I had a great experience with Ticket Liquidator. Once I got a hold of an operator that can actually help, everything was straightened out and all of the problems are taken care of.

The transaction went smoothly. The show at Radio City was phenomenal, as always. We had seats in the third mezzanine. Of course, orchestra seats would be better, but when traveling with a group of eight, that can be quite pricey.

I was very displeased. I purchased tickets for a Syracuse vs. Miami game. I learned after I made the purchase that the game was in Miami. Once I realized this, I attempted to call for a refund. However, I was saddened to learn from the representative that the tickets were non-refundable. I understand that I made a mistake in purchasing tickets in Miami, when I live in NY. I just think that since there was no way possible to attend, why couldn't I get a refund?

Ticket seat allocation was totally different from what I had selected when purchased. Far worse. Unfortunately I did not checked my seats when printed the tickets. It was an unpleasant surprise once we were at the theater. I will never use Ticket Liquidator again.

We had amazing good price for excellent seats. For our 4 children the show was simply magic especially on New Year's Eve. Being on Broadway all superb experience. Tickets mailed with 3 days delivery, other e tickets-- great deal.

I bought tickets for the Kid Rock concert from Ticket Liquidator because of the price and the availability of the seat. I did it online but encountered an issue which I couldn’t seem to solve. When the tickets were ordered, they were supposed to be in 104 but when it was sent to me, it was in 118. Other than that though, the tickets were delivered in the expected time frame and I’m satisfied with the experience.

The hotel shuttle that picked us up was not good... and the driver had a attitude as well as the hotel... said "you paid with a 3rd party." Tailgate party was mainly Spartan fans and was not treated so well there either. The seats at the game were great. The shuttle taking us back to the airport was much better.

Buying tickets was very easy. The concert was amazing.

Terrible service. Bought tickets and was informed the day of the event that they were not together and only offered a lousy 30% discount. Have called and emailed twice and have yet to receive refund. Ridiculous service fees. Got better seats with service fees, a fraction of your costs, by purchasing directly thru the venue. Would never use this company again and will go out of my way to warn others.

I pre-ordered what I thought were great seats from Ticket Liquidator online service for a Chicago The Musical Show in NYC. I received a call advising me to pick up the tickets at the Will Call window at the Ambassador Theater. Then I received an email message stating that my tickets will be shipped. The FedEx envelope arrived two days prior to the show. It only contained an invoice and a business card. No tickets. The invoice showed I was charged $15.00 for shipping of tickets. Again No tickets.

Did not work. Drove 125 miles one way. They would not honor your paper. I had to come home and listen to game on radio. Now you want me to give you 200 words to describe my experience with your robbery. Just be glad I didn't have to do this yesterday. I will never do business with you again.

Saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra at The Palace of Auburn Hills and it was amazing!!! Will definitely order through this site again!

I purchased 6 seats for the 12/30/15 TSO concert. Would have been great seats except there was a pyramid structure sitting on the floor protruding up right in the middle of our view. Went to Guest Services - they could not do anything because it was a sold out show. I paid over $120.00 for each of these seats.

Ticket process is ok. Got cc stolen so had to convert to another but worked out. Game was boring but service was good.

According to the invoice I was sent, I purchased 2 tickets in section 17 floor, section GA and SEATS 63-64 FOR THE Duke vs LBSU on Wed., 12/30/15, at 4:00 p.m. at Cameron Indoor Stadium. As it turned out, these were not seats at all but in the student section where the "seats" are for standing only. As my husband and I both have back problems and I have arthritis in both knees, needless to say we were hurting pretty badly by the end of the game. This was on my husband's bucket list to attend a Duke men's basketball game and I gave him these tickets for Christmas. I am very disappointed and feel that I was misled on the purchase of the tickets. I doubt I will ever purchase anything from Ticket Liquidator in the future.

I was very unhappy with the customer service. I waited for my turn and the guy at the counter took someone else before me and stood talking without a care I was still waiting. He kept asking me my name and I explained to him I called earlier. He was rude and I told him I would never buy tickets again from this outlet.

