Ticket fees cost more than the tickets. The fees for one ticket are more than my hourly salary. This is exorbitant, extortionist, outrageous, unnecessary, and just downright greedy. They have a monopoly and abuse the heck out of it. And no one stands up to them.

Tried to get assistance with switching a ticket to another venue. I called the only 800 number listed non stop in my free time for 2 days before anyone answered and said they couldn't assist. I'm getting my money back because I purchased the insurance and never attempting to go to a concert ever again, especially if through Ticketmaster, and moving on.

The amount of ticket seem to be basic on the time in which they are purchased. The value of each ticket should remain the same up until 2 days before the event. To purchase a ticket after that time is beyond my belief system. All ticket should remain at a prices everyone can afford to buy. These are just my opinion and mine only.

I've used Ticketmaster for many years and never had a problem. They're my "go-to" site first and foremost. I recommend them to everyone! They usually have the seats I need for plays, concerts, sport events, etc.

I feel this company controls too much of the market. Not only do they control how the tickets are sold, they control the secondary market as well. It is unfair how they allow ticket resellers to buy tickets before the general public, they give them a platform to resell the tickets at much higher than face value AND they get a fee for it paid for by the consumer NOT the seller.

Great service and so much faster than the olden days waiting in a line to get your event tickets- I love it and use it frequently- I would even suggest a money back guarantee to newbies to test purchasing event items this particular way- satisfied consumer & customer is all I have to say. They will never believe how much the world has changed and as fast paced as it is I ???? some of these new businesses who actually care what we want and make sure we get it speedily and with a ???? smile and all that!

Wail until the last minute to buy tickets, the prices drop dramatically. If you watch the site regularly you will notice seats that appear sold, suddenly become available. And the resale tickets bought by the scalpers start dropping in price.

Great app, very user friendly, easy to use. Customer service is professional, courteous, efficient. The cost is within today's scope considering others are more expensive. For me, it's all about convenience, privacy, cost, and efficiency.

Ticket prices now fluctuate, it's almost impossible to buy a ticket at face value, no protection for consumers who want to go to shows, third party sellers are taking over Ticketmaster, buying all the cheapest tickets and reselling them at ridiculous amounts. Artists and sites like ticketmaster need to do a better job at providing face value tickets at normal prices.

I feel Ticketmaster is easy to use and usually have tickets available however the extra fee can really drive the cost of the tickets up. It is not something I appreciate. As of late I have visited the venue to purchase my tickets. It is amazing to me how much money I save doing it this way.

I appreciate the fact that I can purchase tickets in the comfort of my home and not worry about going out among traffic and burning gas. I do think the cost of purchasing tickets can be a bit of a headache or a bit pricey. I understand that there is a price for everything but with the volume of people that Ticketmaster deals with, It would be nice if they can come down on the cost to purchase the tickets so that people who can barely pay for tickets due to income could have a better chance of purchasing tickets and enjoying the show.

The person helping me was more than helpful, after trying on my computer to get tickets he helped me get the tickets I wanted. And it the right price I was looking for, and sent the information to my email.

Buying tickets on the mobile site was difficult at first because I kept getting a bunch of errors but it eventually went through. Unfortunately my event was cancelled but I did get a refund before the 7-10 days it usually takes.

When you got to buy tickets for any events, there are always ridiculous fees per ticket. Which drive way up the price you have to finally pay per ticket. Adding up all the extra fees per ticket is almost as much as the price of the ticket. There has to be something done about these costs. It makes it too expensive to afford to go to events, with your family. It's hard to afford purchasing tickets for all family members, including children for an event It usually costs hundreds of dollars to purchase tickets to an event, if family members and children all go together. That's why we hesitate going to events due to the cost of going out with the family. If it wasn't so expensive, we would go to more events. I'm sure that there are a huge amount of families all feel the same way as we do.

The price of event tickets are often priced appropriately, however, the amount of extra expenses tacked on for absolutely no reason other than to price gouge consumers is disgusting. I would rather buy tickets right from the venue.

Excellent website layout. Easy to navigate. The followup emails are fantastic in not just providing purchasing information but also they send reminder emails just before the event to make sure you didn't forget.

