Checkout experience was OK. I don’t like that it doesn’t tell me what exact seats I have though. And the fact that I have to wait for two hours before the show to receive my tickets, is not a great experience. Wish I had just gone through the venue instead.

This BEWARE!! I was sent the wrong tickets. I got tickets to Shaina Easton when I ordered The White Album concert. I explained what happened and requested either a refund or an exchange for a the White Album, Beatles tribute band. I was refuse. Shame on them! Furthermore it is less expensive if you buy directly from the box office at the La Mirada Theatre.

DO NOT buy from them! They more than double the price, are not fully transparent about how the fees are so high, and you are stuck disputing the charges via your credit card company because their customer service is all scripted nonsense to avoid their intentionally deceiving sales practices.

This was a classic bait and switch. I selected and paid for seats on the main floor. I received tickets in the nose bleed seats with a difference in value of over $900. Total scam. No not use this company.

Easy to select tickets and they did offer the ability to sort low prices and best value. I think it could have had a feature what my view would look like. But overall a good experience. I didn’t get tickets immediately so just waiting for those.

My wife surprised me with tickets for my birthday. She didn't realize that this was not the official seller for the event/venue. She bought widely available tickets months in advance that are still now available a couple days before the show. Through the actual venue, these tickets are $35.99 with all fees included. This predatory website charged her $74 per ticket PLUS a $50 "service fee" - $215 in total. Now instead of being excited for the show, she feels bad about getting taken advantage of and it is going to ruin the entire experience. I wish these places would be put out of business. One fine line away from being a complete scam. Dirty business/owners. I hope you guys step barefoot on a Lego.

Quite literally sold me table tickets to the wrong music venue, and the correct venue doesn't even have tables. This is a shoddy scam scalper company. Never again.

ETC was horrible to work with on my purchase. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I orders 2 tickets for a soccer game and realized immediately that I had ordered tickets for the wrong city. I contacted ETC right away (within minutes) and asked for a quick cancellation. They didn't get back to me until the next day and said sorry there was a no cancellation policy. They said only thing I could do was accept the tickets and try to re-sell them. The guy I spoke to was extremely hard to understand on the phone during the call. They said you can sell them through us at ETC if you set up an account online. I attempted to set up an account and it never worked. It keep saying try back in 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Lesson learned. An expensive lesson but none the less.

This is a complete scam. With the recent lawsuit against Ticketmaster, I hope Event Tickets rethinks their misleading purchase program. I purchased a pair of tickets at twice the cost of the face value. On top of that, my tickets were delivered by an individual. Who I presume, purchased a mass amount of tickets to the event to resell through Event Tickets. Lastly, I am not able to attend due to an unexpected death of a family friend and their “insurance” provider will not cover that. Third party associations to ticket purchases is a complete fraud and I hope all fall in line with Ticketmaster’s suit.

Confusing. I’m hoping that the scan I took was the correct way to get my tickets. It’s cumbersome. Difficult to select the seats I wanted and I’m not sure that I did. Also, the second level of security that required checking my text for it was unnecessary. Additionally, I was irritated that the site tried to get me to create a password and username to download their app which I didn’t want or need. That just generates unwanted emails in my inbox. Other online ticket purchases are much more user friendly.

Super unhappy with the customer service.!!! I searched for best seats available for a concert at Fenway and it gave me front section seats near stage. I only knew the section and row area for information. I then checked out, and only then did I receive an email with the exact section with seat row and numbers. Come to find out the seats are in the ADA wheelchair accessible section. They legit say T6WC Row 3 seat 5 on the ticket meaning turf section 6, wheel chair, row 3. I obviously had no idea this was the ADA section until after I purchase. I immediately emailed customer service and explained that I needed to cancel my tickets.

Event Tickets Center is a SCAM!!! Do not order any tickets from them!!! I recently ordered concert tickets on their site and was billed $412.00 plus $82.40 service fees and taxes which totaled $535.19! When I received the tickets and downloaded them, I found out they were only $45.00 tickets. I called them and they refused to do anything about it!!! DO NOT ORDER TICkETS FROM THEM!!

This company is ridiculous. I selected row 2 tickets and was delivered row 18. When I contacted customer service immediately they continually gaslit and told me I selected row 18. When I wrote reviews they finally contacted me and said they would refund me but I would have to accept the tickets. Um no. Just pull them back which I'm sure they did. On top of that, they continue to try to charge my credit card. It should be illegal for them to do that and they need to stop.

