The face value of the tickets are $16 each; yet the total cost (with fees, etc.) ended up being $83. I anticipated the total cost (with tax) to be on the order of perhaps $40. But, $83 in total is a rather remarkable markup.

This website is complete ass. Tried to buy 5 tickets, but the website only allows me to buy 4 at a time, but ASKS me initially how many tickets I want to buy. What kind of 2026-era nonsense trash is this? As a result, I had to make 2 transactions, 3 tickets, then 2.

Turns out I could’ve purchased tickets for the Chicago concert for half what I was charged, including $65 in fees. I ended up finding tix on Ticketmaster after I had already purchased them through Event Tickets Center. I will never use ETC again.

I recently purchased three tickets to a Mets spring training game along with prepaid parking. The game tickets were timely delivered electronically. Unbeknownst to me and without a clear statement the parking ticket (which I’m ashamed to admit I agreed to pay $117) was not going to be sent electronically, but rather UPS’d. I planned to spend the day before the game with my son and his family at his home about midway to the ballpark. When I didn’t receive the parking ticket, I was told that it was sent by UPS and if I couldn’t drive back home to get it, it was my problem. That was Saturday morning of the game. Do I run back home and miss seeing the whole game (paid almost $600 for the tix), no. Ended up getting a game day parking pass. I’m done with eTicketCenter. I now understand why the “e” isn’t capitalized.. Shame on them and especially their Chat help.

Well I’m not good with technology and I needed more time to figure out where I wanted my seats. But other than that it was fine. I needed to look at the layout of the theater to see what would be the best seat for the best price and I was on a time limit.

Make sure you own or have access to a printer. It won't say you need to print until after you've paid, so get ready for that. I would give 5 stars if the platform added ease to the buying process. In a world where scanning your phone to get into events is just the norm. Event Ticket Center is behind the times, and for how expensive it is to go to anything these days, they should be stepping up their customer experience.

I’m concerned that I will not get my tickets, and I don’t know my seat numbers. I’ve never bought tickets that I didn’t receive in a few days. And I’m sick that I paid at least $35 per ticket than I could have paid, had I booked directly. I did not receive the tickets, and it states I may not have the tickets until the day before the concert!

Horrible experience, because they connected me to Ticketmaster, and I bought tickets for the middle in the mezzanine, but they ended up giving me tickets at the very back when I called Ticketmaster to try to fix this or to see if I could do something else, they put us on hold for 3 hours after forcing Us to only talk to robots. absolute horrible experience. These ticket sellers are just middlemen that are unnecessary. And they're ruining family outings, cultural events... they're ruining the ability for regular people to have fun, and they're making everything impossible to afford. It's a really terrible experience, and Ticketmaster is a terrible business as an unnecessary middleman, basically a scalping agency.

I bought tickets on here for Monsters of Destruction. Two tickets cost me 151 and change and on the actual website of monsters of destruction they are only $25 dollars a piece. I got ripped off $100 bucks. I'm not happy.

I went through the entire check out process and checked out with 3 tickets. Received an email saying "You're going to see Hillary Duff!" Then 10 minutes later you guys emailed me saying they actually sold out in the meantime even though they should have been held during my check out process, and that you voided my tickets. HOWEVER I also bought the insurance for the tickets and that was not voided or refunded. And now you guys sent me another email once again saying "You're going to see Hillary Duff!" Asking me to make this review. Why even send that when it was voided and I'm not going to see Hillary Duff. Pretty rude tbh. Do better.

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this company. To begin with, the fact that when you think you’re on the theater’s website, this company is there to sell you tickets at THREE TIMES THE COST of the actual tickets!!! I’m not sure how they look at themselves in the mirror. My tickets were $44. They charged $136!!

Your website is designed to make people think you are the official ticket seller for the venue. When in fact you are scamming people to purchase tickets that they can easily get from the venue and your prices are almost 3 times higher.

Event Tickets operates as a scalping company. I believed I was purchasing through the venue’s official ticketing processor. After delivery, I discovered the ticket was tied to a different order number and another person’s name, and had originally been purchased for roughly one-third of what I paid. The show was not sold out. Identical seats were still available for more than half the price. This is not a misunderstanding — it is a business model built on consumer confusion and lack of transparency.

I purchased tickets from this company last night. This is a resale site not a direct ticket sales site. They are charging significantly more than Ticketmaster and are offering less desirable seats. I think all consumers and credit card companies should be aware. This is a not a good company and the customer service is terrible!

