I've purchased tickets for a couple of concerts through Ticket Liquidator which I printed off online. I've never had any issues with them. They were good and I'd recommend them.

Bruno Mars tickets - I had to track you all down for my tickets! No confirmation was ever sent! You charged $40.00 for service fee and you get none! I didn't even know it was from you all! I'll use StubHub next time!

We've purchased tickets for Chicago, Journey, and Farner through Ticket Liquidator. I like their choices and I chose them over other providers because of where the seats were, and their price. It's been great with Ticket Liquidator.

I purchased tickets for concerts and I chose Ticket Liquidator over other providers for their seating. However, I purchased extra stuff with the tickets but that never showed up to my house. Other than that, it was a great experience and I had a really good time on all four concerts.

Got charge twice for delivery. When I purchased the tickets I paid over $100 dollars on fees and delivery. I got charge for delivery when I placed my order and I paid for the “postage” when I picked the package at the postal office.

My fiancee told me Ticket Liquidator was a good website to buy tickets. I've been using them since 2012 to buy tickets for baseball games, basketball games, and multiple sports events because of their ticket prices. It's cheaper in Ticket Liquidator and I get the best chairs. Tickets for baseball games specifically for the Orioles and the New York Knicks against the Wizards were for $8 and with the chair that we got, it was a good offer. I also saw tickets were $40 or $50 for Dream Theater which is definitely a bargain. The latest experience we had was with the Texas Rangers, and bought the tickets the same day.

I normally buy tickets for baseball games but I've been buying off the website for a while since I don't like the price on StubHub. One time, I started researching different websites, downloaded the Ticket Liquidator app and decided to just go. Ticket Liquidator is better than most competitors. I have looked at prices based on where the actual seats are and they came in cheaper. I'm very satisfied that I would definitely keep coming back to Ticket Liquidator.

I looked at a lot of sites to find out seats and prices and Ticket Liquidator was on the top 5. When I was younger, it was hard to choose where you can sit and you’d have to rely on scalpers, so it’s nice that people can now certainly look where they want to sit even though the price is a little higher. And also, I don’t wait in lines anymore. The tickets I have purchased were mostly for musical events like rock concerts. I usually receive the tickets through email and I can have them printed. Overall, Ticket Liquidator is reputable and I always had a good experience. I’ve used them in the past and I will always go to them.

We went with Ticket Liquidator and ended up getting the best price on the seats we wanted. We purchased online and it's really easy to navigate through their website. We printed the tickets ourselves. It was pretty simple and easy.

I'd would like to know the reason why I can't change my delivery method after I bought the tickets. You offer two methods: eTicket or Express delivery. I accept my mistake, for this reason I paid 40$ more per each ticket. But I don't understand, if you don't have the ticket yet, why you don't permit to me change the delivery method. My problem is that you guarantee to me that I have the ticket on 29 Oct as deadline because the show is on 31 Oct. But on 24 Oct I'll start a trip, and I don't have any fix address during that time. Sincerely, I don't understand the reason of your small flexibility and help for resolve a client problem. I called you and I sent you several emails, and you didn't give me any solution. In fact, you didn't try it. Thanks.

I’ve purchased Bruno Mars and Kanye West concert tickets through Ticket Liquidator. I like their price and the way they organize the selections for seats. They have a price and a location to where it is, unlike Ticketmaster where I feel like I am paying for whatever seat they have available. I recommend them and I even asked all my friends to use Ticket Liquidator and they liked it.

Horrible experience. Bought tickets to a hockey game for $90.00 each ticket which I bought 3. The tickets were bought by them at a face value of $75.00 each so with surcharge and bumping up the price on the tickets I paid over $190.00 over extra. I know I'm stupid and I will never use them again for my ticket buying needs.

I bought tickets for a country concert. I use different ticket sellers but I went with Ticket Liquidator for the price and seats. The tickets were delivered on time and I haven't had a problem.

