This was an easy process purchasing the tickets. However, I think the service fee is way too high. We were last minute purchasers, otherwise, I would have never paid that amount for processing. Thank you for your services. We will visit your website again in the future.

So I get the regular price for the ticket ($64, fair), and I understand a normal fee for processing (because you have to pay the people who process the transaction), but I find $21.12 for a service fee to be wholly unacceptable. AND PER TICKET! You're telling me that of the final price of the ticket I purchase, 33% of that price is for PROCESSING?! And then you have the gall to charge a $7.95 delivery fee, WHEN YOU EMAIL THE TICKETS TO ME! Why would I ever want to use this site again with a $21 service fee per ticket?

This was extremely easy to navigate around and quick to be able to purchase the tickets. I hope that the Thomas Rhett concert is as simple as this to get around in. I have never been to JQH Arena. I hope that the parking and walk to it is not a hassle. This will be the first concert for my children.

Fast and easy! I would definitely tell my friends, in fact I have already notified a friend and is currently looking into purchasing tickets for the same event. I would use Event Tickets Center in the future for all future concerts and sporting events. Please send me future events for upcoming concerts and sporting events.

Ordering was easy. But, I think it is crazy that you charge a $20.00 service fee for each ticket. Not impressed!!! If this wasn't one of our favorite bands we would not have gotten the tickets because of the outrageous fee.

It's my first order on this site and my first concert at the American Airlines Arena. It's regrettable a package with ticket for concert and parking is not proposed on the site. I will be at MIAMI for this concert. I hope everything is OK.

I did not read all of the instructions, but I believe that this is a great service. The people were also really nice and answered my questions with patience and excellence. Overall great service and smooth voice. :) Great experience and great free stuff!

This site was easy to use, and it was easy to get the ticket that I was looking for. I was able to check out within 5 minutes. I understand having fees associated with purchasing the tickets. However if I was having the tickets send to me via US Postal Service, I can see the cost for all those fees.

I didn't like the hidden charges! You tell me $58 a ticket then $7.95 service charge. When I got to the total it was so much more and it took me 3 times to figure out you had extra charges and what they were! Why not state that in the beginning? Aggravating!!!

Excited for the upcoming show and really glad that Event Tickets Center so easy to use and also continues to recommend shows that it thinks I might be interested in. I may not have known about this show otherwise. This will be the third show I've ordered through Event Tickets Center and I will continue to use them.

The site is very easy to navigate. I also liked that a picture of the seating was displayed. Very helpful for getting the tickets/seats I wanted. Will definitely recommended this site to a friend. I also noticed that the tickets themselves were a bit cheaper than other sites which was awesome.

It's a rip off when you don't mention anything about the $37.95 per ticket service fee until after you have entered all of your info including your credit card info. This is the first and last time I will do business with you!

The $31.35 Service Fee and $7.95 Delivery Fee for a $95 ticket is robbery. $7.95 to have tickets delivered via email??? $31.35 Service Fee that isn't even disclosed until the transaction is almost completed???? Looks like some consumer protection laws need to be updated!!

The convenience fee is outrageous. $19.96 per ticket and Delivery is $7.95. It's delivered via email which costs nothing. My total fee for 2 tickets was $37.87. That is what another ticket would cost preventing me from taking another person. Shame on these fees. And shame on the BMO center for not selling them at the box office fee free.

I thoroughly enjoyed purchasing tickets off of this very easy to use website, eventticketscenter.com. The $25 rebate option is very cool to add to orders especially for people who have not used this website to purchase event tickets in the past.

Easy to operate and search. Not accurate map of the seats available however. Seats purchased in Row B were highlighting Section B of floor map. Processing fee of $20+ PER ticket is outrageous. Maybe I should have purchased the slightly more expensive tickets from a different site with a smaller processing charge.

It was a surprise to see the service price tacked on during check out. The fee is outrageous! I am still in shock. What customer service is required when I do the leg work? Am I going to be paid for processing my own ticket?

