be doing business here again.

    Didn't see Bette Midler like we thought. We purchased tickets to Bette Midler in Hello Dolly. We went only because we wanted to see her. We paid 700.00 for 2 tickets. When we were in NewYork there were signs all over Broadway saying Bette Midler in Hello Dolly. When we got to the performance there was a very small sign as we were going in the door that said there was another actor playing Dolly that night. We are disputing it but it sounds like we won't be able to get anything back. This was so disappointing as it was the highlight of our NewYork trip. We came all the way from across Canada to see an understudy.

    I bought a ticket to the Incubus and Jimmy Eat World concert in Tampa from TicketNetwork.com. The ticket was sent to my email. I did not have a printer at home, so I tried to show the ticket on my phone when I got to the concert. I've done this with tickets before and never had an issue. But this ticket would not download on my phone after several attempts, and I could not get into the concert. Because it was a third party vendor and not Ticketmaster, the concert employees could not look up my ticket purchase. Even though I had email confirmation that I bought this ticket, because the actual ticket would not download, I had to buy a new ticket at the counter in order to get in the concert. I think the ticket sold to me was a scam and I'll never use TicketNetwork.com again. I'm hoping to get a full refund for this purchase, since the ticket sold to me was useless and I had to buy a new one to gain entry.

    This was the first time using the site and I found navigation simple. First understand that I could have read more detail so if I missed something my bad. When searching the seats particular seat numbers were not obvious to me, just the row. They were identified only once downloaded. I did not notice that I had purchased "limited view" tickets until after the purchase was confirmed. Upon downloading and printing the tickets they are issued to the original purchaser in her name. I did not see a statement informing of such. Is this normal?

    TicketNetwork was the first one I came to online and I bought tickets from them for the Kimmel Center. Their website was easy. However, the tickets were pretty high priced and unfortunately, I didn't have a schematic of the Kimmel Center and we were in the nosebleed section, which I thought was really bad seats for how much I paid for it. Fortunately, since my husband was on a cane as he had a back operation, the manager was nice enough to move us down front, so it did not really matter. The show was just an Off-Broadway show and it wasn't anything spectacular. I have gone to New York for less than that and seen good shows and I do not think it was the price of the ticket as much as the price of all the extra fees that were added to it.

    When I bought tix for Dear Evan Hansen off your site it offered side orchestra and orchestra (which is what I wanted and paid for) but my seats were at the very side/almost outside isle of orchestra left. I paid up for something I didn't receive. When I bought the tix I was offered email delivery which I selected. Do such delivery. I called several times asking about delivery and told to pick up before the show at Will Call.

    I checked at the box office 3 times the hour before the show started but no tix at Will Call. In an extraordinarily stressful situation and 3 calls to you--after waiting scores of minutes on hold or in queue--I was told 2 times that tix would be at Will Call. 6 minutes before the show and after 10 mins. on hold your firm told me that the tix were actually at a bar 4 blocks away!!!! Which I ran to and back!!!! What an awful process and terrible company you have. You should credit my Amex card back the cost of the tix!!! I will definitely report this to Amex and tell them to drop you as a viable broker. Thanks for ruining my "vacation"!!!

    3 Justin Bieber Tickets - Section 17, Row 11, Seats 15,16,17. I was so shocked when I hit the button to proceed to payment and the receipt came through with an extra $46.40 per ticket for a service fee X3 tickets!!! I will NEVER order ticket from your company again. I am a single mother and for a service fee to be that high was so disappointing. I wanted to go back and cancel my order right then and there but it was too late! We will just have to struggle now because I spent an extra $139.20 that I didn't have... not to mention the $7.95 you charge for sending me the tickets via email. My friends all told me that the most they've ever paid for a service fee was $20.00 per ticket...     I was applying for some tickets for a show in New York City when I was directed to TicketNetwork. I downloaded the tickets on my phone and showed them to the guy at the gate. You take a chance in doing this because if you lose your signal or your battery goes dead, you’re without a ticket. The experience has been similar to TicketMaster, where people buy season tickets and then put them up for sale. It’s a lot more expensive than the price on the ticket, but when you’re going for the last minute like me, you’ll go anywhere. Overall the experience was convenient.