I bought tickets on August 31 and by September 20th, I still had not received the link telling me how to get my tickets for a concert on September 23rd. I called Ticket Liquidator (after being on hold for a super long time) who told me that the venue would not be releasing the tickets until 8 pm on the 21st and then I'd have to download them and print them. They said that this was the venue's policy. The only place I have a printer is at work. None of my friends live anywhere near me nor do they own printers. The customer service rep called the venue to see if I could use an eticket, but they were closed so she gave me the number to call myself. At 8 pm on the 21st, I received the download link. I tried to log in to get my tickets but got a blank page and called them again.

I got an email about Bob Seger so I looked it up and none of the concerts said Florida so I was a little disappointed. I travel a lot for business so I like to go to a lot of concerts. I was in Charlotte for a work-related thing last summer and I bought the tickets twice in one week from Ticket Liquidator. The tickets were emailed to me on time and I had absolutely no problem with them.

It was an excellent show...from people who directed us to our proper line...to his preliminary....to Fluffy....excellent line up of comedians...it was well worth the money

I was searching online for tickets when Ticket Liquidator came up. I chose them because of seat availability and the clarity of which seat I could choose. I have purchased tickets from them for sporting events so far and while my overall experience was very good, the final price of the ticket only pops up at the very end. It would be nice to see that in advance when they first calculate the price because in the beginning, they don’t add the fees yet.

I purchased these tickets on 6/10/17. It is 8/15/17 and I have yet to receive my tickets. The event is this coming Thursday 8/21/17. I have also reached out to the seller & have not received a response. This is unacceptable. I should have received my tickets by now. Please note, I understand this is not Ticket Liquidator's fault however perhaps you can intervene & contact who I purchased the tickets from?? Thank you.

I’ve been using Ticket Liquidator for years and my experience has always been fine except one time when there was a computer glitch and I had repeat tickets. I didn’t think the order went through when it did, so I ordered them again. It was confusing to both sides, and there wasn’t anything they could do, so I ended up having eight tickets instead of four. Also, they add on a bunch of fees, and a lot of the 3rd party people do, too, but a couple of them give you an option where you can see the price after the fees are included. Ticket Liquidator doesn't have that. They tend to be a little bit higher than some of the other people, but they’re the easiest site to really go to because they consolidate all the other ticket brokers, which is good. I used to use them 100% of the time, but I use them about 80% of the time now because I’m super particular about where I sit and all that business.

I bought tickets 5 days ago but my order still says my purchase is under review. After a couple of days I called customer service and they said to keep checking my account. I have been charged for the tickets but don't know if I have them for sure. I hate being left in the dark for so long about this. They should not be selling tickets they don't have and to make you wait so long is totally unacceptable.

I passed the order for show tickets shortly before the beginning of the performance because I thought I will be able to get ticket confirmation and download them immediately and use the downloaded ticket on my mobile to get in. I was very frustrated to realize they wouldn't let me inside at the theater with the purchase confirmation I had received, that I needed to print out the ticket to get in and that my ticket hasn't even been emailed to me yet. When I called customer service I was even more frustrated because the agent said that it was probably too late and that I wouldn't be able to go to the performance, and this was after I had paid the full price plus 101$ service fee for two tickets, and then the connection got lost. I received my ticket to download 13 minutes after the performance started, I had to run somewhere find a printer, and ended up missing 1/3rd of the show.

I was searching through the web for some tickets and Ticket Liquidator came up, and they had a good deal. The first time I purchased from them was when I got tickets for the Tom Petty concert in July. That was fine and worked well. Buying tickets from them was a simple process and the site was easy to use. The cost was in line and the tickets weren't too overly priced, unlike those at some other online places that can be a little extravagant in their pricing. The tickets came up right away and the seats seemed decent and okay. The value was there and we were happy with the way the seats came out. I had a good experience overall with Ticket Liquidator and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Bought tickets for me and my mom to go see Paul McCartney in Brooklyn. Tickets came with merchandising as part of the "emerald pack". They sent the package with the merchandising and no tickets in it. Contacted them, said they could help and that I had to contact a 3rd party who coincidentally is located in Miami and their offices are closed due to the hurricane.

The night before the concert I checked my bank account and saw that I was refunded for my ticket purchase. I checked my email and had received an email from the ticket seller stating that they rejected the ticket sale (I had bought the ticket a month ago and the money was taken out of my account when I placed the order). This was obviously very disappointing since like I said I ordered the ticket a month before, my money was withdrawn, and the ticket was a gift. My sister had plans with her friends to drive up several hours from the city we live in so that she could go to the concert, and because of this she was not able to go.

