This was my first time hearing about this website, I was trying to get tickets for a concert and it was sold out on Ticketmaster so I gave Ticketnetwork a shot and got my tickets right away, when I got to the venue, everything went smoothly, great experience and didn't even have to wait in the queue.

I had been searching everywhere for tickets to see my favorite artist live and TicketNetwork made it happen! The website was super easy to navigate and I found the perfect seats at a great price. I have reported this site to the Better Business Bureau. I thought I was on the legit supplier of tickets for a small town music venue for my parents as a gift. I was charged $174 for two tickets with face value of $27 each. The venue shared that they are trying to stop this from happening and in no way endorse this site. They are ripping people off. Period.

I purchased 3 tickets for Parker McCollum on December 10th 2024 for his event on February 7th 2025. I have not yet received my tickets and have people traveling to come and watch the concert as well. I have scoured my email for these tickets checking all folders and all possible links from this company. No tickets available at all, I have reached out to customer service chat with their online agents and no help has been given whatsoever. This was the Christmas gift I got my wife and now it's looking like she won't get to go because of a scam? ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Tickets were originally delivered within minutes of purchase on 12/10/2024. It is best practice to accept tickets ASAP to ensure no issues. We were not contacted regarding tickets until the evening of 2/4/2025. We assisted you via both email and website chat on 2/5/2025. A courtesy retransfer was requested on your behalf and completed on 2/6/2025.

Bought tickets for a play online (theater is in DC) from what I thought was the venue website but it turned out TicketNetwork seemed to be able to show up online as if they were the venue website. The tickets were promised at will call and, of course, the venue had no such tickets for me when I arrived there. Currently working on getting my $211 back but it is highly doubtful from this unreliable, lying, scamming company. I will of course have to go the credit card route and have the cost of the tickets removed from my bill. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are scammers!!

Worst ticket company ever!!!! Bought tickets from them and when I went to show the tickets were somehow transferred and claimed by someone. Spent several weeks dealing with this and they refuse to refund my $230. Hope these people go out of business soon!

I purchased four tickets from what I thought was Ticketmaster as my tickets say. Unbeknownst to me that TicketNetwork was false advertising. $1500 later I am stuck with four tickets because of life’s unexpected moments. So I call ticket network and speak with a guy who said all he could offer me was $150 as a courtesy fee. That was like putting salt on an open wound. Please do not ever purchase from this place. False advertising. Lesson learned. I’m out $1500.
