    Toronto to Florida and they failed to provide "guaranteed" tickets. My wife and son are standing in Florida from Toronto Canada with no tickets on Mother's Day. Stubhub "guaranteed" they would be digitally delivered on the day of the game and then failed to do so. Not only was the guarantee meaningless, they could not provide replacements. The cherry on top is that they will hold our money ($1000.00) for a week before refunding it. My wife saved for a long time to be able to afford this with flight and hotel and she has been reduced to tears on Mother's Day thanks to this more than shady company and their worthless "guarantees". We strongly advise avoiding this place in favour of a company that provides a ticket in hand when you make the purchase. We will be taking legal action but regardless, it doesn't make up for the tears and disappointment. Can you imagine? Date of experience: May 11, 2025.

    Added the parking option to a Bridgestone event. The lot was not only a mile away from the venue (not noted), but ALSO the attendants couldn't accept my StubHub info when I arrived (the helpful ladies said other StubHubbers had the same problem). So I paid again at another lot and arrived 30 minutes late to the game. Tried to get a parking lot refund but the snarky SH rep gave me 20 detailed questions to answer which added even more irritation to the hassle. I told them to keep the $38 ($19 higher than what the lot charges without SH) and I'll keep my thousands in future purchases. Perhaps this will happen often enough that the company goes out of business.

    We drove three hours to a show and I had not received tickets. I called before we left to make sure we should go and they said - oh you will get them. I kept calling and was reassured. We get there, pay 30 bucks for parking and guess what - no tickets. We were on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes, missed the first 15 minutes of the show (no opening act 1.5 hour show) for them to only offer us an obstructed view as something that was equivalent to- the show was in progress and we just wanted to get in so we took it thinking they would make it right.

    Did not see the show because the view was non exsistent (not obstructive) but we heard it. Contacted them several times and no response. I finally got a bot/person a month later who basically said you shouldn’t have taken the tickets. Lesson learned and I actually won’t ever purchase from you again. Funny thing is there were two other couples near us with the same issue. I hope they took the refund.

    We had purchased tickets in December for Jelly Rolls concert in May. We continually checked for updates on our tickets. It said they would be available the day of event and were never made available. We were on the phone with customer service on the day of event for 2 hours and were late into the venue. Stub Hub offered different tickets and they were not comparable to ones previously purchased. We did accept tickets as we wanted to see the performer; however, we were not made aware of the view being obstructed. The seats were purchased earlier as one of the attendees has a heart condition and the other was pregnant. All we were told is they had followed policy.

    We asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor after talking to four different times to first in line staff. When talking with the supervisor, Juan A.-refused to give back last name and stated policy, did not feel heard or acknowledged. I asked Juan if the company believed in quality service. He replied that this was a leading question. I let him know it was a simple yes or no question. We then asked for a supervisor above him and were informed they did not have one. He was informed I was in customer service and I’d be fired for how this was handled. Our concerns were never addressed after spending over $600 for these tickets.

    This is the biggest scam on the internet. My wife purchased tickets to Teddy Swims 5 months ago - the day of the concert (today), they told us to accept different tickets or take a refund. The seller apparently got a higher price than we had paid. The site should have required him to honor the sale from December. They supported this unbelievable situation!!!

    Moral of the story - you don’t have a ticket until you walk in the door. This all happened a couple hours before the concert. BUYER BEWARE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Never use this site. 100% SCAM, collect fees and leave you hanging!!!!

    After purchasing event tickets the option to purchase a parking pass from SH popped up. I purchased a pass and discovered the parking area was 3.5 miles from the event. Contacted SH and they said nothing can be done. No refund. SH swindled me out of $25.

    Original date of transaction: 4/11/25. Date of incident: 5/8/25. Complaint: Stubhub did not notify me, the customer, that my tickets weren’t being delivered. It took me reaching out to customer service 15 minutes before the start of my event to ask where my tickets were. At that point, a customer service rep sent an email to a link saying they compensated new tickets. I clicked on the link, to find that I did not in fact have new tickets. It was now 5 minutes to the event. They stated at that time they didn’t have any new tickets but would refund me. When speaking to a customer rep today, 5/9/25, I kindly explained that I purposely did not select the option for a refund as I wanted to dispute the cost of the original ticket plus the cost of the new tickets I had to buy last minute.

    The customer service rep proceeded to tell me I selected the option for a refund, which was false, and therefore there wasn’t anything that could be done to further compensate me. They also proceeded to tell me that I was sent emails days prior to my event stating that my tickets wouldn’t be delivered in time and that there was something wrong with my email, which was false. I did not receive any emails, nor is anything wrong with my email or they wouldn’t have been able to send emails during the time of my dispute. Additionally, the status of the tickets wouldn’t have still said “tickets on time,” meaning, they would be on time to deliver to me up until 15 minutes before the start of the event.

    After speaking with more than one customer service rep about my position, they refused to compensate me for the difference of my tickets with either money back or credit to use in the future. It was my birthday, a celebration for nurses week, and my son’s first rock concert. I was able to attend the concert still luckily on my own accord, but felt this company handled a valued customers complaints poorly. I will no longer use this company for my music events for the future.

    May 7, 2025: StubHub Canada Ltd. charges their Canadian concert tickets in US$ currency, despite their ticket confirmation stating it is in Canadian currency. This resulted in an over-charge to me, as a Canadian customer of, in my case, over 77% of the original ticket price. Stubhub "Canada" is a scam and just another reason (as if we needed any!) to NOT do business with the United States, or in this case, StubHub Canada Ltd.

    Predatory company, uses misleading and deceitful messaging to pressure you into paying a ridiculous mark up. I was told that there were only a few tickets left for the show I wanted to see and lead to believe that if I didn’t make my purchase before the 10 minute timer ran out, I wouldn’t get a ticket. Prices were at a nearly 300% markup. That was a week ago, I just looked and tickets are still available. To add insult to injury, the tickets have someone else’s name on them. Needless to say I will never use StubHub again and I urge everyone else to avoid them.

    Cancelled my order well ahead of time of the event and was told by one of their customer service agents that I would get some sort of compensation, even if no one bought the re-listed tickets from me. I also told them have the vendor to not send the tickets my way. The tickets got sent to me anyway, only a few days before the start of the event. I got no compensation and when I tried to tell them about what happened, they told me that, there is nothing they can do. No partial refund, no credit, essentially, nothing.

    So their customer service lied to me, barely reached out to the vendor, if at all, and made me waste my time. It would be one thing if I had waited until right before the event to cancel and get my money back, but I reached out to them well ahead of time, at least a few months before the start of the event. These tickets cost well over $950 dollars.

    If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. Do not do business with them, if you can avoid it. If I could make it it the event, sure, great, fine, I have the tickets, but if you have to cancel the order, too bad for you. It might be different if they had said this from the start, but their customer service lied to me and gave me false hope. I will never do business with them again and will actively tell people to not do business with them as well.

    StubHub sold me a parking pass for the NCAA tournament. I paid $53.84 after fees and services. Three weeks after the event I was notified of an additional $92 fee because the parking agency does not authorize a resale of their parking passes. StubHub refused to assist noting that it was more than 7 days after the event. The fact that they had no right to sell the pass was deemed not to be relevant to the matter. If I had purchased directly from company, I would have paid just $22. Thanks to StubHub, my total bill is $145.

    I know when and when not to use Stubhub for the most part. My wife on the other hand had no idea until now. She was surprising me with tickets to a Brian Regan show at The Clyde Theater in Fort Wayne, IN on Sun, April 27 for my 40th birthday. Looks like they double booked him, and he had a show in Ohio the same night. After numerous calls to StubHub, they still cannot confirm that this event was cancelled. They have the email showing proof directly from The Clyde in our file, mind you. I am a very patient man, but this is overboard.

    Here we are May 4th and can't even get a reference number for the claim. They will do whatever it takes to not give money back. As you know, there is no such thing as a cheap ticket from StubHub. We have 3 littles ones and full-time jobs. Our "free time" is really nonexistent, and this was a very nice gift and much needed date night. Thank you, StubHub, for wasting any extra time we had so that we could get nowhere with you any time we call. I now know to never use your services again.

    Bought the wrong date and immediately (30 seconds later) called Stub Hub to try to change the tickets. They refused and said I can buy another set with all of the fees. Then try selling the other tickets and lose money on the fees. I asked if that was ethical and the representative had no idea what the word ethical meant. I’d stay away from this company and buy tickets elsewhere.

    I haven't used StubHub for a while and recently tried to use them to resale my Pearl Jam tickets. My resale got rejected even after I downloaded my receipt for the full price I paid for them. I thought this company and its reputation was better than this. I am unbelievably disappointed in my experience and will not recommend this company to friends or family. I highly recommend not listing your tickets for resale on this site. Seller beware.

    I wish I could give zero stars. I had the worst experience ever with StubHub. I bought a ticket weeks ahead of time to see Dead and Company at The Sphere in Las Vegas. A few days in advance, my ticket was not there. I called multiple times a day - they kept saying it would come, and that the seller would resend the ticket. I asked them to give me a refund so I could buy another ticket (while there were still reasonable tickets for sale), and they would not, and told me I had to wait until 4:30 the day of the show. Fast forward to the day of the show at 4:30 - they said, "Oh, we don't know who told you that, you have to wait until 30 minutes before the show!!"

    I spent hours on the phone with them that day, trying to get my ticket - ruining my entire day where I was supposed to be enjoying myself at the pool - at 6:30, still no ticket. 30 minutes before the show I was on the phone with a representative, and they told me they were sending me a link to my ticket - the link was actually a refund! THAT DOESN'T HELP ME WHEN I AM SUPPOSED TO BE LEAVING FOR THE SHOW! They did this despite the fact that I could see multiple tickets for sale on their website - they just didn't want to give me one of those because they could sell it for more (and the rep actually told me that - he said they have potential buyers for those ones, so they wouldn't give me one).

    I had to turn around and buy a ticket for twice as much for a seat that was 10x worse than my original seat. DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB. I had a similar thing happen with Vivid Seats once, and they promptly replaced my tickets early the day of the show. I will be pursuing a complaint with StubHub and disputing the charge on my credit card for their predatory acts and horrible service.