Nightmare! We downloaded our tickets, went to the venue and were denied entrance because the tickets were no good! I called Ticket Liquidator and spent forever on hold. I got some instructions on how to start the process for getting my money back but I then had to pay more money at the box office to get more tickets to actually get in. The tickets I had to buy were actually more expensive and were higher up, so I was not happy. I just got home from my trip and am starting the process to get my money back... It better not be a hassle or I will not hesitate to rip Ticket Liquidator in every review site I can find.

When I made my purchase I was told I was to receive Row E seats. When I received the tickets, they were for row A and one of the tickets indicated that the seat had a "Partial View". I feel I was deceived. Having seen the show last night, I can tell you that not 1 but all 3 of the seats had a partial view due to the balcony railing impeding on the view of the stage. To see the stage we had to lean forward in an uncomfortable position. Had I known before the purchase that even 1 of the seats had a partial view, I would have never purchased the tickets.

I will never use Ticket Liquidator again. I ordered tickets to straight out of comedy weeks ahead. When I ordered the tickets seating was available on every other ticket website, I purchased my tickets through Ticket Liquidator. Paid for tickets. Booked rooms and had a weekend trip planned around these tickets. I then get a call from Ticket Liquidator saying my tickets are no longer available. Well by this point I search the whole internet to find that all seats have been sold out now. So needless to say I was charged for tickets, my tickets got canceled and I ended up with no tickets to show. Thanks Ticket Liquidator. Solid customer support.

I purchased tickets to see Kevin Hart as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, as he's one of our favorite comedians. We had such a GREAT time! We were still laughing on our way home. His opening acts were great too. Overall it was a great experience, the location was nice & the event was well-organized. Our tickets arrived a week prior & we were e-mailed with status updates, so there was no worry about not receiving them on time. We will definitely be doing this again in the future & will use Ticket Liquidator again.

I paid 412.00 for these tickets. The seats were on the first row of major walkway behind handicap seats which were directly in front of me. I got a great view of a lady's head in a wheelchair for the entire show. Sucked. Very disappointed. Take me off your mailing list...

Cirque de Holidaze - Experience was GREAT. Food was amazing. The only bad thing was not assigned seats (first come, first served). Will know next time.

Hamilton is the top show on Broadway and sold out for the next 6 months. I purchased 3 approximately $130 tickets for around $400 plus your fees. We arrived at the show and got in line an hour before the show. Doors opened 30 minutes before the 8 pm show. At about 7:40, our tickets were scanned once and refused. They sent us to the box office where they said they couldn't help us because the name on the Ticketmaster ticket was the name of the original ticket holder, not me. The guy at the door said there was a Staples down the street and maybe they could be reprinted.

The process was managed smoothly and no problems occurred. The event was fun for all.

We got the tickets fast. Kind of a rip off to have a $7 charge to email each ticket. The next day the company kept calling to try and sell us more stuff. Would not use them again.

We were very disappointed when we got to our seats only to have the tuba section from the Nebraska Pep Band standing in front of us for the entire game! My wife, 5 year old, 9 year old, and myself had a very difficult time trying to watch anything through the Tubas! It was my boys' first game and it pretty much ruined the whole experience. These tickets should have been advertised with a warning about being behind the band. If they were I wouldn't have bought them! Just like no one else would!! I actually feel like I wasted a lot of money on tickets and shipping. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Nutcracker at Warner Theatre - Great show at a great venue.

I needed four tickets ASAP for the ballet but they were completely sold out or the seats weren't together. Ticket Liquidator came to my rescue. Although the tickets cost me $69 more each, I was able to get out of a bind and fast.

We were promised in the Gershwin Theater seats in Zone D, which would have been the fronts of the side rear mezzanines or central mezzanine as the site told me. However, we got back of the rear mezzanine, corner. It also didn't help that, as I paid $133 a ticket, we saw on the ticket that they were $89.99 each. I could've saved money by going to todaytix or even on the Wicked ticketmaster site. The only saving grace for this complete inflation and disappointment in seating was the fact that it was Wicked.

