Our family had a great time and the seats were amazing! Tickets came across in my email and the staff was able to scan the barcode directly from my phone. No issues at all. I was happy with the price and happy with the view.

Tickets worked and had no problem using them. It was easy to access the tickets through email, BUT the downside is that I paid triple to use this website than the original website of the venue the event was using.

I found prices were not comparable to just buying them at event. Event was good but not worth the price I got them for.. I recommend researching tickets before purchasing them. I did like that I could transfer them to ticketmaster account with no issues.

First time using this site for tickets. I never received my ticket. After I accepted the transfer of my ticket from the seller I never received it. Pretty embarrassing when you’re the only one in your group who can’t get in and then have to purchase ANOTHER ticket at the gate. I will not use this website again for ticket purchasing.

Paid 3x the face-value of the tickets. Will be disputing the charges with our credit card. Ended up purchasing different tickets directly from the venue. Would never, never, never recommend using this site/company.

I recently purchased tickets to a local baseball game accidentally from the Events Tickets Center website. After noticing the mistake I made, I instantly got nervous, wondering if this was a spam website. Shortly after my purchase, I received an email detailing how and when I would get my tickets. This made me feel a lot better. My verified tickets came to my email just as I was told they would. I'll definitely be using the Event Tickets Center again.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Tickets, No Refund After almost 3 Weeks. I bought tickets from this company for a baseball game, only to find out they sold me tickets for the wrong night. I contacted them immediately, and they acknowledged the mistake and said a refund was being processed. That was almost three weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for my money. I’ve followed up, and all I get are vague responses and empty promises. Meanwhile, no refund and no accountability. Selling the wrong event is bad enough, but failing to make it right in a timely manner is completely unacceptable. I will not be using this service again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting them with your money.

I was scammed into paying double the amount and didn’t realize it. It had that a Carter Ray purchased my tickets. Once I attempted to change my show times at the box office and didn’t realize this was a 3rd party site as I paid $60 for a $27 ticket! I will never be scammed like that again as I plan to go direct to the box office no matter how far in advance the show may be to get my tickets from now on! I work too hard for someone to take advantage of my money! I made a review on Trustpilot and the response was horrific.

Concert was amazing. But whoever sold me the tickets through this site was sneaky. I got redirected to this site when I was on State Fair site was charged double what tickets were worth. Very dishonest and sneaky. Will never use again. Learned my lesson. No refunds or anything. They are a site for third-party ticket sales and take no responsibility for overpricing. Terrible rating on the BBB.

Tickets have not arrived for a 31 Aug event and was purchased on 26 Jul. Others that used a different site already received their tickets. Why the wait for this site. Labor Day Battle of the Bands.!!!

We purchased tickets through our Ticketmaster account and ended up with tickets from Ticket center. Now that the Kelly Clarkson 8/16 tickets were rescheduled (to 2025) they are refusing a refund even after Ticketmaster and Livenation both agreed to call it cancelled and are offering refunds. Ticketcenter is refusing based on fine print. Really poor complaint resolution and customer service. We have no option but to resell through them or hope the August date in 2026 can work.

This site is predatory. It masquerades as the ticket seller, inflates the prices of the tickets and then adds the exchange for US currency. My Goldeyes tickets in Winnipeg went from $359 to $508. The cost of regular tickets at the stadium is typically $35 per person x 5 is $175! Stay away from these guys. Call the facility where your outing is happening and buy directly. This is simply legalized "scalping".

This is the worst experience ever. This is the worst experience ever. I was on a team website and got this place to buy tickets. Thinking I'm buying them for face, I find out it is a secondary market and was ripped off. Do not use this company. They do not have any sense of support other than "Tough **".

I don’t understand how this is legal! I purchased tickets for three times the price but didn’t realize I was scammed until I went to the actual event site. The tickets are so much cheaper through the event website. I thought when buying the tickets I was on the real site. Very misleading and faulty information! Do not purchase! Sucks!

I thought I was purchasing from the actual venue, the website stated that the tickets were limited and charged me $247 for two. When I received the tickets electronically, I immediately called for a refund as these tickets were available at the actual venue for 80 for 2. The person on the phone offered me a refund of 41. If I took it I would be out the remainder and they would resell the tickets for the higher price to another buyer. Be careful, this is scalping and they trick you into thinking they are they venue and the tickets are limited. Never buy from this company. I have been scammed and I am sick about it!!

The process was very easy to purchase tickets and my tickets were delivered as soon as I ordered them for a same day event purchase. Our seats were not great and we hadn’t been to the indoor venue before so the map is a little tricky. It doesn’t show you Obstacles that might be in your line of sight, but the process itself was easy.

BEWARE! Do not purchase tickets from Ticket Center. The blue logo fooled me, I thought it was Ticketmaster or affiliated with it until after I received my confirmation. My confirmation had the section I chose. When I got the tickets the seats were nowhere near what I selected. The worse part is the seats were behind the stage so we could not see the performer at all! I paid about $250 over what tickets were actually sold for. I cannot reach anyone in regards to some type of compensation. 0 out of 10

Good experience. Recommended to save a few bucks. This is a re-seller site, the ticket finally comes from Ticketmaster, you cannot escape from it. Pros: you save a few bucks and make some profit to a different company other than TM. Cons: the ticket comes a couple of hours late. If you are ALREADY AT THE LINE, DON'T USE THIS OPTION, go directly to Ticketmaster.

Worst event site ever created. Do not use this site. They overcharge enormous amounts. Scam. Scam. Rip off artists. Reporting them to the secretary of state in oregon. Anybody else with issues regarding the theft this company does should do the same. Bait & switch. No one over the phone could help me. Managers are not existent.

Don’t use this site, the venue was selling tickets for $39. I didn’t know and I bought these 2 tickets for $220. The company buys tickets for cheap and resells them for more money. I called the company and they didn’t care.

Absolute fraud site. Buyer beware. Concert was advertised with 3 main bands. Tickets purchased months in advance. Bands changed to unknown musicians and no refund is policy. By the way, the tickets were never delivered.

This is a scam. They charged me triple the amount of what a ticket is worth and refuse a refund. I don’t care what kind of disclaimers they have. They are rolling people off. I’m mortified that I ordered from here. DON'T use them under any circumstances. They should be sued.

Do some homework before purchasing tickets. As others have said ticket prices are double what you should pay plus a service fee on top of that. You can call and try to cancel but will only get service fee back if lucky. Wish I had done better.

I purchased 2 tickets two days ago for a comedy show that is 3 weeks away that is not sold out. I did not realize I was purchasing through a 3rd party site. The 2 tickets are $62 dollars after fees directly on the comedy venue's website, yet the tickets were $212 dollars through Eventticketscenter including $48 in service fees. Regardless of their cost structure, that is an unacceptable mark-up and their “all sales final” policy is extremely punitive. I hope to never do business with them again in the future.