I found using the website was easy. I creating the account was very easy and choosing the seats was clear were easy. I compared the cost of tickets at other vendors and ETC was within the total price range I was willing to spend. Because of my experience I would recommend this site to others.

I was shocked to find out that there was a $29.04 fee per ticket added on to my ticket purchase. I find it disgraceful and disheartening and will never get tickets at the Bergen Preforming Arts Center in Englewood, NJ again.

Was able to get tickets to see Three Dog Night at Emerald Queen Casino on NOV. 11, 2017. I am so excited to see them in Tacoma and did not have any problems with ordering the tickets and to see the best location for sitting.

How do you justify charging $30 odd dollars on service fees, AND THEN $15 for delivery of tickets THAT ARE PAPERLESS??? That's highway robbery in the 21st century, absolutely ridiculous. This is bad business practices all over the place.

Very happy. We love the concerts and the concert hall. You can see from every seat. We have never been close and this time we are. My husband is hard of hearing so this will be perfect for him. I know we will enjoy Terry Fator.

Easy process and cheap tickets! I would recommend to a friend! I love Tim McGraw and am so excited to finally have the chance to see him in person! It's going to be a fun night and something I will remember forever but was not crazy expensive!

Great experience, easy and fast process. The system is excellent since it did not freeze or re-download the process. Excited for the concert and I will be happy to make other ticket purchases. I think the rebate is a good way to reward the buyer since not only do we pay taxes for the tickets but also other fees.

I think you should disclose upfront in the ordering process what your "service fees" are going to be. It was a huge surprise to me to learn that you would be taking on $26.73 per ticket as a service fee. Not good!

Don't like the late email delivery system to theater tickets. Should be sent within a 5 days when purchased is completed. Should change policy. It's too much of a delay for a ticket purchases to actually receive them. Short of having access to email during the holidays, etc.

I was charged a service fee that equated to 1/3 the ticket price AND a $7.95 fee to email the tickets to me. Customer Service Rep was no help. Rest assured this will NOT happen again...mother's desire or not. So pissed!!!!

When ordering tickets for Rent at the Univ. of AZ Centennial Hall the seating location on the initial screen did not match the seating listed in the order window, ie Orchestra Row FF changes to Orchestra Left Row FF. Not the same location. Having a per ticket service charge of $18.50 is one thing but then to add another $15 delivery fee for electronic tickets is a ripoff. I'm very disappointed in the UA for using a ticket provider that is inaccurate and rips off the customer.

I cant believe I have to pay $38 per ticket for the service fee. I ordered online which didn't tie up any of your resources. It's insanely high priced for using your website. You must have a contract with Phillips as we could not find the tickets on any of your competitor's website. A little competition would serve the consumer well.

These people are ticket scalpers...plain and simple. I got my tickets and they were issued to some dude named Matthew ** (not my name). I paid almost triple. I went directly to Ticketmaster and bought my tickets. Unfortunately, these ticket scalpers bought up all the good seats to sell to idiots like me. I am not sure how this is legal. They are stealing money from both the artist and the patron.

Never buying from this website again. 18 dollars is too high! I would rather buy from a scalper than ever use Event Tickets Center. Your website worked well enough but it is not worth 18 dollars per ticket.

Fees of approximately $40.00 per ticket are exorbitant. Also, I know of no other retailer that charges $8.00 per ticket in order to email each ticket to the purchaser. I will not be using this service again. Please consider lesser fees.

It went great. Hope to enjoy my seats. The site had the tickets spot on and at a great price... really cannot wait to get to the game and enjoy the seating they offer at a great price. I would use this website again and can't wait to buy more for the rest of season.

Easy and correct waiting the ticket and will see. For the moment it's correct. Easy to found the event the place and the price. Fee was not clearly described at the beginning, quite surprising for a French guy, but otherwise no trouble.

That was pretty sneaky charging a service fee of 1/3 the cost of the tickets, and it didn't show up until the very end. It can't cost that much to "service" an e-ticket. Just lump all fees in the cost of the ticket; that would be more honest and transparent.

