I don't receive any email regarding the status of my order. Before they just send me the link and print the copy. I called customer service 2 times and seems like the answer are different. Give me lot of hassle plus got no shirt giveaways included... it's really frustrating. My son expecting to have souvenir shirt since his 1st time to watch live games.

Blue Man Group - We had seen this group last year, but had a brother coming from OR who had heard of the show but had not seen it. We took him as something fun for him to do. He really enjoyed it.

An absolutely amazing night of closure! My Dad came through ❤️. The scampers prices we paid though are another story... disheartening to hear how much we got taken for!! We know now how to get tickets through the venue. Otherwise a simply amazing night and so much confirmation on how proud my Dad is of his family!!

These tickets were purchased as a gift for my husband who is an avid Bears fan. I was unable to attend so he took a friend along. The seats were excellent and the experience of watching the Bears win was so exciting to my husband. The tickets were easy to select, purchase and redeem.

After ordering tickets by phone, the next day I received a call saying we owed more money. There was a mistake and the posted price was too low. I paid the difference and waited for our tickets. The day they were to be shipped (four days before the performance), I got a call saying there was a problem with the tickets and that our orders had been cancelled. We would not be receiving the tickets and would be issued a refund. My entire group of family and friends would not be able to attend something we had been looking forward and planning to do. I was greatly disappointed, angry and sad for my group.

The show was fabulous and Theresa was amazing. However, the crowd was an unruly bunch. They were arriving up to 30 min after the show started. The doors should have been locked. And they stood up to leave while Theresa was still on the stage. Also some nasty people in the audience. Very rude bunch.

I was disappointed with the seats that were given to us. I requested one section that was up higher and received the tickets for another section that was in the first row of a lower section that was right behind the floor arena seats. We stood the entire time and the entertainers were never in our view because everyone on the floor section was standing and had their arms up. I don't think we will buy tickets from this company again.

The show starts a little odd for me (I'm from Argentina) but the singing, the dancing, the choreography made my girlfriend and me to feel that magic exists. I would recommend it to anybody.

As I paid 170 for our tickets a piece, we were told at the show, the tickets are only 99.00 to see Theresa Caputo- so essentially we got SCALPED!

My girlfriend who is on a walker was unable to attend with me. We had the lawn and a careful study of the maps and available photos showed that there was no way that she could reliably attend the show. The online reviews indicated that there were almost no considerations made for handicapped viewers and almost certainly not on or near the lawn. The long lines at the bathrooms would also constitute an intolerable hardship. There was also a fear that the few handicapped parking spots would not be available for truly handicapped people.

When I went to the box office/will call the tickets weren't there. I waited for an HOUR AND A HALF and they still wasn't there. Worst experience of my life!! AND I have been to hell and back!!!

Of course I was wary about buying tickets after reading some reviews. But the tickets we bought on TicketNetwork for The Book of Mormon were better than what I could get directly from the official website. I didn't have a problem from the ordering process until I went to pick up the tickets. Would do it again.

I had a great time hanging out with old friends and at the WSP show that Rocked the House! My only problem was the ticket prices. The tickets were $42.50 plus fees through TicketMaster and you charged over double that per ticket. I believe scalping should stop forever! Once upon a time we complained about the fees, now it's the fact that the scalpers get to the tickets before the public can buy them and that's BS! I gave away my 2nd ticket to an old friend. That's how extras should go!

Going to a Disney event with my grandson for the First Time. His smile was priceless when seeing Mickey and Minnie in person for the FIRST time. I wish it could of been more gender neutral as I thought a lot of focused on princesses? Maybe a mix of a little more Disney characters like Daisy, Pete, Chip & Dale. But overall other than being so warm in there a good experience for him and me.

The seats were awesome. We ended up having a box all to ourselves. The show was awesome with unexpected renditions from the original stars from the movie, and as a bonus Danny Elfman and Steve Bartek sang "Dead Man's Party." Great price and awesome seats purchased 1 day before the show. No problems whatsoever with tickets or anything.

