My experience purchasing these concert tickets for was smooth and easy. I was a bit confused later on, when I read the actual tickets, that somebody else's name was given on the ticket as a purchaser, and that the price I paid was different from what was on the ticket. My confusion arose from my not reading on the webpage the explanation of what the purchasing process entails. The tickets that I purchased were resale tickets. As I say, though, other than my initial confusion related to that, everything else about purchasing these tickets was fine.

It was an easy seamless experience. However, I bought the cheapest tickets, but I still think I paid more than if it was a direct purchase.

Yes I'm a verified buyer of ZZ Top and Dwight Yoakam tickets. It very easy, everything was there you needed. It helps you go step by step when buying tickets. This was my first time buying them online.

Was my first time using your service. I hope everything goes smoothly when I go to the show. But getting the tickets very easy.

The staff were awesome and accommodating. The bar food was cold and horrible like it should be. The show was awesome!

A total scam!!!! Charge you more than double and add fees. Don't use them.

BEWARE! This is definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY! We bought 5 tickets to a dinner show....or so we thought. Turns out they charge the price for the dinner show, but you only actually get the show! Tickets were double the price of what they should've been, then when we arrived at the venue and found out we did not have the dinner included, we had to pay again to eat! Reached out and received a canned response that the money back guarantee didn't actually apply because even though this is a dinner show venue and we paid the dinner + show price, the "seller's notes" did not specify that it was dinner + show so we get no reimbursement for paying double the price.

Terrible first time experience! I purchased tickets for a concert and less that 2 hours after purchasing realized I didn’t get VIP which is what I was wanting. Emailed customer support and all they could say was all sales are final. I might have missed this but all I wanted to do was exchange. No impressed and I will not ever use them to get tickets! If I could give 0 I would.

You marked the tickets up from $12 to $32. You conned me.

I find that Event Tickets Center offers inflated prices for concert tickets. I thought that I was on the Overture box office site but learned subsequent that ETC is a resale site. I suppose that all will work out but am quite disappointed with tickets costing twice face value in the next to last row of the balcony.

Check out was awesome, really fast and no problems at all. Highly recommend it.

Frustration abounds. Ordered my tickets for Anne Wilson, supposed to be e-tickets—no email or tickets yet. HELP!

This scam company is nothing but a 'bait and switch'. They do mark up 100%-150% on their resell tickets. There are endless complaints with the BBB, Trust Pilot, Reddit and many other review sites. Run away from this company!

I had a very disappointing experience with Event Center Tickets. After purchasing my tickets and receiving confirmation, the tickets were never delivered. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times but received little to no helpful response. At this point, it feels like a scam. They took my money, failed to provide the tickets I paid for, and did not resolve the issue despite repeated attempts to get assistance. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Event Center Tickets. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with another purchase and would recommend using a more reputable ticket provider instead.

These are marketplace scammers and parasites. They intercept leigitmiate business from official websites, charged me $109 for a ticket that is still on sale for $40.69 (all-in) from the website of the venue.

The tickets were 3 times as expensive as if we'd bought them directly at the Box Office. I won't be buying any more tickets from Event Tickets.

This site is deceptively routed to when searching for the actual venue tickets, it goes straight to a ticket page where there is no indication that they are reselling tickets. Then they charge you 3 to 4 times more than the face value of the ticket, while at the same time, actual venue tickets are still available. They are creating a business model for their ticket scalpers to rip off consumers. They need to be investigated because this should be illegal. I got ripped off $180 over the actual ticket price on 2 concert tickets, then they will not let you cancel even while the charge is still pending.

This out fit sucks!! Scammers!!! Will not use ever again!!!! You people people can go suck it!!

I have yet to receive my tickets! This is unacceptable!!!

This place is ridiculous. I purchased tickets in March and it is three days until the event on May 31 and I still haven’t received the tickets. I can no longer go and I’m trying to sell them on StubHub who of course wants me to upload the tickets, but I can’t because even though I paid for the months ago, they have still not been released to me. This is a really fishy business practice. I will definitely never buy from them again. It came up first when I did a search to buy these tickets and it appeared to be a legitimate site, but I guess I have learned my lesson.

The process was easy. This will be my first time going to the Met opera in NY.

Got tickets two months ago at BayCare sound. They were emailed to me the same day. Order tickets for Deep Purple and will not get them until the night before the show. Don't like to have to wait until the last minute to get them.

After spending $584 for 5 tickets on rodeo tickets, my friends informed me that the actual ticket price was $25.!! How is it legal for this service to charge me so much more than the actual ticket price? We sat in the same seats. I feel scammed by this and will never use this service again! It’s my hope that other people will read this not be scammed by Eventticketscenter.com.

