    How do you possibly add all these exorbitant fees? I bought 2 $200 tickets which is ridiculous enough, but you add $150 in additional fees, listed as: Applicable fee-- I paid for the ticket, what is this fee? Delivery fee-- you're not delivering a thing! There's no paper tickets! Transaction fee- maybe $5 for credit card transfer.

    Seriously, how do you justify this! This is utterly ridiculous!

    I purchased tickets that stated row 1 seats 37 and 38. I attempted to purchase additional tickets after inviting friends. Then, come to find out. The tickets were standing room only. I brought this to Stubhub's attention and they refused to make it right. They said that the information was only filler and I should have been aware they were standing room tickets. Even though the description did not state that. I was recommended to resell them and when I tried to put the row and seat numbers, it does not allow that. Explaining that to stubhub to make my point they would not accept any accountability. I don't normally, ever write reviews. If I don't like something, I don't use it. But the fact that they don't accept any responsibility for their actions or inaccurate descriptions is a poor business practice and stubhub should be held accountable. Reading all of these accounts. I assume they have never been held accountable. I will never use their service again.

    Someone made a purchase on my account by somehow successfully logging in. I was notified of the purchase by my credit card company and immediately called them as well as StubHub. Stubhub acted swiftly by canceling the order. That being said, they also permanently canceled my account instead of just having me change my password. My issue with this is that I had previously purchased tickets with them for Luke Combs and am now currently unable to access those tickets. Their trust and safety team has been extremely unresponsive and I’ve found it very difficult to speak to any of their managers.

    Their only response to any of my correspondence was to please call customer service. Call center representatives as well as social media representatives have advised me to file a dispute with my credit card company for my previously ordered tickets. I’ve done so but have still not got my money back and StubHub has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or show any empathy toward the situation. They have lost my trust and business. Steer clear!

    Purchased Boston Celtic Tickets. With fees the total was $915. Following the purchase the link to my tickets stopped working. I am no longer able to access the tickets. Customer Service is entirely unhelpful. They keep telling me that they need another 24-48 hours. Wait for an email that never shows up. Terrible customer service. Never will use again. AVOID PURCHASING FROM STUBHUB AT ALL COST!

    StubHub has been a horrible experience. We already had our trip planned and StubHub did not do as promised. Nobody did what they said they would or even followed up on anything. Didn't provide 2 tickets as promised...didn't get the 2nd ticket....didn't replace tickets... Customer representative hung up without doing what he said. Refunded instead of replacing with same or better. We actually bought 2 other tickets and went to the game... StubHub sent a refund as we were walking out after the game. 1st time user... NEVER EVER USING Stubhub AGAIN AND I'LL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY!!! Thanks for nothing but 5 days of frustration.

    Long story short, StubHub could not have gotten our tickets more wrong, and the ticket information in the confirmation email was correct----it was not until we got to the venue that we realized the seats were almost as wrong as they could be (not the main floor, as in the confirmation email, but literally in the last row of the hall). I'm still kind of stunned that StubHub could be so diametrically wrong. Never again will we use this service.

    I purchased 3 Taylor Swift-Paris tickets on StubHub, for which I paid in full and then received a written confirmation. The Seller immediately cancelled the sale and contacted me directly, using my personal information leaked by StubHub, to try to get me to pay him directly for the tickets outside of the StubHub platform. Outrageous.

    Then I notified StubHub and expected to be protected by their ticket replacement guarantee created for this exact fraud. Instead, StubHub offered me inferior tickets or tickets without even a section number or row number identified so no way of knowing if the new seats were comparable to the original ones (which I suspect they were not). Repeated requests to StubHub to clarify were ignored and as of this writing StubHub refuses to honor their replacement ticket guarantee policy despite touting it. Beware. Scammers all over StubHub who doesn't control the tickets and then worse than the scammers do not stand behind their claims.

    I purchased tickets to a Milwaukee Bucks game online and was very excited about the location of the seats for me and my son. I completed the transaction online, received confirmation of the purchase, and received the tickets from the seller in an email a short time later. As I was traveling to the event with my son (Illinois to Wisconsin - 2 hours), I received an email from Stubhub saying "unfortunately the tickets from the seller are no longer available". They offered me "alternative tickets" that were inferior in quality along with a $2 voucher.

    I paid over $322 for the tickets and $100 in fees to Stubhub alone. They gave me a choice of a refund or the inferior tickets. Since I was already halfway to the game, I had no choice but to accept the inferior tickets. I reached out to customer service immediately, but all they said was "sorry, there is nothing we can do". The company states that all sales are 100% guaranteed, but they offered no explanation or remedy for this situation. I am very disappointed with their service and will not longer be a customer. To everyone else....BEWARE!

    I wish I came here first. StubHub could not deliver the parking passes I paid for. After working with them for weeks on the problem they promised a 100% refund. No refund came and when I asked when it would be sent they sent me a voucher for $16.33 and said that's all they could do as the event had passed. Fortunately I'm only out $65.00 but I will never use them again as their guarantee and their words are no good.

    We booked tickets for the NCAA Men's basketball tournament ahead of time. We received the confirmation then never received the actual tickets which they said they will be released via the seller on the day of the event. Event day came and nothing. I contacted customer service and they said that the seller missed the window to submit/send the tickets, a CSR even tried to call the seller and nothing.

    I’m not sure how StubHub handles this but Ticketmaster sellers submit the tickets and once confirmed they are gone and immediately sent to the purchaser.. We were already at the event. The only options that StubHub gave us was to get a full refund or select other seats. The other seat options due to it being last minute game time were at the tiptop of arena at the back and we purchased lower level with no additional money back.. Not comparable. So we did get a refund which is nice but what about travel funds and parking and additional cost to attend an event we paid for already and thought we were going to. This is unacceptable. When we buy tickets they (either StubHub or sellers) should be made to submit tickets immediately. Even if it’s in a portal where we can’t access them until the day of the event.

    Have used Stubhub for years and, in the past, the customer service was good. If the seller didn't come through, StubHub would find a replacement ticket and then charge the seller for any difference. Recently purchased tickets and then, a few weeks later, was told "the seller cannot fulfill the order." Spent lots of time on the phone with call centers in India or who knows where. Each person would say, "We'll send you a link to get replacement tickets." And then no link would come.

    I go on StubHub and see plenty of tickets for sale...at a much higher price than I paid. Most likely the seller decided he could get more by relisting the tickets. Or he never had them in the first place. Finally called back after two weeks of this and was flatly told, "You are not getting the tickets. You can only get a refund." Luckily this is a local show, but what if I had booked travel around this concert? Bottom line: do not trust Stubhub. Their guarantee is no longer true. Date of experience: 22 March 2024.

    I purchased tickets through StubHub and received a message a few days later stating that they were canceled. I got online and did a live chat with a Stubhub agent and he confirmed that my purchase was in fact canceled and I could go ahead and purchase new tickets if still interested. Well, I decided to go straight through the venue this time and received my tickets right away. Then a couple days later after my purchase through the venue, I received tickets from Stub Hub... when I called StubHub they said they would investigate, the rep was rude and kept yawning as if uninterested in my concern.

    Then I got online with a live chat agent again, explained everything and even sent them screenshots through email of my previous conversation with the 1st agent that told me my initial purchase was canceled. After the new chat agent investigated, they said that yes, there seemed to be some confusion on his end but that I could resell my tickets. So basically after they acknowledged that yes there was confusion on their end and I proceeded to buy a second pair of tickets... I'm now still responsible for paying for the tickets through StubHub. They completely just put it back on me. No help or real support at all!!! Going through StubHub is just not worth the extra fees and nonexistent customer support!

    They put a picture up of the March 22nd game when. I clicked on it. After I paid turns out the tickets switched to the March 23rd game which I didn't want. So now I had to try to sell these non refundable tickets for half what I paid. Now they don't recognize the bank I use for a direct deposit 8 days after the event. So they made me apply for a prepaid debit card they supposedly will send me. It's a scam I'll never see my money. Never ever again will I ever click on anything that says Stub Hub. They should be ashamed.

    Purchased 3 minor league baseball tickets. Stubhub takes you thru several screens before checkout (to confuse you?) and by the times you get to the final screen you are already locked into payment with a NO REFUND status. I have since learned that the general admission tickets that I purchased are $35. My final bill was: tickets 749.25, tax 34.35, and FEES 268.19 for 3 minor league baseball tickets! This company should have an algorithm for original ticket price versus fee requested to prevent SCALPING. If the above transaction was done on the street the perp would be arrested fined and jailed. SHAME ON THIS FRAUDULENT CROOKED COMPANY FOR ALLOWING A TRANSACTION LIKE THIS!!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

    So I order tickets to a baseball game from Stubhub. I receive multiple emails from StubHub saying my tickets have been sent and I need to click to receive them "from a third party" in email. I search all my email boxes including spam - nothing. I call StubHub and they tell me the third party is Ticketmaster, so go into my account there. I do. Nothing. Call Ticketmaster - they search by the event, and nothing. Call StubHub back and this time they have me create an account on the LSU ticket site using my same email and the tickets will be there. I do that. Nothing.

    I again say they were never sent to me. They argue "yes, we show that they were sent". I say "show me one shred of evidence they were sent. An email. Anything. You charged my card without actually sending me the product - which btw is illegal." I asked for a refund, they said. "No, that's only if the event is cancelled." I said, "I will just dispute the charge and this is the last time I ever do business with you."

    NEVER BOOK TICKETS FROM STUBHUB. We bought tickets in December for the men's PAC 12 basketball tournament. Stubhub messed up with the original tickets and promised to get us replacement tickets. They had 45 days until the tournament started. We called them 7 times with a total of 12 hours on the phone and they promised to get us replacement tickets. Today, while at the airport to fly across the country for the tournament, they told us they would NOT honor their promise. So we had to pay an extra $600 for tickets. This is the worst experience we have EVER had. So please learn from my mistake and NEVER BOOK TICKETS ON STUBHUB.

    I purchased 5 tickets to Lynryd Skynryd & ZZ Top combo on March 6th, they sent me a receipt and it said what row we was in, our seat numbers, so I assumed everything was good. The purchase amount was 383.78 because they add some kind of fees to the actual price that you think that you are paying, usually 20-25 extra per ticket.

    The concert was last night on March 15th at 7:00pm. We all drove 2 hours to get there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday only to get to the gates and find out that they never sent the actual tickets. Even the manager came out and took my phone and went thru every email and he told me “Ma’am, this happens all the time with Stub Hub.“ I left crying as I didn’t have another 400.00 to purchase more tickets with. I called them and they absolutely refused to give me any refund, no credit, nothing at all, not even an apology. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL???? How can they just take your money and not even feel bad about it. Ruint my daughter’s birthday, 4 hour round trip driving for NOTHING!

Missed the event completely. No tickets. Don’t waste your time with this company. They are scam artists. I had to call my CC company to file a dispute to get my money back. Don’t waste your time.     We purchased tickets in September to Stevie Nicks/Billy Joel in Dallas last night. The tickets cost $4000 and were in row 18, front of stage. Yesterday afternoon, 3 hours prior to the concert, they still had not been delivered to us. We spent 3 hours on the phone with StubHub reps, who promised us the “moon” and delivered nothing. They told us we would get comparable or better tickets and to go ahead and go to the venue, which was 2 hours away from our home.

    At 6:45, the reps gave up and told us that even though they “expedited” our order, they could not make contact with the individual who we bought the tickets from. They then sent us some “comparable” seats that were in completely different section, several rows behind our original seat. To be fair, they did promise to refund our money, but we wanted to go to the concert. StubHub, and its reps told us how “sorry” they were, and then shuffled us off to another phone rep. Avoid this service at all costs and use someone else if you want to go to the concert/ballgame/event you purchased the tickets for.

    StubHub has the worst user experience and interface of any selling platform I have dealt with - a sharp decline from when I used them 6-8 years ago and it was fine. As of 2024 I am swearing off of them forever. Not worth the hassle. I "sold" tickets and was told to log in for the shipping label but there was none. Over an hour later (mind you my profit on these 2 tickets was $14 total, $7 per ticket, wasn't trying to be greedy), I got an address but no shipping label and was basically told to FedEx the tickets (presumably for $20 or something). This is a joke of a website as of 2024, they clearly don't know what they are doing.

    Oh and the wait for speaking with someone is a half hour - and the web chat, same thing. And they clearly are not trained to handle normal human interactions. Never never never again. Mind you I sold 5-6 times with them in 2016-2018 and it was fine, they clearly have gone way downhill. Shame on me for not checking recent online reviews before listing with them. Consider yourself heavily warned. Sell elsewhere. Period. End of story.

    1. I have spend 2 hours trying to figure out how to download my tickets from the Stubhub app to my Apple Wallet. They provide no instructions and no customer service. I still haven't done it and am going to a game tomorrow night with the anticipation of an argument. 2. For the privilege of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I am paying $26 per ticket fee on a $67 ticket. This should be ILLEGAL.

    Funny how Stub Hub showed my ticket prices $52.50 ea. Total $150 with fees, very acceptable in today's world. Lo and behold when I finally hit confirm after three pages of submitting to $150 final cost for those two tickets $201 and change. They hid an additional $48 until I couldn't refuse sale. Stub hub scam, they should not be allowed to do business. I'll never use again or ever recommend stub hub to anyone, thieves of the lowest kind.

    So I sold my tickets on there, but same day they sold on another site. Now I am being charged the full amount I sold the tickets for. So basically they are getting money for free. They are keeping the whole amount of money instead of just the percentage they would of got from the tickets. To me that is wrong and should be criminal. If they were only going to receive a certain amount for the sale if the sale fell through that is what they should get, not the full amount.

    I purchased tickets to a comedy show through StubHub. When I arrived I was not admitted entry. They said they were fake tickets. The box office showed me where they even had another person's name on them. I didn't notice this because I only pulled up tickets on arrival. They also said several other customers had the same issue when they purchased tickets through StubHub. For almost a year I have been trying to get a refund fighting with them and PayPal. It has been a nightmare. It's almost $200 so I can't just drop the case. This has been so incredibly stressful and time-consuming. NEVER EVER EVER give this company $1 of your money. Never have I had such a runaround and lack of professionalism.

