I purchased tickets for Michael X from Ticket Liquidator and also got a ticket for a play previously. They send the tickets online, which were delivered in the expected time frame. It is convenient to purchase tickets from Ticket Liquidator, and I would do it again.

My most recent purchase with Ticket Liquidator was for a circus. They delivered the tickets to me via email and sent it right away. I went with my children to the circus who always love it. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find the ticket. I gave them all the information and they finally found one ticket. They scanned it then they looked for the other one. They sent me to the box again and the lady at the box couldn’t find it. We got in 20 minutes after the show already started. I got so mad and said that I’m not going to buy online tickets again even if it’s Ticket Liquidator or a different website.

Additional fees not disclosed until purchase. Face value of ticket was $30.00. They sold the tickets for $36.00 plus a $9.00 service fee plus a $15.00 delivery fee. Total cost $105.00 for 2 tickets. I thought this was excessive in fees.

I've used Ticket Liquidator in the past and used them again for the Monster Energy Supercross. I bought the tickets a day before the event and the only option was to download them. It was a good experience.

I've always used Ticket Liquidator. It has been around so long and I'm a very satisfied customer.

My experience with Ticket Liquidator has been really good. The tickets that I got from them were delivered in the expected timeframe. I'd probably call them again.

I was surfing the web and bumped into Ticket Liquidator and I never turned back. I buy everything through them and they're cool. However, there was a day that I was never able to make it to the game and I thought it was gonna be canceled. The expressway was blocked off and I couldn't get there. It was like they blocked off all in Indianapolis and I was coming from Chicago. But other than that, I love them. They make everything simple and easy. It seems that they always got the best prices and so, I've never had an issue. I could go right and print it off. There's been a time when they've actually been mailed to me and I would not receive any mail. So, I've always had better experiences through them.

The two tickets I purchased were priced at $91 each, already twice the limit they were said to be going for, but I couldn't find the seats I wanted anywhere else so I went with it. No problem yet. Then all of the sudden the mailing is set to Express ($40 extra dollars). I obviously don't want that considering the concert is in August. But I was only given the option to view the other mailing option not select one of them, and then at checkout my total is $260 and some change? Sketchy. Can't help but feel like I got robbed even though they are the seats I want, hopefully.

The one thing I didn’t like about Ticket Liquidator was that there was a hidden fee. I bought tickets to Lincoln to a basketball game and there’s a price with tickets on there. And then after I bought the ticket, it ended up a fair amount more than what I thought it was gonna be because there was a $6 service charge even though they printed them right off online, which I didn’t think was very cool.

My daughter wanted Justin Bieber tickets for Fresno. I got tickets but for the wrong seating. I got 206 instead of 106 and when I called to let them know this the guy was rude, called me a liar and hung up! I am now filing complaints, fraud and I will make my voice heard kinda crap that they flop the crap seats on me! Such BS! I hope karma bites you!

I first heard about Ticket Liquidator online and they happened to have the tickets I was looking for which were delivered to me within the timeframe. I have no complaints. They are fabulous.

A year or two ago, I purchased some tickets through Ticket Liquidator for Supercross. I bought from them because of their pricing and because I had purchased from them before. I did it online, and it was a seamless transaction. There weren't any hiccups or unexpected pricing, and I got my tickets three days after I ordered them.

I saw a lot of Ticket Liquidator from Craig's List so I bought tickets for The Monster Trucks and one of the Raiders games, and the tickets were delivered on time. It was a very good experience.

I bought AC/DC tickets online. The whole electronic transfer thing is not very clear, and Ticket Liquidator provided little to no information regarding it. The email I got from them said I'm going to get the tickets electronically as soon as the order is complete. So I waited a couple of days and noticed that they charged my American Express, so I assumed it’s complete but still no tickets and so I finally called Ticket Liquidator. There’s something to the Toyota Center where I have to go set up an account on some totally separate website. It’s a little more complicated, and there was nothing in the Ticket Liquidator that told me I needed to do that. Even the person I talked to didn't know the right website to tell me.

There was an error when Ticket Liquidator posted for NASCAR events so I got screwed out when I first tried to purchase the tickets. I paid more than what I was supposed to pay. I called them to verify what I purchased however they said they can no longer do that but they were helpful in that regard. I got the tickets online within a couple of hours which is reasonable. But I’m dissatisfied with them for not keeping up with the expectations of what I purchased. I ordered something on the website, and they blatantly said they can’t deliver because they made a mistake.

