I bought tickets for a concert day of to join my friends. Spent $60 on a ticket and when I got there they couldn’t accept the ticket because ticket web didn’t send me a barcode. The sent me confirmation and everything but I’m in an Uber home from the venue because they couldn’t accept my ticket network confirmation. Trash site. I was totally scammed. So upset. Horrible site. Would give 0/10 if I could. Ticketnetwork SHAME ON YOu. I hope no one falls for Your scam again.

I purchased 2 tickets for a Kenny Chesney tour in Tampa, FL for April 23. I did not receive confirmation but my bank account was depleted of the money. It is impossible to communicate with anyone! Since there was no confirmation, there is no pin #, no invoice. I even paid insurance from another site, probably the same scam. DO NOT USE this site for anything!

It took us 3 months to plan a ticket purchase to the TPC Sawgrass for a Friday. It cost $220 for 2 tickets and $40 for parking. That Friday we drove 3 hours to find the course and parking were closed due to weather, so we drove home and started the refund journey. We could not return on any other day due to scheduling. So we lost our $260 and these guys got our money for doing nothing and so did the Pga Tour. How do these crooks get away with that? I will never buy Pga Tour tickets again< through them< You and Ticketmaster you are all pieces of **>>>> Yes **customer service. Enjoy the review.

We're very sorry to hear that your event schedule may have changed due to weather. Stay away from this company by all means possible. We mistakenly made a purchase of tickets that had a service fee that was beyond ridiculous. We tried to call and cancel our order within 10 minutes and were basically ignored by the company stating that no refunds and all sales are final. Once the charge was posted to our AMEX card, Ticket Nation, sent us an email saying that if we didn't want our tickets, they would gladly re-sell them through a 3rd party company that would basically back end us with another ridiculous service fee. In other words, a purchase that should have been around $180 ended up being about $270, now if we wanted to resell the tickets, I would basically be paying another $90 in service fees. Long story short, this company will make about $180 for nothing. If you have read this far, you have been warned. Stay as far away as possible and stick with reputable ticket company.

I bought tickets for Brian Culbertson in DC during the pandemic—I was so looking forward to this. Two days before the event, still have no tickets. I sent email and although they say they’ll respond within 48 hours it’s been a week and I’ve had no reply. After calling 10 times I spoke with someone that put me on hold. I told her I had a meeting but she said she’d call me back. No call back. I’m now on the line—it’s been 30 minutes already so I thought I’d write this review in the meantime to not completely waste my time…I’ll never buy from them again. I’ll use every platform I have to let people know how lousy they are. Crooks doesn’t even cut it

I purchased tickets for an event and the event was cancelled and rescheduled for another date. Than the event was cancelled again. Try to get a refund and was told that they resold the tickets and had to get refunded by another company that I didn't deal with. Basically TicketNetwork stole my money along with whoever the other company is. Never buy tickets from ticketnetwork. If possible buy direct from Ticketmaster. The original event was to take place on November 17 of 2021 and was rescheduled for February 9 of 2022, and the event was cancelled with no rescheduled date available. This is a company that will not return your money after an event is cancelled.

I gave one star because this was the lowest, if I could have gone lower I would have as I think 1 star is generous. Due to Covid my event was postponed 4 months later. I do not live in the States, so I can't attend. I was never sent a physical ticket, so when trying to resell it is impossible. They won't send me the physical tickets till a few days before the event and keep closing my profile for resell because I don't have the tickets. The service fee for the tickets were $108 and I will lose just over $400. The live chat is as useful as a chocolate teapot and my live chat resembled lines out of the song Ironic. In comparison Ticket Master refunded an event in full within 3 days. Never use this company.

I bought tickets for our wedding anniversary. When we were getting close to the event, I went on the theatre's website to see where our seating was. To my surprise, I found I paid three times the price of buying directly from the Theatre. When I called TicketNetwork to complain, I waiting 35 minutes before getting my call answered. When I complained about the price, I was told I should have shopped around and that they had every right to sell for whatever the consumer was willing to pay. Looking forward to seeing James Taylor and Jackson Browne in April, London, Ontario Canada. Ordered tickets on Ticketnetwork.com only to find out shortly thereafter the mark-up was over 100%. Had I gone directly to the venue, I would have saved $100.00 per ticket (unfortunately, 4 tickets purchased). Highway robbery. Who gets this additional $400.00- I doubt the artist sees any of it.
Then try to get customer service-impossible! They give you the impression you can speak to someone! This is not an option. After waiting 40 minutes, the system cuts you off. I called twice and the same result. Their robot email message states you can try to resell your ticket, but you absolutely cannot cancel, and they will send a link for resale. Still waiting for link. We will never use Ticketnetwork.com again. The big losers -- the artists because as much as we want to support musicians if ticketnetwork.com is the only way to purchase we definitely will not attend!!