I got tickets to a wrong date (the seller send me tickets to the right show and the same seats, but to a different date than what I ordered). The tickets he sent me were for an event only 3 hrs ahead, instead of a week ahead. When I called customer service, they told me they see that he sent me the right tickets (probably sent them something else). When I sent them a screenshot of what I’ve received, they agreed it’s not what I’ve ordered. However, now I have to wait for them to fix it and not sure if I’ll have tickets for the show I wanted and can’t buy other tickets in meantime.

This website charges double of what the actual cost of the ticket is. On top of that, the site then charges a 25.00 service charge per ticket. The fair website charges 2.00. What a bunch of greedy people.

For starters, the ticket price for the concert I planned to go to was more than 3x what the actual cost is if you visit the artist's website (wish I had done that before purchasing a ticket here for over $100 when they are selling them for $35). Second, I purchased the insurance for my ticket because I knew there was a chance my plans would change and I'd be unable to attend. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE. It is completely useless! After reading the fine print, they will go to great lengths to avoid issuing a single penny of a refund. So much so that they literally can DEMAND AN AUTOPSY on your dead relative before issuing a refund if that is the reason you cannot attend. I have never seen or heard of anything like that in my life! Event Ticket Center and Allianz Global Assistance are complete scammers.

Their website is very good masked and you believe that you are going to pay a fee and a decent increase. I paid $253 for two tickets in General Admission and the cost of the tickets in the event were $ 35 per ticket. Awful scam. Don’t use this web page. The organizers were very surprised and request me to report them.

Modern day scalper site. People buy $40 tickets and sell on this site for over $100 plus processing with a site that mimics venue site and says seats almost sold out. False advertising and Display! Double check actual venue site Ticketmaster prior to any purchase! It should be illegal to ever purchase something with a company that says no refunds all sales final! If so let that be a red flag that it’s not a good business!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It’s a scam!!!! My tickets never arrived and were priced way above the stated value on the event website. They send you a email that looks legit but none of the links work as it’s been copy pasted into the email. The name of the purchaser is MARCIN **. He sends you the email that he got from the event. Never got my money back and spent $313 dollars for nothing. It’s awful!!!😣

Absolutely scam site, they intentionally make it look like Ticketmaster, they never send the tickets, they charge higher prices, they cancel your order after you pay, then refund you a small portion. This company is a complete nightmare...You've been warned...Stay away, save your money and sanity...Complete scam...

This site states in their FAQ that they won’t charge more than market value but this is a flat lie. I paid $76 a ticket when the ticket value is $28. I was unable to see the ticket until the day before the event so I’m SHOCKED. The venue itself is selling for $30. Fees double what the venue charges. Contacted the site and they basically said, "Sorry, you didn’t read the disclaimers." Scam scam scam!

Please do not order from this site. They did not give me the tickets I ordered and then refused to give me my money back. They told me to resell the tickets myself!! Complete fraud and theft! Do not make the same mistake I made please

One of the worse company I have ever encountered! Bought tickets 6 months before the game and week before they changed my seats (or would have to cancel everything) for sold out game for much worse seats. And they offered $160 in refund. Still lost around $200 overall as those new tickets were much cheaper. Total scam. They just figured out the way to get more money for the seats.

Be wary of this businesses fine print and refund policies. They are all sales final. I made the mistake of buying general admission concert tickets that were twice as much as they were going for on other websites. I thought I was buying from the website directly linked from the band, however I was mistaken. They also charge a hefty service fee and taxes to go along with it. What should have been around $60/ticket for 4 tickets at $240 on a reliable site cost me $666.99 with taxes and fees with Event Tickets Center. These tickets are legitimate, yet they are priced “at face value” according to the website. They will charge you way more than you should be paying.

I would avoid these guys at all cost. You will easily pay 2-3 times what your ticket is worth, plus the service fees, and their site is deceptive in the way it is presented. I believe it is meant to be that way to take advantage of people, and that's exactly what they do - Take advantage of you. Then they hide behind the deception and wording of their "terms of service".

I purchased my ticket for Chicago: The Musical nearly a year ago, and I’m now being told to wait for a possible “retransfer” just days before the event. This is unacceptable. I planned ahead to avoid last-minute issues, and instead I’m dealing with delays and vague instructions. I need a clear update and my ticket delivered without further complications. This experience—which I had high hopes for—is being ruined by the system you have in place. What should have been smooth and enjoyable has turned into a frustrating and uncertain process.

Bought 2 tickets a month or two in advance. Took off work, drove 2 hours, stood in line, only to be turned away because tickets would not scan. Box office stated not my name on ticket. And it wasn’t my name. TEC gave me the run around, making it my responsibility to contact venue. Venue refused to assist. Despite TEC guarantee, we were just out the money, and got no show. Absolutely ridiculous. I will notify every place I know, including BBB.

Awful customer service. Stay away from this company. We purchased tickets to an event in Philadelphia which was canceled and they did NOT notify us and wouldn’t issue a refund. We were the ones to call them to inquire. Sounds like their call center may be in a foreign country (India?) based on who answered.

I was buying tickets to the rodeo here at Fair Park. Thought I was purchasing ticket through the Fair Park ticket sales. Didn't see where the ET was a resale site. Long story short my daughter purchased her tickets (2) through Fair Park, paid 43.00, I purchased 4 tickets at 80.75 each, through Event Tickets. Never again. Please do your best to look for resale tickets.

Bought tickets for a comedy show at Desert Ridge Improv. The venue states the tickets are fraudulent and we will not be allowed to enter with them. They further state they do not authorize the sale of tickets from Event Tickets Center. BUYER BEWARE. This is FRAUD. Reported to CFPB and FTC.

I was going to get tickets to a comedy show and the tickets were about 160 bucks a piece. I go to checkout and then see that the bill is much higher than it should be. So I look and see that they're charging a $60 a piece service fee for the tickets which is almost the cost of another ticket. That is absolutely unacceptable and I will not pay it. I will wait for the special to come out on Netflix before I will give a company $120 of my hard-earned money in fees.

I am filing a complaint against Event Ticket Center (www.eventticketscenter.com) due to deceptive business practices that resulted in financial loss and frustration.

This "company" is a total scam and rip off.! Do NOT spend money with them! They will gouge you for 3-5 times the ticket value and then refuse refunds. They were as helpful as a hemorrhoid on the phone. Also zero stars if that was an option.

Do not purchase tickets from Event Tickets Center - they will charge 2-3x more than face value for tickets that you can purchase directly from the venue's website at face value. Example: Event Tickets Center will charge you $136.16 for (1) DL Hughley ticket at Wiseguys Comedy Club in SLC but if you buy it directly from wiseguyscomedy.com, the price is $54.96 for the exact same ticket. Do not be ripped off! Plus many venues will not honor tickets bought on third-party sites like eventticketscenter.com. Buyer Beware!!!!

