I was floored at the service charge and will probably never see an event here again. I was kinda stuck with this transaction as it is a Christmas present and I don't have time to go downtown. Additionally, I will make sure everyone else knows about this fee.

Thanks so much. Checkout was easier than other sites I have used in the past. I would totally use this website for future concert orders. I can't wait to see Queens of the Stone Age in March at the Observatory North Park.

You need to include the tax when giving the final price of the tickets, you said it was 104$ for the tickets and then when you gave me the total it jumped up 40$. I was not expecting that, just tell us the truth about ticket sales.

It was very easy to use this site, and I received my downloadable tickets almost instantly. I feel like the fees were lower than what I compared to Ticketmaster and other online sites. I was very impressed with this site and would recommend it to friends.

Website was very user friendly. I think it was very affordable. Only thing I think needs improvement is a better description of where the stage will be located, I hope my view of Jay Z is not obscured. I also like the filter option, it made it easier to locate tickets of my choice.

Outrageous price for "service fee." I don't know what services I had to pay $88 a ticket for, considering I bought them on the dang internet. I hope you are active in a charity so it at least goes to a good cause.

When items are processed electronically there shouldn't be a fee. It is very frustrating that there is a processing fee of $54 per ticket. To me it's misadvertising by listing one price/ticket and then at the end put a processing fee per ticket. Taxes yes - other fees no.

It's a bit of a rip off that there's a service charge. As though you don't make enough on the tickets, you want to gouge the consumer a little bit more. However, you have a captivated audience and that's why I'm saying your ridiculous service fee.

I think it is pretty sneaky of you to add a $19.80 fee per ticket at the end of the purchase process. Don't advertise the price per ticket at $60 when in fact the price per ticket is really 89.90. Piss poor pricing. If I had social media, I would put up some sort of dramatic FB post. Instead, I'm going to complain to a "noreply@whatever.com" comment board.

The experience was easy enough; however a 'convenience charge' for printing the tickets out on my own seems a little ridiculous. A 'convenience charge' PER-TICKET to print them all on my own, is just greedy and absurd, wouldn't you agree??

I am really upset that after spending $184 each for tickets that Event Tickets Center tacks on another $60 each or $120 service fee on top of tickets that are really expensive to begin with. This is gouging the customer.

When ordering tickets for LeAnn Rimes, I understood the cost of the tickets and the delivery fee, but there was nothing about a $33 service charge for each ticket which is outrageous. You should make that very clear to customers upfront. I chose to proceed this time because plans were already made, but I will think twice before coming to your venue again.

I purchased three tickets for the Boise State/Colorado State football game on 11 November. The tickets ended up costing me $70 each. I've never been to a Colorado Game and later found out I could have gotten the tickets for $32. I was duped, no doubt, but this company should have to post regular sales prices and list their mark up at checkout. Shady business... seriously shady. I do not recommend.

Easy to use, quick and simple to navigate, fees seem a bit high though and I don't know why they should be that much. Other than that a good site with simple instructions and easy to use and easy to get to.

This website made the purchase process easy, however I was unable to see where the tickets were located so instead of being able to buy the tickets according to location of where I want to sit, I had to buy randomly which is bad but they were very easy otherwise.

The service fee is outrageous at $16.83 per ticket. I think it is unethical to advertise a price and then have add-on fees at the end of the transaction. Then on top of that another $7.50, so I can have the privilege to print my own tickets. If I hadn't already made a commitment to someone to go I would have ended the transaction without purchasing the tickets.

Really quick and easy to obtain the tickets I wanted. I would recommend to a friend for sure. The only issue I had was the service charge. But other than that it was super efficient and awesome! Definitely would use again.

I appreciate the website ease of use as I am technologically challenged. :) I miss the old days of waiting in line from 4:00 am for a good concert ticket. I do wish that the seat map would show the exact seat and not the range.

Charging $49.83 per ticket is an excessively high "service fee" for a service that essentially just involves e-mailing tickets to people. Other ticket sites charge $22.80 per ticket (for tickets to this same event in your venue), which I feel is also too high, but is considerably less usurious than your "service fee". This is on top of charging $7.95 to send the tickets by email - which is again, pretty much, the entirety of the "service" you are providing... so what is the "service fee" facilitating, if not the sending of said email???