I'm military so sometimes it'd be cheaper at Will Call Box Office, but Ticket Liquidator was an option on that day and their prices were cheap. I bought tickets for Bo Burnham in Las Vegas, Nevada through Ticket Liquidator and the tickets were delivered within the expected time frame.

We've been using Ticket Liquidator to get tickets for three years now. We just Googled something at one point and it was one of the results. In the past, we've had someone call us when purchasing tickets, but this time though, the tickets were emailed to us almost immediately. They were for the Clippers and Suns game about a month ago. Whenever I'm looking for tickets to games like that, I always tend to go to them nowadays because their website's easy to use and they have good prices. I love it. I always recommend them to a friend.

I bought tickets for Monster Jam and Supercross from Ticket Liquidator. It was just a little bit expensive for the processing fees but everything is great customer service wise.

Ticket Liquidator sold the best seats that I could find. The way I was able to handle my tickets was super easy. Everything was done electronically which is extremely handy. Also, Flash Seats is really easy to use which impressed me. If it's at all possible to get everything that they do onto Flash Seats so that people can get it on their phone and use the app to get into concerts, I would suggest them to go through and do that. Service was fast and affordable. Ticket Liquidator was great.

The show was over directed and very amateurish. For the price of these tickets I expected a much higher caliber. The theater was beautiful and the seats excellent.

The money you grabbed from my credit card it was 247.50. And the ticket cost is 55.00 + 14.00. So totally different and I want the difference back!

The purchase experience and ticket retrieval were easy. But I was shocked when the ticket I received was worth $99 each and it cost me $417 for two tickets. There were plenty of empty seats all around the area we got stuck in. So...process simple and easy, but way overpriced.

I was down in New York and was looking at ticket sites because my son had wanted to see The Book of Mormon for a long time. We had not made ticket arrangements ahead of time. No lower-priced tickets showed up on some of the other sites, where I can go to the Box Office and pick things up. And then, Ticket Liquidator came up and they had prices that I could handle by going on a Tuesday. We stayed an extra day because I still couldn't afford what they had left for over the weekend.

The whole process was simple. It was easy to retrieve our tickets once we arrived to the event. Prompt response to email questions. Downside - very high "fees" added on to the purchase.

The security was great. Getting in and out the venue was fast and safe, I would definitely go back to see another entertainer at this venue. Thanks!

Ticket Liquidator stepped up when there was a problem with ticket validation in a show that I went to see in 2007 down in Miami. They re-compensated me for the inconvenience of going down to that concert with tickets that were not valid. Then two weeks ago I bought Monster Jam tickets. Everything was quick and easy and the tickets were an instant download. I'm just wishing that their handling fees could be a bit lower.

ACDC concert. Awesome concert. Downloaded tickets, printed them and had no issues. As for getting anything to eat or drink at the concert, lines were huge. Finally gave up trying to get anything at concession stands or from the beverage vendors and bought a bottle out of the vending machine which would only take ones or quarters. No fives or credit/debit cards.

The band Metric was good, but the tickets were way too much money $177.00 for 2 tickets. When it should of been $29.99 each. I will never pay that much for tickets. I do not know how you people can get away with that. I will never ever pay that much from you guys or anyone else.

Happy with seating location. Will check directly with any venue the next time I am looking to purchase tickets. I might be able to eliminate the "third party or broker" fees. I thought the fulfilling broker, Stage Front Tickets, and Ticket Liquidator charges a bit much. I paid $116 additional charge over face value of the tickets. I guess that is the price for convenience.

I've used Ticket Liquidator in the past for football ticket. We bought tickets from them again for the Texas Longhorns versus Baylor Bears game but they were no good. It was such a pain. We got up there and basically, the tickets were sold over and over. There were multiple other people who had the same issue.

Had a great time, great view, okay priced. Tickets showed up on 3 days, and no complaints.

I had tried on many occasions to contact people about where my tickets were and they kept telling me to wait. The actual ticket exchange that sold them never returned my email and I had to look them up and call them a few times before I finally got a hold of someone. On the morning of the event I still did not have our tickets. I was put in contact with the seller directly who told me he was told I had canceled my order. We worked out a solution but the seats were different from what we wanted and we could not see the ice from them and had to watch from the big screen. We made the best out of it and had fun but the process was stressful and disappointing.