This site is predatory. I didn’t realize it was a third party seller and ended up spending twice the price for tickets for an event that was not yet sold out. And cancellations are not allowed. They do state that they are third party on the website but it’s not obvious. I regret purchasing through this site.

My tickets were not delivered when I purchased them. I have to wait over 2 weeks to get them and then I have to be sure to "accept" them. Not sure what kind of protocol this is but anytime I have purchased tickets before they were made available to me immediately. Oh, and then I need to create an account with Ticketmaster as well. I should not have to create an account to purchase something.

The site was deceptive insofar as appearing to be the venue. Cannot resell on the platform. Losing ~ 50% of my ticket price between their mark-up and the resale. They are particularly unhelpful via chat and there is no in person option.

This is a scam. They charge 3x venue prices and do not provide refunds. Do not use this company. They falsely state that the event is almost sold out and only 1 ticket is available. They all state that 301 tickets are sold for the event in the last hour, and that number never changes.

Feels scammy. I thought I was buying 2 tickets for $430. It was $430 per ticket. Because the seats were so bad, that pricing made no sense and was easy to misunderstand. I asked for a refund seconds later. Denied. They offered $150 back on a $980 charge. Legal maybe. Ethical no. Double check everything before you buy.

Checkout process was easy, the problem is that ticket information is confusing as nowhere do they mention that when tickets are emailed they may have someone else’s name on them and not the purchaser’s name. That is confusing and may cause people to panic as unsure whether they really got the correct tickets.

You will pay for tickets but not receive them. This company is not a legitimate ticket seller, and they repeatedly admitted this during an overly long interaction with their customer support team (ChatGPT). When you demand your tickets, they will claim they don't have them because they don't sell tickets. What? How does that work?
For clarity, they will tell you they are a "marketplace company" that facilitates financial transactions related to event-related queries on Google. As their customer service (ChatGPT) will remind you over and over again, they do not hold, sell, or offer services related to tickets. This, despite their website looking like the actual venue and listing events scheduled to take place. But before you buy anything, double-check the URL you are on when buying tickets!
When I realized I'd been duped, I tried to A) get my money back or B) get my tickets. They refused both. And for that, they repeatedly cited their policies to claim that everything is as it should be. My favorite part was when they tried to get me to "relist" tickets that they refused to send me to another partner company. Not sure if you can call this a pyramid scheme, or a scam, or what.
More regrettable is that my credit card company seems to agree that, even though I received nothing from Event Ticket Center, I have no recourse because "a service did take place." Again, that service was a transaction of money from my account into theirs. I failed to understand the company policy, which was that because I typed in my credit card information into a box, I received what I should have received. Meaning you are paying for a transaction. Not tickets. No tickets exist.
This is the new era of "how can we extract more money from consumers without offering anything in return." Imagine you go into Costco, you fill your cart, you pay for the transaction, then someone comes and puts everything back on the shelf, and they say, "We got your money, but never said you would get anything you placed in your cart."
I should have known better than to put my credit card information into this website. I was not careful and I got scammed, duped, or cheated - whatever you can call it. I learned a hard lesson. Thankfully, I did go to the actual event website and bought my tickets directly from the company, and I now have tickets to the event. You should do that too and save yourself the headache.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I purchased a ticket to an event last night. Received email this morning to claim ticket. Ticket can only be claimed on phone. App won't load on phone as it says it is for older devices. Paper ticket is not allowed. Only mobile for entry into event. I contacted customer service live chat 3 times and they all give me different links to claim ticket. Never could claim ticket. I asked for a refund and they said all sales are final. They will not give refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Avoid this site. I went through booking and there are no assigned seats yet for the event. I have paid for an event where I don't have seats booked yet. There has been no event booking so far I have seen without knowing exact seats in a concert. They will not give me confirmation of a ticket till day before event. This is a scam, all other event ticketing sites gives you confirmed seats when you book a seat, not an approximate location or a row in an event center.

My daughter purchased two tickets for us to an event at the Fulton Theater in Lancaster PA. The tickets were never issue. I called several times prior to the event and was promised they would be issued within two hours of the event start time. They never came. I drove to the event in hopes by some miracle they would be issued. Still no tickets. I called again and they wound up refunding the money. Totally ridiculous. Do not use this place for tickets.

