I purchased tickets from Liquidator for a concert. I should have trusted the reviews. I got to the event, tickets didn't work. The person with the real tickets to the event were already in the concert. I had to purchase real tickets at the ticket booth to get into the event. The only way to get a refund from Ticket Liquidator is to get a letter or an email in writing from the concert venue that the tickets were invalid. WHAT? I was supposed to ask the ticket counter person at the event to present me with something in writing to the reason they wouldn't take my tickets? Or, call after the concert and expect to be remembered out of the thousands of people there? Horrible customer service. I am out a lot of money. BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY STEALS!

When Shawn Mendes came to Milwaukee on June 25th I really wanted front row. Ticket Liquidator had front row so we bought it but hadn’t heard good reviews from the company. Tickets were real, Karen from customer service was great! Not saying no one will get scammed from this website but we had a good experience so I wanted to let anyone else know that not all of their tickets are scams!

Purchased tickets on 1-9-2019. 4 tickets Received email. All looked great. Printed tickets and downloaded to phone. When I got to venue they would not accept tickets. Ticket appeared good but venue informed me that tickets were not valid. Called the 800 number and even though the agent was pleasant he could not resolve the issue with tickets.
In the end, could not see show that had planned with family and paid over $1000 for. They said they would give a refund once I provided evidence that tickets were not valid, which the venue provided. They said that they would contact me within a few days to give me what they determined in their investigation??? What, I paid you for tickets that were not valid and we could not get in and destroyed our evening. I call Amex to dispute charges so they can investigate all they want. I don't have a problem overpaying for tickets for an event I want to go to. I don't have the time to purchase way in advance, but these third-party resellers need to be more accountable. These are people's plans and some occasions can't be redone. I think a refund and a fine of some sort should be in order!!!

Went online May 29, 2018 to purchase Eagle Concert Tickets, for Sat September 8, 2018 and were given seats lower level Section 102, Row 22. They were to send tickets to be printed out by Sept 4th and we never received the ticket delivery, so we called. So on the 4th we called and they would look into it. We never received a call back and it was the day before the concert. We called again and the lady stated they were not available. Then stated they would send us some cheap seats way up top in corner back side of stage. The seats were section 201, row 6, seats 1 & 2. This was all they had.
We were extremely disappointed with all this. We paid originally $748.95 for the 2 seats, then the tickets we finally got cost $199.00. Then on Sept 7, 2018 they only refunded $208.00. When we called concerning amount refunded was not sufficient they said we would have to call somewhere else. DO NOT GET TICKETS FROM THIS VENDOR... YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. We ended up paying $270.50 per seat...for 99.00 seats...was not worth it.

This company is putrid. I purchased two tickets for a show I’ve been waiting on for a year two months early and the tickets were supposed to be digitally delivered the day before the concert. This in itself was annoying, however I was willing to wait. I called four times throughout the day before the concert and in the morning the manager promised I would have tickets by the afternoon. The afternoon “manager” at their call center stated enthusiastically that I would most certainly have tickets by the end of the day due to the tickets being released by the venue at a certain time the day before. This made no sense, as other ticket websites had them available for instant download a month ahead.
Anyhow, of course now it’s midnight going into the day of the show and I still don’t have my tickets. Their prices can be fair, but buyer beware - their customer service lies and makes false promises, does not care about the consumer, and allows incompetent sellers to operate through their website. Management lying was the worst part. After the morning manager stated the company would offer comparable tickets to me if I didn’t have my tickets by the end of the day, the evening manager stated they would ensure I have tickets by the time of the show which is ridiculous. If the tickets don’t show up then I’m out of luck.
The tickets were supposed to arrive the day before at latest, not five minutes before I have to leave for the show. This company is unbelievable. Stay far far away like the plague. Complaint and dispute filed with credit card company, can’t wait to get my money back as a big ** to all five rude customer service agents and call center “managers” employed by this unprofessional and VILE company. Heed my warning and good luck finding quality tickets.