I purchased many tickets from Ticket Liquidator and they offered special discounts and promotions. They have good pricing but the only problem I have with them is they have very expensive servicing charges. I got my tickets emailed but they charged me at least $20 a ticket for the servicing fee which was ludicrous. There was no reason to charge me a service fee.

When I use Ticket Liquidator through an AAdvantage eShopping, I get American Airlines miles so I've bought a few tickets from them, the most recent of which was for the US Open. I got the miles that I wanted and I got the tickets as well, so it was a good experience. I even had a question a question for them and they answered it. Also, I had a poor experience with the competitor who's on the AAdvantage Miles program. They had some catches that I found out after I purchased tickets and they didn’t deliver the miles, so I switched back over to Ticket Liquidator.

When I started to use Ticket Liquidator, that's the only one that I ever used. I've been using them for four years now and mostly for tickets for the Indian Wells tennis tournament every year in March in Palm Springs. I was mostly selling my tickets on them, 95% of the time. The process was okay, except they would take them off about a week before the event happened because they wanted to make sure that people that were buying them would get them. You lose out on that last week. Also, every once in a while, I had to give them a call because there was something that I needed to get taken care of. But whatever the problem was, their reps were quick and efficient.

Really enjoyed the show as I am a HUGE Bob Seger fan, but my purchase experience had me SOUR for a week before the show. I was NOT expecting them to pay over $115.00 in Service Fees for three tickets. That had me wanting to CANCEL. The gal sitting right next to us claims that she paid $100 for her seat, but we paid over $160.00 each after fees and delivery??? Any info. regarding the difference would be appreciated. Thanks!

I purchased John Mayer tickets online from Ticket Liquidator once. The tickets were cheaper and price was better, compared to that at another site. But I was a surprised by a large service charge that they didn't advertise fully. With the service charge added, the price was $107 which was a little disheartening and ended up being closer to the price at the other site. I was still happy with the price, though, and I had found what I wanted at that time. My experience with Ticket Liquidator has been good and I was happy with them most of the time.

Awful experience. Told my sister I'd never use website again. Took too long to get email that ticket was ready. When finally came, it didn't load properly. It never said view tickets like email said it would. No bar code. Wasn't able to access ticket. I called customer service multiple times and couldn't get it resolved. First person said to try desktop computer instead of my tablet. Went to library on way to event and same problem. I called and asked how was I supposed to get in the event and he said I had all I need. Sure enough they gave me a problem at will call. I almost didn't get in.

I am sorry to report that although Garth Brooks had the potential of being the best concert I've attended, it will be forever remembered as hands down the WORST concert I've been to in my 45 years. I will never, never attend another concert at Fiddlers Green! I feel I should be compensated my 7hr travel, per diem, time, effort and straight up aggravation caused by my attempt to surprise my boyfriend with an awesome birthday he'd never forget. Well, he'll remember it alright... just not fondly.

Ticket Liquidator was the first ticket provider that I found online that was accurate with everything so I purchased from them tickets for the wrestling, WWE. The other ones said they have seats but they didn’t. Someone also said that this company will give me a runaround if I click it and it did. But I didn't have those problems with Ticket Liquidator. Everything was done online and the tickets were delivered in a couple minutes. It was a easy and I’ll use them again.

I have purchased from Ticket Liquidator for sporting events and then it turned into large venue shows. It has all been online. My son insists on SeatGeek and I insist on Ticket Liquidator. It tends to be cheaper than Ticketmaster and I received discounts once in a while. The tickets were delivered on time and if they were not delivered they were picked up or were printed. It has been seamless and it was a good experience.

I went online and bought tickets for the Bruce Springsteen show from Ticket Liquidator because of their price. Their website was very easy to use with a couple clicks and answered all the questions I had. But my wife also called them requesting about something and they got right back to her. Overall, the experience went smoothly.

Ticket Liquidator is in a commoditized market. There are identical seats on Razorgator, Vivid Seats, and StubHub. What site I purchase the tickets from depends on where the tickets I want are held. These can be held at Vivid Seats, Ticket Liquidator, or a number of other ticket retail places. Ticket Liquidator happened to hold the tickets that I wanted and these were cheapest on their site.