    The experience was great until I got to the end. The extra charges drove the ticket prices up too high. Seven dollars + to email the tickets is horrible. The $13+ transaction fee is fair IF for the transaction. When charged for each ticket, that is way too much.     My recent experience of purchasing tickets for the "Classic West Concert" at Dodger Stadium was quite easy and painless. Shamille was the rep whom I spoke with, and she was extremely friendly and efficient in helping me with the transaction. She was also patient and respectful (despite all my questions), and gave me excellent customer care. You might want to consider giving her a raise... because based on my experience talking with her, she certainly deserves it! On the flip side, I was surprised and seriously disappointed at the large service fee charged for each ticket that I purchased. This concert is a rare event, and I can't help but think that your fees were probably elevated even higher because of that. To conclude my opinion... Your customer service was superb and I would certainly recommend your service. However, I believe your service fees are rather high, and that is not a good selling point.

    I was looking for a Garth Brooks concert ticket that I wanted, and TicketNetwork was the only one that had the tickets with the time. I called to buy the tickets, but they mailed them to the wrong address. So, I had to call them and figure out where my tickets were because I hadn’t received them. It was about an hour and 45 minutes because the lady didn’t speak very good English and couldn’t understand me. It was alright, but it could have been better. They could have somebody who could understand what I was saying compared to having to spell it out in military terms.

    I went to TicketNetwork's site to buy tickets for a friend and I and they added on a lot of fees so I was going to bail on it. And then, a prompt came up for $15 off if I do it and it definitely helped lure me to purchase the tickets from them. They were also linked to different sites that kind of give you cashback if you make purchases. So, I also got a little bit of a bump from linking those together. Everything was done online and it was pretty straightforward. My tickets were delivered almost immediately. And then, the concert wasn't for a few days but I kept receiving prompts like, "Don't forget your tickets" and "Your tickets are waiting for you." It was a procedure in place that keeps prompting you, so you don't forget.

    My friend was a little skeptical about buying tickets second-hand and he was concerned that in the end, the tickets weren't legitimate but they were. TicketNetwork came through for me when I needed them. And the promotion was definitely a sweetener and I like that they're kind of affiliating with other discounts, programs, and websites. So, that kind of gets the word out and it gives the consumer even more incentive. My experience was pretty fair overall.

I don't like the idea that they showed me the row but wouldn't show me the seat number until I bought the tickets.     Bolthouse Farms was doing a promotion of $25-off of a ticket, so I bought a ticket to a show in Vegas from TicketNetwork. Then I had an error because of my email address. I talked to a guy and he was really friendly and helpful. But we weren’t able to solve the problem. He then called me back 10 minutes later and figured out how to solve the problem and fixed everything.     I did a search for ticketing companies and started looking at the ones that didn't charge you an arm and a leg for the service. I looked at TicketNetwork.com and what some of their fees were. Using their website was really easy and I liked the availability. And so, I chose to purchase tickets to see the Royals versus the Yankees through them. Furthermore, I went back to their site and got parking access which was really helpful in getting a decent place to park and getting there early to watch batting practice. That time, I purchased tickets on short notice because I was already in Kansas City.     The tickets were stated to be $34. Then, service fees were added. I looked to see if I would be charged in USD to be sure there wouldn't be more added to my bill, but the website didn't state anything about the currency I would be charged with. I assumed, therefore, since I was buying in Canada, I would be charged in CAD, as I know that if you are charging someone in a foreign currency, you must state that clearly. When I looked at my bill, however, it was charged in USD - so the $34 tickets I thought I was getting became $65 each.

    Then, as a slap in the face, I immediately get an email for a 10% discount for the same tickets I had just bought (that could only be used that day). When I called customer service to see if it could be applied to my order, they said no, because the tickets were already purchased. Honestly, it would have been $13 CAD to have gained my loyalty back - but they refused. I will not be using or recommending TicketNetwork in the future.

    I'm a member of Team National which TicketNetwork is affiliated with. I purchased tickets for Houston Astros versus Baltimore and I got a 12% rebate on them. I like TicketNetwork's website where I can highlight several sections and they will show you the cheapest seat or the best deal in the highlighted sections that you've picked. But it would be really cool if I could zoom on in on the section and see the exact seat so that I would know where I'm at. I know that can be done with StubHub or SeatGeek. When you zoom in on the section, you could see the rows and see the actual individual seats that you would be purchasing, just so that you would know where you're at. Because sometimes you buy one and you might be in the middle of the section. And to me, it's better to buy an aisle seat because you don't have to deal with getting around people and it's easy get in and out. Other than that, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend TicketNetwork.