I purchased tickets to the Nutcracker 5 weeks ago. This is a performance my daughter and I attend every year but due to the pandemic we were not able to attend in person last year., so have been looking forward to this for 2 years. All this week I attempted to get hold of the Ticket Network to verify the detail of our tickets and was given the run-around and told I agreed to get my tickets 48 - 24 hours before the event and that is how I would receive the information. Well, 48 hours before I got some random email from "fulfillment" (not Ticket Network or Net Tix as all the other emails came) stating that they couldn't give me the tickets I had purchase but would give me other tickets, up in the corner of the balcony, for $50 less. No thank you! I tried calling them, but of course they were only there until 7pm EST (I live in Mountain Time).
I paid $293 for two tickets and was going to be given crap seats. BTW that was the same price I could have gotten them from the actual vendor for, but somehow got routed to this third party site when I was trying to purchase them. I will be much more vigilant in the future to make sure I don't get routed to a third party and not use Ticket Network again. Thank God I bought insurance on these tickets so I didn't lose $293. The agent named Bob from L.A. promised me they would make it up to me by getting me better seats but I would have to wait till up to two days before the show. I thought about it and decided I want my money back but they would not refund them to me because they said it was too late. Bob kept assuring me that I would receive tickets just before the show and that they would be better than the ones I had originally purchased. I was skeptical and fought to get my money back to no avail. However 3 days before the show Bob called me personally and told me to check my emails.
There in my emails was the link that I went on and received two tickets to the same show same time but much better seats, only four rows back from the stage Center section dead center. Bob had come through. We are extremely pleased with his diligence and his commitment to keep his promise. I thought it would be helpful for others if I put this review up. I purchased a ticket from TicketNetwork. When I made the purchase there was a disclaimer for Covid. Of course I would treated the disclaimer as I always do.... Things change and are out of our control. After I purchased tickets I had to transfer them to TicketMaster. When I transferred them it said directly that this event required proof of vaccination. I see this as it was known by the ticket seller at the time that I was required to have proof of my vaccination on hand to attend, It was no longer, "This may happen" and that the selling party should have been as direct as TicketMaster when I paid. They refused to refund my money as they said there was a disclaimer that said you MIGHT have to provide to attend. Am I crazy or is this crooked as **?

Awful experience that is ongoing. Paid for 2 sets of 2 seats each tickets to classical music concert at Tanglewood MA in late June for August 8 performance. The information post-sale said they would be delivered electronically by August 6. In July a serious health issue made it impossible to go. Asked for refund; was told ticket sales are final and they recommended we try and sell them though ticket resellers. We put them up for resale and agreed to send them when we were to receive them (August 6).
August 6 came and went and no tickets but the ticker resellers say we we are liable for the cost of replacement plus a penalty. On August 8, just 2.5 hrs before the performance we were sent just one pair of tickets...too late to satisfy the resellers and not in time to go ourselves since we are miles away. An email to Ticket Network requesting a refund has gone unanswered. On top of dealing with the stress of the medical issue now we are now burdened by the loss of our original ticket money and an as-yet undermined liability for the resale we are being penalized for. Ticket Network is not a legitimate company; it is a criminal enterprise.

My sister purchased tickets for 3 Doors Down last year in June 2020 for a concert set for September 2020. She also purchased the insurance just in case they cancelled due to Covid (which they did). My sister has been trying to get her money back and they are giving her the runaround saying they need confirmation from the old venue about it being cancelled.
I reached out to Eldorado entertainment. They said they couldn't help me because they have never heard of TicketNetwork? And then there was the insurance that was purchased. Of course it's through a different company that is telling her the same thing. On 02-14-2020, I purchased tickets through what I believed to be Ticket Master, but was redirected to TicketNetwork, for an event to take place in May of 2020. The event was postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic. I reached out to the ticket provider to request a refund. I was made aware of their policy of no refunds, but continued to pursue reimbursement. On 10-16-20 after several unanswered emails, I received a call from Tracey from TicketNetwork stating that as a courtesy, they were willing to refund the fees I had paid totaling $126.55. I was told an email would be forthcoming. On 11-27-20 I received the following:
Order Number: 33186317 Customer Name: Jackie H. Client Service Manager Assisting on the order: Crystal P. Ticket Seller/Merchant of Record: Mytickettracker.com Offer Date: 11/27/2020 Return by Date: 12/4/2020 Order Issue: Client is no longer able/interested in attending the event which their ticket order is for due to the postponement of the show by the performer/venue.
Compensation:As a one-time courtesy, TicketNetwork.com and Mytickettracker.com will provide a partial credit of $126.55 USD in the form of a credit back via the method of payment on the order. Upon signing this form, the client is agreeing that any negative social media or online review are not posted or will be removed. The client agrees that they will not be disputing the transaction with their card company. The client also agrees that any disputes with outside agencies will be removed or not filed. Once the signed resolution form is returned, the agreed to credit amount of $126.55 USD will then be processed back to the client. By signing, you agree that:
• You have been made whole on the original purchase from TicketNetwork’s marketplace and no further payment shall be made to you by TicketNetwork or by the ticket seller supplying your purchase through the TicketNetwork exchange.• You understand that the aforementioned proposal constitutes the sole remedy available to you for your original purchase of the tickets on the TicketNetwork marketplace. •
TicketNetwork reserves the right to seek restitution for any fees or expenses incurred if you further dispute the issue concerned.
• You furthermore confirm that the aforementioned resolution removes the ticket seller of your order from any claims by you for compensation in addition to that herein described. • If a chargeback is filed against the merchant of record, with your card company, TicketNetwork reserves the right to withdraw any offers made.
I never once stated that I was no longer able/interested in the event. The amount of $126.55 is for reimbursement for tickets that I paid $459.75 for. In essence, they are offering to pay me 27% of my original purchase price and resale my tickets. They are not only keeping my funds, but making an additional profit if/when the event takes place. I have been deceived and defrauded by TicketNetwork. It is virtually impossible to speak with a representative from their company and they operate on deceptive sales practices. I have not agreed upon the resale or any form of reimbursement from TicketNetwork.

