After being transferred to Ticket Galaxy. I made number of calls and was told that I was bumped from the main floor and my tickets were now on the mezzanine. I was due to have a $30 refund. The e-tickets still didn't come. Another call they said they were in transition. Another call they said they should be hearing from the vendor soon. Another call on Tuesday morning, the morning of the event. No tickets. I called my son who the tickets were for. They did some scheduling because they really wanted to see the event and are hopefully going Thursday. Still no $30 refund. Hours on the phone trying to make sure that these tickets were going to arrive. Frustrating experience. I would say I've heard lots of bad things about Ticket Galaxy and would tell you that you should be not using them any longer. I feel like I should get free tickets to a show based on this experience to be quite honest. I would at least make up for the incredible hassle that this was.

Show was great, getting tickets was a breeze. Didn't like the $50 worth of hidden fees I got in checkout.

This is the worse ticket agency I ever used on the internet. They charged my credit card and never delivered the tickets. I'm still waiting for the pending charges to drop off of my account 10 days later. I spoke with Customer Service from my credit card company and they told me it could take up to 30 days. Horrible service. Use Ticketmaster or StubHub. I got nothing accomplished by talking to Ticket Liquidator Customer Service.

I was wondering if I'd buy online, and everybody told me about Ticket Liquidator and I found that they were the best when it comes to the ticket prices. The last purchase I did was for Placido Domingo's show and I got the e-tickets. It was a wonderful experience.

Nothing special happened to my flash seat ticket. All was good.

The tickets were not delivered as promised. When I called the seller I was directed to pick up the tickets at the time and location that were very inconvenient for me. The tickets were not in the zone they were promised to be. One of the tickets was a child ticket.

Venue was great - really cool vibe. Sound could have been better - a little brassy and bright. I would like to have received the ticket a little sooner. I was feeling anxious that they were not going to arrive on time, but they did - so no problem. :)

I was not able to watch the game due to a family illness. I gave my ticket away. The part I am upset with is a hotel booking that I will be charged with even though I contacted the hotel well in advance to cancel my reservation. Your company is still charging me for the stay!! I will never use your service again as a result of this!

Paid $212 for my tickets. Come to find out I bought something that never existed. They didn't have my tickets. Couldn't get money back for 5 days. Upgraded my seats and bang, they lied and didn't have those tickets either. Took 2 hrs for them to figure it out. Then after all that back and forth they magically appeared. They told me I'd get $100 credit for other tickets and that was a lie as well. Never received it.

Ticket Liquidator emailed me the tickets I bought in the expected time frame. They did what they were supposed to do, and I am satisfied with them.

This concert was by far the most amazing concert I have ever been to. Super small venue at the college basketball court, but very hyped up crowd. The show had a huge amount of energy and my wife, my 10-year-old daughter and I all had an amazing time!! Waited after the show and was able to meet Macklemore!!

The concert was amazing! So was Chris Young however the seating was so confusing. We were moved from our seats and told we were in wrong ones. But when I bought these tickets online that's what was given to us. To move us after an hour of show starting was embarrassing and unprofessional.

My husband and I attended Shatner's World at the Warner Theater in Washington, DC on February 4, 2016. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. William Shatner is funny, genuine, and a terrific storyteller. He gave a two hour show! I would recommend this show to anyone who is a fan of any of his work. The Warner Theater is a lovely venue. It is close to the metro and lots of good restaurants.

I know you had no control over the event, however after standing outdoors for over an hour waiting for them to open the doors and let us in to see the show, 15 minutes before the start of the show they came out and said the show was canceled - go home and come back next month. Try explaining that to your grandchildren who had waited a month to see the show. Oh well ** happens.

My father used to buy tickets with Ticket Liquidator when I was younger and I've been stuck with them. It's fine and I've never had any problems with it, very straightforward, and a very good experience. They know what they're doing. They sent me something after I purchased from them and I plan to use them in the future.

Extremely poor customer service. I had to call in 7 times to have my tickets downloaded. The tickets were not delivered until past the due date. Advertised incorrectly as well. It is the first and LAST time for me.

Tickets were great. Site was easy to use, and most importantly you only charge a $3.50 service fee. I'll be back for that reason alone -- it's the lowest I've found, so I will be switching over from Stubhub for good!

