$35 per ticket for processing is absolutely ridiculous! I could see per order but per TICKET?! That's insane. I probably wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Worse than Ticketmaster! Ordering was easy but would be better if you could see actual seat location on the interactive map. Just blocks of color really aren't helpful.

I was surprised by service fee that is not stated anywhere until last page of order. This should be stated on first page of ordering process. I also think it is a bit excessive when you are buying multiple tickets and charged over $60 more per ticket. I understand processing fees but that is a bit extreme.

Although I understand that The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Hall is a small venue, there are some nooks and crannies that might not be the best. It would be nice to know exactly where your seats were. Patrons might pay a little extra if they could envision the position of their seats. :)

Best and easiest ticket purchase I ever had. Me and husband are visiting all the baseball parks. So far we have visited 3. I also liked that I was offered a refund. I had to purchase an extra ticket for my 2 year old nephew that has to go with us. We are currently taking care of him since his grandmother has terminal cancer. She has custody of him since her daughter is an idiot.

Processing fees are absolutely outrageous! You had better have the best paid employees around for charging a full 33% of the highest ticket prices charged. Easy to buy these tickets - but at what an additional price. If my husband didn't want to go so badly - this wouldn't be happening. It's actually offensive. I work in online systems all day every day and I have a good feel for how much work is being done by any one person to make this "an amazing experience... yada yada..." You must really think all of us are quite gullible and laughably ignorant. Enjoy your dinner tonight - we won't be going out for ours - as it was spent on processing fees!

The order process was fast and effective and super easy and I'll recommend this to my friends if they ever need to order tickets online. I thought the purchase for Highly Suspect tickets in Portland ME was the easiest I've ever done pretty much and can not wait to go to the concert. I'm super happy how quick the order went through with the email confirmation.

My experience was actually very good but I couldn't rate it that because $16.50 per ticket charge is a horrendous amount to pay for a service fee with technology in the 21st century. Your cost is outrageous which you say is for security. 2 tickets cost you $33.00. I am very unhappy with this amount!

Your fees are too high and should be shown upfront. Are you too scared to do so? You should be. They are unbelievable. It wasn't until I got to a final page were they apparent. To charge to send an email. Are you Kidding!?!?

Prices were reasonable and checkout was efficient. Show was just announced and prices didn't skyrocket right away. A better map of the venue would have been helpful in my seat decision. Overall a good source and I have been struggling trying to find a site to buy tickets. I will be back again.

My experience was great up until I saw the service fee of $31 per ticket! If it wasn't such an important gift I would've canceled my order. I'm not quite sure what "service" Event Tickets is providing that is worth $30.

This has been a great deal on concert tickets. Easy to buy online than going to Ticketmaster sales office, waiting in line and hoping you will get a pair of tickets. Just follow the instructions and you get your tickets fast.

The fact that you charge $50+ per ticket is outrageous! Maybe per transaction, but wow... Makes me sad that you make a lot on the ticket AND AND AND AND the service fee???? Wow. Please consider lessening or removing this fee for future purchases...

I bought tickets to a Red Sox baseball game. Decent seat selection and the ticket price was reasonable. However, I thought your service fee was ridiculously high and then on top of that there was a delivery fee. I won't use you again and I won't recommend you to anyone else.

The service fee and delivery fee are ridiculous. Together they add over $20 to the price of the ticket. How can you justify a almost $8 "delivery fee" if it's just an electronic ticket by email. It's simply annoying. I feel ripped off every time I buy a ticket from one websites like this.

The process is good, for it took me more than 25 minutes to buy my tickets. First time I tried, it said that the amount of tickets, 6, I requested were available, but before I went in, it said that it had tickets available. I bought the 2nd time.

The service fees that are added after the fact are deceitful. I saw the $7.95 printing fee and was like "ok" that will work. Surprise right at the end, my $78 dollar order jumped to a $112 order. They should be on the ticket upfront. Hate service fees.