    After using Stubhub to purchase concert tickets for Joe Bonamassa my credit card was immediately hit with several FRAUDULENT hits. Had not had any issues since getting the Wells Fargo card over a year ago. This required WF to cancel my card and issue a new one. Anyone that has had this happen to them is aware of the headaches of going through contacting all of the accounts being paid on a regular basis by their credit card. Stub Hub obviously LEAKED enough of my personal card info to allow these fraudulent hits to occur. Within minutes of giving my card info to Stub Hub I was notified by HIGH PRIORITY messages from WF of the fraudulent activity. Definitely NOT A COINCIDENCE..!

    Bought an event ticket and because of personal reason, could not attend it. Then I sold same tickets in February on StubHub platform. It’s been more than 2 months and I haven’t received my payment yet. Whenever I try to contact the support team, they copy paste exactly same message that “it’s been escalated “. And when I ask status of payment, they try to Fun. Literally, Stubhub team you should be ashamed. And I think StubHub should be banned because where are they using my money, I don’t know.     I have had multiple bad experiences with Stubhub, and will never be using this service again. The first bad experience I had was when I bought a Bonnaroo ticket in 2019. My wristband came in the mail CUT IN HALF. When I got to the ticket office, and presented my broken wristband, they said it had already been scanned and could not be used for entry. Stubhub was unable to contact the seller, and therefore, the issue was never resolved. Eventually someone at the ticketing office felt bad enough for me to give me an extra wristband. I never received a refund.

    The second bad experience was last weekend (2025). I bought a ticket to a concert 4 days before the event. I was unable to accept my tickets although they had been transferred by the seller. I went through the process of reverifying my email, and attempting to accept the ticket, multiple times. Customer support was unsure about the root cause of the issue. The ticket prices kept going up as the event got closer, and I was worried about them selling out all together.

    The evening before the event I went ahead and got another ticket hoping that in the chance my original ticket successfully transferred, I would be able to request a refund. Given the long record of notes on this issue (45 min phone call with customer support, multiple email outreach attempts, and complaints to the website chat bot), I don't feel like getting refunded should've been an issue. Several hours before the event, I was finally able to claim my ticket. When I asked for a refund, and explained my concern with rising prices and the uncertainty of being able to secure my ticket, my REFUND REQUEST WAS DENIED.

    Tried to sell tickets on stub hub. They found a buyer but when I transferred the tickets to him I made a typo on his email. I got a notice from stub hub that the tickets had not been transferred so I called customer service to find out what happened. The customer service rep could not find any information about the transaction from the order number I gave her or my email address, and seemed impatient. I assumed that the ticket buyer canceled.

    I got another email about the transaction from stub hub the next day and when I called customer service he was able to find the order number and discovered the error, but it was too late to transfer the tickets. StubHub then charged my account $150.00 and customer service said there was nothing they could do about it. If the rep I called the day before had found the order I would have transferred the tickets, and not been charged the excessive fee. I wrote a letter to stub hub corporate, but got no response.

    Outrageously unreliable. Literally OTP with my credit card company to dispute the charges. They cannot find the order despite emailing me two confirmation numbers, and the virtual AI sends you back to itself in an endless loop. ViaGOGO is the same company. Avoid at all costs. Waste of time.

    Purchased Tickets to Hamilton in NYC. Got to theatre only to discover tickets were invalid. Seats didn't even exist. Person at door said "Did you purchase from StubHub - this is common with them, you're not alone", and then pointed to a line of people off to the side. All of the people she pointed to also were sold invalid tickets. Called StubHub and they said they would look into it. The show was sold out. We paid for gas to get to train station, train tickets to get into NYC, a hotel, food - not to mention the time. Now they inform me they are really sorry, they will refund me the tickets. Nothing else of course. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

    This is the worst experience I have ever had getting concert tickets. I bought a parking pass and 2 tickets for Tyler Childers in charlotte. Could not go tickets were listed to sell. They got listed 3 times and I was told I would have to pay for all of them. Finally got that straight after calling 10 times and not being able to talk to someone that speaks English. Parking pass was bought by someone. Talked to a lady that helped me make sure I transferred it to the right person. She said it was. Next day get email saying I would have to pay for the parking pass because it was not transferred right, I needed to sell 2 tickets to concert. The ONLY way for this person to get the tickets I Would have to drive 2 hours away and meet them at the venue.     Description: I bought two 4 day passes to the Masters. Order # **. We could not attend the last day (Sunday) so on Friday April 11th I went back to the StubHub ticket location and talked to Hannah, the location manager, about how to sell the Sunday tickets. She walked me through the app personally and needed the actual tickets to verify and activate the sell. I asked Hannah is when I bring the tickets back on Saturday evening if my responsibility is done and she said yes. The tickets were listed under #** and were sold immediately.

    Saturday evening we returned the two passes to the StubHub location and Hannah was at the return desk and I thanked her very much for all of her assistance. A gentlemen at the desk took my two tickets and wrote a receipt that the two tickets #** had been returned. On Sunday afternoon I got an email that I hadn’t returned the tickets and would be responsible for charges. I called the StubHub number on the return receipt and talked to Miles who asked that I email a picture of the return receipt which I did. Tonight I talked to Tina who said she would escalate this dispute. My credit card has been charged $13,000!! Instead of getting a payment of $11,700 I am being charged $13,000! I can’t afford to pay this. I did everything I was supposed to do and even had Hannah help me every step of the way. Thank you.

    Let me just say that after many years of buying and selling on StubHub if I could give a negative 5 star review I absolutely would! Bought tickets to a concert.

    Never received the email with the tickets. Called Stubhub 5 different times, including multiple times the day of the show. Was assured by customer service that I would get my tickets, replacement tickets, or a refund by the time of the concert and a phone call from a manager. None of that happened. We missed the show which was a Christmas gift for our kids. When I reached out to Stubhub again, I was told that I wasn’t entitled to a refund because I couldn’t prove that I didn’t get the tickets despite screenshots of my Stubhub and Ticketmaster accounts showing that I didn’t get the tickets. They basically stole $1000 from me and then refused to make it right despite their polices. Worst experience ever! Will never buy from them again!!

    Got parking from Stubhub advertised $8 upon billing got a $10.00 process fee - ridiculous - went forward with order - However when we got there parking was $15.00 and when the event was over they required another $8 to get out of the parking structure - Contacted StubHub and did not offer any refund/help - all about the money - Receipt to get out said our time expired at 7:00 PM (that is when the show started). Do Not Use STUBHUB.

    Stub Hub is the WORST and I wish I never did any purchase with them!! My God! We don't go out much and wanted to go see the Lola Young Concert. I am a bit naive' about purchasing tickets and got totally scammed from Stub Hub. Stub Hub SUCKS, I MEAN SUCKS!!! So PLEASE use them as a very last resort only if you have to...and don't EVER buy their "Parking Offer." There's PLENTY of parking around that area/theatre!!!     I listed tickets for sale Jan 2, 2024 on Stub Hub. The tickets were sold to a third party on Jan 24, 2024. As per Stub Hub's policy, I would not receive payment until the event occurred. The event proceeded as planned on Dec 7, 2024. I have NOT yet received payment - more than 4 months after the event, and more than 15 months after Stub Hub sold my tickets. I have contacted and spoke with Stub Hub's customer service 13 times. Each time the representative indicated that my account had been blocked (no explanation as to why), and that my concern had been escalated to the next level. Each time, there was no response. Five times the customer service rep personal guaranteed that they would track my account and follow up. No they didn't. So I assume I will be calling again in two weeks time. I feel that they are purposely delaying, hoping I go away, so they don't pay. Feels like complete fraud.

    If I could, I would give them zero. I couldn’t find my tickets the day before the event. But the worst part about it was they told me I was gonna have front row seats. That’s what I wanted to purchase. When I got there I was three rows behind the front row so you don’t even get what you think you’re buying. Next time I will go directly through the person selling the tickets or the company or definitely a different company. I will never use StubHub again with an awful experience and very stressful.     Purchased ticket March 5 for April 11 Warren Zeiders concert. 4/08 I went to download ticket and rec'd an error saying ticket was downloaded by another email address. Called and was told they would "look into it". Called again on 4/09 and was told "they would escalate the issue". Called twice today 4/11 and I'm being told "The event starts in 6 hours, we will call you back in 5 hours." I have guests coming from out of state, and I purchased a VIP pre-event ticket to a meet and greet, that starts at 5pm tonight. StubHub is waiting me out most likely in hopes I will just buy another ticket, but I refuse to give these scammers another dime.     Bought tickets for "Kane Brown with Mitchell Tenpenny" as advertised on Stubhub. They had it listed as April 11th. This was incorrect. Kane Brown with Scotty McCreery is April 11th. Kane Brown with Mitchell Tenpenny is April 12th. Same venue but different opener. I only wanted it for Mitchell Tenpenny. I informed them of this mistake and they told me the tickets are correct since it's Kane Brown on April 11th. They acknowledge it's listed incorrectly but they are saying I paid for Kane Brown tickets and got Kane Brown tickets. Except I specifically searched for "Mitchell Tenpenny tickets", not "Kane Brown tickets".

    I gave them (2) resolutions. I requested a reimbursement for what I paid or an exchange for April 12th tickets. They said I needed to relist the tickets. The concert is tomorrow and it would have their fees removed from the amount I received back. Credit card company has already informed me that this is a clear-cut case of an incorrect listing so I'll got my money back from them.

    The worst experience I have ever had. I purchased tickets for the Eagles for April 5th. The seller never released the tickets. I called StubHub customer service the morning of the 5th. They tried to call the seller with no luck. It went downhill from there. I asked about their replacement policy and they said if the tickets are released they would find other tickets at the same or better at no extra cost to me. They promised to call me back in 4 hours which they didn't.