The Cher Concert was outstanding. It was the 4 people sitting or should I say standing in front of us blocking our view of the stage that made me give you a 4. Seats would have been great had there not been 4 bodies blocking the view. Cher puts on a great show.

I use them mostly for purchasing concert tickets then I just print them myself. The ones we bought were expensive but we were very happy with what we got. The seats we’re promised were what we got and I was pleased. We saw Paul McCartney. We didn't think we're going to be that close but we're closer than what we thought.

I purchased so-called "fast lane" tickets from you - they were not at all what I expected. We always buy premium parking at PNC since my wife has a health issue and can't do long walks. Maybe it was my mistake thinking "fast lane" was premium parking - it was not. We paid an additional $50 to park close to the venue. The fast lane tickets entitled us to "cut the line" and go to the front of the ticket holders line. What crap - the "non-fast lane" has 3 people waiting and in fact, no one at the security or ticket line even knew what fast lane was. I would have called to check on "fast lane" before I bought it, but there is NO NUMBER to call.

I’ve been using Ticket Liquidator for 15 years. I go to them based on the timing of the deal and the seats. I go to about a hundred shows a year. I primarily use StubHub and I have ticket brokers I go to in almost every town. I go to concerts and I always search from Ticket Liquidator. But a lot of times, I’ll find the ticket, call my brokers and let them know what's online, and order from the broker with the ticket. But a lot of times too, I’ll go through them directly and I get the tickets in a couple of minutes.

The Dancing with the Stars production was such an awesome experience! The seats were great!! We were so close we made eye contact with the performers and really witnessed their expressive dance talents. We will definitely see the show again!

I bought concert tickets from Ticket Liquidators. Their price is competitive with everyone else and I get good miles from them. If I buy a $100 ticket, I get four miles for every $1, which is the highest for all the ticket companies. They’re great and I like using them.

The only thing that was a surprise was the processing or administrative fee that I didn’t initially see. But even with that, getting tickets from them was still worthwhile. Charges a lot of fees up front just to list your tickets, then sends money through PayPal business instead of personal PayPal, so PayPal charges additional fees from the money you receive. I informed them that the PayPal issue existed, and instead of offering a solution or to fix it and give me the full amount of money I was owed, I was simply told, "Thanks for letting us know."

I have used Ticket Liquidator along with SeatGeek and Vivid Seats once before and Ticket Liquidator had the best price for the best seat compared to StubHub and everybody else. I got a ticket for the King Crimson and it was printed and delivered as promised. It was good and not a counterfeit or had been used by someone else already. The experience went smooth as expected, no obstacles or hiccups, and I got a good seat.

I searched tickets on broker sites and Ticket Liquidator topped up. The last time that I purchased from them was for Neil Diamond concerts. They had tickets that none of the other brokers have. They usually share those tickets but they had the seats that I wanted. I also got a Father’s Day discount. I had the tickets overnighted and needed them early the next morning because I had to travel to Philadelphia from Baltimore. Ticket Liquidator assured me that I would get plenty of time to make my trip to Philly and I did. They were very nice. They also promised me that even if I didn’t get the tickets, they will make sure I got some kind of ticket to get into that show. They were great and I got the tickets on time. I would use Ticket Liquidator again.

I've used Ticket Liquidator three times and the price which was the biggest concern for me. I went to Eric Church a couple of months ago and they had a sweet ticket for that one and I was intrigued. It was a different seater and I wanted to see the seat and what that's like. I might have also used them to get tickets at the Hollywood Bowl that was sold out. Another was with Pentatonix on the fourth of July which was $4 at Bowl. Then I print the tickets myself which is the easiest for me.

I had found tickets through Ticket Liquidator before, it worked and I've used them off and on for several years. It's usually for baseball game tickets. I needed to have them and I did get them. The event was successful but the tickets were god-awful expensive so that does not make me happy. They even add on $50 of fee and it makes me want to look elsewhere. Red Sox tickets are expensive when you're buying them second-hand like this 'cause there are people trying to find desperate guys like me. But then, another $50 per ticket add on seems high. But otherwise, everything was good. The site worked, then I just print the tickets off myself.

