I was doing a search online for a certain artist and Event Tickets Center popped up. I wanted to go to the concert of In This Moment and Seether. Once I purchased the ticket from Event Tickets Center a rep called me once to make sure that I was doing what I was supposed to do and I appreciate it. It was a pleasant experience.

I’ve just gone on Wolf Creek Amphitheater to look for events and purchase tickets. The 80s concert with Future, Migos, Tory Lanez & Kodak Black happened to be at Lakewood Amphitheater and it’s in May. I hit Buy and it brought me to Event Tickets Center. I put in my information, and I either download the tickets or they'll be in my email. It was an easy transaction for me. Event Tickets Center is a very nice company. I have even bought from them more than once.

I was looking for tickets online and tickets through Event Tickets Center because of the prices. It did it for two events, one for the Marvel's Avengers and the WWE Wrestling. I took advantage of their 10% off. Everything was great and done properly the way it should be. We had no inconvenience and it was a great experience.

I purchased tickets for the Earth, Wind and Fire concert being held today and did not receive my tickets until this morning. They claim that the tickets would be delivered 24-48 hours before the event. 2 voice mails and 3 emails and no response. I was on the phone with my credit card company and filing a billing error notice when the email popped up with the tickets. I was getting ready to call another service to purchase tickets before taking the 2 1/2 hour drive to San Antonio. Use someone else.

I was a victim of price gouging. I bought 3 tickets for $477. My bad, I did not go directly to the venue. The tickets ended up costing $159 a piece rather than $51. Not only did they double the ticket price, but also added a $96 service charge. I contacted their customer support within minutes of placing the order and was unable to cancel the order. I will never purchase tickets through Event Tickets Center, a complete rip-off.

WTF... $25 in fees for 4 $12 tickets to a baseball game... and $8 fee for an email delivery? Exactly what are you doing for $8? It's all automated! I will never be coming back again or using this website! That is ridiculous! That is even worse than Ticketmaster... If the actual cost of the tickets was advertised as around $18.50. Then I would have no problem. However, it is not advertised at $18.50. They are advertised as $12 tickets! So, again I ask. WTF?

We went out of our budget for the service fee, you cannot go with all the family for the extra price so we limited our tickets. We understand that service has to be pay but is around 20% of each ticket.

$25 Cash Back Rebate on Event tickets center. Excited to get tickets to the Price is Right but what was shocking was the fees added to the tickets. All the fees should be disclosed. Also, it just gives the section and the row without the seat numbers. But this will be a Christmas gift and hopefully, the weather will cooperate.

This ETC site charged me double the price on a upcoming event when I found out the actual venue was 50% less at the door! Plus they have scalpers working under them and they can charge whatever they want to. They are a ripoff.

When sacrificing to buy tickets for a once-in-a-blue-moon opportunity, and buying expensive seats like this, it is beyond appalling to see a 45$/ticket fee. I have never seen anything like it-- it is absurd, exploitative, immodern, perhaps immoral. I will be complaining to the Hult Center, to the arts orgs in this state like Cultural Trust, and I will be posting to everyone I know about this appalling nonsense. I promised my fiancee, who loves Trevor Noah, and I work and do not have time off to go to the ticket booth to avoid this nonsense. But your company knows what it is doing; in the age of the internet, the age of Amazon and e-everything, there's NOTHING which justifies a fee like this nonsense. For shame on Trevor Noah, on "Events Tickets Center", and everyone associated.

Easy enough to locate and book your tickets. The map of the theater is very helpful to choose the right seat for you. I just wish it will be better if you can see the exact seat you are booking, not only the row. I will check it in the future for more events!

Service fees are very high and quite the shock when you get to the end and boom, there they are. It seems very low budget airline to me and could be described up front. Otherwise it was perceived, by me, as a bad corporate practice.

If the ticket is $56, why do you have an $18 service fee? You're a website, not a machine bureaucracy printing and hand delivering tickets to people. I write software for a living, and this convention of our times of service fees are almost a "theft for your enjoyment" model that needs to end. Increase the price of the overall ticket if you want and I won't notice, a service fee is a slap in the face.

I think the ticket purchase will be fine, but for some reason, the tickets we are buying indicated they are in the orchestra section, but when you filter for tickets in that area, they did not show up, made me concerned that the tickets may not actually be in that section. I am not too concerned, but that should not have happened.

We, my wife and I, were taking our granddaughter to a Met game this Thursday. At the last minute, our other granddaughter decided that she wanted to go also. It was very easy ordering an extra ticket and we were able to get a ticket close by where other tickets are. Thank you.