    I called back and was told I had to wait till one hour before the concert was to begin to determine if they would replace the tickets or refund my money. He emphasized refund. I said I want my tickets. How can anyone wait till one hour before an event starts not knowing if they will get tickets. Once again I called back a few hours later and the customer service rep told me that If I don't have the tickets 2 hours before the event they would be replaced and promised to call me back. In fact she did call me back and said the time has passed and I would get a link in 30- 60 minutes to accept the replacement tickets.

    60 minutes came and went and no link. I called again and was no told my request has been escalated, I said I need the link now and their response was, it has been escalated. Sure enough 60 minutes prior to the event I got a link giving me a refund as there were no more tickets available. On The StubHub website there were 63 seats available. I called and they said no tickets available. They obliviously did not want to absorb the extra cost of replacement tickets.

    I decided to they purchase new tickets with an instant download, I got the link and was told they were sent to another email address. A few minutes later I got another link for replacement tickets and again a note saying they were sent to another email address. I called and now they were fighting me for my refund. They next day I called again and after a lengthy hold time a got a supervisor who finally agreed that I was due a refund. Fortunately I took screen shots of the (tickets were sent to another email address). We missed the concert and dealing with the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    Tonight was a total mess Fantasia & Anthony Hamilton, 8:00 PM (event local time) at Lenovo Center (formerly PNC Arena), Raleigh, Section FLR6 | Row 9, Event Status: Confirmed. I purchased they tickets in Feb 6th, made sure I screenshot everything. Got to the event which is almost 2hrs away. My tickets could not be open. I received that email stating the tickets are ready > click here to claim tickets (2 tickets). When I clicked the tickets said sign into Ticketmaster (mobile tfx). I had to go the ticket booth and they couldn't locate nor find the tickets. I immediately got on the phone with Stubhub and spoke Ethson. He could assist and stated that he would escalate issue up and someone would call me back. "WFH" I'm standing at the event now and how long would that take? Not sure he said.

    Needless to say, I log in and on my laptop and tried again same error and I did a virtual chat and spoke with Kevin who told me I should have called before the event and earlier. Which I advised him that I did and I was told I would get a follow-up. He stated that NO COMPENSATION would be given because Ethson put in the notes that I received the tickets. I told him if I received the tickets why would I be calling back. Clearly you can see that I never used or scanned the tickets. He states NO COMPENSATION would be given because I should have called before the show started. $366.43 was what I paid in total so I'm just supposed to eat that huh? NEVER AGAIN----SCAMMERS

    Purchased tickets for an event November 2024 for an event that would occur April 2025. One week prior, I attempted to download the tickets and kept getting "invalid or expired/shared link." Spoke to well over 10+ agents over the course of 4 business days and called nearly every hour up until the event. 30 minutes before the show, I get an email notifying me of an option to refund or replacement tickets. At this point, 30 minutes did not allow for drive time and have submitted a refund.

    I wish there was a zero stars category. Bought tickets through Stub Hub for a concert. Our flight got cancelled. NOT their fault… I fully acknowledge this. So went to their seller site to resell the tix. Took forever to figure that out (first time selling tickets). They were finally sold. So I went to transfer them. Their instructions didn’t work. I tried and tried. I spent hours today trying to make this work. Then I got an email saying that I had 1 hour or the sale would be automatically cancelled. And if that happened, I was on the hook for what I already paid and what the seller paid!!!! So I finally found a phone number (verses Steve their AI bot). I called and it took the lady (over 20 minutes for her to finally escalate it to another person who is STILL working on it).

Now it's April. They've had my money since September - 6 months, over $400! The artist already has a future date scheduled for the same venue yet it is not considered a reschedule of my show. StubHub says I would get a full refund, if my show is "cancelled" or my tickets will still be good if my show is "rescheduled".     I never received my tickets from the seller for tonight’s concert! I called StubHub this morning, and they said that the seller had until 4p CT to send them to me, and if I didn’t received them by then, to call back. I didn’t receive them so I called back shortly after 4p and the man said he needed to put me on hold for 10 MINS! I said, 10 mins?! He said yes, he needed to speak to his supervisor. So I held the line and he came back on and said to look for a link at 6p (1hr before the concert) in my email inbox and that he would also call me at 6p to follow-up. He never did.

    I called back at 6:30p and got a woman, Dolce, who was very nice. She immediately sent me a link to some tickets in sections to choose from for free that were “comparable” to my tickets. But they weren’t at all. I had floor seats near the stage and the two sections offered were in the balcony and nosebleed sections. So I opted for a refund. I also bought a parking pass from StubHub, however, when I went to the lot, there was a huge QR code that anyone could drive up and park/pay, and the lot was full!!! I was so angry, as I thought since I had a pass that I had a guaranteed spot. I am never using StubHub again. Dulce was the only person that actually tried to help.

    I purchased tickets to a Tampa Bay Rays game and also tickets for preferred parking. All this was done at the same time, two different tickets. I have not been to Tampa for a Rays game before. Since Stubhub offered the preferred tickets, I thought it was a good idea. The approved reseller from Stubhub sent me my tickets, I accepted and on game day, we went via Google Maps, to the parking venue. Turns out it was 5 miles from the stadium.

    Stubhub, after two virtual assistant chats and one 45 minute chat with their call center in the Philippines, agreed that I had been scammed and the ticket they confirmed was nowhere near the stadium. They offered me a 25% credit on my next purchase. I will never use that credit, I won't use Stubhub. Even after they agreed that they sold me the wrong ticket, no indication of what happens to the reseller. The odd thing is that the parking garage (Westshore Plaza) turned out to be FREE anyways! It's a mall parking lot. What a scam and even worse, the only loser was me! Never ever trust this company. If you have a problem, you are on your own.

    I purchased tickets for a game on a Thursday and received an email for confirmation the same day with my tickets. A few days later (Saturday morning) I received an email that said my tickets were sold. I was confused and messaging a rep with StubHub and was told that unfortunately there was nothing that could be done.     I really wish I could give this company zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. My sister and I purchased tickets to take my niece to see Wicked when it came to San Diego in February. The tickets did show up in my sister’s app with just a barcode. When we got to the theater the app wouldn’t load. We understand glitches happen and we went to the Box Office to get them printed. When we talked to the Box Office it took a while for the tickets to be located and they said there was no record of us having tickets and we should report it to our bank as fraud.

    When we got home we checked our StubHub account first and the tickets were there, so we contacted the theater thinking it was an issue on their end. After some back and forth we found out the tickets weren’t under our name and that’s why they couldn’t admit us. So they were transferred incorrectly. We then contacted StubHub customer service, who did seem genuinely concerned at first, took our info and the screenshots we sent from the theater showing our unusable tickets weren’t used, and said they’d review the claim. Don’t know how long it takes just to verify a name but it’s now a month and half later and we’ve heard nothing back. Now we’re out a lot of money and we’ve missed a show we all really wanted to see that rarely comes to San Diego. Do not trust this company!!!!

The agent said my case was escalated for a quick solution. I was offered alternate tickets when the game was nearly over. Customer service is a worthless joke.     I am having a very hard time with an order. I bought tickets to the Dodger game last night along with a parking pass. When I got to the lot, I found that it was a 2.5 hour walk away. I got back in my car and drove like crazy to the game, missing the pregame ceremonies (the only reason I wanted this game), paying another additional parking fee, of course.     I will never buy a ticket again from StubHub. The concert was changed twice due to an illness in a member of the band and the third time we could no longer go. We try to sell our tickets. After sometime we had two sets of individuals that wanted to buy our four tickets. My husband spent over three hours trying to get the tickets to transfer and even after we had email confirmations That the buyers accepted the tickets, weeks after that StubHub is asking for proof or they will not pay us for the tickets. We emailed them proof, got the survey asking about our happiness with their customer satisfaction. One day before the concert they are now emailing us telling us that if we do not proof that we sent the tickets they will not release our money. I’m not sure about most people but for privacy reasons, my husband and I clear out our emails every other week. We don’t have these emails anymore. StubHub is the worst!

    I purchased two tickets from StubHub for an event. There were three classes of tickets. Stage, Floor and General Admission. I selected the Floor tickets which were about $150.00 each plus their fees. The General Admission tickets were less than $50.00 each. Subsequently, I found out that there were no such thing as premium priced Floor tickets and that all tickets except the stage were general admission, nearly a $300.00 difference. I contacted StubHub by chat and live person. A mistake was admitted and that there should not have been more expensive floor tickets. However, no refund was made.

    When I pursued this further, a StubHub representative blamed Live Nation. Live Nation wrote an email back to me that only StubHub published those sections and prices and the blamed lied with them. All of this is in writing. StubHub denied reimbursement and fought my PayPal claim successfully by merely showing they sent me tickets. Yes, worthless tickets. There was complete misrepresentation on their part. Don't ever buy tickets from these folks. Caveat Emptor. Invoice attached showing the gross overcharging for fakes.

    In October 2024, I purchased tickets for the 3/22/25 Tyler the Creator (Orlando, FL) concert for my son's birthday. The $900. tickets were not provided at the time of purchase and after purchase, Stubhub informed that they wouldn't be provided until four hours before the concert. The day of the concert we drove 2 hrs to the event and checked into our hotel. I kept checking for ticket release all day long and when the time came for them to be released, they didn't. I called Stubhub and asked them what I was supposed to do (again, two hour drive,/$400. non refundable hotel stay/sitting all day long while stressed about the tickets). Stubhub told me to wait until an hour before the concert was scheduled to start and call them back. The time came and still not tickets. I called them back and they said that I could get a refund on what I paid for them, or they could provide alternative tickets/seats (this is all one hour before the concert began).

    They sent me the alternative ticket option (seats worse than what I paid for) and would have costed less. Out of desperation I took the seats and asked for a refund for the difference. Stubhub said that the seats costed more (the day of the concert/an hour before the event started), than what I paid for five months earlier. I'm exfederal law enforcement and will say with confidence that the business model is rife with fraud/bait and switch. The company supports sellers who post tickets for sale on multiple sites in an effort to maximize profits and leaves buyers in the dust.

