When we purchased from Ticket Liquidator, it was real smooth and we got the tickets right away. However, I didn’t know about the service fee. We thought it’s just going to be $200, but it’s almost $300. Before I book again, I’ll go through different agencies to see if that’s allowed because that's a lot.

I was trying to find tickets for the Barnum & Bailey Circus and was directed to Ticket Liquidator by Google. I purchased for my family and then it turned out my mother-in-law was here but I was able to buy an additional ticket about two rows away. There was a moment of concern on my side when I bought the tickets about six weeks before the performance but they weren't available until a day or two before the actual performance. I was a little worried but it all worked out. However, I find all of these ticket agencies, whether it's StubHub or Ticket Liquidator or my local opera box office, have service charges that are aggravating and a little unjustified. I am always struck by what feels to me like a little bit of grabbing my money. It's all going through computers and I end up paying $10 a ticket for some sort of processing fee and that rubs me the wrong way, but that's not Ticket Liquidator per se. But I would recommend Ticket Liquidator.

In addition, I thought the currency was in Canadian, but it was in US dollars. So when I bought the ticket, it was C$221 and when I saw my bill, it was C$300. I called about the whole thing and some of their customer service is very rude. The guy I talked to was acting like an idiot. Everything was a mess so, I won’t be buying tickets from Ticket Liquidator anymore.

Tickets were for Lion King in Detroit on 2/25. Unaware that group tickets can not be exchanged! I needed handicapped access and was denied! Received the tickets and had a face value of $35, I paid $122 plus fees and shipping?!?! Tickets were 5 times face value!!!

I was looking for some tickets for a hockey game and used a service online called MyPoints. Ticket Liquidator is a vendor on MyPoints. So if I purchase my tickets through MyPoints using Ticket Liquidator, I get points. And so far, I've only purchased two sets of tickets for NHL hockey games. At the end of my purchase, there was a pop-up window that said, "Click here to get an additional $10 off or $20 off." I don't know if it was specifically Ticket Liquidator pop-up, but it happened both times. And that's the only thing that I didn't like about it. I found the service to work really well. The tickets came instantly online, and I was able to print them out.

I was extremely disappointed to discover upon delivery of my tickets that I had been significantly overcharged. "Scalping", I believe is the official term. I was charged over $600 for tickets with a combined total face value of barely $200. I was lead to believe the tickets were valued at $250 per ticket plus over $50 in fees per ticket. Instead, upon receiving the actual tickets they had a face value of only $95 plus a $12 service charge. Thanks for ripping me off. I will never use Ticket Liquidator again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about the scam.

I've been using Ticket Liquidator on and off for four years and I've never had an issue with them. Sometimes, I've been able to get better prices with them than with other providers. Also, the tickets have always been delivered in the expected timeframe.

I have used Ticket Liquidator about a couple of years ago and when I wanted to see Styx recently, Ticket Liquidator had an ad in my email. I clicked on it and they had what I wanted and the price seemed in line. All went really easy and worked really well. I followed their procedure and there were no hiccups along the way at all.

I got fantastic service and I super appreciate the amazing ease of purchasing the digital tickets and the quick receipt of them, but I'm only giving a 4 star rating, because while I'm totally ok with paying a fee for this type of great service, an additional $7.95 for {digital delivery} on top of the $20 service fees, seems unnecessary to me. Maybe I don't understand what goes into the process.

To be in such a small venue with the voice of the Moody Blues -- WOW! It was another great show and Justin Hayward remains in great voice. In this performance he sang songs of the Moodies plus songs of his alone. Every one of the songs was awesome and his comments sometimes quite funny. What a great night for us fans! I found the company online, followed the instructions and everything went smoothly.

I did get the email download and the tickets were valid. Just be careful of the date they say you can get the tickets as opposed to when you do actually get them.

My daughter was perfectly happy with the tickets but if we're being fair they were sky high overpriced. I got 49 dollar tickets for over 150!?! It was my choice to pay it but if I knew they were 49 dollars I would have thought twice. Decent seats. Thank you.

Since the first time that I used their services, it worked well and their website is where to get trustable tickets. Sometimes, their tickets are also a little bit cheaper than the other ticket providers. I purchased tickets from them for a couple of events and the last one was for the Jingle Ball in New York where I bought Justin Bieber tickets. It was always a positive interaction too with the Ticket Liquidator representatives because they solved my doubts or some of my questions about payment, my account or where to pick up the tickets. But Ticket Liquidator could have more people using their services if they also have deals like the one StubHub has in which they grant $10 for the next purchase.

I get concert and sporting event tickets from Ticket Liquidator. They were easy to deal with. I was concerned that I'll be sitting looking at a pole all night and not be able to really see the show. They called me back right away when I called and took care of my concern. They said that those are actually good seats but just for my trouble, they gave me a free parking pass so I don't have to pay for parking. Then it was actually good seats. They definitely went above and beyond. And also each time they deliver the tickets in the expected timeframe. My experience with them was great. I'll definitely use them again.