Tickets were sold as a scan code on your phone only. When trying to enter the venue the security told me my tickets had already been used and denied me entry. WARNING!! Do Not Buy from this site. We bought Chris Stapleton tickets for today over a month ago and we got email verifying they would be delivered by Fed Ex at least a week before the concert. Didn’t happen. Called cust. service every day up until and including today, the day of concert. So this morning when we called about the tickets that still hadn’t been received by Fed Ex, they told us the system was down. We just wanted to get a refund at this point bc if it’s not showing a delivery date yet for the tracking number on Fed Ex site, then you pretty much know you aren’t getting the tickets. We live 5 hours from the concert as well, which was to be held tonight.
So we called back this afternoon like they said to and we were put on hold for 45 min for them to come back and say that they were emailing our tickets to us for download!! Not one person had EVER mentioned anything about a possibility of a download!! AND IT'S NOW 3 HOURS BEFORE CONCERT!! And we live 5 hours away...go figure. We kept calling back and they put us on hold for so long while they conferred with their “manager” only to keep telling us that we could not get any refund whatsoever bc we ended up getting the tickets before the start of concert. They were so very rude also. So we are out $1100 but we WILL be contacting the BBB and filing a Small Claims Court suit. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I purchased the nutcracker tickets thinking I was paying comparable prices. Ticketnetwork has outrageous prices; for a $56 seat they charged almost double ($76, plus $20 transaction fee). Over $400 for 4 tickets is an incredible amount to pay. I just bought the ticket a day ago and found out about the price differences after checking prices at the Houston ballet website. I thought I had bought cheaper tickets but it seems this is how they get people (prowling on the inexperienced and desperate). And I was both last night. There’s a time limit on the website so you don’t really get enough time to read or navigate the website without losing your seat data. You don’t really learn about transaction fee until you’re about pay. There’s also no cancellation policy for returns right after purchasing. Ticketnetwork can say they don’t scam people but users like me sure feel scammed after using this site. Never trust them again.

Somehow I did not realize this was not the REPUTABLE TicketMaster organization that I had bought all other tickets. I received an email notification within days of purchase showing a completely different section & row. I contacted Customer Service immediately and was told, "MY tickets were *given*/sold to someone else". They had ZERO alternative for two other tickets or explanation why the OTHER two people didn't get "new" tickets.
I repeatedly explained this was a family gathering which involved airline tickets and while they "assured me" they were "better seats" they failed to understand or acknowledge that being together is what made the seats better. They offered no compensation or alternative. I would NEVER use this organization again. If knowing with 100% certainty the tickets you hand select are what you want vs. "pot luck", stick with TicketMaster. There were NO savings to this company either.

Then he said that they did have the payment but the seller "was no longer in their network." I was repeatedly placed on hold so the rep could "talk to the manager" but I was assured over and over not to worry, that I would have my full refund or they could get me new tickets, plus throw in a discount for the inconvenience.
30 minutes later, the rep found me new tickets, confirmed my shipping address... and then asked for my payment! I asked why I was being asked for more money when they already had my payment for the tickets they failed to provide, and reminded them that they actually owe me a refund on top of it for the balance differential. I was told that my payment is refundable but only if I make a claim with my bank first, that they don't actually refund back to the account they took the money from (payments made are non transferable to other tickets, even if they failed to provide). I asked them what kind of fool they thought I was to hand over another $400. I asked them to a apply the money I already paid to the new tickets. He said, "that's not how we do it here." So last night the concert took place. I was at the venue two hours before it started so I was one of the first few people in line. I was so excited to see my favorite band. At 7pm the venue opens and they start letting folks in. As I get to the gate agent scans ticket then she informs me that my ticket doesn't exist and it's fraudulent. I show her my order confirmation where I paid and my e-ticket. She has other agents scan my ticket and it's the same thing, doesn't exist.
So with tears in my eyes and frustration and embarrassment I call TicketNetwork right in front the gate agent and explain to then what's going on. The representative with ticket network says I submitted a ticket and we will be getting back with you to resolve this. I said "great, the event starts in 45 minutes, will this be resolved by then?" The representative says "no, it takes up to 72 hours." What an absolute joke. So I leave the venue and go back to my room and not enjoy the rest of my trip. This is absolutely unacceptable.
TicketNetwork should investigate each transaction and confirm a ticket is real before it even sells it. Essentially your website is helping to facilitate fraud. The representative on the phone gave me no information or confirmation that I called and I asked him if I needed to do anything further. He just said no, we will contact you if we need anything. If this issue is to not be resolved and they expect payment I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. What you are doing to customers is unacceptable and fraud. Purchased two tickets to see Ariana Grande In Los Angeles Ca August 25, 2018 on Monday 8/13/2018 got a confirmation email of the purchase, a second email that my tickets were going to be available to print on 8/23/2018. TWO days later (8/15/2018) got another email saying that my tickets were NO LONGER available.
I called the customer services and the PRETEND manager Jessica stated that my tickets were sold to someone else that If I want to attend the concert to buy tickets for $350.00 more each that I originally paid 6 processing fee and delivery fee. Managers are MEAN RUDE AND SARCASTIC. All they said is that your tickets are gone. You can purchase different one at higher price if like to attend the concert. She offered a small discount of 50.00 for the inconvenience. Not FAIR. I have not tickets now and because if so close to the day of the concert tickets are super high in prices now.

