The ticketing site was easy to use. I do think it would be better to show all rows. Example would be F,G,H,... instead of F through O with no delineation between rows. A larger picture of the balcony by row would help a great deal.

Everything went seamlessly. There were no issues. I appreciate when a site works so well with PayPal. Not sure that there is much more to say regardless of the requirement. The website was helpful and efficient. I’m looking forward to the delivery being just as efficient.

Nothing special about the process - certainly what I would expect. Lost a STAR at the end for all the times I had to click NO THANKS on the promos from Wayfair, PriceLine, etc. Give the customer a chance upfront to select vendors or product categories.

Disney On Ice. The cost that we paid for the tickets is a lot more than the actual cost on the ticket which is outrageous. The ticket price was $26.00 x 4 tickets = $104.00. The actual price that we paid was $329.83.

I thought your fees were a little high. Your service fees were crazy. When you are trying to purchase a fun event for a family, it makes it extremely hard to be able to go. I also did not like the continuous selling of other products after the service.

Ordered two seats. The row was provided but the seat numbers were not. We would have liked to know this so we are sure we're sitting together. Also a break down of the fees would be great. This was an easy process.

It was very easy to purchase a ticket. I had some difficulty determining where row AA was from the picture because the picture was so small but was able to solve the problem. I am looking forward to attending the performance after first purchasing an additional ticket for my wife.

Efficient and straightforward process with no problems. Much easier than dealing with live agents where there are often language difficulties. I highly recommend this online process, and I appreciate the quick turnaround and ease of selecting seats. You might wanted to consider adding frequently asked questions and/or help screens/tips and tricks.

Ordered these as Christmas present and hope since I have an android phone this will not be a problem since no tickets will be printed. Also wished that the actual seat area would have been available for review as the exact location of the seating.

Ryan Hurd tickets. Every single ticket was called "GA" even though the prices were from $33 up to over $300. No map/seating chart was provided. Is the entire arena GA? I have no idea what section, if any is the location of my seats.

Screens proceeded orderly. No extra items came up. Went fast. Seat display was helpful and logical. I did not get a seat number, just the row. I liked getting a printed ticket rather than a online ticket.

Just wish site was easier to see seat rows. Once I was able to get the correct number of tickets the overall checkout was easy. The confirmation came within 3 minutes while all the follow up information was very understandable.

Very easy to use. I was able to access the site and view images of the seating which made my judgement best when selecting my tickets. It gave me my confirmation and also let me be able to bypass other offers. I wasn't particularly happy with the timer that t gave because I liked checking things out but I was still able to buy the seating that I wanted.

This was a very easy process to complete this purchase ... the only recommendation which would make this better is that it would be far easier to determine which tickets to purchase if the seats were identified along with the Row location.

Easy to use, first time I have used it. Not comfortable with the electronic tickets, would prefer printing them out, but will see how this goes. Maybe I am just old school, but not sure what happens if something happens to my phone.

Website is easy to use but would be better for me if I had some choice as to where my seats were located. Or, if I had the ability to pick seats that were available. Some ticket purchase programs allow customer choice. It would be a nice addition to the ticket purchase experience.

I have always wanted to see the Nutcracker. Your site was very easy to use and prices were reasonable. Only thing I would want different is to actually see the seats we received before printing. Unless it was there and I missed it.

I purchased tickets for three friends and myself. Searching for tickets was pretty straight forward. However, when I took the time to call and confirm with my friends, the tickets disappeared. Perhaps being able to place the tickets on hold for 10-12 minutes might have given me enough time to make my arrangements. Just a suggestion.

Service fees are WAY too expensive. $63 tickets soon turned into $91 tickets. It would be good if ETC explained what the fees were before the last page of the check-out process. I know I had an opportunity to cancel, but I waited too log to buy tickets, so It's on me.

Overall it was easy to navigate. Wish I could have seen and picked my seats by availability based upon how many I needed and a map was provided while doing so. Also didn't like the red HURRY and countdown. I am a very indecisive person and takes me a while to make a decision.

Have wanted to see Michael Buble for years... the purchasing process was easy and quick. No extra steps. No worry about confirmation. Email came quickly to my inbox. Prompted to purchase ticket protection which made sense for the time of year. In the event of inclement weather, I am refunded my costs. Looking forward to a late winter/early spring getaway with the love of my life.

Hard to maneuver website, fees are too high and did not get a confirmation that I got the ticket. I tried on my cell buying tickets but it kept on spooling. Tried calling by phone but the person there was charging me $114 per ticket which is highway robbery. I am buying this ticket for a friend who has cancer and wants to watch the show so I paid the fees but normally I would just go to box office but location is far from my place. Then connection fails. Not so happy.

I was not able to pick my seats in the row I wanted. I prefer to be in the aisle seats. Other than that the process was smooth and easy. I was glad I did not have to have tickets sent to mobile phone.