My experience was horrible. Took us an hour and 45 minutes to get there, ha being to wait in traffic for 40 minutes. Paid $20 for parking a few blocks away. All to find out the tickets sold to me from you all did not work. Apparently, someone else had gotten/sold the same tickets, so mine had already been used. Wasted about 3.5 hours, $20 on parking, plus the time it took me to drive from college to come home for this. Seriously annoyed and I'm sure you can see why I am horribly unsatisfied.
When I called to see if I could get my money back, the woman from customer service told me I needed a letter from the box office. I told her I had already left and would not drive back to waste more gas, and more time to sit in the ongoing traffic. If I could, I would give no stars. I'm 22 so I understand, mistakes happen. But fix these errors or you will have young kids looking forward to see a concert get crushed. Parents having to explain to their crying children why they bought the tickets but they didn't work doesn't sound fun to me, especially on Halloween. And yes, I saw this happen to a young girl as well.

I was surprised when someone came with the same ticket I had. We had to spend the second quarter with security and I missed the second quarter. Apparently stubhub sold this person 5 tickets which had already been bought by me and another guy sitting next to me. What a fiasco!!! Can't even begin to tell you how disappointed me and my daughter are after spending a significant amount of money on the tickets.

The person sitting next to me purchased his post-season tickets directly from the Mets at a $160 face value. I paid $4,200 for 4 tickets. Face value for the 4 tickets was was $640. The ticket price and service fee were absolutely shameful. Shame on me for making this purchase.

The concert was awesome! Dustin lynch, randy houser and dirks bentley were just great leading up to Luke. However, when I first bought the tickets, I was expecting Fl/Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett. I was a little disappointed in the switch because I saw lynch and houser with Luke last February. Was looking forward to a change. Luke definitely deserves entertainer of the year.

There was originally a mix up with my tickets because I ordered 2 tickets but they ended up being the same ticket. Luckily I noticed this before the concert and called the customer support. The seller had uploaded the same ticket twice instead of the two separate tickets so this would have been a problem and I probably would not have been let into the concert if I did not notice this beforehand. But, I talked to Sydney on the phone and she was very nice and helpful and got the issue taken care of right away.

Your service fees are out of this world expensive. I think it ended up being 20% of the ticket price, which is crazy. It's really misleading when you go to buy a ticket at $35 and then it's actually $45. I'm sure your business and marketing people are fine with that but just know that it's really disgusting to your customers. Not that we're important.

I searched for a very long time to find tickets to Hamilton for my daughter's birthday. We paid a premium in anticipation of seeing the star and creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and flew from CA to see it with her. After so much anticipation, we were extremely disappointed to arrive at the theater and find that the understudy would be performing in the primary role. On top of that, "normal" people who have no special access to tickets when they first go on sale are forced to go through re-sellers and pay exorbitant fees for even nosebleed section seats. On a positive note, the show was stellar.

The process of buying tickets and getting them via email, so they can be downloaded is quick. I've purchased a lot of tickets with Ticketnetwork and I've been satisfied each time. The prices are better, to me, than purchasing them through Ticketmaster.

I ordered tickets a month ahead of performance date, by telephone, using a number at the top of the screen of the theater seating chart because I was having trouble ordering online. The person who helped me told me my 4 tickets in the orchestra terrace section would be emailed to me, somewhere in Rows A to W, but that he could not give me the actual seat assignments until Oct. 22nd, which was 3 days before the performance date. I called and was told that the broker had oversold and that my tickets were given to someone else! I will NEVER, NEVER go through a broker again! I was cheated and I had 2 very disappointed granddaughters, ages 4 and 8.
UPDATED ON 10/29/2015: I wrote a very negative review regarding my experience purchasing tickets for a performance. Unfortunately, I did not write the name of the actual ticket broker that gave me the problem. It was not TicketNetwork, but rather, a broker affiliated with them called BestEntertainment II. After my review, I received a lovely, apologetic letter from Tara, a representative of TicketNetwork. I also received a 15% discount on future tickets ordered within the next year. I also received a phone call from BestEntertainment, refunding me an "additional" 25%. I am relieved that both companies have made the effort to make amends, but, I still did not attend the performance with my 2 young granddaughters, and will have to wait until The Lion King returns to our area. I am still disappointed.