I have contacts the vendor several times. They keep saying that my tickets are on the way, the concert is tomorrow. The tickets were guaranteed to be delivered 72 hours in advance and it is now LESS THAN 24 hours and I still do not have my tickets. Do not purchase from this vendor. They are a SCAM!! Liars and thieves.

Minnetonka Tickets (Ticket Liquidator) was very responsive to our questions about the ticketing process and never made us feel like we were asking silly questions. Our tickets were delivered efficiently and the seats were 4 rows better than we had originally reserved. These tickets were very expensive with all the fees, etc., but we received great seats and had the night of a lifetime seeing Ed Sheeran up close in concert.

I get tickets through Ticket Liquidator once in a while whether it's promotional or not. I’ve been using them for a few years now and everything has been going very smoothly. My tickets arrive in the expected time frame. Otherwise, if they are printable, I print them. I would recommend Ticket Liquidator.

I've done a couple of concerts and Dodger games through Ticket Liquidator and their prices are more reasonable. So far, their price is still cheaper than other places. It's also easy to use the website though sometimes it is hard to access the tickets on a regular computer. Somehow, it seems to be easier through my phone. But then, I have to download the tickets through my phone and then send them to a different email to download. But that only happened twice and I've been purchasing from them for years so it's very rare. I'd recommend Ticket Liquidator to people.

Team didnt win but the seats were good. Right above the tunnel, good view. Nice to see my team play for the first time. People around were annoying but at least I was able to watch the game. Parking was ok.

Tickets were for the wrong date. They were for the day before we arrived in NYC. Went to theater and they rejected tickets of course and show was sold out. Was leaving next morning so they told me nothing they could do.

I was misled by your representative - I purchased 10 tickets (FedexField) and was told the tickets were $107 each and with service fees it came to $126 per ticket - told the folk that I purchased for what the costs were but when I received the tickets it shows $80 per ticket - meaning from $80 to $126 is a ridiculous mark up for service fees - and so my colleagues think I tried to scam them out of money - NOT HAPPY and will never purchase from you EVER again; if I knew that from the start I would have told everyone the tickets are actually $80 but because of third party and service fee it will amount to x amount of $$ - and all would've been OK at the beginning with a clear understanding!!

We're always looking at Ticket Liquidator to find a good deal for a game or a show. It's okay and nice and sometimes we see promotions. We bought tickets for the Cirque du Soleil and the Marlins and Nationals game. The tickets were delivered as expected and we didn’t have any problems.

I had an excellent experience. I bought these tickets (Muse SummerStage) as resale after they sold out on the website. They were sent very soon after I bought them and worked at the gate, and the show was wonderful.

This site is so much better than axs.com. I was able to get my ticket digitally and under 5mins. Axs.com is poor and a scam that cost me 80 bucks with no ticket and no way to get a hold of them for a refund. I give my deepest thanks to Ticket Liquidator for such a great service they're providing.

Never received tickets. Almost didn't see show. Tried calling several times to get this taken care of, if it wasn’t for the person in customer service we would of not been able to see the show. Will not purchase tickets again through Ticket Liquidator again.

Extremely upset and angry with this "company". Was suppose to receive tickets by the 18th for a concert on the 22nd. Called customer service 3 times and received VERY poor & rude service. As of the 21st have not received tickets and cs refused to provide a tracking # or upgrade shipping. Not even sure I will receive them in time. Will NEVER use this company again and will share this info with everyone.

I ran into a weird problem selling tickets where my tickets sold at one price, but my payout was later downgraded to a previous price I had listed. I was pretty upset, but contacted customer support and they made it right. Not sure what happened, but I would still list again so long as this was an isolated incident.

My name is not Carol, I am not sure where the information came from that it was Carol. In fact it makes me worried about confidentiality. Carol is my mother's name, did you somehow get her info? Also I have not received an email yet on the instructions on how to get my tickets I paid for. It has been 3 days since I purchased them and I would have thought that that email would have come by now. I have even checked all parts of my email.

