Initial order failed after days and had to do the whole procedure again. At least you both emailed and called. But this should be prevented by better procedures on your part. You should try to do better.

I was a little upset I could not buy the tickets I wanted, it would only allow 1 or 3 tickets and I wanted 2. It was better seating for my daughter but now I had to buy tickets farther back in order to buy only 2 tickets. For that price I should be able to buy any 2 tickets that available together not by what makes it easier to sell.

We all know there are going to be services charges, what a shocker! Yet in the purchase you can include insurance for 6.99 each and yes I would since they have been purchased in advance and who knows what will happen between now and show time.

So far so good, purchasing went well, awaiting email delivery. Finding the seats available and pricing was clear and intuitive, selecting and purchasing ran smoothly. The billing was accurate to what was offered when selecting the tickets and the insurance was easy to select or not select. If the tickets deliver with no glitch this will have been a satisfactory experience.

I was disappointed that the only way to receive tickets is through the mail and it is ridiculous to pay a service fee plus a delivery fee per ticket. It's so maddening to pay that much more above the ticket price. I almost canceled my purchase but I really wanted to see this show. I will think twice before seeing something at this venue.

Except for the fact I had to back out and reopen the site in order to get the tickets I wanted everything else went well. This will be my first concert at this venue and I want to make it a good one as this a present for someone.

It was easy to view and select seats. The process was easy to follow and did not take a lot of time. The price were reasonable and this will be a good birthday gift for my wife on her 48th birthday. Looking forward to a great show.

As I am looking over ticket options, the computer tells me that this site only allows e-tickets, and then I'm told there is a $7.00 charge for "delivery" in addition to the $12.60 per ticket for "handling." What exactly is "delivery" on an e-ticket and why does it cost $7.00 above the $12.60 per ticket that I'm already forced to pay for service?

A very easy experience. I selected my seats for 6 people, filled out the online form, paid with a credit card. I should receive the 6 tickets on 5/25 via e-mail. This is my first time using this purchasing method. Thank you.

Cost too much for 'fees.' The same tickets were half this price one week ago when sold by the venue. Scalpers buy the tickets up and sell at a higher amount on this website. I tried to buy a week ago and my purchase did not go through. Today I paid $300.00 for worse ticket seats and without the early entry for sound check and parking too. My first amount was $163.00. So I think this Event Ticket site sucks.

Ticket purchase was simple and straightforward. Time to process was excellent. Navigating from screen to screen was as timely an experience as I have had purchasing online. I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. I now look forward to a great show with Straight No Chaser.

The process was easy enough; but the process would not accept my ApplePay transaction! Why not? Fortunately for me, PayPal was successful. Despite this inexplicable hassle, the process was straightforward and relatively painless. Of course, the transaction fees seem exorbitant, approaching usurious.

The service fee was unexpected and very high. That is a source of revenue, not a means to "provide good service" as the website description depicts. It is a forced imposition after the decision to purchase has been made, yet a cost that high should be upfront, or already included in the advertised ticket price. I find it to be a deceptive form of addition revenue.

How do I buy tickets without going through a 3rd party? Why should I have to pay an extra $30+ to purchase tickets for an event? It seems to me that someone is price gouging and Event Tickets is condoning it.

I would highly recommend Event Tickets. Very quick and easy way to place an order for entertainment events. Simple portal, very few steps to place your order. I will be using this site in the future to purchase tickets. I will be referring this site to all of my friends and family.

The Ticket fee is extremely high. Bon Iver tickets were up for sale but later listed as "no longer available." The website wouldn't load or refresh several times. I am excited for the show. I am confused about the terms and policies of securing my ticket.

What in the world would warrant a $100 surcharge for tickets that are electronically purchased and electronically mailed? If you charged half that, you would be cheaper than the rest and would sell more product I suspect. It's really a shame and a sham all at the same time.

Prices of the tickets are competitive with other venues. The handling fee for the tickets is a little high in comparison with other ticket sales.

I feel like I have been scalped!! I am led to believe the cost per ticket is $110 then a $61.60 Service Fee and $7.95 delivery fee to push a button to email the tickets to me are added in and are too much. I "quality for a $25 rebate on today's order," but I'll be surprised if I actually get it. Very disappointed in your organization.

