Ticket site was easy to navigate and I found the tickets I wanted within minutes. Did not see any additional meet and greet/photo/autograph opportunities which I would like more information on if such an event is being held. So glad this event is being brought to Baton Rouge.

I ordered the tickets with ease, and not any complexity. I did not care for the special offers before the order was complete. That is my personal preference. Other people may not mind. But, otherwise, the process was very simple.

It wasn't until I looked at the printed receipt that I realized a service fee of $103.64 had been added PER TICKET. This is outrageous. A $15 mailing fee is crazy enough but to add a 30% service fee, sort of snuck in in the small print pisses me off royally. I had to click a box to accept the event insurance fee of $25.31 a ticket, but wasn't required to acknowledge the service fee. I'm really angry right now.

My experience was great, but your website did not provide me seating numbers, had to access a different website to get a picture of the seating arrangement for the venue. With your fees and delivery charges, you should provide those details, really, you should.

I purchased the tickets for my grandson as a Christmas gift. I was shocked, to say the least, when I encountered a $25 per ticket service fee. I feel this is extraordinarily unnecessary, especially since they are e-tickets and I will be printing them myself. So, just what is this service charge for?

I have ordered tickets from this site in the past. The problem is that my husband and I are senior citizens and want to be able to receive our tickets either through the mail or on email. There are very few tickets that we can buy that way and find that the ones that do are extremely expensive for us. It took me a long time to find these two tickets where we can receive them through the mail.

I get service fees, but when the price is 1/3 of ticket price it makes it hard for a normal family to go see a concert. Seems like concerts and other events are now designed for rich people. Hope it's worth it.

Just got tickets for Air Supply to give a surprise to my friends. Was easy and fast. Little nervous when they set up time to make your decisions and telling you that prices can be cheaper or more expensive than other site.

Very well organized and easy to use. System allows user to easily choose their seats and dates. Would use repeatedly as new events become available. Need to reduce necessity for more comments that do not impact the purchase. I should not be required to write a novel to complete a complimentary response to this purchase.

The purchase of the tickets was easy. I shouldn't have to fill out a survey if I don't want to. There should be a way to opt out of this aspect of the buying variable. Having to participate in this aspect of a purchase with this company makes this miserable.

The ordering process is good. I'm buying these as a Christmas gift for others so we'll see how well it goes.... Wasn't happy with the fees and the extra fee to 'protect' tickets. If I have to protect tickets what does that say about your security of my purchase and information?

My first purchase with Events Ticket Center. I found the process to be very easy, clear, quick, completely stress free, however I do wish there was a map of the venue seating though. I would have given 5 stars had there been.

It was easy to order my tickets and see general seating but was difficult to see or figure out the VIP and silver, gold packages and what they completely offer. I would have liked to get those with the field seating but do not think I could. Still confused on that.

Fees outside ticket costs are too high - I think the cost is just outrageous for this cost to be charged. There is no way it should cost that much. It really ruins the experience of the show when you feel you are being ripped off.

It would be nice to see exactly which seat numbers are available. Some of us need aisle seats. Others avoid aisle seats. That said, all seats in Hartman are good seats. Your fees could be a little lower, but hey I'm not in the ticket business. Merry Christmas.

It was easy to find tickets based on sections and pricing tier, however I did not like the fact I could not see exactly where my ticket seats were. I only know what row they are in but not if they are center, left, right... When I purchase tickets to events, I always specifically choose the seating location but I was not afforded that opportunity here.

The process is simple and quick. If all on-line purchases were so simple it would be wonderful. I will let others know how easy the process is and quick the tickets were purchased. It is also good that the tickets are e-tickets so they can be printed rather than will call as they are a gift and I will not be attending the performance.

I received two email confirmations that my ticket purchases to see Colter Wall at the Orange Peel went through. I was billed and confirmed by Event Tickets Center, and then without explanation I received an email saying the funds would be refunded. I had to call to discover that they had oversold the concert. Very unprofessional! Some would call it a scam! Don't use eventticketscenter.com.

Willie Nelson and Family. First time going, tickets were reasonable, compared to Dwight Yoakam. Thanks. Cost for previous concert was totally outrageous/$45 tickets ended up costing 200.00 each through a ticketing vendor in LA.

Very easy to order tickets. I had no problem with the "steps" necessary to order them. It was nice that they showed a diagram of the theater so I was able to see where our seats would be. Nice that we got two seats that were sitting together.

Very easy, was able to secure seats and tickets on the first try. These are a gift and will be enjoyed by the family. My choices for seats was good. I would do this again if needed. Only wish tickets could be mailed.