Well I'm very disappointed with this company. We just comeback from Christmas Carol show at University of North Carolina Wilmington NC. The original price $26 for adult. Youth between $15 to $18. But Eventticketscenter.com charge us adult and the kids the same price $66 X 4. And charge us for the fees too. This is ripped off. When purchasing the tickets, Event Tickets Google search placement led me to believe I was on the official venue. Only afterward did I realize that Event Tickets is reselling tickets at nearly three times the original price, despite the fact that ample seats were available directly through the venue. While resale services may have a legitimate role for events with limited availability, that is clearly not the case here. Event Tickets presentation are misleading, and I consider this transaction fundamentally unfair.

This service basically resells tickets and you receive someone else's ticket once they arrange a transfer which may take some time. You will get a transfer request in Ticketmaster, and the tickets will have someone else's name on them. That part worked pretty quickly, someone transferred tickets within a few days. I bought the optional ticket insurance from Allianz, and was actually not able to attend the event, but Allianz, who charged me for the insurance the day I bought the tickets, says they have no record of it and to contact Event Tickets Center. In the same email, they asked for the details of my purchase, which I had already provided. I replied with the info again, and they sent the exact same response, asking for the same info again. I reached out to Event Tickets Center, who has provided no reply. With no response from either company, I'll be turning this over to the fraud department of the credit card used.

This was by far one of the worst ticket purchase experiences I have ever dealt with. I didn't realize until after I made the purchase how insanely inflated the ticket prices were. By then, it was too late because all sales are final. My only option was to sell my tickets via ticket to cash, which I of course lost money on because no one in their right mind was going to pay me anything close to the high price I paid for the tickets. This organization should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and I have every intention of telling everyone I can to avoid them at all costs!

I bought tickets for my wife and I, our daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. Their father is in the Marines and was suddenly sent overseas. I sought a refund for an unused ticket but never received a clear response. I did not purchase event insurance but thought you might make an exception for someone serving our nation who was dispatched to the Latvian-Russian border on short notice.

I had purchased my tickets early November. Day of the event my tickets were ‘unavailable’. I was offered balcony seats which were not ideal. Frustrated, I opted for a refund. Very disappointing. I had been looking forward to this show & my tickets weren’t released. This was all last minute as well. It was 3 hours before the show when this information was revealed.

I paid full price for a specific seat in row M for my seat to be moved to a completely different area. Why would I pay for a certain seat if it’s just going to be treated as a general admission? I wouldn’t expect me to purchase anything unless you are guaranteed your seat. When I complained and requested the correct seat or a partial refund they ignored me.

Booked my tickets 2 months in advance and was in Austin for the showing. I was told we were to expect tickets the day before. I never did and 3 hours before the show I had to call and see where my tickets were. I was in disbelief that an hour before the show they cancelled my tickets???? How are you going to cancel my tickets and NOT EVEN GIVE ME A GOOD REASON WHY?!?! UNBELIEVABLE. That was a birthday gift. Drove 5and a half hours. Please PLEASE do better at the ticket situation because that was a huge disappointment. 0/10 experience. :)

Overpriced re sell tickets, triple the market price. All they do is resell tickets, probably scalp them and mark up at hire price, Not good, borderline scam. Will not use again. Was a terrible experience trying to get money returned from getting scammed out of 56 bucks for a ticket. Spent 75. Ticket was 25 on other sites. Should of researched first. Lesson learned.

It was a scam, I was never sent my tickets and I had to dispute the claim to get my money back. It took me about 2 weeks to hear anything back from the seller, in which they response once but then when I asked for the actual tickets to be sent, they stopped responding. Bought the tickets officially on this website and it was a scam seller promoted by the website.

Buyer Beware! This was a total rip-off. I bought these tickets thinking I was on the venue site, but was actually on a third-party site. Had I purchased directly from the venue, the tickets would have been about $30 each, but I paid $70, plus fees. Didn’t realize this until after the event. Costly mistake.

Exorbitant fee, 100% mark up on ticket, terrible. Wish this platform didn’t exist. I paid $145 for a concert that should have cost me $64 (see pictures) because these awful websites exist that encourage people to buy up concert tickets and resell them. artist doesn’t see any of this extra money. Should be criminal. Let’s go back to old days where concerts were affordable and not a money grab.

The purchase of the tickets was fine. We got decent seats. I think the price was right, but how do you know? However, after purchase, the delivery is a real problem. I bought the tickets 4 months before the event, but the tickets were not issued until a few hours before the time we had to leave the house to go to the event, and then only after I called to inquire where my tickets were!!! Why the last minute delivery?

They wouldn’t give me my money back when I couldn’t go to the concert. I had to sell my tickets which I only sold 2 out 4 tickets and they took 10% from my tickets. Don’t go with third parties, go directly through the website for events. It’s impossible to get a refund.

