Had a great experience with ordering the Boz Scaggs tickets for October 25th at the Treasure Island Resort and Casino in Welch Minnesota. Effortless, easy, quick, efficient way to order online and to pay for the tickets. Great to see the floor plan to see where I would be seating at the concert. Dancing With the Stars. The process was easy and customer friendly. My only suggestion is to allow additional time. I was coordinating with my daughter while online and felt rushed to complete the process. Other than that, good job and I am looking to attending the show.

The process moves fairly quickly. I wish I could of figured out through the process parking passes but I wanted to make sure my tickets I wanted would be secure. The site is extremely convenient. My husband is going to be extremely excited that he will be able to see Nick Offerman. I can't wait to see the expression on his face. Yay!

It was difficult to find the seats I wanted and to understand. I prefer the seating chart style. The computer is difficult enough but not being sure where you are sitting at these prices is not enjoyable.

This was really very easy to locate tickets for the event I was looking to attend. Payment options were exactly what I needed to finish my order. I think the XL center should have many more Christian concerts. I would be able to get out more often. Thanks for making it all so easy.

Very easy to order. Will pass final judgement upon receipt of tickets in November. Prefer printed tickets instead having to use the phone. Feel safer having item in hand and not on phone. Hope the delivery in November will be smooth without losing the ticket information.

Good experience. The website was helpful. However, the fees are way too much. Would like to see them cheaper. That's all I have to say. 40 words is way too much. Again, please reduce the fees for purchasing tickets. The fees for these tickets are 50% of the ticket price. Too expensive. Thanks.

I did not have any issues placing this order for the Nutcracker at the Rialto. We are looking forward to the show. It will be a gift for my daughter's sixteenth birthday! She is a dancer and has never seen the show.

I wasn't aware I would be charged over $12 per ticket as a service charge. I bought 5 tickets. That is a large amount of money to add to the price of the tickets. This was the first time I used your service and I am not sure I would use it again. I hope my grandsons enjoy the event and that might help make the cost worthwhile.

Loved the map of the seats. Loved how the sections highlighted as I shopped. Loved the super easy checkout process. The entire process worked intuitively. I liked how I could modify my wishes for tickets without having to switch back and forth between multiple pages.

I was fine until I got the email that said my tickets won't be available until 10/3. We'll be traveling and won't have access to a printer on that date. I'm sure it will work out, since I'll have my emails - BUT you shouldn't assume everyone is tied to a computer.

Purchasing tickets is simple and efficient. You are given many options of available seats and the rows available in each seating section. That allows you to know where you are seating exactly. I like that if you are purchasing two tickets, the site informs you that your seats are together.

I find it hard to see the handicap seating on the floor plan. It would be helpful if they would show the seat and the wheel chair on the floor plan. The floor plan shows the wheel chair but not the actual seat for the not handicapped person.

Good exp. I wish though that when picking sections and rows that I could also pick seats. This would allow me to get a seat at the end of row. I am somewhat handicap and need to be able to straighten my legs. Thanks God bless.

I loved the convenience of getting tickets! However, the site wouldn't let me go back to add the other 2 seats! So I had to have two orders with two separate delivery fees. I should have been able to consolidate the shopping carts so that I could get all six tickets that I needed at one time. I'd love it if you could rebate the second fee.

Good job, easy site to use. Time limit could be a little longer though. Good to be able to view seats for game but it didn't show us the view for concerts. Showing the concert stage in the seat view would be beneficial to buyers of certain tickets.

Hands down the worst experience with this place, total scam. I’m stuck with tickets I didn’t want and missing the show I actually wanted to attend. The customer service rep was of zero help. I would rate this .5 out of 10 experience.

Your handling fees are ridiculous - charging $42.84 for each ticket and they are electronic tickets. Too bad this venue choses you to sell their tickets. Otherwise I would not use you because of your hidden fees and your dark ads at end of purchase process.

Well processed and simple, program easy to navigate, the seating location chart was precise and hopefully correct when we actually are seated. Only variable was the selection of actual seats, i.e. End of row/aisle. This is my first time with your product and I can only hope for positive results with receiving and delivery of my tickets when at the show, this is a birthday gift for my wife.

The ticket process was very easy to do, the checkout was fine until I received 3 or 4 prompts on taking advantage of discounted offers. When the first one popped up, I was like, "Oh, that's kind of neat," but then multiple offers kept popping up and I was slightly turned off by that. Perhaps keep it to one offer only. Just a suggestion.

Foreigner tickets - All the extra fees are annoying. I want to be able to buy directly from the venue. The discount code I was emailed failed and I couldn't locate another one... that's frustrating. This concert best be worth all the extras!!!

Oklahoma State Fair PRCA Extreme Bulls and Broncs. The online ordering of tickets was easy to use and to be able to locate seating at the price I wanted. There was no problems that I see that could be better, the system worked great. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the selling ads at the end, but it was easy enough to click no if I did not want to accept.

My experience was just ok. When ordering tickets I didn't see that my tickets would be sent to my email address. I wanted them mailed to my home address. This is inconvenient for me due to some problems with this email account. I am now on hold for 20+ min to rectify this. I hope the tickets will get to me in time.

Joel Osteen. It was ok buying the tickets but the time clock ticking while trying to enter my information was stressful. It forced me to hurry to make a decision and I would have preferred that my purchase were a little more leisure. Once decided, I had to rush to put in my payment information so as not to lose the seats selected.

Bought tickets, they charged my cc $290, then 2 days later sent me an email saying they refunded my card because they couldn’t get the tickets. Bought another set same thing happened. Bought a third set of tickets and they told me it was confirmed but still didn’t send me tickets and it is the day before the event. Actually found the same tickets they sold me available on Ticketmaster $29. If you want to buy tickets and make sure you are going to get them, don’t use this site. Customer service was very unhelpful and refused to refund me for the last set of tickets.