I was alerted by American Express that there looked to be a fraudulent charge on my account. There was. I immediately emailed the business to cancel. Then, I immediately called the business. I spent 25 min on 1-800-361-7978 with a call rep. She read the same short script multiple times. She said she was not authorized to make a refund. She put me on hold and claimed she "chatted" with refund authority and was told not to issue a refund. I asked to be escalated. She said she could not as she only had "chat" access. I asked for her name and employee number. She would not provide. I asked for an email from the company explaining the decision. She would not provide. All of this is exceptionally unethical, if not illegal, given I called within 5 minutes. It seems many complaints have been made against this business.

I would like to give it zero stars, but I couldn't submit the review. This website is a total and complete SCAM! Do not buy "tickets" from here. I ordered "tickets" at a ridiculous price and kept getting e-mails saying the tickets were released and to look for a link in an email. That e-mail was never received. When I checked on Ticketmaster, the seats I allegedly purchased weren't even available. Had to go through my bank and close an account to avoid auto payment for something I never received. SCAM! Stay far away and do not utilize this site.

Beware of Event Tickets Center’s Pricing and Marketing Practices. I recently purchased a ticket from Event Ticket Center, believing I was buying from an official vendor. Their website was the first result in my search, and since I was looking for a ticket to a specific event, I assumed they were the primary seller. However, I later discovered that I had paid $181.55 for a ticket that another vendor was selling for $62.50—nearly three times the price!

The site was efficient with the purchase process. But it is WAAAY too overpriced, feels like a middle-man highway robbery. The face value of the 2 tickets I bought for a Phil Hanley comedy show was $60. On my credit card the charge total was $250.00. So if you're rich, then go ahead and burn money by using this site. Otherwise take the time to find other ways to get the tickets. This site should be called the Rip-Off Center (ROC). Stay away IMHO.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I supposedly purchased tickets for a show recently and got some emails about them releasing my tickets to Ticket Master. Day of the show I logged in and couldn't find any emails with tickets from this company, nor did I find any tickets in my TicketMaster account. As I struggled through emails, presenting them to the ticket taker, she finally told me that if I purchased tickets anywhere other than TicketMaster, that I did not actually purchase tickets. So, I had to then buy another ticket at the box office. When I called the company, the rep told me I was supposed to go and accept the tickets from their email for my tickets to be transferred to TicketMaster. Furthermore, when I purchased the tickets prompts made me believe I was actually purchasing the tickets from TicketMaster. I was not. Will never fall for this scam again.

SCAM! BEWARE! I didn't look close enough when I searched for an event and accidently clicked on Event Ticket Center's site, thinking it was the venue's ticket selling site. I overpaid by $130 per ticket! No luck getting my money back. Lesson learned.

Ordered by mistake since I misread the dates and asked for a refund immediately since the say the offer 100% money back. They email me saying that they do not refund tickets. I would not recommend this site to anybody since they also charge prices way too high even when the event is booked. The only reason I ordered with them is because it was the first site that came up.

Like others have said, this site looks like you're buying from the venue but charge astronomical fees and do not immediately send you your tickets, they simply say "you will receive them before the event when you purchase them." Those are totally unacceptable business practices.

This company is scamming hard working people out of HUNDREDS of dollars. DO NOT USE. They also have not flexibility around any type of refund for any reason whatsoever. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced from an organization, bar none. Straight out lying to the customer and recording the conversations without consent - which is ILLEGAL. Also customer service representatives hanging up on customers when they had NO SOLUTIONS. Truly, the worst company I have had the displeasure of working with.

I typed in a Google search specifically for the event and location I was looking for. The marketing algorithms did their work and it appeared that I was purchasing tickets directly from the venue, but I wasn't. When making my purchase, it tacked on a significant amount of extra fees, including a $10 delivery fee to email me the tickets. I never knew I was on a resale site until after the purchase. The site isn't as misleading if you do not type the event and location so I think I hit the perfect "misleading" storm with my search.

Fraudulent business practices. Misleading advertisement. 2x-6x the actual ticket price is charged through this business regularly. Check reviews on various platforms to confirm. I don't recommend purchasing tickets for any event from this reseller. Oftentimes tickets are not guaranteed, and if you do get them - rest assured that you just paid at least triple the price VS the official venue website.

Brought tickets to a musical 4 months in advance and they notified us the day of the show that those seats were not available. They gave us a partial refund and tickets to new seats. Went to got see the show and the tickets they provided us were invalid. Called and they would not give a refund and said tickets were valid when they were not. They will investigate. Customer service sucks. This is a scam.

Followed venue site, got hijacked by them. Paid $175 for $50 tickets. Yes I did get them and went to the show. However, I'm really missed that these thieves are allowed to do business. I doubt they pay their taxes on the $125 extra bucks.

The tickets on the main event page were $11 and on ticket center $115. Make it make sense. Of course I wanted to get a refund and they don't issue refunds even minutes from purchasing. I think it's scammy and users need to be protected from this. Because it was placed high on the list of sites and similar to Ticketmaster I didn't think twice to check elsewhere first. Do not use them.

I can't stress this enough—this "Ticket Center" is a complete FRAUD. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and steer far, far away from this site. They deceptively pose as Ticketmaster in Google search results, tricking unsuspecting users into thinking they are a legitimate platform for purchasing event tickets. Don’t be fooled—this is not Ticketmaster, nor is it any sort of trusted or reputable ticketing service.

I paid $50 PER TICKET service fee + $10 delivery fee for MOBILE ticket delivery. My tickets were only $130 each for bad seats (not their fault) but to tack on $53 per ticket for simply creating a marketplace is preposterous. Use StubHub or Gametime instead. Way better, way cheaper. Also, they disguise themselves as Ticketmaster- scammy.

What a disgusting business. Running a sponsored post on google to scam people out of money that they would have paid to the original seller. You should be ashamed of yourself. Google should be ashamed for doing business with such fraud. All in all. Stay away and report everywhere.

If I could give this less than one star, I would. First of all when I placed my order it was placed under a completely different name from mine. Second of all I was charged a service fee (which is fine) and a delivery fee. (Let me remind you that the delivery fee is them just emailing it to my email so I got charged $10 for an email LOL) and another thing I noticed is that they often create fake accounts to give themselves good reviews! It's shameful and I believe everyone should know that this ticket website is a scam! They overcharge and under deliver. Oh and they don't allow full refunds, hmm I wonder why LOL.

This company is a ticket reseller. However when searching for a show they give you every impression that they are the main ticket office. I bought a pair of tickets and soon learned that they were a reseller. The base tickets were marked up from face value and then they had a massive service fee then tacked on a delivery fee on top of it. Once you purchased you have no option to cancel or resell. They then inform you that you will not be able to download your tickets until the day before the event.