We purchased tickets a few years ago for Heart in Cincinnati. Ticketmaster forced us to pay a per ticket parking surchage. We waited in traffic for over two hours, and when we got to the venue, there was no parking available. We missed the concert entirely. How can you sell something that does not exist? If you are going to force me to pay for something 4x over, then I should be able to get at least one space. As a result, I have avoided purchasing concert tickets for over two years. There needs to be a way to recoup costs for nonexistent services.

I really hate the Ticketmaster verified fan events. It doesn't prevent scalping and really just makes it a pain to get tickets. And their "platinum" seats are a joke. Extremely overpriced for bad seats. I get that it's based on supply and demand, but I wish they would just release more tickets at the normal prices instead. Ticketmaster is fine for the average event but they need a better system for high-demand stuff.

The charge per ticket is high and there are never any promotions. The seating chart is not always available and that makes it difficult to get the best seats. Their website could also be improved. It has issues with loading as it does not appear to be optimized for mobile.

The Ticketmaster app and website is very simple to use. It is straight, idiot friendly, and to the point and you can't get any better than that! It is very convenient and I trust the vendor a 100%. I love using Ticketmaster! Great prices, too!! I highly recommend it!

Ticketmaster's fees are outrageous. I try very hard to buy tickets at the box office rather than pay Ticketmaster's ridiculous fees. If at all possible, buy tickets at the venue rather than through Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster is a very good company. I always find the cheapest tickets here. When I book a show I like to get very good seats. They always have the ones I want or can always find them for me.. Whether it is a specialty event or not I have found wonderful tickets in Las Vegas and Denver Colorado to any concerts or events I want to go to.

The main issue for me is the lack of customer service as well as the junk fees. The price of the ticket goes up 20-25% and to be quite honest, they are expensive enough as it is. I understand you need to make some money to pay for the service but what is being charged is ridiculous

Various events in many locations. Easy to use and navigate website. Do not need to be a rocket scientist to get your tickets. Most used ticket site that I use and in most case tickets are better price on here.

Easy to use and saves time. I have used Ticketmaster to purchase tickets in the past and they are efficient and the app allows you to save time. The app is easy to use. It allows you to see the actual seat you want to purchase.

I like being able to be verified to get early access tickets to events. However, the site can have loading issues on launch days and they do not monitor resale ticket prices even if states have laws. If buying resale tickets look at other places first. The fees are a bit high compared to some other sites as well.

I was sold two fake tickets, lost about $500 between the purchase of the fake and real ones at the venue the day of, along with horrible seats. Ticketmaster is the only site I use when purchasing play or concert tickets. They show you the venue and seats that are available. I appreciate that tickets that are being resold are identified as just that. What I love most is how your tickets can be digital, just log onto the site and pull them up on your phone; it's scan and enjoy the show just that easy. The one drawback of using Ticketmaster is the additional fees/charges which most times increase the cost of the ticket by $15-$20.

I have used Ticketmaster for years. It is very user friendly. I can view the venue's seating chart and purchase tickets based on that. There is an amazing variety of events: concerts, plays, rodeos just to show examples of the diversity. Highly recommend them.

I frequently purchase my events (concerts) tickets through Ticketmaster. I have never had an issue. Their "fees" are a bit steep but I like knowing it is a safe, secure place to purchase from. Their app is easy to use also.

It's extremely difficult to get through to book tickets. Once you get to the site, you are placed on hold for up to 20 minutes. During that time, the call was disconnected several times. It would be best if there was an option to be called back once your turn comes up.

The website to order Ticketmaster tickets is not user friendly. We order ticket master tickets as Christmas gifts this year and 5 out of the 6 gift certificates were not processed correctly with the confirmation going to the gift receiver's email ruining the gift surprise especially if the gift certificate is ordered days in advance. Also ticket master has two different websites causing confuson when order tickets.

I have never had any issues with Ticketmaster. App is easy to use and use e-tickets. Easy to buy and resale tickets. One thing I complain about are their fees are so high, which makes ticket prices so much higher.

I like that you can view the venue & pick your own seats, I have never used any other ticket websites. Just Ticketmaster. But, would like better info on handicapped seating and outside parking, especially if you're from out-of- town.

Ticketmaster is a rip. When buying tickets, I do everything possible to avoid using Ticketmaster and their outrageous fees. Ticket costs are falsely advertised because their fees aren’t typically included until you get the final price. Their fees should be included in published ticket prices upfront.