I’ve seen a ton of negative reviews on here, so I thought I’d write a positive one. I bought tickets for a Panic! At The Disco concert (which was last night) from them months ago. At first I worried that I had bought fake tickets, after seeing that so many people had negative experiences with them. The tickets ended up actually being legit! We had a blast at the concert and our seats amazing seats for a pretty great price. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I bought tickets for row 24 and I got tickets for row 17 (I mean I guess it’s not a bad thing we were closer to the stage). Overall, I would just recommend to be careful when buying from reselling sites, but I also think it’s a great way to get tickets for a much cheaper price.

This was 9 months before The Foo Fighters at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. I was told two days before the concert my seats were not available. They blamed the venue. I purchased the seats at $59.00 each. TicketNetwork and Tix City use your money to buy the seats then hold the seats to resale at a higher price.

I would rate a 0 or negative if I could. I will never use this site again. I have informed the venue to never associate with your site again. I have warned all of my friends and family to never use your site again. I have never been more cheated or taken advantage of in my life. The tickets I spent $150 on were completely useless. The seats didn't even physically exist. I placed a phone order so there is no excuse for selling me tickets that were obviously a blatant ripoff. I did not purchase them online, I talked to one of YOUR trusted representatives and they lied to my face about the credibility of these tickets and your company.
I plan on pursuing this matter further than just this review, and if I am not issued a full refund I will be taking this to court. I was left stranded outside of my concert for 40 minutes on the phone with one of your helpless representatives (30 minutes of which was on hold), before I had to buy my tickets AGAIN at the box office! This is a class action lawsuit and I have spoken with an attorney about the validity of my concerns. I would suggest you administer the refund before this makes your company look any worse. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to associate with.

One of their “trusted sellers” was Echo Tickets. Look them up on BBB, and find they are a scam. Through the website I bought one ticket to Brett Michaels at the Greenville Lions Park. The price was $73 plus a decent service fee so the total I paid was $109.90. I was going with my Mom and I let her know I got my ticket. She already had hers and told me she bought it through the Lions Park and it was actually $35. The seller also said that I would get my ticket at will call an hour before the show, but there was no will call. My mom had her tickets mailed to her. I brought it up with TicketNetwork customer service, and was given the runaround of all sales are final and that I should take it up with my bank. So I did and the bank reimbursed me. Be extra careful with these resellers, and I would just avoid TicketNetwork at all costs!

I ordered 4 tickets for general admission lawn seating for a folk concert at Tanglewood in the Berkshires. I should have ordered directly from the tanglewood.org website, where each ticket was $26.00 + a $6.50 service charge. Instead, I opted to order from TicketNetwork. Friday morning before the Sunday afternoon concert, TicketNetwork was showing prices of $49 per ticket, which I figured included any fee and service charge.
When I actually purchased the tickets, that evening, the price had jumped to $69 per ticket. I panicked, thinking tickets were scarce and I was seeing a case of dynamic pricing. It was only after I gave my credit card did I see that TicketNetwork added an OUTRAGEOUS $20.50 service fee per ticket, PLUS a $15.00 Delivery Charge. They delivered nothing. The tickets were waiting for me at the Will Call booth at the entrance to Tanglewood. When I got to the window my 4 tickets were waiting for me, but I found out that I could have easily purchased tickets to this concert at the window for $26.50 each. Through TicketNetwork.com I was charged $373.80 for 4 tickets I could have purchased onsite for $106.00. What a rip-off! I am furious at myself for falling for this scam. Beware! Stay away from this third-party seller.