We purchased tickets for The Dallas Cowboy and Giants game and the UFC fight from Ticket Liquidator because of the price. No fees are hidden and everything is right there so it saves a little bit of money. Also the first time for the Cowboy game, I was able to have a discount. Everything was good. I was also able to download the e-tickets right there. I'll definitely use them again.

Disney on Ice - These seats were not worth more than $20 and I paid $50 plus $12 each ticket charge processing fees. Definitely a ripoff. I will go directly to place or venue for tickets from now on. We were so far away from the stage. The show itself was good.

Our most recent purchase from Ticket Liquidator was for the Celtics game. We went with them because of the price of the tickets, which were delivered timely. Overall it was an easy and satisfying experience for us.

My son is disabled and has cerebral palsy. Husband requested handicapped seats and we got put at the very top of the stadium where my son couldn't go so we didn't enjoy the show because we kept having to move around.

I received my tickets. But the guy, Ryan, was rude. He wasn't at the location he said he'd be at. The whole time he was in the arena. A group of people I didn't even know, waiting for this same guy, bonded over this frustrating experience. 12 other of your customers are just as unhappy. I will never use your service again!!!!!

I was satisfied with the experience. I was very apprehensive about ordering from a third-party seller. I did not like the fees associated with the ticket price. No issues with tickets, they were valid and I was able to enter the event.

I had the best experience with Ticket Liquidator. We purchased five Disney on Ice tickets and it was less on charges on top of the tickets. Everything is good. Although they can make their website more user-friendly.

Let me start by saying, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TICKET LIQUIDATOR. We are a military family. We went online to purchase tickets at Ticket Liquidator. The tickets we purchased, unknowingly to us, were DOUBLE the regular price. So I spent $36.00 per ticket for a $15.00 ticket. This is OUTRAGEOUS. This site is nothing but a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS SITE. Then when I called to complain about the situation, the woman acted like it was my fault. Customer device was a disgrace. This experience was the absolute worse experience I have ever had ordering anything online...

This was the first time I bought tickets I needed from Ticket Liquidator and it was a very good experience. They were nice on the phone and they were very service-oriented.

When we ordered the seats it appeared that there were only two choices where we could have six seats together. When we arrived the entire section in front of us was empty. We were on row 24 and there were whole sections that have very few people. We felt it was deceiving to think that the performance was practically a sellout when only about half of the seats were taken. We will chose another way to buy tickets next time.

As I walked down the sidewalk toward the venue and the men/women with the metal detecting wands, my heart rate began to increase and my senses heightened. Why? Not because I was worried what they might discover, but because the ticket scanning brigade was just beyond... and of course, I was about to witness pure musical genius... Hopefully. I loved Cast of Impractical Jokers & the Tenderloins. It was fun. Ticket Liquidator had the cheapest price and closest seats, so we bought our tickets from them, and the tickets were delivered on time through email.

My fiancee and I took our nieces and nephews to see the show and they all had a great time. They were mesmerized by everything that was going on. They were attentive and excited. I had been to other Disney on ice shows, but I feel like a little girl every time I attend another show and this time was no exception.

Once getting to the event (circus) we realized that we overpaid almost by double the amount that the tickets were worth and would like to be financially compensated.

We had a great time at the event. The seats were awesome. My only two issues were the fact that the lady scanning tickets said I purchased children's tickets, and gave me and my fiancé a hard time at the gate. Also, I specifically looked for a package with pit passes included with ticket purchase, only to find out everyone in attendance that day was given a complimentary pit pass!

Didn't get to see Monster Jam because when I showed up it was already over. My ticket specified that it started at 7:00 pm. I wasn't the only people that showed up for 7. When I started at 4.

I called yesterday to explain I was unable to attend the game due to the weather conditions of the game. These tickets were a xmas present for a 8 year old little boy and due to the time change caused by the weather and the fact that NYC was not plowing properly I was unable drive and do not live in the vicinity for public transportation (I live in staten island we do not have subways) or thought it wise to bring an 8 year old out in the cold to travel. I was told that you are not responsible for the weather and that I was not able to exchange the tickets for another game. So as a single mom who purchased these tickets for a little boy at christmas thought you would have had a little more compassion since the weather was so bad.

The experience has been good and easy. The tickets and seats were great. I used Ticket Liquidator because I get a rebate through a shopping portal that I use, which they are a member of. But I often don't use them because their prices are significantly higher. If it's in the ballpark, I will. If not, I go through Ticketmaster or somewhere else.