Made a mistake by one day. Called 1 minute after mistake. Would not let me switch dates even though they had tickets. Put me on hold 20 minute. Use a different site. This one is overpriced and poorly managed. Obviously it was an honest mistake on my part. They had other dates. Refused to listen. Period.

Purchased a ticket for Tuesday June 12th on Ticket Liquidator for the U.S golf open. The instructions on my receipt stated that I needed to pick-up my ticket at the will call window at the event on Tuesday. When I got there I was told that they never have tickets sent there from third party sources. I did not have a ticket after spending 108.00 for a ticket with a face value of 60.00. I have since contacted Ticket Liquidator and they tell me the ticket was there at 7 am. This is not true. I was told 100% that no way. No. How are any tickets delivered to the venue from third party sellers. Ticket Liquidator refuses to refund my purchase. Never again.

I really don’t write reviews but had to write one on Ticket Liquidator. After I purchased some tickets for my 13 year old daughter for the boyband BTS on 5/5 for the concert they having on 9/29/2018 at Newark Prudential Ctr. Well on 5/6 I was given a call from them to tell me that the 2 tickets I purchased weren’t available. Mind you they charged my credit card right away and send me the email confirmation # for the tickets purchased. I was so upset I asked what happened, what was the reason and their representative says. "Oh someone must have purchased the same tickets 5 seconds before you." Wtf.
Now we all know that is a big bunch of BS. They got more money for them and called me to tell me this bull crap. Yea I said to her, "Thanks for the horrible experience with you guys." I will never purchase tickets from Ticket Liquidator ever. I hope millions of consumers see this message and think twice before purchasing anything from them. I was lucky enough that tickets weren’t sold out and got to purchase 2 tickets from Stub Hub a little more pricier but for your kids anything is possible!!!

Bought 2 tickets to 2018 Coachella Music Festival from Ticket Liquidator at TicketLiquidator.com because they purportedly "Verified" the tickets and the authenticity, and "guaranteed" them. Got to the concert to pick them up and was told by the police it was a "scam" and there are no tickets. Many others were victimized as well. I called and wrote Ticket Liquidator and they acknowledged many people got scammed on their website but said there was "nothing" they could do about it, and I should just contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! I bought replacement tickets through StubHub.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option, that is how I would rate my experience with Ticket Liquidator. I purchased two tickets for Les Miserables back in January of 2017 for a performance in April 2018. (76th birthday gift for my mom). I received an email after purchase that my tickets would be available for download and printout after April 4th for the show on the 11th. I called them twice and was told that they would "email the supplier and ask them to send my tickets". Third call this evening, I finally got a straight answer from a representative (the show is tomorrow!) that they are sorry but they don't have the tickets I ordered and PAID FOR.
They could not issue me alternate tickets because the seats are now $90 more per ticket. They are refunding me (yeah, I'll believe it when I see it...). I managed to get last minute tickets from Ticketmaster and will pick them up at WILL CALL so those tickets actually do exist. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT Ticket Liquidator is, NEVER USE THEM!

Now that I have sold over $2,000 in tickets sales with them they "FROZE" my payouts and don't want to pay me for the ticket sales. Total scam of a company and it's unfortunate because I thought they were the **, the tickets I listed with them all sold within a couple of days.

I bought 2 tickets to Hamilton a year before the show as a gift (something I would usually never do). I was super nervous all year because I spent over $1000 and hoped it was legit. They had good reviews and the best prices so I did it. Well, they called this week and told me to pick up the tickets at will-call. We drove 3 hours for the show, and not only were the tickets actually there, but they moved the seats way up and the two teens I took ended up with amazing, incredible views. I'm so happy!!