I went on their site back in March to see about getting Rod Stewart tickets for my mom's birthday. Found some seats that were awesome and went through the process to purchase them. You must enter your information BEFORE you get the final price. Which makes sense. However, once I got to the next screen and saw that they charged $50 US per ticket as a fee, I decided I wasn’t spending that kind of money. Closed the entire browser. I happen to check my emails a few hours later and there’s an email from TicketNetwork thanking me for my purchase!!! What purchase? I closed the browser!!
I get home later that afternoon, and call TicketNetwork explaining what happened. The lady says, "There’s nothing I can do as we don’t refund money." I tell her I didn’t purchase them and she says, "We run off a click and accept method." I tell her I don’t care, I didn’t accept because it was a ripoff. Got nowhere with her. Then I check my voicemail and there’s a call from my CC company asking me about a purchase. I tell them what happened and they say fraud. Approx 2 months later I’m told it’s not fraud and get documents from my CC company with copies from TicketNetwork. I read it and I’m shocked. They claimed I uploaded the tickets, waited till after the concert to make a claim and that I never attempted to contact them. Are you serious??? Tried to surprise daughter with tickets. She didn't think they were on sale yet, but I found TicketNetwork selling them. I bought 2 with CRAZY fees but this was a venue I was not used to, so I thought perhaps it was the norm. The email told me they would be avail for download on a date 3 days prior to the event (?)... months from now. I realized the REAL tickets went on sale 4-5 days later when my daughter said there was a 2nd show added. I complained to them and received the "sorry final sale" story.
When I clicked to VIEW the tickets... which did not load. I backed out of that window because what I thought would happen did. They emailed me saying "we see you downloaded the tickets" sorry, final sale. Bottom line, if you want to support a business that sells tickets that it does not appear to control... before the sale date... go ahead. They are obviously pre-selling, banking on routing the real tickets to you and keeping their 100% + markup.
The real tickets will be half the price with half the fees and much less headache. good job TicketNetwork. 1 sucker. 2 tickets sold. I bought 3 legit tickets through the 'trusted" ticket sites for $100 less (after fees) than the 2 tickets I paid TicketNetwork for. They had advised they would not refund. Had I been on the performance venue's website, a refund would have been forthcoming. I responded to an ad for the Mountain Winery regarding their summer entertainment series in their outdoor venue. When I logged in I thought I was logging into the Mountain Winery website. I checked the show schedule and decided I would buy 2 tickets to the Tony Bennett show on 6/3/2018. I then went to the seating chart to determine what seats I wanted. These tickets were for my wife's birthday, so I picked section 11, reserved seats close to the stage. The price for the tickets was advertised at $166.00 each. After I input my credit card information, I clicked on pay. I elected to receive E-Tickets. After the financial transaction was complete, I downloaded the tickets in a PDF format and printed them.
After printing the tickets, I noticed that the face value of the tickets I purchased was $126.75. I then printed the receipt which included a service charge of $49.80 for each ticket and a delivery charge of $7.95. I was paying $439.25 for tickets that had a face value of $332.00. I expected a service charge, but not in an amount equal to 1/3 of the purchase price of the tickets and I didn't expect to see a premium of $36.75 over the venue price for each ticket. When I picked my seats, the price should have been $126.25 per seat not $166.00 per seat. TicketNetwork added their premium charge of 36.25 to each ticket, but didn't inform me of that fact until after I purchased the tickets. The same with the service charge.
I called TicketNetwork at the phone number listed on my bank Visa card statement, but the number was busy each time I dialed it. I tried several times with the same results. I decided I would email customer service. I explained to customer service the same complaint I stated above. Customer service replied, and informed me that they were a reseller and could charge whatever the market rate was for those tickets, which at that time was $166.00.
Two days after my transaction, TicketNetwork was offering a 15% discount, Or $141.10 for the same tickets and same show they charged me $166.00. They also pointed out to me that the receipt succinctly stated that all sales were final and there were no refunds. I consider TicketNetwork's business practices too highly unethical and should be criminal. I believe in a free market, but I also believe in full and timely disclosure. The tickets arrived, and the tickets read Box 27, Row D. Row D signifies row 4, not row 27. So I called TicketNetwork.com to request a refund of their service fee at the bare minimum. They said that all sales are final, and that it was my responsibility to have called them to gather clarification on the actual row # prior to buying the tickets, even though their website listed it as Row 27 D. PayPal wouldn't assist in giving me a refund either.
The only recourse TicketNetwork.com would offer was to help me re-sell the tickets, which obviously offered not guarantee of getting the $686 back that I originally spent on the 3 tickets purchased. When arriving at the stadium where we’re ushered to our section only to find that our seats had a completely obstructed view of the game. This was extremely disappointing as the seats were advertised with an entirely different view of the event. On their website they have pictures and a map of the location the seat is located. In the pictures they provide a view of what it should look like from your section and the description describes what you should be buying. When comparing what we received to what we paid for my party felt scammed. TicketNetwork.com misrepresented their product on a scale I did not think possible.
With this in mind we decided to address our issue with their "customer service" team. We emailed their team with the request that, at the very least, they not post pictures of a fake view to consumers that are spending way too much on their products. Our request was met with a rude email that, in short, blamed us for buying the tickets in the first place. We were told that TicketNetwork.com was not responsible for any of the problems we experienced even though our main issue was with their false advertising. We were shocked at this response. I was trying to find something a little bit more affordable than Ticketmaster or another option for receiving and the third-party sales I was referred to was TicketNetwork. Predominantly, I’ve gone to WWE events and 49ers games. Recently, I started going to Sharks games as well. Their promotions only come after I purchased the ticket but they give a conditional basis wherein you get $50 off your next purchase or $50 off of the ticket but you have to go through a grueling process. So, I turn down whatever promotion was offered after the sale. I just want to buy and get my ticket and I’m happy to enjoy whatever event I’m going to.
Everything’s straightforward and even for a third party, I get my ticket relatively very fast. Tickets may be printed offline or they mail them to you depending on the ticket or the quantity of ticket that you buy. The lesser quantity of tickets you’re looking for, the fewer options you do have available. So, within those options available, then you’re given other options as well. Also, some of the tickets, maybe three out of every ten tickets, are not electronically available. So, either the third-party customer would mail the tickets to the customer, or customers would have to go to a Will Call.

The only caveat I had is that I wish they told me what the total fees were before I put my credit card information in. You pay for the price of the tickets and they want you to enter all your stuff, but you don’t know what the total is. You don’t have to agree to it but at that point, you’ve already entered all of your information. I’d rather know what the bottom line is going to be before I go through the steps and see what their markup is, if it’s worth it or not. Since the transaction was international you requested a photo of his passport, something I felt was completely inappropriate. I didn't provide it and assumed the transaction was not processed. Now I get an email asking how was the game?! I want confirmation that the card payment was NOT processed, not one dime taken, within 24 hours. Also, your fees are sickeningly absurd. You are thieves. My experience with TicketNetwork was quick and easy. I was looking for tickets for the Cincinnati Reds baseball game that I was going to. The game was sold out and the only way to buy tickets to the game was through a ticket retailer. TicketNetwork had available seats for the game. I purchased tickets from them online and it went smoothly. I got the tickets and printed these off on the computer. The surcharge was a little expensive and I didn't know about that till the end of the checkout, but I went ahead and purchased anyway. At the bottom of the site, it said that I would receive a subscription to Sports Illustrated, but I haven’t received anything yet.