    I recently purchased tickets to the Sam Hunt concert and was charged the mail. And I understand that this sales tax now is not included but two days later having the sales tax taken out of the same card without having a receipt or anything stating what the charge was for or having permission to do that because it does not state any of that in the receipt was just kind of an odd thing. I've never use this company before. I was always a Ticketmaster fan but could not get tickets for this concert through another company so I had no choice. But I probably would not use this company again for any of those. Just for that purpose. Just not really happy with that and whenever I call to find out that the sales tax was what I was charge for the man on the phone was just very rude and short and just said "oh well that's not being taken care of and that's what it's for" and just didn't really try to solve anything or make the situation any better.

    I first received an email about concerts, which it showed Bob Seger. It was a flyer and phone # to help for sales. I purchased the tickets. They did indicate the policy on your website applies. Again I did not get your phone # from the website but an email. The price was high, but it was for wife and our 25th wedding anniversary. When I received them via email the ticket on the price of the ticket was almost half. I just cannot believe that I was ripped off like that. I am a disabled vet and I was taken for a ride. That is what I was trying to do when the tickets in my cart went from $53 each to $192 each!!! How can they change the price during a purchase transaction??? I was almost finished with my order... Thank goodness I did not hit the complete order button. I would have been charged the much higher amount. I also emailed them. They acted like they were concerned, but have not resolved.     I received the wrong tickets. Immediately contacted them once a day (couldn't call, had to use their Customer Service as we are temporarily out of the country), and didn't hear back for three days. We just wanted the correct venue. The tickets went up three times with all of their extra charges. We paid $96 for each ticket, then service charge x 2 was $55. Then they add $8 for a delivery fee. (It is an email!!!) Total came to $254.67 for the WRONG tickets. As I said above, I IMMEDIATELY contacted them. Their website says, "We've got your back." Apparently not. I offered a fee for the change, told them I would buy the same price or higher price tickets for the correct tickets. They have turned me down. I'm a 69 year old senior citizen with a limited income. Now we cannot buy the tickets we want and are in the hole $154.67! I will never buy from them again and hope you learn to do the same.

I went looking for what tickets were available and I didn't go through the regular box office because it was late and I was trying to buy club seats.     I heard about TicketNetwork from a friend and purchased Bad Boy reunion concert tickets over the phone, but I wasn’t notified until after update that they were already sold out. I had to hold on to my money for a long time, but I wasn't able to go to that concert. They transferred the money back after a week or more. I have used them twice, once when I purchased Summer Sixteen Drake tickets and the other time was for the Chris Brown tickets, where things went smoother.

    They offered me a promotion for being a first time customer, but after the first incident, they didn't offer anything substantial. I spoke to somebody and wound up getting 5 or 10% off my next purchase. The process and customer service should be a little bit better especially if someone is spending over $1,000.     Ordered my tickets and got my receipt. The money was removed from my Visa card. A week later, a company named Alliance Tickets contacts me telling me they need me to fill out a form, send a picture of a state issued ID, and send a picture of the credit card I used. I've never had this happen before, I didn't know what to do. I called Visa, mom, and friends. Nobody had ever had this happen. So confused and lost. I tried to give them what they wanted. Computer illiterate as I am had problems. Called and they were already closed. Sent email saying I could not complete form. The taking pictures and attaching them to email. Next day I called at open and they let me know they cancelled my order and too bad.

    Once again confused and mad. I've never had a problem before and feel like I was treated like a criminal. Mad about taking my money then nothing. If this was something required when buying the tickets. I am way mad about how you guys sell tickets. Or how they get cancelled. To avoid future problems I will never use you again.     This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a third party for sporting event tickets. I had bought tickets for the wrong day and all TicketNetwork did was give me the seller's number to contact to see if they had any inventory for that day. The seller's phone had been disconnected, so therefore I lost over $100 trying to buy good tickets for my husband's graduation from college. They were no help and really should do background checks/weekly calls to their users to make sure that they are producing a good product.     I strongly urge you to NEVER do business with this company. Rarely have felt such remarkable lack of concern for their customers. I tried to place an order for 2 baseball tickets. After sending the order in I noticed there was an auto correct error in my email address. I emailed them immediately to let them know the correct email address (1 letter wrong), but never got a reply to that email. Subsequently they cancelled my order and neglected to tell me that they had.