Well to put it nicely, it was awesome - the show, that is. The ticket service not so great. See I bought the tickets back in Feb-March(?) thinking I was going to get the tickets in time for the show which I bought for my wife for her birthday. Well time came for me to download of tickets. I guess I thought wrong. It came to the week of the show, went to website because got no notice via email or text. So went there, no link, so called. When did so, they really couldn't help me so gave it a day or two. Getting nervous about not getting tickets and guess what, I was right.
So called again, still no good advice for me but girl said if I wanted, I could call them myself (all access) so I did. Now that's a whole different story - didn't get tickets 'til an hour before show but thanks to the guys there, they made it happen for us. And oh yeah, you never got back to me on if I have gotten my tickets yet. So I gave you 2 stars on I guess being able to buy tickets. Thanks guys. Next time you take orders on tickets, make sure you can deliver the goods.

First off your parking is horrible. The venue has paved parking for maybe 300 vehicles and the facility holds 150,000 people. Once you drive into the facility and can't find parking it is extremely difficult to turn around. There are parking passes being sold online for as much as $80. You can buy one but you are not guaranteed the venue will reserve your spot. I saw this happen to several other folks. There are no signs indicating that a person can take a shuttle bus. There are also no signs indicating where you can park a car to take a shuttle bus. By the time I figured everything out and got to the stadium, the race was in its 54th lap out of 56. So I saw maybe ten minutes of the race. I lost two hours of time from when I first got there to actually getting to the stadium. I also attended the Elton John concert the same day being 10/25/2015.
After viewing the race for ten minutes I bought a couple beers and started my half mile walk to the Elton John concert. After about a quarter mile walk, I and about ten thousand other people were stopped by police and told we couldn't go any further. Well fun and laughter turned to anger and the ten thousand plus people stormed the police and basically pushed them out of the way. One hundred feet further and the police formed a line of perhaps twenty folks to again stop the concert goers from going any further. They made us jump over a fence then crawl under another fence and had us walk on grass which with all the rain had turned to mud.
Once we got close to the stage the police wouldn't let the spectators in again. Once the music started it was a free for all because the crowd stormed the barricades to get up close. This was the most horrible experience I've ever encountered at a public event anywhere in the world. I'm 61 years old and well traveled. I will never return for any event at Circuit of the Americas in Austin tx. Very unhappy customer, **.

I had a great experience with Ticketnetwork. I have received my tickets same day that I purchased them from Ticketnetwork by downloading them from my computer. The show was fantastic. We had the BEST seats ever!!! Jackson Browne was great. We attended his concert at Winstar Casino at Thackerville, Ok. It was a sold out crowd. And I was unlucky enough to have a seriously drunk insane chick directly blocking my view of Jackson Browne for the entire concert. We will most definitely buy tickets thru this site again but Winstar security really failed on getting this issue taken care of for us and several others in our area.

My mom's birthday is in October, & I knew that Jimmy Buffett was playing in California (where we live) in October so I decided to buy her tickets to see him. I looked at multiple websites for tickets and every site was difficult to use as far as seating selection goes. The prices and overall website setup on TicketNetwork was incredible. The show was great as was the overall experience. The Orpheum is a beautiful building except a little more legroom would help. The acoustics were also excellent and I had an unabated view of the entire stage... I will return to see other shows, and I will tell my friends what a good time I had.

I'm a bit upset having to drive for the concert to find out it was cancelled! I feel it's a bit ** that people put hundreds of dollars for a concert to have it cancelled! I understand medical situations, but where is the compensation for people that travel and have to turn around to go back! So you going to pay for the gas to drive back and the hotel as well?

The tickets you see on our website are being listed and sold by hundreds of professional ticket-selling companies throughout the United States and Canada. The sellers are the ones who set the price of the tickets based on what they feel the tickets are objectively worth, based on the popularity of the event and the number of other tickets available. (This is how most items you buy are priced anyway; it's rather unique that venues don't price tickets the same way, although many of them are introducing dynamic pricing.) Please note that the seller didn’t pay the face value for the tickets. However they accessed the tickets, such as through the venue directly or through another third-party supplier, they had to pay additional fees – often large – on top of the printed ticket price. Ease of use was great. Even tho tickets were purchased about 7 weeks ahead of time, they were not delivered to my work place until the day before the concert. I was getting concerned that they would not arrive in time. The tickets we did receive were about 6 rows closer than originally expected but they were still nose bleed section. We discovered we paid more than double what people around us paid for their tickets.

