Bought two tickets, got a call saying the venue cancelled the tickets. The venue says ticket liquidator is lying and they double sold the ticket. All I know is I had to get two other tickets at a huge markup elsewhere for worse seats. I'm waiting for my refund. They said it was credited but I don't see it as of yet.

The staff from Ticket Liquidator was helpful. The person I was supposed to purchase the tickets from, Ticketjew, was unprofessional and did not deliver my tickets on the date they were promised. I ended up needing to seek recourse with US Bank, the issuer of my Visa which I used to purchase the tickets. Unfortunately, because of the experience I had with Ticketjew, I will have to reconsider Ticket Liquidator in the future.

The experience was great. We were a little disappointed in the seats when we first arrived. When I ordered the tickets I thought they were on the floor, but they ended up being very good as far as the view. I do wish they were closer. But it was a great show.

Was contacted after my initial purchase and I was offered a ticket upgrade. Was very trepidatious as the seats were in the front row and I was concerned it would be far too close. Threw caution to the wind ;-) and kept the tickets. Wow, am I glad I did. Your staff reassured me they would be good seats and also offered to work with me after the concert, if I didn't fully enjoy the seating. Thanks so much for everything!
Hi Karen, Thanks for the wonderful review! You just can't beat the front row sometimes! Glad the show was enjoyed by all!

Thoroughly enjoyed this 90 min. drama/comedy made all the better by Marlo Thomas. But having discovered Ticket Liquidators was the best part of the experience. I got to talk with a real, live person who answered my questions & directed me to the best seats. Theater ticket prices have limited my going as much as I would like to but having found Ticket Liquidators, I am so excited to be able to go as often as I like without the torture of standing in the "Half Price" ticket lines.
Thank you Emily, for your kind words! You are most welcome! Always glad to help!

It was a hard ticket to get and you got me in the seats for 200 over face value were not great but ok and I paid 25 for express shipping and didn't get the tickets in a very timely fashion but all in all I got into the show and that is really what mattered the most. I would use Ticket Liquidator in the future for hard to get tickets.

I purchased 4 tickets to a concert at 10:21 through Ticket Liquidator. I printed a receipt. The cost of the tickets was $63 each. TWO HOURS LATER I got an email that said the tickets were no longer available. I called and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered me the same tickets for $83 each. If they had notified me right away that the tickets were no longer available, I could have purchased other tickets for the same price of $63. They refused to give me tickets for the price I HAVE A RECEIPT FOR at $63. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Aside from waiting so long for the tickets to arrive, and the seats were so far back, I have no other complaints. The tickets arrived 1 or 2 days before the show, and said we were upgraded from row V (where no one was seated) to U (chairs). Hard to understand the seating arrangements for this event when so many rows below us were empty. We were moved down by a security person before the show.

I WOULD STRONGLY URGE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was under the understanding this was I was sitting in a different section than I was anticipating to be in. When I called to complain, they said, "They are nonrefundable. Nothing can be done." I believe this was misleading the consumer when you buy tickets. They are intentionally leaving things unclear on the website so as you are hooked in, nothing can be done. All the person said is if I had called to ensure where the seats were, they would have told me. But by that point they were already bought!!! Please. Consumer beware. They are a second selling company and the tickets are already at a higher price. According to what they told me, I could have paid over $100 for tickets behind the stage at the concert and would not have been able to see a thing!!! I will never use this company again!!!

I would strongly advise against purchasing tickets from Ticket Liquidator as they do not qualify their sellers before listing. I purchased 2 Club Level tickets at a price of $52 per ticket, with service fees & delivery charges. This came to a total of $145. However these were only passes to a supposedly VIP area within the Pepsi Center NOT tickets, and DID NOT include entry to the venue or the event. This was definitely not clear when I made the purchase nor was it on any subsequent confirmation correspondence which clearly stated tickets, rather than passes only. They basically gave us access to the club level bar, and better restrooms. Although I ordered these almost 4 months in advance, they didn't send them until two days prior at which point I realized they were not tickets and had to buy last minute tickets at a premium.
The Pepsi Center confirmed you are not allowed to sell these passes independent of tickets and they should not have put them on their site. They provided me a 3% discount on the new tickets and a 15% discount on future orders, which will not make up for either the cost or inconvenience this caused as the tickets were a birthday present.