I stayed in New York long time ago (1961-1963) for business. I wanted to go to New York as a sentimental journey before I die. This autumn I am planning to do this journey. I also stayed in Singapore for 4 years. Like the above mentioned idea I also plan to go there next spring.

Happy with our seats and the price of the tickets. HOWEVER, the service fee for the tickets was outrageous. Our tickets were 69 dollars a piece with a 22 dollar service fee per ticket. Not sure if we will return to this ticket vendor in the future.

An extra $11 service fees was added after purchase button was pushed. That was not explained prior to the sale. The only added fee shown was the $7.95 e-delivery fee. I feel that all fees and charges should be explained before the credit card information is taken.

The overall experience was fine (mission accomplished) however I would have liked to have better explanation or identification of where actual seats are located at the venue. Honestly, I ended up buying cheaper GA tickets because I couldn't tell where I would have actually been buying at the higher cost and didn't want to get stuck with seats that weren't worth the money. Process was quick and accurate. I would definitely purchase tickets by using this method again. I was purchasing just 2 tickets for soccer match and wanted them near family who had already purchased tickets and was able to get 2 tickets close by.

Service charge tacked on at the end. Exactly what service am I paying for? What service am I getting? Seems like an extra charge for nothing except not being honest about the cost upfront. You should advertise what the actual price of the event will be instead of charging for something I will never see or get.

Very Easy, just wish that they had an interactive map of the venues that the concerts are in, so you could get a better idea of what the seats will be like at the concert! All and all though this purchase experience has been rather easy and hassle free!!

Gaither Homecoming. Interested and went online - and easily got the tickets - how to order them! I just heard they were coming to Worcester - went online and found the info - chose where I'd like to sit and the cost per seats that I could afford - hit all the right keys and successfully placed my order. So happy to get tickets to such a wonderful event. I'm going to tell my friends about this event and how easy it is to go online and get tickets and info they need to do so.

There are a lot of buttons and I don't like that I can't use my credit card autofill. But besides that everything was just fine and dandy. Lots of different buttons to chose from. I wasn't allowed to buy my first set of tickets but they said they were still available on the main screen but when I bought them they were no longer available. But oh well.

This website is horribly misleading. When you agree to their terms and services, what you're actually agreeing to is a $40 service fee, which is more than the price of many of the tickets they sell (other websites such as StubHub only charge 10% of the ticket price). They will not refund your ticket or the fee even with the purchase of ticket insurance. When you call their customer support team, they'll cut you off and tell you the name of a third party website where you can sell your tickets to try to recoup your losses. If I could give zero stars I would.

I felt like the almost $70 dollar service fee was shoved in right at the end of payment and you didn't even know it was going to be there. I will never use this sneaky and unethical service again to purchase tickets.

The "service charge" is a scam. It only shows up after all the information is provided and AFTER the indication is only a $7.95 fee for an email - itself ridiculous. You should be ashamed of this bait and switch. There is no way it takes that amount of money to process a ticket.

I found the service fees were very high and they came as a surprise at checkout. They should be identified earlier in the process as it could (and almost did) have an impact on my buying decision. It was a user friendly experience and I would recommend to a friend. Very quick. I really like the fact the tickets are paperless and the receipt goes to your smartphone!!! Five star experience. Looking forward to seeing the Doobie Brothers and Chicago. It should be a good time. The COTA is an awesome venue and close to Round Rock.

HIM tickets - The fees were out of hand and I'm pretty sure sites like this are buying the original tickets and reselling them at higher prices. Gen. admin. for this show was $57 on the promoted site. It kind of makes me sick to see this happening, but I really wanted to see this band.

Service fee exorbitant!!! Venue has poor ratings and have to walk far to get there. We're in our 60's and this will be challenging but Van Morrison is the draw. This fee should provide better customer service. The shuttle service if necessary.

I think it is ridiculous that I was charged a delivery fee on top of the service fee when I am not having the tickets delivered but instead downloading and printing them off. I have never seen this before on any other ticket service. I will not be using Event Tickets Center in the future.