    PSA: Don’t purchase tickets from StubHub! Purchased tickets and was told they were transferred to my email. They were never transferred or received. I reached out prior to the show when I didn’t get the tickets and was on the phone for an hour with someone trying to get the tickets and they requested a retransfer which never happened. I had to buy new tickets to go to the show. I reached out through their chat function and was told because I didn’t wait an hour and reach back out to trouble shoot AGAIN, there is nothing they can do.

    Oh, and then the chat agent closed the conversation immediately after she sent the last message. I was being extremely nice at first and then when I was told they can’t help me, when I was scammed on their site, I may have gotten slightly frustrated! Fair warning. Ps. Maybe have your employees use correct grammar when they are messaging people and are the words behind your business. What a poor customer experience. StubHub.

    I was a loyal customer for 12 years, but will never order from Stubhub again. I searched for tickets using the "Include Estimated Fees" button. I selected 4 tickets at $34 each. I made the purchase expecting a $136 invoice, yet you sent me an invoice with $53.18 in additional fees for a total of $188.10 ?!?!? I called customer service who refused to refund me the $53 and also refused to cancel the entire order. I then spoke to their supervisor, reminded them of my 12 years as a loyal customer, yet she also refused to refund me the $53 and also refused to cancel the entire order. I am incredibly disappointed.

    On November 25, 2023, I bought 2 tickets to Charlie Berens in Nashville on March 22, 2024. I'm now not able to attend and asked about cancelling the tickets. I was told I couldn't but that I could resell them. Someone wants to buy the tickets but I haven't received them yet. My account says I won't receive them until the day of the show. How is that even right! How can I get the tickets to the person who bought them if I won't get them until just before the show?! I feel like I should advise the buyer to try to get the tickets elsewhere to ensure he gets them in time. Expensive learned by me; I will never go through Stubhub to buy tickets again.

    Tickets get "lost". The buyer sold me tickets, I was sent to Ticketmaster to get them, redirected to Seat Geek, and the tickets still missing. I called Customer Service, was told the seller sent tickets to MLB Baseball, asked to download app. I did that, tickets still not there. Stub Hub chat doesn't answer, email form is broken and won't send to customer service, and phone support hung up on me after 1:15 hold. Meanwhile, there is no "accept tickets" ANYWHERE on ANY of the 25 emails that I received that say "accept tickets". This place is an absolute MESS and I would run from this platform. The experience has been awful!

    Tickets were advertised with seat numbers. Upon receipt of tickets 20 min later for an event more than 3 weeks out, standing room only was more clearly identified in the ticket offering, something one of my guests, due to ADA challenges, is unable to accommodate. In talking with Stubhub Customer Svc within 20 min of purchase and with a stated claim on their site to "go out of our way to find replacement tickets if there's an issue with your order." They failed to perform to this level even with near instantaneous notification of the issue and weeks in advance of the event to perform to the committed level. They also failed to follow up as promised within 48 hours.

    After calling back on the 5th day, their proposed solution fully places the resolution burden and the cost on me which I found weak and possibly discriminatory (assigned seat numbers are on the tickets) based on their stated service commitments on their website via FanProtect for a fan who is unable to stand for long durations. Please be better or transparently choose not to be, and be more honest around the commitments you make to your customers.

    I purchased tickets to Brahms x Radiohead in St. Louis. I purchased premium tickets. The day before the concert, I was told that these tickets were not available and given the option to purchase WORSE seats at the SAME price. I opted for a refund, but it was a disappointment not to be able to go to a concert I had been anticipating for MONTHS. This seems like it should be illegal.

    I have purchased tickets to an event for two different times. Although I received two emails showing my confirmation of my purchases that email will not allow me to sign in to the account. They claim that email is not on the account. I have called twice to get this corrected and find out how I can sign in and twice I have been told that this was being escalated to their "Leadership Team". It has been 3 weeks and two different calls to customer service and nothing so far. Today I called back and was told the same thing on the escalation and this person stated that he did not see any previous request for escalation! I have no confidence in this company and will never buy from them again.

    If I could give this company a 0 I would. The customer service was awful and not helpful at all! Rachel went around in circles trying to explain what was going on and did not make sense in what was being said. I bought tickets with specific seat numbers and then when go the confirmation email the seat numbers disappeared and my seats are now on the website to be resold. All Rachel could say was that Stubhub does not provide seat numbers when purchasing, when that is incorrect because I picked specific seats, and three weeks ago I bout tickets with the same seat numbers and they were on my tickets. All Rachel could do was tell me I was wrong, and to sell my tickets when I do not have the tickets released to me and that they do not have to be released until that day and then hopefully get it to the next person, and how can I sell it when there is no seat numbers shown.

    I asked to talk to a supervisor and Rachel stated that there was no supervisors available to talk to and just kept saying that Stubhub does not show seat numbers and I was wrong. I know I picked out the seat numbers of 1 and 2 for the aisle seating for me and my son, but now there is no seat number and could be seated anywhere or not even have a seat because of the tickets being on sale again! This was a horrible experience and I will never use Stubhub again!! And also to add that I have the production on my tickets for problems like this! Now let's see if the supervisor will return my call (I am not holding my breath).

    On May 15, 2023, I purchased tickets from StubHub for $158.51 via PayPal for "Celebrating David Bowie - Live in Concert (feat. Peter Murphy & more)", which was scheduled for Monday Oct 16, 2023. The show was cancelled and StubHub denied my refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal, which was denied on 11/4/23 BECAUSE StubHub told them that it wasn't cancelled, even though I have an email from them confirming it. StubHub then stated in chat, on the phone, and email that I would receive a FULL REFUND within 3-4 weeks. But they NEVER have refunded me and EVERY TIME I call they tell me that they'll refund me in 3-4 weeks. I'll NEVER use PAYPAL and NEVER purchase tickets using Stubhub!

    Was stupid and clicked on sponsored website of StubHub. Believing I was on a promotor website, (they copy the imagery of the promotor) I believed them when they indicated that tickets were only available on resale and about 2 and a half times the original price. Immediately after purchasing tickets, Stubhub indicated that they may not have tickets available until the day of the show. Within 5 minutes I realized my stupidity and called Stubhub to cancel order. The agent in Pakistan (or wherever) of course could barely speak English and of course refuse to cancel order.

    Deceptive thieves is about as strong a term as I can use in this post.... Multiply my term by 100. Their rating in the ticket resale industry is 1.2.. The worst of about 15 companies that are rated. I also blame MLB, NFL and others for allowing these companies to exist and is giving them a bad rap also. Maybe if tickets on the resale market weren't double and triple the face value, people would be more willing to attend events and spend money at events.

    I bought tickets to a Kenny Wayne Shepherd concert in Florida months ago in anticipation of traveling there this month. The price was exorbitant, including hefty fees; nonetheless I agreed to buy them as a present for my wife and her friend in Florida. My wife subsequently had an emergency medical event, which has prevented us from traveling to the event. I went online with StubHub to try to sell the tickets and recoup at least some portion of the ticket cost and fees. When the tix did not sell, I went back online to lower the price even more. Little did I know that 4 hours prior to the event, Stubhub deactivates the sales offer. I contacted customer service and they were no help at all, but they were "sorry" I was disappointed in their services. Well... Never again, and if anyone reading this is tempted to buy tickets thru StubHub, buyer beware... These folks are con artists -- there is no Fan Protection, as they advertise!

    Purchased tickets for the return of my son’s favorite players to the Garden which were guaranteed to arrive by day of game. As time passed the game became a very hot ticket so I became concerned and called for an update and was assured this is normal and not to worry the tickets would be transferred. Needless to say, the tickets were never transferred, multiple calls made to customer service, again assured they would find me comparable seats. An hour before we had to get a train they send an email, "Sorry, you’re out of luck but here’s your money back!" Guarantee the seller found a better deal, of course my son was devastated. Never again.

    My daughter bought 4 tickets months ago to Luke Combs. Tried to access her account and was locked out. Called Stubhub and they told her they had suspended her account and didn't issue her tickets. They couldn't explain why. So she said, "Then refund my money and I'll buy tickets elsewhere". They told her to deal with the bank and of course since it's been over 90 days, they won't help either. So this is clearly theft. This company are a bunch of thieves. Lawsuit coming.

    I purchased tickets for an event, then changed plans. I placed the tickets on StubHub for sale. They didn’t sell up to 3 days before the event so I donated the tickets. Then StubHub sold them.     I was not made aware of StubHub’s service charge until after my credit card was processed. I requested a chat with a live customer service rep. I was chatting with representative Mary-Jay. I told her I had received an email with the original price of the tickets plus $10 services charges for the two tickets I purchased. A while later I received the second email showing the $50 per ticket service charge added on; another $100. When I stated I thought their business practices were slippery by not being transparent about their service fees and I was going to call Department of Consumer Affairs and mentioned this to them, this was her comment…

    “I'm sorry but you will find that the fee is very legal as many ticket places such as Ticketmaster and Seatgeek both have fees. You are welcome to bring it up to them but they will tell you it is legal as it is in our user agreement. If you wish to continue down this path then I hope you have the day you deserve as I cannot help with anything else other than helping you to relist the tickets.”

    I won’t be doing business with StubHub again.

    I purchased concert tickets and never was able to upload the tickets due to StubHub error which was recognized. Spoke with stub hub customer service and they acknowledged issue. In the meantime, I canceled my plans for the event and tried to relist the tickets for resell. StubHub told me they could relist for me, but I did not have the uploaded tickets in hand. They informed me it was not issue and stub hub could relist and sell without me having uploaded tickets in hand to transfer for new buyer. This was false and misinformation. I never received the tickets and was not able to sell, because they were not transferable from me to the new buyer.

    Have spent over 10 hours with multiple customer service personnel explaining my case over and over and they would review and get back to me with a solution. NO response, had to call again and NO REFUND, they acknowledged it was their error. So much for 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and out $1200. I will NEVER use or suggest StubHub. I am disappointed by their business practices, customer and relationship services.

    I was looking for tickets to MJ One on a few different sites, I was buying 8 tickets. I pushed the button to order and immediately noticed it was the wrong date. I then immediately called Stub Hub to cancel. The order was $1300. I was told, "Too bad." I said, "I’ll call the bank." They said, "The bank won’t help you." The bank said they will help me once it’s not pending and posted. I called back Stub Hub and said, "Since it’s pending, please cancel." They put me on hold for 36 minutes. I explained I have cancer and my friends are flying here to see the show with me. After their ‘meeting’ the answer was still no! I cried all morning. I hope the bank helps me. Don’t ever use Stub Hub!

    I sold tickets on StubHub and then AFTER selling them, was told in bolded print that they do not pay the seller until 5-8 days AFTER the event takes place. I sold Taylor Swift tickets directly from the original vendor (Ticketmaster) via electronic transfer one year before the concert and now I have transferred the tickets to the buyer and permanently out of my possession and have to wait one year to be paid by StubHub. If the buyer wanted, it would be easy for the buyer to verify the legitimacy of the tickets. Now, StubHub owes me $4500 that I have no idea whether I will receive or not (I.e if the concert is cancelled or postponed there’s no guarantee I will ever be paid). This company has terrible customer service and bordering criminal policies.

    I bought tickets from StubHub and the concert was moved to a different date. I was told the date by StubHub that was reassigned for my ticket and lo and behold when the tickets came, it was for a DIFFERENT date than what they told me. They said the organizer made the switch and there was nothing they could do. SO I decided to sell my tickets and StubHub said they would waive the service fees because of the change of date. WELL, when my tickets sold, they did NOT waive the fees and they said it was because "I did the selling wrong" and didn't follow their instructions (which by the way, were NOT included in the email). Customer service reps were RUDE and refused to even allow me to speak to a supervisor. They said everyone would tell me the same thing and I should be grateful I get any money back from my ticket sales whatsoever. DO NOT USE STUBHUB. Their customer service is abysmal.

    I purchased a parking pass to a Georgis Bulldogs gymnastics competition thru Stubhub. The transaction went through and was told via email that the seller would send the ticket on the day of the event. I reached out to StubHub multiple times via the customer service chat but never received the email from the seller. When I requested a refund Stubhub told me no. Boooooo!!! I'll never use them again. $48 gone down the drain with no parking pass. Don't trust their advertisement that this is a safe way to get tickets! If you don't get them you won't get your money back!

    Look, I've used Stubhub before and never had a problem with them. I've had a pretty good experience with them, and they always delivered. Until they didn't. I ordered tickets for a local Broadway show for my wife's birthday. She was so excited. The event had been sold out, so the natural option was to try Stubhub. I found tickets. They were expensive but worth it. I should have known something was amiss when on the Stubhub site I was informed that the tickets were in the section I was hoping for but the actual tickets with their position would be provided on the day of the event.

    The day arrives and I don't hear anything from Stubhub. I contacted customer service and they informed me the seller had until a specific time to provide the tickets. That time came and went. I contacted customer service again and was given another time to wait until. That time came and went. I called again and was hung up on. I called a fourth time and was informed that the seller was having trouble loading the tickets to the Stubhub site. I was given the option to obtain a refund or try for comparable seats. It was my wife's birthday gift, so I naturally wanted comparable tickets. They tried finding tickets for us, but to no avail. I contacted customer service and shared my complaint with them, was placed on hold, and then was hung up on.

    I called a fifth time, asking for a supervisor or anyone who might be of higher level/position to assist, but was informed that the tickets weren't available and that I would be given a refund. I am happy I was given a full refund, and I did inform them of their cancellation policy of receiving 120% of the ticket value, and they provided me with a refund coupon. So from a customer service standpoint, StubHub tried. But what was irritating about the entire experience was that this experience was even a possibility.

    Why does Stubhub accept tickets from "sellers" who don't provide the actual ticket position in a venue? How do they allow a "seller" to list tickets to an event that they don't have?? And what do these people profit from this? I received a full refund and more, so that wasn't a problem and therefore they didn't receive any money. It was the fact that someone listed "phantom" tickets with the likely full realization that the people who purchased these tickets were going to be absolutely devastated when the tickets didn't arrive and they couldn't attend the event they were so excited about.

    This happened to be the Broadway traveling Aladdin show and my 5-year-old princess-obsessed daughter was dressed up as Jasmine, so excited to see her on stage. We informed her that Jasmine wasn't feeling well and the show was cancelled. Overall, Stubhub failed because they allowed this kind of behavior to occur. If a seller cannot provide the ACTUAL ticket section, row, and number, they shouldn't be allowed to list it. End of story. Let this be a lesson to anyone else looking to Stubhub for tickets. Don't purchase them if there isn't an actual ticket number.