No email from Ticket Liquidator. Called and had a good customer service person, say they would refund my money, no I was not sent emails. Had 30 minutes to get to event and I said "let me try". They closed the event 5 minutes after. Went home.
Called to get my refund, 2nd agent was rude and would not refund my money and made multiple accusations and behaved as trying to access my tickets was my only purpose in life...? I own a company with 65 employees and if we were as rude as he was it would be devastating. The company has bad IT. And will not take responsibility for it.

I originally purchased from this site without reading the reviews. I know, mistake on my part. So after reading the reviews, I was nervous I would not receive the tickets or they would be fake. Ticket Liquidator had my tickets were through MyTicketTracker and the company refused to ship them until a week before the event. They said it was to ensure they would not be copied, but I was still skeptical. I called twice in a span of two months (customer service was very good) to see if there was any update on my tickets and they were still scheduled to ship a week before the event.
I received an email with a tracking number when my tickets were shipped and I got them in the mail the next day. The tickets seemed real, but once again I was still skeptical due to reviews. We arrived at the concert early to get in the doors and everything worked! My tickets were in the correct row that I had bought them from and they were great seats! Great concert and everything was fine! Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to how long it took to ship them and they charged almost $50 in fees during purchase.

Do not buy from TicketLiquidators who sell for Ticketjew. I bought Stock Show and Rodeo tickets and in turn gave them to someone. They got to the rodeo only to be told that the tickets were fraudulent. They said the only way they will refund me was to get something from the venue stating the tickets were invalid. I contacted the venue to be told that because I did not buy from them, they could not do anything about it. I'm left having to try and get a refund through the bank by filing a dispute. I'm not optimistic about getting this money back because of this scam, but can only hope they will do the right thing.

I purchased tickets from Ticket Liquidator to attend a concert in May. I was assured when the tickets were purchased that they were legitimate tickets to the event. I made a point to confirm this fact as the concert location was a 5 hour drive from my home. A month later, my plans changed and I could not attend the event - still 4 months away. I subsequently sold the tickets through Ticket Liquidator. After my UPS tracking number indicated that the tickets had been delivered to the buyer I discovered that a even after a couple of weeks my payment from Ticket Liquidator had not appeared on my credit card.
Upon contacting customer service at Ticket Liquidator, I spoke with a representative who informed me that my funds would not be sent until several days after the event - once it was confirmed that the tickets were legitimate. I explained that I had purchased the tickets through Ticket Liquidator and was guaranteed that the tickets were legitimate tickets. The customer service representative informed me that in the (lengthy) terms and conditions, it clearly stated that the funds would be held until after the event.
The customer service representative was sarcastic and pointed out that it was my fault for not reading the fine print and that my disappointment in Ticket Liquidator's service was really anger at myself for not knowing their policies. I was surprised that the customer service representative had the ability to read my mind...so, I thanked the representative for telling me what I was thinking and noted that the tickets were, in fact, guaranteed to be legitimate by Ticket Liquidator and that the "policy" is nothing more than a scam to earn interest off all involved parties by holding funds from sellers involved in the transaction. Bottom line - I will never use the services of Ticket Liquidator again.

I searched for tickets to Disney on Ice and Ticket Liquidator seemed to have good tickets. I was under the impression they were selling the tickets for people not other ticket sellers. While I was on the website looking at the tickets, it said they were located between this section and another and between this row and another. There was a little star you could hover over that said "This seller is so confident in the quality of their tickets, they will guarantee at 150%! See Satisfaction guarantee for full details." I could click on it to view the "details," I assumed that meant I could feel confident that seats were at least decent if they were going to "guarantee" them. They were pretty much the worst seats I could have gotten at over 2 times the price I would have paid if I had just gone to the venue or Ticketmaster!
When I called customer service, they referred me to Ticket Galaxy, who basically said “too bad!” The tickets got to and they are in the section we said. The implications were clear and the guy on the phone said they had heard numerous complaints on this very same issue. So they know they are being intentionally deceitful and just plain do not care!! Buyers, I strongly caution against this place - absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying something online. They would not even consider a refund or exchanging the tickets. They were very clear; they are there to make money - that is it!