I thought shipping and handling was $14.10 Total per order, but you charged $14.10 per ticket-- way too much. Also these were $29.00 tickets-- you sold them for $49.00 each - also way too much. And... You moved them from Section B Row 13 to Section B Row 15... another downgrade. Tried to cancel the tickets and you said NO REFUNDS! Very dissatisfied... Can you do something about this?

2x $60.00 each for $36.00 tickets then a $18.00 each service fee, and a $7.00 delivery fee for printing online... Total and Complete Ripoff.

I purchased concert tickets -- totally mistaken - thought I was on Ticketmaster - somehow in the process, I ended up on here and got the tickets we were looking for but they are the stated price plus $48 EACH in fees plus after I paid through PayPal and it was too late to cancel order, I realized it was in USD. TOTAL ripoff. I sat and cried this morning. The tickets that were supposed to cost $640 in CAD ended up costing me $1105 CAD!!! I called but they insisted I was in a US site, they could not help me. They did offer to give me $20 per ticket back which was a whopping $80... far cry from the $500 it cost me that it should not have.

I was charged processing fees for both tickets that wasn't on my bill when I purchased my tickets. I only saw the purchase price for both tickets and a charge for the e ticket purchase. The processing was added after I selected "Pay". When I questioned why this had happened and why I was charged in error, I was told that this is the process. I shouldn't be charged for something that wasn't evident on my itemized bill. These charges shouldn't be applied after I agree to pay a different amount. This is wrong!

A lot of unexpected expensive fees for the Die Antwoord concert! I wanted 2 tickets at 85$. I knew there would be some taxes and fees but jeez not like this. 8$ delivery fee? So you can email it to me? That should have been free. Then 51$ in service fees? For what? Thinking about looking somewhere else to purchase next time.

I use Ticket Liquidator for shows, sporting events and Broadway. But I also get from others depending on two factors. One is how many miles per dollar I get for it and the other is the price. So if they tack on these crazy prices, that’s going to be the difference between which ticket site I go through. Also, with Ticket Liquidator, they email me a PDF after purchase, which is fine. I went through Ticketmaster last night. And they sent me something and it went right on my Apple Wallet. I think that’s the best delivery method. It’s instantly in somebody’s phone ready to go.

I ordered tickets on Tuesday 6/13 for an event on 6/20. The tickets I selected stated they would be available for e-ticket on 6/13. As of yesterday I still had not received them. I contacted both Ticket Liquidator and Echo tickets. Echo told me they had not received the tickets but would in a few days. I explained the event was in a few days and he reassured me I would receive them. I also emailed Echo and apparently the same person I talked to replied to my email... not fishy at all!? He stated I would be notified of any issues. Anyways I just checked my spam/junk box and received an email stating I am getting a credit to my credit card account! Unbelievable!

Texas Rangers Baseball Game - 06-16-2017: Purchased much better tickets on this website as opposed to the Texas Rangers home website. I do object to the add-ons - $5.99/each ticket plus $7.99 to print the tickets at home. That certainly ran the price up. However, the seats are much better. Wish the stadium map layout was clearer as really didn't know where the section was. Inquired about parking tickets - way too high! However, this is still a good place to purchase tickets.

Charging $18.50/ticket to electronically process a single payment for which you will not have to print/provide anything to the consumer other than e-mail confirmation(s) is unconscionable. Even $18.50/payment, regardless of the number of tickets would be too much. If you can't find a way to process purely electronic ticket purchases charging 1/2 that to the consumer, per ticket, and still make a profit, then you are doing a lot wrong and should consider another line of work. Otherwise, you are just being greedy and contributing to the ever growing chasm between the haves & have nots. And if the latter is true, then may karma catch up w/ you sooner than later.

I purchased two Jimmy Buffet tickets for May 16th at the Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, FL. I purchased tickets online which they emailed me to download and print. I was unable to download them on several different computers/phones. I contacted them three times and they resent emails to no avail. The venue would not accept anything other than a printed ticket. I contacted Ticket Liquidator again to ask them for a refund for these unusable tickets and they refused. They also charge twice the amount for the tickets that are available at the venue. They have horrible customer service.