Ordering our tickets was very easy and they told us how to get them downloaded when the time came to print them out. We also had great seats. I purchased tickets online through the Ticketnetwork website for Raheem Devaughn concert in Houston, Texas at the House of Blues. At the time I placed my order, tickets were $74 each with an additional service and delivery fees totaling $192.80. I punched the tickets and received an email the following morning to contact them regarding my tickets. When I spoke to the representative, she said that at the time I purchased my tickets, they were in the process of pulling them offline because they had sold out and offered me general admission tickets (standing room only) for a reduced rate. I didn't want the general admission tickets as I wanted a guaranteed seat. Nevertheless, my order was cancelled and I was told that I would receive a refund.
So I checked the website to see if the tickets that I tried to purchase were really indeed sold out and surprisingly, they weren't. In fact, the tickets were $100 more each. I feel that the price should have been honored since the tickets were not actually sold out but instead the price was hiked up. I purchased insurance which I thought would protect me from something like this. I feel that this company is a joke.

My husband, daughter, and I searched many ticket distributors to buy Elton John tickets in Vegas for my daughter's birthday. After searching a long time, I finally decided on Ticketnetwork. I ordered the tickets (rear orchestra) on Fri afternoon and got the confirmation #, then subsequently booked our airfare and hotel, never ever expecting to hear later that night, that the tickets were "no longer available." I immediately began looking again online at multiple different distributors, and all of the previous rear orchestra seats that had been available were gone. The next day, Sat, I called the number that Ticketnetwork had instructed me to call, so that they could help me find new "comparable" tickets. They found me a new set of tickets in the 1st Mezzanine (disappointing, but at least tickets).
You could never imagine the frustration and anger, when I got an email that afternoon, saying that the 2nd set of tickets were "no longer available." Only because my daughter was so excited about going to the concert, bc we had already purchased air and hotel, and bc of my utter disbelief that this could happen again, did I even bother to call them back. Well, they finally did find me a 3rd set of tickets (which I was able to download and print), unfortunately all the way back in the 2nd Mezzanine. Oh, and from my $682.50 charge, they did deduct $37.74 for my inconvenience. Would never ever recommend anyone using this company!

This company charged more than double what other companies charge. Then they failed to ship the tickets on time and they didn't arrive for my event. When I called on a Friday afternoon, I was told there was nothing that could be done until Monday which was after the event. They then refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I finally got one who did nothing. Finally the next day, the tickets were emailed to me. I filed a complaint with the BBB who did nothing. I asked repeatedly for a manager or director to call me with no response. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered two tickets to a New York Yankee game in February. There was no restriction mentioned when ordering. Only when it became apparent in August that I would not be able to attend the event did I find out that the New York Yankees restrict printing E-tickets until one or two days before the event. At that point it will be too late to sell the tickets. If TicketNetwork had made that fact obvious at the order point I would not have ordered the tickets. When I call customer support I get no cooperation from them in trying to get my tickets listed for sale on their website. In my opinion a bad company.

One only has to google 'TicketNetwork Reviews' to get a clear idea of this company's level of service. There are literally hundreds of dissatisfied TicketNetwork customers - my experience is not unique. I spent hundreds of dollars on concert tickets only to be turned away at the venue because someone else had already used the same tickets to enter the event. Calls to Customer Service did not resolve the issue, the supervisor I spoke with was rude. In the future, I'll only purchase tickets from reputable sites like TicketMaster.

Ordered tickets to a Red Sox game. Tickets we got are NOT as described. I called customer service as soon as I got them and explained this is not what the description said. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called on 4 different occasions trying to reason with them and was basically told "too bad." Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am now stuck with 2 ADA seats and we are not handicapped. I asked them how they can sell ADA seats that are not what was described and have a clear conscience knowing that they sold them to people that are not handicapped? They told us "don't worry about it... they will give you a folding chair to sit in." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????
I even called the stadium and no one can help me change my seats.... So I will be sitting there (UGH). I can't have a clear conscience knowing I am sitting in ADA seating when I am not handicapped, so I am prepared to apologize to everyone and explain how we got scammed. These people are off their rockers. This is the first and the last time I will ever use them!!!!! I read the reviews before I ordered and wish I would have listened. Good lesson learned. :-(

People are running scams through this site where they purchase tickets with stolen credit cards and then they post the tickets for sale on the Ticket Network. Once the credit cards are reported as stolen the tickets purchased by the thieves will eventually be voided - but not before someone unknowingly purchases them through this site and is then left holding a worthless ticket. The Ticket Network knows this scam is going on but has no interest in putting in preventative measures or compensating victims of this scam. Avoid this site - try a more reputable one or just buy them from Ticketmaster if possible.