Being charged extra for printing it myself or getting it on the app is aggravating, sometimes the fees are the price of an extra ticket. The other problem I have is that it's hard to see pricing for particular seats at certain venues.

I got a ticket for a concert at Turning Stone Casino, which was of a decent price. I liked the refund policy in case there was a problem. It was a bit pricey but I enjoyed the concert immensely and didn't worry about my tickets at all once purchased.

After using I’m Ticketmaster and tired of the high prices of convenience fee I got smart and went to the arena to get the tickets. The money I save and easier to pick seats. I rather use my time that way.

Fees are too high and they charge you insurance without asking. I noticed until I got my credit card bill a month later that I had been charged an insurance. To buy tickets next time I will use another company.

Attempting to purchase tickets to a sold out sporting event I went to the various secondary markets. SH was the only representatives when calling that helped me get on a list to be notified when tickets were posted/available. Very friendly guy and explained the whole process.

Ticketmaster has been in the game longer than any other company. They have a comprehensive website and the ability to select seats where you want to sit. I like seeing the arena before buying so I can select an aisle seat.

Ticketmaster is great. They make buying tickets so simple and getting them afterwards is easy as well. There’s an option to let you look at the map of the venue so you can see exactly where you will be seating. There’s also an option that lets you look at all the ways that you want your ticket.

I've used Ticketmaster for years (mainly because there aren't other options). The website is easy to navigate. As can be expected with popular shows, the website can freeze up. I love that you can set up favorite bands and they notify you when that band is scheduled to be in your area. I've been big into music for a solid 30yrs with TicketMaster as my primary ticket source. Over that time I've had to contact customer service a handful of times. Every time was very professional and I have never had any complaints. Tickets aren't all too pricey, but after surcharges and taxes, you might be a bit surprised at your bill.

This ticket service has been around for a long time and is well-known. But since its beginning years of having a great refund policy, it is now falling in the holes with customer service. I have purchased tickets before and was unable to easily print out due to website issues and they charge too much for having your tickets sent directly and prices have gone up with everything.

The extra fees are excess and unreasonable. Electronics were supposed to make things easier not a reason to increase the amount and make it difficult for people to attend a event because of the added fees.

No difference from one ticket seller reservation company to any of the others, they're all the same in my opinion. Either you are able to purchase the tickets before they are sold out or you can't. There's no advice I can add to this that can change that, first come first serve. Otherwise, I haven't experienced any problems.

They have a good variety of tickets but don't give enough information about what you are buying beforehand, so you often have to call to get more information. For example, if I want an orchestra seat for a concert, they don't distinguish the seat location according to the price point well enough.

My recommendation would be for TicketMaster to try to keep their overheads down. Let's face it, digital purchases like these are going to keep getting more and more popular, but one wouldn't want the corporation to look like a scalper. Also, the "re-sale" tickets are unreasonably high. I don't know what the reason for this is.

I like Ticketmaster but I think their fees are too high. I mean really...a processing fee, service fee and credit card fee. Just too high. They all should have to list to total price including fees on the ticket price when you are searching for the tickets.

I have used them forever. Their website is easy to follow and prices are competitive. It is simple to pick out desired seats as well as any add-ons you may need. I have not tried these other companies due to price comparison. Ticket Master has always provided me the exact service I needed without the complicated lengthy processing of other sites.

Overall this is a useful site, but often locks up or has technical difficulties when I am trying to look up available tickets and seat information. The process is not always easy to navigate. Depending on the device I use, the process changes and is not consistent. I can work around that but the biggest issue is the added fees and taxes on those fees. The price of individual tickets increases dramatically. I will continue to use the site really for lack of other options. When I look up an event and click to order tickets, I am automatically routed.

Easy to purchase tickets online (which is necessary for people in rural areas) and have terrific performers who are not the usual glam, over-hyped folks, but truly well-honed musicians. The last musician I had tickets for cancelled and rescheduled, so we will see how well that scenario works!

I have seen Peter Gabriel and Sting one year, two years in a row I saw Frankie Beverly and Maze for the last two years. I've used them for years. Some ticket prices are ok but then others are just way too expensive. I don't understand why their prices are so high. There are some things I would like to be with friends but no one I know is willing to spend the money.