I've been using TicketLiquidator for at least ten years. Their website is user-friendly. I get good response from all the sales people. When I buy a ticket, they tell me if there are any available discounts and promos and I take them. And I receive my tickets in the expected time frame.

Your company has a very bad business when it comes to someone making a mistake. I had went to the SeaHawks site to buy a ticket but for some reason I ended up on your site. I thought I was buying a football ticket but instead it was a parking ticket for $127.00. Because of the price I thought it was a football ticket. I ask if there was any way possible to put that money towards a game ticket and was told no. Your company do not mind taking people hard earn money because of a mistake. So the answer is no, I did not enjoy the ticket because I had no ticket for the game, just a overprice parking ticket. Thanks!

Finding and purchasing the tickets was fast and easy, however, getting the tickets was a different story. I called to change the address to a closer, more convenient address, immediately after placing the order. At that point I was told that there was no need to do this because I would have the tickets on Friday, since there is no Saturday delivery.

I purchased from here and I selected Dec 20th, yet they sent me tickets for the 21st. I'm not able to make the day they sent tickets for considering it's a Monday (work day) at 2pm. I called to explain my concern, they advised me to sell my tickets to someone else and they said they couldn't do anything for me. Yet their website says 200% money back guarantee, which is false advertisement. I will never use this service ever again, they robbed me. To top it off they charge $53 dollars additional to my $195 for only three ticket purchase for "convenient fees". As we can tell they are not convenient to one bit.

For what you charged me $352, plus dollars for a $67.00 seat in the last meez. I had to walk up all those flights of stairs. While behind me, a lady, her feet on the seat next to me (it was empty) and I could not hear the play well nor could I see over the head in front of me. Then I paid $415 for two other tickets for seats at $100 each for the symphony. I hate to see where those seat will be. I will never ever use your overpriced service again and I certainly will not recommend you to anyone. That was a really terrible experience for me.

Tickets were as described and easy to obtain. Delivered as promised. The issue is with the $50 rebate that was promised with the promotion. After 1 1/2 months still have not received the rebate forms. Called three times and I feel this was a scam to get me to purchase tickets through your agency. And then I'm charged the fee on my credit card while I'm waiting for the paperwork to obtain the refund. Very dissatisfied!

We went to 4 different shows while in Vegas, spending the most money for "good" seats at "So you think you can dance." We got fold out cushion chairs to sit on, had to try to see around other people's heads to see the dancers all night. Show was awesome from what we could see but my neck hurt afterwards from stretching it to see around people's heads all night and we were only maybe 8 rows back from the center stage. I do not recommend the Palms Casino for a show, very disappointing. Will not do that again!!!

Ordered 6 tickets for Zone D represented as lower balcony section D center. Went to the show and found out that they were actually Zone D lower balcony section a all the way over on the left side of the lower balcony. I mean all the way over to the left. I spent over $700 dollars on these tickets and see this is a gross misrepresentation of what I bought. I expect some type of resolution to this matter.

The band was Ok. The pre-recorded music and videos made it impossible to tell if the band was actually playing this entire concert or if they were fulfilling their best impression of a live band. Won't ever do this again. Period. Chip Davis lost two previous longtime fans last evening. Horrible. Go figure. All we wanted was an honest to goodness live experience. Buy the cd and spare yourself several hundred dollars of expense.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra. This has been the greatest performance I have attended. Between the great singing the light show as well as the pyrotechnics was extraordinary. I have been wanting to attend for many years and this year has been my first. This is something I want to continue to do for years to come. It is a must see by all. Truly some very talented people to pull such a show like this off.

We loved the performance! Although, when I purchased tickets on here I wasn't aware there was a meet & greet. We were informed when we got there, but no one helped us find it so we missed it. Seats were awesome, thought we were farther back, but we ended up being in the pit right by the stage. Maybe provide a little more information as to what comes along with the tickets.