Theresa made it very clear as she started her show that no ticket should have cost more than 99.00. For 2 tickets I paid almost $400.00. Non refundable. When I reviewed the ticket the face value were only 67.50. I won't use your service again, you're a scalper. I am behind the government to fight companies like yours that gouge customers. It's a shame because the show was fun but after feeling like I got screwed it brings the happiness down.

I like Ticket Liquidator although the name scared me a little bit. For a company with such a name, they don't actually "liquidate" tickets which is nice. I've used them a couple of times and they have good prices compared to other websites. I've purchased a few events in Red Rocks and four times were through Ticket Liquidator. Some of these were for our company and some were for friends. One time I accidentally ordered too many tickets. I contacted the company and one of their reps made it fairly simple for me. I've had a very pleasant experience with Ticket Liquidator and they're a great company compared to all other ticket companies.

2 day shipping turned to 6 days showing up late at my house in Minnesota. I expected to have my package before leaving for the event in Texas but didn't have them before I left forcing me to miss the delivery. Then to have someone stay at my house to receive the package because they would not deliver without signature. (No one is home at my house regardless at 2:00pm. We work so can't sign for a package at the time.) I then had to pay $40 to next day air them to me in order to have my tickets on time for the event costing me even more than the already jacked up prices by the seller. Doubtful I will use this service again unless I desperately need to.

I was very dissatisfied to see when I got the tickets that I paid $61 each for tickets that when received were marked at $34.79 each, plus a $15 each handling fee plus $15 for shipping. I will not be buying tickets from them in the future.

Show & seats were great. However, I did not get the tickets emailed to me until the morning of show – should have gotten the email the day I ordered the tickets. I had already left for the show. I had to go to a nyc hotel and pay $15 get online and print. We were annoyed having to go through this hassle after we had already paid a service fee.

I purchased 4 tickets to the concert. The ticket showed Section Flr rgt, ROW Ga 5 Seat 6. This ended in no seating only standing. Not only for myself but my 3 other guest. At no time did the tickets state standing.

After calling to tell you that a family member had committed suicide and we had to cancel our trip... we asked if you could refund our money under these circumstances. We were given a complete runaround (at a very troubling time) and after making at least 6 phone calls we were told an astounding "No!" Then to rub salt in our wounds we get this email asking "how did we enjoy the show?" and could we send some pictures and would we recommend you... Really???

I bought tickets for the Denver Nuggets from Ticket Liquidator because they have better pricing and more tickets available compared to others. It was a good experience.

The concert was AWESOME!!! The best I've ever been to. My only worry was I didn't get the tickets until the day. I emailed the vendor on Tuesday before the Saturday night event and they responded within minutes. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

The agent who helped me was very friendly and worked very hard to get me the best tickets possible. He gave me all necessary information as to how and when I would get my tickets and explained the guarantee. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will use your company again.

I had right at 55 pics & videos combined from Feb. 18th concert in Evansville, IN @ Ford Center & lost every one of them due to it saying my sd card was blank & unsupported. So if anyone has the whole concert please email me on how I can recover my photo gallery & all. I've got a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Android 4.4.4 build... PLEASE HELP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. I bought Tool tickets from Ticket Liquidator twice. The first time, I bought four tickets but two of the tickets were duplicated. When I went to the arena and scanned them, they said somebody already had the seats. I worked with a rep, Mike, and he kept promising me tickets to another show but never did it. They were $195 a ticket so I lost $400 on that deal. I called about different shows and all he said was he'll give me 10% off. They didn't refund the money. This year, I went online and got Tool tickets and they were good seats. I bought the tickets within a day and a half of the show and Ticket Liquidator delivered the tickets on time. No headache. The $125 processing fee was a little extreme, but I had a great time.

I had a horrible experience. I want able to see the show because my tickets couldn't be printed. I will never order through this vendor again!

Didn't get the tickets we ordered. Location in the theater or the quantity. When we called customer service for help I got a rude person who hung up when I asked for her manager. I did get a helpful lady named Mary eventually. Very dissatisfied overall.

The tickets were too expensive. I wanted 5 tickets and it would not let me get them. When I clicked on the number of tickets did not give me in option. The show was cut 30 minutes early. I really do not think that was fair at all.

I am disappointed with the view of the orchestra seats I bought as a birthday present. There was sound system equipment in front of our faces the whole show. These were not cheap tickets and I am very upset since I paid top dollar and wasn't notified these seats were obstructed. I have attached two photos to show our view. I did not see any other seats in this venue with any obstructed views.