    I called to find out what was going on with my order, and was told to scan my driver's license in order to get my tix. I did so, but never got a confirmation. I called and left my phone number three days in a row before finally getting a call back. They finally told me they couldn't read the scan, cancelled my order after charging my credit card and told me to either send a photo of both sides of my license and go through the process all over again, or don't. They just didn't care. Horrible customer service.

    I urge people to not use this company. They are horrible, rude and made it so difficult to make a simple transaction. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told they won't be able to help me due to a system issue. I did speak to Alberto, and he indeed did nothing to help the situation. He talked over me, told me there was nothing he could do and didn't seem to care much that no one returned calls or answered my email requests. The only way they will be more customer responsive is to boycott them. They should treat people better. Do NOT ever use TicketNetwork.com! Please use another company for your ticket needs!

    On November 15, 2016 I made a tremendous mistake of choosing your company, your website to purchase tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the American Airlines Area in Miami on Saturday, April 29th at 8pm. These tickets were purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter to experience a sensational concert by a band I grew up with when I was her age. I received 5 emails from your company: 11/15 ticket order information, 11/15 ticket delivery information, 11/29 tickets have been shipped, 12/02 tickets have been delivered, 12/04 Thank you for my order.

    Not one of these emails came from a company called "Ticket Champion" who actually sent the tickets FedEx, the FAKE tickets which prohibited my daughter and I access to the concert I paid $420.00 dollars for. The only correspondence I received from Ticket Champion was an email sent approximately 4 hours prior to the concert, the vague email, with a number provided that had a "mailbox full" messages, surprise-surprise!

    I was however able to get a hold of someone with TicketNetwork the night of the concert, after having been slapped in the face with the knowledge that my tickets weren't valid. All I was told was that there was an attempt to reach me the day of the concert, I'm guessing that was the B.S. and that a refund had been issued. Refunding the amount I paid is not adequate compensation. I didn't purchase these tickets at your escalated prices, along with your outrageous service fees. I paid this price to see a performance by one of my favorite bands and share that experience with my daughter. Your company and who you work with ROBBED us of that. You not only robbed us of an event we may never have the chance to experience, you robbed me of my time, 45 minutes to the concert & 45 minutes back home, $30 for parking and having my daughter in tears all night, there is no price on the disappointment you caused her.

    The added insult to injury came when I asked the employee/rep I spoke with on the phone whether there were more tickets available because the show had been sold out. He had the audacity to reply yes, but they're $554 per ticket. I asked him to honor them for the same price I paid. His response was no, because they're at a different price point. Well of course they are, I PURCHASED MY TICKETS IN NOVEMBER!!! Do you have any idea what it's like to look so forward to something for 4 months and be kicked in the gut and be completely helpless because your hands are completely tied? And for that reason and everything mentioned above, my $420 refund doesn't suffice. Signed by an extremely disappointed & outraged former customer.

    I bought 3 concert tickets 4 months ago from Ticketnetwork.com (December 28th, 2016) for an Eric Church concert in Manchester, NH on April 29th, 2017. My card was automatically charged $400 right when I purchased them, but would not be able to download the tickets the day before the concert. A couple weeks before the concert I get a voicemail saying that the tickets I had purchased were no longer available and that they would be upgrading my seats to a different section. So, I looked into the seats they were upgrading us to and they seemed better than the ones I had purchased, so that was fine.

    The day before the concert I was waiting all morning for a e-mail that my tickets were ready for download. By 2pm I started getting concerned because I still hadn't received an e-mail. So I decided to call. I was on hold for quite a while. When someone answered I asked about when I'm suppose to be getting the tickets. They told me they were put on some kind of a hold and wouldn't be released until that night, if not the next day. No later than the afternoon. I was very frustrated with this information because I had planned this concert for a while and I am traveling to the venue, I had made dinner reservations before the concert and I didn't want to have to worry about printing off tickets during my travels.