    Even though tickets are insured (the company will reimburse your money if the seller doesn't release tickets), they will not pay for travel, hotels, etc. to get you to the event. You will be stressed out all the way up to the start of the concert. What's more is that once your tickets are released, you must transfer them to Ticketmaster then push them to an Apple Wallet in order to scan them for entry.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I had never heard of this company until they tried to bill me for several thousand dollars worth of tickets for other businesses I've never heard of via several accounts. When I tried to call the company, they did not help. It was the middle of the night, and it sounded like they were in a large, bustling room. I would not be surprised if they were somewhere in Asia instead of NY, as it was alluded to. I spoke very clearly and slowly spelled out my information, and it seemed like the person on the other end was purposely spelling things wrong. They claimed that neither my name nor email address was in their system, so they supposedly could not do anything. They kept asking for an order number, which I didn't have since *I* did not order anything.

    I reported them to my financial institutions, the Better Business Bureau (which is NOT accredited and has a LONG list of complaints filed against them), and the FBI fraud division. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS. There's a special place in hell for people who commit fraud, but an even more special place that commits fraud against out-of-work cancer survivors who are just trying to make ends meet and don't have thousands of dollars in reserve to spend frivolously and are now on the verge of being homeless because of a company's lack of attention to detail and verification of charging resources.

    I purchased two tickets to a major event months ago, and woke up to a text saying that the seller was unable to provide the tickets I purchased, but due to their "fan protection" policy they would offer equivalent seats or better or a refund. These allegedly equivalent seats were all obstructed view, and could be had direct from the event holder for over $100 less than what I paid for the original tickets.     Purchased a prepaid general parking pass and the lot address I received when I got the actual ticket was more than a 20 minute walk from the event! Ended up having to pay for parking again at the actual event location. Stubhub refused to refund my parking fees as they said that there should have been a map showing possible parking lot locations when I bought the ticket. I never saw a map, only the actual name of the venue. First Interstate Center for the Arts “general parking”. I assumed that meant I would be parking in the actual lot at that venue. I was told that that parking lot was shown on “their map” as being part of general parking but they said since the event was over that they couldn’t show me that on a map I could see.

    One automated chat, two customer service chats, and one phone call later, StubHub refused to refund the ticket as “all sales are final”. I realize it was only $22. But honestly, with their absolutely ridiculous fees and making me jump through hoops to show proof of where the parking lot was, plus their lack of reasonable response, I will never purchase through them again.

    I purchased tickets from StubHub and I’ll never do that again. I received my tickets at the last minute not knowing if I would even received them. I had to call them a few times to finally receive them. The show ended up being cancelled after about 20 minutes. I was then informed the coordinator was trying to reschedule and they had to wait on them. To get my money back I needed to sell my tickets. What kind of mess is that. They concluded with the may be able to reimburse me only if the show was cancelled completely. Never again will I purchase from scrub hub I mean StubHub.

    I regret having to write this bad review because I had good experiences with StubHub about a decade ago. However, currently something has gone wrong with their business practices and customer service. Specifically, I was sold two tickets for an event that the reseller does not have. Yes. I was sold tickets unverified obviously by SH before selling them on their site. I paid for seated tickets at the venue in a nice location. Then I was sent completely different tickets for general admission/standing room only. After 5 to 7 calls and chats and hours spent with customer service, SH finally contacted the reseller who admitted they did not have the seated tickets they sold on SH., Then SH fan protect resisted giving me a refund. Finally I had my credit card dispute the charges and refund my account. I honestly think it’s fraudulent to sell tickets you do not have.     Beware! StubHub is a fraudulent 3rd party ticket seller. I bought tickets from StubHub in Feb for an event in April. They said my tickets were being held by the event organizer and that I couldn’t get them until the day of the show. That was just to throw me off because had I waited two months to get the tickets, it would have disqualified me from filing a dispute for a refund. I called the event organizer who said StubHub never purchased my tickets. I used PayPal to buy the tickets from StubHub.

    I had to refile my dispute with PayPal 5 times because StubHub kept lying: telling them that they sent me the tickets when they didn’t. The event organizer wrote me a letter to give to PayPal as proof that my tickets were never ordered. StubHub gave me a fake access code to view my tickets on their website (the code was bogus because there were no tickets to access). I then looked up StubHub reviews and discovered numerous people had been scammed by them with either fake tickets or paying for tickets that they never received like me.

    I sent these reviews to PayPal and they finally resolved the dispute in my favor after closing the dispute in StubHub’s favor 4 times (which I believe was really due to StubHub telling them they have a no-refund policy). I had a 15-year relationship with PayPal which StubHub nearly ruined all because they took PayPal’s money and never ordered my tickets.

    I pray to God PayPal sues StubHub’s for every dime they have so they go out of business. Can you imagine flying in from out of town to see a show you bought tickets for only to find out you have no tickets on the day of the show? This is what one StubHub reviewer wrote. Money wasted not only on tickets but on a flight and hotel room too? They even sent me an email with the event I ordered tickets for which read “view tickets” but when I clicked on “view tickets” it asked how many tickets do you want to buy even though I already bought tickets. StubHub is NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL! Stay far away.

    I just had the most awful customer service experience ever with Stubhub. I purchased tickets from SH on 3/10 for an event on 3/16. Instructions say you must have a Ticketmaster account, which I do. What it does not say is your TM account must be linked to the same email as your SH email account. I learned of this requirement after accepting the tickets. The tickets went into a black hole where nobody could find them. I created a new TM account linking same SH email account.

    I spoke to SH every day for 30 minutes a day asking them to have the Seller re-resend the tickets. All they can do is read from their scripts. Managers do the same. They finally tell me I will receive the tickets or replacement tickets within 3 hours of show time at 6:30 on 3/16. I started calling at 2:00 pm and was given the same run-around. At 5:30 SH calls me to offer other tickets or to refund my money. Of course, I want a refund at this point. It's an hour's drive to get to the show. Later I receive an email telling me the rep was wrong and I do not qualify for a refund because the Seller just resent the tickets!! They had numerous opportunities all week to have this issue resolved. I am tech savvy and use TM a great deal. There was NO EXCUSE for the horrible customer service. The tickets just needed to be resent for me to accept again under my new TM account. Instead they have made a SH hater for life! DO NOT USE STUB HUB.

    If I can give a zero I would. I been a client for years and understand mockup especially when tickets are in high demand or other venues sold out. However I bought tickets and was told face value was $55 for the $30 ticket. However after submitting the payment I was charged $182 for two $30 tickets. Called customer service for clarification and was told this is the policy. However my argument was the price misrepresentation. So unpaid $91 for each ticket or $182. Stubhub will not address this horrible consumer affairs issue. Frankly they stated this is how they do business and it’s in the fine print. The mockup quoted online was far less than the actual charged price. Please find another company who is not price gouging and proud of it.

    I recently purchased tickets for a West Virginia basketball game last weekend 3/8. I never received the tickets from StubHub. I then contacted stubhub's customer service at 5:00 p.m. because I never got my tickets, game started at 5:00 p.m. I was on the chat with them for 25 minutes so I missed basically half of the basketball game. They told me no problem at all. They would resolve the issue by refunding for both sets of tickets. I had to purchase other tickets outside of the venue for $75 each I paid StubHub $183 for the tickets I never got. They told me game day that they will email me back within one to two business days to resolve the issue to give me a refund or credit my account.

    I never heard back from them so I contacted them again, they saw what my problem was and they said they were going to resolve it, a specialist will call me within 4 hours nobody called. Then Friday I contacted them again and conveniently they have no information regarding me contacting them ever about the problem. So now since they have no information on me contacting them twice and them contacting me zero times. I am out the $330. I even sent them a timestamp screenshot of my chat.

    I will never ever use StubHub again they are LIARS and CROOKS!! The lady I talked to that Saturday said don't worry StubHub is 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I wasn't satisfied they did absolutely nothing to help me. Not only their fees are outrageous but when you don't receive your tickets you get nothing in return. No apology, credit refund, NOTHING!!     Warning of scams occurring with StubHub. We recently purchased tickets through them for a concert, our tickets scanned and we got into the event. Right after the opening act we were approached by a manager at the facility who told us the original purchasers of the tickets were here and trying to get into the event and because they had tickets purchased directly off Ticketmaster our tickets were no longer honored. The facility was kind enough to move us to other seats, although they were worse seats and further from the stage. The people who “sold” their tickets on StubHub were still able to attend the concert. When talking with the facility we were told this is an ongoing issue that they are seeing.

    I contacted StubHub directly and all they could do was a voucher for 25% to use at stubhub at a later time. When asked if the fees could be reimbursed I was told the voucher was the best they could do. So stubhub gets their fees (which is more than 25% to begin with), the “sellers” of the tickets get to attend the concert for free and probably have a little extra cash from the up-priced tickets sold, and the buyer of the tickets on stubhub get moved to worse seats (best case scenario). Just a warning if you are looking for a 3rd party seller I advise against stubhub especially if you are purchasing decent seats or tickets to a pricey event.

    I purchased four tickets for the Harlem Globetrotters, five weeks ahead of the actual date. The tickets were supposed to be mailed to me, so I felt safe knowing that there was plenty of time for them to reach me before the day of the event. Instead of getting the tickets, a week before the event I received a text that said my tickets were ready to download, and gave me a link to click on. Being cautious, I checked my email and found a message from StubHub saying they would have the tickets transferred to me electronically, so I went ahead and clicked on the link. Imagine my surprise when I then received the message, "You can't accept this transfer! Sorry, you can't transfer tickets to your own account."

    Thus began a week of constant phone calls, emails and texts to try to get my tickets. Every time I contacted them the answer was, "We don't understand why this is happening, we are escalating to a different department." Then I would get a message saying to try again, and I would get other messages saying things like, "Tickets already transferred," or, "Pending Transfer."

    I asked one of the CSRs what would happen if we couldn't figure out the problem and get the tickets before the performance. She assured me that I was protected by the StubHub guarantee and if we couldn't get the tickets, I would receive a form to fill out to have my money refunded within 5-8 days. I wasn't happy and I was already suspicious, but I went along and kept trying to get my tickets. Of course, the "transfer" never happened.

