Horrible site that actively discriminates against season ticket resellers by requiring buyers to turn off a filter that hides the reseller tickets. Buyers don't even know the tickets are available. Does nothing but line the pockets of the team owners. Complete pain to use, not 1/10th as good as Flash Seats.

The prices are inflated with service fees and such. Scalpers and other entities purchase tickets in "bulk" which limits the ability of the general public to obtain tickets. The ability to see seating charts for some venues is limited so it is complicated trying to figure out the best area for the venue to view the show. Entertainers have no say in the prices, the fees and the add ons and often believe they have no other choice but to use ticket sales sites in order to sell tickets to their shows when they would prefer to keep prices affordable for the fans.

Two years ago my friend and I wanted to go see Metallica at the NRG stadium in Houston. My friend has a prosthetic leg and in the past it has been difficult to attend concerts. The stairs and walking tires a person who has two good legs but in his condition it is 10 fold. The ticket agent I dealt with was wonderful. She was able to get us excellent seats and elevator passes that your everyday consumer can not get. We were very pleased with the Price which I only paid $70.00 a piece for. The customer service she gave was exceptional and we had a blast. There was a Ticketmaster rep there to escort us the the stadium and the parking was front row. I contacted two other ticket vendors. One was the NRG ticket phone line and neither went to the length they did.

My teenager was responsible and provided me with all of the information about ticket sales (time of sale, venue, expected price etc) in advance. I logged on 1 hour before the sale time and tested the link three times. At 10:00 I selected the link and it did not work. I checked again at 10:01 and I was in and quickly selected tickets. The lowest ticket price was listed as double the cost of the original ticket and only resale tickets were available. I selected higher ticket prices and those too were all resales. How can the entire event be sold AND only available for resale after 1 minute.

Ticketmaster is collecting huge service fees by using third party sellers while providing them with a free customer base. This is blatant scalping which is illegal. Ticketmaster should improve the technology to prevent bulk purchasing. There are so many complaints on BBB about them. I wish that we could collectively report them to an agency. Ticketmaster is not a verified BBB company and their consumer practices are sketchy. I will never use Ticketmaster again.

I find all of the Ticket Websites a little intimidating for many reasons. First, I'm not sure they're legit. Honestly, how does one know if the person they are sending money to is actually the company? I heard about a concert where a number of people got scammed. Second, anytime you deal with just a website, it is almost impossible to actually talk with a human. And there are time that a computer generated voice just doesn't do it. Third, concerts are ridiculously expensive. I saw Earth, Wind and Fire for $20... three different times. I saw the Outlaws (Waylon & Jessie, Willey...) for $25.

Tried to get tickets when they went on sale to the general public and no tickets were available yet the aftermarket is flooded with overpriced tickets from before the presale. Remember when Ticketmaster was it? That was where we all got our tickets. Like, all of them! It was akin to “the” sheriff, located next to the pub, and the post office in a small town. Tickets? Ticketmaster. Obviously the internet changed this dramatically, and so Ticketmaster had to either roll with the punches and stand their ground, or be destroyed. I think they’ve done a pretty good job with that. They occasionally do feel a little more expensive than their competitors, though. I’ve searched and found a better deal on this or that, but in the end Ticketmaster is a name I trust. If there’s one thing they have that the others don’t, it’s their name on the faces of stubs from some of the best experiences of my younger years. That matters right now. People are bound to be loyal to that. Especially these days where everything is so canned, and temporary.

I have sold several pairs of Maple Leafs tickets through Ticketmaster and have had a hard time getting paid. For the first pair, it took 10 days after the game to get paid. They claimed that the delay was due to it being a new bank account and they had to verify the banking details for a direct deposit. They claimed that I would see two small deposits into my account and once I verified the amounts back to Ticketmaster then I would see the funds deposited with 48 hours. It took another 5 days. After complaining to them, they claimed the next tickets I sold would be paid for within 48 hours because the banking info would no longer need to be verified.

After waiting one week I again called them after being on hold for a long time, and I was then told that for Maple Leaf tickets that there is a policy that the funds will not transfer until 48 hours after the event has taken place. They claim this is a policy of theirs together with the Maple LEafs. If it is a policy- why didn't the website communicate that when I listed the tickets? If you sell tickets that are several months out, the customer has paid the money and Ticketmaster sits on the funds until after the game! Then instead of 48 hours it again took several days to get paid. Ticketmaster plays by their own rules, is non transparent about their policies and drag their feet intentionally on payments to leverage other people's money!

