2 things I noticed upon checkout: (1) after “downloading” the tix, I was not able to put into my digital wallet and had to print them. Not sure if I did something wrong or not but if so, the process was not intuitive and (2) the tickets had amounts printed on them and a name different from my name or the amount I paid. Why the difference and what does the information printed on ticket mean?

Horrible nightmare!! I’ll work my media team to tell truth and avoid your company! You screwed me on tickets!! Take care.

I am 67 yrs old and had the worst experience trying to do the transfer of tickets and only ended up with one in my app wallet and so nice. It is an early purchase. I will have to rely on this app. Don’t know if I actually have correct information for entry.

Wasn’t familiar with this site. Didn’t know tickets were resale tickets. There should be a disclaimer telling customers. Ended up purchasing a ticket with someone else’s name for double the going price.

It was good. I will do it again over and over to buy tickets.

I went to the Funny Bone Richmond Va site to purchase 2 tickets for Don DC Curry, the tickets were $58 apiece, plus tax and insurance. Roughly $150 total. At the same time my wife went the same site and the tickets were $27 apiece.... I called E-tickets and the said, oh there could be an upcharge.... That's totally ridiculous. And I couldn't get a refund.... Never again.

I should have never bought tickets through Event tickets center. Ticketmaster is $40 less per ticket. Event tickets center is a scam!

This was a ripoff. I was not given the option of choosing the performance and ended up with a band that I had no interest in seeing. Then I had to go through the whole process of selling my tickets thus losing money.. Never again. At least I should have been give the option if changing venue. This is a total ripoff!!

Was not a good experience for me. 20 min after purchase I realized I didn't get the seats I thought I purchased. They were standing only seats. I have very bad back and knees and I cannot stand for that long without extra pain. Immediately tried to change or even cancel and was told no can do. I had purchased ins to boot so I would be covered if we missed show for one reason or another. Very poor customer service. Will never use them again!

Easy to navigate. Can't wait to attend this concert.

I hope I never have to go through Ticketmaster again. After I paid for the tickets I was informed I had to join Ticketmaster to receive my tickets. It took me over four hours to finally join ticketmaster. Then I was told that I could not print out my tickets, but had to receive them on my cell phone (which I never use). Thus, I asked my son to help me and finally after 10 hours I have my tickets on my phone. However, I have three other people who are going to need to use these tickets. Now we all must meet at the gate to go in!!!!

Absolutely criminal, charging double market price and encouraging panic buying. Intentionally building their website to look like ticket master and claim limited supply of tickets. Terrible customer service.

Terrible! I was upcharged over $100 per ticket! The initial page indicated one of the two nights was about to sell out (found out later the theater had plenty of seats left) so I tried for good seats on the 2nd night so we could see our son perform and got a ticking clock and many areas not available for 4 seats together causing me panic to make a decision. Long story short, I wound paying more than double the ticket price I would have paid had I found the theatre's page which I honestly thought I was on. BUYER BEWARE and check your site to make sure it isn't 3rd party.

Illogical process leading to inconclusive results. It is not very difficult for companies to interact with patrons online for confirmed actions; airlines to Amazon do it every day. This process is convoluted and illogical, I shall not patronize this again

Although Event Tickets Center appears to have posted, in multiple places, that it is a resale site- it is still deceiving. First off, your attention is directed away from seeing this notice immediately when you get on the site because your hit with pop up windows saying “tickets selling fast!”, etc. in order to create an extreme sense of urgency for your event… What this site doesn’t properly convey is whether or not there are still face value tickets available for the event - leading the consumer to feel that these tickets are all that’s left. I stupidly bought two tickets for my event on this site, then found them for half the price directly through Ticketmaster - at face value. You cannot return a ticket purchased through Event Tickets Center - so it is what it is.

I bought two tickets for an event in November in Kelowna. The site was difficult to navigate: the box on the left showed sections and rows randomly. When I chose the one I wanted, I was not given the option to choose the actual seats. I still have not received an email confirmation, although I see that my credit card was immediately charged. Not a slick process, especially given the price I paid. Ironically, this review gives me the option of attaching a receipt. I'm still waiting for it...

It was a lot of work. Thought I was buying tickets directly but they were actually from resellers. Had to jump through quite a few hoops of selecting row and # of tickets, accepting, paying, transferring. It was not until the very end that I learned which actual seats were assigned. Not the ones I wanted! Then I still got more external texts and emails requiring me to do more accepting and transferring. Next time I'm just calling the box office.

Upon checking out I did not receive a seat assignment! This was troubling and when I went on the CHAT I was told "the broker will give you a seat when you get your ticket Sept.15." The concert is the 16th. When I questioned this she kind of scolded me with how reputable they are, etc. Still, I am worried about this as when I checked that row, SECTION B, ROW FF, later that evening, there were no seats available, on several websites. I am still wondering and worried about having a specific seat. What's the deal? I'm not adding my receipt. But these are the facts.