    After the event had taken place, I sent two emails asking for the form to fill out to get a refund. I received no response. I called and spent over half an hour with a CSR (mostly on hold while he "researched"), who finally said he would escalate it to another department. Then I knew for sure I was being scammed. I sent more emails and filed a complaint with the BBB of New York. StubHub answered the complaint by saying they have a No Refund policy. That was it, their only response. I demanded that they provide proof that I ever received the tickets. No response. Do not use StubHub. You will never see your money or what you paid for. I have filed a complaint with the New York State AG's office.

    I have purchased tickets through Stub Hub for concerts but had no issues. I recently purchased tickets to a hockey game. I have had to talk with them multiple times over the last month and half and still don't have my tickets. When you call customer service some people are more helpful/knowledgeable than others. At times there has been a lot of background noise so it was hard to hear. The customer service staff kept saying they would escalate the issue and that I would have my tickets in a couple of days or they haven't been helpful. They assure you they are working on it but then keep asking the same questions which doesn't make sense. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied that by the last customer service rep.     I simply purchased tickets a month in advance for a comedy show and put the tickets in my ewallet and thought all was good. Two days before the show I double check I’m prepared with tickets and parking pass to realize my tickets now say “invalid” and had no barcode any longer. I spent over a day and half on the phone and computer between StubHub, Ticketmaster, and the event center box office customer service. The seller on StubHub had revoked my tickets without any notice or reason. I tried to reclaim my tickets countless times in that 1.5 days but he would not release them.

    I was told if we take my receipt, ID, and proof I should be able to get it worked out at the box office. That was a lie. Their hands were tied because StubHub allowed this to happen and according to staff at the event center it’s very common. They stated they see it all the time. StubHub is not a secure place to buy tickets. They are NOT guaranteed. The process to get refunded was the same process I had done earlier in the day, sending them proof of purchase and screenshots of tickets stating “invalid”. This made the re-sale very complicated, and the transfer apparently did not happen, even though I did everything as instructed and I got messages saying "congratulations, your tickets sold". Now they want to charge me for the tickets I did not use. All bad. So, the Beacon puts on an event, Ticketmaster has the rights to sell to ALL the tickets, StubHub which is a re-seller lists some of the tickets and sells them.     Terrible customer service, purchased 4 tickets for a BB game $300, Got COVID and had to cancel a week before, had to call at least 10-13, the foreign agents half very poor English, repeated questions already answered, gave incorrect directions, made every attempt to not refund, would not allow you to talk to a supervisor and when you pressed to do so the call was dropped. They wanted screen shots of emails they sent you and screen shots of emails you sent them, when asked if they got the email, they said, "We need an email screen shot for verification," well you got the email right. "We need a screen shot" over and over.. Must be a scam of some sort. Frequent drops and when they said they would call back, they never did.     DO NOT USE STUBHUB FOR TICKETS! I purchased tickets for an event that they had bought from Ticketmaster...essentially selling out the event and reselling tickets for 3x the amount, to not actually deliver on the tickets. There is no communication between Stub Hub, the buyer?, nor Ticketmaster on the transactions being conducted. Based on tickets purchased on January I was still awaiting release or the "email link" on the day off. StubHub sent me 3 different links to various mobile apps and said I had to confirm my account and it would verify with Ticketmaster, yada yada. This was 3 days of redirecting me and stalling to find out the day of the show I still did not have access to the tickets. This is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered with purchasing tickets for a concert.

    All they had to do was have the seller (if there was one) send them the tickets - for them to send me the tickets, and they dropped the ball on all efforts. Not only was I awaiting a refund for something I paid for months prior, but to be let down because I was looking forward to seeing the concert I originally planned for. Their Customer Service is all off shore and they don't have a clue of what's going on between whomever they fronting tickets for.     I traveled from Oklahoma City to Macon Ga for the Dickey Betts tribute concert. I had purchased 4th row seats and received the confirmation.     Stubhub is a complete disaster. I have been selling tickets that can’t be filled until 3 days before the event. I explained that to them and instead of fixing the problem on their site they keep charging me huge violation fees.     Stubhub flexibly violates their apparent guarantees. I have spent more than 10K with them this year. When there was a delivery exception on print tickets, rather than working to resolve they promised to escalate (did not), assured me of email confirmation (not received) and failed to refund or replace. I learned that they will not take action until day of an event. This cost me ~$1K for a single event for which they take no responsibility, even with two weeks to inform me/seller and resolve another way. They simply did not. I am permanently cancelling my account and will use Vivid Seats or similar instead.

    I purchased second hand tickets from someone on Stubhub. After receiving the tickets, I realized that they were NOT the tickets we agreed upon. It was a completely different section and not comparable. I went to StubHub customer service. They refused to give me a refund. Instead, they gave me a "credit" in which I had a certain amount of time to spend it. So... I dealt with it and decided to just use the credit for a possible show in the future. I tried to use the credit months later to book the show. It hadn't reached the expiration date of the voucher code. However, the code WOULD NOT WORK. I called customer service again.     I bought tickets to an event that was postponed which I recognize has nothing to do with Stub Hub. The date the event was rescheduled for is not a day I would prefer to attend due to work and scheduling. They did not allow me to pick any other date. They also won't refund the money the only choice to go on the date they provided. I have also now called at least 5 different occasions to get the new tickets and they are refusing to update the tickets with the correct date. I know that they have done this for other customers as my friend received her new updated tickets but they have failed to give me mine on multiple occasions. At this point, I feel like they are scamming me as I can't have the new tickets or a refund.

    In addition to this major problem, the customer service agents do not speak English very well and consistently place you on extremely long holds. I waited for 2 hours today and still did not have my issue resolved. They also keep repeating themselves instead of addressing the issue.     Purchased tickets a week ago for a hockey game. StubHub said tickets would be sent electronically through TicketMaster. Tickets never came. Over the last week, I've spend 2 1/2 hours on the phone with StubHub trying to get my tickets. They blamed it on TicketMaster. Spent an hour on the phone with TicketMaster who said there are no electronic tickets being sent to my account. I've also spend over 2 hours "chatting" with them via Facebook and X. So that's nearly 5 hours of my time wasted yet I have no tickets and I'm out $320. StubHub refuses to refund my money saying the tickets have been sent and that it's a TicketMaster problem.

    TicketMaster says they don't have any tickets. However, I purchased the tickets via StubHub. I paid StubHub. StubHub claims they have a "100% FanProtect Guarantee." However, they won't protect me by giving me the tickets I purchased or refunding my money. They owe me the tickets/money, not TicketMaster. TicketMaster cannot refund me anything since I didn't pay them. Beware StubHub. In my opinion, this amounts to nothing less than theft. At this point, I've started the process of disputing the charges on my credit card. And I'm in issuing complaints to The Federal Trade Commission, the BBB in NY City (where they're headquartered) and my State's Attorney General's office.

    Very frustrating and lost over $200. I bought tickets months in advance. After purchasing the tickets (and this has been my experience every time with StubHub) they tell you that you will be contacted by an anonymous entity the day of the concert or just before who will email or text the tickets! Most recently I had purchased tickets for my daughter and son in law to Justin Timberlake. The show was cancelled and moved to months later. My daughter could not attend on the new dates. Stubhub would NOT reimburse and said my only option was to try and sell the tickets to the new concert (remember I still did not have have the tickets). A ridiculous and frankly suspect (fraudulent?) way of treating customers. They tell you in a pleasant voice that “everything will be fine etc,” I lost over $200 in the process. I will never have anything more to do with this sick company.

    Day started out great, My son and I had tickets to Harry Potter purchased at Stubhub ($252 plus "Total Fees" $81.10) and then we hit a snag with a parking pass I bought from Stubhub order#553437581 ($30.60 plus "Total Fees" $11.93). Firstly, very confusing as to where the parking structure was, no clear direction on how to access or use the barcode once you arrive at the parking garage. Mind you this is Hollywood, California the parking structure is designated for residential and retail.

    As I was trying to bring up the barcode at the gate, I had 3 cars behind me blocking traffic in a busy area as they were also having some sort of farmers market up the street. I still could not bring up the barcode so, I was forced to take a ticket to open the gate. Now, I still don't know if I'm even in the right garage at this point. I get a hold of a security guard who stated that I was in the right garage (Yay) but, because I pulled a ticket I would now need to use the ticket to get out. We were already tight on time so, I figured I'll take care of the barcode situation after the play ended and surely Stubhub being a billion dollar company would understand this situation and issue some form of credit or refund for a parking pass I never got to use.

    I WAS WRONG...Stubhub DOES NOT CARE about Customer Satisfaction and they DO NOT STAND Behind their service. They have representatives like Javi or Harry (something like that) Interrogate me about my situation and then when I asked to speak with a manager he says "why do you need to speak with a supervisor, what are you going to say?" I'm sorry Javi, Harry whatever your name is please go back to training because you clearly do not understand the concept of "CUSTOMER SERVICE". YOU SERVE CUSTOMERS, Customers don't serve YOU.

    Ok, I finally get a Supervisor "JULIAN" on the line who was even more clueless of the definition of Customer Service a replica of Javi/Harry. Personally, his scripted Oh, our policies don't allow us to help our customers and even if I wanted to help you I can't, I have no authority. Ok! So, I say let me speak to your manager..Julian responds with (paraphrasing) "I am as high as it gets". HA! you must be high on something because you're definitely not high on Quality Customer Service and the sad thing is, YOU being a supervisor (a leader) are creating a culture of customer representatives in your likeness. I really hope that your "Upper Management" reads this because there needs to be a serious fine tuning of your view of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction.

    You need Customers WE DON'T need you. That paycheck you receive is from Customers. I'm sure Eric H. Baker would like to know how you Javi/Harry/Julian treat his customers and I'm going to find a way to get this message to him. All you had to do was issue a refund or a credit for my parking pass that I never go to use ...all this for $42.53. This is about the principle of the matter. Your customer service sucks and your CEO needs to know this because you are the reason customers are going to your competitors.

