Good experience. The website was helpful. However, the fees are way too much. Would like to see them cheaper. That's all I have to say. 40 words is way too much. Again, please reduce the fees for purchasing tickets. The fees for these tickets are 50% of the ticket price. Too expensive. Thanks.

Not too sure about the added fees after the purchase price. I guess it is just the cost of doing business, but it does cut down on the number of shows that we attend. Overall we do love to attend and this is our 5th show to attend. We would attend more if not for the added almost $50.00 in fees.

The mark-up in ticket prices on the resale market is basically designed to cover the numerous expenses incurred by sellers to obtain hard-to-get tickets so that consumers can later purchase them at more convenient intervals. These sellers pay face value plus additional fees and/or have fee-paying memberships in special fan clubs and/or sometimes even pay their own mark-up fee by buying tickets from other resellers. We hope this helps clear things up!
First time buying tickets online. It was simple. Site didn't let us know which seats though, only the section and row. It did say it would be 2 seats together. Hopefully it turns out that way. Otherwise ticket buying experience seemed easy enough. If there is a way to add the seat numbers too, that would be great.

All seats are guaranteed to be together unless explicitly stated otherwise in the seller notes on the ticket listing. Seats that aren't together must be advertised as being "piggybacked" or "split" above a certain purchase quantity.
Ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers publicly for various reasons. This may be to protect their privacy (they may be season ticket holders) and/or to prevent double-booking of tickets by multiple customers. Specified ticket listings (seat by seat) would result in numerous customers buying the same exact seats at the same time.

Fast and easy -- But the handling cost was pretty expensive! It cost roughly 25% of the cost of the ticket -- That is very high. Other than that cost the tickets were reasonable and hope to have a good time at the concert.

Wish I knew more about where I will be sitting. Also the service charge is a bit steep, even compared to TicketMaster. Other than that I am very pleased with the whole experience. I look forward to getting my tickets.
Hi Michael, there are a couple of reasons behind why our ticket sellers do not include seat numbers on their listings, the most important one being your security. Seat numbers are disclosed upon delivery to your eyes only, which ensures that no one obtained your seating assignment prior to you even purchasing the tickets. Why is there never good support for handicapped people needing to buy tickets online? It's always jumping through hoops versus clicking a single button saying "handicapped accessible seats"... It's really not that hard to do... Other than that, the purchase was mostly easy. Maybe sorting by rows and allowing even seat selection options or even just showing what seats we are choosing before making a purchase...?

Choosing seating was a little difficult. Have never been to the Belk theater. I pulled up pics of seating, and balcony arrangements in order to make my final decision. I will be more than happy to recommend others to this site, and will be using it again myself. Thank you.

Bill Engvall. Too many come-ons. I do not like the coupon trickery. I like straightforward info regarding sign-up, tickets and coupon use. I'm not interested in the added marketing schemes. I like to know upfront what I am saying yes to.

Had a great Experience Purchasing tickets for a friend, no problems..Randy was very easy to talk to and made sure my credit card was not charged twice. He also made sure the tickets I purchased were covered and under the warranty. I will surely call upon Event Tickets sales again.

Viewing tickets online was a little confusing. Would be helpful if it would indicate where row M, P, Q and so on are located exactly. My mother walks with a cane and is hard for her to climb to many steps. In the future that would be helpful. Thank You.