I purchased two tickets for Valery Meladze for Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 8:00 PM Copernicus Center in Chicago, IL. The purchase was made on 11/25/24 at 2:50 am MST. The order number is #**. The tickets were supposed to be $176 each according to the CHECKOUT page. The fees were NOT broken down on the Checkout page. I saw $352.00 on the right side highlighted (SEE SCREENSHOT). It was hard to notice the total of $474.59 at the bottom only as the font is the same and absolutely nothing is highlighted.

I purchased tickets through this site for a local theater. They charged an egregious 70% markup for tickets they could not even confirm were in a decent area of the theatre. This site is a total scam. The money does not go to a local theatre. This site should be taken down.

I purchased tickets through Event Tickets Center. The receipt said my tickets would be delivered the day before the show, this seemed suspect. I was patient, they didn't arrive in my account the day before. The day of the show still no tickets. I emailed Event Tickets as well as MGM Fenway music hall about the tickets. I received a generic auto generated email from Event Tickets saying the seller had not released the tickets. So I began my 3.5 hr drive to Boston the see the show worried that I was being scammed. I called Event Tickets on my way down, I was again told the seller had not released the tickets and was given a guarantee they would arrive in an hour, mind you the deadline for arrival was 3:30 pm, doors open at 7 pm.

Awful! I bought tickets to a show and didn't realize my friend had already bought me a ticket. So I went to return mine, because I paid almost $8 extra for the insurance. I called a number and got directed to another country answering phone calls. I could barely understand the man the connection was so terrible. He gave me some bogus "claim number" and I couldn't figure out what to do with it? I have emailed the company multiple times, no response. I also realized that I had paid 3x as much for my ticket through this site than my friend did. And when I looked two days later on their site, the tickets went up $20!! Do NOT buy your tickets here!!

Stay away from! Scam! Double the cost you would pay from the venue with added fees. No refunds since everyone would be requesting a refund once they realize they are scammed. Terrible customer service, no managers available to speak with. Tickets don’t get delivered until the day before the event and you don’t even know what seats you are in, so no way to know they are valid.

One star is way too high for this shady company. They are scalpers to the end, I am talking at least 200% or more. Their customer service is a joke, I'm surprised they even have people to answer the phones, I almost think no answer is better than the help they give. Avoid! You are better off buying scalped tickets at the door.

We ordered tickets for a comic coming to Chicago three months before the event, received an email receipt/confirmation and paid in full. On the DAY OF the show, we went to receive the tickets electronically. When we got an error message we called customer service and was told “the supplier couldn’t fulfill your order”. What!?! Waiting to see if we get a refund and missed the show. I will never use Event Tickets again and will also contact the Better Business Bureau.

I was searching for tickets online and I "thought" I was purchasing them directly with the Cleveland Orchestra on 10/18 for an event in December. They have an unfair and deceptive way of marketing that makes it appear they are the original vendor. I was originally just trying to get my tickets swapped, but once I found it was a third party vendor, I immediately asked for a refund. Since they are scam artist and want it to be "perceived" they are the original vendor, they refused to refund. They told me I could "list the tickets for sale online". Requested to speak to a manager, manager refused to get on the line. Completely fraudulent 3rd party company. DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THEM!!!

I bought tickets from them at the price that is twice as high as other event ticket sellers. Hard lesson for me. Will warn as many people as I can. Do not buy from Event Tickets Center! Do not buy from Event Tickets Center!

This is scam, never make any purchase or even look on the website. You can't cancel the order even in less than 12 hours. This site is ran by people taking advantage of people. They just play games and set you up to take your money.

Awful company. Expect to pay tons of fees. No refunds, obviously, since they know they're scamming their customers, and that'd give people an avenue to fix that. Customer service is incredibly hostile.

Scammers!! 5x more than average tickets.. Their site pops right up under a sponsored site looking like ticket master.. I definitely was overcharged and they refused to refund me minutes after the order.. They charged me 48.00 x 2 processing fee which never showed in the cart. When I asked for a refund, one lady hung up on me when I called back. They offered me half of my processing feedback only.. So I now disputed with my bank.. DO NOT USE THEM AND TRIPLE DOUBLE CHECK THE WEBSITE YOU'RE ON!!

In response to BBB's request for their response to a pattern of complaint, they boasted about a 4.5/5 Trust Pilot review, but don't be fooled by that...Trust Pilot has marked their record with a warning that the company uses unsupported methods to collect reviews. Go figure. They're unscrupulous and deceptive. A class action is pending in California regarding their sales practices.

The prices are ridiculous. Three times the amount if you just go to the venue and buy it, they’ll save money. When I realize how much more it was, I tried to call customer support and get a refund, but they say all sales are final. They did take some money off the final price, but it was still triple the amount of the original price.

Total SCAM. Stay away from ordering on Event Tickets Center as I ordered 4 tickets ($279.23) for the Sky vs. Fever and the electronic tickets never were forwarded to me. After several phone calls (originally purchased in Feb/2024…details below) to my bank I was finally overridden and had to pay despite not being able to attend as I never received tickets.

This business is terrible! They somehow redirect you from the site you think you’re buying on to their site and then they charge you 3 times the price and then there’s a hidden service fee. My service fee was $101! So for 2 $40 tickets, I paid $442! I will never purchase from again, as I didn’t mean to the first time. Everyone needs to be extra careful to make sure they aren’t redirected to their site. I hope there ends up being a class action against them.

These guys are sharks with levels of shadiness I have not seen. After buying tickets for a kid's event that was canceled due to weather severity and being sent home, they say they ran a show at midnight but didn't need to tell anyone. So buy at your own risk. These guys are one sided and it's not the customer's side. They ignore emails, they refuse to let you speak to a mgr, they refuse to work with you once they take your money.

Such a scam! Bought my tickets in October 20 23 for Tyler Childers at the Gorge in Washington playing August 23rd at 5pm. Was supposed to get my tickets in my email August 21st and no tickets, Call them and they couldn’t give me an answer as to where my tickets were. Called them Thursday. Still no answer Friday. Still no tickets. Didn’t go to the event as it is a 5 Hour drive and my tickets were delivered to me TWO HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT.

I was on the Ticketmaster website and was in the middle of purchasing. I was on my phone so I didn't realize but it redirected me to Event Tickets Center and I hit purchase and it ended up being double the cost of what I thought I was purchasing from Ticket Master. Super shady. Then got an email from them saying the tickets were no longer available and I wouldn't be charged but my PayPal was still charged.

Event Tickets Center are nothing more than online Thieves. I made a purchase and within 10 minutes noticed that the game was out of state. I sent an email asking for a refund only to be told that it was my fault. I made the purchase, no refund would be given though I could try and resell them. Their customer service is a joke. After careful review I will never use this company again and will also advise my friends to do the same. Basically they are THIEVES!!!!