If I had checked with Ticketmaster first, I would have avoided paying double the price; the way event tickets center charges. I will make sure to go to other vendors first before making this mistake again, and hope my review is a warning for others looking for concert tickets.

Check out one fine, but I did not like the timer on it. I would’ve liked to have searched a little bit more before having to be locked into these tickets.

I ordered and paid for nine tickets. Someone transferred 5 tickets to me. Not sure what to think about getting the remaining four I paid for.

I was able to choose my row but not my seats. I wanted to buy seats next to friends that are going, but now I am sitting twenty seats away from them because of the limits of the sales page. I had to wait until the tickets were delivered to find out exactly where I was sitting.

What is the shady sounding offer at checkout about getting reimbursed $15 or $40. I couldn't tell if I was getting tricked into agreeing to something. So I backed away....

Be careful of this company as they charge you double what the ticket is worth. We paid for 2 tickets - they charged us $179 for each ticket (x2) plus $71.60 service fees plus $17.66 taxes. When we received the printed tickets the ticket price was printed as $89.50 each. So, they charged us double per ticket plus their fees. We reached out to refund the difference, but they provided a classic cop-out to justify their prices by saying "We are a resale marketplace, not the ticket seller ... and final prices may be above or below face value". Feels like I've been scammed.

This is a Rip OFF site. I paid $146.00 for tickets that actually cost $26.00 and there were plenty of these lower price tickets for this local event. If you want to spend lots more money, and don't mind being SCALPED, then buy from ETC. Otherwise, AVOID them like the plague and buy from the source of the event and get the standard price. Again, this site is a RIP OFF!!!!

I purchased tickets for an upcoming hockey game. They took my money. Then I received a phone call a day later stating my seats were unavailable. The voicemail they left me stated my seats were unavailable even though they were at time of purchase. They offered a small discount on seats 2x as much. No thank you for the voicemail and taking my money. Won’t be purchasing ever again through here.

I paid for my ticket and you said it was sent to me, but I still don’t have it. I tried to call for help and waited for 30 minutes before hanging up. So now I’m waiting for customer service to help me and luckily I have until May 8th get it.

Fire beware, stay away from this company. Fraudulent and misleading business practices. They make themselves appear to be official ticket sellers of the venue, but they are not. Ticket price are well over face value, and according to information on their website, they might may not even be valid upon arrival at the venue. By then it is too late! Stay away. Zero stars.

The site showed there were only three places in the event that were side-by-side seats for two people. Thinking if I didn’t purchase them right then, there would not be any available. The cost per ticket was $78, not counting fees, tax, etc. When I reached the event, there were hundreds of seats available. I could have gotten a seat most anywhere for $30!!!!! I will NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!

The process was smooth. Too smooth actually. I didn’t realize I was on a resale site. I thought I was on a theatre approved site. I overpaid by three times the original price! It was too late to get a refund because I accepted the terms. Lesson learned.

You guys are thieves. The theatre I bought the “Hair” tickets for is a non profit, volunteer organization. Their tickets cost $46 for every seat. You charged me $240. 80 for two tickets. (You charge more the closer the seat) I was next to the last row. Shame on you. They are a bare bones operation. I didn’t realize this till I got to the box office 20 minutes before the play started.. Why don’t you pick on someone who can’t get rid of your thievery because they are so poor. Someone huge with money and lawyers to shut you down.

I am dissatisfied. This website posted tickets using iconography similar to Ticketmaster and I ended up paying 2x the cost of the same ticket. I would appreciate an option to sell back and repurchase at a fairer price. Otherwise, I will not choose to use your service ever again. And will tell all of my associates.

Do not buy your tickets from Event Tickets Center! I have called and emailed them to try and get the tickets I ordered transferred to me, but I am not able to get the tickets. They send the request to Ticketmaster, I check my ticketmaster account, and see I have tickets to claim, try to claim them and nothing happens, no tickets. Event Tickets Center is a scam.

The face value of the tickets are $16 each; yet the total cost (with fees, etc.) ended up being $83. I anticipated the total cost (with tax) to be on the order of perhaps $40. But, $83 in total is a rather remarkable markup.

This website is complete ass. Tried to buy 5 tickets, but the website only allows me to buy 4 at a time, but ASKS me initially how many tickets I want to buy. What kind of 2026-era nonsense trash is this? As a result, I had to make 2 transactions, 3 tickets, then 2.