    They have no control of their sellers and they’ve no control over anything literally trash customer service. Everyone I know who bought their tickets from ticket master received cheaper prices and their tickets and I Bought 2 tickets for $1500 and planning on spending another $4000 on traveling to the event. And they want me to wait to the exact date and time of the event to receive my tickets. My mistake on not doing my research first before using stub hub. When I asked to resell my tickets, they said I’ve to deliver tickets 2 days before the event. There’s nothing more to say except I regret using Stub Hub.

    Absolutely terrible experience with StubHub. I bought tickets in advance, only to be told just hours before the event that the seller couldn’t provide them. They first offered alternative seats, then retracted that offer too, leaving me with nothing. Later, the seller came back with another offer, but the seats were not comparable to my original purchase. They even suggested I might get upper-level balcony seats, but it would take another hour to review and send them—by which time the show would have already started. I was completely out of time, and the tickets offered were nowhere near the large section I originally paid for.

    Customer service was completely unhelpful, blaming the seller and refusing to take responsibility. They only offered a refund, but that doesn’t make up for the stress, frustration, and ruined plans for me and my wife. This last-minute cancellation is unacceptable and StubHub needs to stop misleading customers with their so-called ‘FanProtect Guarantee.’ Avoid this company unless you want your night ruined!

    Never use Stub Hub. Their website states that "every order is 100% guaranteed." This is not true. I purchased tickets to the Phoenix Open six months before the event. The day before I was informed that the seller would not be delivering the tickets. I had people coming in town for the event and was forced to purchase four new tickets for an additional $703. This included Stub Hub charging their exorbitant fees a second time. If you buy through them you are at the mercy of the seller.

    I have used StubHub twice. In 2017 I purchased tickets for a show 300 miles away. At the door, I was turned away because the venue, Hollywood Forever Cemetery, does not accept resale tickets - this was never mentioned when I bought the tickets off SH. In 2025, I purchased tickets that were incorrectly listed on the SH website. After multiple phone calls to StubHub, I still am not able to either get my money back, or relist the tickets correctly. I've been attending concerts for over 40 years and have never had quite the negative experiences with a ticket seller as StubHub. Buyer beware!

    I purchased tickets for my Daughter and I to see Avril Lavigne at Jiffy Lube Live, Bristow, US. A conflict came up several weeks before the show and we could no longer attend the event, so we decided to resell the tickets back though Stubhub. Another person bought the tickets from us. The original tickets were never delivered to us, so we couldn't transfer them to the new owners. Stubhub credited me for the original price of the tickets but then charged me $145 for failure to transfer the tickets to the new owner. I fought with them via email and phone for months and even my Credit Union couldn't get my money back. I finally just gave up. They are a horrible company with horrible employees and I will never use them again. Buyers beware.

    Absolutely Disgusting Experience – NEVER Using StubHub Again! I flew 8 hours from Canada to Portugal to watch Arsenal vs. Sporting, a game I had been looking forward to for months. I paid €385 for two tickets through StubHub, expecting a seamless experience. Instead, it turned into a complete nightmare. When we arrived at the stadium, we found out our tickets were duplicates – only ONE of us was allowed inside. The game started at 20:00, and I immediately contacted StubHub. Their response? "Oh, sorry, it was an error" – and they promised to send new tickets.

    Guess when they sent them? 21:25! I finally got in and saw ONLY 12 MINUTES of the game I had traveled across the world for. Twelve. Minutes. To make things worse, when I contacted customer support afterward, they had the audacity to say, "Well, you got inside, so that’s the best we can do." Excuse me?! I missed 80% of the match because of YOUR mistake, and that’s your solution?! StubHub is a shameless, irresponsible, and untrustworthy company that takes zero accountability for its failures. I will NEVER use them again, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting them with their hard-earned money. Absolutely disgraceful.

    I purchased 2 tickets on 1/23/25 for the Eagles concert on 1/24/25 at the Sphere in Las Vegas through StubHub. Tickets were section 4, row 20. So it was 20 rows from the stage. I was supposed to receive the tickets by 1/24/25 5:30PM for the show at 8:00. The email never arrived. I couldn’t find any help online. I had to google search for a phone # to talk to a human. Long story short, they sent me tickets at 7:45, which made us late for the start of the concert. But much worse, they did NOT send me the tickets I paid for. Instead they sent me Sec 407, row 20.     My experience with StubHub was awful. Got tickets for the Six Nations Italy vs Wales game, and then 7 days later I found out that my tickets had been canceled. By this point tickets had doubled in price so I called customer service to find out why my tickets were canceled and since it was on their end, hoped that (like any good business would) they would fix the issue. Their "Fan Protect Guarantee" states that they will find replacement tickets if there is an issue with ticketing. The customer service guy said that my tickets were canceled because of a "security issue" and therefore don't fall under that policy. He would not tell me what the security issue was. When I asked to speak to the security team or a manager, he refused.

    I called and asked to talk to a manager again and the manager said it was canceled because my credit card declined. I checked my credit card and it didn't decline. I had a confirmation email of my purchase from StubHub and the charge came through on my card but was removed when they canceled it. Horrible customer service, the first guy was irritated, unpleasant, and unhelpful in getting me answers. Their "guarantee" is false advertising. And I firmly believe that they canceled my order to get more money out of me once prices went up. Not to mention they use bait and switch tactics in their ordering by making you go through a long process and then hitting you with a 60% up charge at the very end. Not an ethical business in the slightest.

    Tickets through the university ticket office were $9 for general admission and $14 for assigned seats. Assigned seating was sold out so I went to StubHub to find good seats on resale. $14 level seats were available (plus StubHub fees making them $26 each). There is a “G” section in the arena so when I saw the seats were GA, seats 1-5, I presumed this was section G, Row A, Seats 1-5. Turns out StubHub labels GA for General Admission. Saying “seats 1-5” makes one think they are getting assigned seats. I believe this is intentionally deceptive. Tried to cancel for refund and was informed these tickets are non-refundable. StubHub has lost my business forever!

    I have purchased tickets from StubHub in the past and had no issues. However, I purchased 6 comedy tickets from Stub Hub on Nov 3, 2024 as a gift for my family for Christmas and the experience was a nightmare. The comedy show wasn’t until Jan 17, 2025 so for Christmas I just printed out the comedian’s promo poster on note cards and gave that to my family. On Jan 2nd, I received an email saying my tickets were ready and that I would receive another email to my other email account telling me how to access them. That email never came.

    On January 12th, I looked into it and started an online chat with customer service and was assured that I would have the tickets in my account in time for the event. On the 16th, I checked all my emails (and their spam/junk/trash folders) and stub hub and my husband’s Ticketmaster account and we still had nothing in there. Again, I started a chat and was assured that they would arrive on time.

    On the DAY OF the event, as we were driving to the event 3 hours before it started (we were stopping for dinner first) I CALLED stub hub and spoke with someone named Junior. He assured me that I would have a “resolution email” with either a refund option or a new ticket option in it within the hour. That email never came. Without proof of tickets, we drove to the venue and as we were walking in an usher/security guard was calling out for people who were seated in the section we had purchased tickets to, to come talk to him.

    Apparently they had closed that section and they were offering “free upgrades” to people who had purchased tickets there. We told him that we had purchased tickets in that section but were having a hard time accessing them with stub hub (I’m sure he thought we were lying). He informed us we had to have proof of tickets to be upgraded and that we could either go wait in the box office line to see if they could help us track them down, call stub hub again or purchase new tickets and wait for that “resolution” email to come and when it did just choose the refund option. We opted for the latter.

    My husband purchased tickets off of Gametime and they were in my husband’s Ticketmaster account within minutes. No issues. I had a pit in my stomach spending another $400 on tickets after I had already spent $600 on tickets. We felt confident we could get the refund because our original tickets never came thru. While we were standing outside the event, I started another chat with Stub Hub and was told I needed to call them to resolve my issue. And then the app froze up on me. I deleted it and re downloaded it. As we were IN the venue, I tried calling them and got disconnected. I decided to let it go for the evening and just resolve it the next day.

    I have since emailed, chatted, and called Stub Hub (I never get to speak to a real human) all to no avail. I have a feeling no refund is coming. Which means I spent $1000 on a comedy show during one of the more financially lean times of my life. The original $600 was already a splurge and a treat. It is insane that I spent more money after that.

    In hindsight, I sort of wish I had just disappointed my family and we had found something cheaper to do that night. I will never use stub hub again. Even purchasing last minute tickets (like 40 minutes before the event was set to start) while standing AT the venue was easier and more efficient on the Gametime app than it ever was in 2 months with Stub Hub. Horrible experience and I will tell anyone who will listen to steer clear from using them. They have my email, mine and my husband’s phone numbers and our chat history on the app and no effort has been made on their part to make this right. So much for their “Fan Protect” insurance. It’s all a crock!

    I bought a pair of tickets to a college ice hockey game and received different tickets. I could not find a phone # to call anywhere on the site so ended up doing a “live chat” which is clearly a bot that directed me to links with information but did nothing to help me resolve the issue.     I registered for a Stubhub account and never intended to make a purchase. On the morning of 12/06/2024, I noticed that Stubhub sent me an email at 4:50 am about a basketball game ticket purchase. I logged into my account and did see that ticket, however, I did not make the purchase. Nobody in my family make such a purchase and no one else knows I have a Stubhub account! I reported the fraud transaction to my credit card company and replaced my card immediately. I also called Stubhub CS and then received an email from them on the same day, saying someone must have stolen CC info and suggest my to contact my cc company for a refund.

    I don't understand how they could make such a conclusion. Several weeks later, the transaction showed up on my credit card transaction records again. I reach out to my CC company and they told me that StubHub informed them the purchase was make from my IP address which was the usual IP I used to log in. StubHub lied to charge me for something I never did.

    I have used Stub Hub many times without any issues. Re-sold some Matt Rife tickets a year ago with no issues. But.... this time I went to resell some Eagles concert tickets in Vegas and it was a nightmare of confusion. How or why Ticketmaster was involved was puzzling and added to misunderstandings all around. Just know, I lost a sale of approx $750, and then was also charged $600 by Stub Hub on top of that. Plus they will charge me another $200 additional on my next purchase through them. I will NEVER attempt to resell tickets through them again. Nor will I purchase tickets through them again.