The site was very easy to use site. I tried other site just to make sure I was getting the best deal (Lindsey Stirling Concert) and ETC was right in line with the others. The layout of the venue along with extra information made selecting the seats easy and convenient.

I bought tickets today for a kid's concert and saved more than 20 bucks total!! I saw reviews about ridiculous fees but this site had the best deals! Tickets were 10 bucks cheaper than other sites and the fees were minimal. Now I can spend my $$ on outrageously priced drinks and candy at the venue. Ha.

So far buying the tickets was easy but hard to see what the actual seats will be located which worries me as my husband is handicapped, so I hope these seats are ok. I'm also worried they won't be together, but I guess I can't know that until we get there.

I found buying the Vance Joy tickets on Event Tickets Center very easy. I will definitely go back to this website next time I purchase tickets. The whole process took less than 2 minutes to purchase the tickets.

The charges for alleged service is like robbery. We have no other recourse so you get our money. Can you consider lowering them a bit so we can see more concerts and plays. Can we avoid fees by purchasing at the box office?

Everything was fine except the $46.92 fee for "other expenses" is absolutely ridiculous. That's what I paid for just one ticket. I don't know if I will ever order tickets from your site again or attend any events at this particular center.

Tickets to Shins in Charlotte NC. Purchased them in October for a Nov date. Was not happy how much they increased due to fees. The total price should be disclosed upfront instead of after you choose what you want.

I thought that the processing fee of $60 was a bit much. But what choice did I really have other than the extra fees? The buying was easy. Would probably use again if the fees weren't so much. Next time I will go to the venue site rather than an event site.

It was super easy to place my order. I do feel the extra fees were a little ridiculous. My order went from 152 to 215 just because of fees. I am not happy about that. I'm satisfied but not blown out of the water. Y'all need to chill with the extra fees.

Transparent information regarding the fees and the delivery cost of electronic tickets would be appreciated. The whole process was great until the final fees were added. We spent $28 per ticket for fees and a delivery charge--to our email! This feels like highway robbery.

Buying tickets was easy. However, I did not see anywhere that it specified seat numbers. I bought tickets for four people, but I did not know if they were together. I was hesitant to buy the tickets knowing that we could get separated. I do not usually buy tickets online, so I am not sure how buying specific seats work.

This processing fee is too expensive. I would not come back. There is no reason to charge that much money. I wouldn't recommend this website or business to anyone either. A $50+ processing fee is ridiculous. You should remove that fee or cut it in half.

Concert on Jan 21 in Asheville - The process was very self explanatory. No problems whatsoever. The service charge stung a little bit. I haven't purchased tickets in quite some time so I guess I am out of the loop.

I was so excited to go to a show that I had been looking forward to since purchasing tickets on pre-sale months in advance. Day of, I discover the order never went through and I did not have tickets to the sold out show. Getting them here was certainly more expensive than I would have initially paid, but the ease of purchase and instant remedy to my panic was satisfactory.

I have purchased 2 tickets for the Sandler Ctr's Oct 15th performance. I know they are in row x thanks to our late order but do not know where in row x they are. It would be helpful to know since I have no idea whether we will be able to see.

I just believe the service fees charged are quite high, otherwise everything is good. Other ticketing services charge around $18 per ticket compared to your 31. The service fees charged for our two tickets almost equal a third ticket. I was in shock when I seen the total.

Selecting and purchasing tickets was very easy with ETC. I was able to quickly see seating options in the arena and move to purchasing them with minimal clicks. The only think that was not so great was the $24 service charge tacked onto each ticket right before you make the final purchase. This added over 33% to my expected costs.

If it weren't my birthday and I weren't a huge fan of This American Life, there would be no way I'd purchase these tickets on ETC. $25 to get digital tickets emailed or a will call number is crazy. There are no physical logistics to sending an email. Feels like highway robbery. In the future I will just call the theater box office and cut out the middleman!