Attempted to use the Ticketmaster web site to purchase tickets to Cirque du Soleil in Pittsburgh. Struggled for over an hour to select the seats I wanted that showed as available with no success. Finally had to call Customer Service and even they had a difficult time getting me tickets and couldn't explain why the seats I wanted, and which showed as open, could not be selected. I was forced to purchase seats in a different section than what I wanted.

The map of the venue did not have an explanation on how to use to select seats. The map moved easily making it difficult to select seats. The app did not remove seats that were purchased by other fans immediately.

GREED. It's fast and efficient. However, if you go on their website to buy tickets you have to know that you'll essentially be spending the price of another half ticket on "handling" fees. It's pretty obvious these "middle men and women" are unregulated and are taking advantage of our desire for convenience.

Ridiculous that no one can go see any event for a reasonable price anymore. Fees! NO! The price of the ticket is never the price from any of the re-sellers and you can no longer buy a ticket from the box office as they are all snapped up by the re-sellers before a consumer can buy one directly. I think the government should step in and shut down these activities. I haven't been able to afford but one concert last year and one sporting event. I love to go to live events. It's very disappointing. In addition, fees for printing a ticket at home, fees in general. No changes. Complete lack of any customer service and a no refund policy even with ample notice.

Purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster was a great experience. The prices were affordable and the seats were great. The time navigating the website was good too. When I first went to the website there were so many exciting events going on, but what I really like was the ease of using the search engine, which allowed me to go directly to the city where I wanted to purchase the tickets. I appreciate that as a continuous customer I can review my past purchases. I have not had to reach out to Ticketmaster for any issues. I feel that the ticket prices would be okay, it's the fees that I could do without, because it seems the ticket is priced higher. Horrible site that actively discriminates against season ticket resellers by requiring buyers to turn off a filter that hides the reseller tickets. Buyers don't even know the tickets are available. Does nothing but line the pockets of the team owners. Complete pain to use, not 1/10th as good as Flash Seats.

Ticketmaster is a very reputable company that has been around for years so I trust purchasing from them. Although their value is not very good the prices on their site is sometimes three times more than other websites. Customer service does respond very quickly.

They have real time information on the tickets you are looking for like which seats are still available and show an accurate seating map so you can see exactly were your seats will be. They show sec # and seat#. It also shows how many seats are remaining for sale buy section. They tell you if the tickets are resell tickets (from previous buyers) or from the venue itself. You can save time and narrow down the field by using the TYPE link. It can show you all regular tickets or best seat, V.I.P, most expensive, least expensive, Fan Club Seats and Preferred seats and more all with a click.

Used for tickets to AT&T Pro Am. Very efficient and easy to use. Only problems was having the info on my phone when I checked in was a little cumbersome but staff at ATT was able to obtain it. Other than that it worked great.

I do like the availability of tickets, but the two cons I have are the extra fees charged and the inability to get a refund in the event of an emergency. I didn’t find out until later about the ticket insurance.

It's a great website, although, I have previously had issues with latency. I usually always use them when purchasing tickets and have never had any problems with service or tickets. It is easy to do searches but sometimes I felt that the website is too congested looking.

There is room for a lot of improvement. Their mobile app is horrible and needs an overhaul. The full site is slow, crashes quite a bit and the fees are outrageous. I think fees should be waived if you are willing to go to the venue and pick up the tickets in person.

The prices are inflated with service fees and such. Scalpers and other entities purchase tickets in "bulk" which limits the ability of the general public to obtain tickets. The ability to see seating charts for some venues is limited so it is complicated trying to figure out the best area for the venue to view the show. Entertainers have no say in the prices, the fees and the add ons and often believe they have no other choice but to use ticket sales sites in order to sell tickets to their shows when they would prefer to keep prices affordable for the fans.

Ticketmaster is where I usually go to get my tickets to events. It's a very convenient website. I never have a problem finding tickets to the event I want to attend. I am able to make my purchase online and receive my tickets on my phone. I don't have to worry about the tickets getting lost or stolen. Ticketmaster even lets me know about up coming show that I might be interested in.