    I bought NFL tickets in Nov, called 3xs and chatted more that about not getting the mobile tickets with GL code, was assured I didn't need GL code, that tickets I seen were good-- I should have trusted my gut because day of event 4 hours from home, could not get in venue, had to by from ticket master. THANK GOD tickets were available. Called to get my refund and customer service guy was a joke and not helpful, blame me, and then told me to email him the tickets I had and when I did said he could not get them-- He then hung up on me!     Don't buy from STUBHUB. THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THEIR TICKETS LIKE THEY ADVERTISE EVEN AFTER THEY AGREE TO. IF THE BAND CANCELS THEY WILL NOT REFUND. They will give you the impression that they will look into it in hopes that you'll forget or just get frustrated and let it go. It's been almost three months of the runaround. $320 for 2 tickets to Rob Zombie on October 28th, 2023. They continue to play games.

    STUBHUB IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased one ticket for myself to see Story of the Year at Starland Ballroom, and Starland said the ticket was invalid and could not be scanned. They said I wasn't even in their system when they looked up my name and email address. Starland said to download the AXS app to get the tickets that way, and there were no tickets available to me on the app despite the email from StubHub with the so called ticket.

    Starland instructed me to buy a physical ticket at their window and to call StubHub the next day to get a refund since it was very late at night already. StubHub REFUSED to refund and on top of all of that time and frustration, they ACCUSED me of using the ticket anyway. Um, it was NEVER SCANNED!!! You can tell if a ticket has been used already!!! And why on earth would I pretend I didn't use the ticket and put myself through all of that stress and aggravation, (as if I have so much time on my hands!!) and would love to risk going to jail for fraud? TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!

    I cancelled my sale on Stubhub for a concert that was over 5 months away at the time. They ended up charging me the face value of the tickets just as a stubhub fee. There is no hope in recovery, through all their buyer/seller fees you think they would have more leniency. I am deleting my stubhub after today and suggest everyone does the same. Better off selling tickets via Facebook marketplace and maximize your return value.

    Put tickets up for sale. They were purchased and then cancelled 30 minutes later. Called to find out why.

    - First excuse was that "I" sent them two minutes after the sale and that was too long and caused the cancellation.
    - Second excuse was that I didn't upload the tickets until two hours after the sale, so they couldn't be delivered on time. I had uploaded them 10 days previous when I put them up on StubHub. Additionally, I have e-mails showing that the sale and delivery were within the same minute.

    - Third excuse was that I had the wrong date. The listing was removed when cancelled and they couldn't provide me with a copy of the listing so I could verify.

    End result is that the buyer was able to download my PDF QR codes and then cancel. And THEN Stubhub charged me the full cost of the ticket sale. I used to use them pre-COVID and they were great. I can't believe what they've turned into. Just a quick search online shows that my experience isn't unique.

    Stubhub sold us tickets and I received CONFIRMATION of seats with seat numbers included. A week later I was emailed saying those tickets are actually not available and to select alternate tickets. My choice was STANDING ROOM ONLY for the same price as what I PAID for seats. They kept our money for a week and when the prices went up they sold the tix to someone else. Then came back to us wanting us to pay DOUBLE for SRO than what SRO cost a week prior.. Can NOT believe what they do is legal and that they haven’t been shut down and fined. I am actually writing this FROM the game where we paid $800 for SRO and can NOT SEE A THING so we are siting at a table just waiting to leave. This could not have been a bigger rip off. Just waiting for the day they get sued for their fake business. Maybe we’ll get our money back plus travel expenses in the settlement. Absolute joke.

    I sold two concert tickets on Stubhub and then the concert was postponed for 4 months. I was told I won’t be paid until 8 days after the concert. I waited the 4 months and now the concert which was supposed to happen in 7 days has been postponed indefinitely.     The CBS Challenge in Atlanta on Dec 16th was a highly anticipated event. In purchasing tickets two problems arose. I only wanted 5. Stub Hub said that was fine but I had to buy even number (6). The Stubhub service fee was $60 Per Tickets (all 6!). While that wasn't fun - paying that much, the worse part was the parking pass.

    Ordered parking pass on same day over a month in advance. $46 after service fee and tax. Parking space was almost a mile from stadium. Stubhub said we would get the parking pass separately from a thrid party. It never showed. Morning of event. I went into stub hub system and was told to reorder parking pass. It never came. We drove downtown (In Atlanta) hoping our pass would show up. Nope. We found the lot (on a 2 block alley in not a very nice area). We kept driving towards the arena. We parked 2 blocks from Arena in a manned lit parking lot for $25.. I started request for a refund of parking pass immediately after the game. Two weeks later, I was told I had started the request too late. Sorry. No refund. Will NEVER use Stub hub again.

    Had a situation where I had to call in because StubHub's site is the worst and it defaults to selling tickets in singles instead of grouping them, and doesn't give you any warning that you have done so. So of course my tickets sold as a single. Call and immediately get someone who isn't listening to me and talking over me. I have no problem with people in other countries but if they can't communicate effectively all I ask is that I can be transferred to someone who speaks my native language. They refuse to transfer and tell me that I must call back as many times as it takes to get someone. On my 10th call I was finally able to get someone who spoke well enough to help me with the issue. The total lack of empathy and care was astounding. I will never be doing business with StubHub again.

    Bought two tickets to Stevie Nicks in Sacramento. Received confirmation the deal was done, but seller had until day of concert to transfer the tickets. Over a month later, got an email from Stubhub saying the seller could not transfer the tickets. Offered other seats in the nose bleed section. Checked Stubhub website that showed that tickets were still available in same section, but Stubhub wouldn't give them to me. Customer service not available. Put on hold for over an hour. Chat does not respond. Emails ignored. Did get refund using automated system for tickets but they would not refund the Stevie Nicks parking fee. Paypal would not help.

    This was all done through PayPal, but PP decided to help Stubhub do the fraud instead of providing customer service they advertise. I'm not using Stubhub or PayPal any longer. That is the last dollar they will ever get from me. Could not take wife to concert for her birthday. Stubhub doesn't give a rats behind. Ram by a bunch of losers. PayPal is also being run by losers now after 23 years, now they are dirty rotten scum bags who think they are going to get away with this kind of dirty biz. What a shame. Goodbye!

    Absolutely disappointed with StubHub! I purchased tickets for Chris Botti's concert on December 2, 2023, scheduled for January 2, 2024, as a birthday gift for my fiancée who adores this Jazz artist. As the event approached, I grew concerned when I hadn't received the tickets. My attempts to contact StubHub revealed a shocking truth - they don't actually possess the tickets; instead, they allow sellers to list tickets under the StubHub name, leaving buyers vulnerable to scams.

    On the day before the show, I called StubHub only to be informed that the seller had until the day of the event to provide the tickets. Unbelievable! Despite reaching out on the day of the concert, I was continuously told to wait as the seller 'still had time.' This was not just a waste of my time but a significant disappointment for my fiancée on her birthday.

    After numerous calls, the seller failed to produce the tickets, offering a meager refund of $120, which I refused to accept as it felt like I was being robbed. StubHub's representative advised against involving my credit card company, claiming it would delay the process. I chose to contact Visa anyway, and they promptly credited my account while launching a dispute against StubHub.

    StubHub's misleading practices, lack of accountability, and failure to ensure ticket availability make it a sham of a company. I strongly caution others against falling victim to their scams and recommend seeking alternative, more reliable ticketing platforms. My fiancée's special day was marred by StubHub's deceit, leaving us utterly disappointed and disgruntled. Didn't want to put a ☆ rate at all, but I had to in order to proceed with complaint.

    StubHub is a scam. DO NOT buy tickets from them, ever. We were promised on the day of the event that we would receive replacement tickets if the seller backed out. After 8 recorded calls with them spanning 6 hours (in which we asked repeatedly for them to issue replacement tickets and were GUARANTEED we would get them), we were told to wait, and then sent a link to get replacement tickets 2 hours before the event and when we clicked it, it said NO TICKETS AVAILABLE even thought we saw tickets on StubHub. Who cares that they offer a refund? We were at the event with NO TICKETS. Terrible company, terrible customer service. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM STUBHUB.

Now they are apologizing saying seats were not available then they offer other seats for the same price I paid, in inferior location which cost half of the Price I paid. Horrible, never again. Then I checked in other site there are more seats available in the area I bought in first place.

    In October I purchased 2 tickets, row M orchestra, for an event on 12/29/23. The night before I received an email with the wrong seats in a worse location. I called and was promised that comparable seats or better would be sent the next morning. After several emails with no response and several calls with inaccurate information, I received an email with terrible seats such as obstructed views and far right 4 sections up. They refused to actually say that the seats I purchased were not available and kept saying they were contacting the seller. Their customer service is in Nicaragua. Seriously? Various customer service people blatantly lied about their process and procedures or else they were never trained. The seller sold my seats for more money at the last minute. StubHub was absolutely useless and unethical. I would give no stars if possible.

StubHub told me they could not get me my reserved tickets and offered very poor options. I confirmed with Stub Hub before traveling to Las Vegas that my reserved front section tickets would be sent to me. But when I arrived they told me, "Your tickets are not available." StubHub used the Bait and Switch game on me and I will never purchase anything from Stub Hub again after this horrible experience and I would recommend anyone else think twice before purchasing from STUBHUB.

    Purchased 2 decent Rose Bowl tickets but notified several days later that seller backed out. Stubhub offered comparable tickets that were comparable in price only-lousy nose bleed seats in the end zone. Rose Bowl seats that high are lousy since stadium is flat and when high up need binoculars to see the goal posts. Comparable seats were not affordable. Did refund my $$ but no game for us.

    The service was canceled when they sold the tickets. I didn’t know. Now they won’t give the money back. I fear I have been robbed. I bought four tickets and it was expensive. I use the app to speak to them and they basically told me I have to wait until the concert is rescheduled. I don’t know that I will be able to go to that concert and why should I have to wait so long considering how much money I spent, and the fact that they knew the concert was canceled. They should refund my money immediately.

    Bought tickets for a concert. 120% guaranteed a joke! Ordered tickets, everything confirmed. Kept looking for my tickets and was assured that I would get them. Drove to venue stressed out waiting on tickets and email. Paid to park and app said email was sent so started feeling a little better. Kept looking for email but never got. Kept looking while waiting in line to get in. Again never got email. Had to call StubHub and they said that the seller didn’t release the tickets!!! I spent money on gas to get there, parking and wife was all excited to see show only to get there without tickets. They did refund my money but I told them I want the 120% refund you advertised.     Do not use StubHub unless you have a lot of patience to deal with incompetent Live Chat people and time to waste. I tried using the split payment feature they offer to buy Nuggets game tickets and when I sent my friend the link to purchase their portion of the tickets, they put in their card information and it tell him "time is up" and then redirects him back to the home page. This happened multiple times.

    In addition to it not working whatsoever, the Live Chat people were not help and gave answers equivalent to "did you try restarting your computer" and when I finally got through to them about what my issue was they disconnected me from their chat multiple times. Awful experience and I would never give my business to this sorry excuse for a company again. Not to mention, their "fees" are ridiculously more than any other site and for what? Clearly that doesn't go into improving their customer service.

    I purchased (2) tickets through Stubhub in November 2023 for the Eagles concert taking place in Houston on Feb 16th, 2024. My PayPal account was charged immediately for the purchase. A week later, I listed these tickets with Stubhub. In early December, the original ticket holder, transferred the tickets to me. My tickets finally sold on or about Dec 20th. After waiting a week for the payment to reach my account, I inquired about it with Stubhub and was told that I wouldn't get paid until 5-8 days after the event occurred. This means that Stubhub is holding not only my money but also, the person that originally sold them through Stubhub to me and also, the person's money that bought the tickets from me. They told me that if for some reason (out of my control), the concert is cancelled, I won't get paid. Stubhub is holding all these funds and collecting interest on it. Also, what happens to these funds if the concert is cancelled? This is a total scam!

    I have sold and transferred my parking tickets over two months ago and have not yet received my money for the sale. Numerous Emails and phone calls have not gotten me anywhere. I keep getting the run around. It is not clear why I haven't received my money, but the reason is irrelevant as they have been sold and transferred. StubHub should honor payment and whatever issue they are having should be resolved on their end without holding up my payment. I don't think I am getting paid at this point and plan on going to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.

    I have never written a review but my experience with StubHub was so negative that I hope to prevent someone else from going through this. My Tickets for a 1:00 PM performance of the Nutcracker were still not available at 11:30 the day off. After hours of trying to track them down, I was told the ticket sellers had decided not to sell. So StubHub offered a Link to choose other tickets except the play was sold out. So my only option was a refund. Because I had invited my boss and her child to the performance as a Christmas gift, I went to another website and paid 3 times the price for tickets to attend a later performance. It was embarrassing and stressful because they were sitting with me while I was trying to navigate this sudden change of plans instead of taking them out for brunch. But no one at StubHub cared at all….so much so that I sat on hold waiting for a supervisor to help me resolve this but no one ever picked up.

    I finally had to hang up. So I am out $1400 EXTRA dollars. And they also misrepresented what was actually going on (the sellers backing out) because I received email notice that my original tickets were now available for printing an hour and a half AFTER the performance began. There are several credible ticket resale companies out there. StubHub is not one of them. Choose a different company so you don’t get ripped off.

    This is my first, and will be my only experience, purchasing tickets via StubHub - DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB! Bought U2 tickets at the Sphere in Las Vegas 2 months in advance, I had what appeared valid tickets on my phone. At the door they scanned as invalid. 2 phone calls and 30+ minutes later, I was told that the owner never released the tickets. There were 3 other parties in the same situation at the ticket problems counter; two people with seats next to ours. What kind of model is this where StubHub is not monitoring or guaranteeing their product? There was a $307 fee to StubHub for these tickets. I will never use StubHub again.

