Quick and easy. The automated system made it very easy. Reasonable tickets and not time consuming.

My experience purchasing these concert tickets for was smooth and easy. I was a bit confused later on, when I read the actual tickets, that somebody else's name was given on the ticket as a purchaser, and that the price I paid was different from what was on the ticket. My confusion arose from my not reading on the webpage the explanation of what the purchasing process entails. The tickets that I purchased were resale tickets. As I say, though, other than my initial confusion related to that, everything else about purchasing these tickets was fine.

It was an easy seamless experience. However, I bought the cheapest tickets, but I still think I paid more than if it was a direct purchase.

Yes I'm a verified buyer of ZZ Top and Dwight Yoakam tickets. It very easy, everything was there you needed. It helps you go step by step when buying tickets. This was my first time buying them online.

The process was easy. This will be my first time going to the Met opera in NY.

This should be criminal. They sell tickets at double the price and when you realize that they won't refund your money. Just buy direct from the venues and never support these guys.

Bought tickets months in advance. Tickets won't be released until the night before the show. They won't disclose the actual seat numbers. Told them I needed an aisle seat. They appear helpful, but don't resolve anything. Will never do business with them again. Shady.

Within 1 hour of my review being published I received confirmation that my tickets were available and had to jump through hoops to retrieve them. A very cumbersome process.

Absolutely terrible experience. My partner purchased tickets for several concerts. After the first set of tickets did not arrive electronically my partner spent several hours on the phone with these people. Total waste of time. They are a complete ripoff. Please tell everyone you know about this outfit. Please also complain to the venue directly. All venues should be proactively warning their customers about this unethical and questionable vendor.

I will not give any stars for this experience! I feel that I've been robbed! Last December, I purchased 2 tickets to an upcoming concert in Phoenix. They were for a Christmas gift. I paid $487.20 for 2 tickets in so-so seats. It took me a long time to pay off... Anyway, when I went to download the tickets, I discovered that Ticketmaster is selling them for $79 each (not including service fees)!!! I contacted Event Tickets and was told that once I purchase the tickets, I've agreed to all their terms and conditions (does anyone actually read every line of this BS from top to bottom?). I know they are technically right, my bad! But I'm still pissed!! BEWARE of event tickets! It's a scam!

Scam site. I made the mistake of not fully researching my ticket options and paid double for worse seats. Make sure you are working directly with the event space, not this shady reseller.

First time I bought tickets to this type of event and after I purchased the ticket I realized that I was charged 3 times the face value of the ticket. This by no means was a reflection of the baseball club. But definitely a reflection of buying third party. Please do your due diligence in making sure you are buying from the club and not third party!

Event Tickets is a scam. They never send tickets. Do not buy from this company.

Don't know how we missed that this site was a ticket resale site. This is the site that came up when I searched for an event we wanted to go to. We paid $262 total for 2 tickets to a show. The face value of the tickets we received were $84 total. What a ripoff!

This was the first link that popped up when I searched for concert tickets and I did not realize this is a sponsored third party vendor. Once I realized, I could not cancel the transaction and ended up paying almost double the amount for tickets than I would have on the proper venue site.

Considering that the price per ticket is roughly twice to three times more than other locations, I guess checking out was smooth. No idea where I'm sitting. Just told I have a row number.

Maybe this is just been used specific, but I was not able to choose my seats. Moreover my tickets are not going to be available to print; I will supposedly get them emailed to me only one day before the performance. Not good.

Very easy system to navigate. Received electronic tickets same day with no issues.

A complete rip off. Never received tickets. Have spent the past two days. Emailing customer support only to be told. They’re on their way at a certain time and when that time passes, the tickets never came.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option!! Worse experience ever. I bought 2 tickets from ETC on top of being way over priced (mistake on my end because I was excited and didn't do enough research) The event was saturday at 9pm, it was postponed due to weather, I didn't get an email or notification from ETC until next day sunday 9am (after I took a 2hr drive to the venue to find out that event is postponed). Event got postponed to the following Sunday and because I had other plans I was not able to attend, I tried to resell the tickets which ETC emailed me saying that reselling is an option and they recommended a third party that they work with, I couldn't for the life of me transfer or share the tickets with ANY selling platform.

Poor customer service, not clear that tickets are resale and prices are not fair. Tickets were purchased in error and company was contacted to ask for refund immediately, customer service was rude and unhelpful.

I bought a ticket on accident for the wrong date. No refund within 24 hours (my bad; I understood there was no cancellations or any resale service). Buy a ticket for another day that I can attend. Voided the transaction a half a day later because the ticket was unavailable. Buy another ticket thinking it was a fluke... nope. Voided, AGAIN. Decided to buy a ticket through StubHub...where they offer the opportunity to resell the ticket if you can't attend. Don't use this site, it's horrible.

