These people are thieves!! For Christmas two years ago, I purchased tickets for me and my sister to see Morgan Wallen in Virginia Beach, VA. He had to reschedule several shows due to issues with his vocal cords, so the concert was rescheduled for June 7, 2024. My sister forgot about an engagement she had for that week so told me she would be unable to attend. I was not going to go without her, so I listed the tickets for resale in January on Ticketmaster and various Facebook Marketplaces. By June 5th and with the concert just 2 days away, I still had not been able to re-sell the tickets, so I started a dispute claim process with my bank to get a refund. I provided extensive documentation to my bank including screenshots of the tickets, call logs where I contacted my bank, Vivid Seats and Klarna, screenshots from Ticketmaster chat fan support, and transaction history from where I paid for the tickets.
Last week I received notification from my bank about a dispute credit reversal. I have asked my bank to re-open the claim because we were not able to attend the show. Ticketmaster's policies are egregiously unethical and absolutely disgusting!! The outrageous "service fees" they charge are absurd especially considering the customer does all the work. I will NEVER purchase tickets through Ticketmaster again. They don't even deserve 1 star..

Price ripoff!!!! I attended the Monster Jam and according to their website there was only 5 parking spots left so that created a sense of urgency for me to prepay for parking, $111.00 worth. Showed up to the event with ample parking for only $10.00. Ticketmaster is price gouging!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

Identity Monitoring enrollment services offered, the website was non-functional, so I tried to contact them at the provided URL. Got a response that they received my question/concern, and would get back to me within 24-48 hours. That was around mid-July 2024. Finally got a generic response some time afterwards, basically telling me to do the same thing the initial email instructed me to do. So, I tried it again, and it still didn't work, so I contacted them again approximately 8/8/24. Haven't heard a single word. Worthless!!

I resold my tickets and ran into some confusion when I reach out to Ticketmaster for help. All they would do is continue to refer me to a questionnaire page. Just do not buy from Ticketmaster! It’s a waste and they will take your money! Helping hand to another. DO NOT BUY from ticket master!!

The point is I have another ticket in the front row for less than the price I bought here, the venue is not sold out, and there was no reason to inflate the ticket price so high. Even as a resale if I got the front row floor I won’t bother, all this money is for the back seat. Why???. The ticket I bought here is for a back seat, checkout how much the same ticket is going for.

I am extremely disappointed with Ticketmaster's service regarding the recent Marc Anthony concert in Marbella (Spain). The event, initially scheduled for June 2024, was rescheduled to a date one month earlier than originally planned, and Ticketmaster’s communication about this change was severely lacking. They only sent two emails, which were easy to miss, and this crucial information ended up in my spam folder. I only discovered the new date when I couldn’t find the tickets in the app, googled the concert, and saw that it was marked as a Past Event. I then searched my email inbox and found only two notifications, both in the spam folder.
When I requested a refund due to the unexpected rescheduling, Ticketmaster refused, stating that it was my responsibility to check my emails and it is not possible to refund. This response is unacceptable, especially considering the volume of promotional emails I regularly receive from them. It’s easy for important notices to get lost among the constant stream of advertisements.
Ticketmaster should ensure that their customers are properly notified about significant changes to events, rather than putting the burden entirely on us to sift through emails. After this experience, I will definitely be looking for another ticket provider. Their lack of effective communication and refusal to provide a refund has left me with a very negative experience. I would strongly urge others to be cautious when using Ticketmaster, especially for events that might be subject to changes.

I purchased tickets for a Greenday and Smashing pumpkins concert for August 3rd I made reservations for an overnight stay. I purchased 6 tickets, my son and his wife could not attend so I tried selling them thru Ticketmaster. They didn't sell so I had no choice but to sell them back to ticketmaster. I paid $209 a ticket and they only would give me $188 for the both tickets. I went up to the concert and that same day the show was cancelled I wanted a refund for all the tickets but they only gave me the refund for 4, so they made money when I bought them and money when they bought them back from me and now they won't give me a full refund. They are horrible and all they do is make money off you! I really wish they would give me back the difference. I have a blog of 60,000 followers and I sure will post about this!