Definitely should have bought direct from Ticketmaster instead of using this service. Bought two tickets from ETC then later on bought 2 tickets to same event from ticketmaster. First off second two tickets were 30 dollars cheaper, same concert all gen admission. Secondly concert ended up being canceled and rescheduled was able to get refund right away from ticketmaster and it looks like I'm going to have to eat the 170 I spent with etc. My fault should have read the reviews. If I had a way to attach the email correspondence I had with them I would.

I had an awful experience with this company! They sold me tickets with the wrong date and location, completely ruining the surprise I planned for my boyfriend. Avoid their website at all costs. It’s a scam! Never received my tickets.

All sales are final, do not expect any cancellation allowed regardless if your event is months away. Updated on 08/15/2024: On Saturday August 10, 2024 I went to the booth for entry to the event and was refused tickets for admission because the tickets were not in my name.

Triple charge in tickets? How is this even legal. I bought them thinking it was a VIP ticket for that price. Turns out the PGA is $85 a day not $330. No wonder they are still alive as a company. No refunds. Not a single supervisor to talk to? Absolute trash and scammy. They need to be taken down.

Site borders on the edge of being a scam. Tickets are upcharged, almost tripled and you are hit with a bunch of fees. All sales are final verbiage is not immediately noticeable and all the agent could do is offer a refund on fees. I placed a call to vendor 10-15 minutes after noticing error, and I was told “oh well”, essentially….

Trash company. Trash customer service. Trash fees. They sell tickets they don't own and add fees that would make TicketMaster blush. Their site does have disclaimers, but they use pop-up windows to obscure them. Very deceptive.

I purchased tickets for my wife in December, 6 months before the show. I received an email confirmation the day of but then when I tried to pull up the tickets in the email, it took me to a message that said someone else's email claimed the tickets. They did not tell me this and I never received a refund for my money. It was a complete shocking surprise that I learned as I was taking my wife to the show.

I mistakenly bought tickets from this site thinking I was directly buying them from the venue. I read all these horrible reviews on how it was a scam so was very nervous. Called customer service to ask some more questions, wait time was minimal and customer service was helpful. I showed up to the event fully expecting them to tell me my tickets were not valid and we got in with no issues. After fees it was actually $25/less a ticket than if I had purchased through the venue. Maybe we got lucky, but everything worked out great for us.

Don't buy tickets from this site. I bought tickets to the 2pm show. When I checked out it changed the times to 730. When I went to the box office I showed them what happened. They also clocked 2 and got changed to 730 at checkout. I called event tickets and they only offered me a $42 refund on a $215 purchase. The customer service people were very rude. Don't get scammed

This place is buying the tickets and hiding as a third party resale site to sell them at a markup. If you accidentally buy these over inflated tickets you’ll have to put in a credit card dispute and claim fraud. They will try to make you buy other tickets at a rip off price to bait and switch you from getting your refund. They NEVER REFUND MONEY. Buyer beware!!!

This website is a scam. Not clear on any part of the process of purchase. Won’t refund tickets that are supposed to be retrieved at the day of the event which is months from the date of purchase, no digital tickets available. I don’t understand how they’re still stealing money from people. Absolutely horrendous experience.

This is a scam. The ticket cost is highlighted in bold numbers while the much greater total is listed in unbolded text in the middle of a paragraph which is a clear attempt to conceal. They also don’t list the service fees which is against the law in North Carolina. I have filed a complaint with NC Dept. of Justice.

Bought two e delivery Willie Nelson tickets in another city. Bought plane tickets, took off work, rented a hotel. Day of, literally hours before the concert I get what look like spam emails with many spelling errors asking me to consent for delivery. Thinking it’s a scam I ignore. I get a call two hours before the concert. Someone calling from a third party is talking to me about a delivery and keeps cutting in and out and varying volume in their call. I hang up thinking it’s another spam. Out of curiosity I check on my tickets on Event Tickets Center. They’ve been cancelled in the last hour and a refund already processed.

Just like many others on here I just got scammed big time. I wanted tix to a local event of a long loved band. Searched for tickets and this was the first site that popped up. Thinking it was like Ticketmaster or something I clicked on it. "Only a few left" had me buying quickly. Paid $148 per ticket. After another $130 fees I am in for almost $800. Found out the venue has their own site and the tickets are $40 each. I'm furious. Tried within 5 minutes of purchasing to cancel, but nope, no cancellations. There is no way I will ever use this site again. What a RIP OFF.

I would give TicketCenter zero stars if I could. It's a total scam. Tickets are legit but I paid twice as much as I would have on ticketmaster. I was in a rush and not paying attention so I paid for it. There are no refunds given at all - so be careful. They're not a legit reseller, they just broker transfers I think and add a hefty price tag!!! Should be illegal. Stay away.

I purchased tickets for a local event and Google directed me to Event Tickets Center as the first option. I paid $55 because this event is very important to me and their site claimed tickets were "selling fast," and "few left," only to find out later that the event had its own website. On the event's website, there were many MANY tickets still available in the same section and row as the tickets I purchased for only $25. After the overpricing and fees through Events Tickets Center, the price I paid for this small-town event nearly tripled.

I would love to give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE! I usually avoid second hand sites like this, but somehow this slipped by. I paid over $200 for a $54 ticket. Somehow I got scammed by this… but here we are. I don’t know if the original owner of the ticket profits from this, or Event Tickets. Either way avoid this site. I looked for a concert and found one in San Francisco. I bought the ticket thinking it was in San Francisco. A clock was ticking down that possibly made me not notice the essential detail of the location. I later found that the concert was in Los Angeles. Lost $150.

I was directed to this site via Facebook advertising an event. I ended up paying 4 x’s what the direct website tickets and fees were. It was a complete scam, and I did not realize it. The fees were outrageous. I was given the impression that the tickets were scarce and this was untrue.

I went to get tickets for a comedian coming to town. I put in for just one ticket. Their price was $130.68. They're saying the actual ticket price is $99.00 and their service fee is $31.68 + tax. I went to the venue's site and tickets are $32.00. Unreal!

This website is a SCAM. They charge way more than the actual event ticket page. Pay close attention that you do not end up on their page for tickets. They are a third party scam site, they do get real tickets but overprice them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Their business practices are extremely immoral and unethical. I have asked for a refund multiple times with the same response. The tickets for the event aren’t even officially on sale yet. What a scam. So I paid for tickets that quite literally don’t exist. My favorite part is when I called them the guy said “I believe you think we’re fraud”. Shocking how he said that so easily and assumed what I was thinking. Obviously a usual complaint from them. Because they are definitely fraud. I have gotten in contact with people who are discussing suing them. It’s insane how long this has been going on.