The email with the link says to show the label/ QR code to be let into the arena. We show up to the event. Wait in a line to get checked in. My husband's ticket is fine. Mine shows expired. My ticket expired at 6:10pm. We tried scanning it at 6:11. I called Ticket Liquidator & ticket tracker. Ticket Liquidator customer service rep said there was nothing they could do. It was a real hassle getting our tickets. They were not made available until 48 hours before the show. As we were on vacation, we had no computer, so we had to pay to use one. The first time we did the tickets were not available yet. We then went to the box office and they had no record of the tickets. Then we went to another pay computer and printed our tickets and went back to the box office. They weren't sure the tickets were good and told us to show up at 7:30 when the gates opened in case our tickets were no good. We waited in line for about an hour and then were let in at 7:30. The tickets were good, but it was now another 90 minutes until show time. The seats were not very good and the 2 large women behind us were half in our seats the whole show. We could have gotten better seats at a lower price and avoided all the hassle if we would have just waited and bought them in Vegas. A very bad experience.

My experience with Ticket Liquidator has not been very good. I purchased tickets from them and it was triple the price in the end. When I bought the tickets, they said $80 per ticket. By the time it was all said and done, it was $260 for two tickets, including after service fees, which was absolutely ridiculous. Face value for the tickets is $37 so it was a big hose job. And then, Loverboy played five songs and walked off because the singer got sick. And there were no refunds. I paid more to see Loverboy that I paid to see Paul McCartney, Pink Floyd, Bon Jovi and Fleetwood Mac. If the concert went off it would have been just fine but it didn't which puts a sour taste in everybody's mouth. At that point, I just wanted a personal refund. We're Canadian and we would have just taken an exchange to go see them again but that's not the way it went down. We're not very happy at all and I would not recommend them to anybody.

I finally received my 4 tickets from 2 different transfers at 6:08 pm and the concert began at 7 pm. We had a 4 hour travel time. We drove 4 hrs not knowing if the $1000+ tickets would be transferred or not. I had spent all morning on the phone (yes I have the proof) with Ticket Liquidator trying to convince them that I HAD NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ANYONE VIA TICKETMASTER WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCEPT TRANSFER! The first hour or so with Ticketliquidator (TL), the agent was in contact with MyTicketTracker.com, the seller of my tickets whom had NOT replied to my previous email concerns and their phone was constantly busy signal each time I tried to call that morning.
The TL agent supposedly was telling Mytickettracker.com (MTT) that due to 4 hour travel, I needed my tickets now. Accordingly to previous emails with TL, Peggy **, Customer Support Team, replied to me (9/1/17;10/25/17), saying Bridgestone Arena in Nashville "Due to regulations set, e-tickets and mobile transfer tickets will not be available until about 24 hours prior prior to the event. You will receive an email when your tickets have been uploaded and are ready to access." I spoke with 3 different agents at TL who told me that I had just been sent an email.
The stories just kept changing with every agent I was transferred to! One guy told me at 1:00 CT to go ahead and start traveling. The tickets would arrive. So we did. By 3:39 pm CT when no email from TL, MTT, or Any email with my name "via TicketMaster" which I had been told to look for had not arrived (yes I had checked Spam, Junk, etc. I had received other emails from TL and TicketMaster TM for promotional ads so I knew I could receive email), I called TL and stayed on phone for 1 hr 3 min to a VERY RUDE AND NOT VERY COMPASSIONATE customer service agent. He insisted that it was basically my problem with email and that the tickets had been delivered to my live.com address (we verified address) at 5:02 CT. I needed to click on it to accept transfer. He said it couldn't be sent again.
He connected me to Jeff at MTT who was NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING and again said basically it was my problem and I needed to contact TM because the seller had sent the ticket transfer email to my live.com address and nothing more could be done. Furthermore, no refund could be made because they had "proof" of transfer. When I ask if they could forward me an email of proof, they said no, it was confidential. So at 4:46 pm CT, I called TM and reached the KINDEST, MOST UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I had not even bought from them directly because no tickets were available... had to go through another broker... Big mistake.
She looked at my TM live.com account and said absolutely no activity of transfer. I told her TL and MTT said they had confirmation from TM of receipt of transfer of tickets to my account at live.com. She said that was absolutely untrue. She asked for my seat numbers which I supplied. After searching through various programs she had, she was able to locate the seats and she "electronic transfer activity occurring on those 4 seats". She said call MTT back and tell them that they had obviously sent the email to the wrong address (or worse cheated me and were transferring them to someone else). She explained that I must receive the email from the seller and click on "accept transfer". Then the tickets would be in my TM account.
At 5:25 pm CT, I was able to get through to MTT directly and the stars were aligned and I was blessed with a lady who WAS COMPASSIONATE AND WILLINGLY TO BELIEVE ME AND THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX TO SOLVE THE ISSUE! She said it wasn't the first time with electronic transfer issues with TM and certain email accounts. She reached out to the individuals who had actually bought the tickets and sent the transfers. They said yes they had sent. I gave her my gmail.com account to try. Very soon, 5:48 pm CT, I received to my live.com account, 2 separate emails from "Amber **... Via Ticketmaster and from David **... via Ticketmaster". These came through with no issues directly to my inbox. Both canceled my Ticket Transfer Invite.
Now why I could receive these and couldn't receive the ones they had SUPPOSEDLY sent at 5:02 pm CT, I don't know. I went back and did a search of Spam for any of those associated names and nothing came up. They had to cancel the request I was told and resend the new request to my gmail account. At 6:08 pm CT, 42 min BEFORE THE CONCERT (thankfully we had parked downtown and were ready), I received 2 emails from customer_support@ticketmaster.com saying "Rodger **... Sent you tickets... Accept Your Ticket Transfer." It was at THAT POINT THAT I WAS SUCCESSFUL AT TRANSFERRING TICKETS.
After approximately 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH TL AND MTL, relentless with my pursuit of my tickets that were somewhere and being given the runaround. NEVER, ever again will I purchase from TL or MTT! If I had not been willing to stay on the phone and IF AT 5:25, I had not finally reached someone willing to help me, I would have lost $1000. TL had already told me that. It wasn't their problem that I wasn't accepting the transfer EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT RECEIVED IT. I have visual proof and voice recordings of all of this. Because I was taking them to court if I had not received my tickets. It was A NIGHTMARE!