I regrettably purchased tickets from this site for my anniversary for the Giants game. We pulled up the arena paid for parking and waited online just to find out the tickets were already scanned a half hour before we got to the front of the line. I paid $682.50 for two seats. I called the company to see if there was some kind of mistake. The woman I had the displeasure of dealing with told me that "Well there seems to be nothing wrong with the tickets. They are legit". I said "Ok well that doesn't really help me though. I'm standing outside of Metlife stadium unable to go into the game that I purchased tickets to." She told me that I need to PROVE to them that I wasn't able to get into the game.

I was glad to find this website because I wanted to take a friend of mine visiting from Sweden to see the Rockettes. I couldn't afford decent tickets but I just squeaked by with the ones I found on the Ticket Liquidator site. The seats were decent too. Back of the first mezzanine but the view was awesome! The only real drawback for me was that this was the one thing we did in NYC that we couldn't use eTickets for. Other people were using them so you must get them if you order off the Radio City Music Hall site. It wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to have one less thing to keep track of while touring all over the city prior to the show.

The tickets in the Toyota Center had lower prices compared to what I bought but when we need something, it's good to buy from Ticket Liquidator.

I was greatly disappointed. I went to see Alfie Boe as the lead (as advertised) and he was not in the play. THAT was the only reason I went. Had I been told he would not be performing at that show, I would have rescheduled or not gone at all!

Suite 15, for which I bought the tickets, was a joke. Not even water available. There were no snacks and if you wanted popcorn it cost 22 dollars plus a tip which I would have never paid. In summary, a total ripoff!!! No pictures, it would be too ugly. The show was OK but not great, low calibre humor. Never again will I go to a Reilly event or the Comerica arena. When I purchased a ticket for a Dallas and Miami football game online, I thought I was purchasing the tickets from a bad website because when I got my ticket, I saw another name on it. I thought I got shammed, as I didn't know it was from a product person. But they straightened all that out and told me that that was who originally bought the ticket, and I guess they auctioned it through Ticket Liquidator. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with everything and have recommended Ticket Liquidator.

When I called and purchased tickets to see TSO, I wanted elevated seats. I told the woman helping me that we didn't all have to sit together. The woman found seats for us together in Section 113. I was happy with the seats. Later I received an email requested that I contact Clarissa **. I spoke with a gentleman who told me that a mistake was made and that we were upgraded to the floor. I told him that I didn't want to be on the floor. He said that these were better seats. I told him that I have a neck injury and it is difficult for me to look up. He assured me that that would not be a problem. Well, it was a problem for me.

I was looking for concert tickets and when I Google searched it, they popped up. My tickets were delivered in the expected timeframe, but it wasn't really clear how to get Flash Seats. Once I had signed off to that, the company that I bought them from called me and said, "You haven't claimed your Flash Seats yet," and they told me how to do it. It was a little weird that it was not explained to me by Ticket Liquidator, but I'll absolutely recommend them.

I paid over $500 for two tickets to an event. When calling customer service to find out why I hadn't received my tickets (when MANY other people who bought them directly through Ticketmaster had received theirs), I was treated with the worst "customer service" you can imagine. The rep told me she "wasn't going to go back and forth with me." Hmm, really? So you can't answer my questions with a solid response? And help me to understand why you can't provide items I've paid for? And now you're telling me you won't go back and forth with me? I thought I was the customer. Then I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I asked why. I was told I couldn't because it was not an issue which should be elevated to a supervisor. Wow. Really? If I ask for a supervisor as a customer, obviously it's not an issue which should be elevated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WARN YOU NOT TO EITHER.