Ordered 2 tickets to Boston vs Orlando on Nov. 24th... Ordered LOGE 2 at $371 plus handling. Total $830.00 for 2!! When I received them they were LOGE 6, which are worth $118.00 each... When I called and E-Mail them I get SORRY!! This is a BAD Company and running a SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Really a bad experience, still my order appear as pending and my credit card has also almost one week holding 1056 USD charge. I had to put a new order again for the show. I had to call again today to know about the status of this order because I never received any notification or status change

Hello: Your website is easy to navigate and I was able to buy tickets in my price range. The service fee of $51 was a bit much. Why is it necessary to charge so much when the majority of this process is done by the customer and a computer? Looking forward to the concert! Have a wonderful week!

The process was extremely easy and fast. I could see all options available and choose while seeing the seat number and row. Checkout was easy. I do not like that I had to pay a fee for an eticket... that doesn't make sense. As well as a service fee. It put me about $30 over what I anticipated paying.

I've never had to pay such an outrageous service fee and then on top of that not have the option to just print the tickets from home instead of paying an additional 15. I'll be sure to tell my friends/family about this before purchasing tickets in the future.

So quick and easy to find and select tickets in my budget. Payment process was very fast and smooth as well. I like that it shows all options as you click in different areas of venue. Plus knowing row and seat number really completes the experience to make it easier to know what you want.

Life is expensive and anyone using a site like this expects fees, but $7.95 electronic fee and another $30+, almost a $40 process fee a bit steep per ticket. Everyone charges fees, consumers get it, just leaves bad experience it being last thing you see prior to purchase. Usually use seatgeek or other sites, not sure why used this one today. May return to them as they seem more upfront with fees. Other than that site ok.

The ordering process is easy; however, I believe the service fee per ticket is way too high. It raised the price of my tickets significantly, making the experience not that great when you think you get a pretty good price on a ticket.

Easy, great, no waste of my time... Nothing makes me more angry than having to muddle through a bunch of unrelated offers and have to opt out of subscriptions to help you get tickets in the future. I don't have time for that and the result is that I will go to another site.

This is a very fast, friendly and super reliable venue, I would definitely recommend it to the people I know. I will continue the use of it for future purchases and or events. This was my first experience with this venue and definitely keep it as my #1 choice.

I'm totally disappointed with the extra fees associated with my purchase. It's horrible to charge an extra $62 per ticket for a service charge, in addition to a mandatory delivery fee. I would have driven to the Disney Hall to pick up my tickets and that should be at NO additional fee.

Service fees were utterly ridiculous. There is no way that should not be stated upfront and no way that is necessary at 33% per ticket addition. I am truly disappointed in your service. I am not sure I would use this service again after these fees.

Ordering tickets for Love Never Dies: I liked the fact we were able to get some reasonably priced tickets but we did not find out about the service fee till I was ready to place my order. After checking with the Phillips Center even with the service charge the price was better, so we took your tickets, In all I was satisfied.

Buying tickets not a problem, pretty easy. I can let you know more after I get tickets in a timely manner, find that two seats are together, in the requested section, and I am able attend event without incident. Ball is in your court.

First I was surprised by the $7.95 fee to get the tickets e-delivered, until I saw how much more it was to get paper tickets! Then at checkout I get hit with some other random, not previously mentioned $26.50 charge. This doesn't make me want to purchase tickets from this company again.

The cost of the tickets quoted were fine and mentioned a $2.00 fee per ticket. But I didn't like the last minute added charge of $43 per ticket when I went to check out. I was searching for ticket prices based on a budget and this little surprise took me way over budget that I now get to pay out of pocket.

I have never used this service and was very skeptical. The process was simple but awaiting the tickets. Also, the additional cost was unexpected. I think that the delivery cost and additional fees should be stated upfront with the ticket price.

I was pleased and able to accept your fee of $7.95 to purchase two $31 tickets to an event for today. However when I clicked on the proceed to review order button the refresh page came up with additional $10.54 charge per ticket. The charge should be the same whether you buy one or many tickets as it is the same single purchase process. How is it that you can charge a total of $29.03 on top of a $62 total ticket amount? That amounts to a 46% surcharge!!! Also how can you charge $7.95 for an automated electronic delivery of the tickets! These two fees represent a double dipping dishonest effect.

I find it quite ridiculous that to buy 2 tickets to a game that you would charge another $20 in fees and convenience. That was almost as much as one ticket. That takes no effort on your part. I am doing all the work. I am very dissatisfied with this misinformation. Just state the total fee ahead of time so you are not duped last second with tons of fees.