I cannot believe a $131.60 service fee for 2 tickets!!! If it wasn't for a VERY Special reason I would never pay that outrageous fee. $131.00 for the ability to pay for already OVER FACE VALUE tickets online. GEESH. Then you have the audacity an additional $7.95 DELIVERY FEE to allow me to print the tickets. This is beyond unbelievable!!

Other than the outrageous fees above and beyond the cost of the tickets, the online service was fine. Seating selection was easy and the ability to secure these reservations from home was very helpful. My 99 year old mother who is 100% Irish will love this.

I think the view of the venue should include location of seats, I prefer aisle seat but can't tell exactly where I'm seated with seat guide shown. I also think the service price is a little steep considering it's all computer generated... Should be closer to $30.

It is easy to see in any seat. The music is easy to hear. I have seen American Idle and Barry Manilow in the E center. We enjoy the food and it is easy to leave the parking lot which means a lot to me.

Purchasing tickets thru Event Tickets Center was easier then AEG Presents, They were giving me a runaround and making my first time purchasing concert tickets difficult. It was easy to purchase your tickets but fees made it just as expensive as the rest of the websites. I was very displeased and I am sure my child will be because she thought it was 274 total for both tickets. Unfortunately it was quite a bit more. I liked the insurance offer in case something happens and she can't make it... That's a lot of money to be out.

I received an email offering a promo for 10% off using SAVE1TFJBJZ when I placed my order. I placed the order thinking I would be prompted to put in the promo code at the end. After putting my information in, I received a thank you and notice saying my order had gone through. I did not have the opportunity to put in the promo code. I will not use Event Tickets Center in the future and will be sure to spread the word. You should not offer what you don't give.

Easy to find the seats you want and glad you can use PayPal to purchase. Which I prefer for online shopping. Service fees is kind of high. 33 dollars for 2 tickets! Why an 8 dollar delivery fee for e-tickets!

The most disappointing factor of the experience was thinking that my tickets were going to be $x and then getting the payment page, and noticing a processing fee upwards of $50 per ticket!! That was a shock and caused me to reconsider my tickets 3 times!

Thought I was buying tickets to the March 17, 2018 Beach Boys Concert in Westbury and was told by Events Customer Service they are tickets to a lounge. Events would not refund my $55.12 and I have no interest in the lounges. Be forewarned about Events Tickets! The site is a misleading rip off!

When placing the order for Josh Groban tickets this website was very user friendly. There were no pop ups ads, it was very simple and straight to the point. The font was a good size for any age and just enough questions were asked to verify information.

It would be nice if when you were deciding which seats to pick you could be shown where exactly those seats are in relation to the seat map, not just the general section. It is sometimes hard to know where exactly the seats are and this would help me in making my choice.

Making thousands of dollars off of one online posting of an event. Love purchasing from here. Always very helpful with instructions and everything else. Not ever have I had difficulties purchasing such great tickets to great shows. There is no need for these high fees for tickets that will be emailed. It's bad enough that ticket prices have more than quadrupled in the last 20 years. You've got a General Admission venue, you don't even have to keep track of seats. Why are you charging to email?

I was unable to purchase parking pass in the same transaction. Also When I tried to purchase the parking pass, I seemingly doubled the cost for one pass. The cost of the transaction/processing fee for the tickets are way too high.

My experience with Event Tickets was good. I really did not have any issues. However I did not like the rebate pop up that was try and sell something else. That was really annoying, but overall it was nice experience. Will recommend to friends and family.

When I bought the ticket I entered in the account information and I spent money. I wish I didn't have to spend as much money. This is a gift to a friend. Less convenience charges would be nice, since it's the sellers that already gain a lot of convenience from the transaction being online.

I do not understand why the service fee was so expensive as well as the delivery fee since I will be accessing them online? I am dissatisfied in the act of charging me an extra $50 dollars for no real reason. I like that the website is easy to use, but it makes me nervous that I purchased tickets without knowing where I would be sitting. It told me the row, but no seat numbers. My wife and I only completed our purchase because we had promised our kids we would take them to see the show. But we will no longer use your service in any way, shape or form. You took my order from $88 to $120 with just your fees! This is unacceptable. Stop robbing hardworking folks with your FEES!!! I work too hard for my money to be getting nickel and dimed by you. I will not be recommending online purchasing to anybody I know. I'll tell them to save themselves $33 by taking 10 minutes to go to the ticket office in person. Easy to navigate through the screens and to find the item wanted. I've never used this website before, I found it fast and simple. The font is very easy to read, which I cannot say for every website, and the pages were not 'busy' with distracting and unnecessary information.