Ordered 2 tickets for Wicked in NYC. Went to 'will call' with my 'will call' number as well as my name. No tickets. This was going to be the highlight of my daughter's trip. My card hadn't been charged so I thought "oh well let it go". Got home and checked my card. My card had been charged 538.00. I called and explained. They said "send us a letter saying you were not admitted". The theater said they do not do that. I called back and had TicketNetwork and Gershwin Theater on the phone at the same time. Ticketnetwork agent heard Gershwin Theater rep say my name was not on the 'will call' list for that date and time. After hearing that, she still said I had to get a letter from them. Not only was my vacation ruined but I am having to spend all this time getting my money. Last resort will be to file on my card. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

When shopping for tickets, they offered best available seats. I made my purchase only to later find better seats at half the cost on multiple other sites. We have had a family emergency that makes it impossible to attend this event and if we are even able to sell these seats we will have to take a substantial loss. I have studied the other tickets this company is selling in comparison to multiple other ticket brokers and sale sites and they are at least 25% - 50% more than the other sites. This is a complete rip off.

I purchased 6 tickets to Whitesnake on 6/5/15 and was told I would receive an email to download them. I called several times for 2 weeks and kept getting the same answer (that I would receive an email soon). Never received any email to download the tickets or even a response to the angry emails I was sending. Finally the day before the event I had to buy the tickets for double the price at Stubhub and call my credit card company to dispute the $397.50 ticketnetwork/ticketsmeep charged me for the tickets. Do not buy tickets from Ticketnetwork or Ticketsmeep. It is a ** scam!!!

Greetings from Canada! How I ended up paying US prices for a Canadian concert is beyond me. I placed an order for two Awolnation tickets which is a general admission show @ $34 each. My account was debited $119 (US funds). Long story short, my tickets weren't sent for me to Print so I called to inquire. I was told my order didn't go through & the money would be returned within 3-5 days. Never happened! Calling there is pointless as they do not care!! They were annoyed by me calling & had no problem expressing so.
My bank has filed an investigation which could take 30 days. It's a big inconvenience! Although it's not a large amount, it's huge on the right & wrong meter... I don't recommend ordering from here. There is endless complaints about this company. If you must order through them though, I think calling in instead of ordering online Is wiser way to go. This way you can hold someone accountable.

I purchased 4 tickets on Friday 4/17/15. By today 4/18/15 I didn't get my tickets emailed to me. I called customer service all day and nobody could give me a straight answer. Finally, instead of offering me another set of tickets, they said they would refund me. I'm EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. My husband and I had friends coming in from out of town and we were very excited to go to this game. The absolute LEAST that this company could have done is offer us tickets in another section. Now there are no other tickets available for the game that are less than $50 per ticket. The lack of communication and good customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. I will never use this company again and I don't recommend it at all.

If you are looking for a SCAM, then TicketNetwork and TicketWorld are the right vendors for you. I had a surprise weekend planned for my boyfriend, where I bought Red Sox tickets from TicketNetwork. I also had to buy airfare, rental car, and hotel for these tickets. After 5 days passed I should have received my tickets or the airbill with the tracking number. I called. The customer service is garbage, my weekend was ruined, and I was devastated.