I had a 10% discount offered if I put the code in but it was not asked of me when I purchased my tickets. DIscount was: SAVE1RRQSK5. Otherwise the process was simple and I had no problem ordering the tickets although I tried earlier today and there was a problem securing the tickets; in fact, I input all my credit card information in but I didn't receive the original tickets I had ordered.

Home Free vocal band. Online purchase was easy except for getting more than four tickets on one order. Tried calling to get all six tickets on one order but the service center person was hard to hear and understand so I just made two separate orders and ate the extra delivery $8.95 fee. Should be a way to get more than four tickets on the same order. Not pleased about that.

Very pleased. Quick, easy and accurate. The fees are a bit high, but overall like purchasing from ET. I highly recommend buying tickets through ET. The insurance is a good feature in Minnesota. As the weather and traffic can cause delays or even missed concerts. The email delivery option is quick and easy to print or electronically store the tickets purchased. Disney on Ice. I was able to order 10 tickets, the website was user-friendly and very quick to get my order placed, but unhappy with the service fee PER TICKET???? That was not expected. So, I thought I was only going to be paying 59 for each ticket and now I am paying close to 80. Not super happy about that but glad I got the amount of tickets that I needed.

Process was easy. Dissatisfied that it's a mobile ticket App. Didn't realize the ticket center was mobile app only. I prefer paper tickets rather than trusting Electronic devices to work when so much is depending on it. Jeff Beck tickets. I just ordered the tickets so I really don't have anything to say. I do think your add-on fees are excessive. It's almost to the point that the fees will cost more than the tickets! For example you're charging me $30.00 to mail the tickets when I live an hour's drive away. You should at least have a will call window.

And if you are personally not handling my purchase, I cannot FATHOM why you would get $92 in fees for a transaction that took me less than 10 minutes to complete, start to finish. Not too sure about the added fees after the purchase price. I guess it is just the cost of doing business, but it does cut down on the number of shows that we attend. Overall we do love to attend and this is our 5th show to attend. We would attend more if not for the added almost $50.00 in fees.

Dwight Yoakam Concert, Norfolk, VA, Aug 16, 2019. Bought 4 tickets from Events Ticket Center for $707. Turns out my seats had been resold several times and my tickets were not valid. They will not refund payment. Beware and buy your tickets from Ticketmaster. If you buy from here, you may be sorry. My seats were on row 4. The venue accommodated me with seats on 4th row from the back.

My friend & I bought what we thought were tickets to Dead & Company last January for the May 31 & June 1 shows. They were expensive, but we were excited to finally have seats & not be on the lawn. They said we were on row G3. The sheet I printed said they were mobile entry tickets. Imagine our surprise when we couldn’t get into the shows because the tickets were for Fast Lane entry — not admission to the event!! Whoever heard of paying over $300 for fast lane entry? Or anything? We were totally deluded & ripped off. No refund, of course. Don’t ever buy from them. They knew what they were doing. Even the venue personnel couldn’t believe how dirty it was & said we should have been refunded.

My husband is a Viet Nam veteran and I remember I had to send him ZZ top cassettes, (yes, cassettes) and Santana cassettes with whatever food items I could send in the package. Did I say enough yet. It was our 50th anniversary and I knew he would like this venue.

I understand the extra service fee, which $12.60 each is a little HIGH..but I do not understand or AGREE with the $8.95 fee.. I would probably go to more concerts at this location or other locations if I DID NOT have to pay the EXTRA $8.95 FEE.

Use of site was fairly straightforward. Ticket prices were good but Service fees and delivery charges border on highway robbery!! There seemed to be a way to purchase a parking pass but no directions were presented and selecting the option wiped out show ticket purchase.

Are you kidding me! And no warning I would be charged! Tried calling but all sales are final. I will never use this site again! $53.56 service fee and $8.95 delivery when the tickets are mobile! Zero complications. My one complaint is that after purchase, the site inundated me with ads trying to convince me that I had won something when in fact I hadn't won anything and had paid $40 more than expected due to fees and a mysterious "delivery fee" (delivery where? to my inbox?!). So I had already paid more than expected and then a resort, an online meal preparation plan, and something else were harassing me to spend more money. That was a bummer, but whatever.

So far everything has been alright but I would prefer paper tickets since the last time I had a hard time pulling up my tickets on the day of the event. I went to see Chris Tucker in July and I had to go to the desk so that they could look up my tickets.

Ordering process: I liked that the website walked me through the ordering and paying process. The only complaint I would have is having the actual seating chart to look at in addition to the sections. We are bringing an elderly 88 old women as a last minute birthday present. We knew that the handicap seats Was taken. The actual seat would have helped me find how far we will walk up. We are taking our mother and will get through early to go to our seats.

After buying tix for event, the confirmation email said they would be released to me at a later date. Why is this when its an electronic ticket anyways. I didn't like trying to be sold other services from other websites after buying tix.

It was fine except I didn't like the clock running. It was stressful and made me feel rushed. I get that the tickets could sell out, but it wasn't a comfortable shopping experience. It was very easy to look for the tickets online, the only thing is it doesn't let you actually look at the seats that you are paying for like the arenas do. So, in other words, you may be in the middle of the row.

I went to the Tarrytown Music Hall site to purchase my tickets and did not see any indication that I was actually buying from a third party source, which more than doubled the price. This may have been buried within the text as the dreaded "fine print" and I simply missed it. Obviously I paid the amount but I would have preferred a little more transparency and honesty in the transaction.