I, along with I'm sure most concertgoers, have had to deal with Ticketmaster many times throughout the years. In the past I never minded Ticketmaster, and loved the idea of making the ticket buying process so simple and easy. Everything was verified, couldn't be scammed on it, I loved it. It started going downhill for me maybe 4 to 5 years ago, that's when I had my first genuinely bad experience with them where I bought tickets to a festival and never received them, and they weren't helpful in the slightest about straightening anything out, so there I'm out several hundred dollars just because. Fast forward through the last several years and it seems every time I am looking to buy tickets, the fees, the upsells, everything that used to make me appreciate them has become more and more outrageous.

It's unfortunate that there are some venues that don't even sell hard copy tickets, but will only go through Ticketmaster, as the main thing that made me quit using was the excessive fees. On average from the tickets I've bought through Ticketmaster, there's usually between 20-40% extra tacked on by the time the fees go on, which is absolutely absurd, and unfortunately has made me opt out of supporting artists I love just based on the principle of not lining the pockets of a greedy company. I actively pursue any other possible means of obtaining tickets to a show other than going through Ticketmaster. It's just a shame such a good idea could end up with such a terrible result.

This is the worst company -- fans should boycott them so the entertainers forcing us to use Ticketmaster will look elsewhere. I personally will never attend another event that forces me to purchase through them. The biggest issues is I couldn't get the tickets I paid for! I contacted customer service multiple times through chat with no resolution. I tried to call the "support" number -- always busy. Since they won't allow you to get your tickets until a couple days before the event, not enough time is available to try to resolve this type of issue.

In addition to the problem getting tickets I purchased, even buying the tickets was made more difficult by Ticketmaster. Their system is set up to enable scalpers. They have created a resale platform that allows scalpers to buy out the good seats, then turn around and easily re-sell those same seats as "verified tickets" at 3x-4x face value. Ticketmaster does nothing to prevent this (with the exception of regulated handicap seats). To add insult to injury, Ticketmaster charges exorbitant "+fees" on top of the ticket price. They do not reveal these fees until you get to checkout.

I have never been overly pleased with Ticketmaster's services, but they have a monopoly on online ticket sales so I had no choice. I was sitting by my computer for an hour before tickets went on sale. I was in the queue the second the sale began, and within a few minutes I was able to purchase tickets. Then I got an error telling me to try on another device and to make sure I was logged into my account. I was logged in- I had made absolutely sure of that beforehand so I wouldn't get slowed down. I tried contacting support but could not find a number anywhere on their website. The live chat option was not available to me because I had not yet made a purchase- a horrific catch-22 because I needed to call in order to MAKE said purchase.

I was on the phone with a friend who was also trying to get tickets in case it didn't go through on my end. When I selected floor seats, they were $200 each. When she selected them, prices had skyrocketed to $700 each. The same thing happened when I tried to purchase on another device. I sent an email to support and received an auto-response that my concern would be addressed within 12-24 hours, and it included a phone number for immediate assistance. I called that number and was on hold for nearly half an hour.

When I finally got through, the representative was extremely kind and tried to help. She told me I need to clear my cache and that would fix the problem. Well, it was too late by that point because the show was sold out. She said there were still seats showing as on sale on her end, but when I cleared my cache and tried to purchase them I got an error code. She said the code had something to do with order history, which didn't make sense because I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ORDERS, past or upcoming. At that point I was starting to cry because I was so disappointed, and the representative was super nice but there wasn't anything she could do.

I am appalled by the lack of assistance offered by the website. Nowhere on the page did it suggest that I clear my cache, and I was afraid of refreshing the page in case I lost my place in the queue. I had to fight tooth and nail just to talk to a human being about my problem, and they gave me a solution that would have been fine had I been able to get ahold of them before tickets sold out. I would say I'm never buying from Ticketmaster again, but they are pretty much the only service available so I have no choice.

We have had tremendous problems with Ticketmaster customer service following our visit to Birmingham Arena to watch the Strictly Come Dancing show on the 16th January. We purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and although we enjoyed the show there was a real problem with our seats. The row of seats in question and particularly our 2 seats were broken (Block 7 Row C 296 & 297) which meant the seats leaned forwards and made the viewing of the show tremendously uncomfortable for both of us in our backs. I left after the show with a lot of pain in my back because of this and I am concerned that it will last for any number of days now.

I did complain to one of the floor managers on the night at the interval and he brought a serviceman to try and fix it but he said that it was not the individual seat but the whole row of that run that needed repairing as the bar or something was broken. We were offered alternate seats for the rest of the show but they were going to be way further back and on the sides which was not what we had paid for.

I do not feel we had the experience that was expected for the price of the tickets and so contacted Ticketmaster requesting some measure of compensation for the faulty seats and discomfort caused. I did not require a full refund but some measure or discount on what we paid or future tickets would have sufficed. Instead of this we were told by Ticketmaster 'in as many words' you were offered other seats at the half way point and despite these being seats that offered far inferior viewing and being of less value than the price we paid we should be satisfied with this and they would not do anything further.