I bought a ticket. It was pretty simple. I didn't understand what all the service and delivery fees were for though. Why do you charge for the ticket to be downloaded. The fees cost half as much as the ticket.

I would lower the service fee. I feel like I could have bought more tickets if the fee wasn't almost $18 dollars per ticket! I was highly disappointed and would probably order tickets right from the arena we are going to from here on out - thanks for taking your time to read.

Buying tickets very easy to use. First time at ball game. Non profit, two tickets, my son and myself. Web user, buying tickets myself, non government. Very excited to see new park and all it has to offer, food, shopping, restaurants, things to buy like hats, shirts.

Easy to use website made finding a good ticket for the price I wanted to spend a pleasure. Thank you! I appreciated the color separation of the different seating sections, it made it easier to understand where the seats were. Only complaint I had was I wish the total price was shown sooner, it showed the subtotal basically until the end.

The experience is fine. Menus are accessible but a $60 service fee per ticket is outrageous. The pricing is already high for the actual concert, and then you charge $60 for 3 pieces of paper. Absolutely crazy.

My experience was good for the most part. However I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to see my total price until checkout. I like to see my full out options as far as fees, taxes etc beforehand.

This purchase was very last minute for me and the website made it easy to see all my options and chose the best for me. The prices were clearly labeled and all of the seats were specifically marked. Very smooth and easy process.

I feel the ticket delivery should have been included in the service fees since it's only a click of a button to send to my email and not postal mail. Fees get very pricey (as much as another ticket) and discourage people from purchasing.

It was easy and that is good. I would use this service again as far as I know, after I have used the Reba tickets at the event. I did not like the advertisement for the "Fun" experience and since I am paying for this service via the charge of the e tickets, I would appreciate not having the additional advertising.

So far so good ordering tickets from reseller for downloaded tickets. I am traveling very far to see this show and I hope it will be a great show and a great venue. I have never been to this state. I hope it is a good area.

I found it very easy to locate the seats I was looking for to include the view from where I selected to sit and also understanding the fees before the final purchase. I also like the e-tickets so I can instantly download my tickets.

I think they did a great job and I had no issues using this service! I am looking forward to hearing my favorite band Judah and the Lion. I will be curious to hear if any tickets are less expensive than this service provides, but from what I hear this is as cheap as they get.

Tickets I wanted were gone. Why are they not fixed, when I have them in my cart? I don't understand this. Please change it in future, so that I am not frustrated during future booking experiences. That would be very great! Thank you for your time.

Maybe not the cheapest around, but definitely one of the easiest to use. Since we are heading out for the games (Toronto Blue Jays) a couple of weeks from now, the speed of the delivery is not that important. Mail can take a little while "to get to Europe". Useful addition could be the price INCLUDING the fees.

I purchased tickets about a week ago for a concert in 3 days. Only a few tickets remaining for this concert in the seating section I wanted so was excited to get my hands on these. Also, please be aware they tack on $40 in fees per ticket at checkout. Doesn't really make the ticket $100 then does it? Just advertise the ticket for $140 since that's really the cost.

The site was very confusing. A better map of the arena is needed. Also, I could not select the amount of tickets I wanted for a particular section. I had to choose either one ticket or 3. I could not understand why I could not select 2 tickets. As a result, I had to choose a different section, which is not where I really wanted to sit.

The experience was awesome - easy, quick and I have the tickets in hand immediately. My only critique would be there is no legend as to where the seats are before buying them. I know the area and row but no seats numbers or guesstimate as the where they would be. Thank you.

Very easy to navigate. I was happy to be able to choose 3 seats as they are sometimes not available. The service charge was a shock but what can you do? I forgot to look to see if the game gets rained out... What happens??

I accidentally bought the wrong tickets. Called customer service for help if I can exchange the tickets for the correct ones and pay the difference. They said, "No, final sales." Which I understand, but mistakes happen and I am still making a purchase. So a little disappointed you can't help a sister out.

Ticket prices are extremely high to begin with, but adding a $51.00 service fee per ticket is adding insult to injury. I will not attend any more events at the Erwin Center in the future. This property is owned by the University of Texas and is paid for by taxpayers. We should not be paying such high prices for events.

This was a good buying experience. I like the fact that it not on a timer like some website and I did not have to do any of those letter games to buy my tickets. I like the simple layout of the website. I will get tickets on this website any chance I get.

A service fee of $14.95 each is idiotic. I would NEVER order tickets from this site again. The scroll bar keeps moving uncontrollably making it difficult to see what tickets are available. I hope this game is good enough to justify the aggravation and expense of dealing with this site.