Unable to cancel, when editing or deleting payment info still shows... Not good, if I wanted to cancel order do not see anywhere this can be done... Not good customer service. You must provide an easier and more apparent cancel tab in case someone changes their mind last minute.

The service of 40.92 is outrageous. On top of that I then was charged for a delivery fee for a download. Pretty ridiculous to add almost $50.00 to the already expensive tickets. I will try to find another place to buy tickets next time.

Bought 4 tickets to Theory of a Dead Man in Minneapolis and was excited to go and thought they would be great seats. Paid over $400 for tickets - when they were printed I see on the tickets I received as $25 each general admission. Are you kidding me? $74 per ticket plus $24.42 service fee + delivery? What has happened to human decency??? Eventticketscenter.com should really be taken down along with all the sellers. And the best part is I tried to email a complaint and got a kickback from the email they give for customer service. So if you see the name Amir ** as seller... DON'T BUY!!!

I heard about Event Tickets Center on the internet and they were the only one I called when I got the tickets for the Baltimore Orioles versus Tampa Bay event. The tickets were delivered as expected but I wasn’t able to use utilize the parking passes that I purchased.

0 Star Rating. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. General Admission tickets are framed as select seating and I paid $40 more per ticket than the actual face value (not including the $22.00 service fee per ticket). When you call to resolve this issue, the rude customer service reps say, "Sorry, it is not our job to read the entire Terms and Conditions to you". Very Rude Customer Service. Basically, the terms say that sales are final and the tickets you receive may or may not be the face value you purchased. Paid $200 for what should have been $90.00.

Like many others here, I was shocked when I was slapped with a $44 internet processing fee at the very last minute on only 2 tickets. It felt very shady how this large fee was not made more explicitly clear. Additionally, I realized later that I paid $20 more per ticket than I would have at the box office, and there is no service for reselling tickets like Ticketmaster. In the future, I will use Ticketmaster.

I received my tickets today from Event Tickets Center. I will not be a repeat customer. I see what the face value of what I would have paid thru Ticket Master, $55.00. With the service charge ($30.00/ticket) and $15.00 delivery fee, that is 75.00 in fees. The company also charged $91.00/ticket, $257.00 total for $110.00 worth of tickets. This company made one sale but are avoiding future sales. Strongly suggest NO ONE use this company.

I found Event Tickets Center through a web search a few weeks ago. They offered ease of purchase and availability so I went with them. The tickets had a good price. We enjoyed ourselves.

I had $1000 on my card and I bought a couple of tickets for Bassnectar at 1st Bank Center from Event Tickets Center. All the other companies were too expensive and they were all sold out. The Event Tickets Center website was completely user-friendly and it was really easy to get the tickets. I just put in my card and my information. It was a good experience and I will use them again in the future.

I purchased tickets for a baseball game from Event Tickets Center after they came up while I was looking into the computer. I didn't get my tickets downloaded in a certain period of time so I spoke with a representative and I was told to wait. I got the tickets downloaded on time and everything was good.

I was looking for Bassnectar tickets through Google search and found that Event Tickets Center had the only tickets left available for the event. The tickets were the same price as regular tickets but they included a VIP. We were in a suite and had our own access to our own bar and lounge area. I didn't have a choice for that one but that was cool. Also, a little bonus I took advantage of was those seats were only available through e-tickets. When I got there, the lady couldn't find my tickets. It was on her end so I had to call the e-tickets help desk and got them to verify with the lady that I actually purchased those tickets. She ended up finding them for me and handled it quickly. My experience with Events Ticket Center has been easy, quick, and simple to use.

Event Tickets Center was the first one that came up and got the cheapest tickets for the Dodgers. I purchased from them and I didn’t have a problem using the website. The tickets were printed offline and I wondered why they don't have the tickets to go through email or can be scanned using a cellphone. Still, it was a great experience and I would recommend Event Tickets Center.

