The whole ticket-purchasing process was quick, easy, and seamless. I was able to find the show I wanted right away, and choosing my seats was very simple. The seat-map visualization was especially helpful because I could clearly see where the seats were located before making my selection. The entire process was straightforward, and I was able to get exactly the tickets I wanted. Overall, it was a very smooth and convenient experience.

Easy Process— the App even pointed out that the purchase was at the best price in that Section!

I hate this software. I can't download my tickets. On the screen where I enter my password, then my name then accept the terms, lastly I press the NEXT button and then just sits there and does nothing. I've tried many, many, many times.

I’d rate the experience as an utter disaster. I was given the wrong tickets and when I called IMMEDIATELY after the transaction I was told “too bad.”

These people are criminals... Vastly overcharging for tickets with ridiculous fees. They should be sued into oblivion.

GOT HAD and paid DOUBLE for tickets with your re-sale site. Multitasking and not noticing you PAID for top hit in Google search. Very slimy. Could have had better seats directly through the venue and saved $150 off what I paid. You GOT ME. Enjoy it. I told all my friends buying tickets for this event and others to beware of your site. None of us will ever use you in the future.

Do not use this company. Unfortunately you'll be left at the box office paying for more tickets out of pocket due to the odd ways this 3rd party company wants to give you event tickets. I had never used a 3rd party retailer as I've been going to concerts for YEARS. Save yourself the trouble of having to call your bank and request they help review and resolve a dispute off your account. I paid 330 dollars for Wu Tang Clan. Got to the concert. Was not able to get my tickets at the box office after emailing, calling the Event Tickets hotline. They were no help in helping me get my tickets off the ticket master website. It was a stressful situation that Thankfully my bank account was able to resolve the issue because I was not able to get my tickets I paid for. Plus the pricing is astronomically higher than if you just go to the box office and purchase. Save yourself the trouble and just do that instead.

No order number. No tickets. No way to access anything. Useless email communication.

I was very upset to have paid $179 for my tickets and when I got the e-tickets they were only $55 and it included service fee. How are people allowed to do this, especially with how things are right now. Now I am feeling like I got ripped off. I can see maybe double the original price but almost four times more is ridiculous. I will never purchase any other tickets for a paramount show if this is how they operate.

This is my first time using this platform. I received the tickets and was actually charged an exorbitant price, but did not realize it until I printed the tickets. The ticket price is $24. I paid $75 for the tickets. Outrageous.

Unimpressed. I entered Ticket Master to purchased tickets. At no time was I prompted I was leaving their site to whatever site this is. I suspect this is a company purchasing large quantities of tickets and drastically marking up tickets. AVOID.

Beware of look alike sites! Or even when you go to the Events Ticket....There are phishing sites that steal your login to an official site. It happened to me. Price was high but I didn’t know otherwise, but when I print out the tickets they changed my seating completely, gave nothing that showed what I paid. It showed nothing on the actual site I purchased from but showed only “event tickets”. I called them and I didn’t not purchase from them. I paid $145 for their cheapest tickets in which the official site had nothing at that price. They explained to me it was a 2nd party ticket!! That is fraud. I’m going through my bank to reverse charges. BEWARE when buying tickets.

This is more a friendly warning for others and a good reminder to myself. This was the first time I realized I wasn't buying from the actual event page in my area (after the fact). I had Googled the event and thought the link I was navigated to was the correct page. I realized after the fact that I had purchased a ticket that was $29 higher than the actual event's page was selling them for! So, I paid $88.80 here instead of the $56.80 from the Event. I realized my mistake and take accountability. I still tried to write and explain in hopes they would refund me so I could purchase directly from the Event page. Was told this is a marketplace for other ticket resellers. So in other words, there's no checks and balances and just know any ticket on here is probably NOT the same price as the event's page.

Service fee is outrageous and not having the ability to change or refund tickets at all even immediately following purchase is ridiculous. These companies are just fleecing people.

Event Tickets Center's marketing tactic to make people think tickets are already on sale and are almost sold out is just awful. They are very misleading. I bought tickets from them because they were advertising that inventory for tickets was almost sold out when in fact the opposite was true. I ended up paying triple the cost of a ticket before it even went on sale when I could've easily bought a ticket the day they went on sale for way less. I will never buy from this site again.

You should be ashamed of yourself charging 600.00 for a 200.00 event!! I know there is fee charged to things but 400 fee is a bit outrageous!! I will never buy online again. They say I can't be refunded! So I will talk to Hawaii theatre and make sure they know you folks are scammers!!!

A total scam I was trying to buy tickets for community event and someone was able to list them for three times the amount that I could’ve bought it at the gate for. Shame on me for not double checking and shame on you guys for allowing that.

Terrible app for tickets. You try to buy tickets and then they direct you to a different website that you think is a scam of some sorts. Then you get an email from totally different website someone name Paul ** wants to send you your tickets. Who is Paul **? Really messed up and how many people cancelled tickets because of frustration.

I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option. I paid $437 for tickets to a concert happening tonight and I still do not have the tickets. These tickets were purchased 4 months ago.