While I do not have any major negative comments, I only gave this experience 3 stars because my experience with other venues is that the seats are defined more clearly. Then one would know exactly where the seats were. The sections are so large, does not show how many seats in each row, etc. I was disappointed in not knowing more clearly what seats I had purchased. The check the box "I'm not a robot" was not working - when a picture came up asking me identify objects, the picture would go blank as soon as I clicked on anything. It was also difficult to move back and forth between dates.

Good experience but ticket prices unreasonable. The service charges are way too excessive. I have seen prior productions at the Overture Center and was always happy with the productions and the service.

DWTS TICKETS. Would like to see where the seats are or choose the actual seat that is available. We often like to have end seats because my husband is very tall and makes a little more room for his legs.

So nice to have real-time access to seats available at varied price points. A mailing charge, but no extra processing and extra per ticket charges. Being less familiar with theatre, it would be nice to have rating of Best View options and know if any partially obstructed.

My father with dementia bought tickets to an event in a state I don’t even live in. I called to ask if I could cancel the order and I was told no, I could resend the tickets. Turns out 2 tickets on this site cost more than 4 on every other site. Worst place to buy, look anywhere else.

Too complicated just to claim my tickets. An individual should not have to go through this tedious experience just to be able to claim event tickets. It's ridiculous. My event is in 2 days and I have yet to receive my tickets. It is not worth the hassle.

On that note, it's true that some tickets are not printed and/or distributed by event promoters until a few weeks prior to their event. Furthermore, tickets are not guaranteed to ship immediately, but will definitely get to you before the event itself. You can also always contact your ticket supplier directly if you have any questions or concerns about ticket delivery. I accidentally purchased concert tickets online for the wrong city. I immediately contacted Event Tickets of my mistake but they wouldn't give me a refund even though the venue I wanted them for were more expensive. Should have stuck with StubHub.

A little expensive for the transaction part. 21 per ticket is excessive. Please consider allowing free download online to prevent this excessive fee associated with the cost of the ticket purchase. I am a single Dad of three and recently purchase Toby Mac concert tickets (with insurance from Allianz) from Event Tickets to see him with my youngest daughter in Savannah, GA on Friday, Nov. 22nd. Unfortunately, Toby Mac's son Truett passed away and they rescheduled the concert for April 28 on a Tuesday when I do NOT have my children and on a school night. I have called Event Tickets (talked with Shella) and asked for my money back, however they don't seem to care that the rescheduling of the concert is a problem for them. I have made a claim with the insurance company Allianz and again, they don't look at the rescheduled event due to a death in the Artist family as a problem and they may not give a refund. This is fraud folks, learn from my mistake and buy tickets from a dealer who is reputable and will stand behind their service when something unfortunate like this happens.

The service charges are very expensive and not readily evident when ordering the tickets. I would have liked to pick out my own seating for the play. I could receive end row tickets which would be very disappointing. The time limits tend to hurry you through the experience and perhaps get tickets that I really didn't want. I would of liked to have chose my seats, as my wife has hip problems. I usually choose seat on the aisle just in case she gets uncomfortable and/or pain that requires her to stand and walk about, otherwise was very good.

Purchasing the tickets were easy and finding seats. I will recommend plenty people to purchase tickets through the website, it was helpful finding tickets. I cant wait to attend the concert. Then I got offered insurance. I have purchase plenty tickets. Never offered insurance if something happened.

Good. It was informative and easy to find our way around the site. It would help, if in each section, we could see all of the seats in that section so we could better tell where we are sitting in that section.
Hi John, ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers publicly for various reasons. This may be to protect their privacy (they may be season ticket holders) and/or to prevent double-booking of tickets by multiple customers. Specified ticket listings (seat by seat) would result in numerous customers buying the same exact seats at the same time. I wish I could get real printed tickets. These are Christmas present for my wife and I would like to have something for her to open on Christmas day. I can print off some order placed but it isn't the same. We are old and it used to be so easy to have tickets to hold in your hand.

Strongly advise to stay away from this ticket agent I understand that they are a broker/ scalper - guaranteed you WILL find a better price; terrible customer service, cannot hold a commitment, STAY AWAY!
Process of events for my experience with them:
- Order date (2) Tickets RR for my wife's birthday - 8/6.- Changed the ability to get my tickets to will call only- 10/22.
- I confirmed this was OK as long as my tickets were confirmed- (Kat) assured me.
- they were confirmed. -10/27.
- (Tyler **) gave me a 50$ credit to move back from (RR to UU) - 11/6 (settled).
- Received tickets-Row (WW)- 11/7.