I was not happy with this experience. Tickets were not provided until the morning of the event. This makes for wondering for a month or more whether or not I would actually get my tickets. I was told my tickets would be available no later than 24 hours before my event. This turned out to not be true - I didn't get them until about 14 hours before. This caused me to wonder whether or not I would actually be going to the event or not. Also, I do not think it is smart to wait until such a short time to provide customers with their tickets - as there could be glitches - what there is an internet outage or your servers go down or something - then customers are unable to get the service they paid you for. I have used other services such as Ticketmaster and Seat Geek, and I am able to see my tickets (and download them to my digital wallet) as soon as I buy them. I think this is a better business practice because I don't have to wonder whether something went wrong with my order or not. Service providers that don't cause me to wonder are the ones I would give repeat business to. Thank you very much.

Excellent venue, my only complaint is that on booking you couldn't select the seat leaving to sort that you only could select the row. Regarding the sound as the philarmonic was in a lower floor the sound volume level was not the best

I purchased tickets in the club reserve section in order to have easy access to food, drinks and bathrooms in order to not miss action during the volleyball championship game. During a tv timeout in third set, I ran up to get a pretzel, however everything was closed. When I inquired why, I was told the employees were given the directive to close all amenities and clean up for the evening. The match lasted another 1.5 hours with only access to food or drink in the main concourse. I could have saved a lot of money buying general tickets if I had known this was the policy in club reserve seating.

This is a bait and switch third party ticket scammer. The ticket "gets you in to the event", but you don't get the right seat. Their seating map is different than the venues established map making it appear that you have a much better seat than you do. They also charge twice as much as the venue does for deceit. Stay clear. Do your research. You'll be happy you did.

I was SCAMMED!!!! My bad for not paying better attention! I thought I was purchasing tickets through NW Ballet Ticket Center (which is what I looked up online). I received the tickets, but the price on my tickets are $35 each. So I did a little research.. this site is a third party seller and tickets were $94 through this site PLUS fees! I paid three times the amount for my tickets through Event Tickets Center. WILL NEVER BUY THROUGH THIS SITE AGAIN!

Gas South Theater is not wheelchair friendly. I had called ahead of time to make sure if I purchased some of the best seats that they would be wheelchair accessible. I was assured they would be. Once we arrived, they were not. There were steps. We were told we have to sit in the back in chairs placed there, not even Theater seating. It was very irritating. My view was blocked by someone's head. Then, though the costumes, settings, and acoustics were great, the performance was not about the Nutcracker at all. There was no story line, my mother keeps asking what was going on, why were there angels on stage, and where was the Nutcracker. Kudos to the performers, but for the price paid, this was not at all what I expected. Disappointed.

I was not aware that I was buying tickets outside the venue to which I planned to go. When I noticed my mistake I discovered that not only did Event Tickets Center charge me 2X the amount the tickets were priced by the nonprofit organizing the event, but they also charged me a $75 service fee of which I was not aware until I double checked my order. They eventually did reimburse the fee but refused to refund my ticket purchase even though the seats they originally assigned me did not even exist. That row had been removed by the venue. I am giving Event Tickets 0 stars and warning others that this company borders on being a scam.

When searching for tickets I intended to go directly to the event center. This website is a second hand seller and charged me double the face value of the tickets. I didn’t realize it until after the purchase. Did I get tickets to the event at my preferred time? Yes. But I would never go this route again because of the markup.

I will not order from Event Tickets again. I bought my tickets on 11/11 for a show in Charlotte on 11/29. AFTER I purchased the tickets, I was informed that I would not receive the tickets until 11/28, when I would get an email with instructions on how to download them. 11/28 came and went, no email. I searched Junk folder, nothing. I did online chat, no help. I finally called, and was told "season ticket holder had, at last minute, decided they wanted the tickets" (which turns out is a fat lie - there are no season ticket holder at this theatre). I ended up getting 2 tickets in balcony three rows from the top. I got a $60 refund, but that was a far cry from where my tickets should have been. I learned at Will Call that Ticketmaster is the only official seller; using ET or similar third party resellers is a crap shoot.

You ripped me off! You tapped into Croswell Opera House website and charged me $81 for a $21 ticket that I couldn't even use! You should be ashamed! I took my granddaughters to see Cinderella but after purchasing my tickets through what I thought was Croswell I needed to change the date we were going. Upon calling Croswell I found out that you had tapped into their website and I couldn't do anything with the tickets I purchased. I purchased 6 tickets for a 6pm event and received the typical confirmation email showing the seats and row I selected with the correct time slot. However, when I opened the e-tickets at the event to be scanned it kept reading “late time” on the scan device. Apparently this is because I was actually ticketed a noon show instead of the 6pm I purchased. Per staff this has happened on several occasions. Despite the customer service at the event being very kind and reseating us so we could still see the event we ended up missing approximately 30min of the event.