Ticket Liquidator advertised their price for tickets, and then charged $125 fee, over and above the ticket price. This was not given up front nor any notification was ever given that the fees were so extremely high. They gave my credit card information to another party to charge me yet another $225 over what they promised in the website as you are ordering the tickets. I cancelled the tickets and the customer service rep on the phone was extremely rude, angry and not helpful at all. Everyone I have been talking to has said to stay away from them as their surcharges are out of this world. They don't want to help you and I am told are just out to get your money. I found Ticket Liquidator online when I was doing a search on tickets and they propped up first. They had the tickets for the sections I was looking at. That's the only reason why I chose them, but I usually go through other websites like StubHub or Gametime. I bought from Ticket Liquidator once but it wasn't too great because it came up to more money. They gave a price for the Dodgers game and then they gave me another price when it got settled. They called me about a $25 promotion and they wanted more information. I thought it was odd and pretty much a rip-off. I hung up on them and I never got a discount, and there was never a charge on to my account. Buying from them was more of a last-minute situation. I got the tickets right away in the email, but I was not too satisfied. I won't be using them again and I'll just go through StubHub.

One of my friends told me about Ticket Liquidator two years ago when I was in Chicago and I’ve used them to buy baseball tickets since the tickets were cheap. They also had a lot of options and they had what we were looking for. Their reps were perfect and I have recommended them to people. I used the online function for the delivery of tickets so when I requested, I got them a couple of minutes later then I printed them off.
There was an incident when I used my Irish card to buy tickets from them and I got charged twice. There was a hold on the payments so I called their number and I got through to somebody who was representing Ticket Liquidator. She was able to tell me that the transaction hadn't been processed because I was using a foreign card. Then, I used my Canadian one and it worked. I also got refunded the money. So if you're going to buy tickets online, make sure they know that you’re buying from another country. I’m in Toronto now and I didn't know that the prices were in US dollars, not Canadian dollars, until I got through to the point when I was paying. I thought I may as well buy them because I was this far anyway and it didn't make me aware straightaway that I was going to be charged in US dollars. So, by the time I checked my balance from my currency in Euros or Canadian dollars, I'd seen that the price was a little bit more.