When my order didn't go through the first time because of a mistake on my address, the notice from Event Tickets said I should try again, so I tried 3 more times and it ended up having all of those amounts pending on my account. I think it would be better if you did not even advise people to "try again", but instead to call the help center right after the first error.

The ticket price should include all of the fees instead of adding 25% to the purchase price for service fees. 25% of the ticket price is a stupid amount. Don't be **. Just add the service fee to the ticket price and give the real price.

I am curious as to why you would send a 10% discount voucher to encourage us to complete our ticket order and provide a link to enable me to continue shopping for the tickets I was looking at, but when I clicked on the link to the tickets the price had increased by $10.00 in one area and the cheap seats that were $89.00 increased to $115.00.

The main ticket site was sold out, but I got the tickets here cheaper and in time for the show! A great last resort for tickets and a great way to sell some that you don't need. I'll for sure have to try it again if this situation ever happens again.

Ticket ordering is fine. The service fees are outrageous. I would rather not see the service fee and just have it included in the price of the show. And then the insurance is per ticket? How about per order. The cost of the service fees and insurance are well above the cost of one ticket for the show that I purchased.

So far so good, we'll know when the tickets arrive. At 84 yrs. of age my online expertise is somewhat limited so making this process easy for the likes of me is good business. I look forward to the event with great expectation.

Securing tickets was an easy and fast process. I would have rated the site higher and given five stars had the processing fees not been so high. The processing fees were equated to more than $70.00. Otherwise again, this was a fast and easy way to locate and to purchase our tickets for the upcoming concert.

Very easy to use site! The ticket availability scroll was great. It made choosing the seat selection quick. The view pictures from the seating sections made the ticket selection very easy as I could make quick decisions on the options provided. This is one of the best ticket websites I've seen. I was done in less than 2 minutes.

It's very easy to navigate the website when purchasing event tickets. I receive my order information via email summary total and fees. It would be nice if the service fee is a little bit cheaper. That would be nice. Hopefully the show will be a lot of fun!!

My family and I were just at the Hawks vs Sun game last night at Philips Arena for the very first time. We had such a blast that going back to see the Harlem Globetrotters will be an absolute treat for children. This website is user friendly!

Very nice. Only problem I had is I just moved and the credit card address didn't match the home address so I used my old address. Ticket prices were ok but a little expensive. Hopefully the place where the concert is being held will make up for the price of the tickets. I will also be looking for a place to stay overnight.

It was great and easy. I have been waiting for Luis Miguel for ever and finally he is here. When I got the tickets it very simple to follow the steps. I think they are ok pricing. My husband wanted to see Luis Miguel before he died. So, I just wanted to please him.

Why do you give only row numbers and not seat numbers when buying tickets? Your service charges are much higher than any of the go-to sites (Ticketmaster, etc) and does not give the accuracy of where the seats are located. Backloading tickets with exorbitant charges is lame.

I enjoyed the ease of obtaining tickets online. That is definitely a convenience. However, I am disappointed and quite frustrated with the additional service charge and DELIVERY(?!?) fees. This will likely prevent me from using the service in the future.

Kane Brown concert - I was not happy with not knowing if we have seats or where our "standing" would be at. Not happy not knowing how close we will be to the stage since there was no image of the venue. Not satisfied how we get charged with a delivery fee if I'm able to download and print from home.

The experience was as expected, middle of the road. Not sure what would change this. Perhaps more interaction such as a 3D walk through of the venue showing views from the seats to the stage. This would be very helpful in knowing what the viewing experience would be like. Also, integrate this with noise and sound quality information.

The fees are crazy expensive. Much more than on MLB.com. Why is this??? I bought the tickets, which were cheaper than through MLB and realized after that due to the fees they came out more expensive! I'm a little angry at this. I would have ordered through MLB if I knew I was going to get slammed with the amount of extra fees per ticket.