I do not appreciate the deceptive practice of adding a large "service fee" to an order. Just put them in the ticket price instead of adding it at checkout. I spent hours looking for tickets in my price range just to be hit with an additional $90. This is a deceptive practice and I am **. Purchasing tickets to the sporting event was very simple and hassle free, no problems/concerns. However, once I purchased my tickets online a screen popped up and stated I qualified for a $25 rebate if I called this number... After calling this number I was then told I would only get my rebate if I participated in a 30 day trial for $1. I opted out... I'm dissatisfied because this advertisement is totally misleading. Sure, I love to save money, but not when I first have to pay a "small fee" to even be eligible. Bummer!

Wish I could have seen better where the floor rows were and the seating rows. It's hard to tell how high up the seats are due to being afraid of heights. And how close you are to the stage on the floor by the numbers.

I like the fact you get a view of the field from the seats. I would have liked to have received more information about the Club Level seating prior to just purchasing the tickets. Like have Club Level or Club Seating with a link attached for people to review who don't know much about the stadium.

Twenty five dollars each ticket to send an email is silly. The process is quick, but I feel like I have been used by a slick car salesperson. I have been sold a lemon for sure. It should be illegal to list tickets at $139 & then tack on $51.50 per ticket at the end. That's a 37% increase over the advertised price.

Efficient system - easy to understand. Do not live in city of event and this gave me equal access to tickets. The sales people were knowledgeable and friendly and seemed interested to help me find the tickets I wanted for the best price. I felt like I was on an even footing with ticket buyers on site. I feel fortunate that the city of Savannah is providing entertainers (Beach Boys) of this level to our area. I was provided with maps of adjacent parking lots so that I could completely plan our trip in a safe manner.

Event Tickets Center was quick and easy to use. Prices are deceiving though because of the service charges. Even worse than the hidden fees, was the fact they made you type an essay before allowing you to check out. I came, I saw what I wanted, I bought the tickets.

I purchased a Florida Georgia Line concert ticket this morning. I expected to pay the $49 for the ticket and didn't even mind paying a service fee (which I fully expected). But come on $16.66 service fee and $7.95 delivery fee (to my email). It cost me half cost of the ticket just for the service fee. This is highway robbery and you should be ashamed to charge your customers those types of fees. He really wanted to go to your concert and so I paid the fee like everyone else. Know this. I will never ever purchase a ticket from you again. I should have to pay a $25 service fee for a $49.00 ticket. If you are going charge those fees, it should be a percentage of the cost of the ticket for example 10%. You people are like loan sharks!!!

Seamless and easy. I would recommend this site for any to any of my friends and colleagues. You should give it a chance. Verizon Amphitheater is an awesome venue. Recommended highly. I don't know how much more I can say about this experience. It is well worth it. Everyone should try it. It is a Thursday morning and I was able to purchase my tickets very easily

Very disappointed to see the extremely high fees including $7.95 to send an e-ticket added at the end as a 'surprise' right before final payment. This should be displayed upfront in the shopping cart. I am unlikely to use this site again.

Although I am happy with the service but think your service fee is entirely too high. That fee should be displayed before you check out especially if you are on a budget when purchasing the tickets. Please reconsider the fee.

Service Charge is outrageous!! $42.00 service charge per ticket when each ticket costs $68.00 before the service charge. Outrageous!! I was one click away from canceling the order. But I suppose that all you care about is that I did not cancel. I would describe this experience as very negative! It would have been nice to see where my seats were. The map is a little confusing, as you can't get a visual of the balcony or boxes. When I checked out, I am not really sure where seats are as the "main floor" is not a label on the map you use to select your seats. Not very well thought out.

Nice and easy way to buy tickets. Would of like to know besides the section where the rows were located but overall it was really easy to understand of where the locations of the seats are. I like the whole map view of where the ring and stage is at and hope to enjoy the seats I got.

