I was looking for concert tickets & came across this site. I usually used another company but they didn't have the ticket I was looking for. Event Tickets Center site was easy to use & I received immediate response/conformation. My tickets were sent in less than 3 minutes after purchase..

Super excited! Taking my soon to be 17 year old daughter to see Citizen Cope and saved some money by purchasing with event tickets. My brother and I grew up listening to Citizen Cope and we have introduced his music to my daughter. She absolutely loves him and this will be a belated birthday present.

Would have liked to been able to pick my seats..The population of seats were too generic to identify seating locations and availability. Thanks for your time and review. I enjoy Indian Ranch and will go to further concerts and events their.

Everything worked fine, however, too many attempts at cross-selling other services! We were only interested in buying the Disney tickets, not a menu of additional goods and services. This feedback process is also a bit of an intrusion. I bought the tickets, that's all I wanted. This process is both tedious and unnecessary.

The transaction was easy enough, but the fees being one third of the ticket price were daunting and frustrating. Not sure of a better option. I am wondering if there is a also a fee to park...with a family of 6, this is adding up.

The prices for the sections were clearly displayed including the number of seats available. Everything about my experience was positive. The timer is a great idea too because it ensures you will get the tickets you want as long as you act quickly an decisively. Easy and quick to use. Thank you very much! The actual on line purchase was very simple and easy to follow. Can not wait for concert - look forward to shopping with you in the future for events. I will recommend your site to my friends and family - also letting them know that your site had really good seats available for a prime event.

The additional fees are too high. I hate using services like this that add little to no value. $27 per Ticket?? $9 for a mobile delivery fee?? Seriously, too high. If I had the time I'd go another route.

I was able to order tickets quickly without incident. I ordered these tickets as a Valentine's Day present for my husband because he loves her voice! I saw this as an excellent opportunity for us to have a little getaway.

The ticket representative was very helpful with finding and explaining the tickets and layout. I was then able to purchase the tickets that best suited our needs since I haven't been to the theater in years and we do live local. This is a great and close venue to our home. :)

Chris Stapleton tickets. First time I have ordered from this site. So waiting to see how good the seats are. I didn't realize tickets would be almost a $100 more than the price quoted -- all the add ons. Not happy with that part of ordering.

Quick- would like to see the location of the specific seats on the identification map- right now we can only identify the row. I would also like to see the total dollars with fees included earlier in the transaction.

Would like to have physical tickets rather than email. Have had difficulty with email tickets in the past, and feel more secure with in- hand, physical tickets. Please give the customer the option to receive physical tickets rather than forcing them to utilize email tickets to use this site.

The Website is fairly easy to navigate. I was able to find the Event that I was interested in and then order my tickets. The View of the Arena is pretty clear so I was able to find the Exact seating area that I was interested in.

I have no problem dropping big money on a good show. Don't care at all, music is really the only thing I'm willing to spend just about any amount on. However $82 is service fees? For 2 tickets? That's almost 1/3 of the price. Then before you check out it doesn't even include the service charges in the price. It simply says, in what I assume is the smallest font that can legally be used, that your total is going to be considerably more than what is displayed as "Your Order". This intentionally misleading, which I assume it would have to be since your service are about twice as much as comparable sites. I would change that immediately, I gotta assume I'm not the first person to be a little pissed off about this.

Lion King tickets. Tickets were very easy to order. No problem whatsoever. I just hope we are in a good spot. I'm really looking forward to this production and I'm sure it will be as good as it is on Broadway. I would like to see Buddy Holly show in South Bend. It doesn't seem to be coming to this area.

My experience was quick and clear. If I were to request any change it would be that the seating chart be a bit bigger in order to see the lettering. Processing fees were expensive. I did not like all the ads at the end of the ordering trying to get me to sign up for additional things.

It was easy and efficient. Thank you for making it a simple process to purchase tickets to Toby Mac! The only thing I could recommend is to show where the seats are when you open up the picture of the stadium. For example, where is lower level U compared in a certain section.

Very happy to obtain these tickets for a must concert. Great seats, great price! Going back to the eighties for some of the best music ever! Just wish Steve Perry was still the lead singer but his replacement must be almost as good or the manager would not have signed him. Really looking forward to August 4. See you.

Elton John - Perfect with a lower service fee than other sellers, I cannot wait to attend this great event. My ticket For Bon Jovi had a $500 service charge that you find out after you pay. I love this way of doing business. Thank You.

Was faster than a speeding bullet. Quicker than a turtle and what more can I say. Way to go. 1,000,000 Quartet is an awesome show. I saw them in Vegas a few years ago. Minnesota is in for a real treat. I have been telling all my friends about their show. Can I get an Aisle SEAT?