Be wary of buying from Event Tickets Center. They are not forthcoming about their service fee. They sneak it in there so a purchase I thought was going to be around $300 ended up being around $500. I had purchased the insurance and was unable to use it when a scheduling conflict came up. They say it is only for emergencies. When I called customer service, the rep ended up getting an attitude and telling me I was being rude. I said, "I'm not trying to be rude, I am frustrated." She responds with, "Well, you are being rude." I asked for a supervisor and she said she would transfer me and then disconnected the call.
When I called back and requested a supervisor, I was required to confirm all of my information again. (Sorry, Emilio, you got the brunt of my frustration and didn't deserve it). Seriously, when I say that I want to speak to a supervisor about a rude employee, I shouldn't have to give my whole life story to have access to one. Not happy with the fees or the experience. Depending on the results of the supervisor review, I may add an extra star.

This was the only site that I could find tickets. Checkout was easy and I was promised the 2 seats purchased would be seated next to each other and my tickets would be delivered via email on November 14th, 2019 (2 days before the concert), that's cutting it close. The only issue I had was needing a description of the seats. We chose the pit section, but noticed it was less expensive. We usually see the Nutcracker in Raleigh. The tickets down front are more expensive. Is there a view obstruction? Little concerned about that.

I do not like all of the ads at the end, If I wanted to get all of that, I would do so on my own. All I wanted was some good tickets to a concert which I love and have only missed once in fifteen years. I do think the fees are pretty exorbitant - makes me wonder if I should just go and get tickets from the regular scalpers.

Ordering tickets wasn't hard, it is just that you have to add this and add that so that the price is jacked up. If you order tickets then the insurance should be part of the cost. I hate this part of ordering tickets.

The concert changed last minute, and when we called the lady on the phone originally told us it hadn't changed and to still go. Once we provided the document that said it was rescheduled, they said "Oh, well then you need to contact the insurance." They were rude and unhelpful. Ticketmaster offered full refunds to all of their buyers a week ago. Whereas I just received an email only A FEW days before the concert from EVENTTICKETSCENTER.COM saying it has been rescheduled. They had a 'basically sucks for you' attitude if it is not convenient anymore. I would have NEVER bought the tickets in the first place if the concert took place on a Sunday at 9 o'clock at night.

This site was very easy to use to place an order for tickets and I would recommend them to everyone. The tickets are easy to locate and the visual of the area is very helpful in knowing where in the arena your seats are located. It also helps to know how far from the stage you will be and whether there are any view limitations. Can't wait to see how easy it will be to check in when we get there. This should be a great show.

It seems to me the service charge per ticket is extremely high. An $85.00 per ticket price should not require a $27.00 per ticket service charge. For what? That makes a relatively inexpensive ticket now a high priced ticket. Seems a little out of line for this sale.

I purchased tickets, my credit card was charged for the tickers and a $76 "service fee" and received your "Thanks for you order your download instructions will be coming soon." Days later I called your listed # to get NO HELP but a b.s. runaround. Your outsourced help line actually tried to explain that while you had billed me, you were only the "host, website platform" and not the middleman or actual seller and that I'd have to contact the seller (first I'm told about them) to sort out the issue... But not to worry because "most likely my credit card will be credited in 3-5 business days!" As website you sold me and are responsible for the ticketing process and the explanation that you charged me for. You suck and will enjoy reading my reviews of your site/b.s. service online.

Great options for seats with ticket protection. I liked they offered seat protection up to 100 PERCENT! That's great customer service! I loved that they offered an array of seats and showed photos of where your seats are located. I was a little surprised at the high cost of handling fee though. It thought it was a tad steep.

I was not happy with the message that they did not have the seats at time of purchase. After selecting our seats and getting notification, I was not thrilled. I have two children with me.... and there was only two price points....I wanted this to be a special occasion and not sure if we will have good seats.

I appreciate the multiple options available for selecting tickets. I'm taking a young person who is just starting out on the clarinet! I am introducing his to Kenny G for the first time! This will be his first time to attend an event at the Bass Hall.

The process was very simple and there were minimum requirements in purchasing the desire tickets to the upcoming show. I would recommend buying tickets through this company to all my friends in the future. Thank you for a non hassle transaction.

Gordon Lightfoot concert. Very easy to purchase tickets...pleased with transaction. I just wish the seating arrangements would be more detailed, though. For example, the diagram shows the seating arrangements up to J or FF, so it's kind of difficult to see exactly where one would actually sit.
Hi James! Ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers publicly for various reasons. This may be to protect their privacy (they may be season ticket holders) and/or to prevent double-booking of tickets by multiple customers. Specified ticket listings (seat by seat) would result in numerous customers buying the same exact seats at the same time. Sinbad Tickets. Very easy to use and was able to get seats together. Will use more often because of ease and user-friendly interface. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends. Other sites could not guarantee seats together. We are ready to enjoy the show.

I found getting tickets were extremely easy to get and the guidelines were easy to follow. I hadn't been to a concert in years and found today's way so much easier. Just can't wait for the next band of my generation to make a visit.