    The point I'm trying to make is that when I am told I am going to get my tickets THE DAY BEFORE the concert that is when I expect them! I ended up making 3 more phone calls and I was told they'd be in the night before, morning of the concert, no later than noon or afternoon. So I had no clue when my tickets were actually going to get to me. It was not until the last person that I talked to that I was reassured that my tickets are guaranteed to be delivered to me before the concert. I still expected them the day before as it said when I purchased my tickets. I had anxiety about where my tickets were the entire afternoon the day before the concert and all morning until I finally received them at 10:36am. I should not have to be stressed on a day that is suppose to be a good time and that I've had planned for 4 months.

    This has never happened to me when purchasing concert tickets before and it had left a bad taste in my mouth. So bad that I will not buy tickets from Ticket Network again. The concert ended up being really great and our upgraded seats were awesome, but the customer service was very uninformative and I shouldn't have to stress myself out because I wasn't receiving my tickets when I was told I would. It's not my problem, but it is Ticket Network's that they should probably address and resolved for future customers.

    I ordered tickets for The Long Island Medium from TicketNetwork. I didn't check my email right away and then the night of the thing, I went to print the tickets and they said that there was a problem. I called and it was something about the card. So, we purchased other tickets right there and they were having more issues with it. But there wasn't really any problem.

    The only issue I had is when I called their number back, the wait to talk to somebody was a good 40 minutes and it was horrible and frustrating. My husband had already waited a good 30 minutes.     You added on too many fees to the $85 ticket price such that they cost me $150 each. You took much too long to deliver the tickets (5 days). You didn't allow the delivery man to leave the package without a signature although I had registered on your website and you allowed me to have them be left at my side door without a signature. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to convince the FedEx man to deliver them to my house a second time. Eventually FedEx realized their (or your) error and allowed them to be delivered. They would have preferred that I pick them up at an inconvenient location. Why not allow customers to print them at home?? Printing out the receipt was a hassle as it went off the page.     Several issues... After only 10 minutes in the arena I forgot my camera and staff let me leave with any problems or warnings. I left the gate where our car was parked near. The was only parked like 300 yards away. Anyway when I returned back to the same gate less than 7 minutes later they refused and basically fought me to allow me to return back in to the arena. They said that there was no reentry, but before I left our seating section I clearly asked the area attendant if I could go get my camera cause I forgot it and he said "yes, no problem." They kept me at that gate for 15 to 20 minutes. We picked the seats that we picked and we paid what we paid for a reason, so that we could see. But there was/were shipping containers blocking our & our young children's view.

    We were never told that the noise was/or would be so deafening or would scare little children. So within 10 to 15 minutes of the actual event starting 3 of the adults left their seats because the children were so scared & petrified that they were crying and screaming. We went to guest services and told them the problems and they said there were no nose bleed seats left.. to contact your ticket agency/Amway on Monday and you will be reimbursed, no problem whatsoever. We got the lady's info and we left.

    GARTH BROOK CONCERT. The concert was awful. The music was way too loud. It was so loud, you couldn't understand the words. When he spoke or sang. There was vomit, I saw in 3 places. And most of the people, stood through the whole concert. So we didn't get to see any of it. Were not able to stand for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. People were drunk, some people couldn't walk. Unless somebody else helped them. Why Garth thinks that 'loud music' is so good. It was a awful experience. I guess as long as Us arena & Garth are making big money. That none of you care. It's all about money, money, money. It was no fun at all. It was awful. We don't think much of Garth & wife anymore. They should be ashamed of their selves.

    They don't advertise that the reseller could resell the tickets while you wait hours for them. After they charge your credit card and give you a confirmation number. After all the other avenues for ticket are exhausted you call and they offer More Expensive tickets. In Canada that is called Bait and Switch. Beyond disappointed. Will never go to this venue ROGERS Centre. OR USE TICKETNETWORK.COM ever again. I even purchased insurance and got 3 to 5 days. Visa charges on my card and no tickets. Pathetic.