I ordered NFL tickets in the beginning of August. After 2-3 weeks I inquired about the tickets I had not received. The rep stated that I would get them closer to the game day as to avoid replication of the tickets. It is now 3 days before game day and still no tickets. I have called every phone number on the site and left emails with no response. So today 10/09, I get a rep that tells me that the tickets shouldn't have been split up (I only needed two) and I had been refunded 125% of the package price. I checked my cc statement, no refund. She told me that it had just been reversed yesterday. I explained to her that I needed tickets as they were a gift for out of town guests. She told me that "It's over and done with" and there's nothing she could do about that. She also did not tell me why I hadn't received any communication about what happened. She did try to offer other tickets at a higher price. This is unacceptable, now I have to try to find more tickets for my guests who will be arriving tomorrow (I am sure that's gonna cost an arm and leg). I ordered tickets to a concert tomorrow, 9/5/14, they were almost $600. When I purchased them back in March, I received an email saying I'd get an email when they were shipped. Never got one. I was told to contact the seller of the tickets directly, never heard back and started inquiring about a month ago as to where my tickets were. I called TicketLiquidator, after holding for 20 minutes they tell me they are no longer in contact with the company that held those tickets, and that they tried to contact back in June to notify me. I have no emails nor voice mails like they claim to back that up. They then tell me to contact my bank to reverse the charge from back in March. I purchased tickets via Ticket Liquidator on 7/31/14 for the Los Angeles Dodgers game on 8/16/14. We live in Tennessee but were going on vacation to Los Angeles. I encountered several issues while ordering from this company.
1) I ordered via the website but did not receive a confirmation email immediately (as is the norm with other sites I frequently use such as StubHub or Vivid Seats). I received a voicemail and email from Lindsay ** with the Ticket Experience (different company name) asking me to call as there was a problem with the tickets. I called and she said that they occasionally check to make sure purchases aren't fraudulent... I appreciated the double checking but still slightly annoying and a little strange that the company name was different and she told me in the future, I could call her directly and order to avoid the service charge.
2) I receive confirmation email and download my tickets. I realize the seats are different than what I purchased. They were fairly close to what I originally purchased (one row higher and a few seats over). Rather than go through the trouble of trying to fix it, I let it slide. I immediately got an email survey asking how my experience had been and essentially the only question on the survey was "Did you get tickets for seats other than the ones you purchased?" and "Were they of comparable value?" Thus leading me to believe this must happen often...
3) We arrive at the Dodgers game and walk up to the gate. Our tickets won't scan so we are sent to the ticket booth so that they can be reprinted. We are told sometimes this happens if someone has forwarded the email to download too many times. We wait in line roughly 15 minutes to be told to go to another line, we wait roughly 5 more minutes to be told by the agent (Gary) that our tickets are not valid and we need to take it up with the company we purchased from.
My husband called Ticket Liquidators and after roughly 10 minutes, he got through to Jennifer. He was told we would need a letter on Dodgers letterhead stating that the tickets were not valid to start the refund process. Obviously that does us no good getting into the game... Jennifer then spoke to Gary (gate agent) who told her the same thing that the tickets were not valid. He signed and dated the bottom of our tickets as proof (attached picture below). She said that would be sufficient.
4) We had to purchase other tickets at the gate to be able to attend and ended up with terrible seats in nosebleed. After nearly an hour, we get inside the stadium. We did go down to our original seats and people were sitting in them. They showed us their tickets and said they bought their tickets via StubHub.
5) We emailed the picture of the tickets with Gary's info while still in line at the ticket booth and did not hear a word.
6) I emailed all of this information to Ticket Liquidators today and requested a status of my refund to receive an email roughly 15 minutes later from Molly telling me they would not process a refund because the signature and scan we had sent of the signed tickets could be fraudulent. They suggested we contact the Dodgers and try to get them to write a letter on their letterhead stating the tickets were invalid.
7) My husband then called and spent 30 minutes going in circles on the phone calmly telling Ticket Liquidators that the person we talked to on the phone spoke to the ticket agent and that she said the signature would be acceptable. Had we known this would be such an issue, we would have went further when we were actually in Los Angeles.
8) We are now on the phone with the Dodgers trying to find a solution as they have never had to do anything like this before despite Ticket Liquidators saying it is a common request... Which also means that this happens often with their tickets. Avoid them at all costs!