I had purchased two lawn tickets earlier for my son and I to use for last night. When we found out his best friend could come enjoy his first concert with him - it said I successfully purchased two seats in section 404 as well and his mom and I would sit on the lawn. When I went to go to the gate to access tickets to scan them in - the tickets wouldn't appear to scan! None of the staff on hand could help and said it was a Ticketmaster issue! I tried accessing the chat option and it kept opening and closing, so that was no help and I couldn't show them the confirmation email either as that's not considered an actual ticket.
So I purchased these tickets last minute for nothing and am not out the cost of them! I'm so incredibly disappointed in the reliability of this app and how I couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me! The tickets went unused and said it was transferred to me, but I couldn't even view them. It left such a sour taste in our mouths for the kid's first show. So disappointing and am trying to recoup the money lost.

I purchased tickets to a concert and afterwards the date of the concert changed. Ticketmaster then did the reasonable thing and emailed me saying I had about a month to request a refund. The link they provided went to a customer support chat. The support took over a day to get back to me, and once they did, they said they did not have the ability to refund me... I said OKAY, let me explain better what the situation was. I sent them the pictures of the email, explained that the concert date had changed, yet they still said they could not refund me.
I called up their customer service, waited 30-40 min to get to a human, and they were finally able to provide me the refund Ticketmaster promised. To add onto this, I looked at ticket prices for the new concert and new venue. Prices were $36 instead of $69 after the date change. Ticketmaster did not even automatically refund the difference in costs.

When I called back at 7.30 Kate asked me what time is there and you’re calling at 8.30 and what if supervisor called you when you’re on a call with us. Questions weren’t making sense. She kept asking, "Is there anything else I can help." My problem wasn’t solved at all. And I never received a call from manager. I am very furious mainly on agent as she was very disrespectful.

When attempting to transfer my tickets to Stub Hub for pre-upload, it did nothing but give me errors saying "Pardon the Interruption". I tried clearing cookies, disabling my VPN, using my mobile app and different internet browsers on both mobile and desktop with no success. When we arrived to the concert, the gate was closed and they were not allowing anybody to enter because a bunch of people had rush the gate and the fire marshals would not allow them to let us enter. They told us to reach out to people we got our tickets for a refund because our tickets were never scanned. We got our tickets through Ticketmaster. I reached out to them the day after about this issue. They said they would get back to me in 7 to 14 days which they have failed to do and I personally had to reach out to them. We bought tickets through Ticketmaster to Hot Wheels Monster Truck Glow Party in San Antonio on June 20, 2024. Advertised prices were $10 for kids, but that was before SEVERAL online "service fees" that tripled the cost. The worst part was when we got to the event the ticket master app wasn't working, so we were re-directed to the venue's ticket booth where it took them 15 minutes to sort out the problem. We ended up missing about 20 minutes of the pre-show and as a result did not have enough time to make it to all of the activities. My kids were bummed that we didn't get the Bigfoot driver's autograph. Anyway, Ticketmaster is a horrible, price-gouging app designed to take advantage of the user at every turn. I have come to the conclusion that Ticketmaster has dumb rules on exchanging tickets and they also allow bots to buy tickets and people to resell for more than 5x's the face value cost of tickets. For instance....someone was trying to sell Chris Brown tickets, like 16 rows back for $15k! A 3rd row seat was $8k.... Front row didn't even cost more than $1k. Someone at the show told me they sold a front row for $2500. Anyway... Last year I tried to purchase front row seats but they were not available possibly due to them being in someone's cart, so I got 2nd row seats. Eventually, I noticed that the front row seats were available, not for resell but regular price. I asked to exchange my seats and they told me I couldn't because the front row was 4 DOLLARS CHEAPER than the 2nd row seats I purchased and that I could only exchange them for equal or greater value.
Now this year, I tried to exchange some not so great VIP pkg seats for some better non-vip seats. Even though those seats would have cost me $400 more, they told me that I can only exchange VIP seats with VIP seats of equal or greater value. I declined at first because the VIP seats they had left were not as good as the non-vip seats.... but eventually, I decided to do it. The VIP seats I requested was the same package and the same price. This time they told me that my request had to be sent to the VIP people for approval, only to now tell me that I couldn't exchange them. I don't know who makes the rules but I think they are doing bad business.