These tickets were non-transferable and required the original ticket purchaser to collect the badges for the event with a photo ID. We did some fast talking and convinced them to make an exception, but overall it was a stressful situation. The tickets shouldn't have been resold under the circumstances and the guidelines for the event.

The tickets did not arrive as promised. The staff was rude, hateful, disrespectful and refused to help. I had to have the charges disputed by my credit card company so I wasn't charged because I never received the tickets. I had to buy tickets through a much more advanced competitor so I could attend the concert.

I was disappointed in the concert because Average White Band did not show up. I enjoyed Cool and the Gang and The Satellites were okay but I came to see the Average White Band.

Tickets from you is really a rip off - almost $100 for fees for six $14 tickets.

My friend and I bought the same general admission ticket at the same time. She paid $90 (fees included). I paid about $75 (fees included). We both ended up in the front row and met the artist multiple times. Pretty good for buying the tickets a day before the event.

I purchased tickets from Ticket Liquidator for shows and a Bruins game. I went with them because of the price and they were available to print online. Tickets were delivered on time.

I found ticket liquidator by accident just by googling Wicked tickets in Charlotte. I purchased these tickets for my wife for Christmas and she was ecstatic. Unfortunately we were hit with a terrible snowstorm and were afraid we were out of luck. Then we saw on the event website that because the weather was so bad they were offering exchanges for other nights. When we contacted the event they told us to speak with ticket liquidator because that's who we purchased from and they would take care of it for us.

We ordered tickets from the website. We received an email saying we may get other tickets in a different section. We asked for our original tickets that we picked out on the website and did not receive them. We ended up with opposing team fans in front and behind us. Very disappointed.

All my experiences with Ticket Liquidator have been great. I purchased my tickets to the New Orleans Pelican NBA basketball games with them due to the availability of a particular seat configuration. We don't have an opportunity to purchase season tickets due to fluctuating schedules, so it's been really good to be able to actually locate tickets on the map should we want to sit in certain places or find a larger quantity of tickets available. Ticket Liquidator has been very effective for this reason.

The tickets that I purchased for the Book of Mormon were also sold to someone else. The venue gave us a letter for a refund. After traveling 1.5 hours north and missing the first part of the show because our tickets were not good, I was disappointed.

Awesome concert. Great seats. Bought tickets through Ticket Liquidator the day before tickets went on sale to the public. Was a bit worried the tickets wouldn't be legitimate (based on some reviews of Ticket Liquidator) and paid way over face value. Tried to get tickets through Ticketmaster when they went on sale to the public and wasn't able to get any. Our tickets turned out to be great seats. The 3rd party vendor upgraded our seats from section 211 to section 104 which was wonderful. Bruce played for a full 3 hours and the show was awesome. United Center in Chicago is a great place to see a concert.

I surprised my 13 y.o. son with playoff tickets to the Seattle vs. Carolina game. We drove 6 hours to get to Charlotte, and stood in the security line for an hour, only to find out that our tickets had already been used. After speaking with the stadium box office we were told that our tickets had been "double sold", and we would not be able to see the sold-out game. 12 hr round trip road trip for no reason. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased 7 last minute tickets for the Blue Man Group. Was told all 7 would be together, side by side. Paid a large sum for these seats. Had 2 seats in back row in corner, 5 in 2nd to last row. We're not together, and had a partially blocked view of the show. Show was great, seats were terrible. Poor value for what we paid for them. No wonder why the seats were not marketed with rows, seat numbers.

It was very numerous. The characters were intriguing. The ending was perfect, liked how the African people made a new Book of Mormon.

You get to the show and find your seats. What's this, someone is sitting in our seats? That can't be right! Weird - they have the same tickets as us... And that's where ticketliquidator.com comes in! They kindly resold us tickets that had already been sold. The $600 we spent (more than $100 of that were service fees) on 4 tickets were for tickets that had already been sold to someone else. Don't know yet if we'll get a refund. If they're a legit company they should pay for the gas (100 miles round trip) and parking ($11). Of course there's the stress and embarrassment of finding out you don't get to see the show you thought you paid for. Avoid this company.