Called my credit card and they said this charge was related to the George Strait ticket purchase. I said I did not make the $2k purchase and that it was fraud. Be very cautious if you order tickets from this website and watch for other charges on your card. Called Ticket Liquidator and the customer service rep was very difficult to deal with. Asked to be transferred to their fraud department and he had no idea what that was. I will never use Ticket Liquidator again. Thankfully my credit card company blocked the $2k charge and turned it in as fraud, then issued me a new card.

Subsequent to this call I received an email that a purchase did go through! I was now stuck with an extra ticket. I immediately called your contact centre. Was told there is nothing we can do. I am now on my fourth outreach call to your office. Have told the story four times and still have no resolution. At no point would a representative allow me to speak to a manager. In all cases, when they paraphrased the chronology they got it wrong. I'm on the phone as I write this with another rep who seems unable to help me.

In May of 2016 I contacted Ticket Liquidators and ordered tickets to a Kirsten Chenoweth concert scheduled for March, 2017. When I didn't receive my tickets within 1 week of the concert I contacted Ticket Liquidators and was told the concert had been rescheduled for April. I had ordered and paid for seats in the first 6 rows, but now I was being told that my seats would be in the mezzanine rather than the first six rows. I was further told that it was the mezzanine or they would try to get me a refund. I bought these tickets for a special occasion a year ago, I booked a hotel, and now I am without the seats that I ordered. This has been a horrible experience, and I will never ever deal with Ticket Liquidators again.

I've gotten tickets from Ticketmaster a lot but one time, I really wanted to see the Foo Fighters and I was wanting to buy the tickets from them but I couldn't because everybody was going to their website all at once. By the time I got in there, they were sold out and that's when I learned about Ticket Liquidator. After that, I ended up buying pretty much all my tickets from there and I've been hooked ever since.

I purchased tickets on Ticket Liquidator for two Chicago Bulls match and one Blackhawks. The tickets were there to print out really fast. I just printed the tickets and went to the match.

My family had a great time at the basketball game but when they printed the flash seat ticket stub the price said $19! I paid $68 plus fees for each ticket. Why is there such a high markup? Seats so high & expensive.

Ticket Liquidator has cheap prices and I’ve purchased tickets from them for concerts and hockey events. The tickets are always on time since I get them online. Sometimes, I have them sent to me via email or mail. There was one time that I bought a ticket for a Tampa Bay Rays’ game and had it sent to my phone. When I got there, they didn’t have a scanner for the phone, wanted me to print out a hard copy, and won’t let me in without it. Also, Ticket Liquidator has good seat options. Although it seems like it depends on the time, they're cheap and then sometimes I’ll wake up about the middle of the night and it comes out cheaper. On the whole, my experience was pretty good and I never had issues with them.

I paid twice as much for these as I would have if I went through Ticketmaster which still had plenty of tickets available because I thought if they cost this much it much be the best view in the arena. Boy was I wrong. It was literally the worst, most obstructed view you can imagine. So I paid twice as much for the worst view. I'm not even exaggerating. You literally could not find a worse view. I would have taken last row in the balcony over this. At least I would have been able to see the action I paid for up there.

I am very disappointed of this website. I come from France and have been in Toronto for one month now. Hockey is not a particularly famous sport in France, so I wanted to have the chance to attend a hockey game in Canada. My friend and I tried to buy two tickets. The following day, the website sent me an email, telling me that they needed to verify my identity. Why? I have no idea... I sent them a photo of my ID, but it didn't work. They asked for a picture of my passport but it did not work either. I tried again, but I always received the same email.

The price was cheaper with Ticket Liquidator. I saw them online and purchased tickets for the Motorcycle Supercross event in Georgia. Also, I paid an extra fee to be able to print the tickets and I had them.

I purchased 3 tickets for a hockey game in Detroit. I received the confirmation email that stated I would receive a follow up email to download the tickets. The email never came. I made over 4 phone calls to ticketliquidator.com and finally 12 hours before the event I received the email to download the tickets. Once I downloaded them, the seats were not the ones I ordered. I had paid for premium seats in the 9 row. These tickets were in row 19, not premium seats. I called ticketliquidator.com 6 more times and each time they told me they sent the wrong tickets. The tickets I purchased were guaranteed and they would send the new link, but never did.