Future communications with Ticketmaster regarding this issue have been met with ignorance and dismissive feedback - almost a 'go away and stop bothering us' attitude. I have requested contact details for senior management or legal to deal with this issue but nothing has been provided to date so I am now forced to pursue legal action against them - This is the worst kind of customer service I have faced from a company that I have used many times before and who makes millions of pounds each year promoting events like this. This is not a productive way to run a service business and a poor representation of the industry. Being loyal followers of Strictly Come Dancing the show and tour it is a shame they use this outlet as the only means to book tickets.

I've literally bought hundreds of concert tickets in my life and never experienced such a mess.

I don't know if it's because of the Live Nation merger, people buying in bulk for resale or what, but I didn't even know what I was getting until I got the message that I actually purchased tickets, let alone that I was getting collector tickets, which I paid extra for, along with extra for getting them mailed. I miss the days of going to the record store in the mall and buying the tickets on the spot. I will never use Ticketmaster again which is obviously an issue because they are a MONOPOLY, but oh well. I've seen all the good bands anyway...

I took screenshots, asking my bf to help, thinking maybe it was an issue with my card. He got the same error message. We ended up going on StubHub and purchasing tickets from them. An hour before the concert BOTH our cards got charged and two sets of tickets went to our emails. I spent the following 2 hours trying to contact Ticketmaster to cancel, and issue a refund, couldn’t get through, their phone like rings then hangs up on you. Their live chat disconnects you (after your 15 minute wait time) and their email form returns a response saying all ticket sales are final. I’ve now been charged $1400 for unused tickets and they told me that they aren’t responsible for issues with my internet connectivity. Both my boyfriend and I were on hard line connected PC’s. This is the worst ticketing experience I’ve ever had.

This company is unreal. Everything about my experiences with them just gets worse and worse.

    1) Surge pricing. (Does the artist benefit from this cash grab???) Surely not. They’ve set their prices. So when price quadruples when you try and buy tickets, due to their popularity, who benefits?? And they prevent you from selling their platinum tickets that they’ve already gauged you on.

    2) Terrible customer service/avoid addressing problems. Wouldn’t address problems trying to sell tickets. Wouldn’t honour a price I had purchased tickets at, then their site failed. Suggested I call sales, so I get off phone with customer service, and the number they provided doesn’t even sell hockey tickets. Greeeeat. Thaaanks.

    3) Good luck getting tickets at original prices. I get in line at opening time of concerts, everything is sold out in seconds and being reposted at higher prices. Only thing available is the platinum surge price tickets. It’s a TOTAL racket. If you buy insurance or try and resell, be prepared for excuses and exorbitant extra fees to sell digital tickets that you’ve never even physically possessed (MORE profiting for them).

    4) No way to order directly by phone. They force you to use their shady website under which all the above mentioned conditions continue to exist. I can’t believe they are permitted to keep operating. Especially frustrating when certain venues ONLY sell tickets through Ticketmaster. So you’re forced into dealing with them.

Zero stars. Negative 5 stars. This company couldn’t be any worse.

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for Jerry Seinfeld at The Reno Event Center on June 6, 2019. I purchased the tickets for my husband's birthday. As the date of the event approached, Saturday October 9, 2019, I received a few emails from Ticketmaster about the event. On the date of the event I attempted to download the tickets to my cell phone. The link came up but when I clicked on it I got a message that said "You have no upcoming events at this time." I tried several times with no success. When we got to the venue we went to the box office with the order number. They told me that the number was not a Ticketmaster number, so they checked the seat numbers and told us that the tickets were in someone else's name. I asked them if they could check to see if someone was sitting in those seats. They would not do that.

All the employees in the box office were trying to help. They even took my phone to try to download the tickets but were unsuccessful. I tried to call Ticketmaster customer service but of course they were closed. Feeling very unset and frustrated all we could do was leave. I was in tears. The next day I called Ticketmaster customer service to get a refund. They explained to me that I had purchased resale tickets from someone else selling their tickets on the Ticketmaster website. I was totally confused and had no idea that anyone with tickets could resell them using the Ticketmaster website. After a Long conversation with customer service the conclusion was the name on the original tickets was not transferred into my name by Ticketmaster. The associate I talked to told me that an investigation would have to be done and they would contact me with the results.

I called Ticketmaster once a week for three weeks with no answer about my refund. Finally I called again on Thursday November 14, 2019 and was told I would not be receiving a refund. Can you imagine how I felt? My husband and I are below poverty level. I had to sell some of my dead mother's jewelry to be able to even buy these tickets for my husband. I paid $438.84 for a service that we didn't get, and it was out of my control. It was a Ticketmaster error. Why are we are being punished?

I found a ticket that cost 80.00 plus with taxes & service fee made the total cost of the ticket to by 99.14. I brought this ticket around 3:20 pm in the afternoon and the game was scheduled to start at 3:30 pm. I proceed to stand in line to enter the football stadium to watch this game.