If I could give zero stars I would simply for the lack of information on how to get to the show. We showed up for the show at 7 and the doors were locked, no staff was available minus security who told us to knock on the door to be let in. We knocked several times- no answer. So we left. We checked the reservation details multiple times and it refers to admission instructions "provided in event details" but there were none. The only information available was that doors opened 30 minutes prior, which was posted at the venue but not on the site. We purchased stage-side table tickets for my fiance's birthday just to be disappointed and denied entry. Reach out for more details, because you won't receive them in your event ticket details and will likely miss the show.

The musical was amazing. But these were not the tickets that I purchased. I spent hundreds of dollars more to sit closer for a reason. The tickets I was sent were not the equivalent seats mentioned in the fine print. They were far higher on a completely different level. I didn't even see the disclaimer that tells you are not actually buying the tickets you select until I purchased them. But when I called customer service, to express my concern, the agent assured me that my tickets would be the exact ones selected and that I wasn't buying previously purchased tickets from someone else. But that is indeed what happened. My tickets were transferred to me from an individual. I could have purchased these seats for far less even from Event Tickets Center. This was a bait and switch and I plan to take further action.

Then Ticketmaster gives them the forum to get their money at a jacked up price. It is just another way for Ticketmaster to artificially increase ticket costs against the consumer and make more money in whatever Events Tickets pays them. My family had medical issues and I asked for a refund or possibly a transfer and I was told that that was not possible. I do understand that the tickets were non refundable however when they’re such a need, there should be a way to be able to submit medical paperwork or something along those lines For emergencies were urgent matters. I would advise to proceed with caution. This ticket center will charge you triple what you can purchase your tickets for at the actual venue's website. Make sure you are looking at the correct site before purchasing. Somehow the link to the Event Tickets Center will present and you think it is the venue's website. They take advantage of people and you will not get your tickets until a day or two prior to the event making it very unsure if you will even get them.

The Staff are **!!! We had tickets for the first floor. "Standing Only". We told them that it was not what was on Ticketmaster! We talked to four staff members, all said the same thing. We would be standing during a Lecture??? Advised that we should see if any balcony seats are still available. Extra 150.00. So we did. Turns out there were folding chairs for the Lecture. We could not get the money back from their Box Office. House of Blues does not train its staff. Don't check the floor for what event changes. It states we needed to be there at 7:00. Everyone in line was confused we stood there for 45 minutes waiting for the show to start. The show did not start till 8 pm. Also gave wrong info to other customers. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T GO TO HOUSE OF BLUES. LIKE they hire kids off the street hours before the show to manage the patrons.

I was trying to buy tickets for a small venue in Fort Colins Colorado called the Comedy Fort. Some how I got redirected to this ET site. It appeared to be the "official" site for the Comedy Fort. The site represented 2 priced tickets one for $75 dollars and the other for $150. Since I wanted to have the best seat possible I bought a pair of the $150 seats. To find out from the owner there is only one price for the ticket and it was around $25 dollars for General Admission. This feels like a scam and needs to be dealt with. Plus they were telling me that tickets were selling out and these were the last ticket available. The venue did not sell out not even close that night.

I bought the tickets for my son and his wife as birthday gifts to them both for the RPO Space concert on Nov 21st. They did not know it was postponed until they arrived. And were told that show will be in April 2026. They were given free tickets for a Latino Concert playing that night. That was a nice gesture, but not what I had ordered. Luckily my daughter-in-law teaches Spanish speaking children so she was able to understand and translate for her husband. I do hope they can still be allowed to use their original tickets for the Space show delayed now for April that I paid for, as they were told they could do.

I ordered 3 tickets in October to go see The Sound of Music at the Peace Center in Greenville SC on Sunday Nov 16, 2025 at 1pm. Cost was over $500 - I never got my tickets. I DID get my buyer guarantee refund which I am VERY thankful for. I was told by the agent (can't recall if it was my chat on Saturday or 1st attempt on Sunday) that they would refund it if not delivered in time AND I would be sent a voucher for 50% off another purchase. I was told on the 2nd chat Sunday that they regretted they were unable to reach the seller and would be issuing a refund - nothing more said of a voucher for another purchase. I was soo upset that I forgot to ask. Honestly not 100% sure I would've used it as this was a really traumatic experience.
It is sooo disheartening to know that people would do this kind of thing to trusting buyers. The Peace Center was totally sold out and said unfortunately they see it all the time. The show is going to Charlotte next and I am looking, but will defintely buy through the center directly. This has made me very guarded. The agent I chatted with said this doesn't happen often, but after looking forward to this for so long as a special time with my daughter and granddaughter - it was awful to sit at lunch 90mins before the show was to start and have to look across the table and see the wind leave my daughter's heart.

