The ticketing site was easy to use. I do think it would be better to show all rows. Example would be F,G,H,... instead of F through O with no delineation between rows. A larger picture of the balcony by row would help a great deal.

Nothing special about the process - certainly what I would expect. Lost a STAR at the end for all the times I had to click NO THANKS on the promos from Wayfair, PriceLine, etc. Give the customer a chance upfront to select vendors or product categories.

I was able to look up the concert I wanted, select how many tickets I wanted, and got through the check out process quickly and easily. By far the best ticket buying experience I've had! I now have the link ready for easy access next time.

Disney On Ice. The cost that we paid for the tickets is a lot more than the actual cost on the ticket which is outrageous. The ticket price was $26.00 x 4 tickets = $104.00. The actual price that we paid was $329.83.

I thought your fees were a little high. Your service fees were crazy. When you are trying to purchase a fun event for a family, it makes it extremely hard to be able to go. I also did not like the continuous selling of other products after the service.

Ordered these as Christmas present and hope since I have an android phone this will not be a problem since no tickets will be printed. Also wished that the actual seat area would have been available for review as the exact location of the seating.

Ryan Hurd tickets. Every single ticket was called "GA" even though the prices were from $33 up to over $300. No map/seating chart was provided. Is the entire arena GA? I have no idea what section, if any is the location of my seats.

This is the 1st time I have used this to purchase tickets. Can order way ahead of other places. Have seen the Doobies a lot since the early 70's and will continue to do so. I will also register with this Event Tickets site.

Just wish site was easier to see seat rows. Once I was able to get the correct number of tickets the overall checkout was easy. The confirmation came within 3 minutes while all the follow up information was very understandable.

Very easy to use. I was able to access the site and view images of the seating which made my judgement best when selecting my tickets. It gave me my confirmation and also let me be able to bypass other offers. I wasn't particularly happy with the timer that t gave because I liked checking things out but I was still able to buy the seating that I wanted.

Monster Trunk Event. Didn't expect to get such great seats at terrific prices. We booked on a whim. Whoa and behold there were Diamond Club seats. Can't wait to see this live and share the experience with others.

This was a very easy process to complete this purchase ... the only recommendation which would make this better is that it would be far easier to determine which tickets to purchase if the seats were identified along with the Row location.

Easy to use, first time I have used it. Not comfortable with the electronic tickets, would prefer printing them out, but will see how this goes. Maybe I am just old school, but not sure what happens if something happens to my phone.

Dave Koz - Kings Center. It was very easy placing my ticket order. I have bought tickets from this site before and the ticket buying process was very easy. I will buy tickets from this site again. Buying is easy from this site and I enjoy going to the King's Center in Melbourne for jazz concerts.

Cirque. We've been to many shows. Always love the experience. Our first show was in Florida in the 90's at Disney World. Took our 2 sons. They love the experience. We've been to shows in Florida, Connecticut, and Montreal. We've got friend joining us for the experience.

I have always wanted to see the Nutcracker. Your site was very easy to use and prices were reasonable. Only thing I would want different is to actually see the seats we received before printing. Unless it was there and I missed it.

I purchased tickets for three friends and myself. Searching for tickets was pretty straight forward. However, when I took the time to call and confirm with my friends, the tickets disappeared. Perhaps being able to place the tickets on hold for 10-12 minutes might have given me enough time to make my arrangements. Just a suggestion.

Service fees are WAY too expensive. $63 tickets soon turned into $91 tickets. It would be good if ETC explained what the fees were before the last page of the check-out process. I know I had an opportunity to cancel, but I waited too log to buy tickets, so It's on me.

Overall it was easy to navigate. Wish I could have seen and picked my seats by availability based upon how many I needed and a map was provided while doing so. Also didn't like the red HURRY and countdown. I am a very indecisive person and takes me a while to make a decision.

Nice experience purchasing tickets for a Michael Bubble concert in Atlantic City. Would recommend. Only complaint would be the advertising popups after purchase. The website was easy to find and the process was simple. I like that insurance for your purchase is offered with a refund.

Have wanted to see Michael Buble for years... the purchasing process was easy and quick. No extra steps. No worry about confirmation. Email came quickly to my inbox. Prompted to purchase ticket protection which made sense for the time of year. In the event of inclement weather, I am refunded my costs. Hard to maneuver website, fees are too high and did not get a confirmation that I got the ticket. I tried on my cell buying tickets but it kept on spooling. Tried calling by phone but the person there was charging me $114 per ticket which is highway robbery. I am buying this ticket for a friend who has cancer and wants to watch the show so I paid the fees but normally I would just go to box office but location is far from my place. Then connection fails. Not so happy.

I was not able to pick my seats in the row I wanted. I prefer to be in the aisle seats. Other than that the process was smooth and easy. I was glad I did not have to have tickets sent to mobile phone.

Michael Buble. Clear and easy to navigate. I liked that I got to see the seating and all the pricing quickly. Tickets are not inexpensive. For sure paying a lot, but I don't do this often. This is for myself and a friend's birthday.

So nice to have real-time access to seats available at varied price points. A mailing charge, but no extra processing and extra per ticket charges. Being less familiar with theatre, it would be nice to have rating of Best View options and know if any partially obstructed.

Russian Nutcracker ballet. I was not able to see where I seats were. I was hoping for an aisle seat due to some knee issues. I hope that our tickets arrive at our Iowa address before Dec 18 this year.

Purchase of Jingle Ball tickets Chicago. It was easy and efficient but the actual seats are not shown – only the section and row and not the specific seats which is a bit worrying as we might be behind some bollard. I prefer to see the specific seat allocation as with TicketMaster and StubHub.