Scammy site that shows up at the top for ticket searches. While I was purchasing my tickets the page changed the event date which I didn't catch until after purchasing. Sure I could have bought $50 ticket insurance (on top of the insane $50 booking fee) but I didn't. I texted the company right away and the bot told me to call an 855 number. 30 minutes later a person answer and 20 minutes after that told me there were no exchanges. BEWARE!

UPDATED ON 09/29/2026: Nothing improved my rating. I have now seen Event Ticket Center response to my rating in which they make stupid excuses. These excuses don’t hide the fact that this is a ticket scalping rip off con Company. And be claim on their website oh yes, tickets are refundable but when you realize you’ve been called and asked for a refund, they say oh no, we don’t give refunds, except if something extreme has happened, like the venue burned down and therefore no show going on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am completely unsatisfied with this business and feel it is a sham. I bought tickets to a show last night. I went through the venue and was directed to event tickets. I immediately realized I was overcharged and tried to reach out to them but their online system was closed. I reached out today asking for a partial refund for the difference in price (which is significant - $60ish/ticket). They were very unhelpful.

Why wouldn't you send the tickets I spent a lot of money on be given to me right away? I feel very uncomfortable waiting until the day of the performance to receive the ticket. I am not happy about that delay at all and there is absolutely no reason to hold my tickets. Also, it was not mentioned at checkout that there is a delay in issuing tickets that are paid for.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Your site is a scam that charges more than double the value of the event. I realized this one minute after I purchased two tickets and immediately called to ask for a refund. Of course, I was told, rudely, that all purchases were final. Now I am content to tell everybody I know to NOT ever purchase tickets from this ‘business’ and go directly to the venue’s website to purchase tickets. Rude, unhelpful, scamming scalpers.

The most complicated effort to retrieve tickets imaginable. I attend dozens of events each year and while I'm not in love with the whole "use phones for Every-**-Thing" the process usually works. In those cases where there's a glitch, "the help" helps...and then it works. Worst case, they move the tickets to will-call. This time, "help" was just an hour of uselessness, partial instructions, links that didn't work and absolutely no options for other delivery methods. Links that sent me to nowhere useful. Links that didn't even work, instructions to look for options that weren't there, etc.

All seems well..Have printed tickets on refrigerator. : )

Terrible...my tickets never arrived. All Events center did was send repetitive emails saying my tickets are in the way. We are furious.

One huge issue with this purchase... they added $49.60 service fee. Taxes always expected... a 20% service fee... not expected. Plus this was not disclosed at the start of the ticket process... Be upfront with ALL fees and cost. Also the ticket process would only give the row the seats were in. Not what the actual seat number and location. Not a big deal with such a small theater... would be a big deal if this was stadium size. But in the end, this was the only way to get tickets to this event... so we were stuck with paying the extra fee with no idea where we are sitting.

Horrible. This place is a total scam. Do not ever buy from them.

Great to hear things have been fixed! While we do not support currencies outside of USD please know that's on the roadmap to add in the future, so we will support CAD pricing.

I ended up paying 3x the face value of the tickets. I thought the price looked high, so I googled the venue, found what looked like the official site and the link also went to Event Tickets so I thought it was legit. When I found the real venue site a day later on a different ad, that linked to Ticketmaster with plenty of available seats at a much cheaper price. I learned my lesson and hope you all don't get burned too.

Such a ridiculous scam. I cannot believe this business is allowed to operate. They will scam you for 4X the real ticket price and do not notify you until after purchase that your tickets aren't available until the day before the event. How are you reselling tickets for a show that is not even close to being sold out, for 400% of the price? I called and demanded proof of my ticket, which they couldn't provide. I threatened to file for a chargeback with my CC company because I paid for something which I did not receive.

First, I want an explanation of why you are charging me $62 for a $39 concert. What are you doing other than sending an email and charging my card, because those 2 things don't cost $62? Second, if you are charging over 61% of the cover ticket price, why can't I transfer my tickets to my Google wallet for safekeeping and easy access. Third, when I searched for the Petaluma show, it didn't exist. I bought nonrefundable tickets for Berkeley and can't exchange them for the show I wanted.

Bought the wrong ticket. Tried to resell the ticket. Due to it pending for review it got within the 24 hours of the event and the post to sell the tickets was removed. I lost out on $207. Review should happen in a faster manner to ensure money is not lost. I will not use this site again.

Not Great! Tickets were listed as $22, the tickets themselves say $22, but I was charged $202 for 3 tickets. The math is not correct, even with the service fee, it's still 3x too much that was charged. Can someone fix this?

I love it. It was simple and easy. Would definitely do it again.

I’m very disappointed that I did not receive my tickets on the day that I ordered and paid for them., And the decision has been made to send the tickets a day before the event but the money has been taken out of my account. Which means that you’re already paid and I don’t have what I ordered which is so unfair, and it is also overpriced. I want to make sure that I have my tickets beforehand (as I have before when I purchased tickets from Zanies,) and I really hope this is not fraud or scam. I sure hope this is Legal. Because something just does not seem right. I’ve never use this app before and how decisions can be made about the consumer's money to this end will not do use this app again.