Purchase ticket day of event. Never received on my phone. While at theater box office. I was told the seat was sold. Thankfully, The theater was able to accommodate and give me another seat. And Advise not to use this service. I will never use Event Tickets again.

While the initial process was fairly easy (though the time constraint was a bit nerve wracking - trying to find a seat when you are unfamiliar with the venue in a very short time period is stressful), the post-ticket purchase was terrible. I did not know that I would have to claim my ticket through Ticketmaster. Apparently, there is something wrong with my computer because Ticketmaster would not let me login. After several back and forths with their tech support, I have been told they cannot assist me with obtaining my (paid for!) ticket. I will never order tickets through this system again.

Terrible experience. Could not access my tickets. The website sent me in a continuous loop when trying to reset the password. Had to purchase all new tickets from the venue and could not get a refund even though I couldn't access the tickets. Also, the prices were twice the cost from purchasing directly from the venue. Will never buy here again.

I got GOT ... In my stupidity I didn't go to the venue's website first and instead googled the event (A comedy show at The Lab in West Hollywood). Event Tickets Center was one of three ticket vendors that were top searches and had the cheapest price $127/ticket vs $189/ticket ... And given that the comedian I wanted to see was kinda popular I thought that was the price. After I purchased 2 tickets for a total of $233!!! I then went to the venue's website to find out the show is only $30/ticket 😑. FML

This has been the worst experience I have ever had to pay for. The tickets were so expensive. Tickets Master and Livenation has been a nightmare. It’s been a pathetic experience

I'm a disabled veteran who was very excited to get my boys tickets to see the broadway play Hadestown. I was given two options to purchase: Broadway or On tour. I chose on tour because it was closer to home. Long story short, I purchased tickets only to discover it was not for Hadestown the broadway play, but Hadestown:Teen Edition. I asked for a full refund and they said they wouldn't refund for "personal error". It was advertised as Hadestown on tour, not Hadestown/Teen edition. I was scammed and worse, I was not reimbursed. Horrible soulless company. I will never use Events Tickets Center again.

Concert cancels and they refuse to return ticket price. They say it will be rescheduled at a later date but no date given. This does not mean the date I could be able to attend so it would be forcing people to spend money on a seat they could not sit in. They can take back the ticket like every venue and resell it to people who can attend events on known dates, they know to have open.

I got robbed, triple the amount I could have got from original venue, won’t happen again.

I had no idea I wasn't buyer direct from Riverwind. I was on their site so when I received an email from a Mattie ** I was afraid I had been scammed. Still hope the tickets are just a barcode to scan. Will never buy online again.

CAUTION! Contact the actual theater which the event is held. DO NOT support these companies that Rip You Off. I thought it was the outlet for our selected event we wanted to see. Instead after purchasing the tickets (4) I was charged $891. 65 and was shocked! When I called the ticket holder it took me 1 1/2 hours to get someone on the phone even after I was online with them on a online chat. While on hold I called the Performing art theater and asked "Where these seats were?" as on the purchase it stated they were seats, row number-NOT standing. I went searching online, for the given seat number I called the theater only to find out,There weren't seats But standing and was General Admission. Also to find out that the theater sells those tickets for a mire $85.00. And that there were NO Seats available!

Do not purchase tickets from this vendor. I purchased tickets that came in an email, and when I clicked the link, they never loaded into my Ticketmaster account. And Ticketmaster claims the order number doesn’t exist in their system and there is nothing they can do. Event Tickets claims that because I “accepted” the link in the email they sent, that they have no obligation to make it right. I am now out the price of the tickets but have no tickets.

I’m very disappointed with the inflated cost of your tickets to a Fisher Cats game. We take our grandson once a year so I should have researched tickets directly from the Fisher Cats. Feeling that I was taken advantage of isn’t nice. We will go and enjoy the game. Lesson learned.

I would give zero stars if I could. This site is a scam. Got to the venue and the ticket was scanned and showed as “ticket refunded - invalid” and no way to get a refund. Buy direct from the venue. Do not trust this website.

Good price for tickets on this site and easy transaction.. Will buy from them again.

I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I found out the price for a ticket is $19.00. You charged me $70.00. For 2 tickets that should have cost $38.00 you charged me $140.00!!!

Not good. Didn't receive my tickets. Had to jump through hoops, live chat, etc. Annoying.

This site uses tactics like "limited inventory!" alerts to charge you 2x the amount of a ticket that is still available at the primary vendor and then includes a service fee.
