We don't buy a lot of tickets online and feel that this experience made it very easy on us to make our decision. This is actually our first time to ever use an online source for tickets. I usually go straight to the venue.

Good experience purchasing tickets for Fox Theatre Russian ballet. Will consider purchasing tickets someday again on this site. Easy, clear to understand, good seating chart explanation and locater button to see where my seats were. Thank you again for your great review.

I had to go to check out twice. First time the system was not sure if my tickets got thru. And I do not like the time limit to place orders. Why is it so short? If the customer is on this website for the first time, then it might take longer to make selections that place the orders.

I am bit concerned because I do not have my tickets sent to my cell phone or email address yet so I am not sure they are the ones I paid for. I paid by credit card so this should be instantaneous almost. Other than that it was pretty easy.

Didn't like the upselling to other products. I would have preferred to purchase the tickets directly from the Rehoboth Convention Center box office. I have not liked purchasing tickets from these kind of sites. Too often I have been wronged. Just my opinion.

Les Miserables Chattanooga. Provided access to needed tickets. Site performance very slow; service fees seem excessive (maybe it would be good to post the ticket prices gross instead of net). Multiple "offers" during checkout are distracting, not very helpful.

The order went quickly and accurately and I was pleased with my purchase of tickets for the Dancing with the Stars tour. Really excited about seeing the show and I cant wait. I had a very good experience in ordering my five tickets to the December 8 Dylan show at The Anthem, Washington, DC. No problems of any kind. Easy to use, efficient, no delays. I would highly recommend this service to friends. I found it far superior to other services I have used. Seats are quite good and reasonably priced.

Have never been to this venue and not sure about the layout of the seating, but, hopefully, I have picked good seats. My husband just loves DWTS and this is his Christmas present. Ordering my tickets through TicketMaster was a very quick and easy process. The ordering process only took a few minutes and we got the seats that we wanted with no problem. We also received immediate confirmation that our tickets would be emailed to us so that we could print them out. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process.

First time using for tickets at Cross Insurance Center Bangor, ME and found the process easier than I expected. I do not attend concerts very often but we do enjoy music by MercyMe so at our age decided to give it a try. I do hope we will not be disappointed with this experience. Why is there never good support for handicapped people needing to buy tickets online? It's always jumping through hoops versus clicking a single button saying "handicapped accessible seats"... It's really not that hard to do... Other than that, the purchase was mostly easy. Maybe sorting by rows and allowing even seat selection options or even just showing what seats we are choosing before making a purchase...?

I liked that I was able to pick tickets quickly, however the price listed is misleading after you are charged a "service fee" plus a "shipping fee" which is rather curious to me if I am printing my tickets.... I bought my tickets back in May for the Jonas Brothers. I keep getting the runaround on the delivery status! My tickets were supposed to arrive on 10/4. They didn’t arrive so I called than was told they were put on a 24hr hold and would receive them by 10/5 by 7:30 pm. 7:30 came around and no tickets to be found! I called at 7:40pm and was told my seats were given away and they they need to change my seats! So I said fine and was told that I would receive my tickets in 20 mins. I wait 40 mins to give the benefit of the doubt and I still didn’t receive my tickets! So I call again and was told that the ticket seller is gone for the night and they sent them an urgent msg and now have to wait till tomorrow to receive my tickets!

The process was easy and the webpage was easy to follow. Hopefully the tickets will arrive as advertised and it will be a good concert. I really liked the way I could select each section and find the best choice of tickets in each area.

After we go to the concert I would be happy to let you know the entire experience. I do wish you would have listed the SEAT numbers as to where we are actually sitting in ROW "H". That is my only dissatisfaction so far.

Easy to navigate the site and felt like the time given to order was reasonable. The added $50 to each ticket ("service fee") was an added expense but the price of the ticket was the same price when purchasing directly. Since all ticket were sold out I was fine with paying the service fee.

Did not have any problems with the order, pleased with the tickets we ordered, got what section we wanted and all 4 together with not being familiar with the stadium. Will wait for the emailed tickets to see if it goes smooth.