Happy to have my tickets purchased for the concert. It was easy to use, the only thing is I am not completely sure where our ticket are. I would like to see a better seating chart. This way I have a better idea of what our view will be. But I am excited to come to my first show at the Schermerhorn.

The website is very easy to use and very clear. That I like. However I think the service fee costing more than another ticket to this event is ridiculous. Since it is all digitized, that high of a service fee is unnecessary and it is higher than other 3rd party ticket sales. For that reason, I wouldn't use this site again.

When buying the Peppa Pig Tickets for this such awesome event. I had nooo problem with buying. It was easy, quick, I did not have one problem at all. I also like the fact that the tickets were so cheap and that if you have a baby under one they can sit on your lap which helps a lot.

Quick, easy, efficient, great seating, not my first experience with Event Tickets and it certainly won't be my last. Got phenomenal seats for Alice Cooper/Deep Purple this summer at Xfinity in Mansfield Mass. VIP parking was a minor extra charge and well worth it. Best night ever.

I had no idea there were extra fees other than the $7.95 charge until after my credit card was charged. I was very disappointed that I had to pay an extra $100 than what was expected. I never would have purchased had I have known.

Almost $28 in fee per ticket is just outrageous. I get it costs for things to be processed but it shouldn't cost that much. I would not order from here again if I didn't need to. Very disappointed. I didn't find out about the fee until after I had everything entered.

Ordering tickets was confusing due to there is no description of where our seats will be located. Hope we are not disappointed on the area of our seats. Prices were not descriptive of the seats either. The site should show where the seats are located in order for person to know if they are capable of getting to seats. Please consider updating your site.

My experience was great, no problems, very easy process. First time using this website. This was very convenience for me because I am not always able to go in a store or to a ticket site to get tickets because of the way I work.

Great to see seat location. Everything was clearly labeled. I was able to secure great seating by selecting by price point high to low. However I wish there was a place on the website that I could place myself on a wait list in case better seating becomes available. These tickets are a surprise to my wife who loves Fantasia music. So I was hoping to secure the best tickets possible.

I was very happy with the ticket costs and accepted the event security (6.99/ticket) however I was surprised at the service fee, half the price of the ticket. This did not stop me from making the purchase because the ticket price was reasonable. Why such a high service fee?

I was able to easily find good seats for the Kenny Chesney, Thomas Rhett, etc. concert April 21st 2018 for the Raymond James Stadium. My mom and I are so looking forward to this! What a great birthday present from my mom, and will definitely have great memories too!

The ticket pricing is deceiving. Instead of showing pricing with all fees included over $60 in extras for the privilege of printing my own ticket. Be upfront with the pricing, if people are willing to pay it's more honest and transparent to provide the breakdown at the outset, instead of a 30% price increase when all said and done.

Overall, the site was easy to use. However, when you get to checkout not only is there a delivery fee for an email for $7.95. Then they charge you an outrageous fee of $12.92 PER TICKET for web security and customer service!!

Prices were reasonable until you find the hidden service charges. Some service charges is understandable, but almost $10 per ticket is a bit excessive. Apart from that, the website was easy to use so that is a positive. Now to see if we get flooded with emails!

Event Tickets Center was easier to find when I was on the go. Ticket availability has been a big issue but I got tickets for a baseball game from them. We also bought tickets to go see Dave Chappelle for a charity event on cancer. Purchasing the tickets was all right except that I couldn’t find tickets for three people, but then I was able to make a download for the tickets.

All was well until I got to the last step of purchasing. The $20.79 X2 was not expected. It is very misleading to see the price per ticket is $63.00 and then find out a service fee has been added in just before purchase... Not very honest.

PBR - I am purchasing these tickets as Christmas gifts for my husband/daughter & son-in-law. This is the second year in a row. All are huge fans and this is such an easy purchase and great gift. I wish the better seats weren't so expensive. Still good though.

While the site is easy to use, I find your service fee excessive - especially since we could have bought 2 more Disney on Ice - Frozen tickets in the same area of the arena for the price we paid for service fees. Event Tickets Center was one of the first that came up when I Googled tickets for a Yankee game. Buying the tickets from them was an easy process and it was a simple experience.

It was a good experience while buying my hockey tickets. Wish they told me about the service fee up front but that is okay. It was still a good experience. It was easy to use and user friendly. It was nice how the prices changed and you could see what section you were clicking.

$14 convenience charge per ticket? $15 shipping? I live 5 minutes away, and a stamp is less than a dollar. I could literally ride my bike there. Next time I tell my son we can't go because of all the nonsense fees.