    Used StubHub to purchase F1 tickets months before the event. StubHub stated they will send the tickets 2 days before the event. So 2 days before they say, "Sorry we cannot deliver the tickets but here are some other tickets." They charged the same price but provided tickets that were not equal in location or amenities. When others say do not use StubHub, listen to them! Lesson learned. Never will use them again.

    Stubhub notified me that I could list tickets without fees for one set of tickets and one sale in December 2024. I list the tickets and the tickets sold. Upon being paid out, StubHub took out the 10% fee as they usually do add upon multiple phone calls and discuss discussions with their customer support team. They never paid me back the 10% fee. Seeing as StubHub takes both 10% from the buyer and 10% from the seller, they are double dipping and screwing over both parties. I deleted my account, you should too - their customer service is far from anything helpful. Four separate phone calls and escalated trouble tickets and I got nowhere.

    I would give them 0 stars if possible. Sold ticket on 7/24/24. Received notice of payment on 7/31 but didn’t receive funds. Called them and was told to wait longer. It’s now January 2025 and after 8 phone calls, numerous emails, submitting bank statements TWICE and being told that would rectify issue, I’ve received nothing. Called again today and was told I should have been informed on 12/5 that they now wanted a letter from my bank. Bank has already checked for this payment 3 times and verified it was not there and that the “trace” # they provided was not even legitimate. You cannot speak with anyone in the financial department, only customer service. He apologized today that no one got back to me in December to report I needed a letter now. The same thing happened the first time I submitted my bank issue…no one informed me until I called again.

    They make you jump through hoops and are clearly avoiding accountability. You are assured when you buy/ sell with them that they “are with you from start to finish.” Completely false. Even if I finally get paid after I submit a letter from my bank, I stand firm in my review of them. It’s hard to believe they are still in business. The BBB has nothing but poor reviews and the same generated responses to every complaint. And their response is to avoid accountability because they are essentially the middle man. Disgusting practices.

    Stupid me bought tickets last year to a Blue Rodeo concert in Kitchener on StubHub. A week before the concert I ended up having to sell the tickets. I created a listing and sold the tickets a week before the event. Well, it turns out somehow a second listing got created after I sold the tickets and guess what? The day of the event I get an email that I’m gonna be incurred charges if I don’t deliver the tickets that don’t even exist.

    So basically in this day and age with all this technology, the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. You sell tickets and it doesn’t update any servers or databases after they’re sold. What a joke. I paid $346 for the tickets. Originally sold for the same price. Incurred charges from StubHub of $382. See you guys in court if I don’t get my money back. This is just ridiculous.

    Do not trust StubHub to deliver tickets or to get an honest response from customer service. Bought tickets for my daughter and I to attend a Detroit Symphony Orchestra Harry Potter performance and the Stub Hub app said I would get an email with the tickets by the day of the event. I checked daily and it said they would be available by noon the day of the event, which started at 3:00. We had a brunch reservation at 12:30, and I still had not gotten an email. I called customer service while at brunch and spent most of the time waiting on hold. The agent said I would get an email shortly with an option of alternative seats or I could request a refund. The email did not come.

    After brunch I called again and spoke with a very unhelpful customer service agent who said I would get an email by the time the event started. I told her I did not want to make the hourlong drive to the event if I wasn’t assured to have tickets, and she repeated that I would have them but couldn’t give me a timeframe. As I was driving and got closer to the venue I called once again and this customer service agent said I would get the tickets before the show started and would call me when they had the tickets.

    I got to the venue and parked in the street, watching people flow inside. Still no tickets. I called yet again and this agent said I’d get the tickets in 10-20 minutes. This would be 5 minutes before the show started. A few minutes later an email did arrive. It said there were no tickets available and only gave me the option of a refund. So I had wasted an hour driving in the snow to get there, only to be turned away and drive another hour home. The email stated that I will receive a refund within 10 days. I have no faith that this will happen and their customer service agents cannot or will not help. Will be looking to join a class action lawsuit if my money is not refunded.

    Do not use StubHub to buy event tickets!!! I bought 2 tickets for Jeff Dunham at the Ocean Center. I drove around for 1-1/2 hours looking for parking. There were a lot of people either missed the show or saw very little. While driving around looking for parking, I contacted customer service. The lady on the phone walked me through and directed me to claim the tickets to see the show! I asked her why she did that when I just told her I can’t get in. I feel this was intentional.     I had four tickets for sale to the Taylor Swift concert. I sold two of them and then I got an order for three tickets. The person who had bought the 3 tickets paid way more for ticket than I had sold the two tickets for. I could not figure out how that could happen. In the end, because I could not supply the three tickets, I was charged $14,940 which Stub Hub claimed they spent buying the person three tickets. That was even more than what the person paid for three. StubHub claimed that’s what they had to spend to buy the guy tickets. The whole thing seemed real fishy to me. Did the guy pay nothing for the tickets? I tried to find the guy who supposedly had purchased the tickets. I had his email address. It was his name and the investment firm where he supposedly worked. As it turns out, there is no investment firm with that name. This smells like fraud to me. I’m probably going to contact the FBI. This company should not be in business.

    I strongly encourage potential buyers not to use StubHub as a platform for purchasing tickets. I placed an order for USC Trojans at Maryland Terrapins Women’s Basketball game on September 25, 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the tickets. Instead of addressing the issue, I was met with excuses when it was identified that the failure was due in part to the seller releasing the tickets to an unknown email address.

    The customer service I encountered was far from satisfactory. Each time I contacted the support team. I was met with vague responses and no concrete solutions. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Their website states every order is 100% guaranteed. Additionally, if there is an issue with your order, StubHub will make it right with comparable or better tickets or a full refund. At this point StubHub has not owned up to their terms and conditions. Avoid losing your money and spending excessive time with a support team who seem to deflect from providing customer service that results in solutions not confusing.

    Do not trust buying tickets on StubHub. They ruined my family’s New Year's Eve night out. We had purchased tickets to Billy Joel for New Year's Eve night for our family and after paying for them on stubhub they tell us the tickets will be delivered by the day of the show. After waiting 5 days and no tickets I contacted them the day of the show. They gave me the complete runaround after 4 hours back and forth on the phone and being disconnected 4 times. Then they tell us we have to wait for 3 hours before the show to see if the seller will email us the tickets. Now being 2 hours away from the concert that starts at 9:30pm on New year's night we had to wait until 6:30 pm to see if we were going to the show. After telling us if the seller does not send the tickets they will guarantee equal or better seats for us.

    Well after finally waiting until 7pm they send us details of the tickets they will offer us in replacement, well they were nowhere near as close as what we paid for as we paid a lot for 4th row center and their offer was towards the back of the arena. We had to settle for a refund on a night that we had planned for 2 months only to be let down by lies and horrible assistance by stubhub. Please note that the tickets they sell is not owned by stubhub as they are sold by people selling their tickets and they have scam sellers that sell tickets and stubhub does not care about you and your plans.

    The website was not user friendly for buying tickets. I had purchased three tickets and was unable to download and receive 1 ticket. After trying for three days to reach the seller to resend the ticket, this finally happened less than 1 hour before game time. Since my party wanted to enter the arena before this, I was forced to buy a ticket from another vendor..     I bought 2 tickets for $96 each. Stubhub’s “service fee” was $45 per ticket. It said Guaranteed “2 seats together”. Afterward I find out that this venue has no seating.     Do not sell on StubHub, their system is not user friendly and you will be charged the fees for their poorly designed website. I listed tickets to sell on their website and tried to unlisted them the same evening. I went to their website through the link they sent to my email and the listings were nowhere to be found. Fast-forward two months later, I get an email stating my tickets were sold. I again used the link provided in that email thinking this must be a mistake, and did not see any listings again.

    I contacted customer service and they told me I had to either clear my cache, clear my browser history, or use an incognito screen to log into my account. I was able to log in with an incognito screen and saw the listings. The customer service rep told me I was responsible for the fees because it is their policy and because I logged in incorrectly, which was why I was not able to see the listings. This was my first time trying to sell tickets on StubHub and my last.

    Poor experience with failed parking ticket delivery. Because I did not report it until they failed to deliver at the event (I was told I had to report *before the event*) I was not eligible for a refund. In other words, I had to anticipate their failure and proactively submit my claim. The app still shows my parking tix are pending delivery, almost 24 hours after the event. Chat support quoted policy and told me to dispute the charge with my bank. 'Mario' could have reversed the charge on the card but refused to do so.

    We bought tickets, they sold our tickets, asked if we wanted the next set of tickets, we said yes. Wasn’t able to see our tickets on the day of the event and customer service said they can’t help us until an hour before the event. Called and finally got a hold of someone 15 min before the event just to be told they can’t get a hold of the seller and we can’t go to an event we’ve been planning for 2 months.     They have the worst costume service, I was trying to resell my ticket and got no help for days of calling Stub Hub. I had 3 different reps and I would always get the same message, "We will contact our IT department to call you back to help," never received a call back. Then I was charged aging for the ticket.     Stub Hub does not care about events or the fans, they only care about making money and the reseller. They are allowing people to sell out shows from across the country. My tickets were sent back to the reseller (in California for a show in Cleveland OH) while I was out of the country. My purchase was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old daughter. StubHub did not support me and because FedEx shipped back the tickets, I am out of the $150 gift. The ticket alert came while I was out of the country as well as the delivery. They told me it was my fault. Who sells physical tickets nowadays anyway!? Now my daughter's gift is gone and I am out the money. I am so sad for her as I do not have the funds to make it up to her.