Not a place to go for tickets. Try other online sites. If you use this company, the prices may be 4 or 5 times the real ticket price, plus there will be an enormous handling fee. Your event may cost, in the end, 6 or 7 times what the face value of the ticket is. Avoid at all times.

I do apologize for any confusion regarding ticket prices. TicketNetwork is a resale marketplace where individual sellers post their tickets. The sellers are the ones who price the tickets and as stated on our site, these prices may be above or below face vale, depending on the market value of the tickets.
Again, I do apologize for any confusion and I hope you enjoy the event.

Perhaps some won't be bothered by this, but it was a big deal for me. I spent a lot of money on Broadway tickets via SeatGeek who uses TicketNetwork as a seller so that I could have the tickets in hand for the show. TicketNetwork used FedEx to deliver the tickets. They set the delivery to require a signature without informing me. No one is at my home during the day on weekdays. FedEx could not change their policy/practice of requiring a signature. There was no option to pick the package up at the warehouse. FedEx could not tell me what time they were coming the following day for a second attempt. I couldn't ask someone to go sit at my home from 8 am-8 pm to receive the tickets. FedEx recommended I call the vendor to change the signature requirement.
The rep at TicketNetwork was incredibly rude. I admit, my tone was incredibly frustrated, but she was downright horrible. I told her even if the signature requirement could not be waived, in the future I think it's critical that the consumer is informed of the signature requirement. She took no responsibility and raised her voice. She couldn't tell me who I should be contacting about this so here I am writing on ConsumerAffairs website. Unbelievably disappointing experience.

Ed Sheeran tickets on Sept 27th Little Caesers Arena Detroit - This is a very serious complaint. I plan on seeking legal action. I was waiting for some email about my tickets that I purchased on March 17th for 937.59. When I called the number for info on my tickets I was told that I couldn't print my tickets until 24 hours before the concert. The girl said they would be uploaded in an email which would be sent to me. I called the night before my concert and the girl said check my email the next day. They would be loaded in so I could print my tickets. Well the next day they weren't there so I called again in the morning and the lady said call back she would have them uploaded. I was at work until 3 and the concert was at 730 so I called when I got home at 330 and the guy took my order number and then proceeded to tell me I had not tickets.
I couldn't believe it. I was in shock. He couldn't explain to me what happened only that my money would be refunded which it still hasn't. I had 6 tickets and I took off 4 hours of work, other people arranged their work schedules to go. I had 3 doctors who had to leave the hospital early to go this concert and all they could tell me was my money would be refunded. Well I'm seeking legal action for this because this was totally unacceptable. They charged my credit card in March for the full amount and had my money all this time until September. This is totally unacceptable and I will be getting a lawyer for this.

Regardless of when you buy your tickets, they can deliver them any time right up to the start of the event. They say they guarantee the tickets, but that just means that if they do not deliver them, they'll refund your money. I bought tickets on Wednesday that were supposed to be emailed. By Friday when I had not received them, I called and emailed. I was on hold for 20 minutes with customer service. Up until several hours before the event, I had not received the tickets. I didn't know if I had tickets or just a refund. They won't let you cancel an order to go secure different tickets, so you're at their mercy. My order required 5 different phone calls and cumulative 2 hours on hold, including getting hung up on by a customer service rep who wouldn't let me speak without interrupting me.
They promised I would have the tickets by 9:30 am on Sunday for that evening's event but they flat out lied. At noon I still didn't have them, but you're stuck. If you buy tickets with Ticket Network, you are at their mercy as to whether they get you your tickets or just refund your money, all the way up to the starting time of the event. It leaves the customer in a terrible bind and the customer service reps DO NOT CARE. Plus, it is impossible to actually speak with a manager there. Pay up if necessary and go to StubHub, which will pay out of their pockets to replace tickets if one of their resellers reneges on their commitment. Ticket Network will not stand behind their resellers.

TicketNetwork's prices are more than at the box office, but what was nice is there were also some VIP tickets for not much more, which is what I bought. VIP included a complete dinner (which was FANTASTIC!), great pricing and ended up being a great experience. Believe me, I was worried about the dinner aspect, especially since we had to give the original ticket holder's name, but there were no issues. My guess is they were corporate tickets that went unused. I bought the tickets just a week prior to the event, so I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend again. I’ve used TicketNetwork on two occasions, for Monster Jam and Shawn Mendes concert. My first experience was really easy and I received my tickets without any hassle. I decided to repurchase from them but the case was not the same for the second time. They didn’t tell me that my tickets were going to be mailed to me using direct mail. I thought that it was going to be sent through the same process and will be emailed to me. When I checked the tracking information, I saw that it was going to be delivered to me on a Monday and the event was on a Saturday. The TicketNetwork person I talked with made some statements that I don’t believe she was fully knowledgeable of. She said that they don’t know when they’re going to get it rerouted. I work in logistics and if I had to reroute something, then the carrier would get on it real quick and they’re good at that.
I got a hold of the third party that TicketNetwork purchased from and he basically helped me out and made sure that my ticket got to me by Saturday morning. He made the deal with FedEx Ground so they rerouted it and got it to me. That was good. He really did all of the work so I’m really tempted not to purchase from TicketNetwork and purchase directly from him now. TicketNetwork just provided me with who I’m supposed to talk to and didn’t really do much for me. From one great experience to another that's not, I’m 50% satisfied and it’s uncertain what kind of service I’m going to get next. One should be careful when purchasing from them because they don’t give any indication whether one's going to get the tickets through email or direct mail.