Negative stars if possible and a kick in the teeth to all Ticketmaster employees and managment! We ALL know this is one of the worlds most disgusting and corrupt, worthless ** companies in the history of the world! They charge outrageous fees on their tickets and if you can't go to the show you purchased tickets for when you re-sell them on their platform they charge you another fee again! But that's NOT ALL! They also w/o your knowledge ADD more fees to the listing so the new buyers will have to pay extra fees on top of the fees you are paying them! a true double dip which costs you and the buyer and makes it more difficult for your tickets to sell.
For example: If you purchased a ticket for $100. and try to resell it on ticketmaster for $100 they will give you like $75 as a payout. But if you go to the events site map and look up your ticket you will find that its NOT listed for the $100 you listed it for but something like $125. So if it sells they are making $25 each off of you and the new buyer. This practice ALSO makes it harder for you to SELL your ticket because now it's priced higher than the competition. Ticketmaster's business practices should be illegal and someone needs to sue their asses over this!

For a company whose revenue exceeded 12 billion dollars by essentially processing payments in return for an electronic cardboard ticket stub, you'd think their system could handle the one and only job it needs to do with ease and efficiency. My purchase attempt took more than 8 attempts, exceeding the 6'30" timer each time. That's just shy of an hour to purchase 2 tickets to a local band at a small local venue almost 6 months away. This wasn't exactly Imagine Dragons at a limited engagement. When I called CS to see if there was an issue with my card, or the event or system I was told they couldn't even find the event in question. Funny: I found it 8 times. I was getting pretty good at it actually. Yuck--none of which I really need or want. Anyway, I caved for the sake of the Stones goodbye tour.
But the Ticketmaster app keeps telling me my 'third party extensions' need to be canceled before I can use the app--I've disabled everything that protects me from malware and I still can't get into the Ticketmaster app. Once I do, I know I'll have to submit face-recognition ID. There's no way Ticketmaster is monitoring these calls, either that or they simply do not care about their customers and how their treated.
As stated in others' reviews, you are made to listen to a message before you connected to a rep that states bad treatment of employees will not be tolerated. Oh okay, but it's okay for your rep to sexually harass your customers that pay overinflated prices for tickets?!?! Gotcha. I called and left several messages for executives in the CA office, but I never received a single call back. Ticketmaster is being run by people that could care less about their customers. As the concert date got near I tried to lower the price, only to find out that there was a minimum resell price, as dictated by Ticketmaster, which was $260. When you resell your tickets on Ticketmaster they offer to buy them back at a ridiculously low price, yet not allow the reseller to set any price they want. Terrible. An infuriating experience. I love the message that customers are expected to be nice and respectful but this company does not do this to begin with. Purchased 2 tickets for a venue 4 hours away; the artist has just added a location that is 20 minutes away which was not on the available locations several months ago at the time of purchase. Ticketmaster will do nothing. I asked if I can just get a credit so I can go to the closer location .They told me I can sell the ticket on social media; or sell the ticket through Ticketmaster. The ticket total is $350 and the current offer is $71 from Ticketmaster.
My opinion is this is a money driven company with no regard to customers. Just treat people how you would want to be treated. To make me spend money on gas and hotel when there was a recently announced closer location is just not right. Also the” VIP host” that comes with the VIP ticket is non existent; no response. Never even spoke with the person or saw them. I called Ticketmaster and it's like talking to a robot. “We will provide your feedback.” Someone was supposed to call about a previously purchased ticket that did not populate in my account no one ever did.. I had to call the box office at the venue for help and they went out of their way to help since they seemed aware of how poor the customer service is from Ticketmaster.
The sad reality is most concert tickets are sold through Ticketmaster. This company takes the joy and fun out of attending concerts and events. If you decide to purchase, ensure you are happy with your seat, the location, and the date. This company is all about the money and will not even issue a Ticketmaster credit. The "Ticketmaster" experience is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to take our exchange student to his first every concert and purchased tickets for his holiday gift. I waited in queue for pre-sale. Go the tickets - had to buy 4 when I really only wanted 2 anyway. Because the prices were so high the tickets haven't "sold as expected." And now, a week ahead of the event, the floor seats are literally half the price of my actual tickets (in the 300 section). And I'm not allowed to exchange them? I didn't even want the difference in the price back - literally just better seats. But since there are no better seats at equal or lesser value than what I originally paid, I'm unable to exchange. Or do anything but sit up high in my ridiculously priced seats.
It's shady, unfair, and really feels unethical. Blame the artist, the event organizer, or whoever you want. But ultimately Ticketmaster is the purchasing interface and that's the source everyone is going to be upset with. If you can have algorithms to enforce "demand pricing" then you can have a process in place to not alienate those trying to buy in advance. Do better.