K. Chenowith Tickets. The purchase part was very easy to follow & I appreciate the fact that you allow autofill in. It is only half of the experience, though. Once I have received my tickets & attended the concert, I would be happy to fill out a follow-up review.

Jerry Seinfeld. It was a pleasing quick and easy site to navigate. Very helpful in picking the right tickets, but it would have been better if I could actually see the seating chart instead of just picking a section that you want to be in.

A Bronx Tale. It was ok, not so sure the $34 service fee is fair to keep your website protected. Shouldn't it be protected anyway without customers paying for it? Or at least incorporated that fee into the ticket fee so we don't know how much it is. And almost $9 so we can print our own tickets.

Fast and Easy. Liked everything about it except the ridiculous service fees 20%! Good website and lots of events make it great to find a seat at a good price. I will most likely use them again just for the convenience.

Easy, great, fast and clear. Thank you for making it a simple easy to understand process. The only thing I didn't like was to actually visually see where my premium seats were physically at in the section like I have seen with other ticketing systems.

It seems that critical information such as seat location is not available. Why? When you're spending a lot of money on seats why wouldn't you get to pick or, at least see your seat location more specifically? It seems deceptive. It does say that they'll be together unless otherwise noted but that doesn't really satisfy me. You've got the information, why not share it?

I am please with the purchase experience except for the added processing fee given I do not even receive an actual ticket and have to show them on a mobile device. I would expect that to be less than in the past when receiving paper tickets.

On other ticket buying sites, they don't give a lot of time to complete the process and this site gave 10 minutes - plenty of time to decide whether or not I wanted to attend. Downside is the ridiculous extra charges.

This service has a fast response. Got a confirmation number sent to my email. Now I wait for the concert to see if we receive the tickets. I look forward to the concert and hope to refer more people to this website.

It was very easy and quick to order my tickets. I am very much looking forward to seeing Bill Mahr this March 29, 2020. I will be attended with my daughter who has never seen Bill Mahr perform. I am sure we will both have a great time.

Very easy to understand. Easy to select seats available and seeing the view from your seats was a great feature. I would use this site again in the future. Have never gone to hockey game so hopefully this all works out.

FOREIGNER CONCERT. Very easy to buy the tickets, I like the purchase system you use, but did not allow me to select seat numbers, why? Beyond that, it was a very good experience in terms of time and selection of place in the theater.

Chris Stapleton. Easy to use, pricey but that seems to be the going rates these days. But all in all, not a bad experience. Would do it again. Event notices are nice. Not sure about the electronic tickets though seems a little risky.

It's nice to see the various seating and price options available for any event at Mathew Knight Arena. Easy to locate seating for a particular event and price ranges. I've sat in various places throughout the arena and really was satisfied with the view. Love the Concerts there and the various acts were great. Only disappointed with one female artist but her intermission band was awesome.

We have gone to many concerts and have used different services depending on where event was taking place, but this Camila concert at James L Knight Center made process of buying tickets, although not cheap was simple, fast and easy!

Happy with the service. Could not find the place to change the shipping address from the billing address. Called number on the receipt and team helped me fix this issue. Having the option for a electronic ticket would be nice.

I did not have a problem searching the site. Went to what I wanted to look at and found the perfect thing. It took me a few minutes to find where I thought would be a good place, but found it after searching for a few minutes. I think my family will be pleasantly pleased with my choice. Celtic woman. Easy to locate seats and identify where you would enjoy the event. My daughter and I have wanted to see this group for a very long time. We have never had time to drive to see her with work and school schedules. We are excited to have a local event arena that we can attend and enjoy.

I selected a section and row and processed payment successfully, but the system did not show me where my seat is located or if there is an obstruction. Other sites let the user view the available seats and select the seat. This site did not.

JOHNNY MATHIS. Pleasant enough experience but your service is very expensive. I am not sure what I am entitled to with a VIP ticket... it does not explain. Does this allow for backstage visitation for instance? But otherwise I am pleased. Because of Johnny's popularity and age I wanted to obtain good seats.

Beware! Refund policy is not clearly presented on the site. (Have to see bottom of FAQs.) I bought tickets that were over $100 more than the venue to a non sold out concert. Meanwhile my mates ordered one for me. WAY OVERPAID and now can't get refund. Venue has 1/4 price so not likely to be able to resell. Very angry.

So far so good, it is our hope that this concert will be as advertised and our trip to Billings will go as planned. We hope we chose good seats and won't be too close to the stairwell. This our first time using this site.

Lots of fees, so it cost the same as other ticket providers. Overall it makes it easy, if you want your tickets and don't mind the $59 fees per ticket added on, plus delivery fees. I guess it alright, and at least I've got the tickets. We'll see.