Two years ago my friend and I wanted to go see Metallica at the NRG stadium in Houston. My friend has a prosthetic leg and in the past it has been difficult to attend concerts. The stairs and walking tires a person who has two good legs but in his condition it is 10 fold. The ticket agent I dealt with was wonderful. She was able to get us excellent seats and elevator passes that your everyday consumer can not get. We were very pleased with the Price which I only paid $70.00 a piece for. The customer service she gave was exceptional and we had a blast. There was a Ticketmaster rep there to escort us the the stadium and the parking was front row. I contacted two other ticket vendors. One was the NRG ticket phone line and neither went to the length they did.

Ticketmaster is great for showing exactly where I want sit. The site is a little difficult to navigate. Then there are all those excessive fees and taxes added to the ticket price of the event. I also appreciate them for allowing tickets to be available pre show.

I used Ticketmaster to buy tickets for a Charleston event. Fair price for one of my favorite musicians. Got my tickets online and was able to cruise right along. Searching their website is always pretty effortless.

Very easy to order tickets. All you need is a credit or debit card. Pick up window at events is easy to get to but lines are quite long and you will have to allow for time in line. They have tickets for sale for almost any event at major cities in every state.

I feel as though Ticketmaster should take more precautions to stand up against scalpers. It is hard for true fans to get tickets during even presales. The tickets often end up on Vivid seats for at least double the price.

My teenager was responsible and provided me with all of the information about ticket sales (time of sale, venue, expected price etc) in advance. I logged on 1 hour before the sale time and tested the link three times. At 10:00 I selected the link and it did not work. I checked again at 10:01 and I was in and quickly selected tickets. The lowest ticket price was listed as double the cost of the original ticket and only resale tickets were available. I selected higher ticket prices and those too were all resales. How can the entire event be sold AND only available for resale after 1 minute.

Prices are inflated and that's before the service charges that don't show up until you check out. I try to buy from the venue directly if possible. They are convenient but that's the only upside. Wish their pricing was more transparent.

The extra fees on the site are outrageous. The availability and site navigates itself ok but a 89 ticket will cost you an extra $60 in fees. Unfortunately, other sites are the same so it is a matter of whose fees do you want to pay.

They charge very high fees on top of ticket prices and if a problem occurs, for example, the event was canceled by the performer, it is very difficult and takes a while to get your money + fees paid back.

I feel it is criminal that Ticketmaster not only charges extreme fees, but they also sell a secondary market tickets through their website and reap the benefits of fees from both the original and secondary purchase. If people want to buy and sell secondhand it shouldn’t be on the same site.

Ticketmaster website always offer amazing seats but those prices are ALWAYS overpriced, if I used any other ticketing program it cheaper for the same seats but I always feel secure when purchasing tickets.

I find all of the Ticket Websites a little intimidating for many reasons. First, I'm not sure they're legit. Honestly, how does one know if the person they are sending money to is actually the company? I heard about a concert where a number of people got scammed. Second, anytime you deal with just a website, it is almost impossible to actually talk with a human. And there are time that a computer generated voice just doesn't do it. Third, concerts are ridiculously expensive. I saw Earth, Wind and Fire for $20... three different times. I saw the Outlaws (Waylon & Jessie, Willey...) for $25.

These sites are just added costs on price of ticket. No added value. I avoid buying tickets that have added fees if possible by buying at gate or having season tickets. We have avoided purchasing tickets with high fees added by simply not purchasing.

Overall I think that the prices are good and the extra fees aren't as much as some other websites. I have never had trouble purchasing from them. Sometimes the resales prices are a bit expensive but that's on the person selling them not Ticketmaster themselves.

I have used Ticketmaster for many years. I trust the safety of their site. I enjoy the ease of use that their site provides, as well as the ability to narrow down the my search to be as specific as I want.

When I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster, I feel secure and the options are awesome. I've been to other sites, prices seemed a little higher. Will always stick with Ticketmaster, they have been around for years.

Ticketmaster overcharges, gives no refunds, add additional fees whenever they feel like they can get more money out of you, seating selections are limited and not necessarily the best, and in general just a sucky company to deal with.

Ticketmaster has always been a reliable website. The fees are upfront and I’ve never had surprises when I’ve used Ticketmaster. I’ve looked at other websites but I always end up back to them for the best options for tickets and the best prices!

I prefer purchasing from a reputable company when shopping online and Ticket Master gives me that, but the added handling fees takes the overall price of their tickets higher than other sites. That would be the only thing I would recommend they work on fixing.