We are extremely angry at a company of their size NOT having the technology to prevent their application from being able to operate for an event entry without crashing nonstop. We were only able to get 3 tickets scanned after holding the entry line up for 12 minutes trying to get tickets scanned before it crashed. We were clearly not the only people with the issue, but so many of them had printed or screenshotted tickets to gain entry.
We watched security leadership at the venue to basically start letting people in with the screenshot or printed off tickets after just looking at the tickets and date to make sure it just "looked legit" As the supervisors was telling people. We tried transferring as I'm sure the system shows and everything possible before finally having to be told to step aside unfortunately. We drove 1 hour 50 minutes one way for this event. I let my mother, daughter and wife go ahead while I sat in my vehicle for over 3 hours since I was the only male.
This is unacceptable for their company to force majeure digital tickets but they can't even keep your app functioning for people to be able to utilize it. We took screenshots of my Samsung S24 and Google system flagging your app. Needless to say, we will no longer utilize their platform if they're so poorly ran that they don't have business continuity plans in place for backup servers for volume or crashes to convert their platform to prevent these types of massive failures.
Thank goodness at least 3 of my group of four were able to get in and enjoy the show so it wasn't an entire waste. Again, they can't blame internet or wifi because my Samsung and Google platform clearly flagged it repeatedly as their mobile app issue. We'll be sure to share the experience, especially with it being a bucket lost item of mine. Ticketmaster was the biggest joke of the comedic show tonight and it should be embarrassing that the talent even called you out for it during the performance.

If you ever use Ticketmaster to purchase anything concert tickets that have "add-ons", BEWARE!!!!! The verbiage on their website is extremely misleading, ambiguous and confusing when purchasing tickets on it. In November of 2023, I purchased (2) “Meet & Greet” tickets for the April 11th, 2024 Scorpions event in Las Vegas. If you wish to go to the actual concert in addition to the Meet & Greet, you must purchase separate tickets for each. I spent $1,805 for what I thought was Meet & Greet AND the concert.
Actually, $292 of that was "service fees"; the only "service" I got from them was from behind. As you can see on pic of my purchase receipt, it indicates that I have purchased (2) tickets in the General Admission section, right in front of the stage. To me, that’s a very clear message that I had actual seats at the concert. Since I don't live in Nevada, I paid for a hotel room and airfare to Vegas, as well as incidentals such as transportation while in Vegas and meals, etc., in addition to the $1,805 I already spent for the damned tickets. Three hours before the Meet & Greet is to begin, I go pick up the tickets, which have actual seat numbers on each ticket, as you can see in the picture. Then, just below the seat numbers, it indicates that the tickets are not valid for admission to the show itself.
When I asked the girl at the box office to confirm that I had admission to the actual concert, I’m first told "probably", then I'm told “No”. Ticketmaster indicates on their website, that this “add-on” cannot be purchased without event tickets, i.e. admission to the concert, so how was I able to do just that? So, a mere 3 hours before the event I am told I don't have tickets to get into the concert, but I could go to the Meet & Greet. I’m then told that there were a few General Admission tickets left, and if I wanted to, I could purchase (2) for an additional $375. There was NO WAY I was going to shell out another penny for this! The only positive thing to come out of this was that Ticketmaster did give me a refund since, thankfully, I called them prior to the event to request it. So, after all this, I never did see the Scorpions concert, nor did I go to the Meet & Greet. My advice: DON’T USE TICKETMASTER TO PURCHASE EVENT TICKETS!!!!!