I am sincerely disturbed that I have once again fallen for what I thought was the venue's ticketing service only to find out that I don’t have my tickets in hand and not sure when I will? Furthermore I paid more than twice the amount that I would had buying direct as the show was not sold out justifying third-party services‼️

Complete and total farce. I purchased tickets by mistake thinking I was buying directly from venue. I contacted Event Tickets Center immediately and they refused to cancel order but said they would transfer me tickets and I could re-sell. I figured I was dumb enough to buy in error I would just do this and take a loss and learn a lesson. The main issue was that they NEVER TRANSFERED THE TICKETS IN SUCH A WAY I COULD RE-SELL THEM. They sent me a link to a page where I could SEE tickets, who knows if they were real, but I could not load them to my wallet nor do anything but look at them. They declined to help nor do anything to resolve the situation. Luckily I was able to enlist my bank (JPM Chase) to dispute the charges and won that dispute. The CSR at Chase told me they have numerous cases with this company and sister company "MyTicketTracker". BEWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP.

I have now emailed multiple members of the senate about placing a date for the TICKET act to placed on the congressional calendar. You sell tickets that neither you, nor the reseller, have possession of at the time of sale. I look forward to when that practice is illegalized and you no longer have the exploitive business model that preys upon people.

Predatory ticket reseller, full stop. I paid at least 30% over face value for tickets I should have bought directly from the venue (Event Tickets Center has no affiliation with the venues they list, they are purely a broker). When I called about an unintentional date conflict and asked for a swap on the same event, the answer was a flat no. All sales final, zero accommodation, zero customer service. Their entire business is markup plus a no-recourse refund policy. Buy direct from the venue every single time and do not let this site's URL or search ranking fool you into thinking otherwise.

Difficult to navigate the seats and prices. The insurance was too expensive. The tickets were to be guaranteed refund for any discrepancies.

It was phenomenal. Our whole family enjoyed the event. We will definitely be coming back!

About my tickets on Tuesday have not got my tickets and it is Saturday. My concert event will be on Sunday for Mother’s Day. Cannot believe that I have not received my tickets.

Checkout experience was OK. I don’t like that it doesn’t tell me what exact seats I have though. And the fact that I have to wait for two hours before the show to receive my tickets, is not a great experience. Wish I had just gone through the venue instead.

This BEWARE!! I was sent the wrong tickets. I got tickets to Shaina Easton when I ordered The White Album concert. I explained what happened and requested either a refund or an exchange for a the White Album, Beatles tribute band. I was refuse. Shame on them! Furthermore it is less expensive if you buy directly from the box office at the La Mirada Theatre.

DO NOT buy from them! They more than double the price, are not fully transparent about how the fees are so high, and you are stuck disputing the charges via your credit card company because their customer service is all scripted nonsense to avoid their intentionally deceiving sales practices.

This was a classic bait and switch. I selected and paid for seats on the main floor. I received tickets in the nose bleed seats with a difference in value of over $900. Total scam. No not use this company.

Easy to select tickets and they did offer the ability to sort low prices and best value. I think it could have had a feature what my view would look like. But overall a good experience. I didn’t get tickets immediately so just waiting for those.

My wife surprised me with tickets for my birthday. She didn't realize that this was not the official seller for the event/venue. She bought widely available tickets months in advance that are still now available a couple days before the show. Through the actual venue, these tickets are $35.99 with all fees included. This predatory website charged her $74 per ticket PLUS a $50 "service fee" - $215 in total. Now instead of being excited for the show, she feels bad about getting taken advantage of and it is going to ruin the entire experience. I wish these places would be put out of business. One fine line away from being a complete scam. Dirty business/owners. I hope you guys step barefoot on a Lego.

Quite literally sold me table tickets to the wrong music venue, and the correct venue doesn't even have tables. This is a shoddy scam scalper company. Never again.

ETC was horrible to work with on my purchase. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I orders 2 tickets for a soccer game and realized immediately that I had ordered tickets for the wrong city. I contacted ETC right away (within minutes) and asked for a quick cancellation. They didn't get back to me until the next day and said sorry there was a no cancellation policy. They said only thing I could do was accept the tickets and try to re-sell them. The guy I spoke to was extremely hard to understand on the phone during the call. They said you can sell them through us at ETC if you set up an account online. I attempted to set up an account and it never worked. It keep saying try back in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Lesson learned. An expensive lesson but none the less.

This is a complete scam. With the recent lawsuit against Ticketmaster, I hope Event Tickets rethinks their misleading purchase program. I purchased a pair of tickets at twice the cost of the face value. On top of that, my tickets were delivered by an individual. Who I presume, purchased a mass amount of tickets to the event to resell through Event Tickets. Lastly, I am not able to attend due to an unexpected death of a family friend and their “insurance” provider will not cover that. Third party associations to ticket purchases is a complete fraud and I hope all fall in line with Ticketmaster’s suit.