I purchased electronic tickets for Maroon 5 and we got them the next day at the place. However, the price charged was almost double the price on-site so I wasn't satisfied with that. But I was afraid that my daughter and I might not receive the ticket on time because the show was in Montreal and I live in Vermont. It was my first concert in 20 years and I really enjoyed it and want to see more shows. But the fee is a little bit of a turn down and taking advantage of people who cannot go at the door of the sale center and make the line so have to pay a price on for it because we had the tickets delivered at home.

When looking for tickets to Capitol Theatre I came across this service. It looked reputable and I even understood that being a third party would pay a service fee. When I got my tickets I found out that I not only paid 22 for the fee but also double the ticket price. So a ticket that would have been 35 cost me 97. OUCH!

This is a scam! When ordering online, scam companies pay A LOT to have their company be among the first companies to pop-up and they "got me". Compared other ticket companies, this one had the cheapest seats. After printing order summary for purchasing two tickets to upcoming concert, I was charged $75.90 for a SERVICE fee that I was unaware of until AFTER submitting payment. I immediately called the company to complain and cancel the order, but was told they had a no refund policy. I called my credit card company and they will dispute the charge when it hits, but I doubt it will matter. This is how this company makes their money... Scamming people. If I had an extra $75.90 to spend, I would have purchased better seats!

The purchasing of the tickets was ok, not e-tickets was a pain to rush far away to pick up, but real problem was at the play. The tickets didn't scan and the CS said they were not valid tickets. My kids and I almost didn't get in but since they had empty seats they let us.

It's very disappointing to find out that the real price of the ticket I got was only $55.00 each and I paid more than $350 for 2 tickets. Can't understand why this is tolerated here in the US. I find it too much that people actually take advantage this way. So terrible! It is a cultural event that anyone should be able to reach out to others for learning and enrichment and therefore people shouldn't actually tolerate this kind.

I purchased tickets for a comedy show at the Granada Theater by clicking on the online link, which brought me to this website. I selected a ticket for the 7pm show and then received multiple emails with links to download and print out my tickets. The night of the show, I realized that I had been given tickets to the 9:30pm show and that my order number on my ticket did not even match that in my emails. I sadly had to leave a birthday party gathering of friends.

Loved the fact I could get these tickets in this manner. Although the service charge was very steep, I may use again based on convenience. I do not like the fact you are forced to create an account however. But now the account is created, I will most likely use again.

We have purchased tickets from Event Tickets Center for quite a few different events such as Phish and baseball games, and the tickets are cheaper.

I purchased tickets for the New Jersey Devils versus the Philadelphia Flyers. The process was easy and the price was less. The tickets came in the email and I got them printed out. But it did take a little bit longer than necessary to get the tickets from the website to the email. Other than that, there were lots of tickets available at Events Ticket Center and for different price ranges.

While the experience of ordering was easy I was very surprised to discover that in addition to being charged to download the tickets there was also a significant service charge attached to each ticket. It increased the cost of tickets significantly thus deterring me from buying more tickets as I intended to do.

Applying for instant $25.00 discount. I called the # provided then I was on the phone for 10 minutes listening to a "salesperson" trying to get me to buy never ending offers I had NO interest in. Then I checked my credit card charge and of course there was no $25.00 discount. I will be canceling this because it costs $16.99 per month. I just wanted some tickets. I did not need all the hype this guy was shoving down my throat.

Great site. Easy to access. Will probably use it again. It's a whole lot easier than trying to get to the box office. With so much happening in Nashville these days and the traffic this is the best and easiest way to get tickets to an event you want to attend.

Website was very easy to access and search. Smooth process and quick due to being able to see seating and prices associated with that seat. Very disheartening when you get to the paying part and you have added a HUGE fee per ticket. Over $17 apiece for a service fee? Come on, is that really necessary? So instead of getting better seats or planning on saving a few dollars, the cost goes from $104 to $146. May not seem like much but that's the gas to get there, or the cost of food. I know good times cost, but it's the ridiculous fees that make people pick other places to go or things to do.

Never again... Baited with the low price per ticket then hit with service charge after inputting card data. I will certainly not use this service again. Dishonest... Totally... Crooks... You must have tested the reactions of desperate people trying to get tickets, pulled in by the low price and hit with the charge and saw that they will buy anyway. Well done.