The site is easy to work with. Had a little difficulty when zooming in and trying to move the page. The service fee was unexpected. At the end of check out all the promo offers are annoying. Overall not bad, the seating is easy to view.

You can't see what seat you will have. You need to let the people know if they are in the middle or not. I like the end seats because I have a hard time sitting for long periods of time and I don't want to disturb other people when I have to get up.

The services fees and delivery fees are CRAZY. I got electronic tickets so why am I even being charged a delivery fee? There is no paper or equipment to be used on your end to deliver the tickets. And, the service fees... Wow, I don't know how people afford to go out anymore. If this wasn't a group outing to celebrate a special occasion, I would have said "No Way" at buying these tickets.

It was fine. I didn't have a problem. We are excited to go see these guys. We bought tickets for my parents. It will be good to see. The tickets look like they will be a good seat. The tickets were high priced.

It was fine and reasonably short as opposed to other sites.. Having to write this review is inconvenient and an impediment to having a truly pleasant experience. I would get my research in a way other than wasting the time of the people who are paying you to stay in business.

Concert. It was okay. Pricing was a little higher than other sites. This is my first time using this site. We are looking forward to having a wonderful and spiritual experience. It is really hard to write forty words about purchasing tickets for a concert.

The Band Camino. I love this band and was bummed when I saw they were sold out. But, Event Tickets Center saved the day and had some still available! It was easy to search, options and prices were clear, and fast. It would help to have venue pictures or seating chart to reference.

Jeff Dunham. It was very interesting. Would probably use again. That is if there is no problem the night of the event. I would recommend to a friend if they needed to buy tickets for an event. The purchase was made easy and can't wait for the event.

The process was very easy. I entered the price range I was comfortable with, and chose seats from the options given. I would have liked to see a POV for the seats to better gauge where I wanted to sit, but overall, this is a great ordering format.

Do not understand why the ticket price shown in beginning when selecting seating can't be the total real price per seat. The added charges are ridiculous. The ease of using the system was nice. Too bad that a $70 dollar ticket turns into a $100 tickets with all the added fees.

The handling fee is quite expensive, makes a difference as to seating and whether or not you go. Hope the show and seats are worth it. When we print our own tickets why is there this fee? We are coming as sisters' night and it has kind of put a damper on the experience.

Very expensive with too many hidden fees and not enough information on seats where we will be sitting compared to where the show is. I have a daughter with a disability and I want to make sure she will be able to see the show. Not knowing where the rows start is irritating.

Concert Tickets. Ordering tickets using this type of system is very easy. My only problem is that I am not sure how to use my iPhone to show I have bought the tickets. I am just old school, with that said I would rather have the paper tickets in my hand when I go through the gate.

I am thankful for the 20% discount but the service fees were 40% of the price. That was highway robbery. it would be better to forgo the 20% and just buy the tickets outright. I'm sorry but I will no longer use this services.

Refund $25 for service delivery inefficient and took too much time on hold. Service delivery is almost the price of a ticket and I was on hold for over 20 minutes and encouraged to call back with the same kind of wait time.

Website seems to work well and I can get my tickets downloaded instead of having to have a smartphone application. Price was ok and on par with other vendors. Good experience for a first time event buyer. Offers protection if cannot make the event but we'll see how that works.

I wish you guys were upfront about what the actual costs are. The actual cost is the PLUS $139.05. If you wanted to really be honest, you would state you are a resale market at the beginning. Or even allow the theater to be listed for prices and availability first. Or tell me that tickets cannot be purchased through the theater. Oh well, that's just the American Way.

My experience with purchasing tickets from this site was great, I could easily checkout and claim my tickets. Not only that, I was able to see the seating chart and the different prices of each very easily. This site provided all of the needs information I needed in order to decide on my purchase of tickets.

Ticket purchase for Miss Saigon. Easy maneuvering through website. One question, why is the handling fee more for the different seats? I don't understand how there could be any more needed steps for seats that are only a few (or many) rows apart. Thanks for your time.