I purchased some Knicks tickets through Ticket Liquidator as it was a little cheaper. I had a little bit of an issue with my credit card at first but we worked it out and it was all good.

My entire party of 5 were unable to attend because you sent us tickets through Telecharge which were for New York City and I ordered tickets for Chicago. I have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. I will never use your service again. I was told at the box office in Chicago that two groups before me were also sent the same tickets.

The facility which held the concert had a problem scanning the card and we had to go see the folks in the ticket office to gain entry. However, there were several ticket holders with similar problems.

A day later received a call and the guy told me that an error had been made and there were only single seats available in the section I purchased. They gave me a complimentary upgrade for the two seats (no charge). They backed my purchase and took care of everything. You have just earned a client for life. Everything is great. I have bought tickets for UFC, boxing and hockey. The experience was very fast and simple. Tickets were instant download so I had them as soon as possible. I'll definitely be buying through Ticket Liquidator in the future.

I was disappointed with the Halloween scenario when bringing my grandson to Disney on Ice at the VanAndel in Grand Rapids, MI. With all of the holidays to celebrate, did you really have to choose Halloween and all the grisly/ghoulish activities of that holiday? Even the kids knew that some sick people take treats and turn them into disastrous calamities; e.g. all of the kids were shouting "NO" to Mickey not to eat of the apple. How sad that you had to take something with so much appeal to the younger generation and add in the sick culture that they now have to live in by reminding them that Halloween is really not fun because you always have to watch out for the creeps that perform 'sick' tricks by putting needles and other harmful ingredients into candy.

Ticket order was incorrect. I called the moment my confirmation e-mail came through to see what they could do to remedy the situation. I was on hold for over an hour before they got on the phone only to have them tell me basically "too bad" there was nothing they could do other than I could set up my own account and re-sell the ticket. They then told me to call the broker because it was out of their hands. Called the broker only to have the girl on the phone tell me "it's Saturday, of course you are holding for over an hour. That isn't bad customer service there are just more calls than they can handle." Really? If you know Saturdays are busy perhaps you should increase staffing levels accordingly. That would make the wait time much shorter. Will NEVER use this site or this broker EVER again. StubHub may have lots of fees but at least they are more professional.

The venue was not the best for this type of concert. The stadium flags blocked the view of the screen across from our section 302. The lights blocked the stage screen. The small side screen was too small to see the program numbers. A paper program would be helpful.

I loved the concert and had very good and timely tickets. The only thing is when I called co. service, the guy way very rude, not helpful at all.

I bought concert tickets from Ticket Liquidator and their reps were helpful and courteous. My tickets were then delivered in the on time, although I would like to get a little more discount because everything’s so expensive today.

I purchased parking tickets instead of entry tickets because your garbage service doesn't make ANY distinction between the two that is obvious to the customer and then all printed components list it as a ticket making it further confusing. So not only could I NOT enter to see the band I wanted but I also wasted 97 dollars on parking tickets for a concert I couldn't see. What's even worse is I had called several days before the event to get a refund and NO REFUND ALLOWED. This is hands down the WORST ticket service I have ever experienced and will do everything within my power to report this to every person I can to tell them NOT to use your abysmal service. Oh yeah and your phone agents sound like they have learning disorders.

I was screwing around on the computer and looking at all the different ticket sites. I found Ticket Liquidator and they had a good deal on the University of Arizona basketball tickets. I was on vacation and they made it good. I got the ticket for a reasonable price and it was sent through email which I can print. I had a couple of buying experiences with Ticket Liquidator and they were all good. The USC Trojans versus the Washington State Cougars were good tickets too. Ticket Liquidator doesn't BS.

The Order Summary for Order Number ** stated that the performance time was 2:30 PM. The actual start time was 2:00 PM so we missed the first part of the Book of Mormon. The first part of the play was critical to see to understand the gist of the play.

Ticket Liquidator's rep has been very helpful when I purchased tickets for the U. Conn. basketball. My tickets were delivered within the expected time frame.

After being transferred to Ticket Galaxy. I made number of calls and was told that I was bumped from the main floor and my tickets were now on the mezzanine. I was due to have a $30 refund. The e-tickets still didn't come. Another call they said they were in transition. Another call they said they should be hearing from the vendor soon. Another call on Tuesday morning, the morning of the event. No tickets. I called my son who the tickets were for. They did some scheduling because they really wanted to see the event and are hopefully going Thursday. Still no $30 refund. Hours on the phone trying to make sure that these tickets were going to arrive. Frustrating experience. I would say I've heard lots of bad things about Ticket Galaxy and would tell you that you should be not using them any longer. I feel like I should get free tickets to a show based on this experience to be quite honest. I would at least make up for the incredible hassle that this was.