The fees are ridiculous -- but the purchase was easy. I love the Cains and I understand what the fees are for... I am not familiar with the seating arrangement of this venue. It would have been helpful to know which way the alphabet numbered row ran... from the ring to the outer walls. Perhaps a small sample in the lower corner would have helped.

Finding the ticket selection was easy, I just wish the seating area was larger to see exactly where we would be seating. Your prices were much better than other sites. Excited to have purchased PBR tickets for My father's Birthday month. My husband and Father will enjoy a night out. Happy Birthday Dad (Juan **). We Love you! This will be his first PBR experience and what a better place than close to home and at Staples Center.

The only thing I needed was to know if I could pick all 4 tickets seats so we could all sit together. I ended up calling to get my question answered. David was helpful and I was successful in booking our tickets!

While I appreciate that this theater "mails" tickets out I think $15 to do so is a little steep a price. Too bad they don't offer will call or pick up. Also don't care for all the "offers" to sign up for MORE emails.

I did not care for the advertisement on Facebook because when I went to purchase my ticket they never told me that my purchased was received. Then they let me pick out my ticket and I never got a confirmation number so I had to end up logging on to the website itself in order to get my ticket. I do not like false advertisement.

Easy to navigate and hopefully the tickets will arrive on time. The seating chart was very helpful for picking our seats. The experience part, I found very lengthy and it should be your choice if you want to fill it out or not. If you do not fill it out you are unable to move forward.

Harlem Globetrotters. Easy to do, good selection of seats in my price range. I have never seen the team play. So this is a new experience. It will be a different Valentine's Day for sure. My son will enjoy the night out.

I purchased ticket for Come From Away February 1st show back in August for my wife's birthday. It was my first time purchasing tickets from them. It will be my last. The price was great. Almost too good to be true. Should have been my first clue. My confirmation email said the tickets would be shipped by January 30, two days before the show. We live three hours away from the venue, so I either needed them to arrive in one day or the mail would need to get there early on the day of the show.

I would much rather preferred to call a phone number to order. The floor diagram was difficult to display on the computer screen, and I had to use two devices to complete order. I thought the service fees were exorbitant.

My experience was quick and easy, other sites wanted to to use a sign in and of course I didn't have my password readily available. I didn't want one or want to take the time to set one up. Time is limited. You set up was quick and easy. I have not used your site in the past but will.

Tried several other sites and wasn't able to secure tickets anywhere, until I found this site! I did have a set of tickets in my cart and the clock said I had 5 minutes left to claim them, but it wouldn't process and I had to pick new tickets. Luckily they were for the same price so it worked out fine - but thus the reason for a 4 star instead of 5.

I have never ordered on this site before. I found that ordering this way was very easy and understandable. I would do this again if there is another show that we would like to attend in the future. Thank you for making it so easy.

San Antonio rodeo tickets. Was easy and simple to order tickets at a fairly reasonable price. Had the tickets we needed and no hassle with ordering. Hoping this will be an event to remember without any problems in receiving the tickets. Thank you Event Ticket Center.

Ordered tickets online through this site: very fast process. Hope everything will be fine with the tickets delivered on time, as promised.. Still confused by tickets cannot be emailed to be right away, upon placing the order? Just received email stating that tickets will be emailed to me later on.. Basically 2 days before the show.. Isn't it late to receive the tickets? I don't know.. I am really confused now with this purchase..

Spent the extra money for seats and received General Admission standing room only instead of the General Admission Balcony with guaranteed seating. As listed on the website. Talked to representatives of Event Tickets and was sent to the "ticket provider". They sent me back to Event Tickets. I asked to speak to a supervisor and instead got a another runaround from whoever answered. I implore you to not use Event Tickets for any ticket purchase.

Quick & easy. That's what I like. Showed where we would be sitting, the price, and at least it shows the processing price up front so it's not a hidden cost. I like that it's emailed to you right away. So you have a copy of it on your phone.

Very user friendly, some surprising additional costs which were quite confusing and not advised prior to placing the tickets order. Some more information on parking, ticket options, refund policy, etc. Can't understand that as a customer, I am mandated to provide this information.

EVENT TICKET CENTER Seemingly positions themselves as the theatre by calling themselves the box-office. They charged 2-3X the cost on the actually theatre price. They called me a few days before to say they were upgrading my tickets so there would be not be limited view on the tickets they sold me. Lo and behold there was NO limited view on any seat in Row J that they claimed was present when I saw the show. They refused to work with me in any way. I think they are total scammers.