    I bought 2 tickets to a concert on September 4th for a December 8th concert. On October 4th, I received a message from StubHub - "The seller has informed us that unfortunately he no longer has the tickets that you purchased. So he is offering alternative tickets. Please let us know if you agree to keep the new tickets." I checked out the location for my original tickets and the new going price was 2.5 times what I paid but I could only get alternate tickets for the price as the original. Was offered a few options for alternate tickets but none of the locations were near as good as the original. Ended up getting alternate tickets (no other option after going back and forth with Stubhub) but my daughter and I had to stand up the entire time to see the concert. So much for Stubhub's FanProtect guarantee.

    Back in July I bought 2 tickets to see U2 at the Sphere in Vegas on Dec 2nd for $800 each from StubHub. They were great seats and I was so excited. I got an email confirmation from them saying my purchase was confirmed and my StubHub dashboard said "Event Status Confirmed" in big green font. They "guaranteed" I would have the tickets by Dec 2. So we boarded our dog, booked our flights to Vegas and got a hotel which together cost well over $1,000. The tickets never arrived.

    I called StubHub an hour before showtime and they said well too bad we don't have those tickets anymore. They tried to get me to accept TERRIBLE seats for the same price! Talk about bait and switch! And they made no attempt to contact me or let me know the tickets were not going to arrive. No email, no call, text, nothing. When I checked online earlier that week I saw similar seats to the ones I bought in July were selling for 3x what I paid.

    I'm convinced they resold my tickets for a higher price or they let the seller resell them for a higher price so they could get a higher commission. And when I complained all they did is point to their User Agreement that basically says they can do whatever they want and owe you nothing but what you originally paid. So if they can make more money reselling the tickets you bought they will and just say screw you when you call to complain. There is NO GUARANTEE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE TICKETS YOU PURCHASED FROM THEM. Do not use StubHub! They are crooks and they will hang you out to dry and leave you standing outside the Sphere with no tickets if they can make a few extra bucks. Shameful!

    Sold tickets on October 24, 2023 -- was advised I needed to get a Payoneer account to receive funds. I was advised funds would be disbursed within 5 - 8 days of the event (October 25). It is now December 5 and I still have not received the sales proceeds. When I wrote customer support, I initially received no response, so I wrote again. They now advise the funds were sent November 30 but take up to 10 days to show up. They are abusing the process and profiting by delaying payments. So many other options -- don't use StubHub!

    Please please save your time, money, and energy for a better company. I just got back from a concert out of the states. This band got back together to do one last concert. I had purchased tickets back in May. But was supposed to receive my tickets 2 days before! In November! They ended up getting stuck somewhere and not arriving on time. So they said they would give me a 40 dollar credit and new virtual tickets. Tickets not seats. I got to the concert and I thought the seats were a little further away than expected but thought maybe I just thought I was closer. So I get home to the tickets outside my door (after my trip), I check the seats and I was right. I paid sooo much more for the original seats and I got nosebleeds. I’m am really upset.     I am a three time customer, so I write this review not based on one experience. The first two times I used Stub Hub I ran into ticket issues that were resolved so late that I thought I was having a heart attack near the time leading up the concert. One of those two times it was only resolved a few hours before an out of town concert!

    Those two times it was the ticket seller and me just trying to get the tickets I paid for. The app is not user friendly when buying resale tickets because there is no system in place to hold people accountable for sending the tickets to you. It is based solely on whether or not they choose to honor the sale - like if they get a better offer, the ticket seller can choose not to send the tickets. When that happens, you have to wait hours for customer service to find your “comparable” tickets - this IN NO WAY comes close to the “deal” you originally were offered.

    My final experience and the true reason I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB EVER AGAIN was when I bought tickets (which magically I did receive) and the main act cancelled an hour before the show was to start BUT because the lesser artist who opened for the artist played their part, I was not allowed a refund. This was something offered to all Ticketmaster customers, but because I bought mine through Stub Hub, I was not even given the chance. Keep in mind, the original ticket seller would have received their refund and would not have lost any money either. This is a company that is totally greedy and not willing at all to honor what they advertise. I wish you well if you choose to waste your time. My recommendation- some of my best deals I have come across are when Ticketmaster customers who can’t attend sell their tickets on the Ticketmaster website directly at a lower cost.

The day of the show I get a text telling me my tickets sold! First time I heard of it. No mention of to whom or how I was to deliver mobile tickets even if I wanted to at that point. StubHub claims I never delisted them and asked for a screen shot to corroborate this. Had I known they wouldn't honor their own website which showed me they were indeed delisted, I might have done that. Their customer service is non-existent! I will never use them again! Plenty of other ticket resellers out there.

    I purchased a parking pass for an event. The instructions said Stubhub could not release the pass, and I was to wait until the event start time to receive the pass. The event doors opened at 6:30, and no pass. I started a chat when doors opened, but the wait for a representative was an hour. By the time a representative responded I purchased another parking pass, and was in the venue which did not allow us to use our phones. I submitted a request for a refund for the original pass and Stubhub told me since the event passed I would not be able to get a refund. WTH! This is a full-on, 100% scam.

    Site attracts with "lower prices". Then adds a $19.00 fee for every ticket bought, which just puts it up to the price you'd pay at Ticketmaster. Tickets actually come through Ticketmaster anyway (depending on whether a re-sell ticket or not). Have a convenient "pay for parking" in advance - but then adds a hefty fee onto THAT as well, except you don't know about that fee until after all your information is entered. Just buy from the venue or Ticketmaster directly. That's more honest. If StubHub would put their fees upfront and made it clear what it is actually going to cost before you spend time looking for a ticket, that would be more honest.

    I bought tickets weeks before event through the app. On event day, I didn't receive them, so I contacted support four times throughout the day and was repeatedly told that the tickets would soon be delivered.     I was attending a music festival this month in Huntington Beach. I decided I wanted to get vip tickets instead of the GA tickets I had purchased if I could sell my tickets at a reasonable price. (This trip was already a big splurge for me to do right before the holidays) I went with Stub Hub as I thought they were one of the most reputable and safe place to do so.

    Tickets sold fairly fast and I was able to purchase VIP tickets for a reasonable price (also on stubhub). The company I purchased the tickets from initially doesn’t do name transfers so I wasn’t sure what to do, so I contacted stubhub to assist me in doing this. They advised me to forward the bar code to the person I sold them to, and save a proof of the email.I did this and thought everything was fine. 1 day before the event while I’m at the airport excited for my trip enjoying my bar cocktail I receive an email stating I never transferred tickets and if I didn’t do so I would be liable for charges. I immediately called waited almost an hour and was advised to try transferring through Apple wallet. I did this multiple times and asked the buyer to please confirm he got it. I thought since I had done through customer service and was assured this should work I was ok and tried to put it past me and enjoy my trip.

    The morning of the festival I received another warning email that I needed to transfer immediately! I called waited 45 minutes and was told it would be escalated and to not worry they would help me. Later I receive a call from an angry rep telling me to cancel my tickets so he could repurchase the tickets I never sent! I said I have the tickets I’ve sent them multiple times instead of canceling and rebuying why couldn’t he just help me get them to the buyer. I also explained I needed this sale to cover the cost of my vip ticket I purchased through them. He got mad and hung up on me and I was told my sale was canceled. The next morning I was charged the cost ($243) of my ticket sale. Do not only did I not get paid I was charged for it! Never ever trust this company!!!

    I ordered a ticket in June 2023 for an event in November 2023 in Dallas...never received the ticket or notification for the transfer or the third party to whom the transfer was coming from. Needless to say ticket never received and purchased my ticket last minute through Ticketmaster and got a better seat for less money, still made the event but with an irritating adventure with Stubhub.

    I attempted by phone, on line, and passenger pigeon to reach these larcenous louts but as grifter would no known last address or forwarding domain.     After 5 contacts with StubHub over the past 10 months and their acknowledgement that my gift card was hacked and used by someone other than me, I felt compelled to let others know of the risks involved when using this company.. StubHub claimed the fraud department was working on rectifying the problem but never did. Each time I asked to talk to the fraud department they said I would hear from them via email within 48 hours to which never happened in any of the 5 communications with customer service.

    This should be 0 stars! Their fraud department is a fraud, I'm convinced they do this as many times as needed in hopes the customer gives up and goes away. There is was no guarantee like they express and worse yet, they are willing to lie time and time again. If anyone has other ideas to hold them accountable, please share. Since it was a $700 fraudulent charge and StubHub continues to lie, I'll be sharing this story as many times as possible. I will using every other ticket company in the future and got without a ticket before ever doing business with StubHub again.

    I purchased tickets in July for a concert. I never received the tickets. After several calls to StubHub trying to get the tickets, no one ever called me back or even acknowledged that they were trying to help.     Purchased tickets over a month before event. Kept contacting StubHub through email because the tickets were not transferred and was told it may take until day of event. This makes no sense in case of issues and time to resolve. On the day of the event tickets were still not transferred so I called. Waited on hold for over two hours. Finally spoke to someone and they assured they would guarantee my tickets and resolve the matter and call me back. Four hours later and a couple hours before the event starts I’m on hold again for an hour and they dropped the call as soon as I start explaining the issue again. So I had to start all over again and waiting on the phone for another hour. This is horrible service, horrible means of communication and another screw you from big company. I don’t recommend StubHub

    I purchased Travis Tritt tickets for 1 section and was sent tickets for the wrong section. I proved my case and got a refund because Stub Hub would not provide the same tickets in the section that I paid for. If I had not noticed the section on my ticket and compared it to my emailed receipt, I would have gotten there with tickets that were in the back of the venue versus in the front.

    Bought 4 tickets to see Hozier in Santa Barbara last July. Contacted StubHub several weeks before the concert to see if I could sell back. I was confused having both AXS and stubhub connected to tickets. Someone talked me through the process and said it was complete before I got off the phone. A few days before the concert I got an email saying I didn’t do it right. This was on a Thursday late at night while I was on the road. The concert was going to be Sat.

    I tried calling Stubhub and writing messages with no response (other than from someone on a message bot who made a joke out of my frustrations when I told him I was 65 and have not done this before). I was afraid to try to sell them again in case I did it wrong again and would be charged another $500!!! So I had my daughter give them to a family for free a few hours before the concert. So down around $1500 now for a concert I couldn’t go to. I will never use StubHub again. I am very disappointed in how difficult it is to buy tickets to concerts. I am done!

They were "nice enough" to offer tickets that costed 10x more than what was originally paid if WE covered the difference. Then when we said we couldn't afford it, they pretty much said, "Oh, well..." Stubhub did fully refund our money, but we wanted to go to the concert... not get our money back. They also threw in a $43 voucher for further Stubhub purchases. Useless, because we will NEVER use Stubhub again!

    Horrible experience! We bought my daughter tickets for a concert 6 months prior to the concert. I got a reminder email a few days before the concert saying my event is coming up. This is my daughter’s favorite singer and she hasn’t stopped talking about the concert since we bought the tickets. So we drive two hours to the venue, pay for parking, buy food to sit on the sidewalk and eat so we can get in line 4 hours early because seating is first come first serve. I couldn’t find the tickets in the app but was assured by StubHub that my tickets would show up at least an hour before the event. About 2 hours before the event I got an email saying the seller failed to transfer the tickets to me. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! We were in line!!! We drove two hours!!

    We looked forward to this event for SIX MONTHS!!! And we are notified two hours prior that we never had tickets?!? A seriously poor excuse for a company. My daughter was beyond disappointed and fought back tears the whole way home saying, "It’s ok, it’s outside of our control, nothing we can do." It’s a terrible day when a little girl has to choke down her tears and try to stay positive because StubHub is a miserable failure. Beware anyone who purchases with StubHub, this is their policy and it can happen to you too.

    I order on Stubhub for years, never an issue but you always worry when will it be the first time. First time yesterday. First off to call to speak to someone or chat with someone, prepare to have nothing to do for about 2 hours. That is how long it took to get this issue resolved. Order tickets for concert, it was odd that I could not pick the seats but could only pick the row. First row we picked and paid for. Tickets came yesterday for concert tomorrow, 3 row seats not 1st row as we paid for. Finally got to customer service rep to be give the option to accept the tickets and get a voucher for 25% off next time. Or escalate to get better seats, with no promise we would get better. This process would be them sending me options to pick, and if I did not like any, oh call back...2 hours! No way.

    I opted for a refund. He left the phone to come back that he could call the seller. Why would I trust the seller after you pulled a fast one and sold me front row and gave me 3rd row. I stood firm we wanted our money back. I have to say, I am very disappointed and we will most likely not use Stubhub again. You are taking too big of a chance. We will most likely just deal with the venue vs the ticket sites. Too many scams these days. Very disappointed!

    The 1.2 rating out of 5 that they have is generous. I had posted a parking pass for sale. Nearly a full week before the event, StubHub deactivated it. (Of course, I did not know that until I happened to looked myself.) When I called, I had to send the pass to prove I had it, even though I have sold on the site before and they don't pay anyway until the person has the pass. I was told my issue would be "escalated." While they escalate, the time passes for me to sell my pass since the event is approaching. Yet, I just saw a parking pass sell 7 minutes ago.

    I called again, and the explanation I got is that that is someone who sells more than $50,000/year with Stub Hub and they get to post longer. In other words, there are special rules for ticket brokers who rip people off, not someone who just wants to sell a ticket. They provide two-day mailing labels and I am still four days outside the event, but I am not allowed to post. Their processes are terrible, as their 1.2 rating indicates.

    When you sell a ticket, you are told "If there are any issues processing your payment(s), we will contact you by email." That is copy-pasted from the email they sent me when I sold my tickets. It's also a lie. StubHub is more than happy to quietly keep your money as long as they can, while you fight with their terrible customer service platforms and obfuscate what's happening with your payment, delaying it repeatedly. Truly a terrible company.

    Paid $127.04 for parking passes in lot M/N for the Phila. Eagles, cowboys game on Sunday Nov. 5th. at 4:45 pm. Arrived at the stadium at 2:45 expecting to park only to find out that all the parking lots were full and blocked by Phila. police. This resulted in our being stuck in traffic for another hour + and having to park on the street 3 miles away. I bought the game tickets and parking for my wife who had just gone through stage four lymphoma. We are both in our 70's and had difficulty walking those 6 miles. Stubhub asks for a review but then says they will not respond to that review and I have yet to find an option to get a refund. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND OR USE STUBHUB EVER AGAIN.