Show was great, getting tickets was a breeze. Didn't like the $50 worth of hidden fees I got in checkout.

This is the worse ticket agency I ever used on the internet. They charged my credit card and never delivered the tickets. I'm still waiting for the pending charges to drop off of my account 10 days later. I spoke with Customer Service from my credit card company and they told me it could take up to 30 days. Horrible service. Use Ticketmaster or StubHub. I got nothing accomplished by talking to Ticket Liquidator Customer Service.

I was wondering if I'd buy online, and everybody told me about Ticket Liquidator and I found that they were the best when it comes to the ticket prices. The last purchase I did was for Placido Domingo's show and I got the e-tickets. It was a wonderful experience.

The tickets were not delivered as promised. When I called the seller I was directed to pick up the tickets at the time and location that were very inconvenient for me. The tickets were not in the zone they were promised to be. One of the tickets was a child ticket.

Venue was great - really cool vibe. Sound could have been better - a little brassy and bright. I would like to have received the ticket a little sooner. I was feeling anxious that they were not going to arrive on time, but they did - so no problem. :)

I was not able to watch the game due to a family illness. I gave my ticket away. The part I am upset with is a hotel booking that I will be charged with even though I contacted the hotel well in advance to cancel my reservation. Your company is still charging me for the stay!! I will never use your service again as a result of this!

Paid $212 for my tickets. Come to find out I bought something that never existed. They didn't have my tickets. Couldn't get money back for 5 days. Upgraded my seats and bang, they lied and didn't have those tickets either. Took 2 hrs for them to figure it out. Then after all that back and forth they magically appeared. They told me I'd get $100 credit for other tickets and that was a lie as well. Never received it.

Ticket Liquidator emailed me the tickets I bought in the expected time frame. They did what they were supposed to do, and I am satisfied with them.

This concert was by far the most amazing concert I have ever been to. Super small venue at the college basketball court, but very hyped up crowd. The show had a huge amount of energy and my wife, my 10-year-old daughter and I all had an amazing time!! Waited after the show and was able to meet Macklemore!!

The concert was amazing! So was Chris Young however the seating was so confusing. We were moved from our seats and told we were in wrong ones. But when I bought these tickets online that's what was given to us. To move us after an hour of show starting was embarrassing and unprofessional.

Ticket Liquidator had less add-on fees so I purchased tickets from them for the Detroit Pistons versus Philadelphia 76ers game. I got a mobile discount by using a code I got when I signed up online. The tickets were then delivered in the expected timeframe and it was an easy transaction.

My husband and I attended Shatner's World at the Warner Theater in Washington, DC on February 4, 2016. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. William Shatner is funny, genuine, and a terrific storyteller. He gave a two hour show! I would recommend this show to anyone who is a fan of any of his work. The Warner Theater is a lovely venue. It is close to the metro and lots of good restaurants.

I know you had no control over the event, however after standing outdoors for over an hour waiting for them to open the doors and let us in to see the show, 15 minutes before the start of the show they came out and said the show was canceled - go home and come back next month. Try explaining that to your grandchildren who had waited a month to see the show. Oh well ** happens.

My father used to buy tickets with Ticket Liquidator when I was younger and I've been stuck with them. It's fine and I've never had any problems with it, very straightforward, and a very good experience. They know what they're doing. They sent me something after I purchased from them and I plan to use them in the future.

Extremely poor customer service. I had to call in 7 times to have my tickets downloaded. The tickets were not delivered until past the due date. Advertised incorrectly as well. It is the first and LAST time for me.

Tickets were great. Site was easy to use, and most importantly you only charge a $3.50 service fee. I'll be back for that reason alone -- it's the lowest I've found, so I will be switching over from Stubhub for good!

I go to a lot of concerts, and I chose Ticket Liquidator because it was accessible and at the top of the internet. I purchased tickets for Carrie Underwood, and the tickets were delivered in my expected timeframe, so everything was good. I enjoyed the concerts. It’s a fun experience.

We purchased tickets for The Dallas Cowboy and Giants game and the UFC fight from Ticket Liquidator because of the price. No fees are hidden and everything is right there so it saves a little bit of money. Also the first time for the Cowboy game, I was able to have a discount. Everything was good. I was also able to download the e-tickets right there. I'll definitely use them again.