First time purchaser through this site. I purchased concert tickets for my daughter's birthday. I liked the ease of choosing seats, the seat prices were clearly labeled. Check out was easy. The only drawback was the $51.00 per ticket service charge.

We purchased the tickets from Events Ticket Center a day before the basketball game when we were in Detroit. When we got there, we had to show the confirmation number and there was one missing ticket that they could not find. I handed the information to the manager and they finally got it. Overall, it's a very good service and is convenient because we don’t have to make a long line, which is great.

When we got blocked out of tickets on the legitimate ticket site, for a very popular concert, we went to this site who had tickets for literally 6 times the price plus a $200 fee per ticket! Knowing how much it meant to my daughter I bought them... I got an email saying there would be further instructions to get my tickets... I spoke to a rep from this company for a half hour. He assured me I had them.

My wife purchased tickets at Event Tickets Center for the WWE for me and my son. I called the reps to ask some questions about the show including the price and the seats. They emailed me the tickets and helped me a lot. They were very good.

Wow. $51 per ticket service fees to keep up their website. TicketMaster was $12 per ticket. Don't even know how I got to their site. Thought I was dealing direct with the venue. I guess I'm paying so they deceptively put themselves first in the search when you try to go direct. Then they tried to blame it on some other company after they admitted it was for their web upkeep. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I didn’t order my tickets for the Astros vs. Seattle Mariners game from Event Tickets Center till we were almost there because I could get the tickets cheaper by going through them than I could at the window. They have certain tickets that they have reserved so I ended up getting mine at the last minute. I wasn't at home with a printer, and the reps at the game were not taking and scanning anybody's tickets with the phone app so it was an hour and a half wait for us to get our tickets printed out. It was ridiculous. There's no reason why they can't scan something from a phone in this day and age. But that wasn't Event Ticket Center's problem.

I was looking for a specific event at a specific date. I checked different prices at different sites, and Event Tickets Center popped up and came out first. Then, I had to call them because I was at a hotel and didn’t have a printer to print my tickets off. I had to call and see if I could get Will call or what I needed to do there. They tried to call the stadium to ask them but they were closed. They definitely tried and they did what they could. But I figured it out. I found a printer through the concierge. It wasn’t a big deal and the experience was really easy.

Getting tickets was great but the seats we got had multiple problems. The jumbotron has something hanging in front of it blocking our view and we were blinded by a couple of stage lights making it difficult to look down towards the ring. Unfortunately out of the 8 matches 2 of them pre-show only 2 matches were worth watching. I was cramped up for 4 hours having the same people stepping on my feet every 20 minutes. I saw a lot of seats not filled below us and wonder why. I'm a huge fan of WWE but if this would have been my first experience to this kind of event I assure you it would be my last. I'm not sure if I will ever go to event at this new arena again. I couldn't even snap a picture to share because of bright lights that blinded us. Wish I had better things to say but I just don't.

I had started placing an order but stopped before clicking the last submit button due to friends at my table telling me I could find them for much cheaper from somewhere else. But by time I went back to the tab, it said my order was complete. I immediately contacted them about getting a refund and they said all sales were final. I've been arguing with them and they refuse to take responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON. They are a fraudulent company that will scam you.

Loved the concert - hated the parking issue because it took us an hour to find parking. We missed the Vivaldi portion of the concert, but the rest was spectacular, and we really appreciated the Four on Corps, as we felt that we did indeed get our money's worth.

The tickets I bought from Event Tickets Center for Los Angeles Dodgers arrived on time and everything went fine.

The game was fine. I however was dismayed to find out that the tickets we paid $35 for, were actually $14 tickets. When you add in the $8.50 surcharge for each ticket, that equals a ripoff. Thanks, but unless I am desperate I will get tickets elsewhere.

Great show as usual at 20 Monroe live. Breaking Benjamin was incredible, that's why we drive from Newberry MI just for these shows! This venue although small is absolutely one of the best in Michigan for sure. Way to go! Front row mezzanine seats are the whip. See you all for seether.