I got a couple of NHL hockey game tickets from Ticket Liquidators. As a consumer, the price was reasonable. It was better than the other site I looked at. Their price was less than face value. They had a couple of follow-ups to say that they hope I enjoy the game and to think of using them again. It's convenient. Everything went through quickly and perfectly. It was a great night, and the tickets were good. I couldn't have been any happier so I will continue to use them. I passed on their name to some other people since, and I'll continue to do that.

We purchased tickets for the Cirque du Soleil on Ticket Liquidator. Their price is half the price of Ticketmaster's. We were pretty happy with our overall experience. Their staff was very nice, and we got our ticket delivered in the expected time frame. The seats we got were good and we felt like we got a good deal.

My mother bought tickets to go see the Lion King in New Orleans on January 14th back in OCTOBER. It is now 7pm on January 13th and we still have no tickets. She was informed back in December that the tickets would be sent 12/28. Then she received another email pushing back the delivery date to 1/4. She patiently waited for the tickets, hoping they would come. No sight of them whatsoever. She called the broker and they looked into what was happening and said that the person who originally owned the tickets didn't send them when they were supposed to.

By mistake I did print the paper with all the information. I did show credit card and ID. And I was denied to see the show because I did not buy tickets directly with the Cirque du Soleil. They tore apart the paper with all the information and told me they can not give back to me.

I just wish all of these places would lower their fees because it's disgusting how much everyone's cornered to market on it and everyone charges these outrageous fees which is wrong. From start to finish, working with your company was a nightmare. The service staff was non-responsive and when they did respond they were rude. It is clear that customers are not important to your company. I will never buy tickets from you again.

5 years ago I was looking for tickets for a concert. I went through lots of websites and came across Ticket Liquidators, and since then we've been buying lots of tickets from them. I usually deal with a ticket broker and I only use Ticket Liquidators if my ticket broker doesn't have the tickets that I'm looking for. I try not to buy from them because of the high broker fees that they are charging. But their representative is usually helpful when I call them when the tickets do not arrive in a timely manner. Overall I'll only recommend them to a friend as a go to place when they have no choice. For example, if I spend $10,000 with them I'll spend $120,000 somewhere else because the service fee is lower.

We got tickets from Ticket Liquidator for Pet Shop Boys and the Fillmore Beach and everything worked out fine. The only thing we didn’t like was the venue because we paid for the pit pricing but when we got there, the pit was full and we couldn’t stand anywhere. It was hard and we stood on the stairs and didn’t have an actual seat. They said it was VIP and that we should stand in the pit. But towards the end of the evening, we went around the other side and then we were able to get into the pit but not close enough. But that’s okay and it was fine. Still, TicketLiquidator was awesome. We had to pick the tickets up at a certain area and they told us where they were at in the will-call area in the VIP and they were there.

First, my experience with Ticket Liquidator was HORRIBLE! I ordered these tickets 9/1/16. I could NOT select specific seats, only the general area, i.e. Second Tier. I was charged $482.50 — WOW! These must be “premium seats…” WRONG! I asked and paid for the tickets to be delivered to the Park Central Hotel across the street from Carnegie Hall. I called multiple times because the tickets had not arrived and the performance was 2 days away. THEY COULD NOT TRACK THE TICKETS and could not tell if, when or if ever the tickets would be delivered. Finally they said I could walk across the street to the box office and get them. This I did... WAS I SHOCKED!! I got my tickets, they were marked $18 each, Second Tier, Box 12, Seats 4 & 5… PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTED!!

We've purchased tickets from Ticket Liquidator countless times - Adele tickets, Cher tickets. I bought tickets everywhere - in New York City, Nashville, Tennessee, Augusta, Georgia, Charlotte - and I have had nothing but good experiences with them other than the price. They're expensive. One time, I was getting concerned about the Adele tickets at Madison Square Garden getting there and then all of a sudden I got them a month earlier than what they said. We’ve had tickets on the gift cards which we’ve had issues with. We learned that the tickets don't go to the readers when they get tickets through a ticket source. When they read them at the door, you have to go to the ticket office at the event and they will issue paper tickets which is good and my daughter loves that.

I bought 2 tickets off of this site and when I went to the concert they were rejected because apparently the girl that sold them to me also sold them to other people also and the box office told me that there's nothing that can be done. So how can people use this site to steal people's money. I am out 300 dollars now.

Three years back, I typed in Google "cheap tickets for an event". Ticket Liquidator was the first one that came up and I started going through that one and then a couple more. I decided to buy from them because it’s quick, easy to look up tickets, it gives you an expanded seating chart unlike the other sites and it’s cheaper. I buy tickets for concerts, sporting events and a children’s events. Whenever I buy tickets, I usually buy two or more, so I take advantage of their promotions, because every once in a while, they’ll do the 10% off of a $100 or 20% off a $200. Tickets were delivered on time and are always legit. I will continue using them.