As a I made my way pass security, I then showed the attendant my ticket through my phone. The attendant proceeds to scan my ticket and reported back to me that my ticket had already been scan. I then told the attendant that this could not have been possible due to just recently buying through Ticketmaster. The attendant called her coworker to try to fix this situation buy opening my Ticketmaster application and scanning my ticket. The attendant to me that she was not able to scan my ticket. I responded back to the coworker saying how is this possible when I purchase this ticket and show proof of purchase through my receipt, and my ticket through account Ticketmaster. The attendant referred me to the ticket resolution.

I went to ticket resolution and explained my situation to person at the ticket resolution station. He said that believes me, but he cannot resolve the problem. I began to show some frustration as I was denied to right to enter the building due to having a faculty ticket. I demanded to talk to a supervisor or a Ticketmaster service rep to resolve this problem. The attendant at the Ticketmaster desk spoke to his supervisor via phone and told me that i need to speak to box office. i told to attendant that this is not fair due to purchasing my ticket legally through Ticketmaster, showing proof of ticket purchase and waiting in line to enter the arena. I also told him that I would like to see a ticket history in which reluctantly did after my third request.

The attendant at the ticket resolution saw the purchase time at 3:20 pm but also said that someone happen enter the building with my ticket. I again told him how is that possible with the timeline of events. I then reluctantly went to the box office to quickly resolve this issue. I told that person who was hired to monitor the line that I wanted to speak to a customer rep at the box office to fix this issue. The worker made me go to the back of the line and I waited about 15 minutes to speak to a customer rep at the box office. I told the worker at the box office about my situation and show her the ticket on my phone. I then open my account through Ticketmaster through my phone and give the worker my phone to resolve this issue. The worker took my phone and proceed to head to the back with my phone with another coworker.

After about five minutes the worker came back and told me that I have call Ticketmaster. I was very upset and told the lady that I lawfully paid for my ticket and have proof that purchased my ticket. The lady then brushed me off. I called Ticketmaster and after 15 minutes spoke to a service rep. I told the service rep at Ticketmaster that I am not able to attend the game using the Ticketmaster ticket that was purchased due it already being supposed scan already. The lady at Ticketmaster said that my ticket was still valid and that I should be used to attend the game. I then told the customer service rep at Ticketmaster to tell the service rep at the box office so I can use the ticket. The customer service rep stated that she was not able to do that action because they have two different system.

I then asked for a refund back and the lady to me that I cannot get a refund since the game already started. I told the lady that that is fraud by charged for a service that i did not use. I told her that i show proof of purchased and that i attended the game on time to watch the game. The customer service rep said that am reporting this fraud to my bank and filing a complaint.

I had to rely on the advice of a friend who had been there before, and we had to assume my ticket was for the same garage she had parked in. After 30 minutes of driving around, we finally got in the parking garage only to have my mobile ticket DENIED by the machine reader. It was confirmed to me that the tickets had sold and that I would be receiving my payment for them in due course. The day after the concert I received a rather rude email saying that I had failed to provide the tickets (which is not true) and therefore I would not be paid for them. + I had to pay listing fees + I had to pay a $100 administration fee. Garbage!!! I happen to know for a fact that the people who purchased my tickets had successfully entered the venue and enjoyed the concert!!

What this company did is the following; They charged me for the price of the tickets by lying and saying they had refunded the price of them to the buyer because they couldn't gain entry to the concert. Then they charged me listing fees for the sale of the the tickets (even though according to them the sale didn't happen). They also charged me $100 administration fee (for what?!). In total they unlawfully took all this money from my credit card and pocketed the money as well from the ticket buyer. I'm currently taking the matter further with the ACCC. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase anything in my life. ONE, selecting the seats is confusing as they do not give realistic views of the venue from your seats. TWO, human error IS common. THREE, the prices stated for the seats does not include venue and service fees. When I purchased the tickets I purchased the wrong seats. I contacted customer service and asked that they be moved (NOT EVEN A MINUTE AFTER MAKING MY PURCHASE). She told me that in order to move seats I would be charged an addition 10.00 per ticket. TEN DOLLARS. PER TICKET. I then let her know that I had purchased the insurance for the tickets (9.00/ticket). She let me know that there were NO refunds. I purchased insurance on these tickets. I should be allowed to refund my tickets. Right? Apparently wrong.

I stated again that I wanted a refund and the customer service personnel HUNG UP ON ME. NOW in order to POSSIBLY get some semblance of a refund I have to file a claim with Allianz Global. A refund is not even guaranteed. So, in summary: I am out $140.00, their customer service is rude and incompetent, and their 'insurance' for their tickets is a complete joke. 10/10 do not recommend this company to purchase tickets through. The online chat feature which they advertise as working 24 hours a day stated it was not working but only after 30 minutes of being online waiting before disconnection.