I got ten tickets and could get eight folks to come. Some folks could not come for various reason. The show was absolutely fabulous. One of the finest shows I have ever seen and I have seen many shows. I am 60. I am a rock and roller so the show was a rock concert in addition to the fabulous stagecraft, choreography, all of my friends had a great time. I was happy to bring an 8 year old girl and her 13 year old brother to see an incredible show. They will never see this level of performance again. In summary we all had a fabulous time.

Our entire party of seven ranging in age from four to sixty seven had a most wonderful time but of course wish we could have seen elephants maybe bears... I do understand how costly a show like this must be but question animals' happiness/wild with trophy hunters.

Loved the show, was amazing, would have liked to see more of the different dances. They may have been there but I did not relate to them. Was amazed with both of their singing, but would have enjoyed a really great grand finale at the end of the show. They sang and it was over. Left both my husband in of a state of, "Oh it's over."

I don't know where to begin, I had a wonderful time. This was the first time in my life (I am 57 years old) that I ever went to your circus. It was beyond my expectations. The lion act was unbelievable, the acrobats were fantastic, the lighting, the staging, all of the enthusiasm of all the participants (including the men on stilts, the dog act, the entire experience was a feast for the eyes (and mind). I feel so sad that it is closing, and I wish I would have gone in the past. I heard that the loss of the elephants greatly reduced attendance, but there is so much else to enjoy. All of those people entertaining us with enthusiasm was just wonderful. You have added so much enjoyment to people, young and old, over the years. All of you should be proud of that lasting contribution.

I will never use your service. While ordering tickets for Jackson Browne, which was sold out, this site directed me to another venue and those tickets were purchased which was days away so I could not sell them. Within minutes I called to cancel the tickets and this company would not honor the request. I paid close to $500.00 for tickets to some concert that I never heard of nor could I attend since it was during the week. The tickets were never downloaded. This is a poor way of doing business, I will be sure that if your ticket company ever appears while purchasing tickets again, I will NOT ever USE EVENT TICKETS CENTER TO PURCHASE TICKETS AGAIN. You would get negative stars if I could put that up!

Neil Diamond concert in Charlotte, NC -- Fantastic concert. Wonderful voice, stage presence. Nice venue. Parking a little different. Only issue was size of print on ticket. Two folks were in our seats because Row P was hard to distinguish from Row F. One of ushers had younger eyes and got it fixed.

Wow, I was shocked with the extra fee I had to pay to order my tickets through the online ticket help. It should be clearly stated up front how much extra each ticket is. It wasn't clear to me, a first time user. Disappointed, will not purchase online tickets again. The concert was amazing!

Billy Joel at SunTrust was awesome. The seats, however sucked. These were 1st row, billed as on the third base dugout. They were 1 section past the dugout. I thought on the dugout would be over the roof of dugout so I could see across the floor seating. Nope. I was right on field level (actually, below field level) so I had a perfect view of the floor seating. Additionally, there was a beer cart set up in front of us so I got a great view of the beer line. For $700 for 2 tix, that completely sucked. Any other seat in the park would have been better since we weren't particularly close anyway.

I have already sent you an email. My tickets (Toronto Blue Jays) were false, at the gate they scanned the barcode and they did not let me and my family in. I was very disappointed and angry. They told me that other persons had the same tickets and only the last ones could get in. You understand I want my money back. Please respond.

Soul 2 Soul - Band was way too loud... drowned out Faith Hill's singing. I loved the big screen images of Tim and Faith and songs together with more acoustic sounds. Ticket price was way too high for the experience. I paid $500 for ok seats with minimal enjoyment of hearing their singing voices. Sorry to say as I have been a fan since they began their careers. My 1st time seeing them live.

Very good concert. Seth Ennis led off and he was just so-so. You could hardly hear his great voice because the band's music was so loud. Definitely needs to improve that for future concerts. But Faith and Tim more than made up for that. Their collaborations were excellent and both have great voices and blended together so well. Each sang a few songs on their own and they were outstanding. Camera and lights were also very good. All in all, a fantastic show.