My interest was so high when I bought tickets a month ago. If you buy a ticket for $34, you pay almost $72. I’m not going to do that anymore. I understood they had some shipping and handling. They charged and got a commission to be sent on the internet but it's so abusive. It’s the same price, doubled for the benefit to buy from home. I knew the quantity absorbed the cost but for promotions, it's too high. I understood that people want to make money but what I don't agree is abusing the consumers. The consumers need to be able to buy acceptable price.

Otherwise process went smoothly but the fact that the service fee only appears on the final page of the process is really annoying. All the fees and extras should be given upfront. Moneywise not a big deal but it hurts your reputation. Next time I'll try some other service provider.

My experience using Event Tickets Center web page to buy soccer tickets was super easy and fast. Everything from choosing the game and then choosing the seating was very easy to view as it was highlighted as you looked through the ticket prices.

I did not have any problem placing the order of my tickets. I am waiting on the email confirmation of my order so that I can check if all the information is correct. As soon as I receive the email I hope to print them out and have them ready for the event. In any case I see that the information is not correct I will notify.

This is not so good and fair. I see the retail price only in ends to the reservation! The service fare of 16.50$ per ticket is a lot with 4 Tickets. One should be able to recognize this before with the reservation!

This is my first time purchasing from this 3rd party site. I am hoping that this will be a positive experience. I usually purchase my tickets through other sites. However, I decided to try out this site because they offered really good seats at a reasonable price.

The process for selecting and ordering was very easy and we loved being able to see the picture of the actual view from the site. When we called the number for help, the person assisting us was very friendly and helpful.

So far, everything was very easy. Would be happy to use this place again for other events. Hoping to see a lot more shows with my husband as he is close to retiring and we have a LOT more time on our hands. In purchasing our (Joel Osteen) tickets, we learn after the fact of ordering of the "processing service fee" of which is an absolute "rip-off". We understand your need to make money however, over $30.00 is ridiculous and greedy to say the least! I will attend this event, but rest assured, I will now take the time to go to the box office and purchase and not allow this "rape" of my enjoyment and pocket to ever occur again! Shame on you for being so misleading and greedy. Build the price into the tickets, at least let us decide the pricing of the tickets; without the end surprise of additional fees that line your pocket for "nothing sales"...!!!

The Tickets were $91 and a $7.95 delivery fee noted up-front. When purchasing, an additional $30+ per ticket added - was not disclosed up-front. Was very disappointed and feel like this was definitely bait and switch. $7.95 delivery is fine - $60+ in service fees for an online order is completely out of line.

I had good experience purchasing tickets online however, I think $45 service fee per ticket is a bit steep!!! Only $10 & change for a rebate if unable to attend, but $45 to process the tickets electronically??!! Too much I think... Perhaps in future it could be lessened or eliminated?

The service fee is ridiculously inflated! I am disgusted to pay that much extra. And there is an additional delivery fee and I'm not having any tickets delivered. Crazy! Other than that the ease of use of the website was great. It would be nice to be able to see how many rows are in each level and it would have been nice to have the option to purchase parking - that was not offered.

I found tickets to the Arizona Cardinals versus The Chicago Bears preseason game very easily and I found the experience very satisfying because I was able to look through the page easily and find what I was looking for. I'm looking forward to going to this game.

Easy, simple and hassle free. The process was good but would like to get a better sense on where the seats are located in terms of photos or even reviews on the seating positions. I also did not feel obligated to purchase anything when on the site. I would suggest lowering the fees to be more competitive but hey, we want to see the baseball game.

Service Fee is outrageous! The ticket ordering is done totally by the customer - there is nothing that the ticket seller has to do and yet there is an extremely high service fee. Over the top! If I had not made the commitment to purchase these tickets (Willie Nelson Concert) for some family members, I would not have proceeded with the process.

You have a lot of nerve charging a $12 service fee on top of a $7 fee for e-tickets. Isn't the cost of the e-ticket a service fee? How much does it cost for a server to automatically send an e-mail? Why don't you just include these fees in the price of the ticket so that people like me at least THINK that money is actually going to the band and the venue and not some faceless corporate middleman. I'm not looking for a response. I just wanted to say that.

