Easy picking seating. Was able to navigate website easily. Many choices and prices to choose from. Love handicap accessible seating. Liked parking ticket information. Chose 3 seats together with no problems. Looking forward to taking my grandson for his birthday.

It was very easy, intuitive, and smooth. It was easy to find available seats in the sections that we wanted and my wife is now a very happy woman. Hopefully, this will cushion the blow when I tell her I've bought another motorcycle.

Ordering online at first was not going well but after calling for assistance everything went well. Assistant was very helpful & after following the instructions everything went well. So glad the purchase went well, well, well, thank you Event Tickets.

The only issue I had was needing a description of the seats. We chose the pit section, but noticed it was less expensive. We usually see the Nutcracker in Raleigh. The tickets down front are more expensive. Is there a view obstruction? Little concerned about that.

Very easy to order, I liked the fact I could see where in the stadium the tickets would be when hovering over ticket options. Hoping the seats are big enough and the leg room is good enough for my dad - he's a large man and doesn't have great legs for sitting long periods of time. Looking forward to the show!

I do not like all of the ads at the end, If I wanted to get all of that, I would do so on my own. All I wanted was some good tickets to a concert which I love and have only missed once in fifteen years. I do think the fees are pretty exorbitant - makes me wonder if I should just go and get tickets from the regular scalpers.

Placing my ticket order was very easy. Seating charts were helpful and made my decision very easy. Not happy with the service charge simply for the purchase of tickets. Not enough information regarding the ticket insurance and exactly why I would need it.

Ordering tickets wasn't hard, it is just that you have to add this and add that so that the price is jacked up. If you order tickets then the insurance should be part of the cost. I hate this part of ordering tickets.

The concert changed last minute, and when we called the lady on the phone originally told us it hadn't changed and to still go. Once we provided the document that said it was rescheduled, they said "Oh, well then you need to contact the insurance." They were rude and unhelpful. Ticketmaster offered full refunds to all of their buyers a week ago. Whereas I just received an email only A FEW days before the concert from EVENTTICKETSCENTER.COM saying it has been rescheduled. They had a 'basically sucks for you' attitude if it is not convenient anymore. I would have NEVER bought the tickets in the first place if the concert took place on a Sunday at 9 o'clock at night.

With regards to purchasing last minute tickets, I would have liked to receive tickets immediately, as they were purchased for my son and girlfriend, who do not have credit cards. But I do understand with all the fraudulent credit card misuse. Thank you! Marie **

This site was very easy to use to place an order for tickets and I would recommend them to everyone. The tickets are easy to locate and the visual of the area is very helpful in knowing where in the arena your seats are located. It also helps to know how far from the stage you will be and whether there are any view limitations. Can't wait to see how easy it will be to check in when we get there. This should be a great show.

It seems to me the service charge per ticket is extremely high. An $85.00 per ticket price should not require a $27.00 per ticket service charge. For what? That makes a relatively inexpensive ticket now a high priced ticket. Seems a little out of line for this sale.

I purchased tickets, my credit card was charged for the tickers and a $76 "service fee" and received your "Thanks for you order your download instructions will be coming soon." Days later I called your listed # to get NO HELP but a b.s. runaround. Your outsourced help line actually tried to explain that while you had billed me, you were only the "host, website platform" and not the middleman or actual seller and that I'd have to contact the seller (first I'm told about them) to sort out the issue... But not to worry because "most likely my credit card will be credited in 3-5 business days!" As website you sold me and are responsible for the ticketing process and the explanation that you charged me for. You suck and will enjoy reading my reviews of your site/b.s. service online.

I was disappointed that tickets for this concert were well over $100 a piece, and then on this site, they were cheaper! I'm taking my son and my daughter to this concert, so it was going to be expensive. But you guys saved me about $150, so thanks.

Great options for seats with ticket protection. I liked they offered seat protection up to 100 PERCENT! That's great customer service! I loved that they offered an array of seats and showed photos of where your seats are located. I was a little surprised at the high cost of handling fee though. It thought it was a tad steep.

I was not happy with the message that they did not have the seats at time of purchase. After selecting our seats and getting notification, I was not thrilled. Gordon Lightfoot concert. Very easy to purchase tickets...pleased with transaction. I just wish the seating arrangements would be more detailed, though. For example, the diagram shows the seating arrangements up to J or FF, so it's kind of difficult to see exactly where one would actually sit.

I am bit concerned because I do not have my tickets sent to my cell phone or email address yet so I am not sure they are the ones I paid for. I paid by credit card so this should be instantaneous almost. Other than that it was pretty easy.

Didn't like the upselling to other products. I would have preferred to purchase the tickets directly from the Rehoboth Convention Center box office. I have not liked purchasing tickets from these kind of sites. Too often I have been wronged. Just my opinion.

Les Miserables Chattanooga. Provided access to needed tickets. Site performance very slow; service fees seem excessive (maybe it would be good to post the ticket prices gross instead of net). Multiple "offers" during checkout are distracting, not very helpful.

I had a very good experience in ordering my five tickets to the December 8 Dylan show at The Anthem, Washington, DC. No problems of any kind. Easy to use, efficient, no delays. I found this site to be easy to navigate to purchase tickets I wanted. I could locate where I wanted to sit and see options in my price range. Once I decided, it was basically a few clicks later that I had my ticket instructions (Another bonus-date they will be available) and I was secured in my event.

Why is there never good support for handicapped people needing to buy tickets online? It's always jumping through hoops versus clicking a single button saying "handicapped accessible seats"... It's really not that hard to do... Other than that, the purchase was mostly easy. Maybe sorting by rows and allowing even seat selection options or even just showing what seats we are choosing before making a purchase...?

I liked that I was able to pick tickets quickly, however the price listed is misleading after you are charged a "service fee" plus a "shipping fee" which is rather curious to me if I am printing my tickets.... I bought my tickets back in May for the Jonas Brothers. I keep getting the runaround on the delivery status! My tickets were supposed to arrive on 10/4. They didn’t arrive so I called than was told they were put on a 24hr hold and would receive them by 10/5 by 7:30 pm. 7:30 came around and no tickets to be found! I called at 7:40pm and was told my seats were given away and they they need to change my seats! So I said fine and was told that I would receive my tickets in 20 mins. I wait 40 mins to give the benefit of the doubt and I still didn’t receive my tickets! So I call again and was told that the ticket seller is gone for the night and they sent them an urgent msg and now have to wait till tomorrow to receive my tickets!

Easy to navigate the site and felt like the time given to order was reasonable. The added $50 to each ticket ("service fee") was an added expense but the price of the ticket was the same price when purchasing directly. Since all ticket were sold out I was fine with paying the service fee.