It took me a bit to figure out how the site worked. Clicking on the section was how you determined what is still open for purchase. Once I figured out how to see what seats were available I got the perfect seats in the best section I could afford. YAY!

Nutcracker Ballet Performance. A very quick way to get tickets for a performance. I like the way you could click on each section and see what seats were available and the price. It was nice that the amount was added up for you quickly too.

Never done tickets this way. Will see how this works. Since you don't bring paper tickets. Would of liked to see a virtual of the arena seating. Hopefully we bought the tickets by where they come out of the shoot.

Initial tix were purchased, then an email came and said they were unavailable and offered two alternative tickets. THEN another e-mail came and said THOSE two tix were no longer available and refunded my purchase. This is my second attempt.

Donna Summer Musical. The website was easy to navigate and the filters were very helpful. I will be sure to start here the next time I need to find tickets to an event. I wish there was a way to see the seating from the seat to the stage, so you know your view. Luckily I have been to the Paramount before, so am familiar with the seating.

Citrus Bowl Ticket Order. Placing order went very smoothly. No issues. It was very easy to get the tickets I wanted. The "delivery" fee seems very high. Since the tickets were purchased online and no mailing, etc. are involved, almost $9 delivery fee seems excessive. Will something be sent to my phone to be admitted into the event?

Taxslayer Bowl. This was a very easy process and quick. I found this thru my company website. I was very pleased as how simple it was to find tickets and pay for them. My confirmation came right away to my email address.

Camping Bowl Tickets and parking. The tickets were reasonably priced. Parking pass was a little expensive but for the joy of seeing our Notre Dame play it was worth every penny. Glad we got tickets early. Now if the weather cooperates it will be a good day....GO IRISH!!!!

David Gray concert. Very fast, check out, thank you, sure beats Ticketmaster, half the price, Awesome seats, at an affordable price, Im so glad Ticketmaster has competitors out there to avoid them, they have been over charging for years, if you want great seats, go to Event Tickets Center.

Easy to access tickets. Felt we are getting overcharged for services, handling, and then add security charged on top of it. With these prices it's why performances are not sold out. If I had several grandchildren I wanted to take, at these extra prices tacked on I would not be able to take all at one time.

I disliked the fact that one needed to pay a fee per ticket and then on top of that another fee if you wanted to get insurance for any cancelation etc... Hope it is worth the payment and we have a great time and will come back.

At checkout, amount was $98.00, but charge on my AmEX was 137.83, including service fees and delivery charge in the amount of $39.83, ridiculous. I have called, Jeffri assured me that $30.83 for service fee will be waived. So far, I did not see any refund. Please refund as soon as possible.

As a senior I found this site easy to navigate, I appreciated the nice seating chart since I’ve never been to this venue before, it also provided adequate time for finalizing purchase, all in all it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Doobie Brothers, St. Louis, MO. Ordering the tickets was easy. I heard they weren't going on sale until December 6 but tried on December 5 and they were available. Glad I tried. It looks like the seats I was able to get are in a good location.

Easy to order so far. Received email about ticket download, quickly. Will download tomorrow where I have access to a working printer. Insurance rate seems reasonable. Not so happy about a delivery fee for email. Service fees seem high.

Monster Jam 2020. Ordered five tickets easily for two sons, one daughter and my fantastic five year old grandson who is crazy about monster trucks. He has a huge collection of Hot Wheel Monster Trucks. He loves Gravedigger and the old Bigfoot truck.

A Christmas Carol. I have never been to the Playhouse in the park and look forward to seeing this venue. Ticket ordering was an easy process, however with the additional charges that are added on it becomes very expensive. With that being said I will only be attending this show unless you offer discounts.

Your fees are a bit much. The ticket prices aren't so bad, but your fees are unnecessary. We always try to go see TSO when they're in town. The concert is well worth any hassles we may have in getting tickets.

It was easy to purchase the tickets. I did not have any issues with the system. Please continue to do this. My only complaint is that ticket prices are high... but then it is live theater. I hope there are future ways to receive a discount besides buying the entire subscription which is out of my budget.

Went OK, I'm not sure that the presale is a good thing. I think everyone should have the same shot at ALL of the tickets. Particularly at a small venue like the grand opera house. Anyway, we got fairly decent seats, so I shouldn't complain.

A little surprised by the $249 service fee which may be typical but I have not used service before and saw no mention of what I would consider an expensive fee before the order page. More than three weeks before event, I was hoping (and expecting) to have tickets delivered. I was a little surprised that option was not available. I am also a little concerned that this is a gift for my wife and daughters. I will be at work and with need for ID to get tickets, find myself in the uncomfortable position of having to figure out how to make that work.