The ET website offered premium priced tickets (for the venue I was interested in), at a higher price (which I purchased) but I discovered the venue only offered one class of ticket - General Admission. ET charged me $378 for 3 tickets which I found available for purchase directly from the venue for $25 each. So I was charged $302 more than the venue charged and the venue had plenty of tickets available. If you discover you have grossly over paid, ET will tell you that the fine print on their checkout page says "ticket prices may be more $ and there are no cancellations". They spend heavily on Pay-Per-Click Marketing so it appears you are buying from the venue. This is a bad company with questionable ethics.

My daughter ordered tickets in error and requested a refund within minutes. They refused to issue a refund. They charged $71 for each ticket plus a $26 handling fee for each ticket.. The tix only cost $31 at Ticketmaster. These people are resellers of tickets that they purchased from Ticketmaster.

Purchased tickets to an event. When contacting the venue for information regarding accessibility the Venue reviewed the tickets and informed me that this was a fraud. The tickets would not be accepted and that I should request a refund once I contacted the company. They asked me to provide additional information which I did directly from the venue, stating that their tickets were not Valid and they were fraudulent at which time Events Tickets Center refused to refund our $1000 that we paid for the tickets. This is fraud, fraud, all the way, the "representatives" are criminals. Beware.

We purchased 2 tickets for a show in March of 2024 and 4 days later we were notified that the event was rescheduled for October 2024 (7 months later). We are moving out of the city, where the event was to take place, at the beginning of June. We notified them immediately, but they only provided us with a link to resell the tickets (meaning they get paid a processing fee twice) at a loss to us. They assured us the tickets would still be good, but what good does that do if we can't go? We are now expected to travel from one city to another?

On 1/31/24, I set out to purchase 2 tickets for an upcoming event at a local venue. I searched the act and found the tickets I was looking for with a company called "Event Tickets," albeit at a pricepoint much more than I had expected. After making the purchase for $131 per ticket, I received a confirmation email, but there were no tickets attached to my order. The email had a caveat that informed me that the actual tickets would be available by the date of the event. I then searched and found the venue's website and discovered they do NOT accept tickets purchased through this company, "Event Tickets."

First of all, we purchased the insurance and the payment didn't go through to the insurance company for the event, but they charged us for both. They took the money, but the insurance company said it was never paid. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything and this is 10 minutes after making the reservation. What a scam!!

I paid for two tickets, row AA, first row. I paid over $500 a ticket. The event was very special to me. When we picked up our tickets at the Box Office they were for row H. There was nothing that could be done on the theatres.

They charged me more than double the ticket price if I ordered it through the venue itself. And they fully denied any possibility of a refund. Say away at all costs! When in doubt, always try to order through the actual venue hosting the concert/event/show.

I ordered tickets for the Ballet in Toronto for Christmas Eve's showing of The Nutcracker. I ordered the tickets through their website on November 18. I received a call on December 23 one day before I am suppose to go see the show and I am told that I was sold the wrong tickets and that they do not have any tickets for me. They offered me a refund or a credit both of which did not compensate me for my time, babysitter that was booked, or the emotional detriment to having lost the chance to celebrate Christmas Eve with my wife by taking her to the Ballet. A simple refund doesn't compensate for the lost opportunities to make memories with my terminally ill wife. This company left me completely disappointed and I will never do business with them or recommend anyone buy tickets from them. It feels like a scam to say the least.

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAM!!!! Spent almost $1400 in WWE tickets. Disputed charges with credit card company within 24 hours because I asked for a refund while it was still in processing stage, within hours. They do not offer refunds once you submit, as per terms and conditions state. They do offer a resale of tickets for the money back. As I am disputing the charges with my credit card company, they resale my tickets to someone else’s. They also, did not provide full documentation to my credit card company and the email that I sent to them. Now I am going around in circles for the money back on my resale of tickets. This has been going on since August. I did buy the tickets through Ticketmaster with insurance for $800 on the same row, as per my credit card company suggested I do because we were in dispute.

Just ordered tickets through this place- it gave me trouble at first and I blamed it on wifi. I have been able to download my tickets to my Apple wallet- but they’re from Ticketmaster? Also says I will receive my tickets by March 2 of next year and the concert is on March 22 of next year. Does this mean my digital tickets aren’t any good and to use the ones that are suppose to be mailed? Everything looks legit on Apple wallet and ticket master app. I’m just confused as to why I paid on event ticket center but everything is on Ticketmaster app. Paid A HEFTY PRICE TOO. While they "might" provide value when tickets are sold out, always check with the venue or the band website FIRST! This organization uses marketing tactics like "inventory low" to get you to purchase from their site and they pay for being the first site on your search. The mark up when going through them is over 300% and that's not including service fees. I made the mistake and hoping to prevent others from doing the same. Always check the venue site or band website FIRST!

Selected what I perceived to be inexpensive tickets for a show with my daughter. These seat selections were intentionally listed below venue listed value. When the email arrived with the confirmation the tickets were for the completely wrong time and exponentially higher price than listed! I immediately contacted the ETC within the hour to say the time was incorrect. (Accepting my foolishness of using this vendor) They said, I see you didn't select the optional insurance. We will not issue a refund. This was not my mischoosing! Aside from exorbitant fees not immediately disclosed, there is no ability to see (true) seat availability or subsequently choose seats. And then to be issued tickets for the wrong show time!! Complete scam! Do not use this dishonest company/service.

We ordered 3 tickets to Disney on Ice at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City. They claim the tickets will be delivered the day before the event by email. We were advised (by their email) to open our tickets at the venue. Well only one ticket was there. It was a nightmare - a 3 year old very excited to see Disney on Ice. Delta Center couldn't do anything for us. So I sat with my grandchild on my lap while my husband had to wait in the car. Never again would I order anything from this company!!!! Be aware. Plus the tickets were way overpriced!

I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience with Event Ticket Center. My main issue was the lack of transparency and control over the seating selection. When booking tickets, I was only allowed to choose the section, not the specific row or seat. This lack of specificity was a significant downside for me. Moreover, the ticket delivery process was highly inconvenient. I didn't receive my tickets until a day or two before the show, which was stressful and did not allow for any planning. The tickets also didn't come directly from Event Ticket Center but from a third party, which was not clearly communicated beforehand.

This site is predatory in the fact that they charge an exorbitant amount and also don't guarantee your seats. There is no reason to use them ever. They try to look as official as possible so you will think they are an official site.

Purchased 4 concert tickets but never received them. Was told tickets will arrive just before concert date by email but nothing arrived. Tried to call their phone number without success. Never buy from this company unless you want to lose your money like me.