This was the first time I bought tickets I needed from Ticket Liquidator and it was a very good experience. They were nice on the phone and they were very service-oriented.

When we ordered the seats it appeared that there were only two choices where we could have six seats together. When we arrived the entire section in front of us was empty. We were on row 24 and there were whole sections that have very few people. We felt it was deceiving to think that the performance was practically a sellout when only about half of the seats were taken. We will chose another way to buy tickets next time.

My fiancee and I took our nieces and nephews to see the show and they all had a great time. They were mesmerized by everything that was going on. They were attentive and excited. I had been to other Disney on ice shows, but I feel like a little girl every time I attend another show and this time was no exception.

Once getting to the event (circus) we realized that we overpaid almost by double the amount that the tickets were worth and would like to be financially compensated.

I called yesterday to explain I was unable to attend the game due to the weather conditions of the game. These tickets were a xmas present for a 8 year old little boy and due to the time change caused by the weather and the fact that NYC was not plowing properly I was unable drive and do not live in the vicinity for public transportation (I live in staten island we do not have subways) or thought it wise to bring an 8 year old out in the cold to travel. I was told that you are not responsible for the weather and that I was not able to exchange the tickets for another game. So as a single mom who purchased these tickets for a little boy at christmas thought you would have had a little more compassion since the weather was so bad.

The experience has been good and easy. The tickets and seats were great. I used Ticket Liquidator because I get a rebate through a shopping portal that I use, which they are a member of. But I often don't use them because their prices are significantly higher. If it's in the ballpark, I will. If not, I go through Ticketmaster or somewhere else.

These tickets were non-transferable and required the original ticket purchaser to collect the badges for the event with a photo ID. We did some fast talking and convinced them to make an exception, but overall it was a stressful situation. The tickets shouldn't have been resold under the circumstances and the guidelines for the event.

You get to the show and find your seats. What's this, someone is sitting in our seats? That can't be right! Weird - they have the same tickets as us... And that's where ticketliquidator.com comes in! They kindly resold us tickets that had already been sold. The $600 we spent (more than $100 of that were service fees) on 4 tickets were for tickets that had already been sold to someone else. Don't know yet if we'll get a refund. If they're a legit company they should pay for the gas (100 miles round trip) and parking ($11). Of course there's the stress and embarrassment of finding out you don't get to see the show you thought you paid for. Avoid this company.

I purchased tickets for the Gladys Knight concert 1/16 and was defrauded. When I arrived at the venue (The Beacon Theatre, NYC) and was told that my tickets were already taken and was turned away. I have been using Ticket Liquidator for Broadway. I love all the Broadway shows and concerts especially the Latin ones. They deliver my tickets on time. Once I had to call them because they resold our tickets. My husband and I were going to celebrate our anniversary and we bought tickets to see a Broadway play and when we got there, somebody else had the same tickets. So we couldn't see the play and it was a little inconvenient for us. I was very disappointed because I got dressed up to see a play and especially we're celebrating that time and we couldn't watch. I've gotten tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters twice and once for a Broadway play. The first time I went to the Globetrotters, it turned out that Ticket Liquidators had the ticket cheap - under the face value. But that was not the case with my succeeding two other experiences. I had no problem with the administration of the tickets, but the face value of one of the tickets that I bought from them was $24, however, I wound up paying $40 for it. That was my objection. Then when I got to the venue, which was a baseball arena, it was not half full. This was gouging. I could understand if it I was going to see a rockstar and couldn't get a ticket and I'd have to pay a little bit more. Overall, I'm not happy with Ticket Liquidator and will not be using them in the future.

We felt misled. The floor tickets I purchased turned into practically the back row of the top balcony. Ticket Galaxy called and told me the sits I had purchased were no longer available and offered a swap. I asked if they were close, like the first balcony and they assured me they were and gave me a bit of a discount. None of us were happy. Just recently (Dec. 30th 2015), I purchased tickets from this company for an event in Toronto. 6:30 PM - I place my order for the event. 6:45 PM - I get a confirmation email from them stating the order has been completed and I will receive my tickets via email within 10 - 15 (The credit card has also been charged at this point). 6:46 PM - I leave my house after receiving this email. 7:35 PM - I arrive to the event and check if my tickets have arrived as they usually would if you go with a more legitimate company like (stubhub, Vividseats, ticketmaster, etc.). However I see no e-mail with my tickets.