I strongly object to ticket fees that inflate the ticket price. A ticket is a ticket and a fee is a lie to charge a higher price for a ticket. In the future, I will likely not purchase tickets with fees that are higher than the possible cost to administer the sale. Clearly $40 is making a significant profit over the cost to administer ticket sales that is tacked on after the purchase decision in an effort to increase profit.

I found the website listing of seat availability appropriate, but I was not happy with the service fee charged per ticket. The explanation only evidenced that such fee should have been priced into the advertised seat price. Please consider this when you review this message.

This service is easy to use and generally up-front, but it did require somewhat of a learning curve to grasp how to use the service. Also the service charge was very high, but the ease of the electronic ticket helps a lot.

Marvel Live - It was very easy to complete the transaction; the disappointing part was having to pay $50+ extra for service fees and an email delivery fee (which is pretty ridiculous given I'm the one that is going to print them). All those fees made me question the whole transaction and I was close to canceling the purchase. It's a ripoff.

Web experience was good --- But the service charge was never mentioned in the Cirque du Soleil booking process until the payment task. It seems excessive and offensive the way it was presented. I believe if management believed the fee was fair and reasonable, they would add a info warning during the booking process.

When ordering tickets online software easy to navigate. However I was extremely disappointed at the amount of surcharge per ticket and the fact that you do not become aware of it until you put in all your personal information including charge card number. So even if you want to cancel I have made my info available on your site!

Dang that service fee is high! Everything was easy to navigate and figure out but I do wish I could have seen the amount of the service fee earlier. Ticket price ranges and amounts of tickets were a bit hard to understand. Otherwise I'm glad everything was so easy to navigate.

All the events are under each tab and easy to find what you're looking for. I have enjoyed using the site very much. I will tell everyone to use this. I will be using this site again and again. I just wish the fees were a little cheaper. But I liked that I got the $25 rebate. Whoo hoo!

After purchasing my tickets I have a pit in my stomach. I should have looked at other site for tickets first. Your service charges are out of control. $7.95 for the privilege of using my printer to print tickets? No mobile option. No will call option. I will make sure I avoid your site from now on.

The charge of 22.75 per ticket as a service fee for online ticket sale is ridiculous. There should be no online charge for using the website to secure tickets especially since that is the only option to obtain tickets. On top of that there was an almost 8 dollar charge for tickets too.

I made mistake on my tickets and called back literally 2 minutes after I purchased tickets. The service fee for 2 tickets was $75.00!!! When I called and asked about it, they said it was on letter after showing amount of delivery, so did not see that option and looked like was just going to pay ticket and delivery fee. I realize companies have service fees, but $37.50 per ticket is highway robbery!!! Customer Service said all sales final. First and LAST time using Event Tickets Center!!!

First of all... These tickets were originally being sold for $41 per ticket. I paid $83 per ticket on this website PLUS $7.95 delivery charge FOR E-TICKETS THAT DON'T NEED DELIVERY with an additional $27.39 service fee PER TICKET! The only reason I went through with this was that it's for a family member's birthday. I will never shop here again.

Very easy to order tickets for an ACL (Pat Benatar) concert. Seat map was accurate and easy to select tickets. I hope receiving tickets is as easy as ordering. I used my PayPal account for checkout and it made the process very smooth. :)

The process was quick and easy. The website was very straightforward and when you began to check out, it guided you step by step in particular trying to accommodate a ticket. It is even allowing to me receive a 25 dollar cashback reward for shopping here.

On 10/27/2017 I purchased two tickets to Motown the Musical for the 11/10/2017 performance. I purchased orchestra seats in Row EE in the Plaza Theatre for $81.00 each for a total with fees of $223.41. All went well with the transaction and I received a receipt for the tickets. On 10/27/2017 I received a call from Empire Tickets. They stated that these seats were unavailable and wanted to put me in the mezzanine at a reduced price. These seats were not acceptable and they stated there were no orchestra seats. They let me canceled these seats so I could purchase other orchestra seats not controlled by Empire for sale on this website. These ticket cost over $300.00 for seats only five rows closer. I feel this was fraudulent behavior by Empire and this website. The Plaza Theatre should be more care in who they let handle their tickets.

Marvel Universe Live - The website was real easy to access and it was very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to ours to use this website. When after completing my order I liked how a rebate popped up and how you can rate your experience about the website. I would rate this website a 5 stars.

I'm not sure why the service fee is $20. Pretty steep. Other than that it was a good experience. The website was very easy to navigate through. I would still recommend to a friend. Next time I may go for mail in tickets because online service charge is too high.