The Castellows show at Mercury Lounge NY was great. I give the show 5 stars and the venue 4 stars only because it's a little run down but hey it is what it is, a bar. As for EventTickets I'm not sure how to rate you. I realize you're a ticket broker so you are dependent on your sellers delivering. I did finally get the tickets 2 days in advance of the show so no lasting complaints but I did pay for them 2 months in advance. My understanding is the venue did not release the tickets until a few days before. I just wish there wasn't this long period where nothing seems to be happening. The link ended up coming through TicketMaster.

I would not trust this business. I ordered tickets to see The Outsiders for MAY 2026. Nowhere in the listing was it clear that these were obstructed-view seats. When I went to pick up the tickets, the obstructed view notification was clear. I refused the tickets and requested a refund. They basically told me, "Too bad, you bought them, you keep them." For a frame of reference as to why this is upsetting is that these are obstructed-view seats that I was charged 3 times the face value for. 290 for 2 tickets with face value of $57. While I was willing to overpay, I am not willing to pay almost 3x face value for obstructed view. The tickets aren't even that hard to come by. It was cool but the sound could be better. Very loud and over bassy. Vocals barely peaked over the music at times. Better equalizing would have enhanced the performance vale of the event. Other than that.. All good.

I was led to believe I was purchasing tickets from Funny Bone. The website said Funny Bone, but in actuality I was purchasing tickets for double the price from this service. While this process is legal, it is misleading and unethical. You guys are a scam. I spent $438 on tickets through your website. Then you didn’t even have those tickets available after I already purchased them. Luckily for me, because you didn’t have those tickets, I was able to get refunded my money. I then called the theatre hosting the event, and he told me, “sir, our most expensive ticket to this event is $114 after tax…. You can imagine my surprise after hearing this, knowing I just spent $440. Fortunately for me, because I didn’t get tickets through you, I was able to get much much much better seats, and for less than half the price. I wished to purchase tickets for Cantus at the Great Lakes Center for the Arts, and I thought I was in their website, but it was the ETC. The message was that there was a limited inventory, so I paid more than I would have otherwise. A month later, I happened to see that GLCA still had many tickets available. When my tickets finally arrived, they were at the very back of the auditorium, and I had paid 3 times what the original price was! I was able to purchase tickets up front through GLCA, so that my wife would be able to hear. This was the day before the concert, and there were still more than 100 tickets available, though ETC was still saying that there was a limited inventory! I understand that tickets can be more than the original price, but triple the value is outrageous!

This site is punctual and emails tickets quickly, however, their ticket price ended up being DOUBLE what the actual group I was going to see was charging. I have no idea how I went from their site to this price gouging company, but of course my purchase is non-refundable, so I have no recourse except to know that I will never buy from this company again. ***After further review, I paid DOUBLE the price for General Admission to get 'floor tickets' - only to find out that there are no floor tickets, and that everything is 'general admission'... What a rip off.

This company utilizes a combination of grey, coercive, and deceptive tactics to A. Pay to place their results above small, local ticket distributors. B. Lie to consumers, nudging them with falsified CTAs about "low inventory" which pushes customers to rush through the purchase process of over priced tickets. C. They intentionally create an environment where consumers are left holding the "bag" because they didn't read overly complex agreement. D. They gaslight customers when they realize they've been scammed.

Horrible experience.. Website misleading.. Doesn't let you choose seats.. No customer service would ever answer the phone.. The seats sucked and there was nothing I could do because as soon as they get your CC# they close the sale and don't give you an option on the seat selection. Would NEVER use them again

I searched for a show and clicked the first link, which had the name for the correct venue. I thought I was on the venue's ticket sales site, and had no idea it was a third party reseller. They listed shows at another venue, which I purchased by mistake. I called them immediately to request a refund, which they refused to do. I doubt they had actually purchased the tickets yet. They told me to resell them, but how could I when they hadn't delivered them to me yet? I looked up the price the venue had and it was less than one third of what I was charged. Tickets Center also tried to sell parking for $100 that is actually $12 at the venue. The site and its sponsored ad link were misleading and their support was unhelpful. I'm out $178 on two tickets to a show I cannot go to because it's across the country. They offered me "in store credit" of $75 but I will never do business with them again.