I googled ticket providers and Events Ticket Center was the first one that appeared. I purchased from them tickets for the New York Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles, and it was delivered within the expected timeframe.

Overall I was satisfied with Event's website although I could have done without the extra $40 electronic fee that was tagged on at the end. Other than that the site was easy to navigate through. And easy to read and understand.

The process was quick and easy. It would be nice if you had a better layout of the seating at Red Rocks. Even though I purchased GA tickets if the seating layout was better I might have bought more expensive seats!!!

Air1 Positive Hits Tour - Easy transaction. Wish the fees were lower since sometimes the tickets are a little costly. But the venue is conveniently located and therefore I will pay the fees so that I may see my favorite artists. The venue is a nice one and the service is usually very good. Parking is convenient. My only complaint is the fees.

Served its purpose. Depends on how this e-ticket thing works out in actual experience. Disagree with the inflated service fees though I agree the business needs to make a profit to operate. The fact that online sales seem to vary considerably from site to site is something to worry about. Wish tickets were done via the actual venue itself online and not via a third party.

A 30+% Service Fee without any real service provided is outrageous! You should allow for tickets without your web service instead of a compulsory 30+% Service Fee. Logic Red Rock Tickets - I'm happy that I was able to get the tickets in such short notice and the prices were still not too bad. And that I get the email of the tickets instead of having to print them out since I don't own a printer in my own place.

Being able to zoom in to see the seating area is nice. Being able to see the approximate view is great. I liked how we could narrow down the area where we wanted to sit. However, the fee per ticket is excessive.

I know that there will be a service charge, but it is reasonable that you should tell me before check out, not list the ticket as one price and then have it be 30% more expensive with your fees. And $8 to send me the tickets by email is just **. You should be ashamed. It costs you nothing. I was totally flabbergasted by a charge of $18.15 per ticket for a service fee and $7.95 for electronic delivery. For 2 tickets with a base price of $55 each, I had to pay a total of $44.25 in fees. That is 40% over the base fee. And I did this all online with no human interaction. Hope your computers have a nice dinner with these outrageous fees!

My overall experience was fine, this was my very first time using Event Tickets Center. With that being said, I was caught off guard with the surprise service fee. It would have been nice to have been aware of that fee earlier in the process of purchasing concert tickets.

Delivery fee and service fee? Bake those into the ticket prices themselves. We get it, web development is expensive and time-consuming, but don't treat automated emails and clean front end design like it's somehow a new added benefit - it is expected. Hiding those costs until the end of the process is a very poor user experience. Industry trend or not, cognitive dissonance between the ticket price and final price makes purchasing tickets of any sort seem like a scam. I want to feel confident that I bought tickets from the right business, and after the transaction is finished I'm wondering if I could have found them elsewhere with fewer fees.

Purchased tickets for a sold out event. The price was almost triple the original asking price from the venue, which was expected. However the service fee and the delivery fee added an extra 75$ on top of the already expensive tickets. That's absolutely ridiculous. Most ticket sites have an option for mobile tickets, which would have at least saved some money, but this did not. Happy I got my tickets but disappointed in the ridiculous fees.

I was disgusted that you charged a $21.78 dollar fee on top of the ticket charge and that you charged $7.95 for e-mail delivery. It costs you nothing to deliver by e-mail. Who gets this $21.78???? So the real cost of each of my tickets was $92.00.... not $66.

Bought tickets for the Foreigner concert at Klipsch Music Amp - I did not know in advance that there would be an additional $20.00 "service" fee charge and I thought that price should have been shown within the ticket cost or mentioned in advance. I just feel that this practice is a little shady.

Nothing more frustrating than you go to check out and get hit with almost the price of another ticket. Be honest and just incorporate the fees into the price of the ticket so people know what they REALLY have to pay. This has become such a custom that people expect it, it's not the RIGHT way to do business.