Very easy to use! Never have used event ticket center before but I would definitely recommend it to all of my family and friends if they were to ever want to attend any events at the Starplex Pavilion in Dallas, Texas! Whether it be concerts or whatever! Thanks again for a pleasurable experience!

It was a nice experience but I think the processing fees were a little too excessive. Why was it almost half of the price of the ticket? It was a seamless process but just wish it didn't cost so much. I would be more inclined to purchase tickets at this venue.

I'm hoping these two tickets are together. There is no way this site enables you to see that information beforehand. It would be nice to know where they are located. If they aren't together, I will probably be reselling them and not attend this concert.

Giants vs A's tickets - I was able to find the tickets that I needed. Didn't know 'til paying that there was a service fee. Would have liked to know that for budgeting purposes. Coming back to our home state to watch our 2 favorite teams play baseball.

I understand that charging service fees are necessary sometimes, but when your service fee is almost half of the price of the ticket itself, that's a bit much, wouldn't you agree? I bought a ticket that was $58 and the service fee was $20. That feels very excessive.

Willie Nelson Rebate - First time to buy tickets this way to Floore's and it seems to be working fine. Looking forward to the concert! I am from San Antonio and have been to Floore's Country Store growing up and as well been listening to Willie and gone to his 4th of July parties over the years.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of the tickets, fast service, practical and objective. Easy website making buying effective. The introduction of the data does not leave us doubts. The only question I had was the ticket for children of 6 years, there is no information whether paid or not, or if there is a discount on the ticket, in the doubt I bought the normal ticket.

A $25 rebate offer does not equate the service fee, which was extremely high. I'm not sure if I will ever use a site such as this one again. Do the lower priced tickets have a high service fee? It would've been nice to know the check-out fee prior to establishing and selecting seats.

Event Tickets Center was such an easy site to use. Took me about 2 minutes total to order tickets (David Lynch Tickets). Buying tickets off of this site was the most hassle free ticket purchasing I've done. I will use this site in the future and recommend it to all of my friends.

This website was very very easy to use and I really liked the photographs showing the approximate view from the seats which helped us to pick where we wanted to sit massively. The process was painless and the prices of the baseball tickets was incomparable with other sites that we had looked on. Thank you!

There was a big jump in price from the purchase price of the tickets. There was no explanations as to the reason for the increase. This large increase is enough of a reason not to purchase tickets from this site again.

The service fee is ridiculous and surprising. I had to go ahead with the purchase because it was late. I will never use this service again and I will tell everyone who asks how the game was to never buy tickets online because of the ridiculous fee! You really should consider yourself a crook and turn yourself into the police. Tell them you have been ripping people off.

Great experience showing the venue and seats that I wanted. I have always wanted to see this group and was happy to see that you had lower level tickets available because I have a physical handicap which prevents me from walking long distances and up too many stairs. Also purchased the insurance because I may be facing surgery and am not sure if it will fall during this time.

This was a very easy process and didn't take long unlike other sites. We needed 4 tickets and they were available at a fair price. The add on fees were not a lot and we are hoping to have a great time for a fair price.

My tickets were higher quality, but the fee was incredible. $135 in fees for $350 tickets. I can see $50 or 60 but that's way overbudget and I don't even get real tickets. Poor!!! Easy place to book tickets and nice interface to use. The application gives a clear picture on the seating and we are able to select the quality seats for price. One concern was we felt the service tax was too high which can't be avoided. We are excited to make it to the match.

It was easy to order tickets and email was received promptly. It was much easier to order online through this website, compared to others. Would recommend to family and friends. Happy that tickets were still available. I was told by others that this event was "sold out". My kids will be happy!

Fast and easy, although the extra charges at the end were a bit of a surprise. Perhaps it would be better to put the total price alongside the advertised price when one goes to select a ticket, I can see it being a major turn off for a lot of people, particularly considering that in this case an extra $67 were added on an order only originally around $170.

At first we checked several other websites and could not find the tickets we wanted, but when we searched this website we find the seats we wanted almost instantly. We are so excited to see the concert and we are so glad we got fantastic tickets. Thank you!

High service cost for 2 tickets in my opinion. However my opinion has no value in this case. I'm aware that it is not so easy to resell tickets to concerts. $260 for two tickets ends up as 360 with e-ticket and service fee. Oh well, Beach Boys won't be around much longer.

The website was very user friendly. It was easy to find the seats in the price range that I wanted them. However I don't know how easy this would be but adding a virtual seating chart so you can see the view from the sets you purchase would be a great addition to this website.

The process was great, the service was is insane. As is tickets are pricey and then you have to pay $40 on of it. First and last time using this website or events. I am a single mother and barely was able to make It to this event. I would recommend maybe a less of charge than $20 per person.