    I bought tickets to Bruce Springsteen in Phili on 8/21/24 on StubHub 9/4/23. On 9/8/23 I received an email from the seller of the tickets saying he did not want to sell his tickets. I called StubHub and they guaranteed me in writing that they would honor the purchase with those tickets or tickets of equal value. On 10/21/23 I received an email from StubHub saying they canceled my transaction and gave me a refund. I don't want a refund...I want my tickets! If they had at least told me on 9/4/23 I would have had an opportunity to buy tickets elsewhere. The tickets have now gone up significantly in price. No one at StubHub will help me...I have even tried emailing the CEO of the company...nothing.

    I purchased tickets on StubHub for an NFL game for my son and I to attend. I never got the tickets (Stubhub said they would be emailed to me). I tried to get help using their online help service, but the chatbot was unresponsive. Then I tried calling Stubhub customer service, but was told it would be a 45-minute wait when the event would begin in 15 minutes. So I bought tickets another way (my son and I were waiting outside the gate as I tried to contact them).

    Immediately after the game I contacted them informing them of my situation and expected a refund or credit per their “FanProtect Guarantee.” But they refused and kept insisting I never tried to contact them, even as I offered proof that I did. Even after I filed a BBB complaint, they continued to accuse me of lying to them, even as I offered the proof. This company is a money-grab and despises its customers.

    We bought concert tickets through Viagogo (owned by Stub Hub) four months before the concert date. We didn't get tickets until three days before the concert, and the tickets we got were not what we'd paid for. Instead of assigned seats, Stub Hub sent us standing room general admission. We called them right away and they promised to get us the tickets we purchased or better, per the "Stub Hub guarantee." They did not. So we called again and got the same promise. Still no tickets. The night before the concert, we called a third time and were told that our seated tickets had been sold to someone else. We could either accept standing room or get a refund.

    We brought up the Stub Hub guarantee and were told that the tickets we bought simply weren't available and there was nothing they could do. We purchased specific tickets, well in advance. The night before the concert, we found out that what we'd bought didn't exist. The "guarantee" we'd bought them under was meaningless. There was no recourse for us and no repercussions for Stub Hub, other than informing other consumers about the experience.

    I originally purchased 3 tickets in June 2023 for my daughter's birthday. On my confirm email, I was told I would be receiving the tickets by October 22, 2023. I received an email on October 23rd confirming that I received my tickets. I replied to the email saying that I had not received my tickets. I received another email saying I will have the tickets by October 25th. Well, by 9pm, I still had not received my tickets. I contacted StubHub online via their customer service chat last night (October 25th) and the rep told me that I would receive an email link in one hour with a link to my tickets. One hour and 15 mins later and still no email. The seller did not meet any of StubHub's deadlines to send me the tickets.

    I contacted them again and the rep said that since the seller did not meet any of the multiple deadlines for sending the tickets, StubHub would send me an email link with multiple options for me to choose from. The rep stated that it was their policy, as stated on their website, to guarantee replacement tickets of equal or greater value or a full refund. I stated that I wanted tickets because they were a birthday gift for my daughter. He said he would have the email expedited and I should receive it in 30 mins. This was now midnight and I was going to bed with the hopes of waking up to the email. This morning, again still no link. After three more calls each person telling me that they gave the seller another deadline (yes 3 more deadlines) nothing.

    My final call at 11:30am EST, was with another rep. I told her the whole story again and said I am not getting off the phone until I receive the email link with replacement tickets. This was now 11:50am (after multiple holds). She said, "I see the link is being sent now with replacement tickets." Wow I thought, this will finally be resolved... Well, I did not mention earlier that I paid high dollar for floor tickets. The replacement tickets they sent were balcony tickets at the way back of the auditorium. These were definitely not equivalent to the original tickets I had purchased. I told her that the replacement tickets were unacceptable.

    According to the StubHub guarantee, replacement tickets would be equivalent or better. All the repo could say was that she was sorry but that was all they had. They are only a reseller. This was one of the unethical and unprofessional situations I have ever been in. I will do my best to inform everyone of how StubHub is a liar and unethical company to deal with!!

    There are many examples in the ratings so I’ll be brief. Stubhub sends your tickets via Ticketmaster - they say they are 2 separate companies. When you buy tickets from StubHub and you need to sell them for any reason you hit "Sell my tickets" and the tickets are listed - silence for a few weeks. Then you get an email from Ticketmaster - "Here are your tickets" - again "Need to sell? Click here" - Ticketmaster works, they keep you updated, tickets sell, you verify your bank info and you get paid - meanwhile however, the “tickets” are still for sale thru StubHub. A few weeks later there is a charge to your debit card and an email from StubHub that you didn’t fulfill the sale and were charged the cost of the tickets. Later that day an email from StubHub - "You sold your tickets!"

    So now StubHub sold imaginary tickets to a seller who paid for them, refunded them with my latest debit charge and kept what the seller paid as a penalty for me not transferring the tickets. I’m out double the cost of the tickets and StubHub is sitting pretty with twice the amount—this is not right - please be careful and wait till you have the tickets to try to sell them and use Ticketmaster. Otherwise it’s going to be a bad experience!

    Purchased 3 tickets to the Jason ** concert in Ridgefield, WA. Received the tickets in email, confirmed all 3 by clicking "accept tickets" as the email stated I needed to do. Two weeks later, make the 6 hour drive to the show, to then be denied entry because the tickets were suddenly no longer there! Many others in line had the same issue! We were told we would have to repurchase through the venue directly. Which we did so we wouldn't miss the bleepin show! I call stubhub first thing in the morning, explain what happened, they tell me to expect an email to start the refund process. Never received email, called customer service 6+ times, to never get through to anybody.

    I then use the chat option on their site, after an hour, the gal says I should expect my refund in 7 to 10 days. NEVER received it. I call again today, finally get through, demand to speak to manager. He tells me "there will be no refund because I didn't call them the night of the event" WTF?! by the time these fools answer the phone, we would've missed the entire concert! After already missing BOTH opening acts because of their crap! $565 down the drain! I WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THEY ARE! I hope to see them file for bankruptcy for screwing so many people over.

    Bought tickets on StubHub for Raiders/Packers game in Las Vegas and when I got to the game I found out that I had no tickets (they said the seller recalled them). After 45 minutes, I was able to talk to a representative and they said they would find me replacement tickets. They never did. I traveled from Milwaukee to Las Vegas to find out I didn't have tickets. They said they would refund me - I still haven't received the refund. Be careful about using Stubhub, they make promises they cant fulfill, they take your money and it is absolutely impossible to get anyone over there to answer the phone to resolve your problems. Not to mention tickets listed for 300 will actually cost use 425 because of their fees. Just an absolutely awful experience!

Stubhub offered a second set of tickets for purchase which I accepted and paid for. I then received a second email from StubHub offering yet another set of tickets, which I did not accept. StubHub charged me for the additional set of tickets. I attempted to resolve the issue by calling customer service. On three occasion I spent 30+ minutes on hold. Finally I filed a complaint with the BBB and have disputed the charge with my bank. StubHub still refuses to refund the charges for the second set of tickets.

    Bought tickets to Giants game on Wednesday. Mobile ticket suppose to be delivered on Friday. Called Sunday at 800 am and was told ticket would be delivered by 1000 am. Called at 1015 am to cancel and was told it could not be cancelled until 1130 am. Clearly, the “seller” was buying the ticket from ticketmaster and waiting to see if his or her purchase price dropped to a price lower than my buy price. This all caused problems as I had to buy a ticket from ticketmaster while in Met Life’s parking lot with no wifi. Avoiding this situation was the exact reason I used StubHub. I will never use it again as there is no point since their sellers do not own the tickets they are selling.

    I bought football tickets on StubHub the Wednesday before the 11:00 am Saturday game. Even got an email receipt that said the sale was confirmed. On Friday evening I received an email from StubHub that said: "We apologise, but unfortunately, your seller is not able to provide the tickets that you originally purchased." The email indicated I could select new tickets due to StubHub's event guarantee and I did.

    I immediately received another email that said the sale was confirmed but I would not get my tickets until the next day, which was game day (11:00 am kickoff). Guess what? I never got the second set of tickets either. Luckily, while tailgating before the game and anxiously waiting for the magic StubHub email with the tickets, I decided to quit waiting on StubHub and used SeatGeek to get new tickets. The SeatGeek tickets were delivered immediately to my email. I had to contact StubHub after the game ended to initiate a refund, and I received a full refund. My problem with StubHub is that it is selling tickets it does not posses (twice to the same game), and I cannot help but wonder why it cannot immediately send your tickets electronically like SeatGeek did.

    They do not tell you this, but ALL AMOUNTS are in US Dollars, even though the event is in Canada, and the website is .ca. We thought we were paying $700 CANADIAN DOLLARS for 2 seats They charged a $950.35 which turned out to be American and the total was $1300 Canadian. We are very nervous after reading these reviews that we may never get our tickets in time, and if we do, there is no guarantee that we will get the seats we paid for.

    I listed four tickets for a recent baseball game. The tickets were barcode tickets, and totally electronic for which StubHub takes responsibility for delivering. It’s in their policy. After listing the tickets, I went to the StubHub site to see if the tickets were indeed up on their site for sale. Two of the tickets were showing as for sale. Two of the tickets were not. I waited to see if the system would update and list the second tickets. I checked again and they were not listed. I went back on the site and listed the second set of tickets that were not showing on their site for sale. When I listed them I did not receive an error message that I was listing Tickets twice.

    In the past I had received an error message that my tickets were already listed and could not be listed again. I actually have a screenshot of that message. It was also for a baseball game at the same venue. Stubhub sent me an email stating that my tickets had sold and then another email that the tickets had been delivered. This was all approximately at 10 o’clock in the morning. In the afternoon, I received another email stating that there was a delay in processing the barcode for the tickets that had sold, but “not to worry” if they needed more information they would notify me.

    About an hour later, I received an email that my transaction had been canceled. I called StubHub and the representative told me that I had put in the wrong barcode number. If you’ve ever listed a baseball ticket from Ballpark, you know that if the barcode number is wrong, StubHub immediately says this barcode number is invalid. I explained that to the representative only to be told that the tickets were listed twice and that I would be penalized.

    The next day I received an email that my account would be charged $585 for not delivering the tickets. I called and argued again that this was not fair, and I sent them screenshots shots from their showing that Tickets could not be listed twice. They reviewed my case, ignored the screenshot that I sent them and said that I would be charged regardless.

    First, I do not understand how a system could allow you to list Tickets twice when it is all being done electronically and via barcode. In fact, the screenshot I have seems to show that StubHub does not allow that. I called customer service again and asked the simple question. Is it possible to list an electronic ticket with barcode twice? The agent said they needed to check with “the team” and I waited for several minutes only to be disconnected. The agent had my telephone number and could’ve called me back, but it is an hour later, and I have still not received a call. I believe StubHub allows this policy to let sellers accidentally list barcodes twice so that they can come back and say you made a mistake you owe us money and then take money from us as sellers. I have seen numerous reviews where people accidentally listed Tickets twice only to be charged and not paid for tickets Stubhub sold.

    With regards to the tickets that I listed twice or better that the system allowed me to list twice, they were indeed sold and delivered and StubHub was paid. I know this because I sat next to the people that bought the tickets and they showed me their StubHub receipt proving Stubhub received their money. I also reviewed this same information with the StubHub representative, who said that they would need proof that I actually saw these people. I can’t believe that this is legal. I can almost understand, listing Tickets twice where the seller is responsible for, delivering paper or e tickets only to end up in the position of being able to deliver one set and not the duplicate listing. However, StubHub takes responsibility for delivering the tickets in this case. I hope my review pushes potential customers of resale companies away from StubHub.

    We bought Bonnie Raitt tickets for Austin 5 months ahead of the concert. Paid more than $300/ticket. On the day of the concert, we still had not received our tickets. They were supposed to be transferred to AXS. Then I got an email the morning of the show stating my tickets were no longer available but I could accept cheap seats in place of my great seats or get a refund. I took the refund.     I purchased 4 tickets for a concert at Madison Square Garden to accommodate some visiting guests who wanted to see a particular artists. We had to purchase from StubHub as the concert was sold out on Ticketmaster. I paid too high a price for the seats we got (that was my choice) but at least we could go. The night of the concert, while we sat at the venue, the concert was cancelled. We had already paid to get to the city, paid for parking and paid for dinner. The concert was postponed until two nights later. Three of the four guest were no longer going to be in the state on that day.

    StubHub told us to "resell" the tickets. It wasn't likely we could do that in two days for a Monday night. Also, with all the refunds given by Ticketmaster, there were plenty of seats available for face value. There was no way we would have been able to sell our tickets. StubHub did not care and just repeated their "no refund" policy. They obviously only care about the bottom line and not customer satisfaction. It was not our choice to cancel at the last minute. They could have worked out something to help us out but just kept quoting policy.

    I recently had a frustrating experience with the StubHub app that I'd like to share. I listed two tickets for sale on the platform, and what followed was a chain of events that left me quite displeased.     Purchased tickets months ago from Stubhub, loaded to my wallet, have a screenshot of one ticket. Friday before the game, I look for tickets, not there. I call StubHub, they will re transfer or replace, told to call back Saturday 1 pm if no tickets. Called Saturday 1 pm. Advised will get seller to resend tickets, check by 6 am Pacific time, I am Eastern time and need to leave for the game 9 am!! Ask if open Sunday morning, told open 24/7, call 6 am eastern time Sunday morning, LINE IS CLOSED TIL 8 AM pacific time.     I had tickets to an event that I wasn’t going to be able to go to. I came to StubHub to try to sell my tickets a month before the event. The week of the event came and I had not received any word or payment for my tickets and my schedule had changed so I decided to attend it. Last minute I got a notification from them that my tickets had indeed sold weeks prior, but they had not notified me or paid me for them. I tried to contact the buyer without success. They charged me the cost of the the refund they had to pay the buyer and pocketed the cash the buyer had given them. I will not ever be using this company again.

    I decided to sell event tickets on their platform for the first time after my wife and I were unable to attend an upcoming event. I was selling 2 tickets. An issue occurred in their system where Ticket #1 was delivered to 2 separate buyers. The 2nd order was cancelled, but they were able to see that buyer #2 had opened and downloaded the tickets. To ensure that buyer #1 was able to attend the event, they decided to swap the tickets out with the 2nd set of tickets and cancel the 2nd tickets altogether.