When I reached a live person shortly after the ticket purchase, they indicate there was nothing they could do. I would have to try and resell the tickets or give them to a friend? Of course, if you try to re-sell the tickets, Ticketmaster takes their big cut which means you can NEVER get the money back that you paid. Either way - the company makes money. They are rude and deceitful.

I purchased tickets to the Metallica concert in Syd, Aus. This concert was cancelled due to James Hetfield requiring admittance into a rehab facility (or became scared of being unable to acquire his drug of choice due to border control being so active in their duty to search items being imported into this country). A full refund was promised for this reason. I purchased my tickets for a total of A$386.19. I have just received my refund, to the generous tune of A$8.95. So apparently Ticketmaster have deemed that they can just steal A$377.24 from me, without any sort of explanation. This move is blatant theft, and completely unlawful. I bought two tickets for NF in Nashville a couple weeks ago from Ticketmaster. The tickets were $116 each. When we arrived at the venue, we were told our tickets weren't "real" and that we could not go into the concert. When we went to the box office to figure this out, we were told this happens often with Ticketmaster. Someone reselling their tickets will ask for a refund immediately after someone (me) buys them. This then invalidates the tickets. When I contacted Ticketmaster, they were extremely unhelpful and ignored all my emails. Do NOT buy from Ticketmaster. You could get scammed, and they will NOT give you a refund.

I bought 4 tickets for a show. Was wanting to take some friends. The tickets were digital on phone only. They didn't release the tickets to me until 24 hours before the show. When I finally received them, they were listed as nontransferable. I was stuck with 4 tickets and no way to give them to the people I wanted to give them to. I called them for help. Was stuck on the phone for over an hour, even though they said the wait would be 15 mins.

When I did get them on the phone, I told them that when I bought the tickets, it said nothing about not being able to transfer them. The guy on the phone said, "Did it say you could transfer them?" and I said, "Why wouldn't they be? I bought them". He said I amused wrong. Even when you pay over 200 for your tickets, according to them, you still don't own what you just paid for. Imagine buying a car and after you buy it, being told what streets you could and couldn't drive on with your new car? And were never informed of the limitation before you bought it. Beware of buying more than one ticket from them at a time. I can't wait for this company to go out of business. They have become more important to themselves than to their customers.

I even looked the seats up to see that they were right on the stage, which Ticketmaster of course showed they were. Here we are one day before the concert and I just now saw my tickets. They are general admission tickets with no assigned row!! And the retail price was 60 a piece!! Ticketmaster allowed me to pay 160 per ticket!! And with less than one day left, I cannot resell them! When we called to complain, we were told sellers can label them however they want and charge whatever they want. DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THESE PEOPLE!! So technically I was on the site early even with the wrong hour! But when I connected to the site, sell was already launch! So I click on it and I go on waiting list.

I needed tickets in section 403, seat 7. When I typed that in, the website indicated that there was availability within that section, so I clicked on that section on the map. There were no tickets in that row, so it brought to the forefront of the selection seat 7 of row 430. I did not catch the mistake or section change until immediately after I purchased the tickets. I find this a bit deceiving, if there were no seats in my desired area, they should not have recommended 430 instead of 403, conveniently with matching numbers but on the totally opposite side of the stadium. I find this sale tactic a bit manipulative, setting buyers up to purchase the wrong ticket, with your convenient "no refund" policy.

I have been a faithful customer to Ticketmaster alone for over 5 years and have recommended Ticketmaster to countless friends; I will most definitely try to find another platform for events after this incident, considering that the customer service takes over two days to respond (even though it says 24 hours) and the responses are generic, copy and pasted, and clearly meant to divert the customer because it is known that the customer will have to wait another several days for a response. I feel that the customer is not prioritized, and it is seriously just meant to just hush the customer up.

I wish I could give you NO stars. I sold my tickets to Rent for August 7th in Houston Texas on July 1, 2019. Because I had never resold tickets I called to have some questions answered. I spoke with a young man who explained my funds would be deposited in my account within 7 days and I had to have a credit card on file in case the event was cancelled or postponed so Ticketmaster could refund the buyer. After 7 days I contacted Ticketmaster again to inquire about my funds. I was told at that time that my tickets were posted for sale by the bar code and the money would not be placed in my account until after the event. I explained I had no choice but to place them by bar code since that was the only option I had and asked why the previous operator didn't express that. At that time I was quite angry because I felt the lack of professionalism from both CSR's was lacking.