I purchased Nutcracker tickets three weeks ago. Then yesterday I received an email at 9:13 AM stating that if I do not call them my tickets will be sold and I will be reimbursed on my credit card. I called within 10 minutes. They sold my tickets, reimbursing my credit card and told me that because they sent numerous emails that I did not contact them fast enough. They lie I saw the email there is not email in my box! You give me 10 mins to reply what a joke. I was like how could this be fraudulent suspicious activity on my credit card if you have my first, my last name, my home address, my cell phone and my email no. I think what happened is they took my tickets sold my tickets. Not only did they lie saying they tried to contact me they never contacted me what I already purchased my tickets the day they sent the email my tickets were already supposed to arrive.

Had a little trouble getting the tickets to download, but figured it out without calling for assistance. Tickets were accurate with seating and worked flawlessly. Thrilled to have gotten in to see The Lion King on a sold out night!!

I've used Ticket Liquidator for everything over the past five years - a lot of Yankee games, Ranger playoff, Ranger games and concerts. They have the best price, and they are very accommodating. We went to a game two weeks ago and the tickets didn't come in time, but they were able to email it home. I also tried to get the 25$ rebate one time but they wanted me to buy or do something so that it kind of seemed like a scam already. So in the end, I didn't get the rebate.

I chose Ticket Liquidator over any other ticket providers out there because they had the time and date and seats that I was looking for. I have to contact their representatives after my purchase because they sent the wrong tickets, but they were able to fix it. The tickets were still delivered at the expected timeframe. It worked perfectly.

It was a great experience. My friend and I had a great time. If you have the chance to see their performance live, you should go. The composition of music, lights, colors and program is incredible. For my friend it was the second time and he would go again.

2 Tickets were given to my granddaughter and her mom for an early birthday present. I was unsure when I bought the tickets that this company was okay as the new reports recently talked of scams with tickets. Not the case here. My granddaughter loved the show and the seats were amazing.

I heard about them about four or five years ago through a friend but I haven't used them in a long time though they kept me on their e-mail notifications. Then, when I decided I wanted to go to a game, I started looking around and I thought I'd give Ticket Liquidator a try. It was easy, they got a good price, and got to print the tickets out almost immediately. And it was all legitimate, which you worry about when you're buying things online like that. It was a great experience. I'd definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, I perused Ticket Liquidator again about an hour ago.

My daughter wanted to go Wicked and was not disappointed. We had a great time. Ticket Liquidators was very easy to navigate and choose our tickets. We had great seats.

When I ordered my tickets I didn't see the fine print that the seats had obstructed view and when I printed them out and saw that and also saw all sales were final I was very disappointed. The play itself was entertaining and my grandchildren still enjoyed it.

The show was great but the seats were terrible. They were the last row of the balcony. You could not see the top third of the background slide presentation which was a part of the performance. My complaint with Ticket Liquidators is that you have no idea where the seats are located - there is no seat number when you purchase.

The last time I ordered tickets from Ticket Liquidator and I needed to print them off, my wife had to call in to get permission from me to do it. But, overall, it has always been very good and I would recommend it.

Very displeased! For the 300+ money that I spent on $42 tickets only to find out it was on the third level in the family area where you can drink no beer. We never made it to our seats. Ticket Liquidator has been fantastic for me. If I'm ever down on tickets and I got to find some for customers myself, it's the very place to go to get tickets. It's not cheap but you get what you're buying. The last purchase I have done with them was for a NASCAR event for a customer of mine. I got tickets for my customer. It's second-hand tickets and you can't ask too much for getting the actual ones, right? Furthermore, my tickets were delivered in the time that was expected. It's a fairly easy process. I'd recommend them to my friends.

As a reseller, you failed to provide critical venue restrictions that are provided when tickets are purchased directly from the Patriots. We unknowingly violated those restrictions since we had no notification, and our experience and enjoyment of the game was ruined as a result

Nutcracker Ballet - Didn't get what I paid for. I purchased tickets online to see this performance, but since I purchased them online, I was guaranteed the seats. I received a phone call during the work week letting me know that I didn't get the seats I bought after all, which were on the floor area, and that I would now have the option of sitting up in the balcony. This was quite disappointing since the purchase says I'm guaranteed seating in the specified area. This was no guarantee and was a waste of my efforts. There should be a way for Ticket Liquidator to hold seats that were purchased and to update their ticket website as seats are purchased so that an overabundance of patrons aren't buying the same seats over and over.