A friend and I decided to get tickets for a concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center in NJ. Naturally we just googled "pnc bank arts center" for the official website. Picked the event we wanted, picked the section, and clicked "buy tickets". Which brought us to ticket liquidator. Bought the tickets using my friend's debit card. Chose the option for one business day shipping (purchased them on a Thursday, the event was on Saturday). By noon on Saturday, the tickets were still not in the mail, with no tracking number or anything. My friend scrambled to get someone on the phone. They sent her our tickets by email.
So, off we go to our concert. We get to PNC Bank Arts Center, get in line, they scan my ticket first. *Boop* "Oh something's wrong, let me see your friend's ticket" *boop* Turns out, someone had already been using our tickets eight minutes before we got there. We go to the box office and they literally use the phrase "you've been scammed". They went on to explain that the website we had gone to was not owned by the PNC Bank Arts Center (looking back at it, they even spelled "center" wrong in the web address) and the person who had sold us the tickets, sold multiple copies.
My friend immediately called her bank and told them to stop the payment and called the person who had emailed her the tickets that morning. Obviously they acted like they had no idea that was going to happen and offered to get us better seats and blah blah blah. They also said they'd be refunding the money. And here we are, three days later and still no refund. Luckily the people at PNC's box office were extremely nice and gave us new tickets as a courtesy.
Moral of the story, check the spelling on a web address, or always buy from TicketMaster.

We purchased our tickets for a private engagement concert, Rob Thomas, on 4/10/2014 through Ticket Liquidators in Phoenix, AZ. The process online was easy, and I felt pretty secure at checkout. The only issue I saw was they really charged a lot in processing and taxes, like $40 extra, but since we couldn't find tickets elsewhere, we had to accept the extra fees. They sent reminders to print tickets and everything felt Ok, as I was nervous to purchase from a third party vendor, this being my first time. We printed our tickets and headed to the show. We were very excited as we got up to the doors, the venue looked awesome, very small, and intimate, we were excited. Well, our excitement turned to horror as we handed our printed tickets to the vendor and when she scanned them in, she told us there was a problem.
She asked if we had already scanned in our tickets early and gotten our seats. We said no, and then she went and got her manager. Her manager stated that our tickets were no good as someone else scanned them in already. Basically, she said the seller sold these tickets to more than one person. We were turned away at the door and could not go into the event as we had been scammed with bad tickets!!! Obviously, we were upset. We spent $185 on tickets that were no good! We called our bank immediately and filed a dispute, who wouldn't? I called Ticket Liquidators the next day. They told us they were only a facilitator and not the actual seller. They said that since we filed the dispute with our bank it was out of their hands and they could not help us, that we had to deal with the bank and seller only. I asked them if they even checked the sellers. They said that they had a verification process, etc.
So, I asked what they were going to do to help me, and they said nothing. Nothing! I asked them what they were going to do about the seller. They said, since I put a claim in, they will keep record of it. Record of it!!! So basically, they may wait until this seller rips off more people and then take note of it when there is a couple of incidents! More people may be scammed by this seller before this "facilitator" will take notice! Now I am forced to deal with a seller I do not know who stole our money (and I had no clue I was buying from this seller, I thought I was buying from Ticket Liquidators). I will never use this company again. They do not take responsibility for bad tickets and are only "facilitators" of the transactions. Never again! Please beware when you purchase from them that you might not have a reputable seller who you purchase these tickets from!

I was wanting to purchase Dallas Stars tickets for my fiance for Valentine's Day. Normally tickets aren't hard to come by, but I wanted tickets to the March 8 game when they are retiring Modano's number. All of these tickets had been bought by season holders and only resale tickets are available. Nothing on the site was in my price range so I went to TicketLiquidator. I found great seats, the only thing that bothered me was the tickets not being ready to be shipped until March 3. I thought that was cutting it a little close but whatever. So I bought two tickets @ $153 per ticket. They tacked on a $30 fee per ticket and a delivery fee of $15 bringing my grand total to $382. GRAND TOTAL!!
A couple of hours later I get a call from a service rep saying my transaction didn't go through because I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the taxes. Taxes?? What taxes?? He said since I was in Texas I would have to pay a sales tax. Why the hell wasn't there included in my GRAND TOTAL?? It irritated me that they were going to debit my account for hidden charges. I'm glad I didn't have enough money in my account for their mystery fees. They credited the money back to my account and I had it the next day. So I went to StubHub and got two tickets @ $135 per ticket. $27 service fee and a $10 delivery fee which brought my GRAND TOTAL to $307 and my tickets will be here on the 7th. I got better seats and paid less!!! Go Stars!!!