    StubHub, has truly no empathy or understanding of a customer needs. I was billed TWICE by StubHub for a ticket, totaling $2,000.00. The customer service representative stated he see where the error occurred, but states SUBHUB has a NO REFUND Policy. I attempted to purchase a ticket at 9:05pm. As of 11:00pm I still had no notification that the ticket was purchased. So I went back to STUBHUB for confirmation. I saw no indication that the ticket was purchased by email, or that monies were deducted from my bank account! So I did the procedure again. I contacted StubHub first thing the following morning. The representative was nonchalant, and basically provided no help. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold and 10mins later the line goes DEAD!     I will never buy tickets from StubHub again. They do not actually honor their "FanProtect" policy. I bought tickets through StubHub and the original owner of the tickets, or "original vendor" did not send me tickets until 9:15 while the show started at 8. I got to the venue early and was on the StubHub app and website trying to get assistance and they both were glitchy, pushing me back to the main account screen at the same starting point of "please check how to get your tickets." It was a never-ending goose chase with no success. As per their policy, if I did not receive the tickets in time for the show, I would get a refund. So, I ended up buying a ticket at the venue and figured I would sort it out later. The next morning, customer service told me that because it was "after the time of the show," they could not honor the refund. So unacceptable, so shady. Never again.

We requested a parking pass for a football game and were given a random parking garage in the downtown area of Los Angeles, 3 miles from the stadium through horrible neighborhoods and multiple interstate systems. We ended up leaving the garage and going to the stadium and finding a parking place. StubHub told us to pound sand as far as a refund went. Fool me once, won’t fool me again.

    Stay away… I have used this company many times with no issue until now. I paid for tickets that were confirmed but when I arrived at the event were not available. I spent two hours speaking with 4 representatives to resolve the issue. Only one was really helpful while the others just kept saying how sorry they were that this was happening. I was offered replacement tickets but the seller should be investigated for selling tickets more than once. The original seats were taken when I got to the event. When I asked how StubHub worked to prevent this there was no answer. I won't be using them again.

    I bought tix on StubHub, they never came through. We went to the event. Had to pay an extra $200 to buy tix at the event and never got a refund. Not that it mattered, no one paying me back for the other money I had to pay out. The site kept saying try again, but there's no contact info to talk with a person. So yes, we had to take the risk to travel to the event and once its was apparent that weren't going to get our tix, I made the decision to buy them again at the box office.     Charges you for tickets even if you back out of a transaction. Upon receiving a quote online for tickets, including their $498 fee, we navigated away, but the site charged us anyway. No one on their phone service responds with accurate and timely information. You cannot trust them. You should *never* buy from them. Had to go through my credit card agency to dispute the charge.     I no longer sell my tickets on StubHub when their system double-lists my one set of tickets. I ended up paying the second buyer more than the value of my listed tickets. They did not explain how I could access their system. The school allows you to choose which tickets to transfer to Stubhub and then they fade out so you can't select them again. Stubhub says I had to make up to the 2nd buyer. They confirmed the 2nd listing but could not be bothered to correct or help me. They didn't believe there was an error in their system.     StubHub has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. First off, their customer service is nearly non-existent.     Do not buy anything from Stubhub. They are a scam. They sold me tickets for a show that had already started over an 1.5 hours ago. In fact, the show is still listed on the site hours after it was over. There are two shows, a matinee and an evening show. In theater, it is standard practice that the sales stop about an hour, no later than 30 minutes before the show starts. It had never occurred to me they would try to sell me dead tickets.     A very shady and dishonest company, BEWARE of the Bait-and-Switch scheme that they have going on. Stub Hub added excessive amount of charges after I had paid.     Sold a ticket online. Buyer accepted it. Received emails that everything went fine, and I should expect my payment. 3 weeks after still no payment, and customer service tells me that "the buyer was not happy with the ticket (?), and that the Stubhub tried to send me back the ticket". I didn't receive any notification. Overall, either the buyer lied and enjoyed the event for free. Or Stubhub decides not to pay some customers.

    I will personally never use StubHub EVER again. One, the fees were more than the tickets, but what is really upsetting is that my tickets were never delivered. I followed the email instructions to the letter on how to receive my mobile tickets. They never appeared. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the door after several attempts of calling customer service. I was able to report my problem to a virtual assistant that sent me a message stating that my refund would be processed because I was protected by their purchase program. Something told me to keep trying to contact a live person. I finally was able to talk to a customer service rep on Tuesday afternoon only to be told that no refund would be processed. The event was over. I will use continue to use TicketMaster but will never recommend StubHub to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM StubHub!!!

    I just attempted to purchase two tickets to a Pentatonix show at the DCU center in Worcester MA. I found two great seats and started the purchase process. At checkout I discovered that my $92 tickets did not include the additional $43 service fee...per ticket....RIDICULOUS. I did not complete the purchase even though I would have enjoyed the show.

    In my recent experience, StubHub operates on the edge of fraud or engages in fraud. They sold and invoiced me for one thing and then delivered a pass for a far inferior item. When confronted they offered a 25% credit on my next purchase. I suspect they are doing this to many people and would support anyone who wants to pursue a class action against them. I suspect an initial round of discovery would show that this is an intentional scam to pump up their profits. When confronted they were quick to admit they did what I suggested (the unauthorized swap) but said - too bad just take a 25% coupon in replacement.

    Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! From a buyer's perspective: I purchased tickets to a play for my family, but 60 minutes before the show, I received a call saying the seller had decided not to sell the tickets after all. According to their policy, they are supposed to find replacement tickets, but despite other seats being available (albeit in better and more expensive sections), they refused to provide them. I had no choice but to buy from a different vendor at 300% of the original price just to avoid missing the show we were already enroute to.

    From a seller's perspective: I sold tickets and delivered them on time, with proof that the buyer received them. However, I was hit with a "canceled tickets fee" of nearly $200. After providing evidence and spending almost five hours in chats and on phone calls, I’m still fighting to get my money back—six weeks later! They even acknowledged in writing that it was a mistake, yet keep insisting "nothing can be done until it's approved." No one can tell me how long that will take. This company is beyond incompetent and unethical. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away!

    I’m incredibly disappointed in my recent experience with StubHub.     Never received my tickets so I called and the representative kept saying my email “bounced”. I then provided her with another email and then that one was “invalid”. Third email given was “invalid” and the fourth email given was “already in use”. I was so livid! I demanded a supervisor and he got things handled.     When things go right, StubHub is great. If there is a problem, you will get NO help. I spent hours on the line with customer service trying to get to my tickets (kept getting an error message when I tried to download them), was promised by multiple customer service reps that they would call back or email me with either my tickets or issue new ones. None of that happened. I ended up paying three times what my ticket would cost 45 minutes before the show. Now I am trying to get my original tickets refunded, and they are promising to call or email me within 5 days to confirm. Will never, ever buy from them again. I'd rather pay more than deal with the craziness of working with them. THEY ARE THE WORST.

    I am stupid for buying from them again. I didn't realize until tits was too late. At least time they gave me 30 days' notice to replace tickets, but now I understand. They allow people to hedge ticket sales on their site for a minimal cancellation fee and continue to offer them for sale up until the date of the show. Then they will offer you a small voucher to buy tickets that are worth a fraction of what you paid. In my recent case - tickets I purchased for $225+ a seat replace with a $8 voucher and a set they are currently selling for $56. This company is a scam!

    Use Seekgeak instead. You’ll be so glad you did. StubHub is a terrible company. The fees are ridiculous. You’ll pay half to double the amount of the ticket in these ridiculous fees which aren’t posted anywhere on the ticket price. I bought a ticket and five seconds later realized I chose the wrong date but they wouldn’t take the ticket back. And they wouldn’t even waive the fees of a second ticket if I bought it for the right date. Customer service is a joke. I don’t even know why they pay these people. They could get away with just a recorded message that says “ha ha too bad for you”. Pretty much the attitude I got was too bad, you should’ve double-checked the date. Instead, you can sell it and pay even more fees to sell. I will never ever be back to StubHub.

    The site showed up with my favorite artist on the instagram with a fake ad made me think that the concert was for the artist. Also, with the time clock showing the offer is only for limited time, so you rush to buy. I realized after purchasing the tickets, the show wasn't for the artist. I emailed the site right away calling for cancellation, spoke with the customer service rep. They all declined the cancellation request. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge when it comes through. These guys are scammers!!!

    Purchased a parking pass but was sent the wrong location by seller. Contacted StubHub to report. Was told they would contact seller and have correct pass sent to me. No pass arrived in time for event and I had no choice but to purchase another, 4 X more expensive pass the night before the event. When I called customer service for the $100% promised guarantee was sent a $26 coupon to use at Stub Hub. Issue is now turned over to another team and I am waiting to see if refund will be made. Of course, they will issue a refund for the ticket I wasn't sent; no reimbursement for the much more expensive replacement that I NEVER would have purchased had Stub Hub not left me high and dry. Stub Hub is great when it works, but they are completely impotent when things go wrong.

    I kick myself for not reading the StubHub reviews before making a purchase. Purchased two tickets for SMU/Pitt football game over two weeks prior to game.     They sold me a parking pass for the Hollywood Bowl that was 2.2 miles away for $50. It wasn’t revealed where the parkade was until the day before the show. Even though the operators said it would be resolved and I would get an email, it never came. On Parkopedia, there are spots within a 15 minute walk for $10-30. Nobody wants to walk 50 minutes before the show and 50 minutes after.

    I purchased 3 tickets for Sting in Chicago and spent $400 each about 2 weeks before the show. Several days after the purchase I was informed my tickets were ready to download to StubHub via Ticketmaster I guess. While I purchased 3 tickets only 2 were provided by the seller. How that's allowed I have no idea. Again they let me purchase 3 but only delivered 2. For the last 48 hours I was on call after call with StubHub trying to get the third ticket and was eventually told it was not available. Nobody at StubHub took accountability and the alternate seats I was eventually offered were further back than my original seats. I requested a full refund and while I will likely receive it that was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a ticket site and a complete and total waste of time and I will AVOID StubHub at all costs. I strongly recommend checking other sites that may be more reliable.

    The only way they got a 1 star is because there was no 0 option. I contacted them 7 times prior to an event which I sold tickets. 5 of the 6 times I provided proof of ticket transfer and was told I was good, don't worry about it. Now I am being charged for the tickets not transferring. I begged for help and did not get any help from Stubhub. I purchased tickets thru Stubhub earlier in the year for a concert and same thing happened to me in which I could not get my tickets. Called them then and stayed on the phone for 45 minutes and never got it resolved. I had to go to will call window and show them where I got tickets and couldn't get stubhub to help. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.
