The purchase of tickets was easy. Selecting seats a little confusing in that where logo for handicap was placed did not indicate if entire row is handicap or just the end seat. I needed one handicap seat but a family member going with me does not, but we are seated together. It would be nice to ask how many handicap seats are needed so as not to displace a person needing one.

My experience with this site was very smooth and easy to navigate. All I did was follow their instructions. They made it so easy and was very fast to retrieve my tickets for my event so all you have to do is click where they tell you and you will be good.

Check out was easy but I didn't know that the tickets would be e-tickets as I purchased them as a gift for my Husband, Son and Grand Son. I will not be attending. I would like tickets in hand to give as a gift. Not sure what to do now.

It was very smooth, and minimal fees were added. It said originally that I might not be able to access my tickets until a few days before the event, but I received them within about 10-15 minutes. I was pleased because when I've used other ticket places, the fees were enormous.

It was a little frustrating at first because it kept telling me I only had so many minutes, but then told me I timed out multiple times just trying to check out. Eventually finally working. Just takes patience. Lol but who has patience when they are trying to go see Kane Brown?!

About my tickets on Tuesday have not got my tickets and it is Saturday. My concert event will be on Sunday for Mother’s Day. Cannot believe that I have not received my tickets.

Checkout experience was OK. I don’t like that it doesn’t tell me what exact seats I have though. And the fact that I have to wait for two hours before the show to receive my tickets, is not a great experience. Wish I had just gone through the venue instead.

This BEWARE!! I was sent the wrong tickets. I got tickets to Shaina Easton when I ordered The White Album concert. I explained what happened and requested either a refund or an exchange for a the White Album, Beatles tribute band. I was refuse. Shame on them! Furthermore it is less expensive if you buy directly from the box office at the La Mirada Theatre.

DO NOT buy from them! They more than double the price, are not fully transparent about how the fees are so high, and you are stuck disputing the charges via your credit card company because their customer service is all scripted nonsense to avoid their intentionally deceiving sales practices.