I purchased tickets to see Rob Zombie in Las Vegas for his Halloween show paired with Alice Cooper. An hour before the show I got an email saying Rob Zombie canceled due to laryngitis. I went to the show where I was given a piece of paper stating he canceled and was told at the venue we would receive a full refund. Upon contacting Event Tickets Center and sending them all of the documents pertaining to the cancellation they said there were no updates in their system about the show being canceled and will not be issuing a refund! Words cannot describe how angry I am. Do not buy from them!!!

I have been helping a friend request a full refund for tickets for a postponed event. The tickets are for the Avenged Sevenfold concert in San Diego. The concert was originally scheduled for October 7, 2023, but was postponed to October 26, 2023. My friend could not make the new date and timely requested a refund from Event Ticket Center. My friend is legally entitled to a refund for a postponed event under California Business Code 22507(b), which states "The ticket price of an event which is POSTPONED, rescheduled, or replaced with another event at the same date and time, SHALL be fully REFUNDED to the purchaser by the ticket seller upon request within 30 calendar days of the refund request."

This company is a total ** scam. They overcharged me for tickets and added a bunch of fees that I didn’t see until the purchase went through and didn’t allow me to refund them, even minutes later. And they NEVER sent me the tickets. If this has happened to anyone else you should reach out to me because I will be following through with suing them.

I thought I was buying tickets from the venue. After comparing notes with a friend attending the same concert, I realized I mistakenly purchased from a broker and paid waaaay too much for the tickets--almost 3 times what I would have paid directly from the venue. When I contacted them less than 48 hours after my purchase, they refused to issue a refund. This is criminal! According to GA law, the company is required to disclose the difference between the prices charged at the venue vs. what this reseller is charging. They do not. I am furious and the company is less than helpful. I am escalating legally.

Their website is nigh impossible to navigate confidently. As an older person, I had serious issues and wasn't sure of what I was getting as far as the correct dates I wanted to take my little one to see Disney On Ice. You can try to click on seating but you really don't know where you are sitting because it doesn't give seating numbers so you don't even know if you are sitting together.

This company is criminal and should not be allowed to do this. They get their business by screwing over regular people and stealing their hard earned money. I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased tickets for Tool and felt I did my research but I went to look up the price for tickets on the venue website, and I realized they took advantage of me and I paid 5x the amount I should. Any 5 star reviews about this company are from the company themselves paying people to get their average rating up.

Did not purchase anything from this company, noticed a fraudulent transaction on PayPal to this company and contacted them within 24 hrs for help. Explained the situation, but this company denied my refund and had the gall to tell me to drop my chargeback and let it go! Can you imagine!? They outright stole $276.40 from me! They were completely unsympathetic. Still trying to get my money back with paypals help, but be careful! I have never even heard of these people, but no one will help you and they will charge you money and then bully you into dropping a chargeback from your bank.

Event Tickets Center sold me tickets for an event that did not exist. When I attempted to request a refund, they stated that they needed "proof" that the concert did not take place. I provided a link to the Kentucky Opera website showing all performance dates and times. They then stated "Unfortunately, we have been unable to find any indication of the event being canceled or postponed through the link you shared with us". Unbelievable, since the link clearly showed exactly when each performance took place - none of which matched the tickets I bought. A competent ticket seller would know when the events they are selling are held. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

This site is a total scam. They charge double the face value for concert tickets than the venue did and the fees on top of it were just as much as the tickets. The site bombards you with popups telling you it will sell out and there are 'limited tickets' but it does this for every event on the site. Reading the fine print they even tell you that they charge 'ABOVE MARKET VALUE'. Stay away from this site. It's a total ripoff.

This place is a complete and utter scam! They sold me $20 worth of tickets for $430 under the guise that it was LCD sound system when actually it is some dance. They won't refund the money and are a complete rip off scam! Do not purchase anything from them unless you like throwing away money, being lied to and being ripped off! They absolutely are criminals and belong in prison! I see tons of bad warnings and reviews on other review sites yet their overall rating remains high? They are rats!

(If I could have given this 0 stars I would have). I bought overpriced tickets for a concert with insurance, and when I got to the concert I could not pull up the tickets; nor could the person I shared them with pull them up either. We went to the ticket help center and the employees could not get our tickets to pull up either. Our only options were to walk out after traveling to the state where the concert was at or buy new tickets, which is what we did. I then got the manager's contact info at the place of the concert for what had happened, and was told if the ticket company had issues with why I wanted a refund to contact her.

They have a $10 delivery fee for an electronic ticket. If you do call them, they are the least helpful that they can be. Use TickPick instead and save yourself money and a headache! After a lengthy discussion, they offered me 11% refund thinking they were being helpful.

I purchased tickets here a little sporadically to be fair - I ended up paying 300% more than the same tickets on Ticketmaster. Stupid on my part - but the fact you can't refund them speaks to how sketchy they are and their answer of why they're so expensive is that prices vary from vendor to vendor. I'll remember to think twice next time about where to buy tickets from - and never will from Event center again.

Don't buy tickets often so when I clicked on the event I got this site. Totally my fault but paid 2 1/2 times more for tickets than should have. I will not use again, should have known better. It offers refunds for a fee, that was the warning. Once you buy it's no refund. 266 dollars for tickets that were 24.50 each (2). Like I said, my fault, live and learn. Do not buy from this company, you can get it cheaper.

This company is sleazing its way to the top of Google searches and pretending to be the artist's official website and ** people with their prices. Double the charge for the actual tickets, plus hundreds of dollars in processing fees. It's disgusting no one is paying attention to this company and letting them steal from people.

I purchased tickets that have merchandise included in the package that is supposed to be delivered BEFORE the concert. I did receive an email with tickets but after calling to ask why FedEx is only showing that a label has been created, I was told the merchandise will be delivered AFTER the concert. Now, how do I know what not to buy at the concert so I don't later get the same stuff in the mail? I would have just saved the money and bought regular seats at the venue had I known that they wouldn't follow through.

Was quoted $250USD for an event in Toronto (Canada Soccer WNT vs. Jamaica, Olympic Qualifier @ BMO Field). Found the exact same tickets on Ticketmaster for $150CAD. Event Ticket Center would have cost me 2.23x more. Brutal.

This company is a complete scam. I was somehow redirected to their site, paid $440 for 2 seats that were $130 each. Then they charged me an additional fee for a whopping $605!!! I called & got nowhere. Make sure you're going to the correct site & not being redirected. I can't believe how stupid I was.

For my sons 16th birthday all he wanted was to see Baylen Lavine. I purchased 2 tickets from Event Ticket Center (paying $357). I was charged, tickets were delivered via email; all seemed fine. Fast forward to the night of the event- standing in line with his girlfriend, man scans the tickets and tell both kids they have already been SCANNED! I quickly send him the emailed receipt and (again) the tickets sent to me via email. Nope! Already used!