There are so much fraud. You log on to NRG Stadium but then it go to Event Tickets Center and it does not say NRG Stadium anymore. Don't know if I got these tickets from the right place. So the website could be more convincing.

We reviewed other ticket services which were very difficult to understand and limited our choices of seating and pricing. Also their dates did not conform to our schedule. We found your service very easy to use, easy to understand seating and prices.

This is a wonderful Christmas present for my boyfriend. He used to race his dirt bike growing up, so I know that he will definitely enjoy this present. The check out made it super simple to order. Although the service fee was a bit outrageous, I'm sure it will be worth it in the end.

Justin Moore San Jose Concert Tickets - This site worked well the 2nd time I logged in, but the first time it bounced me out with a connection error when I tried to go to the payment screen. I was unable to log in at all to buy tickets from Justin Moore's website.

Tickets for UB Center for Arts - The venue seating map was too small. I had to look it up on google images and then click back before placing an order. Other than that, your site worked very well. We are going to see Tom Segura. I saw him on Netflix, pretty funny stuff. Not as good as Louis CK or Bill Burr, but still good. Thank you.

Pink - This is my second time using Events Tickets. Purchased tickets to Hank Williams Jr last year. The first time worked out great. Hope this order goes as smoothly. The order process was easy to follow and a confirmation was received right away.

I was shocked to see your service fee. I appreciate your ticket service, but it's more respectful to your customers to tell us before we check out how much your fees are. I understand that you are a business, but it's better to be upfront than to sneak in your charges. I'm glad I got tickets but I felt a bit deceived.

Event Tickets Center had the tickets that we were looking for. We bought the tickets to Chalice and were printed offline. Everything went fine.

The order did not fully disclose the actual location of the seats. Only that they would be together on row "E". The delivery charge is $7.95 and you are just sending me an email, "really" and how much can an email and minimum wage person to send it cost your organization. And to add insult to injury your "convenience fees" are totally ridiculous. $80.00 plus for 2 tickets, and you didn't have the courage to show those fees until the purchaser has gone all the way to the end of the purchase process. Shame on you people for ripping folks off in the name of the arts at the box office. (3-5% is the basic merchant cost to take a credit card.)

It would be helpful for you to show the service fee charges at the start of the process. This would help to maintain the process without oneself feeling tricked. Lady Gaga Mohegan Sun - No complaints today. Representative helped me live on the phone yesterday and that was very satisfactory. I wish that I had acted faster, though, and purchased the tickets yesterday as today I am paying $50 more and in a less desirable location. That is a bit of a letdown.

I liked how you could choose the location for seating and how clicking the location brought up the prices and seats available. Second, I understand a service fee, but at 1/3 the ticket price. That's pretty steep. I did buy a larger amount of tickets so the fee looks larger as well. It just really pushed the envelope and I would have had a bought a couple more tickets if the fees weren't as high. Other than that, my overall check out experience was a breeze and straightforward.

Easy site to use. Liked the way your seating location was color coated and showed you your seats when you selected your seats on the left of the screen. No need to jump back and forth from page pricing to seat map of the venue.

I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with Event Tickets Center! I am used to getting jerked around via the typical outlets (ahem... cough... Ticketmaster). Despite paying over face value for my tickets (my fault for missing pre-sale), I felt the price offered was very fair; and the process to purchase was extremely smooth. Did not appreciate the $40.00 per ticket fee on top of the actual ticket price. $40.00 for the order would have been 1 thing but because I chose to buy 3 tickets you gigged me for 3 times that. It was still just one order... I know it's to keep everyone safe but a one time fee should do that just fine.

There should always be a seat map to help in selecting seats. I am very tall and so I have no clue if I would be comfortable in my seats. I don't feel good about this. It could also be done as a confirmatory step. Would someone please call me at ** so that I can review and maybe select two seats in the same area. I would like an aisle seat.

I had a great experience finding my tickets; however, there was a rather high service fee tagged on at the end which I did not like.. I would have appreciate if this was included in the ticket price upfront as we spent over 200$ just on that. Check was easy and quick, just upset about the service fee.

The Service Charge added at the end is ridiculous. The amount is way too high and should be show up front along with the ticket prices. Any Service Charge should be calculated and included in the ticket amount, not a separate charge unless it was a shipping fee.