I am a single Dad of three and recently purchase Toby Mac concert tickets (with insurance from Allianz) from Event Tickets to see him with my youngest daughter in Savannah, GA on Friday, Nov. 22nd. Unfortunately, Toby Mac's son Truett passed away and they rescheduled the concert for April 28 on a Tuesday when I do NOT have my children and on a school night. I have called Event Tickets (talked with Shella) and asked for my money back, however they don't seem to care that the rescheduling of the concert is a problem for them. I have made a claim with the insurance company Allianz and again, they don't look at the rescheduled event due to a death in the Artist family as a problem and they may not give a refund. This is fraud folks, learn from my mistake and buy tickets from a dealer who is reputable and will stand behind their service when something unfortunate like this happens.

I found the experience to be very easy. I liked that I could choose by pricing and that the map of the arena was available to help me choose The tickets that I would purchase. A feature that I also appreciated was being able to ensure my tickets for an additional seven dollars that I would get it refunded if I was not able to attend. We all know that life happens!

The price of these tickets is outrageous. All these fees after you already pay a ridiculous price to start with! These tickets were the cheapest seats I could find. Why do you have to rape the consumer? I really don’t know how I will afford to pay for them.

My experience in ordering the ticket for Disney on Ice is very fast. I hope it will be like this also in other events. I'm going to share this experience to my friends, so that they will also purchase their tickets through this website.

The service charges are very expensive and not readily evident when ordering the tickets. I would have liked to pick out my own seating for the play. I could receive end row tickets which would be very disappointing. The time limits tend to hurry you through the experience and perhaps get tickets that I really didn't want. Otherwise, the process was fairly easy.

It sure would have been nice to see the actual seats when ordering the tickets for the show. The seating map is quite vague and the selected seats could correspond to any number of sections or areas of the venue/location/theater.

Pricing is similar to many other sites and purchasing was easy. I was not pressured by a fast ticking clock. I do wish it showed the view of the stage from your seat like others do but that's not a deal breaker.

Don't like all the extra fees. I do not like it when they give me a price and then add on $40.00 for 2 tickets. That's ridiculous! I never get to go to see any shows and this was supposed to be a treat for me and my sister. Too late now. It is on the charge and I will wait to get my tickets.

Tickets for the Price is right fast and easy to get our tickets at a great price. We are excited to see Drew Carey. We have watched this show for 40 years. Planning family trip for this occasion and everyone is excited!!!!

Easy to use, seat map is interactive and quick but no seats defined at time of order just the relative place in the venue. Would be better to see exact seat numbers and location by aisle or center of row.

Forget the multiple discounts offered at the end of the sale. Just lower prices!!!! I know that they are popular, but the rest of the prices are way out of bounds. If they are donating some of the money that should be stated.

The tickets were 120 and with the service and convenience fee it was 180, this seems over the top for a two ticket transactions, sixty dollar fee on 120 tickets.. I’m not sure I would use the service again unless I had to.

Easy to use and notified via email on updates. Print at your convenience. Option to save for later. It’s nice to have the eprint option. When looking for event’s it’s secure to use this so that you can reprint if needed.

Experience was effective and efficient. Looking forward to this event which has not been enjoyed in person entering holiday time. Will check future events in the Delaware area going forward and into next year. Musical performances are what we enjoy the most in a theater setting with good acoustics and lighting.

Have not been to a concert in over 20 years. Can't wait to go for my birthday. Taking my niece since her birthday is a couple days from mine. Hoping this ticket website does not change my tickets and these are the correct seats.

I would of liked to have chose my seats, as my wife has hip problems. I usually choose seat on the aisle just in case she gets uncomfortable and/or pain that requires her to stand and walk about, otherwise was very good.

Good. It was informative and easy to find our way around the site. It would help, if in each section, we could see all of the seats in that section so we could better tell where we are sitting in that section.

I wish I could get real printed tickets. These are Christmas present for my wife and I would like to have something for her to open on Christmas day. I can print off some order placed but it isn't the same. We are old and it used to be so easy to have tickets to hold in your hand.

Strongly advise to stay away from this ticket agent I understand that they are a broker/ scalper - guaranteed you WILL find a better price; terrible customer service, cannot hold a commitment, STAY AWAY!

Be wary of buying from Event Tickets Center. They are not forthcoming about their service fee. They sneak it in there so a purchase I thought was going to be around $300 ended up being around $500. I had purchased the insurance and was unable to use it when a scheduling conflict came up. They say it is only for emergencies. When I called customer service, the rep ended up getting an attitude and telling me I was being rude. I said, "I'm not trying to be rude, I am frustrated." She responds with, "Well, you are being rude." I asked for a supervisor and she said she would transfer me and then disconnected the call.

Fast, easy. Not happy of all the extra fees stuck in small print. This should be added to the purchase price nice a big so you are not surprised. But other than that, pretty painless. Looking forward to my next purchase, hopefully the payment format is better.

The only issue I had was needing a description of the seats. We chose the pit section, but noticed it was less expensive. We usually see the Nutcracker in Raleigh. The tickets down front are more expensive. Is there a view obstruction? Little concerned about that.

Very easy to order, I liked the fact I could see where in the stadium the tickets would be when hovering over ticket options. Hoping the seats are big enough and the leg room is good enough for my dad - he's a large man and doesn't have great legs for sitting long periods of time. Looking forward to the show!

I do not like all of the ads at the end, If I wanted to get all of that, I would do so on my own. All I wanted was some good tickets to a concert which I love and have only missed once in fifteen years. I do think the fees are pretty exorbitant - makes me wonder if I should just go and get tickets from the regular scalpers.