    Upon doing that, they promised that because of the error in their delivery, StubHub would pay me for the 2nd set of tickets and I should see the payment for both tickets in my account after the event. I've received payment for the 1st set of tickets, but not the 2nd set that they promised to cover. I called in to their support and they are now telling me that they don't issue payment for cancelled tickets, the only "promise" they made was to reverse the penalty fee that I was charged for cancelled tickets.

    They indicate that "the team" that can make those decisions did not promise payment and that only "that team" can make those types of calls, that a support rep or a team lead cannot. "That team" is an "email only" team that has no contact information and can only be contacted internally by their support reps. I told the rep that clearly the notes on the orders are inadequate because it took her a while to understand the circumstances and I prefer that they pull the call that I had with them because I'm not allowed to speak to them to explain it. They said all they can do is "escalate" it to "that team" and I will hear back via email with no expected timeframe. Stubhub is committing Fraud by Inducement --- they misinformed or lied to me about covering the payment and are now making it unnecessarily difficult to speak to someone about it.

    These people sell you the tickets... Then the seller won't fulfill the tickets...So at the day of the event they will provide you a replacement tickets with the worst sits.. Not giving you a refund for the difference... The only way is a full refund however you have no event.

    StubHub charged my credit card over $300 without my permission! As soon as I saw that there was a request to buy concert tickets that I had listed, I immediately notified them that the tickets got sold via Ticketmaster and I no longer had them. A few hours later, I got an email from StubHub about the charge. This charge was even more than what I paid for them!!! I have sent their customer service an email (which is hard to find on their website) but no response or credit yet.

    I listed tickets with StubHub and they sold the together and separately. They are trying to charge me fees for selling the the tickets twice. I transferred the tickets to the original seller and then was given different seller information. I canceled the transfer and transferred the tickets to new buyer provided by StubHub. StubHub said I was being charged for canceling the transfer and not fulfilling the ticket order when I changed the transfer. Sounds like a scam to make $ in fees??

    I sold tickets through StubHub. The buyer emailed StubHub saying they didn't receive them after the show occurred. I signed acceptance from FedEx from the buyer. Stubhub charged me selling the price. I called Stubhub customer service and they informed me of what took place. I asked what proof they required from the buyer and I was told an email was what they received. The customer service person could not tell me anything except how sorry he was and read from a script. StubHub charged me the selling price of the ticket. There is zero seller protection on StubHub. StubHub has stolen from me even though I had the receipt from FedEx and a picture of the tickets going in the FedEx envelope. This a unacceptable from StubHub.

    I sold football tickets on this site. Even though when you purchase tickets to an event they charge your credit card immediately, when you sell, they don't pay you until 10 days after the event. Apparently my tickets for this game sold, but Stubhub didn't fulfill the sale because they didn't use the information I had already provided them (ticket barcodes) and the buyer purchased tickets elsewhere. Stubhub charged me $450 for their error! THey don't have to do any work to fulfill a sale, the seller does and they charge us a fee? Do not use this site, you will get ripped off and tell everyone you know the same thing.

    I bought 2 tickets to Morgan Wallen and the show was rescheduled during a time I couldn’t go! I couldn’t get a refund. The only way to get my money back was to sell my tickets! So I enlisted them and sold them! Not only does StubHub take some of the money that you make selling the tickets, they don’t give you your money back (that you make from selling YOUR tickets) until 5-8 days after the event date! In my case this is about 9 months away. Their reasoning was “making sure the tickets aren’t fraud” but I bought the tickets from StubHub so how could they be fraud? Customer service didn’t help or seem to care at all.

    I purchased 3 premium seat tickets to the Aerosmith Farewell tour on Oct 11. The concert was canceled - or as they call it - postponed until "sometime" in 2024. They tried to send me 3 tickets to a hockey game that date of all things - that I have no interest in. The bottom line is if an event is postponed - there should be a postponed to DATE. This one does not have a new date so in my thought, this event was cancelled. So they hang onto over $3200 of mine for this extended period of time. What if they go out of business? Why do they not have the confidence that if the group does come back my area that I will repurchase? They are USING other people's money to sit in their bank account.     StubHub is a terrible company to deal with!!!! 1st they never sent me the tickets. 2nd lied saying they did. Then I made a case with the company and was told if the seller did not give me the tickets in 72 hrs I have the right to cancel and get a refund. This happened on September 15th, I did not receive my tickets. I had to repurchase with Seat Geek who gave me the tickets same day!!!! I am still currently fighting to get a refund. They keep giving me the same excuse saying they are looking into my case. I opened a case with Klarna who i got the tickets from and they sided with StubHub ONLY cause they sent an email saying I received the tickets, meanwhile they also sent me an email saying I never got the tickets. So I am now going to do another chargeback to get my refund.

    I will not pay for tickets I did not receive. It's sad how hard you have to fight for your money back for tickets you never received. Went to see the show on September 24th. What a shame how I have to keep fighting for a show I already saw. iI will never ever buy from them again. They are scammers in my eyes and try real hard not to give you back your money.

    I ordered tickets for an NFL game. There was an issue with them which is a long story. I was offered a 25% refund. When I didn’t see a credit on my credit card, I called StubHub. I was told to wait a little longer and that I would be getting a 25% refund. Several days later I received an email with a coupon code. I called again, and was told that’s all I’m getting, and I never should’ve been told I was getting a refund. Well, OK then, but the refund code didn’t work. I called back again and was told there was a problem with the code. I told the agent that I would not be using StubHub again, and this whole process has been tedious, he cut off the phone call.     I purchased 2 tickets from Stubhub on August 4th. They sent me an email assuring me that the tickets had been transferred to me. I never received the transfer email. I called Stubhub to let them know that I hadn't received the transfer, after an hour of hold time they assured me that they would then send me another email with an option to pick different tickets, or be refunded within 20 minutes. Five hours later I had still not received the email so I called back and was on hold another 20 minutes after which they assured me that they'd send the email right away. An hour later, still no email. The concert is tonight, I spent 4 times the original ticket price, but have no tickets. For the ridiculous fees they charge, they should be able to hire some people who can get the job done, unfortunately, it looks like my daughter and I will be missing the show that I got her for her bday.     I am a seller at Stubhub.. I listed 2 tickets not split at $250 each. Which if sold I would received $225.00 per ticket. StubHub's Policy is that they have accomodations of no split tickets, I sign up for no split tickets. 1 ticket was sold. At the time of the sale it said price for 1 $225 and to send the buyer seats 13 and 14. I cancelled order/transfer because how is it possible that 1 ticket was sold, system asked me to transfer 2 tickets seats 13-14. This is a technical/system issue on their end. Now since I didn't comply with the transfer I'm being charge $225.00 that was already deducted from my debit card.

    Buyer based on my calculations paid total of $312.00. Which stubhub has this money already. I'm being told by a customer service rep I'm being charge to replace a ticket to customer. But if Stubhub has $312.00 why can't they used that money to get a replacement ticket. Where are my $225.00 charge going to? To StubHub pocket? I would accept a $30 cancelation fee but the price of tickets that customer is not getting I don't this is acceptable. Especially when it's their system issue. I was asked to transfer 2 tickets for the price of 1. I want my money back. I have attached proof that I was asked to transfer 13-14 seats for the price of 1.

    This company is the worse, please only use SeatGeek. You will get your ticket right away, no delay in receiving tickets. I have been on both side of sellers and buyers on this website and both sucks. If you are a seller, and cancelled your tickets in advance, they will still charge you. They will also wait last minute until you get to the venue to tell the buyer that the tickets are not available. And they will make buyers buy more expensive tickets. I sold tickets and the email they provided me to transfer the ticket was not working and I had to email and call the buyer to figure it out. They are unable to do their job properly. I think, they do it on purpose, so the buyer don't receive the tickets and they can keep the buyer money.

    I would give this a zero star if I could. I purchased Adele tickets 5 months before the concert. I purchased airline tickets to go to Las Vegas. The day before the concert I got an email saying "We apologise but unfortunately your seller is not able to provide the tickets." I had to purchase tickets at more than double the cost. When you buy tickets from Stubhub it is not guaranteed. Apparently they can cancel the purchase 24 hours before the venue.

    I bought tickets to Godsmack Thursday, September 28 around 11 o’clock in the morning. I noticed when I signed up I made a mistake in my email address for them to send the tickets to me. The money was taken out of my account. I immediately called five minutes later to let them know that the email I signed up for the spelling was wrong. My email ends in Gmail and my fat fingers put fmail.com instead of gmail.com. Told this was going to get fixed and to call back around 2 o’clock to see if the tickets transferred. I called. Tickets were not available. I was again told to call back at four by a very nice lady named Holly. She told me that I would get a refund at four if the tickets were not sent to my correct email. It was a guarantee by them.

    At 4 o’clock when they weren’t ready, they told me to call back at six but I called at five and that employee updating me and said I was not gonna get my tickets in time and that they were going to issue me a refund in a few days. I call back a few days later asking about an update on my refund, they told me that I am not going to get one because the tickets were already sent to the email Fmail.com and they couldn’t transfer them to the correct email gmail.com.

    From now on, I’m going to go to Ticketmaster. StubHub customer service is a joke. I went to my bank to dispute the charges. I did not receive any tickets and provided my bank with the correct information for them to refund me my money. Again out of the five employees that I talk to that Thursday two of them said I would get a refund and magically they’re not in the notes that they have. They have everything else that I called multiple times that I asked them to change the tickets to the correct email Because I had fat fingers.     Tickets worked on the 1st day. The 2nd day they did not work. Spent an hour on the phone outside the gate. With no resolution. Had to purchase one day tickets to get in at a much higher price (obviously). After trying to get ahold of StubHub customer service the past few days and then having to speak to a supervisor has offered a refund of $185. 1st person we spoke to only offered $160.     Stubhub does not offer its customers the opportunity to cancel ticket orders. If you make a mistake by purchasing the wrong tickets or if you found cheaper tickets, you cannot cancel your order or obtain a refund. What you can do is list your tickets for sale. You become a re-seller. We these geniuses have not figured out how to differentiate between what's available to sell and what's been sold or maybe they have and that's why they did nothing to prevent their customers from this nightmare. It's too profitable to Stubhub.

    What they do is penalized the re-sellers for their inadequate systems, that can't keep track of sold tickets. This should not be allowed. Stubhub has been sued over cancellation of events and their policies on refunds and by ticket re-seller for event cancellations due to COVID-19. I think it's time for some smart Attorney to pick up this fight over the legality of fees being charged to the re-seller due to Stubhub's dashboard inability to decipher sold tickets. Why should cost of refunding a customer, due to oversales rest on the re-seller. If I could give Stubhub a -5 rating I would.

    I bought two day parking pass for Sofi. The second day the ticket was not available. The app said the event had already past. This resulted in my having to purchase a day pass at the event which I luckily could. I called Stubhub customer service five times to resolve this issue. Each time, I spent at least 30 minutes explaining to the representative what had happened. The first representative got an manager on the line and they said it would be credited. Two weeks later the credit did not show up. I called again three more times after that speaking to a representative as if for the first time. The representatives each time tells me that they are escalating to another department to get it credited. I never got the email for the escalation each time. My last call they hung up on me. I am taking it to my credit card to resolve for purchase of a product that I did not receive.

    I am a diehard MLB fan and used Stubhub exclusively for years when purchasing tickets for away games but will sadly no longer use them after the abysmal experience I had purchasing tickets for an away game in NY a couple months ago. I was flying in from the west coast on a Saturday and purchased tickets that Friday for the Sunday game - sent my friend a screenshot of the tickets I was purchasing and it confirmed that they were for the Sunday game. Lo and behold, I receive my email confirmation and it shows tickets for the Friday game (that evening) that I was not even in town for. I did not realize until I got to NY as I had been traveling and instantly called Stubhub to rectify the matter once I landed.

    I thought given my loyalty to the company with dozens of tickets purchased a year that they would do something about it; yet they blamed me, claiming I purchased the incorrect tickets and there was nothing they could do as they already paid the seller. Why would I purchase tickets for a game that I was not even in town for? And why do I have a screenshot of the correct tickets being purchased? I did not want to let this ruin my trip and was now desperate to get tix for the correct game but they would not even offer me a credit for those tickets.

    I stupidly still used Stubhub for the correct tix because I was in a bind but again, will no longer use them in the future. There are dozens of reviews like mine and I cannot imagine so many people are somehow purchasing the incorrect tickets despite many years of purchasing correct ones. I also see they have refunded some customers the fees for the incorrect tickets and yet I was not even given that courtesy.

    Sold tickets on site, so I thought. Buyer declined day before event. StubHub allowed buyer to hold onto the link to the tickets for 15 hours. I had no access to my tickets to try and sell elsewhere and no payment. StubHub threatened to charge me for tickets if I cancelled.. mind you to gain access to my own tickets. StubHub “Released” tickets at 9pm… Show began the next morning. Even upon release the tickets were gone from their site. I had no tickets. I am on the phone for 12 hours that day begging them to contact buyer and release these tickets. StubHub response was “we don’t want to rush the buyer” I was out tickets, the concert and received an email I was charged for the tickets. $140 tickets wound up being charged over $430.

    SCAM - RIP OFF- Unbelievable hateful customer service. One even hung up then 30 minutes later calls back promising to promptly resolve and return the tickets. It NEVER happened! How are they allowed to do this to consumers. Should have the ability to give negative amount of stars. Wow! Never Never Ever Again ~ Shame on you StubHub—-> Sickening.

    I will never use this company again. I purchased tickets for the 9/24 SNF game in Las Vegas between the Steelers and Raiders. I purchased the tickets on July 27 in section 438, Row 11, Seat 12-13. The cost including fees was $1006.30. I live in Tampa and my friend who joined me still lives in Pittsburgh. We flew across the country and spent money on flights, as 3 night stay at MGM, and took off work. The tickets were supposed to arrive on 9/22 and never came. I spent a total of nearly 10 hours the morning of the game begging and pleading with this company to release the tickets to me. They protected the seller and said they had until 10AM PST to release the tickets. Seller never released them.