Over vacation, I decided to surprise my family with tickets to the Sugar Bowl. My children, hardly able to contain their excitement, spent hours agonizing over finding the best seats for the four of us. We practically sprinted to the stadium, my children's smiles illuminating the way. They were not prepared for the abhorrent display of human morality that had taken place. The image of my family's devastated faces when we were told that our tickets were fraudulent is permanently burned into my mind. As tears streamed down my children's faces, I desperately tried to call Ticket Liquidator only to receive an answering machine.
I am not sure which emotion is more overwhelming: consternation at the level of moral repugnance of the weasel who stole from my family, fury with Ticket Liquidator for their lack of response and utter inability to take care of a small family's request for a brief escape from life's constant tribulations, OR the utter helplessness I felt looking at my children's teary and disbelieving eyes as they walked away from the stadium. Ultimately, I spent over $600 for my family to reach a previously impossible level of disappointment. This was absolutely the worst ticket buying experience of my entire life. I cannot believe I fell for this: wound up paying more than twice what the actual tickets cost. My own fault for buying too quickly. I was on my tablet and went to what I thought was the Avery Fisher Hall official website. When I went to purchase tickets for Handel's Messiah, it brought me to Ticket Liquidator...Hmmm wonder how they manage that! So I thought it was their official handler. Boy was I wrong!
Actual ticket, of which there are plenty left, cost $75 including fees. I paid over $200. Fool me once, shame on you...but you won't get me twice. I have never posted a negative review of any company. I won't even bother to call them as I now realize they are scalpers! Wish I had checked customer reviews before plowing ahead. Buyer beware, don't use this website unless you are looking for a soaking!

I purchased tickets for our family for a college football game. I received the incorrect tickets in the mail and contacted Ticket Liquidator the very same day. They said not to worry and they would contact their supplier and would get back to me with an email. Never received any email acknowledging the situation. Contacted them three more times and once speaking with a manager and all of them promising me I would get our tickets.
I received an email today, three weeks after my purchase, to tell me their supplier could not come through with the tickets and that I was being refunded 125% on our credit card. Problem is, the game is only two weeks away and now the tickets are $50 more per seat than they were when I had originally purchased them. Doing the math, the five seats that I purchased will now cost me over $190 more including their 25% additional refund. Their customer service would not budge in helping me resolve this issue and said that I was extremely lucky that I received any discount. Never will I do business with them again.

The company is a total scam. They are online ticket scalpers! Selling tickets well above face value. Bought two tickets for a comedy show at Denver venue (Fiddler's Green) for $69 each please 2x $13.80 for a service fee and $7.50 for some e-ticket fee. The total came to $173.10! I found out later that the Fiddler's Green ticket site is Live Nation. The total cost with fees for the same general admission ticket is $46. Ticket Liquidator is a scam, and they over charged me $81.10 for a show that isn't sold out and didn't have any price drops. Second of all there are no returns. The show was rescheduled and the site won't even allow an exchange.

On June 10, 2013, I ordered tickets to The Book of Mormon from Ticket Liquidators that apparently buys and sells from Ticket Crush. I bought 2 tickets for my son's birthday. The total charge came out to be $279.00. On September 6, I received 2 each, $45.00 tickets. When you call these people to discuss this, all they say is "When you bought the tickets, you agreed that all sales are final." Apparently, the old "bait & switch" routine is legal and completely standard for this company. Be warned: Do not use this company. They are dirty and should not be allowed to advertise their "cheap tickets"... although, the seats you get ARE cheap, you're going to pay MORE than double what the ticket price is.