A deceitful organization full of worthless individuals whose sole purpose is to deceive the public. Shame on everyone involved with this scam. Prices are needlessly inflated and the site is designed to inveigle buyers.

My experience was unbelievably poor. I purchased tickets for a very specific row. My husband and I have medical conditions that can make busy outings challenging. We found this particular row at the Spokane arena makes us feel comfortable. For whatever reason, without informing me prior to processing the ticket sale they changed our seating. Upon requesting the correct tickets I purchased be swapped back I was told “it’s an upgrade, nothing we can do. Sorry”. It’s not an upgrade for us. In my opinion if a customer purchases a specific item that specific item should be delivered not changed without warning or consent. My receipt states I purchased seats in our favorite row and I was sent tickets in a different row. Completely unprofessional.

Easy to use event tickets. Hate it when it’s complicated!

Had high hopes this would be positive, but the end result was anything but. When attempting to retrieve my purchased tickets using the provided links to claim the tickets, each time I was greeted with “You have no tickets”. Even after using both a secondary PC and login, I still received the same result. After additional research, I discovered the whole process has been flagged for multiple incidents of fraud. I will never use this process again.

After buying tickets from this site accidentally rather than from the organization….I realized I paid about 75% MORE than the real ticket price and was then made aware that the organization does not accept third party, but only physical tickets bought through their organization. These tickets are a SCAM. I have already contacted my bank.

This should be criminal. They sell tickets at double the price and when you realize that they won't refund your money. Just buy direct from the venues and never support these guys.

Bought tickets months in advance. Tickets won't be released until the night before the show. They won't disclose the actual seat numbers. Told them I needed an aisle seat. They appear helpful, but don't resolve anything. Will never do business with them again. Shady.

Within 1 hour of my review being published I received confirmation that my tickets were available and had to jump through hoops to retrieve them. A very cumbersome process.

Absolutely terrible experience. My partner purchased tickets for several concerts. After the first set of tickets did not arrive electronically my partner spent several hours on the phone with these people. Total waste of time. They are a complete ripoff. Please tell everyone you know about this outfit. Please also complain to the venue directly. All venues should be proactively warning their customers about this unethical and questionable vendor.

I will not give any stars for this experience! I feel that I've been robbed! Last December, I purchased 2 tickets to an upcoming concert in Phoenix. They were for a Christmas gift. I paid $487.20 for 2 tickets in so-so seats. It took me a long time to pay off... Anyway, when I went to download the tickets, I discovered that Ticketmaster is selling them for $79 each (not including service fees)!!! I contacted Event Tickets and was told that once I purchase the tickets, I've agreed to all their terms and conditions (does anyone actually read every line of this BS from top to bottom?). I know they are technically right, my bad! But I'm still pissed!! BEWARE of event tickets! It's a scam!

Scam site. I made the mistake of not fully researching my ticket options and paid double for worse seats. Make sure you are working directly with the event space, not this shady reseller.

Easy to find wonderful seats and Easy checkout. I will use again.

First time I bought tickets to this type of event and after I purchased the ticket I realized that I was charged 3 times the face value of the ticket. This by no means was a reflection of the baseball club. But definitely a reflection of buying third party. Please do your due diligence in making sure you are buying from the club and not third party!

Event Tickets is a scam. They never send tickets. Do not buy from this company.

Don't know how we missed that this site was a ticket resale site. This is the site that came up when I searched for an event we wanted to go to. We paid $262 total for 2 tickets to a show. The face value of the tickets we received were $84 total. What a ripoff!

This was the first link that popped up when I searched for concert tickets and I did not realize this is a sponsored third party vendor. Once I realized, I could not cancel the transaction and ended up paying almost double the amount for tickets than I would have on the proper venue site.

Considering that the price per ticket is roughly twice to three times more than other locations, I guess checking out was smooth. No idea where I'm sitting. Just told I have a row number.

Maybe this is just been used specific, but I was not able to choose my seats. Moreover my tickets are not going to be available to print; I will supposedly get them emailed to me only one day before the performance. Not good.

Very easy system to navigate. Received electronic tickets same day with no issues.

A complete rip off. Never received tickets. Have spent the past two days. Emailing customer support only to be told. They’re on their way at a certain time and when that time passes, the tickets never came.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option!! Worse experience ever. I bought 2 tickets from ETC on top of being way over priced (mistake on my end because I was excited and didn't do enough research) The event was saturday at 9pm, it was postponed due to weather, I didn't get an email or notification from ETC until next day sunday 9am (after I took a 2hr drive to the venue to find out that event is postponed). Event got postponed to the following Sunday and because I had other plans I was not able to attend, I tried to resell the tickets which ETC emailed me saying that reselling is an option and they recommended a third party that they work with, I couldn't for the life of me transfer or share the tickets with ANY selling platform.