“Easily transfer your tickets on Ticketmaster.com or the app” – I spent half an hour or more pulling my hair trying to “easily transfer” tickets to other members of my family. Turns out they had to create Ticketmaster accounts to accept them – and then the tickets are still accessible only on the web unless one downloads YET ANOTHER app. Not everyone has 128 gigs of storage space on their phone. And don’t get me started on all the extra fees. $25 worth of tickets cost $46. And now I found out student tickets to this event are, in fact, free thanks to a local bank AND I could have purchased the tickets – WITHOUT FEES – at the venue. But, of course, there’s no refund option. Ticketmaster has the absolute worst online ticketing system and is a thief. HIGHLY UNIMPRESSED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I called Ticketmaster and they said they use a third party ticket agency and are not responsible. But it gets better. I asked for the third party's info to contact them and they wouldn't provide it. The woman was ZERO help and I was told I would get a call the next day. By now, the game was half over, but we were meeting 12 people from out of town and had to buy new tickets at the box office. 2 hours already wasted.
I didn’t get a call back the next day so I called again. I was transferred twice and then another rep told me a case was never even filed the day before. She literally did nothing at all. New rep was just as bad, but gave me a ticket #. Wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor, zero attempt to help. Their platform allowed a seller to double sell the tickets. Their platform helped them scam me and they will not do anything to help. I will no longer use ticketmaster and I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. I will have to file a credit card dispute it appears. Stay away from this company for the fact that their service is trash if not for the fact it isn’t a safe platform either.

I wanted to purchase tickets to Blake Shelton as a gift for my son and his wife. I found the seats I wanted and thought I purchased from Ticketmaster. I saw the prices on their site and clicked on a button to purchase but I got switched to Tickets For Sale and not realizing it. That link was right on Ticketmaster’s site. I ordered them and received a confirmation of the order at the prices I saw. I had a weird feeling and checked my credit card the next day and I was charged $200 more that the confirmation I received. I realized there was exchange (thought I was buying in Canadian, living in Canada).
I first contacted Tickets For Sale and they said they are an American company and charge in US dollars and Ticketmaster sets the prices. So, I contacted Ticketmaster and they said, not their problem because I bought from a 3rd party that, happened to be on their website. Basically it was finger pointing back and forth between the two and nobody would take responsibility. I finally dropped it because the $200 wasn’t going to bankrupt me and I was just going in circles.
I was about to completely let it go when I went on my Ticketmaster app and it showed my upcoming concert to Blake Shelton. Finger pointing and ultimately Ticketmaster should have been responsible. I mean nothing to Ticketmaster and they don’t care. I am tired of Ticketmaster ripping off artists and ultimately the consumer. This has gone on for so many years. And you wonder why artists have taken Ticketmaster to court. Ticketmaster is a pitiful example of a company and has made billions off the backs of everyone they have ripped off. I am confused as what value they bring. Absolutely nothing.