I purchased ticket for Daniel Tosh through this website. It was not last minute but my daughter-in-law wanted to get them for my son so I told her I would purchase them. After surfing the web, they did have them cheaper than anyone. But when the tickets came, I paid twice as much for the tickets between the mark up and the service fee on every ticket. The tickets were only $75.00 tickets, and I paid $165.00 per ticket. I thought it was a lot but every site I went to was about the same. I could have just gone to Ticketmaster. As you can see, I don't do this very often but they really wanted to go. Total scam. I will never do this again. I can see if it is last minute but come on. Legalized scalping.

I sold tickets online through Ticket Liquidator and chose to be paid for them through PayPal. After the event took place, there was a receipt showing that I was paid through PayPal. I went to PayPal account and nothing there. I called Ticket Liquidator and was told to speak with Sean, Customer Inventory Mgr. I called Sean. He lied and said it was paid, but would not give me any track/trace number or anything. Then he tried to tell me my PayPal info was wrong, but it was not. I asked him to prove they sent a payment to PayPal. I never received a response via email or phone call. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told Sean was it.
Long story short, I was supposedly paid for these tickets that I sold over a month ago, but have not been. I have emailed Sean asking for updates at least 20 times and left voicemail messages. Sean finally told me that I had to wait 30 days for PayPal to send back the payment in order to get it repaid to me. It has been over 30 days and no repayment submitted to PayPal, and Ticket Liquidator refuses to give me any information. Sean has the worst customer service skills and is supposed to be a manager? I am very upset with Ticket Liquidator and Sean. I will take it to the next level if I have to. They have no scruples, no mores and definitely do not value their customers. Well, she didn't get the tickets and she called to check on them and was told that the company where she purchased the tickets from had gone out of business and that we didn't have tickets. These tickets were $300.00 each! Her bank has told her that she couldn't get her money back because it's been over 60 days. How was she to know that they had gone out of business? The order was for Spring training tickets for a particular game. I immediately advised them of the error and they would not correct the situation. In fact, they would not discuss the matter at all initially and referred me to Universal Events. This organization is an awful group to deal with. They said they would get back with me on a particular day but they did not. They are difficult to talk with and display a nasty attitude toward their customers. I tried to continue to deal with Ticket Liquidator, but they would not correct their error or refund the lost money. Eventually, they suggested that I must accept their error or they would just quit talking to me at all. It has been a very disturbing experience and I would not recommend that anyone deal with either of these organizations.

I purchased tickets and the seller never delivered them. Ticket Liquidator will tell you that you must deal with the seller for a refund. They also stated that the seller has your credit card information. (You would think they would shelter that information from the seller.) The seller said he had sold the same tickets twice and he would refund, but did not. Ticket Liquidator states on their webpage that the buyer has no worries as there is 125% guarantee if tickets are not delivered. But when you call them for help with the refund, you will get the runaround. You must deal with the seller (but the seller doesn't answer and says he has refunded when he has not). They say there is nothing they can do as you called after hours (6pm and 8am? EST?). They will not allow you to speak with anyone who can really do anything to get your refund done (it appears) especially in a timely fashion.
We waited over a month after calling 3 times with no refund issued. And after disputing the charges with our credit card company after no refund after 2 weeks of asking Ticket Liquidator and the seller, we are now told there is nothing Ticket Liquidator can do about getting the charges refunded. Ticket Liquidator and the seller both failed miserably in refunding the customer in a timely fashion for product never delivered (and neither is denying that the tickets were never delivered). After lots of wasted time and energy, we still do not have the money refunded. Best not to use Ticket Liquidator and their approved sellers.

After comparing their site with the Metropolitan Opera seating chart on the Met original site, from the chart it seemed that Ticket Liquidator had a slight advantage. So, silly me, I went ahead and requested specific seats, the price of which was $127 each. I booked two seats and was upset that they charged two service fees of $23.50 plus $25 for express delivery. But I accepted my oversight. By then, the tickets on the Metropolitan Opera site were already more appealing and less expensive! But the real problem was that (not having paid attention to the return confirmation and the "wrong seats" posted) we arrived at the Opera and found ourselves shocked with seats in the last row in family circle box A seats 22 and 24.
I rushed to the box office and claimed that this is a huge mistake. I could not have paid $326.00 for these seats. Box office told me that these seats were purchased by somebody else and their value was $20.00 apiece. When asked to give us better seats, they were willing to rollover the credits of $20 per ticket to a ticket in the grand tier for additional $200.00 per ticket, which we ended up buying without rolling over the credit because I was convinced that the company will admit to their mistake and refund me the original tickets. Now, we are out of over $550.00. I feel Ticket Liquidator had sent me the wrong seats, and they should rectify the problem with new tickets for future opera or refund the funds. I am certainly not planning to ever use them again.

