First time I used this method to secure tickets for the Celtic Thunder Event. This method was fast, easy and secure. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to get tickets to an event. Looking forward to attending this event with my family.

This was a very easy site to navigate. The quick and easy price to what you wanted to par then a ease of purchase = very nice site. Thanks to the million resale ticket places it hard to buy tickets nowadays in this world.

Getting concert tickets and right seats was very easy and one month free hula, with naked wine voucher is great. Looking forward to seeing Journey and Pretenders in September. The ticket insurance really takes the worrying out of purchasing these tickets.

If it wasn't for the corona virus I would have had an easier time buying my tickets because it took me four tries to complete my order. But considering my obstacles I finally was able to purchase my tickets. Even though I had a difficult purchasing this order I believe it was due to the corona virus is why I had the issue.

Norah Jones. It went quickly and easy though I was no the interested in the "free" offering at the end of my purchase.. This is one of my husband's favorite artists and we will be celebrating his seventy second birthday! I also feel there were some hidden fees that brought the tickets to over 500.00.

I purchased for tickets for the play Kinky Boots in Cerritos Ca. I did inquire about service fees in a separate email. I was ok with their fees. The tickets were to be picked up at will call. When I got there they asked me for my driver's license and credit card. They could not find my tickets under my address. Finally after several minutes they found my name. They refused to give me the tickets because of a different address and I didn't have Event Ticket centers credit card.

Charlie Daniels concert. The process was easy to use and had detailed information making it easy to use and quick. I would use this service again anytime. I am also glad to have the insurance available for the event. I am looking forward to this event.

Marie Osmond Symphony Concert. Easy to view the floor plan. Purchasing tickets went easy. Questions that popped in between helped as well. Just two things that I’m not sure of: 1) not clear where the actual seats purchased are, 2) Hopefully picking free HelloFresh as an option for purchasing these tickets is truly FREE. Now I received an email stating 90% off the first 4 meals. I hope my card isn’t going to be charged automatically without receiving a correspondence from them before anything is shipped. The service provided me with the tickets that I wanted and also provided a guarantee. I was able to see a diagram of the concert hall, which allowed me to get a good idea of the location of the seats. It also allowed me to compare the prices of the other seats in the concert hall.

Fees are outrageous!! I do not have an assigned seat. No protection from the weather. I am disabled. I love the artist or I would sit home and whine. How much goes to the artist? And no tee shirt or special ticket to keep.

Event Tickets had much much better seats available at a very reasonable price compared to what I found on the other big name ticket sites? The others only had the nosebleed section available on the very first day the tickets went on sale. And I was looking 6 months before the concert date.

It's hard to say no to a 6 year old, it would have been nicer to get seats closer at a more affordable price. While I think he will be happy with the event, I know his experience would have been greater were the cost lower.

Why don't you give the full price of the ticket with all the charges instead of writing that the ticket costs $83.00? You can itemize all the costs so the purchaser can decide in the beginning if he/she wants to continue instead of waiting until the end and finding out that $83.00, really means $111.38!

The Service Fee is exorbitant. If I wasn't very interested in the show I would have cancelled my order. Ticket agencies like yours are a scam and a disgrace to the viewing public. Adding a service fee of close to 32% is maddening. Have a nice Day!

I like ordering online. The process was simple. I didn't like the price increase when I went to the sight 45 minutes later. I did not like the fact that when I changed the order from 4 tickets to 3 tickets that the price went up!

We meaning my family of 5 went to see Disney on Ice in Providence and it was so easy and amazing. This was my first experience with Ticket Master and the electronic tickets were the best. I would recommend them to all my family if they ever want to experience this ease of getting to a venue.

August 28th concerts. Marymoor is an outdoor concert place in Redmond WA. This is truly a great venue, I have always loved all the concerts at this place because it is a relaxing environment. They have great food trucks with a variety of tastes and great brews! People are friendly as well.

Booking wasn't too bad but I wish they had a better seating chart. I'd like to know exactly where our seats are located. Am I close to the aisle or in the middle? Not sure yet but will look on this site a little more to verify the seating location.

The site is very easy to use. The time it takes to look up seats and pay for them was very easy to do. My only recommendation is that there be a place to see the actual seating location at the event. I'm not familiar with this arena so it would be nice to see exactly what I was buying.

Service fees. Wow, I am a concert go'er but this is the most ridiculous service fee I think I have ever paid. I think the fees can be a little more reasonable. You guys are going to price yourself out of business.

This website layout makes it beyond easy to not only purchase tickets but also know where you'll be seated. The only thing that takes away a star is the service and delivery fee. :( I have been saving up for this concert ticket for a while now just to find out that about $28 is added in service fees, forcing me to turn to others to help purchase this ticket. I understand fees to an extent, but a $21 service fee just for using this webpage seems like a bit much. Also $9 for delivery? It's a mobile ticket!! I hate to see it. WWE SMACKDOWN TICKETS ALLSTATE ARENA. Purchasing the tickets was good. We found our event fairly quickly & then went thru the purchase process. Having a map of the arena is an A+. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if you could see the location of the seat you are purchasing. I had to go to a different website to pull up a map of the Arena to have a visual view of our seats. Other than that....it was fast, easy, & a good experience. :)

The purchase process went well. I didn't have any problem choosing my seats. The handling fee is very high, almost double the cost of the tickets. I wasn't prepared for that and will keep it in mind if I purchase tickets again.

Concert. Great computer experience, no issues with ordering or checking on the seating charts, is there any deals on room for the night? I spent over 350 on tickets. I live about an hour away, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Accessibility to the seating chart could be improved. Also, the timer is a little intimidating when trying to make the best choice for your experience. Being able to see exactly where you're seated on the row will be a great assistance as well.

The website highlights a different section from the actual row you will be sitting. Horrible customer service, was on hold for 45 mins and they cannot refund tickets if you didn't purchase insurance. It would have been very helpful if there was an option for also selecting a seat assignment, at time of purchase. One member of our party has a slight, not handicapped, problem with one of her knees and she likes to sit on an aisle so she does not have to disturb others if she needs to try to navigate across a row.

The overall experience was well but it doesn't make sense to me that the actual seat numbers were not available. These tickets are sold on a first come basis so the ticket number should be available at time of purchase.