Efficient process!! Easy and manageable viewing when selecting tickets. But I do believe there should be scale of where exact seats chosen are located. Also maybe even a virtual view from chosen seats. Wondering will there be video screens set up to closer view of performer.

Due to signing up for an event from Champions and then later finding out she wasn't on the list, made my daughter cry so instead of her missing it I bought two tickets for her and her boyfriend to go, I hope I get these so I can print them for them, thanks, LS

This ticket buying experience went smoothly, and I didn't get as frustrated as I can sometimes do. The information blanks were easy to fill in, and the seat selection chart was very helpful. The payment information section was also straightforward and went smoothly.

Smooth transaction. Liked the speed and the stadium photo to select the right seat. Not crazy about the advertisements at the end. Looking forward to seeing Brian Culbertson. He's our favorite jazz artist! We've never been to the auditorium either so should be nice a cozy compared to Sprint Center!

The order process was pretty straight forward and easy. It wasn't very difficult whatsoever. I think I may have accidentally entered the wrong state for my credit card information though, so hopefully it doesn't mess up the transaction.

Lion King Tickets for a February 9th, 2020 1:00 PM Play. Experience was great, with one exception. I bought these tickets for a friend of mine and her daughters. The only 'GRIEF' I found is the ticket delivery method....(Only Mobile), not other method. It is a messy, unpleasant process when ordering the tickets as a GIFT. I do not agree on the service fee that's too much. I feel maybe 5.00 fee is okay, but almost 30.00 not good. We already purchasing tickets and the company now wants to charge service fee, and we are the completed the order.

I purchased 2 tickets for $80 per ticket, and the total charge was $221. At no point were the extra charges listed PRIOR to my entering my credit card information. Fraud!!! Turns out I could have bought them through the venue for just $35 per ticket for a total charge of $70, making this website even more of a ripoff. I'll never use them again.

Easy sign up but extremely pricing in Service fees $66.00 when I did all the work online and had to pay an additional $30 for delivery. Could have downloaded these tickets. Between the service fees and delivery I feel I could have bought another ticket :-(.

Comparing with a few other vendors, it seemed I got better seats for a slightly lower price. What was unclear was whether the added fees would have been similar. What I did try to check was the row and section, and it did seem your seats were the best available.

Ticket price was a little high, but was able to order with no issues. Diagram of seating was a plus, showing how close you are to the performance area. Will use Event Tickets again and will tell friends and family.

Purchasing my tickets was quite easy, with a decent map of venue and simple steps to complete the purchase. I ordered the protection option as well and was pleased to see that it included information for parking etc. for out of area buyers. Overall good experience, though a bit nervous about mobile only delivery...We shall see!!!

I purchased a ticket to Bon Jovi from an ETC advertisement on Facebook, appearing to be an official event advertisement. The purchase experience was modeled the same way, misleading me to believe it was a direct, official sale and not a third party seller. Later, I found out I paid more than double face value for tickets still available officially from Ticketmaster, when I was sent to transfer my tickets. The ETC representative was unapologetic, and compared my ticket purchase to being no different than "buying a ticket on the street or buying a house, it cannot be cancelled". Since both are like the same. Event Ticket Center has a BBB rating of F for a good reason.

Good had a great experience! Something to look forward to in the middle of the winter months. Something we will put on the calendar for a annual family event. My kids really enjoy watching the stunts that the drivers perform.

I have searched at least 6 websites for tickets to this concert. I did not realize it was part of a MegaTicket for Country music but this occasion marks the first time I will meet my half sister. By accident, I found out why the ticket prices have varied greatly. I lived near Wolf Trap, an amphitheater donated to the Park Service for performing arts in McLean VA. They had a real box office with none of the "service fee" nonsense. I will be in ABQ Wednesday, but still had to process this online because Isleta Amphitheater has NO box office??? Hate the resale fees that inflate the ticket cost by 30% or more. Oh well. This was the most reasonable true ticket price. Too bad scalping tickets to unsuspecting buyers is a growing business. Thanks for starting with a fair price.

This was easy to read and follow and navigate. It lists the best possible prices and shows where they are at. The extra fees are not bad compared to others which are highly outrageous. You can also print as you go along. I would recommend this site.

I purchased tickets according to the instructions. Everything seems to be in order. As long as my phone continues to work, it should be fine. What can I say? I am a boomer. I am always a little apprehensive that something will go wrong with an e-ticket.

The additional fees are exhorbitant. Never again. Hopefully the performance will be more satisfying, but you really need to re-think your fees. When I was on the website it was showing a lower rate in the section yet it didn't appear when I was dropping down for that section the available seats. And your fees are higher than the other sites I've used which I don't feel is necessary.