    I spoke to 4 different people the first time and was hung up on twice before I got an employee named Trisha **, who was nice and agreed to give me alternative tickets. She stayed on the phone with me until I chose the tickets in section 113, row 19. I asked how they were able to give me these as alternatives, given the proximity to the field, and she said they have agreements with these ticket holders already in place and the tickets would come from TicketMaster. They were supposed to come at 1:10PM PST, and again never came. I called back and the next person who answered said those tickets aren’t available anymore because the seller no longer had them.

    This went on from 7:30AM PST until kickoff at 5:20PM PST, and by that time, the stadium was just about sold out and tickets were over $1,300 a piece. I spoke to 6 or 7 people there, was hung up on by 3 people, and had another guy named Patrick promise to call me at 10AM PST if the original tickets weren’t sent to me yet, and he never called. It was the same old “we understand your frustration” nonsense. As a result, my friend and I were unable to attend the game, even after a very nice woman at the Allegiant Stadium guest relations tried calling StubHub and locating my tickets. It was a wasted trip, wasted money, and flat out wrong what happened to us.

    A few other fans were also dealing with this too. Read between the lines and understand what was going on. I bought these tickets 58 days ago, and StubHub protected the seller, allowing them to send me the tickets up until the day of the game. As game day approached, the ticket prices were skyrocketing, and the sellers made deals to sell the tickets at a higher price, and screwed over the people who originally bought the tickets months in advance. I have used StubHub before for far less popular events and didn’t have an issue, but this experience clearly shows they don’t care about buying customers. What company takes $1006 from you, and doesn’t release a ticket for nearly 2 months? Sadly, I used them as they had the best ticket prices back on July 27, but if I knew this was even a slight possibility, I would have used a more reliable and trusting company.

    You buy a ticket, it should be immediately released to the buyer, or at the very least, given to them within 10-14 days. If the event doesn’t is within a week or two, it should be released immediately. All this was, was a money scam for sellers to screw over people who traveled to a game, so they could line their pockets. StubHub also doesn’t care, because the higher the prices sell, they collect an even higher service fee. What was supposed to be a fun trip that was talked about all year and planned for months, became a horrible experience. They’ll slap the seller on the wrist, and even if they suspend/ban them from using the app again, they’ll just set up a different account and use it again somehow. I hope you’re proud of the shoddy service you provide people StubHub, and shame on the ticket sellers who screwed over so many fans in the process. It was nice when people actually had integrity.

    Absolutely abysmal experience and customer service. We ordered tickets to the Matt Rife concert on the 22nd of October in the orchestra section. We get there, wait in line and go to scan tickets, and turns out they sent us tickets to the show the next night. I double checked my order, and I did indeed have a receipt for the 22nd. We wait over 30 minutes on hold, only to be told they can either grant a refund or give us tickets in a worse section, not even comparable. My buddy wanted to still go, so we begrudgingly accepted, and said we would deal with it the next day. They send us the “new tickets”, and they are for the next night as well!!!     Listed 4 tickets (seats 117-120) to the UCLA football game for sale. Agreed to sell them in pairs if necessary. Got an email from StubHub that the tickets were sold and I should email seats 117-120 to the buyer at the email address provided by StubHub. I did so and received confirmation that the buyer received them. Two hours later StubHub sent me another email that a second buyer had bought seats 119-120. When I checked the detail of the first sale it said 2 tickets were sold but listed all four seats. Tried to email both buyers without response. Called StubHub the day before the game and explained their error; they said they would try to contact the first buyer and get 2 tickets back.

    The day of the game I called StubHub again and they said the first buyer did not respond to calls, texts or emails. Then they sent me an email that if I did not deliver the two tickets to the second buyer I would be charged for the tickets at the price I listed them for. After 4 calls to their Customer Service over the last week (4 1/2 hours of phone time) StubHub told me they had "escalated" my matter 3 times and it is still not resolved. But they did charge my account for the 2 tickets I could not deliver to the second buyer, so basically they sold my tickets and I got $0.00. I have had a StubHub account for more than 10 years. I will never buy or sell on this platform again.

    The process of accepting tickets from StubHub is very confusing, time consuming and very frustrating. StubHub and Ticketmaster are not very compatible. I spent 7 hours and 4 customer service representatives to try and accept tickets that I bought on StubHub. The last representative (Sheldon) finally resolved my issue and transferred the tickets from Ticketmaster to my email so that I could view them and save them to phone. Sheldon I felt went above and beyond to resolve my ticket issues but I feel the whole ticket transfer process should be easier than it is.

    If I could rate this company any lower, I would. VERY shady business practices all around. I purchased 2 tickets to a festival in error, for a total of $558.00. I bought tickets to the wrong festival essentially. They charged a $80 services fees for both, resulting in a $718 and some change bill. The only way to get my money back is to "re-list" them for sale, but when you do that you do not get the service fees back. So it looks like my mistake cost me $160.

    So I call them (the same day, mind you) to see if there's any way they can help me. Get hung up on 3 times after explaining my issue. When I finally talked to someone they told me I should raise the price I relist the tickets for so that I can get that lost money back. If I did that, the next person would not only pay for my fees, but StubHub would charge them the same listing fees again. Super shady. I will never use this crappy company again, and will tell everyone I know the same.

    Update: I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor on this issue, was immediately put on perpetual hold. If that isn't the worst customer service possible, I don't know what is. Another Update: My bank is filing a dispute, and a stop-payment. Good luck Stubhub. DO NOT purchase tickets through this crappy company. It's worth paying more elsewhere than having to deal with this company.

    I bought tickets from this site 2 days before going on vacation. 1 week before the event and a month after purchasing the tickets they email me to say they don't have the tickets! They could not replace the tickets even though there were tickets available online.

    I have used StubHub in the past no problems. I bought two tickets - one a few weeks before the concert, one the day of. I get to the concert. For one the tickets wouldn't even load so they had to use my email then they tell me there is only one ticket. The money is take out of account and everything and I could not use a ticket that I have paid for and they will not refund me because I called the day after because they were closed when I called the day of. Mind you, I drove an hour and 40 minutes for this event. Will never go through stubhub ever again and I will definitely be telling this to anyone I know that is thinking of going through them. I hope everyone else if you do go through them has a better experience than I did.

    I bought two tickets to the University of Montana football game. I was sent an email with a link to electronically transfer the tickets. It didn’t work. I called and emailed Stubhub. No response. Called them again. I finally got an email saying they are working on it. Nothing yet. The tickets cost $85 a piece. Stubhub charged me a $54.00 fee. Crummy service and outrageously expensive. Will never use them again.

    Bought two adjacent seat for an event. When payment for ticket and only after viewing tick I notice one was for different venue and future date and was 130 dollars more than the adjacent seat in a pod. After making the tickets for same date price on ticket decreased 130 dollars. No refund was available. I feel like this was a scam by the seller of ticket. StubHub supervisor guaranteed there would be no refund and and if I called back result would be the same. Feel robbed.

    First of all, long time buyer and seller on StubHub—per customer service rep they get 4-5 calls per day or more with my issue: which suggest a need for change in web design, etc. I placed 2 tixs for sale on the website—told they both had sold and got confirmation that the tixs had been transferred to buyer. I found out the day of game that only one tix actually sold (transferred 2 to the email address provided 3 days prior) and the 2nd purported had sold and requested that I transfer. I had transferred both tixs midweek assuming the sale was over. Apparently, there’s a flaw in the system (email reports tickets sold when only a single ticket is sold)—and the buyer got 2 tixs for the price of one. Per the rep, there’s no recourse for me—My advice use SeatGeek or other resalers which have better communication and web design that is easy to use without “gotcha” moments.

    Please be aware Stub Hub does not actually own the tickets they are selling you. You pay them, and then a third party is suppose to email you your tickets. I have been waiting 9 days for my tickets. I have spoken to someone on the phone three times, and I have sent at least 5 complaints to customer service. Customer service seems powerless to do anything to assist me. First I was told to check my spam. Then they admitted my tickets had been emailed to incorrect email address, and that I would have them within 72 hours. After 72 hours, they told me that within 24 hours I would either: a. have my tickets, b. receive an option for new tickets of equal or better value, or c. a refund.

    After 24 hours I had none of the above. Now they are telling me they need another 72 hours to locate my tickets. I have also been told that since my event is a week away they are busy finding tickets for people whose event is closer but that I will definitely have them in time for the game. Why would I believe that when THREE TIMES they have failed to do what they said they would do.

    While I did get my tickets (this said, the event is this weekend, I hope they're valid!), when I printed them out the face value was on the ticket: $38. I paid just over $200, including their fees, per ticket. I don't know how they can sleep at night. So incredibly frustrating, maddening and disappointing. They, and the seller (Sarah C), are laughing all the to the bank. :-(

    The seller sent me wrong tickets. To get correct tickets, I have made 12 calls to Jamaica (their zone), on different dates, different times, and still unresolved. I have no clue if it will ever resolved. One thing is sure - they run away with my money, and there is no ticket issued to me. Stay away from them.

    BUYER BEWARE - On Thursday, I bought 4 Dawg Pound tickets for almost $1,000 on the Lower Level (1st Level) to the Browns Cinci game on Sunday. I Didn't receive the tickets so I sent several emails and had several long calls with StubHub employees to find out where my tix were. They said they would be there by 9am Sunday but if not they will give me comparable tickets. BIG LIE...They said they couldn't get the tix on Sunday, so they offered me tickets ON THE 5th Level of the Stadium - I said what happened to their "Guarantee" and they essentially said that was the best they could do...Oh yes they offered me a $13 voucher. Not sure how they aren't regulated and not allowed to sell tickets they don't have...

    Paid $439.70 on July 11 2023 for PIT | Row A | Seat 113 - 116 seats at Gregory Porter at Muriel Kauffman Theatre at Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts - Complex, Kansas City only to find out 24hrs before venue "the seller didn't have my tickets", the purchase email stated tickets would be received by Sept 8 2023, I have checked email including junk with ALL suggested search terms, I have reached out to StubHub by chat, emails and phone without any success in retrieving tickets, this is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing tickets anywhere on any platform, this event is 7 hours away with a hotel stay, I am convinced this was a scam and my tickets were resold by seller, StubHub this is fraudulent behavior that will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission& IdentityTheft.gov.

    We are from Florida and bought tickets to see Ed Sheeran, when we were at the stadium, after spending on flight tickets, hotel accommodations (Mandalay Bay), rent a car and a lot other expenses, they decided to cancel the concert, we are supposed to be celebrating our wedding anniversary and my wife birthday, instead we are going through a uncomfortable time and to make matters worse, this company said that they wouldn't return the money for the tickets. NEVER AGAIN, IF YOU SEE STUBHUB....RUN.

    My previous review stated I did not receive a response or refund from StubHub for a parking pass to a Phoenix Mercury game that I never received. A week after I posted this review, StubHub issued me a refund.

    Paid $34.88 for a parking pass to a 9/8 Phoenix Mercury game on 9/5. Received an email from StubHub on 9/6 saying the seller had transferred my ticket and sent me an email with the link. I never received that email from the seller. I followed all their troubleshooting steps; still no ticket. They asked me to send screenshots of: my Ticketmaster account showing my email address matched the address in my StubHub account, my Ticketmaster account showing no events, my Ticketmaster account showing my country of origin and that I was logged into Ticketmaster.com, AND a screenshot showing my email inbox with "ticket transfer" in the search bar showing no results from Ticketmaster.

    I sent them all these screenshots TWICE (on Thursday and on Friday), and StubHub never responded further. I never received the parking pass and had to buy another one (through a different app; I will never use StubHub again). Their lack of customer service is just disgusting.

    Purchased tickets for Bonnie Raitt in Missoula, MT back in JANUARY, StubHub gladly took the $300 for the cost of the tickets out of our bank account. Fast forward to today September 8, 2023, the day of the concert and they don't have our tickets, the concert is sold out AND we have to wait 7-10 days for the refund that we are owed for THE TICKETS WE BOUGHT in JANUARY!!! Just checked the StubHub website to see if they have Bonnie Raitt tickets on sale for tonight's show, and lo and behold - THEY HAVE 18. I'm so pissed off I can barely see straight.

    I have had a horrible time understanding how this process works. Purchased tickets for a UM football game, but had to turn around and re-sell. As soon as I sold the ticket, I received an email that read: "Congrats, you've sold your ticket, there's nothing left for you to do!" then the following day got another email that read: "You have 1 day left to send your tickets for this sale! If you do not send the tickets within this time, this sale will be cancelled, and charges will apply."

    Customer service agents couldn't help. They were clueless about their process and had to continue putting me on hold to figure things out. I'm still on hold. After 25 mins, the agent hung up on me. Beyond frustrating in this day and age of easy, helpful technology. You'd think they'd have a process nailed by now. But, alas, they don't. I won't ever buy a ticket here again. I'd rather go straight to the event vendor. Using a third party service like StubHub is a waste of time and energy. I've already spent way too much time on this ticket issue. I'm now on hold for another 37 minutes waiting for resolution. Steer clear of this company!

    I called on August 5th, 2033 to purchase 3 tickets to the Beyoncé concert in Kansas City. I simply called to get clarification about the seats for the tickets that I was interested in purchasing. Upon the conversation the woman advised the section we would be placed in was in front of section 132 and that our view was unrestricted and that we would have a good view of the stage. Today August 28th 2023 I received the tickets from the seller and they stated they were parking tickets. Please explain why anyone would purchase 3 parking tickets for $200+ dollars. I don’t plan on driving to the venue I simply planned to Uber to dodge any traffic and extra fees.

    When I called today on August 28th I was advised that the seller released the wrong tickets to me and that this would be handled within 2-3 business days. I was advised that I would receive the corrected tickets, a refund, or ticket replacements for the show. About an hour later I then received an email stating that I received the correct tickets and nothing could be done. I then made another call and a man by the name of Juan (or something similar to that name) was extremely rude to me then disconnected the call twice in my face. I would like to know what can be done to accommodate myself and my family. As I feel I was robbed/scammer out of my money. This is extremely wrong and if I wouldn’t have been told on August 5th that these were good tickets I never would’ve purchased them.