The purchasing went smoothly, but the $54 service charge PER TICKET is ridiculous. I was completely shocked to see my order go up more than $200! If I weren't buying these for my son's birthday, I would have canceled my order. You should really evaluate your costs. You make it hard for the average person to enjoy these family learning events.

I saw Event Tickets Center on Google and their price made me purchase from them. I had the tickets delivered and it arrived within the expected time frame. It was a fantastic experience.

Very easy to buy tickets... I saw which seats were available at what prices and was immediately able to check out. I felt like my time was valued. I would definitely recommend this process to others. The only issue was an unexpected service fee, but I am not sure if that was the Event Tickets Center fee or the venue's fee.

Overall, the process was easy but the processing fee per ticket is hefty. It obviously didn't stop me from purchasing the tickets (Grizzly Bear) but it made me think twice. Other third party places had smaller fees but they just didn't have the seat options that were present on this site.

I think that these tickets are already overpriced for a family event and then to charge a service fee per ticket is beyond ridiculous! I think I would have a better "customer" experience spending less money especially since I never spoke to a human.

It was nice to see the different views of each seat. I just wish there were more accurate views from the pit area. I'm not entirely sure where my seats are. All I know is it's up front! The transaction itself was quick and easy; fast payment confirmation.

I thought the price for emailing the tickets was too high-otherwise nice site! Great ticket prices to see the great Hall and Oates. Previous tickets to see Ringo were horrid seats down on first floor on wooden stools-last row so when girl in front of me stood I had no way to see the singers and had back pain for weeks!

Vans Warp Tour Tickets - Quick and easy. The site was easy to maneuver and no extra windows to get lost in. I was however, not expecting the service fee to be so expensive. Looking forward to a great concert day. I plan on having so much fun and seeing so many great artists.

Ordering tickets was easy. I have never found it easier to order tickets. Your staff must have put in excessive effort and phenomenal programming skills to make it this easy. You even put in a spell checker to keep me from appearing to be the spelling dummy that I really am.

Why so much for the service fee... I feel it is ridiculously expensive!! I did not get any help from anyone or any recommendations. The seating chart is difficult to understand... If you could place the seating chart and place the field in relationship to it, would help. I mean... I have never been there, so is Row A closest to the field as one would think, or is it the opposite?

I had awful service while calling about the rebate. The lady was unhelpful and frankly rude. She did an awful job of explaining the rebate itself and gave false terms to the rebate to begin with. We did not end up getting our rebate due to her customer service.

This was an extremely easy to use website. It was fast and convenient, I will use this website in the future. I am very excited about this upcoming concert (Freestyle), did not use the insurance. I am confident that this is a safe and secure way to order tickets.

I found tickets for the VIP section with parking included in the costs. The only problem is that there was an additional fee at the end of $45. This was unexpected and would have preferred to have it already be included in the price of the ticket. I also wish on the website that you could click specific tables for the VIP area section to see prices and compare the tables easier.

My experience was easy and can't wait for the show! The cost wasn't too expensive for this band (DSO). Although this is a general admission show, buying tickets was easy and took almost no time at all. I am wondering how you can get good seats normally though.

It was bad enough to pay a large price for nose-bleeds in a group, but then also an e-ticket fee... Then I was especially surprised when I was charged over $200 for you to "process it" - i.e., for you to send an email. What a rip-off. RIDICULOUS!

The service fee was insane. That's crazy expensive for "website maintenance" and other junk especially considering that the scrolling on the ticket page was all screwed up. You couldn't scroll the main page to look at the whole seating chart without scrolling to the bottom of the tickets available. Lower your service fees or build them into the ticket price so you're not surprised by them after you pick your seats.

Great time and efficient use of website. Complete helpful website with explanations that were useful and easy to access. Useful information. Happy with insurance on tickets and how they were easily refundable if something happened with them. Good solid website.

This has been a no good experience for me. What a rip off for lawn seats!!! The ONLY reason that I'm paying is to see an American icon, Willie Nelson. You can believe that I will not be back for anything!!!

Ordered concert tickets efficiently however still unclear where to download these tickets or if they will be sent to my email. I will be searching soon I suppose. I would recommend this website because it was easy to maneuver through and to purchase the tickets.

Very easy ordering. Much better than Ticketmaster - always saying, “You only have 3 minutes and 42 seconds to complete your order.” I would recommend this site to a friend. The site was very easy to use and very simple to understand. The credit card processing was very smooth.

Your fees of $39 per ticket is ridiculous to say the least. I thought loan sharking was illegal? I only paid the fees because it's my wife's birthday and this is all she wanted for her special day. I will never purchase another ticket from your company and quite frankly these secondary ticket brokers have eliminated attending concerts for me.