I am absolutely livid with Ticketmaster and their despicable practices that allow promoters and venues to get away with straight-up robbery! It's beyond infuriating that they permit these deceitful promoters to advertise concerts with a specific lineup, only to turn around and change it after people have already forked over their hard-earned money for tickets. And to add insult to injury, Ticketmaster has the audacity to refuse refunds to the misled customers! Ticketmaster allowed the venue/promoter to promote a concert with Tamar Braxton in the middle of the flyer for a show in St Louis on 2/18. After I purchased tickets, Tamar Braxton was removed from the flyer and Ticketmaster refuses to issue a refund.
This is nothing short of a scam, facilitated by Ticketmaster's complicity. It's crystal clear that Ticketmaster is prioritizing their profits over the rights and satisfaction of their customers. Allowing promoters to pull the rug out from under unsuspecting concert-goers and pocket their cash without providing any recourse is utterly reprehensible.
Customers shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of Ticketmaster's lack of oversight and accountability. It's outrageous that they are turning a blind eye to this blatant theft. By enabling promoters to engage in this deceptive practice, Ticketmaster is essentially condoning theft and fraud. BEWARE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER that has multiple artist on the line up. If the line up changes after you purchase tickets, Ticketmaster doesn't care and won't help you get a refund because profit means more to them than customer satisfaction.

Purchased tickets to Shen Yuen on April 6th in Hollywood this morning (January 18th). Purchased 2 tickets at $190 each and parking for an additional $23. Made the purchase on my iPad using Apple Pay. As soon as I clicked submit, Apple Pay notified me that my card was used. And within a second or two, the Ticketmaster website displayed a pop up that my session had expired and that I would have to log in again to buy tickets. Ok I get it, there’s a time limit so as to give others an opportunity to purchase tickets, but then terminate the transaction before you charge my card.
I called customer service. Very disappointing to realize that the call center was in the Philippines. No issue with these people, wonderful people. But as I have come to realize, that companies require and train these people to read scripts. I truly believe that they are more than capable and bright enough to speak off of script but they will not do it. Needless to say, no resolution. I asked for a supervisor, not available! They will call me back.
Later in the afternoon Alberto M. Called me. No offense, I’m sure he is nice man but the level of sophistication was even more disappointing. He likened the situation to me making a purchase just before my power goes out “(Oh is that Ticketmaster's fault”. Are you kidding me? That’s your response? He stated that the charge will most likely not go through. I asked if it does can I speak with him again and what will he do. His response was “Well, I’m not going to sit around and wait to see if the charge goes through and call you, it’s your responsibility as a consumer to monitor charges on your card”. Once again, the sophistication is amazing. Of course not Albert, but if the charge goes through and I email, will you reapplied the issue? He said we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
If that wasn’t enough, I asked what the fees were that Ticketmaster collects for their service? Nether of them could answer that question. Are you kidding? You cannot tell someone what the fees are? I am amazed. I would have thought that Ticketmaster, 50 years old, handles millions of transactions, millions of revenue and this is the customer service I get? Yeah, I’ll contact the credit card company and never use Ticketmaster again.

I have since, made 5 separate calls over the last 6 months, all of which I was told something different. The first time? I was told they didn't have my address - yet they had my information on my account - it was all there - and that since I was now calling, I could give them the information they needed to send me a cheque for the sale of my tickets within 3 months. I waited those 3 months - called again - spoke to someone else, was told I would get a cheque within 4 weeks... I waited 4 weeks, called again - was told that a cheque was just cut and should arrive, again, in 4 weeks. I waited those 4 weeks and called again - this time, I was told that they didn't have my bank information - which I they don't need to cut me a cheque - and that I could expect to receive a cheque within 12 weeks.
That was 2 weeks ago. WHERE do I go to get my money - and WHY when I get a hold of someone from ticketmaster, the number always comes up as SOBOBA CASINO? .. I absolutely detested my Ticketmaster experience -- to the point that from now on I will forego attending any event for which Ticketmaster is the sole ticket source. Ticketmaster offers no alternative to a digital ticket, and issued me a digital ticket without offering me any options or securing my consent; apparently, the mere fact that I provided a cellphone number sufficed as far as you were concerned. You provided no opportunity to indicate a preference for digital or printed, and you did NOT secure my consent.
I needed a printed ticket because I was giving the tickets as a gift to people who did not use a cellphone; a digital ticket would leave me no option but to lend those folks my phone, and I need the phone at all times as I am caregiver for a very sick husband. Or -- as was suggested -- I could accompany the recipients downtown, park and accompany them to the venue just to get the digital tickets scanned -- an insane proposition, as I am a disabled senior citizen, and this is Winnipeg in December.
With Ticketmaster, it is impossible to get to talk to a human being -- you have replaced customer service staff with chatbots. I contacted your "helpline" and explained my problem to the chat-bot in an extensive "conversation" -- but of course a chatbot can only address a limited number of pre-programmed concerns, and beyond that offer polite platitudes. There is no point complaining; it goes nowhere. This is very convenient for Ticketmaster; after customers have exhausted the chatbot's repertoire, they have no choice but to give up in frustration and helpless anger. This practice of yours ensures that Ticketmaster never need deal with a human situation, employ any flexibility or compassion, or ultimately take responsibility for anything. Your set-up serves your own interest only, and is thoroughly detestable -- and you can be sure that I will share my experience with everyone I know.