Paid double for a parking space and a hefty service fee, which totaled 3 times the amount of the space. Tickets-center.com came up on the same site of the venue, so I believed it was part of that site, but was very wrong. If I had checked directly on Ticketmaster, I would haven't paid so much. Can't get a refund for making a mistake...Going to do my diligence going forward..

This company is a SCAM!!! Tickets are marked up substantially with multiple extra fees and are certainly available much cheaper through the venue or any other seller. I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing tickets and there is no option for refunds, even minutes after the sale, although in my case my tickets would not be available to me until the day prior to the event. I could not even see what seats I had. I attempted to reach out to the company but only received a standard response stating that there are no refunds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

Pure scam: they work hard to pop first in your search, appear legit, and even deliver tickets. However, you’re much much better off buying tickets from actual event vendors, Event Tickets Center charges hefty overhead for literally no reason. I hope to be the last one who fell for this **- save yourself over 30% on the ticket prices.

I was trying to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster.com, but through some pop up trickery I was redirected to Event Tickets Center. This is basically just a ticket scalping site where people are setting their own prices and there is no regulation by Event Tickets Center or the original vendor. If you take the time to read the Terms & Conditions you will see that they legally absolve themselves from just about everything. Once purchased, another message appeared saying the tickets would not be available until two days before the event and that there was no guarantee the seats I selected would be available. If not, they would try to find something equivalent or refund me. No prior warning and they already had my money.

This is a fraudulent website. Purchased tickets in March with a promised ship date of August. Tickets were never shipped. Few days before the event, tickets are supposedly shipped but since I'm not home the days before the event to sign get sent back. Tried to go to the venue to see if they at least had transferred the tickets to no success. Wasted 450 bucks which I'm going to try to dispute. Stay away. This company is a fraud.

I bought my tickets on February for a show in August. The tickets were delivered to me two days ago, but I couldn't access it yesterday. I tried to call the service and a rude agent hang up on me after saying that it was my fault if I couldn't access the tickets anymore. The fulfilment centre is now telling me that they've contacted the seller but they won't refund my tickets or give me new tickets. We bought those tickets six months in advance as we were very excited to see the show. Now we can't buy any tickets and we are gonna miss the show as Event Tickets Center won't refund us or buy us new tickets.

On May 31st 2022 my husband and I purchased Rod Stewart/Cheap Trick concert tickets to be held at the Woodlands Pavilion on July 2, 2022 from your company via the internet. The amount for the transaction was $154.74. The order number is **. On July 2nd we went to the concert and logged into Event Tickets to download our tickets. However, the website would pull up only to give a message saying, “oops” something went wrong, please try again later. We notice two other couples had the same problem with your site once we were in the site. The lady who sells tickets behind the counter even attempted to download from the website, but kept getting the same message on your site. After many attempts and after missing half the concert she suggested to repurchase the tickets and get a refund at a later time. I have attached the two tickets we purchased in site.

This is a bad actor in a shady industry. They are using a series of unscrupulous schemes to deceive and abuse their customers. This includes manipulating their reviews, so don’t believe Google Reviews or their “guarantees.” There are hundreds of documented complaints against this company. Avoid them at all costs!

Wow we got scammed big time. We paid almost 1000 Dollars for (4) rodeo tickets. When we got to St. Paul rodeo I was having trouble showing my tickets. We went to the ticket center at rodeo and we’re told original ticket cost was 22 Dollars. This site made a profit of 900 Dollars. Who does this? So wrong in so many ways. I hope you read this before you buy. This company is a joke that needs to be punished for scamming people

Our teenage son ordered 3 concert tickets for us. I had already briefly looked at the ticket prices, so I had an idea about the cost per ticket (General Admission only). When I saw the charge the next day, my jaw dropped. They were more than DOUBLE what I found through the venue & other sites. (Obviously next time I will go over with a fine tooth comb & specify a reasonable website next time). I immediately emailed to explain what happened & although they were prompt in responding, they absolutely do no refunds since they have "Third Party Sellers". I disputed through my bank as well, but no luck, same story.

Ordered tickets to be delivered by email got and email with a link to get tickets comes up an error has occurred. Called customer service. After over an hour finally said, "We will call you back at this number within 48 hours..." Concert is in less than 23 hours. No tickets. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I went to this site to purchase tickets for a show in September. After submitting my order for reserved seats, I got a confirmation for Lawn tickets. I emailed multiple times and explained that I ordered tickets for reserved seats, I even added in screenshots of my selections as I was ordering tickets for friends too and took the picture to send to them. I was told it had to be my error. No correction and no refund. I was only able to try to resell them for what I paid minus the processing fees, leaving me, at the least, out over $200. I will not use this site again.

Anymore when I try to buy tickets on Ticketmaster, I get on and the stupid site crashes 10 times in the process. With your site, one try and I have two tickets to Megadeth! Sweet! I would make this transaction again, 10 out of 10.

The website was easy to use although I like to receive my final information in print before I have to fill out a form about my experience. It makes me nervous when I have no proof of my payment or tickets.

Simple and easy to locate seats and order tickets. Fees were not easy to understand until check out and more expensive than expected. But overall it was a good experience and I will use this service again in the future.

The fees seem high at more than $40 per ticket, however, the fast processing was helpful. I like the idea of event insurance and the price for that was not too high. I would likely use this service again in the future.

Very easy to order. I wish the tickets were available sooner for printing as I don't have a printer and will need to make arrangements to get it printed. This is an inconvenience, but otherwise than that, it was a very simple process.

All was fine with purchase and also the refund policy. Thought ticket price a little high to see Paul Anka but so be it. Looking forward to see a show after being house bound because of the Chinese Virus.

I purchased tickets for Ekali in NYC, and the event got postponed. However, now the event was postponed indefinitely, with refunds available from the original seller, but Event Tickets Center has been unresponsive to my email for a refund.

I purchased 3 tickets to a concert in June of 2020. Unfortunately it has been moved until July of 2021. My family and I are moving over 500 miles away and will not be able to attend the concert. After a 50 minute wait to speak with a very understanding and apologetic customer service agent, she explained that policy prohibits any refund due to a concert being rescheduled. I will be contacting the BBB and trying to recoup my money. It seems as though they are using Covid to keep people’s money.

Do not ever use this service. This company is using the Covid-19 pandemic to steal money from its customers without providing any services. I spent $425 dollars on tickets and fees for a cancelled concert and they refuse to refund my purchase. I called Customer Service after receiving an email to download my tickets to an event that I assumed had been cancelled and I had emailed customer service a week prior asking for a refund.

My event was postponed to one year from the original date, but Event Ticket Center refuses to refund my money. It seems as long as there is the vague promise that the event will one day happen in the far future, they won't refund my money, no matter how many times I request it.

Very easy to maneuver the site and make the purchase. Would have preferred paper ticket over e-ticket but did not appear to be an option. Not terribly good with cell phone but hopefully will figure it out resulting in success.