Very easy to use. Definitely people user friendly. Will use again with future events definitely. I'm very pleased and ready to go see the Miguel Cotto Fight Card. My only concern is if parking can be added to the ticket instead of getting two tickets or even posting double. The website is very well maintain. Error are short lived because of your advance help button. Customer assistant is just one phone call away with no to minimum waiting time. I give it a four star just because of the parking pass.

Not happy with the $78 service fee per person. Why are the service fees so ridiculous? It is highway robbery. The site is easy to navigate, but the service fees are way too high. I shopped other sites and their fees were lower, but they didn't have these particular tickets.

Why you adding so much in the total? I want those tickets by E-mail not by mail or Federal express. I needed for September 16th!!! I got some other tickets for other concert event, that I got the same day.

Website was intuitive, very easy to use. The only comment is the seat descriptions were not consistent, especially for the General Admission/lawn tickets. I was confused I may be buying the wrong type of General Admission ticket, but it turned out okay in the end. Thanks for the great website!

My online experience for ordering tickets at the price I wanted along with decent seats went well. There were different price and seating options to choose from which made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this site to others when it comes to purchasing tickets for certain occasions.

There is no seating chart or assigned seat number. Do I have an aisle seat or can you tell me how many people my handicap spouse have to crawl over to get to these seats? The system locked up and I had to restart the order process twice. I was shocked when I got to the payment page and learned about service fees, surcharges and shipping fees.

I am still purchasing these tickets, but the service fees for every single ticket purchased is ridiculous. You should consider amending that, especially if I am ever to recommend your site or use again. I will say that on the positive note the site was easy to use.

Everything was smooth on the website. My one complaint is that the service fee price is not listed until you submit your payment with the final click. Please show these fees upfront, since they claim to be so that you can provide better customer service. Please be upfront with fees!

This b.s. about overcharging for James Taylor/Bonnie Raitt tickets at DTE ON TOP of seller fees AND charging extra for electronic delivery. We paid over $100 extra for our tickets due to "service fees" at the very end of our order. The tickets I purchased were ~55 dollars each and I bought two. Since the service fees are not displayed until just prior to confirming the transaction, it was only then that I discovered that the service fees totaled $45, nearly the price of a third ticket. Obviously the reason for delaying this information is so that customers will be less likely to back out of buying the tickets because they've already proactively gone through several steps to purchase them by the time the actual price of the transaction is revealed. Do not use this company! I purchased my ticket for a concert several days in advance and the charge hit my account then on the day of the event received an email that I needed to verify my information. After going round and round with 5 customer service agents for over an hour I was directed to a link that requested my driver's license or passport or else I would not be given access to the ticket I purchased. I VERY hesitantly provided my driver's license and STILL didn't get the tickets. This sounds like a scam. Between the hidden fees and the request to see a passport to verify my identity this company doesn't sound legitimate.

We called with questions regarding the tickets. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful. We don't appreciate you disguising your prices by waiting until the very end to add almost $80 in fees for 2 tickets. It feels very dishonest.

Going to the Concert of Gloria Trevi and Alejandra Guzman was a lifetime event. And so, I went online and browsed. The pricing of Event Tickets Center seemed to be the best option to me. The price was good except the extras that they add on, and I did not understand those fees. Still, I purchased tickets through them. I made my purchase over the phone as it was a week before the concert and I wanted to speak to someone. The lady I spoke to was helpful but a little rushed. Nevertheless, she helped me find a ticket better than what I paid for. Also, I took her phone number and extension as because I was hesitant about doing the transaction over the phone. And so, she kindly gave me her info.

Would like it much better if the prices didn't change constantly. Checked the price, clicked out, came back 1 hour later and price increased by 20.00. Then the additional fees were insane. 23.95 per ticket... and another 7.95 for something else. My 70.00 tickets ended up costing almost 100.

I was able to find the concert and venue that I was looking for. There was a very easy layout of the venue to pick out what seats I wanted. All in all it was about a 5 minute process from the beginning to the end of purchase. And very fast notice to my email of my confirmation.

I very excitedly purchased tickets to the Bruno Mars event in Atlanta. These tickets were $135/ticket. At the end of the transaction, I received a confirmation that 4 tickets cost me $1435.52. The $62 charge for your service seems pretty high for a $180 ticket. Nevertheless, the fact your fee does not show up till the very final screen results in sticker shock. The interactive seating was not working so I am guessing about the seat location. The delivery fee of $8 for you to e-mail them to me for me to print on my computer with my ink and my paper is awful.