I purchased tickets for the Gladys Knight concert 1/16 and was defrauded. When I arrived at the venue (The Beacon Theatre, NYC) and was told that my tickets were already taken and was turned away. I will never purchase on this website again and I would not advise anyone else to do so. I am in the process of disputing the charge through my cc.

I have been using Ticket Liquidator for Broadway. I love all the Broadway shows and concerts especially the Latin ones. They deliver my tickets on time. Once I had to call them because they resold our tickets. My husband and I were going to celebrate our anniversary and we bought tickets to see a Broadway play and when we got there, somebody else had the same tickets. So we couldn't see the play and it was a little inconvenient for us. I was very disappointed because I got dressed up to see a play and especially we're celebrating that time and we couldn't watch. When we got home, we let them know what happened and they reimbursed us and gave us a discount. They were very friendly and courteous. It was a great experience.

Very upset and disappointed: Arrived at BB&T 30 mins early and could not find any handicap parking. I was told to park very far from the arena, which for me was not possible. So we left, never saw the concert. Pkg and traffic control killed it for us.

I've gotten tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters twice and once for a Broadway play. The first time I went to the Globetrotters, it turned out that Ticket Liquidators had the ticket cheap - under the face value. But that was not the case with my succeeding two other experiences. I had no problem with the administration of the tickets, but the face value of one of the tickets that I bought from them was $24, however, I wound up paying $40 for it. That was my objection. Then when I got to the venue, which was a baseball arena, it was not half full. This was gouging. I could understand if it I was going to see a rockstar and couldn't get a ticket and I'd have to pay a little bit more. Overall, I'm not happy with Ticket Liquidator and will not be using them in the future.

We felt misled. The floor tickets I purchased turned into practically the back row of the top balcony. Ticket Galaxy called and told me the sits I had purchased were no longer available and offered a swap. I asked if they were close, like the first balcony and they assured me they were and gave me a bit of a discount. None of us were happy. We could hardly see the stage and some scenes were blocked by light fixtures. Very disappointing. Will not use this service again, or recommend it to anyone.

I bought tickets to a Celine Dion concert from Ticket Liquidator, and one of the tickets they sold us was already sold to somebody else, so one person from our group had to stay outside. Then, they only put the money back once we complained. I'm very dissatisfied over this experience.

The tickets were kind of expensive (but about the same as other sights) but well worth the money I paid. The notification came quickly when they were printable. I appreciated the alert that the date was coming up and also this follow-up. Best of all, the Hawks WON! These tickets are an annual Christmas present for my son.

We received the tickets within days of our order via FedEx... I was unsure about spending $300 for $89 tickets in the nosebleed area. But it was well worth it. I normally spend close to $200 for tickets in the orchestra so this was not far off -- and we were only planning this one trip to NYC this year. Seats were great for this show. "Allegiance" is a beautiful musical that is especially topical today in American reactions to Muslim-Americans as though they are also somehow responsible for Muslim terrorist actions. It was my first time to use Ticket Liquidator and it was okay. The only problem is the transfer of the electronic ticket—it’s a bit slow and inconvenient. When it was transferred to me, I needed to log in to register to another account to accept it. It took quite a while, but everything was smooth.

Short Story: Don't buy from them, they are not a legitimate source and they sell tickets they don't have. Buy in advance for high volume events and save yourself the trouble. Also that 200% money back guarantee is a selling tactic and a scam they don't stand by it. Long Story: Worth being told... Just recently (Dec. 30th 2015), I purchased tickets from this company for an event in Toronto. 6:30 PM - I place my order for the event. 6:45 PM - I get a confirmation email from them stating the order has been completed and I will receive my tickets via email within 10 - 15 (The credit card has also been charged at this point). 6:46 PM - I leave my house after receiving this email. 7:35 PM - I arrive to the event and check if my tickets have arrived as they usually would if you go with a more legitimate company like (stubhub, Vividseats, ticketmaster, etc.). However I see no e-mail with my tickets.

The transaction went smoothly. The show at Radio City was phenomenal, as always. We had seats in the third mezzanine. Of course, orchestra seats would be better, but when traveling with a group of eight, that can be quite pricey.

I was very displeased. I purchased tickets for a Syracuse vs. Miami game. I learned after I made the purchase that the game was in Miami. Once I realized this, I attempted to call for a refund. However, I was saddened to learn from the representative that the tickets were non-refundable. I understand that I made a mistake in purchasing tickets in Miami, when I live in NY. I just think that since there was no way possible to attend, why couldn't I get a refund?