So you advertise the tickets for $28 a piece. Ok that's fine, seems reasonable. Then after you click to buy it comes up that additional fee of $7.95 for "delivery download"! Then after you fill in your credit card info and everything else you have your "service fee per ticket" of $9.52 pop up. Really? Come on a "delivery" fee. For Christ sakes it's electronic! And a "Service Fee" at the last minute. No wonder Pearl Jam protested Ticket Master in the 90's. You all are just as crooked. Just add in your service fee to the ticket price from the get go instead of leading people to believe you have the cheapest tickets, and the "delivery fee". Come on that's just total crap and you know it! I don't mind paying good money to see a great show. Just don't ** people with lead in low prices only to add your "fluff" at the end. I bought tickets for the Tampa Bay Rays versus The New York Yankees game through Event Tickets Center and it was a very good experience. Also, the tickets were delivered within the expected timeframe.

Buying the tickets was very quick and easy, but...I didn't see the $45/ticket service fee until the last possible moment. WTF!!! Are you delivering them to me on a horse drawn carriage? Are they golden tickets like in Willy Wonka? Do I at lease get free popcorn? You can believe that I will NEVER use your service again because of your service fee!

I was debating on ordering tickets then got an email offering 5% off... there is no place when ordering to actually get the discount so I feel that is not exactly honest advertising. Not that it's a huge discount but if it's offered it should have a place to put the discount code.

The information was accurate, very accurate info about the availability of tickets for sale. The seat that were available were easily chosen. Checkout was simple and accurate but the fees were very expensive and surprised that it cost that much... Fees should be drastically cheaper due to the cost of the seats.

I didn't like the $21.00 fee added to my tickets, when I order online. Why is there this fee for each tickets. There is not handling of the tickets, no mailing costs. I did order them and paid it because ti was a Christmas gift.

This is my first order through your company. When I entered my credit card information and tried to submit my order, it threw an error indicating that my credit card, address or phone number was incorrect. I double-checked, and everything was correct, but I still got the same error. It turns out the card was being declined, due to fraud protection on the card. The error message misdirected my efforts - if it had indicated that the card was declined, I would have called the card company first. Instead, I called your support center (using your $) who decoded the message into "card was declined, call your credit card company". A more accurate message would have saved me an hour of trying, I would not have wasted your support center's time, and I would have called the correct company in the first place. Better error messages save everyone's time and sanity. Thanks!

This was extremely easy to navigate around and quick to be able to purchase the tickets. I hope that the Thomas Rhett concert is as simple as this to get around in. I have never been to JQH Arena. I hope that the parking and walk to it is not a hassle. This will be the first concert for my children.

This site was easy to use, and it was easy to get the ticket that I was looking for. I was able to check out within 5 minutes. I understand having fees associated with purchasing the tickets. However if I was having the tickets send to me via US Postal Service, I can see the cost for all those fees.

I didn't like the hidden charges! You tell me $58 a ticket then $7.95 service charge. When I got to the total it was so much more and it took me 3 times to figure out you had extra charges and what they were! Why not state that in the beginning? Aggravating!!!

The convenience fee is outrageous. $19.96 per ticket and Delivery is $7.95. It's delivered via email which costs nothing. My total fee for 2 tickets was $37.87. That is what another ticket would cost preventing me from taking another person. Shame on these fees. And shame on the BMO center for not selling them at the box office fee free.

I think you should disclose upfront in the ordering process what your "service fees" are going to be. It was a huge surprise to me to learn that you would be taking on $26.73 per ticket as a service fee. Not good!

Don't like the late email delivery system to theater tickets. Should be sent within a 5 days when purchased is completed. Should change policy. It's too much of a delay for a ticket purchases to actually receive them. Short of having access to email during the holidays, etc.

When ordering tickets for Rent at the Univ. of AZ Centennial Hall the seating location on the initial screen did not match the seating listed in the order window, ie Orchestra Row FF changes to Orchestra Left Row FF. Not the same location. Having a per ticket service charge of $18.50 is one thing but then to add another $15 delivery fee for electronic tickets is a ripoff. I'm very disappointed in the UA for using a ticket provider that is inaccurate and rips off the customer.

I cant believe I have to pay $38 per ticket for the service fee. I ordered online which didn't tie up any of your resources. It's insanely high priced for using your website. These people are ticket scalpers...plain and simple. I got my tickets and they were issued to some dude named Matthew ** (not my name). I paid almost triple. I went directly to Ticketmaster and bought my tickets. Unfortunately, these ticket scalpers bought up all the good seats to sell to idiots like me. I am not sure how this is legal.