Easy transaction, quick and very user friendly. The price was reasonable and got exactly what I was looking for without having to search the internet. It’s nice being able to get tickets for events without ever leaving my house.

Recently tried to get tickets to see Elton John through Ticketmaster, even had a presale code. Got through to their system 2 minutes into presale and ordered best available, nothing left, which is typically how it goes. Tried to get tickets when they went on sale to the general public and no tickets were available yet the aftermarket is flooded with overpriced tickets from before the presale. How these resellers get their tickets is a mystery(not really). Ticketmaster continues to favor ticket scalpers over their general public and should be taken to task for it.

Very easy to use the search and gives good description of where you want to purchase your seats plus highlights each area to make it easier. I also love that I can save my favorites, share events and get notified when seats are available.

I really don’t trust buying tickets anywhere else. Ticketmaster is the only place I could get my tickets. I feel that nobody cheated me. It is the best. When I want to see a game or attend a concert I never think of anywhere but Ticketmaster.

Remember when Ticketmaster was it? That was where we all got our tickets. Like, all of them! It was akin to “the” sheriff, located next to the pub, and the post office in a small town. Tickets? Ticketmaster. Obviously the internet changed this dramatically, and so Ticketmaster had to either roll with the punches and stand their ground, or be destroyed. I think they’ve done a pretty good job with that. They occasionally do feel a little more expensive than their competitors, though. I’ve searched and found a better deal on this or that, but in the end Ticketmaster is a name I trust. If there’s one thing they have that the others don’t, it’s their name on the faces of stubs from some of the best experiences of my younger years. That matters right now. People are bound to be loyal to that. Especially these days where everything is so canned, and temporary.

The percentage of extra fee is not honestly displayed in the initial costs and doesn't show until it is time to pay and the total is displayed, (then it is ridiculously high). I have given up using such legalized scalpers. Some companies are 30% of the ticket price.

They leave room for scalpers to get their hands on tickets, which ruin any chance the rest of us have of getting anything. And whatever they have left, they overcharge by a lot. Ex. My Chemical Romance.

All ok. Would be interesting to know the details behind the service you provide to justify the fee. I have used your service for theatre tickets and tickets to the US Open. All has worked smoothly. I have never experienced any problems with the ticketing. I usually print out the tickets but have use the ticket on my phone. All worked out well.

Lat purchase tickets for Monster Jam. The website was easy to navigate through. Ticket purchasing was easy. I do not like the extra fees that are placed on ticket handling. It helps when you the dropdown to list your state so you can look at the concerts for your respective state.

The service charges are a complete rip off. The website is slow and hard to get access to for any big concerts. It's almost like they sell all tickets to other ticket websites and you are forced to use them for popular events.

My Broncos tickets are handled with TicketMaster so I end up using them for my other purchases. It makes it easier since they have all my information and good prices for the events I want to attend. My only complaint would be the changing of my password, it seems to happen the day I am going to a game and is stressful resetting.

I have sold several pairs of Maple Leafs tickets through Ticketmaster and have had a hard time getting paid. For the first pair, it took 10 days after the game to get paid. They claimed that the delay was due to it being a new bank account and they had to verify the banking details for a direct deposit. They claimed that I would see two small deposits into my account and once I verified the amounts back to Ticketmaster then I would see the funds deposited with 48 hours. It took another 5 days. After complaining to them, they claimed the next tickets I sold would be paid for within 48 hours because the banking info would no longer need to be verified.

The website was well constructed and easy to navigate. It would have been nice to have a link with the ticket seating chart to give you a better perspective of where the stage would be in relation to the seat area. For us, It was difficult to tell just by looking at the blocked out areas. Upon looking it up online elsewhere which was very time consuming, we realized we need much closer tickets to enjoy the show that we wanted to see as we've never been to the venue.

TicketMaster's website is easier to navigate than competitive sites. The seating charts are easy to read, easy to navigate, and easy to locate seating. The checkout is easy. You do not lose your place in the queue if you had to navigate away from the website.

We loved the concert. Kind of difficult getting the order completed and a bit high priced. I found prices lower on competitors websites. Maybe if companies did a price match that would make it more enticing to shop at your website.

TicketMaster has been around forever so we all know it's a legitimate website; customer service is outstanding; HOWEVER, the prices continually are inflated and the service charges are extremely expensive which is driving consumers, like myself, to search other avenues such as Event Brite, Stub Hub, etc.