I bought tickets for the Kid Rock concert from Ticket Liquidator because of the price and the availability of the seat. I did it online but encountered an issue which I couldn’t seem to solve. When the tickets were ordered, they were supposed to be in 104 but when it was sent to me, it was in 118. Other than that though, the tickets were delivered in the expected time frame and I’m satisfied with the experience.

The hotel shuttle that picked us up was not good... and the driver had a attitude as well as the hotel... said "you paid with a 3rd party." Tailgate party was mainly Spartan fans and was not treated so well there either. The seats at the game were great. The shuttle taking us back to the airport was much better.

Terrible service. Bought tickets and was informed the day of the event that they were not together and only offered a lousy 30% discount. Have called and emailed twice and have yet to receive refund. Ridiculous service fees. Got better seats with service fees, a fraction of your costs, by purchasing directly thru the venue. Would never use this company again and will go out of my way to warn others.

I pre-ordered what I thought were great seats from Ticket Liquidator online service for a Chicago The Musical Show in NYC. I received a call advising me to pick up the tickets at the Will Call window at the Ambassador Theater. Then I received an email message stating that my tickets will be shipped. The FedEx envelope arrived two days prior to the show. It only contained an invoice and a business card. No tickets. The invoice showed I was charged $15.00 for shipping of tickets. Again No tickets.

Did not work. Drove 125 miles one way. They would not honor your paper. I had to come home and listen to game on radio. Now you want me to give you 200 words to describe my experience with your robbery. Just be glad I didn't have to do this yesterday. I will never do business with you again.

Saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra at The Palace of Auburn Hills and it was amazing!!! Will definitely order through this site again!

I purchased 6 seats for the 12/30/15 TSO concert. Would have been great seats except there was a pyramid structure sitting on the floor protruding up right in the middle of our view. Went to Guest Services - they could not do anything because it was a sold out show. I paid over $120.00 for each of these seats.

Ticket process is ok. Got cc stolen so had to convert to another but worked out. Game was boring but service was good.

According to the invoice I was sent, I purchased 2 tickets in section 17 floor, section GA and SEATS 63-64 FOR THE Duke vs LBSU on Wed., 12/30/15, at 4:00 p.m. at Cameron Indoor Stadium. As it turned out, these were not seats at all but in the student section where the "seats" are for standing only. As my husband and I both have back problems and I have arthritis in both knees, needless to say we were hurting pretty badly by the end of the game. This was on my husband's bucket list to attend a Duke men's basketball game and I gave him these tickets for Christmas. I am very disappointed and feel that I was misled on the purchase of the tickets. I doubt I will ever purchase anything from Ticket Liquidator in the future.

I was very unhappy with the customer service. I waited for my turn and the guy at the counter took someone else before me and stood talking without a care I was still waiting. He kept asking me my name and I explained to him I called earlier. He was rude and I told him I would never buy tickets again from this outlet.

Nightmare! We downloaded our tickets, went to the venue and were denied entrance because the tickets were no good! I called Ticket Liquidator and spent forever on hold. I got some instructions on how to start the process for getting my money back but I then had to pay more money at the box office to get more tickets to actually get in. The tickets I had to buy were actually more expensive and were higher up, so I was not happy. I just got home from my trip and am starting the process to get my money back... It better not be a hassle or I will not hesitate to rip Ticket Liquidator in every review site I can find.

Those tickets were purchased as a gift for our grandson and son-in-law. After speaking with them they were very satisfied with this purchase. I found the process of ordering very easy and pleased that the tickets were available for downloading so they could be presented to them as gifts.

When I made my purchase I was told I was to receive Row E seats. When I received the tickets, they were for row A and one of the tickets indicated that the seat had a "Partial View". I feel I was deceived. Having seen the show last night, I can tell you that not 1 but all 3 of the seats had a partial view due to the balcony railing impeding on the view of the stage. To see the stage we had to lean forward in an uncomfortable position. Had I known before the purchase that even 1 of the seats had a partial view, I would have never purchased the tickets.

The Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes was fantastic and magical. I have always wanted to experience a show at Radio City Music Hall and the Rockettes. This fulfilled my dream beyond my expectations. It was fantastic. A memory to last a lifetime.