First off the show was absolutely amazing. The reason for 1 star is because Event Tickets Center charged me 90 dollars for 1 ticket when tickets were only 32 dollars everywhere else. I will never use Event Tickets Center again. I feel robbed.

The event was CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. I drove to the event 1.5 hours each way only to discovered a note posted on the window of the box office telling the MANY OTHER TICKETS HOLDERS WHO CAME TO SEE THE BALLET that the event was cancelled/postponed to February 18. It will be mid winter at which time I will not drive to the north pa to see a ballet.

Box office tickets for that show were $30 +$6 for fees. $36 total. I paid $170 per ticket going thru your company. Tickets were then purchased after I made a payment and put into my name. I should have done my research but looked like a reputable site. Charging someone 5x the ticket value on an event that wasn’t even sold out. I’ll never use this site again.

Ordered tickets for a concert that took place on October 21. I placed the order in August and was informed via the website that l would receive the tickets by Oct 19th. On this day, I did not receive the ticket transfer and called Event Tickets customer service. I was told to wait until the next day. After numerous communications with the customer service department, I still had not received my tickets on the date of the concert. That morning I was told that if I did not get a transfer email by 3:30 pm, to call them again. At 2:50 pm, I got an email notifying of a ticket transfer. The tickets were not the original seats I had purchased and I did not accept the transfer.
I called Event Tickets again and told them about the incorrect seats to which they stated it was a mistake and my correct tickets would be coming shortly and not accept the transfer. I stated I would wait maximum 30 minutes and would call again if nothing was received. After 30 minutes passed, I had not received any additional emails or my correct tickets. Finally, I informed the customer service rep that I wanted a refund and would not be accepting the alternate tickets.
This experience was frustrating as ultimately I was unable to attend the event. At this time I am waiting for my requested refund. I am hoping the refund process will go smoothly, but I am skeptical and I am prepared to get my refund. Overall I will never use this third-party service again and be more careful to ensure I am purchasing tickets directly from the concert venue.

The day that we were supposed to go to Miami to watch the Mets versus Marlins game was the same day that our area got put into a hurricane warning, and the storms were so bad we could not travel safely on the roads. I called and messaged trying to explain the situation and all I got was friction on the other line stating that’s not their problem and I can try to resell the tickets on social media when we’re not even from that area. So we didn’t get to go to the game and I’m still having to pay for it because they basically told me it was not their problem. Very unhappy.

The tickets they sold me could not be used. I tried to get in with my iPhone and the ticket displayed. They scanned the square box. They told me the ticket was returned and that somebody else’s name was on. I had to buy tickets from the box office over and above this purchase. It was cheaper. I am trying to get them to refund my money, but they are very slow and seem to be convinced, it’s not their issue. They are wrong. All I can do is wait for an email from their investigation. I purchased tickets 6 months before the event. 3 days before the event they said there was a human entire error and my row B now have to be changed to nose bleed. The customer service rep MJ, said I didn't understand how things worked and the venue made the change. Lie! I called the venue, they said that would never happen, vendors do that. Hello, Thanks for asking for a review. I finally got the tickets and went to the show, thanks. But the process was awful in my mind. I first got the tickets, that I saw on my TicketMaster (TM) account. Then 3 or 4 days before the event, they were removed, and I got an email from TM saying there was a fraud. They said I had to buy them back again on their site. Then you guys sent me some tickets again. So I was confused and afraid of a scam. I don't understand why this all happens. And how there are a lot of bad reviews on that process. Anyways, I'm not sure I would recommend..

You defrauded us. My wife and I are in our 70s. She just got out of a 3-week stay in the hospital. We clicked on the seating you offered because she cannot stand. The venue did not have seating, and we ended up with standing-only tickets. You also charged us double for this fiasco. $312... when the actual prices were $116. I'm contemplating turning this over to my attorney. I spoke with the venue staff, and they have contacted the governor's office to see what can be done. I understand this is not the first time. This may also qualify for Montana's elder abuse laws, which are very stringent. By the way, we couldn't stay for the concert, so we paid $312 for nothing.

I agree with everyone else who reports that this site is an excuse for scalping. Why is it allowed to operate? I paid about twice as much as I should. It is disgusting that this site will yet scam artists from anywhere in the world purchase tickets and they resell them at ridiculous them. I wish I knew how to get a site like this shut down. If industries complain about AI companies stealing IT, why don't they do us all a favor and go after Event Tickets as well?