Ticketmaster continues to provide a horrible customer experience when we're forced to use them to try and get event tickets. High volume events result in website errors, and lost tickets. I was flagged as a bot and ejected from the ticket queue.

Straight out liars and thieves. Was promised a "refund" in 5-7 business days. 8 days later I started calling. 14 calls. I've been told it'll be 90 more days and a paper check. I've been told I'll be paid two weeks after the event. I've been told it'll be another 5-7 days. I've been told ... well, you get it... Ticketmaster has my tickets AND my 2500$+. They are straight out Refusing to pay me. I have been told every time this is being escalated and you will be called in blank amount of time. 15 requests, not one single call back.
"Can I speak to a manager" Reply: "there are no managers here". Apparently I was talking to the CEO since that person had no supervisor. It's clear that they give the CS reps some kind of incentive to make it so difficult to get your money that you give up. I assume the reps get a cut? I made 15 calls today and will keep making them till I get my money. This has gotten insane. The amount of lies I'm told would make you sick.

We bought tickets to the Halloween Hootenanny in Vegas. Had rooms, drive 3 hours to get there. The lineup was Ministry, Filter, Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie. Rob Zombie about 3 hours before show because he was sick. We liked other 3 bands so we did not ask for refund and went to show. Only 1 of the bands Alice Cooper played. We even bought the insurance for tickets and I just filled a claim and Ticketmaster acts like they have nothing to do with it. I don't trust these shady ** anymore, what are the extra fees with this company if they can't even honor the tickets they are selling.

I just ordered what I thought was three tickets from your resale option. When I selected the tickets, it selected all three seats. I was rushed to check out, and when I checked out, and the sale was made, there was two stars showing that I would receive one seat. This is deceptive. Your site made me think I was selecting three seats. I then call the support people, and they laugh at me, and are obviously from a call center that's outside our country. I asked to talk to a manager and he said he's not allowed to do that. Is this how Ticketmaster treats its customers? I need answers and a manager to contact me, but no one seems to care. How do I get help? Is there anyone who understands what I am saying? The website is MISLEADING, and no one seems to care. I guess I have to now dispute the charge with Amex, because I was tricked, laughed at, and then left in the dust. What a despicable company.

I wish I could give TM a zero. Tried to purchase two tickets but after selecting the first seat was routed to a "second verification" page. Twice requested a verification code which never arrived. Then had to cancel the order and start again. However the aisle seat I selected was unavailable, presumably because TM's program delayed returning it to inventory. Refreshed a few times without success and purchase the next two seats in. Then in chat and emails explained the problem and asked that my further in seat be exchanged for the aisle seat. TM chat and emails advised that because the aisle seat was $20 cheaper! No exchange was available and no refund was available either. This is what we pay exorbitant SERVICE fees for? Why does any artist allow TM to sell their tickets?

I purchased 2 tickets to go see Gabriel Iglesias in Jacksonville FL w/the insurance. I live 5 hours away and got Covid, the ins provider doesn’t want to not ticket master. So basically I gave 400 dollars away. I’m extremely disappointed in how this turned out and will never purchase anything from Ticketmaster or the ins company y’all.