I am very sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. Because the ticket sellers themselves own and ship the tickets, it is best to be in contact with the seller directly when shipping issues arise. I am happy to hear that the seller was able to adjust the shipping so you received the tickets in time for the event.

Watch out. Be very careful using this broker. They do not let you know the sales tax charges until after you have purchased the sale. In fact, they don't tell you what they are. They just charge your credit card a second time. They do note: "Total does not include any applicable state, local or other sales taxes" on the bottom of the screen. Every other web broker I have used includes those fees in your initial transaction. BE WARNED. When I called to ask what the 2nd charge was, they simply say, it was stated on the website. I told them I will NEVER use them again. The customer service agent was combative. NO ONE else does this.

I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. As stated on our website, any applicable taxes are charged separate from the initial transaction. Taxes vary from state-to-state, and sometimes within states, which is why local and state taxes are not calculated on our checkout page during the purchase process. Taxes are charged by the ticket sellers depending on the local and state taxes where the seller is located.

We got tickets for Section 102 Row 9 Seats and they were a great location considering the lateness we bought it. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill put on an excellent concert and they did exceed my expectations. Thank you.

Thank you for the review, Henri! Glad we could get you awesome seats for an awesome show! :)

I purchased the tickets from TicketNetwork.com for the Styx and REO Speedwagon concert that I went to last night. I went on Facebook and I went on TicketNetwork.com from there. The tickets were on my phone and I had a little difficulty getting to them but I eventually did. It was very convenient and everything worked out good.

Hey Heidi, glad you were able to enjoy the show! Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

Made reservation in June to attend concert on August 23. Had to reschedule client and work schedule for myself and my wife. After a 1 1/2 hour commute and parking arrived at concert site only to be informed 1/2 hour prior to showtime that there would be NO concert that day. Finally after waiting in line again was informed concert would be rescheduled for Mon August 28. I'm not able to reschedule clients again on such short notice without losing valuable trust in valued client base.
Upon requesting a refund was held on hold and referred to 2 different websites for almost 2 hours, no refund forthcoming, the explanation given was that the concert wasn't cancelled but rescheduled. Then I contacted local ABC affiliate and they sent an Email. As you can guess I'm not pleased with the whole scenario, and will never endorse this company or purchase tickets from them in the future, I'm a 70 year old army vet and don't have a lot of discretionary income to waste on this type of BS.

TicketNetwork texted me a promo code that said like $10 off. I tried it and it didn't work so I just bought a ticket. I'm hoping they would be able to send me another promo and give more discounts. But I'm happy with them. Their website is easy to use. As soon as I paid for the ticket they came right to my email, and I printed them.

I am sorry you had trouble using your discount. You will likely get more discounts in the future if you have signed up for email and text alerts from our site!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Hope you enjoyed the concert!

Great time. I love hitting and lots of runs. There were 14 home runs and 31 runs scored in the double header. The ballpark was clean and beautiful and so were the bathrooms. Just a great time!!! The food was good and many choices for food and drink. I'm hoping to plan another event.

Wow, sounds like you got to see two great games! Thanks for the review, Paul. :)

I am upset because the Conor McGregor tickets were supposed to be released and shipped no later than 8/22/17. I clearly do not live in the city of the event and have. A flight to catch. I paid for expedited shipping which should have meant that I would receive my tickets today... However I haven't received any email that the tickets were even sent. I would like an explanation so I can determine if I need to try to change my flight or report fraud to my American Express so they can rescind their payment to the vendor of over 7000$.

On January 17th, 2017 I purchased two tickets for the U2 & The Lumineers show at FedExField on June 20, 2017, order #**. On June 19, when I went to print my tickets, I saw that there was only one. I contacted the broker, Doug **, and he contacted TicketNetwork. Just before noon on June 20, I received this message from Doug: Tech support fixed it and it should be in your email. After that, I was able to successfully print my two tickets. However, when I arrived at FedEx field and the employee there scanned my tickets, a message on the scanner said the tickets need to be reprinted. I had to go to the Ticket Resolution center and the people there told me that the system showed that my purchase had been refunded. The only person that could have the tickets reprinted was Doug **.
I called TicketNetwork for assistance. The customer service representative I talked to said she saw "multiple deletes" on my account, but the tickets should still be active for me. TicketNetwork was able to get Doug on the phone, and he confirmed I was not refunded my purchase price and he no longer "owned" the tickets, but since Doug's name showed on the tickets and mine did not, the Ticket Resolution center insisted they couldn't reprint the tickets unless Doug was there in person. I paid more than $500 for two tickets, drove over five hours to get to and from the venue, paid $60 to park, and was ultimately turned away; I missed a once-in-a-lifetime concert that I will never have another chance to experience.
I provided TicketNetwork video proving I was at FedExField on the evening of June 20, pictures of my printed-out tickets, the parking stub I received when I paid for parking, and pictures of the Ticket Resolution computer screens that show that my tickets were Rejected. I requested that TicketNetwork refund my full purchase price of $515.95 as well as the $60 parking fee. They asked for further documentation from FedExField, but of course, FedEx field won't provide it to me because I am not the 'current' ticket holder. Requesting additional information that I am not privy to, when I have provided them with plenty of proof, is their way of not having to refund my money when they clearly screwed up.