    Last March I ordered tickets to see Hamilton. In NYC in December!! I had to wait an extraordinarily long time to get the tickets and received them the day before I left for the trip! I did not get any correspondence about them and was anxious about receiving them and if this was a reputable company since it was not one I had heard of previously. At the last minute- they changed the tickets I had ordered for over $1100 and said was that ok. I did not feel I had any choice but to say yes!     The first time I've used TicketNetwork was a few years ago when I wanted to see Justin Timberlake in Detroit. I googled Justin Timberlake and TicketNetwork came out. I bought the tickets from them but I thought the website was fake and I was scared of it not going to be real. It ended up real and I went to the concert. The tickets weren’t badly priced too. Sometimes, tickets from TicketNetwork are expensive but not always. I didn’t use them again until I started going to like a lot of hockey games

    When I started going to Red Wings hockey games I remembered I bought my Justin Timberlake tickets off of TicketNetwork so I checked on TicketNetwork. All of the Red Wings tickets were super expensive and TicketNetwork has good prices. Ebates and TicketNetwork are also paired off, so I get a percentage back on Ebates. Now, I always buy my hockey tickets from TicketNetwork. There was one time though when I didn't get my Wings game ticket and I contacted TicketNetwork. They told me I typed in the wrong email but they ended up delivering the ticket to me before the game. It was scary at first but they helped me out a lot. They have good service.

    Order #**, Randy Rodgers Acoustic concert. My wife bought these tickets believing we were in line for a special show. 3 days before the show the tickets were available to be printed, we found out you had to reserve a table at the venue, all tables were reserved, standing room only. We called to cancel and were told we got what we ordered general admission, absolutely no intention of trying to make this right and zero refund. After more conversation with the venue, we found out these tickets were purchased for 50.00 and resold through this website. Another call to ticketnetwork to them giving them an opportunity to at least do something to make it right reinforced what swindlers they are. No concept of what is right and we feel robbed. They were unconcerned about any feedback.

    I will start with the ticket ordering process. I ordered 4 tickets on 12/1/16 and was told I would receive e-tickets on 12/8. The day came and went. I called and was told the venue didn't want the tickets released until 7 p.m. of the night before the performance. This can be a problem if you have a group going from different areas and you would think TicketNetwork would have contacted customers of this change. I received tickets at 11:12 p.m. the night before the show.

    Then doors opened at 7 p.m. with the show scheduled at 8. At 7:50 an announcement was made the show was going to be 45 minutes late due to the airline being 3 hrs behind and some of the performers wouldn't be performing as their wardrobe was lost in transit. Also one would be performing in street clothes. They knew when everyone was standing in line at 6:30 in the cold the show would be late. Could have gone to grab a bite or coffee and still been to the show in plenty of time.

    The show started at 9 p.m. What could have been a fun show wasn't. The host of the show came out and dragged on and on about Delta Airlines, and heavy pandering for tips began before the show even got going, and continued between performances causing rather large time lapses between performances. The routines were good but each performer gave their own spin on Delta (enough already) and made me wonder what they talked about in a regular show. I thought it was a bit unprofessional. After intermission the show was smoother and more enjoyable. I liked the House of Blues and the employees were accommodating under the circumstances.

    As I was on my way to Dancing with the stars in Reno, the freeway was closed down and they turned everyone around because of multiple big rig accidents on the freeway. I couldn't make it because they wouldn't let us through and it was the only road up there. Therefore we were out of luck and hoping we could get a refund of our tickets or them transferred to a different show somewhere else. TicketNetwork was very rude and unhelpful telling me basically tough luck and if I wanted my money back I should have bought insurance. Well of course I didn't buy insurance because I had every intention to go to the show with nothing changing my plans, and I did go and was stopped on my way.

    I feel it is very unfair that I spent $300 on tickets and flew all the way from VA to CA for this show in Reno Nevada and because of traffic conditions I couldn't go and they won't even at least transfer my tickets to a different show. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE ASSOCIATES, and very INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE working for this company. They are horrible and have the worst customer service I have ever seen! Don't ever buy tickets from them! I would have appreciated any form of compensation for this situation but all they did was tell me too bad so sad and no one helped me.

    When I looked at the original price, TicketNetwork seemed cheaper, but when I got to the end of the process, I was shocked at the total cost in the end. If the fees were disclosed upfront, I would have went with Ticketmaster ‘cause that’s what I’m familiar with. I tried to go to TicketStub and it redirected me to TicketNetwork. Then I called TicketNetwork a couple of times to get more tickets. I was trying to get it in the same section. The rep I talked to was fine and the service was great. They were trying to direct me to an automated system to do something and eventually I found it. Then I had to give them some information to verify who I was, and that felt weird. They told me to fax it and I had a hard time faxing stuff over to them back and forth. It also felt weird that the tickets didn’t have my name. They had somebody else’s name and I inquired about that. They told me that the tickets are purchased and then resold by the original owner on the network.