So I called on the phone to explain my need for this ticket. Well, I got an email that told me they moved me to another area and had shipped my ticket already. I called right away and told them "This is not possible. I'm supposed to be with my grandchildren." They gave me the seller's phone number and they told me there was nothing I could do about it and it's too bad.
I spoke to Ticket Liquidator, and they said someone must have bought the tickets at the same time; but these tickets are still available. I know what happened. They had a single ticket and used me to get rid of it. I paid 4-5 times face value to be with my family for the holidays, not to sit alone. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. Then, I called and they said they could mail by the 20th of Nov. Show is on the 24th. I live in PA and was traveling and not at home or a hotel. They said pick up near venue the day of the show at a restaurant. Since the tickets were guaranteed center Mezzanine Rows A-H, I said why couldn't they get the ticket to the pickup location on the 21st. I would be in New York that day. They could not guarantee that, and I think because they get you what is left day of the show. I could buy guaranteed seats for the same price from another vendor, so I asked them to cancel my order. The order had not even posted to my account, and they refused to cancel. They said I would have to put in a dispute with Visa. Therefore, I could not purchase my guaranteed better seats with another vendor because I do not know if I would win the dispute. Bottom line, they are scammers. I still do not know which seats I have, if any, until last minute before the show (tickets to be picked up at a bar). Sketchy.

We dealt with Ticket Liquidator, the tickets were sold by a company called "MyTicketTracker.com" and my credit card was hit by a company called Ticket Network Direct. The ticket seller was not identified when you order tickets. It's a difficult path to follow when you get ripped off. The tickets to the Belmont Stakes were supposed to be seats, they turned out to be standing room only general admission tickets with a face value of $20.00 per person. We paid $138.24 for two tickets. The tickets look like Xerox copies. The company claims that they are e-tickets, my friends have real tickets and these don't resemble their tickets.
We have been to the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness and feel that the Belmont may complete the Triple Crown. We are horse owners from Maryland and are really disappointed in the service and response we have gotten from this company. The first call we made, we were told that there was no way to guarantee these tickets were real. We have to drive 200 miles each way and not get in (stay in a motel) before we can get a refund. This is not a responsive company and they hide behind the other companies that are involved in the process. We just want our money back and will watch it on TV. Three different companies to sell 2 tickets? Come on. It appears that when you deal with these people, they hide behind a claim that everyone involved is trustworthy and the other guy sold you the tickets.

They claimed that the vending company (Song Entertainment 4) was to blame for not being more descriptive of where the seat was located. They should have specified the difference between front and rear mezzanines, and didn't do anything to try and rectify the situation. I found some tickets with Ticket Liquidators, who also go by the name of Ticket Tracker. The cost of three tickets through this company were $754.44. This included a $208 per ticket charge, $38 service charge, and $15 for standard delivery. When the tickets arrived, we noticed that the value listed on the tickets was only $75 plus a $3 service charge per ticket. We immediately attempted to contact Ticket Liquidator to question the almost 250% mark up. Yet, I could not get anyone to call us back or respond in any way until after the show.
When we finally did hear from them, their response was that the cost of the tickets is predetermined by licensed ticket sellers who list on their site. In other words, this is a common practice of theirs to mark up the tickets almost 250% and have no qualms or concerns about the ethics of this practice. In today's economy, we have companies like this that vulture on people and refuse to discuss or communicate in any way until it is too late. Beware of this company and their practices.

The tickets for the New Orleans concert on 1/26/08 are starting at $500.00 a piece and go upwards to $2000.00. FOR ONE TICKET. The tickets were sold out before they were even introduced to the public due to an internet presale for mileyworld.com members and I am convinced that all of the mileyworld members had to be deviant adults only interested in making a buck. A 'average' parentdoesn't have a chanceto get a ticket unless they are willing to pay the outrageous prices.
