Lauren Daigle concert. Very easy. Wish tickets weren't so high priced. Bought these for my granddaughter, a single mom with learning disabilities. 23 years old and her first concert. She sings just like Lauren. Had to borrow from Peter to pay Paul to buy the tickets.

Easy purchase. Hope finding parking is just as easy! We have seen all of the other Cirque shows and enjoyed them SO much. Some we have seen several times. I wasn’t sure about this one... in a big tent but are SO anxious to go.

When I was on the website it was showing a lower rate in the section yet it didn't appear when I was dropping down for that section the available seats. And your fees are higher than the other sites I've used which I don't feel is necessary.

Website was easy to navigate and check out was a breeze. The pricing seemed reasonable considering the show and location. As far as advertisement for the company goes, I found this through a Google search for my event. I'd never heard of this company before. The view of the theatre with the rows is a nice feature.

I saw the add on Facebook was hoping to see he was coming to New England. After scrolling through the schedule seeing he is coming to Guilford, NH made some inquiries and bought the tickets. Got two tickets to Alice Cooper!

The sight was easy to navigate and easy to buy my ticket. I would like to see a seating chart instead of section. It would help me in picking the seat position. I am a 100% disabled veteran, I would prefer to have a veteran's discount in the site. Thanks.

Cher concert ticket purchase for Fargo dome in April, 2020. The overall experience is good, the seating map and number of tickets is good to see along with price. It would be nice to know how many rows total are in each section since I've never been to this venue before. The cost was okay but with the handling and insurance fees, it gets a little steep.

Very self explanatory. Would recommend to a friend. Our pastor really wanted to attend this event. Only wish we could have got eight tickets together as this would have enabled us to be a complete group. We are looking forward to attending this event. Zach has touched so many lives and has been an inspiration in our church.

Your add-on fees are a bit much. The process was pretty straightforward. Sticker shock though with the add on fees. Compared to the good old days charging a much higher fee for an entirely electronic process is disappointing. It is nice though you have spell-check.

It was weird that there was a delivery fee on top of the administrative fee when there are no more physical tickets. Made the cost a bit steep. Won't be doing it often. If the price was lower, I would be happier and buy more. The website was easy to use.

No Problem ordering tickets. Very easy. I Have not ordered tickets for a long time but this was so convenient. It took me awhile to figure out best place to sit and I could not afford them so got what I could and I know we will enjoy.

Fast and easy experience buying my tickets. I would recommend Event Tickets to friends for an easy purchase experience. I found it very relaxing to not have to deal with other people while buying my tickets, or having to leave the comfort of my own home.

Good experience, quick and easy process. We have seen Foreigner in concert before and they are a great band staying authentic to the era of music of my youth. Easy and Fast way to purchase tickets. Did not offer Fast Pass to visit with team before game. Is this feature available with this ticket? Would like to add this feature to my tickets so my granddaughter can get on the court with one of the Globetrotter members. My granddaughter, Ruby, plays basketball and her mom, Angie, is her coach.

Easy to use and quick. Now just wait to get tickets and hopefully they are as good as they seem. Paid the $7/ticket for event guarantee, hopefully it was worth it. Similar priced compared to other ticket venues. Resale site seems similar to Stub Hub and the like hopefully they deliver like the others.

Very easy to use. I wanted get a parking ticket and could not go back and get one. I saw it when I was looking for tickets and forgot to get the parking pass. Hopefully I can go back and just order the Parking pass.

It was difficult at first to figure out how to find the prices on seating. I didn't realize you could click on the section you wanted to find tickets in. The first screen listed seats but not specific seats, just general prices. The extras fees are out of line. I almost cancelled my tickets but decided I would see Jeff's show but not buy more because of the extra fees. Don't list the ticket prices at one price and then add all the extras at the end. Just put them on the original ticket prices and then let me decide if I want to spend that much for a ticket.

I only wish that we did not get multiple offers for services while simply ordering tickets. Otherwise all went smoothly. Also don't know if a view from seats being picked would be great.??? Perhaps this is a suggestion for future for people not familiar with the arena.

Cactus League Spring Training Tickets. The site was very easy to use. The conditions were fully explained, as were the notification process and the anticipated delivery date via my email address. I await my tickets, and I look forward to time in the Arizona sun.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Purchased tickets for Lion King... today 1/16 day of show STILL have not received ANY ticket information. Hell, I don’t even know if I have tickets! 40 days since I purchased 9 tickets and have not received A BIT on the tickets.. I have been given the runaround each day, about a total of 9 calls. Do. Not. Use.

The seat options were presented quickly and directly and the purchase method was smoothly. Everything was easy to understand and the receiving of tickets process was clear and direct. Also, payment went very quickly. Other deals and options were presented but not pushed, in case the buyer is interested.

The process of purchasing the tickets for the Aaron Lewis concert was relatively pain free, except for the fact that I was charged $20/ticket for a fee, on top of another fee & the $7 insurance policy/ticket that I felt compelled to purchase, b/c the tickets were actually $92, not $49 as advertised. This is an outrageous amount to pay per ticket for a fee, in addition to the service fee already charged. At the end of the experience, I had spent $98/ticket, rather than the $49 I thought I would pay...that's DOUBLE the cost per ticket advertised. I will not be buying tickets again through Event Tickets Center.