Around August 1st I realized I hadn't changed my banking information to receive my funds since that account I set up when I listed the tickets is no longer open. I contacted your company again, spoke with another rude CSR who didn't know company policy to confirm I had set up my debit card correctly. She stated it was and rushed me off the phone. On July 9th to check the status of my funds. I was told by the CSR that I would have to wait 48 hours after the event to receive my money. She then stated she would expedite the payment onto my card and I should see the deposit by 08/12/2019.

On 08/12/2019 I contacted Ticketmaster yet again, talked to another rude CSR who basically threw the CSR I spoke with on the 9th and stated she couldn't expedite my payment and I had to wait an additional 7 days to get my money. At this point I am angry, everyone has benefited from the sale of my ticket but me, the buyer has attended the event, Ticketmaster has made money from both of us and I have nothing. I have been talked to like trash from your CSR's and not one of them knew company policies as I got contradicting information each time I called. It's disheartening to know Ticketmaster who touts themselves as the premiere event ticket seller has horrible customer service and practices. Once the event ended I should have had my money, I the seller shouldn't have to be the one hurting in the process.

Their site said all the good seats were sold out during the presale so I bought nose bleed seats. Mind you, I had a presale code and logged in 15 minutes before they went on sale. 3 months later I check the site and see all the good seats are available now. Called to get better seats, was told I have two options, 1. Exchange the 7 tickets for better seats, pay the diff PLUS an additional $10 per ticket for an exchange fee, or 2. Cancel the order, wait for the refund, use the money to buy new tickets.

I chose option 2. Well.... the event had a ticket limit, so even though my previous order was cancelled, even though the rep told me I could repurchase, the site wouldn’t let me. I called in, waited about 20 minutes on hold each time, spoke to about 6 diff people. The first set told me I was ** out of luck. The next one told me have someone else buy them because the system won’t let me buy any tickets even though I didn’t have any. Another told me to buy over the phone and transferred me to a closed department.

Another told me make a whole new account, disconnect from the WiFi, use my mobile phone, change my name and address, use a diff credit card and then try. Well, I did and it still said I reached my purchase limit!!!! Called them back, again, waited on hold, than a prerecorded message said, "No one is available to take your call, leave a message." :/ Really? Oh and on one of the 10 calls I made, I opted for a callback since the wait time was over 15 minutes, well they never called me back.

I had to call back on my cell because it kept failing to fast busy when I called off my home phone. Yet my home phone was the number I used earlier and worked perfectly fine. The exact amount of phone calls and reps I can’t remember. It was over 10 for sure which is horrible for a company. How do you suggest to a customer to cancel their order, then repurchase knowing the system would never allow me to? So wrong. Then to not even help me get my tickets back or new tickets. On 2/27/19, tickets went on sale for the Peter Frampton Farewell Tour here in Cincinnati, Ohio at Riverbend Music Center. They were offering a couple of different meet and greet packages for the show and we elected to purchase the "Baby, I Love Your Way" package which promised tickets in the first five rows, along with a meet and greet with the artist and a bunch of other goodies. The only way to purchase these seats and packages was via Ticketmaster, with all tickets to be picked up at the venue Will Call on the day of the show. Tickets for this package were $350 each and with all of the other Ticketmaster service and handling fees, amounted to just under $820 for the pair.

My wife and I were both online at the time the sale started (10:00 am). I happened to get through first and was able to secure two seats in the Pit, Row E. Within seconds, my wife advised she too had gotten in and had two seats in Pit, Row D "on hold". I advised I had already purchased the ones in Row E and was a bit miffed that ones were available in Row D however, upon examination of their location, the ones I bought in Row E were dead center stage, while the ones in Row D were off to the side stage right. At that point, I received an e-mail from Ticketmaster confirming the purchase as well as the seats assigned. Unfortunately, what I purchased and what are now showing up at the venue Will Call are two entirely different animals.

It seems Ticketmaster has taken it upon themselves to move us from our fifth row center seats to ones now four rows behind them, in the pavilion, Section 200, Row D. I KNOW FOR A FACT these are NOT the seats I purchased and paid in excess of $800 for. First of all, I would NEVER have paid that much for pavilion seats, even if the were in Row A with the meet and greet. My wife and I have been to hundreds of concerts and can pretty much sit just about anywhere we want to, provided we are willing to pay broker fees and upcharges, which we have also done dozens of times. I can go to a broker I have dealt with multiple times right now and purchase a pair of seats in the Pit, Row C for this same show for just over $550. But then I'm still stuck with the two Ticketmaster elected to assign us with very little, if any chance of reselling them by the show this Friday.

I have absolutely no reason to fabricate this review and it is 100% accurate and correct. I spent half the afternoon on the phone with Ticketmaster today and after two reps and two supervisors, received nothing more than lies about the original purchase and more "sorries" than I can begin to count. They absolutely refuse to do anything. It is my guess that either the promoter, radio stations or the brokers themselves needed some additional seats in the first five rows and Ticketmaster took it upon themselves to screw over not only myself, but also likely dozens of others who made like purchases on the initial day of sale.