    DON'T PURCHASE. I have been given the run around every single time. I filed a dispute with my bank because they were not helping me. Once I did that I received an email stating the seller had the correct tickets and that they could proceed with accommodations but once that was done they gave me the run around again. I’ve been hung up on. Places on hold 20+ minutes. It’s ridiculous. If Beyoncé knew this was going on I’m pretty sure she would not allow her tickets to be sold on Stubhub. How do you allow a seller to place the wrong tickets to sell; but claim they're a ‘verified seller’. Much better off going through Ticketmaster. Save the headache. Save your time. Save your money. I’m now on week 3 of dealing with this; I can write a book on how bad this experience has been. Shame on stubhub.

I was told the other party failed to send tickets so I didn’t have seats. They emailed me or called me to let me know until after I called. There I am traveling 100 miles to see my Granddaughter march in the band for the first time. This is totally unacceptable and I will never again do business with company.

    I purchased tickets to a live event in March of 2023. The event is not scheduled to occur until September 2023. In August 2023, I receive an email that the seller is unable to fulfil my order, but they will try to find a replacement for me OR provide a full refund. I don't want a refund- I want to attend the event that I paid for. I called to inquire about the so called "replacement" tickets and I was told that they would consider the location of the seats and the price that I paid for them, but I purchased the tickets 6 months prior when the prices were literally 3x less than the current going price for the same location on the website. I was also told that these "replacement" tickets would become available as people posted them, and would not be held back in any capacity for people in my situation.

    Essentially, the solution they offered me was to sit and refresh a live link over and over again in the hopes that a ticket 3x less than the current asking price might be posted, then to claim it before anyone else could. This is an absolutely horrendous policy that leaves the customer high and dry despite having PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES. I will never ever use this company again until the day I die. Their policies are unethical, unfair, and predatory to the customer. They didn't do their due diligence to ensure that the product they were offering actually existed, then it became my problem to deal with it despite their "100% guarantee." Go to Seat Geek instead. Using StubHub was a mistake.

    Bought Blue jays tickets in April for a September game and they are sending me an email today September 1st telling me the seller of the tickets says they are no longer available. Sure offer me crappy tickets instead or a refund but how can they sell these tickets and just do this whenever they want when people have made plans to attend and want those specific seats. I will never buy from stub hub again and will spread the word. That is no way to run a business and treat people that are looking forward to an event.

    An event I sold tickets to was canceled the day before due to a hurricane warning. Stubhub sent out an email saying they were still going to pay as long as the tickets were transferred. It’s been two weeks and I’ve contacted StubHub and they are telling me they have made a mistake and misinformed customers and that they will be keeping the ticket money and not refunding anyone.

    We bought 3 tickets to a Boston Redsox game some we were going to be in town on vacation. The tickets were around $650.00 and we “had them in the app”. We checked numerous times to make sure they were there in the app and we were good to go. We show up to the gate to get in and we got through security and we’re asked for the tickets so my wife opened up her app and they were not there…. Even though we checked numerous times… WE WERE STANDING AT THE GATE!!!! Couldn’t get in…. Had to go home without seeing the game. Talk about happy!! Oh was I HAPPY!! So we called “Slumhub” and they can’t refund us because we “didn’t call in time”. We were standing at the gate at 410 on a Saturday and then we had to get out of the city and drive 3.5 hours home…. They aren’t open on Sundays…. So we called Monday. “Waited too long…” Convenient for them…. I’m going next to the Better Business Bureau and making a claim against this scam site. SLUMHUB is a scammer site… Beware!!

    Do not use StubHub. It is a fraudulent company. They posted tickets for $50 which I purchased. Two hours before the event and they still didn’t provide any tickets. After calling them as I was standing outside the venue, they canceled my original $50 order and told me that I had to purchase tickets for $120 if I wanted to get into the event. This was an hour before the event was scheduled to start, after having traveled to the venue with a friend who flew from the UK to Chicago for the event.

    How is a company allowed to pull this bait-and-switch on me? I realize that it’s only $70 but I’ve read other reviews where StubHub has pulled this same act for far more. They need to be stopped. Don’t let them ruin your event experience. It’s not with the hassle. Use a more reputable company to buy your tickets even if the other site has tickets for more. StubHub will not honor the original price of the tickets they list. They make you wait until the day of the event to take any action and then they cancel your original purchase without your consent, forcing you to purchase tickets at a higher price.

    I ordered tickets to a @Patriots game for my wife for her birthday, she's never been to a Pats game, or to @GilletteStadium. I ordered through @StubHub, received tickets, accepted them and turns out they were for a different game. I contacted stubhub, I returned the tickets, Received a 25% coupon off my next purchase, due to the fact that it was not my fault they sent the wrong tickets. Now, I am unable to get a refund for my tickets. Not my fault, if I order from @amazon, they send the wrong thing, within hours I have a refund or credit!!! That's good business. So now I have to come to twitter to state my case. Doubt it will help, but BE CAREFUL WITH StubHub.

    I recently bought tickets to an upcoming NFL Preseason game. I thought it would be a good way for my young daughter to dip her toe into the experience. I searched for hours and bought front-row seats, wanting to be sure she could see the game. When I received the tickets, I discovered that I was given seats nearly 20 rows back, instead of in the front row. StubHub has a guarantee that if something like this happens, they will provide you with comparable or better tickets to the ones you ordered. So I called in and asked them to honor the guarantee. StubHub offered me nosebleed seats in the corner of the stadium and claimed it was the best they could do. I asked if they would at least give me a discount since I paid for front-row seats and didn’t receive them. They said no - best they could do was offer a coupon for a later purchase or I could request a refund. StubHub is a joke. It does not honor its guarantee. Will never shop at StubHub again.

    So 9 years ago or thereabouts I purchased tickets to Nine Inch Nails and they gave me the wrong date (the date on them was a day after) which means missed the concert. This SAME SITUATION happened recently with my brother and father. My brother decided to purchase NFL tickets for my dad for Father's Day which was hundreds of dollars and the date said August 20th but the actual date was August 19th. I don't have much nice to say about websites like Ticketmaster and Live Nation and the other monopolies but at least they give the RIGHT DATE! Don't waste your time with StubHub!

    While trying to sell concert tickets, I was never notified that my tickets sold. The day after the concert, I received an email saying that I am being charged $180 for not fulfilling my end of the sale. Not only did I eat the cost of the tickets, I now am charged 180 on top of that. Also, the language barrier with customer service is brutal. Avoid Stubhub at all costs.

    Purchased tickets for a concert states away with a friend. Paid almost double the list price by the time taxes and fees were added on. Got the tickets fairly quickly from the seller (the only good part). Got to the event and waited 6 hours in line just to find out the concert was canceled and might be rescheduled. Called Stubhub and they said they won't do anything until they hear from the event organizer. Concert ends up being rescheduled to a date that neither my friend or I can attend. Reach out about a refund and I'm told that they don't offer refunds for rescheduled events, so my only option is to try to resell the tickets, at a huge loss, but they'll waive their usual seller's fee. Relisted the tickets and sold them, but still got hit with the seller's fee. Called them back and they told me that it's policy to charge the free. Fine, they're getting me coming and going, but at least the tickets are gone and I got about half my money back.

    Four days after selling the tickets I find out the tickets were listed incorrectly, even though I've already transferred the tickets to the buyer. Now I'm not only out the $300 that I originally paid, but I don't have the original tickets, and I'm being told I'll be hit with a penalty fee for incorrectly listing the tickets, even though I did exactly what their system said. That penalty fee, by my estimate could be anywhere from an additional $200-$800, but it's entirely at their discretion to make the new buyer happy, even though they did absolutely nothing to help me in my original situation. Won't ever deal with StubHub again and recommend others stay away from them. It's cheaper to purchase directly from event organizers and safer to scalp the tickets or flush them down the toilet than try to resell on StubHub.

    Ordered tickets. Received confirmation email. Indicated a follow up email would be sent same day before event started to release the tickets. This never happened. Checked multiple times. All they're willing to at most is refund the purchase price of the tickets but don’t consider the travel and stay expenses when going to an event. Very poor experience. Wouldn’t bother ever recommend unless you like to gamble at the event on if you will even have tickets or not. Don’t waste your time or money.

    I will never buy anything from Stubhub or their affiliates ever again. I have been off and on the phone with them for the last 5-6 days. The seller sent me the wrong tickets (wrong date) after finally getting what I thought was a resolution, come to find out the seller had sold these tickets on other sites and 2 other parties all had the same tickets we had. Luckily, the rest of the row was empty, and we moved down a few seats. The problem I have with Stubhub is the fact that they do nothing, sound like they don't care and tell you lies to make you feel better at the time. I feel so jacked around. I am pissed.

    The seller is a scammer, and they are not acting like it's a big deal. When I called and told them while at the show what was going on they told me they would escalate my problem and get back with me in 3-5 days, how is that helping with the situation at that moment? We were all there and we all had the same exact tickets, if the whole row would have been full, no one would have been able to move down, and we all would have had a problem. They talk a big game, but they jack you around in hopes you give up. I tried to get a refund the first time I called because I started reading about the scams Stubhub has been affiliated with, but they wouldn't do it. They kept saying give us 2-3 days to get ahold of the seller and let us get this fixed.

    When they would give me an option to try and fix it, they never came through until the day before at 10pm and they still lied, and my seats were sold on another site. This is the ** business I have ever dealt with. I will never use them again; I will pay extra every time, so I don't have to use them. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Use Vivid Seats, I usually use them, and I should have stuck with that site. I hope Stubhub fixes this because they owe me something for the **, I have gone through the last 6 days and having to give up seats and chancing getting kicked out.

    Bought Beyoncé tickets in the last few days spent over $4000 for two tickets for Sept 27 Renaissance Show. Then the next day saw an email seller did not have the tickets! STUBHUB has guaranteed 100% refund. I got my money back but StubHub took $99 dollars for what I’m not sure! They said it was 100% refund but it was not! I was in the process of getting the Airbnb and plane tickets for the concert and would have been out over $6000! Don’t use Stubhub. They have the tickets available then turn around and tell you they’re gone and you will get 100% refund but you don’t!

    The best description of StubHub is "Horrific." I spent hours trying to navigate the app/website/customer-service hoops trying to get to all my tickets. The software is overly cumbersome and very user UNfriendly. They sold me a parking pass in March that I wasn't able to receive until August at 8:30pm the night before my concert. Who sells (or more correctly, allows people to sell) tickets they cannot immediately deliver? I spent hours on the phone over 3 calls to customer service, waiting for a representative to pick up.

    I bought tickets for my daughter and I for an upcoming concert. I received a confirmation email saying everything was good to go and I would be receiving the tickets soon. The show is now 4 days away. Still haven’t received the tickets, but I did receive an email saying there was an issue with my tickets and that my order has been canceled and I my order would be refunded. This is all great but the event is days away. The tickets have gone up tremendously and are almost all sold out. I called customer service waited an hour and was hung up on by representative. Called back asked to speak to a manager. Was hung up on again. Called back from my wife’s phone and was told they couldn’t help me and they were sorry. I asked to speak to a manager again and was hung up on again. Will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware.

    Stubhub should be shut down! I don't ever write bad reviews but my experience today needs to be shared as a warning to others to NOT but tickets from Stubhub!

    In December purchased 2 tickets to Morgan Wallen as gifts - today Aug 16 (show day) I still never received the link to accept the tickets. I called Stubhub as soon as they opened in the morning and spoke with a rep. After they tried contacting the seller - they were unsuccessful and said that the seller was unable to transfer the tickets so they offered me a link to request alternate "comparable" tickets, I choose another set of tickets that were in the same section. 30 min later I get an email from the seller that she isn't able to transfer the tickets to me because the person she purchased them from never transferred them to her. SERIOUSLY??? How do you sell tickets you don't even have???

    SO again I called stub hub and they offered my another link for alternate tickets - NOW here it is 2pm, show starts at 5pm. And again NO TICKETS are avail for transfer. Thankfully I was able to go onto SeatGeek and purchase another set of tickets that were transferred immediately. Cost me an extra $100 but al least we got them. I requested a refund and will NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with them ever again. ** STUBHUB!

    Fake tickets were allowed to be sold on StubHub website. I paid over US $1600 for four Lana del Rey tickets and this was supposed to be a special event for my son. The tickets were not delivered to me by three days before the concert and I contacted StubHub telling them that I believed I was being scammed. I spent over an hour on the phone with StubHub and they said that everything was fine, the tickets would be sent to me at the Mexico City address the DAY BEFORE the concert (when I purchased a month and a half before).

    I said I was very worried and they GUARANTEED that I would either get a refund, or would be provided with tickets before the event. The tickets arrived the day before the event, however, we were denied entry at the GATE because the tickets were NOT VALID. So upsetting for everyone and it ruined our evening. Even though StubHub says they will process a refund (I have no idea if this will happen), we will never be made whole by the company because we missed the concert and it broke our hearts. Do not use StubHub.

    Did NOT receive our Buffalo Bills tickets as promised! When we called customer service they were NOT helpful at all.     I purchased Formula 1 tickets one year before the race, which was held on July 23, 2023. The tickets were $1200 so not a small amount. We flew to Europe, but there we were not able to download the tickets. We called the day before and spoke with customer service and they emailed us the tickets. The next day at the gate we were told that the tickets are not good, that someone else used the tickets. We waited at the gate two hours until customer service in US opened being very embarrassed that we made it to the race just to be told that we cannot get in. Customer service was sorry, but could not do anything. Great, we traveled all the way to Europe to just stand in front of the gate and be ashamed that something like this can happen.

    After we got home we have been calling almost every day for the tickets to be refunded. Every time we talk to another person and there is another story. Let me tell you. If you do not want to lose your money, and you don’t want to stand humiliated in front of the gate before and event, DO NOT USE StubHub to purchase tickets to any event. This deal cost me more then $5000, embarrassment and headache.

    Purchased tickets, ticket confirm stated tickets would be delivered by Aug 4. Called morning of Aug 5 told me they would be delivered by 48-72 hours before the event. Agent told me I would have tickets by 11 am, called at 2 pm and was told the issue was being escalated and I would have tickets by 5 pm. It is now 7pm and I called again, was told I would have tickets by 11 am game day. How am I supposed to believe a company that does not live up to a documented commitment in the original sales transaction and now broke multiple commitments. They say they stand behind their guarantee, they cannot even stand by their word. Will never use StubHub again. They have ruined this family event, cannot even put my kids to bed tonight and say yes I have the tickets and we are going tomorrow.