I am Canadian and seemed to buy tickets from Massey Hall for a concert on October 6th. I searched Massey Hall for tickets to buy. The following website came up: Tickets Massey Hall - TicketNetwork.com. It looked legitimate to me. I thought I was communicating with Massey Hall. I never bought tickets online from Massey Hall. I did find it strange that they will charge an international fee, and service fee. The tickets were $143 on the screen but once these extra fees were added they were about $933 for 5 tickets. Then when I checked my credit card, I find out that the $933 is actually $1200 on my Visa statement. Instead of buying $143 tickets as advertised - I am now paying $250 per ticket. How ridiculous. I cannot cancel. I have no tickets.
From reading these comments I realize I will probably never get my tickets. I called Ticket Liquidator just now, and I was treated deplorably. The representative talked over me, belittled me and told me if I don't like it, I can go complain but that I can't cancel my purchase, even if I am unsatisfied and have received no service. What is my course of action here? Any advice anyone could give me? This is ridiculous. I had no idea Massey Hall will have such links with companies that use such trickery to get people to buy their tickets. Perhaps this is common practice - but for me, new to online purchase of tickets, this is an absolute outrage!

If all you want is a ticket then you are fine, BUT Don't believe that you will get the actual ticket you order AND Don't expect that they will be at all helpful after the sale is made. First, I am very thorough when ordering tickets. I don't usually like balcony tickets but I found some through SeatGeek that were "Balcony 3, Row J." They redirected me to TicketNetwork. The only reason that I went with Balcony is because Balcony 3 was right in the middle. I ordered 2 tickets all the while making sure they were Balcony 3.
When I receive my tickets they are Balcony 1 (ALL THE WAY ON THE SIDE!!!!!!). Pissed I call to straighten this out, should be doable still a month and a half until the show. NOPE these (expletives) sit back and do nothing by saying the receipt says "BALC Row J" and this is what I received. I can't help that your print out only takes the first 4 letters. No Help! No explanation! No Exchange! Just the classic Bait N' Switch. Bent me over and went at it. Never Again Ticket Network! (This is the 3rd site that I have complained on thus far, I'm not done yet...)

WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!! I ordered tickets that I thought were front row...AAA-DD. The catch is it refers to rows from AAA-DD! No refund or cancellation policy like Ticketmaster which allows cancellations up to 72 hours! Emailed and spoke to Don @ 310-247-0033. My tickets were $378.00 PLUS $94.00 service fee for each! They will probably delete my post but what a shame! NEVER AGAIN! They did say they could change my tickets to Orchestra 2, row K...which I could have ordered directly from the Lakeland Civic Center venue for $44.00 each! I AM A SUCKER!!!!! BEWARE friends...you will get no help from this shady company! I do not go to a lot of concerts but from now on...it will be from the venue or TICKETMASTER!!!!!

UPDATE: I contacted Customer Service, who after a few days, referred me to another company (Momentum Tickets). Apparently, the ticket passed a few hands before getting to me. After contacting the other company, I was given a full refund.
I am happy that I was able to receive a full refund, but still stand by my previous statement that I will trust another 3rd party seller again.

Bought Foo Fighters tickets through these guys on 10/29/14 and paid 10x face. Got an email from them saying the purchaser would be meeting me at the venue and walking me in. I emailed and asked for more info. On 10/30, received notice from FedEx that I had a package. I drove to pick it up and was sent a receipt with a used AmEx gift card. On 10/31 I was at the venue and told that any tickets bought through a 3rd party and purchased w/ a gift card would not be honored. I am out $ for this ticket, gas and hotel for overnight stay. Never again will I trust these people (or any other 3rd party seller). Would give NO STARS if it were an option.

We paid over $200 for tickets to The Oak Ridge Boys concert on 11/28/12 in Saginaw, Michigan. While at the event, our seats were up in the balcony and could hardly see the concert. Other guests started talking to us and made the comment that they only paid $39 for their seats. When we questioned the others guests, they had the same story. I feel like we got scammed by this company. I am very angry and I feel like we should be reimbursed for our tickets, which I doubt we will, because I can't find a number to call. This company should be investigated.

I had been keeping an eye on tickets to a concert from this website. Yesterday, I purchased two tickets. The people associated with the site assured me that I would receive the tickets as long as no one had ordered them at the exact same time as I. Today they told me that my order did not go through and that there was nothing they could do about it. According to their satisfaction guarantee, it says that they would replace the tickets with the same or better seats. That being said, even after speaking with them, the site is continuing to list the same group of seats I ordered from at the same price. I can produce a copy I saved of the site to prove it. I believe the business this website is running is completely unethical and unfair.