It is also unfortunate that I mistakenly deleted the e-mail from Ticketmaster confirming the purchase and showing the ACTUAL seats I purchased in Pit Row E, but even then, Ticketmaster has advised there is little they could do because THEY don't have any additional Pit seats available. So even if I did have the e-mail, I might have a pretty decent lawsuit, but then I'm spending my hard earned dollars for something I'm sure they would drag out as long as they possibly could before finally admitting and paying for THEIR error. At this point, my only recourse is to dispute the charges via the card they were charged to which I intend to do once I have the "new" tickets and can determine their actual face value. I'm sure I am not the only one Ticketmaster has done this to, but I can guarantee I will not be making any further or future purchases through these criminals.

This company is the worst place you can buy tickets. I bought ticket in December 2018 for my daughter’s gift graduation and the concert was cancel and postpone 6 months and now when I told them I want my refund and the card I used isn’t no longer active they refused to give my money. This company stole your money, I’m so disappointed with them. Now they canceled the tickets and no money either. Thanks Ticketmaster is show up what a great bad company you are.

Ticketmaster is now involved in illegal direct scalping of many popular concerts (The government needs to be told about this 'platinum' tickets are ones -held back- from ever having been purchase from them and then directly sold to the public at the time of the first pre-sale). Yes! So while in the past they did the Stubhub thing of reselling others' actual fans' tickets for a fee.... Now at this time they are literally complexing with Amex & bands pre-sale with grabbing and not allowing them to ever see the market. Only to post them for as 'platinum' tickets for about $575 each! Thus Ticketmaster are not doing an illegal act. They say it is in the interest of the fans by protecting them from fake re-sellers, when in reality that is a bold lie with balls to forge their very own major business.

Last night I found out my e-ticket was somehow stolen and sold. Here is my best comparison to my experience: Say you find out an expensive item was stolen from you and sold at a pawnshop. Once the person who unknowingly bought a stolen item is found, they gotta return the stolen item by law, right? Well, why does that not apply with tickets? My E-ticket was stolen, with proof. They admit it was stolen and sold without my permission. They found the account/person that stole and sold it. They have the name of the person who bought my stolen tickets ON the resold tickets. They say they can't take the tickets away from that person that bought them. EVEN THOUGH THEY BOUGHT STOLEN TICKETS. Does that make sense?

Why does Ticketmaster get away with charging such high commissions and convenience fee on top??? I wanted to buy a ticket at $33 but the commission was $10 and $4 convenience fee. What are they doing for this other than just making an online reservation? This is a monopoly and people need to complain to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) so they can be investigated.

Bought tickets to a concert as a present for my adult daughter in mid April. Was told tickets are sent regular mail 10-14 days from purchase. Concert is June 29, today is June 20th and still no tickets. Contacted Ticketmaster via chat. Was told tickets were printed yesterday (June 19th), sent regular mail and will arrive in 10-14 days. Tried to get rep to understand that timing doesn't work. He just kept repeating that they had a delay. I asked if they could e-transfer them, or if I could pay extra for FedEx (to make up for their processing issue). He said they "no offer that". Now what do I do??!! May try to get a refund and buy replacement tickets from an agency with an appropriate level of customer service (Vivid Seats, Stubhub, etc). Unbelievable - how do these guys stay in business?

Just bought two tickets at different times, hence they had different lawn sections. I wanted to join both tickets so me and my girlfriend wouldn’t be separated. Well, after two hours on hold on the phone with no answer and a stubborn, brain dead customer representative on live chat, I found out the lawn sections are all open and what’s on the ticket doesn’t matter. This company just cares about making money, and not about their customers.

I bought 2 tickets for Hugh Jackman, and then needed 3. I got 3 on the resale and then put my 2 up for sale. Within minutes all resale were gone. I contacted the company and was told I would get my money back in a week. The day of the concert I got another email saying the event was sold out. On the day I even spoke to the people who bought my tickets by coincidence! No sign of my refund a week later so I phoned. Ticketmaster are denying my tickets were ever sold and refusing my refund - "Someone else must have been sitting in your seat" - it was sold out! I have asked for confirmation that my tickets were not sold. They are a disgrace.

My family bought me tickets for Fleetwood Mac at Wembley as a Birthday/Father's Day present. Very expensive at £400 each, so a big deal. Booked hotel (nonrefundable deal), table for lunch, train ticket from Somerset, etc. Today, 2 working days before the event June 16th, I received an email telling me they are cancelling the order due to an issue with the seller. I will receive a refund in a few days I am told. Let's see if that includes £11 booking fee. I am so upset, have been telling everyone and am told I am not alone. They are owned by Live Nation and am reliably told by one friend who is involved in the big UK music festivals that they are the biggest bunch of ** in the business. I have been going to shows all my life, even saw the Beatles as a kid, worst experience ever. Never again Ticketmaster.