I bought some last minute tickets from Ticket Liquidator for the Spurs-Utah Jazz playoffs about a couple of years ago. I'm a season ticket holder to the Spurs and I already had two tickets but I needed extra tickets, that's why I went to Ticket Liquidator. It's more reasonable and quicker than the Ticketmaster and the Spurs themselves. It has high integrity, you know you're going to get a seat that's real. And so I just go online. I'm older and not savvy on cyber so it's easy to use. You do it and download with the PDF for the tickets. If parking is needed, one can get that too. So, it's user-friendly and it's high integrity and it's quick on the upside.

The tickets I ordered I paid $70 each for. Face value said $58. I paid $15 for delivery and had to pick them up at 'Will Call' the night of the concert. Not a good first impression.

When I tried to get my money back, they said it would be 5-7 business days! By the time I get the money back, all of the tickets will be sold! I bought these tickets for the river dance for my grandmother's 85th birthday who flew over from Ireland to see Michael Flatley perform in the river dance. We booked a matinee show yesterday at 3 pm and Michael Flatley never came on because apparently he doesn't perform matinees. We were never notified of this until after the show. There should have been a disclaimer before I purchased the tickets or else I would have got an evening show. Very disappointed.

I did not get to see the concert at all with the e-tickets that were sent to my email. In fact, I was escorted out of the concert in Grand Theatre in Wausau, WI. I had ordered 5 tickets from Ticket Liquidator to see the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas in Wausau, WI. My e-tickets were issued for the same concert in another state... Jacksonville, Mississippi (dates & times all matched in Wausau, WI so I thought my tickets were legit...in fact, I have been receiving reminder emails that it was almost time to see my event in Wausau, WI). How embarrassing for me. These tickets were gifts for my 78-year-old mother & my Aunt who just retired so I can't tell you how upset I was.

Ordered Luke Bryan tickets for a concert that is over three months into the future. I realized the next morning that I had a family engagement for that night, so I promptly called Ticket Liquidators and they refused to refund my money ($881 for three tickets that were supposed to total $699). I also brought up the hidden fees that totaled over $182! These bogus fees are for "internet service/handling fees" and e-ticket delivery. This company is a horrible rip-off and deceptive and now I'm forced to go through my credit card company to stop payment on the tickets. These people should be investigated so I'm also going to file a report the FTC and my state's attorney general.

With only 2 shows originally scheduled for Garth in San Diego, I purchased 6 (way overpriced) tickets through Ticket Liquidator in a pre-release/pre-sale because I had to be sure my group saw Garth! After my transaction was processed I received a disclaimer or seller's note as they called it stating "If more than 2 tickets are purchased; each set of up to 2 tickets will be in a different section or row!" There was no advance warning of this that I was aware of and after I received this notice I returned to the purchase process again to substantiate this statement. Again no warning. Since I had not received actual tickets yet, I could not argue that this would be unacceptable as I was entertaining clients and separating us would be ridiculous. I waited to receive tickets and in fact this was what would happen. They split my group.

I purchased two tickets costing over $1,100 with all their surcharges, thought they were in the 1st row for easy wheelchair access and it turned out that it was a crap shoot of 1 of 20 rows. When I realized this I called and explained the situation. The representative was rude like "Too bad, you are stupid." The tickets were sent and located in the middle of the 16th row. No wheelchair access there. I called Ticket Master who originally did not have tickets available. I explained the situation and they had 2 tickets in the first row with wheelchair access. I purchased them for $88.00 each. Now I am even more shocked as to how Ticket Liquidators rips off the public. They should be ashamed of themselves and not allowed to be in business.

The seats were terrible. I spent the whole night terrified of the heights and how high the seats were. I could not enjoy the game.

Our tickets were not valid and we were bounced back at the venue.