I needed an aisle seat. Nowhere did I see where I could request or choose an aisle seat. The seats that I purchased only gave the section number and the row number. I just hope one seat is on the aisle.

My experience in purchasing these tickets were fast and efficient. Looking forward to going to this event in May. The cost of processing the tickets were a little high. I hope it is worth every minute spent in doing this review.

I was disappointed in the fact I still do not know exactly where my seats will be in section. A more precise view of the stadium seating would really be helpful in the future. I have no idea the relative seating distance between row ZZ and NN.

My father has cancer so we needed a shaded spot, I spoke to one of the reps and they directed me right away to the shaded areas at Clover Park for the New York Mets vs St. Louis Cardinals. I then was able to quick pick our seats and the process was very smooth. I much appreciated it.

This site was easy to use for the ticket purchase. Really took just a few minutes. The only hold up I had was I hadn't written down the order number and I had to go back to find that in order to finish this.

Harry Connick Jr. Tickets. It was very nice and easy to get the tickets I was looking for. My only complaint is the costs associated with the tickets was abnormally high. The fees and charges resulted in more that 20% of the total cost of the transaction.

My experience with ordering online for the Tyler Perry Show was a very good one. I didn't have to go anywhere. Just click and everything was there for me to see and view and choose. I will certainly encourage my friends to do the same.

Ordered 2 tickets at two separate times -- needed 4. Same location, different price. There was 100 dollar disparity between 2 orders. Site difficult to navigate. I am displeased that I ordered 2 sets of 2 tickets and order 2 was $100 more than the first order.

Too many ads to deal with and should show fees prior to going to the payment window. It would also bee good to make the seating map more interactive such that you could see where the specific seats to be purchased are actually located (i.e., show where the specific seats are located within the seat row). Other than that, the website worked well.

I purchased these (2) tickets for my son (I live in MA and will not be going to the show). I didn't see any avenue to purchase tickets in my name but then send them to the parties attending the show. So, I will follow-up to ensure that my email to my son--with the mobile tickets--will suffice in granting him access. Why there is no choice to either send mobile tix to another person or to not have access to...printed tickets, seems lacking.

This is hopefully going to be a good experience. Have not use this before so I hope it works out. Wish I knew how to get the tickets because it doesn't tell you how to get them. If anyone can help that would be great. I'm thinking I will receive an email.

Eric Johnson. This was relatively easy to navigate. My husband is a huge fan, and we are looking forward to seeing him at House of Blues. It is our first time using Event Tickets. I hope that it is as smooth at the venue.

Fast and easy process. Will see if there are any issues getting the tickets. Was not told about processing fee and delivery fee. If this is a mobile ticket there should not be a cost for delivery. Cost was comparable to other web based applications for ticket purchases so it makes me wonder if they are all the same but did not have the time to research and investigate.

Looking forward to seeing concert, disappointed at the high service fee - $48.00 per ticket. On top of that we were recommended to purchase insurance and that put the price up by another $100. I know the concert will be great but really with that many seats it seems a little like the service fee was a way high cost.

Unfortunately sports tickets are way too expensive. I use a walker and stairs are real hard on me but I promised my Grandson we would go. He is in Special Olympics and plays basketball. He also runs track and plays Bocce ball. We was good at swimming but couldn't compete due to anxiety.

Did not add the $7.00 "security" I understand if you are unable to go, it is worth it.....just want to make sure it does not effect tickets not arriving, when being mailed out. This was the cheapest way to get them and easy to use. I got great seats and the wife will be happy. We love music and dancing. We always attend music events and shows in the USA or out of country. We also love Pink Floyd tribute bands.

It is very easy to order, I had no issues looking up the event. I liked that I had enough time to look for tickets and put in my information without running out of time. One of the things that I have seen in other websites that would be nice, is to have is an idea, an image, on how the stage looks from the seats.

Finding tickets was ok but could improve by showing seats would be better. Experience would customer happier. The seat chart does show the row but it wont show the exact location on the chart so by doing this it will be smoother.

70s Oldies Show. Experience was smooth and seamless. I didn't expect so many fees for the transaction. I was happy otherwise with the transaction and service. I thought the service fees were a little high compared to the ticket price. But the experience was good and quick and precise.

Easy to navigate and see the tix that you're purchasing, but I guess I didn't see any type of notice that warned me of the "$24.89 Service fee", plus the $8.95 "delivery" fee that jacked up the price considerably. So my $79 tickets for 2 people ends up being $216.73. Lesson learned, pay more attention when ordering from here.

This place buys tickets for a discounted price then turns around and sells the ticket for way more. Plus they add a fee on top of the profit they're already pocketing. We bought tickets on here but the service fees are ridiculous! Never again, we'll shop early and get them direct.

I really was not prepared to get nailed $57 per ticket for the service fee, and would have backed out of the deal if not for it being Christmas Eve already as this is a gift. I could see $15 or so like for concerts but $57 x 3 tickets is an extra $171. What a rip. That should have been disclosed upfront in order to shop for tickets a bit more informed.

I don't feel like I can trust this site or any of the others. $40 service fee per ticket plus event insurance. $122 per ticket plus the other fees. Crazy. I hope it all works out. I tried to call the Saenger Theater to see if there were any other options. No one answered.

The purchasing was easy, there were too many ads through the process and the website tries to sign you up for other services not needed. And why is there a delivery fee for digital tickets. It seems like the fees are over the top. But the tickets are available for the concert we wanted.