With Ticket Liquidator, I've always had a good experience. I ran across them online and purchased tickets for baseball, football, concerts, and theater from them. The only buzzkill for me is to get down to the end and find out that I'm paying a lot more than I expected to be paying. If I knew upfront how much things are gonna cost before I commit, it might have a better impact on what I do. I'd like to be able to shop ticket providers and find out who’s got really the best deal but it's all the same for all ticket sales people since they got their fees at the end. Then there's another one that a friend of mine used but we got various tickets that didn't work and that was really bad. I've never had that experience with Ticket Liquidator and the tickets were always good. I even get the tickets on time. So, the bottom line is they work and that's important.

I was purchasing 4 Bon Jovi tickets for March 2017 using Ticket Liquidators. I observed an insurance charge ($14.95) that was not checked on my billing information page. I agreed to a $7.95 charge to have the tickets emailed to me. Tickets were $193 a piece for 4 totaling $772 plus $8 (email service). $780 was the total displayed cost for the tickets. I reviewed my personal information and proceeded to the review my purchase page. The computer screen flashed and my total for the tickets was $1011. I was charged a service fee of $231. That is more than the cost of one ticket. This is definitely a scam. I called and was told I reviewed my purchase before completing the transaction. I strongly disagree... My friends agreed to pay the difference. I hope these tickets are legitimate.

I've been using Ticket Liquidator for Denver Nuggets and concert tickets because of the price and everything has been going smoothly. I was supposed to have a rebate but I got disconnected while I was on the call. I don't think I got it because I haven't gotten anything from them.

Got tickets to Barbara Streisand in Houston. All the way through the different order pages, it kept on showing only a 7.50 fee for the tickets. However when I received the final receipt on an email, it showed another $150 service fees. Very sneaky – why do they not place that service fee all the way through the purchasing process. There was electronic availability for the delivery of the tickets and I could get there right away. That was the biggest thing about Ticket Liquidator. I got a few promotions along the way too. I've had a few chats with their staff and my experience has been very seamless from payments to delivery. Ticket Liquidator could send me more discount coupons if they want, though. I’m very satisfied with them and I have recommended them.

They were first on the list and they had tickets, and knowing those tickets were in short supply, I just went ahead and got them. I had one delivered and picked up the other one in person. They requested for financial information so I called and confirmed it. Then they called and said they didn't get the information. Fortunately I had the name of the guy that I talked to and he confirmed and they made it right, so I still got the tickets.

They always have the seating chart available and now they've got the actual views of the seats that pop up. It's really convenient. A couple of times I was offered a 10% but there was nothing available at the time that I was interested in. My tickets were always delivered on time except for one incident where they held on to them and I didn't know why. I shot out a ping and they sent them right away. They were pleasant about it.

We tried using this company for tickets to Grand Ole Opry. When we found out it did not include everything we wanted, I called back to cancel tickets within 5 minutes. They would not answer the phone, and when I got through would not return my call. We did not use the tickets, and they would not refund the money. I called Ticketmaster. They said, "Hold on. We're going to get you Phish ticketing." And it turned out to be TicketLiquidator. The had tickets close to the date of some shows I wanted to go to. I went and printed the tickets. The person told me that I wasn't going to be charged, and they could save me some money by getting them myself. And I went to Office Depot, and had them print the ticket out for me because it was about a week away from the shows. I didn't want to trust TicketLiquidator being delivered but I got charged for a delivery fee.

I like Ticket Liquidator's website - how it's constructed, how I can easily see the tickets that are available without having to wait the way that I do with Ticketmaster, and the way it lets me see the venues and then select by the seats. It's the easiest website for getting tickets and I have bought concerts and sporting events tickets thru them. I have recommended them.

We were trying to get Green Day concert tickets and going with Ticket Liquidator was the route that it took us to get that done. It was very thorough and very easy to get them on the phone. Also, they told us to sign up with Great Fun where we can get discounts for movie theaters, etc. Then they said they would send us a rebate in the mail if we signed up for this program. I purchased tickets to the Cubs vs Dodgers game for $530, drove 3 1/2 hours to Chicago, and was told at Wrigley Field that the tickets were fraudulent. They stamped a big VOID on them and we were sent home. We had to cancel our credit card, called the company and they said they can't do anything unless we fax the tickets or get a 'letterhead' from Wrigley. They didn't even ask for any of my information and were NO help at all. PLUS the man at the box office at Wrigley said that this happens a lot with said company. So not only did we not see the game, we are just out that money and the 7 hrs we spent in the car. I will NEVER do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. Worst experience EVER.

What I really liked about them was the way they lay out the ballpark, people get the view of the ball field from where they're sitting. Their price was the lowest because every other site has fees, so the tickets may cost the same, but when you add these fees, the prices go much higher on the other sites.