Horrible customer service.
- Tickets don't give you seat number, only section and row and you won't find out until 2 days prior to event when they send you your tickets.
- Don't buy tickets and have friends buy tickets individually and expect to sit beside each other, you can't even find out seat number.
- When requested within 5 minutes of making the purchase and asking to cancel transaction. I was told no, they won't refund. (Other sites gives you a grace period of a couple of hours or 24 hrs to cancel purchase.)
Based on all the reviews here, there clearly don't have a great reading with a poor score of a review.

The tickets were sent to a pre-populated email address that I haven't had for seven years and has never existed on the phone that I ordered. I ended up being out of town and not able to go to this event. But I wouldn't have been able to go without technical support and I emailed the technical support and didn't get any help anyway. I thought at least I could sell the ticket. I was never able to download it. It kept telling me my email address, where I received the transfer notice, was not associated with my account. I am not someone who struggles a lot with technology. This was not an easy platform.

I was unaware of their games. I paid more than double for one ticket (65 instead of 29) and a markup of 200 on another. Learn from my mistakes. These secondary markets should be illegal or, at the very least, come with warnings in the search results to protect consumers. Don't make my mistake.

People screaming and yelling, standing up in front so we could not see. Did not not enjoy the concert. The acoustics had too much base. JJ was great but we left after three songs. Will not be coming back to this theater.

Very bad experience. I paid my ticket three time more expensive than it have to be, 127$ US to normally 40$ US. Seat number not mentioned on the ticket. Hopefully I found a free seat. The website didn't function to upload the QR code.

While the venue and show were great, I learned a valuable lesson. Do not assume that you are ordering directly from the Venue. I was very disappointed when I realized that I paid $156 per ticket, while the actual cost was $45 per ticket. More than TRIPLE than the actual cost. This is price gouging and should not be allowed! I'm chalking it up as a lesson learned.

I was very concerned to find out the tickets I ordered would not be available to right before the event. I was able to order tickets from another source that let me select the seats I wanted and tickets were available right when I paid for them. I sent an email to customer service over my concerns for their order, but never received a response (concerning a refund). I never used the tickets from Event Tickets but used my other tickets from the other source (and never received a refund). Not a good experience.

I did not receive my tickets. FedEx tried to deliver them while I was working they sent them back. I called and was charged an extra $20 at FedEx was to send them to the Walgreens in my area. My boyfriend bought tickets for the Styx concert at the TVA Fair from Events Tickets Center. When we tried to get in, we were denied & told our tickets were scams & the ETC site is a scam. Armando, with customer support chat, said we had to provide email proof from TVA that we were denied entry. What a ridiculous request. We went through all the plans to go to the concert, sit in traffic & deal with the crowd, only to get turned away. ETC says they provide a 100% refund if their tickets are not valid, but now we’re at home during the much-awaited concert and we got NO HELP from ETC or Armando. STAY AWAY FROM EVENT TICKETS CENTER!!

I purchased 2 tickets on August 29th for a concert happening October 21st. The website clearly shows ticket delivery and/or download instructions will be available August 30th. Never got that email. Called one of the many phone numbers on that website and was told that I should have gotten them. Red flag is now up! I said "cancel the order". Rep told me I can't do that and he can't do that. Hmmmmm. Not as advertised and item not received.
As I paid through PayPal, I filed a dispute. Went back to Event Tickets Center website and see that my order was cancelled and they will contact me to discuss refund. Never happened. Hmmmmmm! Then I get a email from PayPal denying my dispute and favoring Event Tickets Center. Event Tickets Center responded to them that I received the tickets. I escalated to a claim and sent screenshots of the purchase order stating order was canceled from Event Tickets Center to PP. Waiting on their decision, again.
I don't have tickets or directions on how to download them to my phone and none of my money was refunded. Called another number on Event Tickets Center website and rep tells me I would get the tickets the day of concert. Hmmmmmmmmmmm....!!?? He also said that he can't do anything until PP makes decision. He also stated that the delivery date was a "estimate" of delivery. There seems to be so many "middleman companies" involved with Event Tickets Center that it's impossible to get a honest answer or resolve a issue. This company, and I use that term loosely, is shoddy, scam-like, deceptive and thief-like. STAY AWAY PEOPLE....!

I got to the show realized tickets were only $30 each and I paid you $69 each. That’s more than disgusting.