The high fees make purchasing tickets so undesirable. An Order Processing + Service Fee? The cost comes to almost half of a ticket price... what service are you providing, they don't even have an option to mail tickets anymore. And order processing? That's the entire business model.

I have not been able to take my kids - grandkids to several events because of the outrageous fees. I drive the 46 miles to the concert venue and buy directly from the back office whenever I can. I understand that Ticketmaster must generate fees in order to offset some of the overhead but we as consumers are being gouged!

Ticketmaster has a great selection of tickets for a numerous selection of events and venues. There is a good selection of seats at various prices. The problem that I have is tickets for events are very expensive so I have a problem paying the expensive service fees that you incur when purchasing tickets using Ticketmaster.

Site is very informative in itself. The prices seem a little inflated. You can easily access help from the site via chat or call the provided number. Customer assistance is very courteous, helpful and prompt.

Ticketmaster has always been easy to use, but tends to get stuck in your home city even when you are looking in other cities and you change it. It is also typically not the cheapest, but sometimes has the best options for seats if you don't mind the cost. I have not dealt directly with anyone, but customer service through email has always been great.

Purchased reasonable priced tickets to Miss Saigon. Settled on Ticketmaster because they had the lowest priced seats for a group of 3. Online purchase was easy. Mobile tickets were convenient. However, clicking through different dates, times, seats and costs, I inadvertently bought tickets for the wrong day. I was able to successfully work with customer service to exchange my tickets for a small change fee.

They are a rip off, can cancel any concert, but if you need to cancel forget it, ridiculous markup - they have a monopoly and are the worst enterprise in America - I think you should be able to buy tickets from more than one company, and all the scalpers on there and the resellers are a complete joke -

Ticketmaster has always been a fair place to purchase my tickets. Very easy platform to use. I have purchased tickets from Ticketmaster to obtain when first go on sale. If they sell out I go to resale markets.

I trust Ticketmaster to purchase tickets from. We have gone to various concerts over the years and we have purchased through Ticketmaster. There are other vendors who sell these tickets, but we are wary of them as we do not know if they are legitimate, a scam, internet hoax or just thieves. Some of the concerts we have been to over the years are: Miranda Lambert, Bon Jovi, Styx, Elton John, Queensryche, Journey, Heart, Foreigner, Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, Celine Dion, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, BeeGees, Lalapolooza, Hamilton Joe Franklin & Reynolds, Three Dog Night, The Pretenders, Pat Benatar, Rascal Flatts, Motley Crew, Van Halen, The Cure, Reo Speedwagon, Night Ranger. Those are the concerts I can remember. I am sure there were more.

Ticketmaster seems to be the only real way to buy concert tickets near me. My experience with them has been positive, they do have a great website. The fees are a little steep but if you want to go to a concert Ticketmaster is the way to go.

Ticketmaster needs to have the site more user friendly for people who are not computer savvy. Making it simple to find what you need and not so detailed. Also, the fee for their doing the service is a lot for people who are older or less advantage.

I was able to get a good seat within my budget. The website was easy to navigate and enter the correct information. I would recommend it to others. The tickets can be downloaded to a smartphone. The ticket has a qr code that can be scanned.

After much waiting in queue to enter TM's site, I finally got some decent seats at face value. Began checkout. TM kept saying "verifying my tickets". Waited an hour. Then, I phoned TM customer service. I was told the tickets I wanted were sold to another. At that point, any seats of equal value to me were sold. Similar seats to the ones in my cart were 3 times the price on other ticket vendors. Not happy.

The fees are outrageous, it makes the ticket buying experience very unpleasant. Most of the time, one cannot afford the tickets. I generally compare prices on all sites before making any purchases, and 95% of the time use another site.

Buying tickets on Tickemaster is easy and a fast service! I have been using Ticketmaster for years and the technology even lets you virtually see what your view is going to be after you purchase your tickets.

It's not a user friendly site, especially when you are using your phone to purchase the tickets. I would like the option to put seats on hold while toggle back and forth to compare seats and ticket prices.

Have used Ticketmaster for many years. Very satisfied with their service. Find them very reliable. They have contacted me on cancelled events and refunded my credit card without any delay. I trust my transactions with them and highly recommend them.