BEWARE - Purchased 2 tickets for my daughter for ED SHEERAN, 23RD AUGUST 2019. As these are paperless tickets and I booked them I have to be attending the event or escort them to the event with my ID, booking confirmation and card I purchased the tickets. Advised by Ticketmaster when I eventually got through, that escorting her to the event was the only way and there was no way to transfer even with the same surname and address. I asked if they would or the artist pay for my expenses and the venue is well over 2 hours from where we live. Appreciate artists issues with resale sites but this is a MAJOR FLAW in Ticketmaster’s system.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. I sold tickets through their company and I’m still awaiting payment. On their website they say you are paid between 7-10 days after your tickets sell. I followed all the steps to ensure I would be paid on time. My tickets sold May 13th and I’m still waiting almost a month later. When I emailed the company for assistance on this issue, they told me it will be 3-5 days for them to look into the issue. I emailed them back to tell them I’ve already been waiting a month and it shouldn’t take 3-5 days to look into an error on their end. I’ve already been waiting forever! They emailed me back saying they have other problems to deal with first. I wish I never sold with them. At this rate I don’t know when I will get paid.

I put my tickets on sale 1 month before the show and I never see my tickets online. I lost 396$ for this crap of site and managing. I contact the support (3/4 working days to give an answer) and tells me that when General Admission resale tickets are listed for sale, they will show on the site as Best Available. This means only one General Admission listing will be shown at a time, strange how I never see my tickets available. I will never use again this website (first time and never happens again).

DON'T USE THEIR RESALE FUNCTION, IT IS A SCAM!!! Brought 2 tickets for an event and posted one of them up for resale as the person I was going with could not make it. 2 hrs before the event, the Ticket resale posting got locked down, I was not able to change the posting price, nor was I able to cancel the posting to give my ticket to another friend who was now free to come with me.

Went to the event box office, was told that the seat for ticket had been sold at around the time my ticket posting got locked down and I would need to inquire with Ticketmaster customer service for help. Could not reach Ticketmaster customer service by phone at the time of the event as I was placed on hold for 15 min, only to find out their call center had closed while I was on hold. Tried to contact Ticketmaster by email, and I was told their system does not show that my ticket had for sale sold on their site. Literally was scammed out of my spare ticket (which I was not even able to use for personal use) and Ticketmaster had scammed me out of any resale proceed they made from my spare ticket.

Purchased 2 tickets to see Sting & Shaggy at Birmingham UK in February for concert date of 24th of May 2019. I began to panic when, with a week to go, no tickets had come through my door. Went on their website and when I clicked on Ticket Distribution I read that 'all tickets had been dispatched'. However, when I checked my account with them I read that 'your tickets have not as yet been sent to you'!!! Either a mistake, or a downright lie. I emailed them three times and received the same reply three times. No apology and no real information as to what to do. Eventually I found a phone number and when I rang them they told me to collect my tickets at the venue ticket office, still no apology. Visited the venue and joined a massive queue, all collecting tickets. Eventually I was give a piece of paper with our seat allocation, but still no actual tickets. Bad news, a lamentable experience with a totally inept company.

Purchased tickets and Parking for Hootie and the Blowfish in Phoenix on Feb 21, 2019 for the 6/19/19 show. Selected Standard delivery by mail for a $7.50 fee. Confirmation stated the tickets would be shipped 10-14 days from date of purchase. No worries until today May 29, 2019 when I realized I had never received them. Started an Online Chat which was "dropped" by LiveNation. So next I call the 800 number to find out where my tickets are.

After saying I would be fine with Mobile Tickets if they refund the shipping charge. I am put on hold for some time. When the Rep returns I am told there is a "Ticket Delay." This delay says that the physical tickets won't be mailed until 6/9/19, 10 days before the show and that the Mobile won't be released until 6/16/19, which is only 3 days before the show. So I was told to wait until after the 16th and if I don't receive them, call them back.

What is disturbing is I only paid for physical tickets in case something came up and I had to give them away or resell them. Fortunately that is not the case this time but if holding tickets until days before a concert is going to be the norm, then why offer mailing tickets in the first place? When I expressed my dismay with the delay the Rep's reply was that "this is done perhaps to prevent resales." Such BS as we have all had the experience of a show going on sale and sold out in minutes with Resales being the only option and at 3-4 times the original ticket price... Just passing on my experience and disgust with the way Ticketmaster is controlling ticket sales and when they are dispersed. It would be nice if we had more options for purchasing tickets than the Monopoly that is Ticketmaster.

A billion dollar monopoly and they can't get the damn seating chart right. This company is awful. With the exorbitantly high fees you'd think they could get a seating chart right.