I bought 2 tickets described as rows A or AA, they do not give the specific seat when you are picking up the seats for $501 dollars each. Imagine my surprise when the tickets I received showed row P. I emailed Ticket Liquidator and it was explained that in Europe they divide the sections in chunks and that my seats were in the correct chunk. How I am supposed to know that if it is not explained on their website? I still think that was false advertisement. It should be clearly stated that rows A or AA are not really rows AA or A.

I bought tickets to a concert through them. The day of the concert I arrived to the venue to find no one was there. The concert had been rescheduled. They had sent me an email that morning that the venue had changed but date and time were the same. I drove 2 hours and paid for a hotel for NOTHING. I reached out to them because I am going to be out of state on the rescheduled date and want a refund for my tickets. After being jerked around they agreed to refund 50% of the ticket price now and 50% after the concert and I agreed. I finally received a check for the first 50% only to find that they didn't even print my last name on the check therefore no bank will cash it.

Ticket Liquidator was at the top of Google and the price was pretty cheap. They also offered a lot of seats that weren't available on other sites. I got tickets for Broadway and they were delivered to my e-mail address in a timely manner.

I bought tickets to the LA Opera for my boyfriend as an anniversary present. I selected "ROW H" which cost $227 each. Row H is very good viewing in the LODGE. On Ticket liquidator's own website. The rest of the LODGE is listed at $178 on their website. I got my tickets calling the next day as they had not been emailed to me. The agent instructed me to download, and they were for the side of row "G".

I used to buy tickets from Ticket Liquidator in Las Vegas and have bought tickets to Lady Gaga and George Strait through them. I chose them because they get the better tickets. I don't how they do it but they have the floor tickets. I also bought tickets for a future Garth Brooks concert through them. The only problem I had with those tickets was that the guy that sold them had his name on top of it. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with Ticket Liquidator but the ticket prices could more reasonable.

Ticket Liquidator hides the fees until AFTER I enter all my personal information, including credit card information, and am about to make the sale. To me, this is extremely sleazy as it's more of a switch and bait routine. Or a way for someone to go through all the trouble of securing the transaction, so that they will then say to themselves, "I guess I will do it because it's too much trouble to do it again, and look elsewhere." Not even the airlines do that! Why not take the high road and do full disclosures, up front???

I've used Ticket Liquidator a couple of times before. The first time I used them, the fees were less than some of the other fees and I felt they had some better-priced tickets for the events that I was looking for so, I continued to use them because it worked out okay. The last time, I bought tickets for Dear Evan Hansen in New York City. The seats turned out great and we were happy. But for the amount of money I was spending for the tickets, they couldn't tell me what the seats on the row we're going to be. They didn’t even tell me when I was getting ready to purchase them. There were empty seats on that row closer to the center, and I might have changed my mind and spent more money. There was also a shipping charge after paying so much per ticket. Besides that, we got the tickets fine as promised, and the person I talked to was very courteous.

I came to know about Ticket Liquidator through American Airlines shopping. I always fly like directly to buy first-round tickets for if I need to buy on the secondary market so Ticket Liquidator would be my first choice because I’m always trying to get more airline miles. I like to do it. I also get tickets from a lot of places but once a year I buy something from them. I've had a great experience with Ticket Liquidator. I always receive the tickets on time. But, sometimes I find the fees a little high so I have to be careful and figure that one. StubHub, I know has lower fees but they don't give miles anymore so that's something that motivates. Given the similar choice, I'll go with Ticket Liquidator because of the miles. If the fees were a little lower, I'd purchase more often but I still like the site. Also, they're very easy to work with and I haven't had any problems.

I was Googling looking for tickets for the Georgia Dome. I scrolled through some price and came up with the cheapest. We bought two different sets and both of them went through really easy. I purchased tickets for The Red Hot Chili Peppers 3 months ago for over 400 dollars plus the outrageous fee they charge and never got my tickets. The show is in a day and a half. I have written multiple emails with no response and called about 6 times being on hold collectively for 85 minutes. Each time I was told someone would call me back when they found out what happened, and never did. The only helpful one was a lady named Diane who took the brunt of my frustration with kindness and class, and I wish her nothing but good things.