I am sorry about the trouble you had with your order. I have looked into the order and do see you have worked with our customer service department regarding the issue. Unfortunately, without the proof from the venue that the tickets were in fact invalid, as per our terms and policies there is nothing further we can do to assist you.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I attended one event by the Pet Shop Boys at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts here in Toronto, and another one recently for U2 at the Rogers Centre. I purchased the tickets through TicketNetwork because of the pricing and the availability of tickets. No bad cons and I appreciate the ease with which I can look at seating charts. That was quite handy for the different venues. Also, they were both e-tickets and I was able to print them.

That's great to hear, Chris! Glad we could get you the tickets you wanted for your events. Thanks for the review! :)

I had asked a friend how I can get a ticket to a concert and she told me to go to TicketNetwork. Since then, I've seen a lot of concerts. I went to Niagara, Brooklyn, and here in Nassau, and Long Beach. I like the rock bands and any time the rock band comes here, I like to go there. I like purchasing the tickets online and using the website has been an easy experience. Then they send me the tickets through email and I download and print them afterwards. And that's the best way for me. Overall, I'm satisfied about TicketNetwork.

Awesome, Galileo! Glad we've gotten you tickets to some awesome shows. Thanks for the review :)

I have a membership with Team National so I go through the website of TicketNetwork through that membership. I’ve bought mostly concert tickets like George Strait and Metallica from them and it's been fast and everything has come out well. I haven't been last on the line. I get the tickets through mail and printing. But it’s weird because sometimes the fees are higher depending on the ticket. But overall, they’re the same as everyone else. I've never had issues with them.

This place is a scam! Avoid at all cost unless you want a major headache. They do not possess any tickets they "sell" and are merely a broker for other sellers. It seems the majority of tickets are fake and they do not screen any of the sellers. We purchased expensive Bruno Mars tickets in Dec 2016 (for the Sept 2017 NYC show) for our mother's Christmas gift and not told until August that we will not be getting any tickets. TicketNetwork is absolving themselves of any responsibility and leaving us empty handed (after booking hotel rooms and other accommodations for this concert which will put us even further in the hole) and now leaving the burden on us to try and recoup the money from a third party seller by giving a BS letter to send our credit card company. Based on other reviews, this company should be reviewed by the Federal Trade Commission.

I am very sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. I do see you have been in touch with our customer service department and they have explained the procedure for obtaining a refund in the rare cases like this one when ticket sellers fail to deliver on their sales.
Because it is the ticket sellers themselves, not TicketNetwork, that charge customers, we are unable to refund directly but we do provide as many resources as possible to make the process for obtaining a refund simple, hence the bank letter you received to assist with your chargeback.
Again, I do apologize for the trouble and I encourage you to reach out to us at 1 888 456 8499 or by email at customerservice@ticketnetwork.com if you have any trouble filing the chargeback with your bank.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback helps us make our site better.

Amazing concert at Toyota Center in Houston. Great seats purchased thru TicketNetwork. Minor glitch with tickets ordered and tickets initially delivered; however, TicketNetwork contacted seller and resolved issue prior to event. Flash Seats at this venue provides digital access. Nearby hotels make this venue ideal for large arena concerts. Looking forward to Bruno Mars later this year.

Sorry you had some trouble with your ticket order at first but I'm so glad our representatives were able to get it all sorted out for you. Thanks for the review ! :)

ALL employees that we were in contact with were, as usual, pleasant, helpful and VERY polite!!! The show itself was wonderful!!! Both comedians were hysterical but very Professional!! I always enjoy attending performances at your Theater! Foxwoods Casino is a beautifully run machine! BRAVO to you all!!!

My Order #**. I sent email several times to get my e-tickets, but No answer. Please read this and resolve the problem for me. I called to the customer center a lot they said I would get it soon. But any answer from my email every time. I need your exact answer from email. Because I can not call anymore.

I looked into your order and I do see that your tickets were transferred and an email containing instructions on how to accept the tickets was sent to you as well. I apologize for the delay and hope you enjoy the game!

A month or two ago I got some tickets from TicketNetwork for the Cleveland Indians versus the Minnesota Twins. This was all done online. The tickets seemed to be expensive, but I understand that and I'll be buying tickets from them again. The tickets for this event all seemed to be well-priced. Although I didn't think that the tickets of TicketNetwork were less expensive than those of other ticket providers, I went with them because of the supply more than anything and I had a better definition when I was online in finding out where the seats were. We were in Oklahoma and the Indians were in Cleveland, Ohio, and I got a copy of the tickets on the computer a few days before we went there. I received everything I expected and everything has worked fine.

Thank you for the review, Jim! Hope you enjoyed the game! :)

I recently went to the TicketNetwork website to purchase a set of concert tickets. I purchased Ed Sheeran tickets and when confirming how I was going to get the tickets, the TicketNetwork emailed me and said that I specifically purchased the tickets from a company called Ticket America, but was through TicketNetwork. TicketNetwork and their customer service was prompt in answering my concern and very helpful, I was able to get my tickets emailed and onto the concert. I am not exactly sure which company I am dissatisfied with because I don't know who is held accountable. The reason I am dissatisfied is the fact that the ticket cost $62.50 and I purchased those tickets online for $169 a piece plus a $48 processing fee for each ticket. My question/comment/complaint is how a company can mark the prices of a ticket up that much. It feels like an absolute rip-off and I don't feel that I would trust using this company again.