The show (Beautiful Carole King Musical) was absolutely awesome. The talent in all of the performers was wonderful. It was all that we had hoped it would be and more. Would love to see more shows like this in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Alton Brown show "Eat your Science!" It was a wonderful way to spend the evening with my husband and I'm looking forward to his next tour already! I bought tickets online in December as a Christmas gift and opted for the tickets to be mailed to me in April. Sadly they didn't make it in time and I had to call day of the show. Fortunately, it really wasn't a problem as they were able to change my tickets to will call and for the inconvenience they upgraded our seats! The seats we got were phenomenal! Thanks!

I purchased 2 tickets for a concert. Event Tickets Center is a rip off. My tickets were $44 which are $10 more expensive than they are priced off a different site. They also charged me $15.64 for each ticket for a service charge and to top it off charged $7.95 delivery to send me tickets to my email. In total they charged me $131 for 2 tickets I could of paid $80 for anywhere else. I also have yet to get my tickets by email and I bought them a few days ago. Email says they won't be sent until August 27th so that means I get my tickets TWO days before the concert. I am not happy. This website is a rip off and I hope people realize it and stop paying their insane prices! I wish I would of done more looking for the tickets.

Neil Diamond Concert was electrifying. From the first song he sang to the last. 2 hours of solid world class entertainment. His band was also unbelievable. They were so fantastic from beginning to the end. They kept us on the edge of our seat. They are world class band including world class backup singers. It would be impossible to be any better than the Neil Diamond Concert. They far exceeded my expectations. I can't wait till they return again.

Good concert. Was a little disturbed to find our two $81 each tickets were for the back of the balcony. Discovered $22 tickets were advertised at the Admiral Theater -- must have been for standing room on the street!

I bought tickets for the Lionel Richie & Mariah Carey / August 16, 2017 concert and when I downloaded the tickets the date was March 17, 2017 with the same other persons name on it. I called Events tickets and they refused to correct the tickets. UNBELIEVABLE. I sent over $400.00 for two tickets.

We checked other ticket providers and Event Tickets Center's price was bottom-line. So, we bought the tickets for the hockey games through them. But we had to contact their rep and find out what happened because the tickets we ordered were snapped up by somebody prior to us receiving them and we didn't receive the email. So, we called and then we got the email. We printed the ticket so it all worked out.

When advertised for 15.00 a ticket on TV. Then can't find one or two tickets only for 50.00 a ticket plus fees. Feel liked we got ripped off. Probably won't use this service again. And will tell all our friends and relatives.

We purchased 75$ tickets x2 for an event and were charged an additional 75$ in fees and were told there wasn't an option of will call and had to pay an additional 25$ for delivery. This was Wednesday for a Sat. evening event. Will always go with Ticketmaster.

The seats were cheaper with Event Tickets Center, and the tickets were delivered according to the given time frame. I recommend Event Tickets Center. It was fast and easy to use.

I got tickets for the Houston game at Event Tickets Center. They seemed to have good prices and I didn't have any problems with their reps at all but it would have been helpful if I could upgrade the tickets after I purchased them.

I will never use your site again. You sold me 2 parking tickets instead of tickets to get into the game for $134.00. I work with 3,400 people who are union and another 1,000 who aren't. I made sure to post pictures on our main board, so everyone on our site can see how shady you are.

I purchased my tickets online the morning of the event. A confirmation emailed arrived saying my tickets would arrive in a separate email. I assumed the email would arrive prior to the event. I checked prior to leaving for the venue and thought I saw a new email. Arrived at the venue to discover that a separate email did NOT arrive. I called, from the front of the venue, and spoke to someone a little put off with me calling. Once I found the information and gave her my information, she assured me that the email would be sent immediately. A few minutes later, the email did arrive. We went inside and then had no assigned seats. We were late to the event because the customer service didn't know how to handle customers that were inside the venue but were without assigned seats. We did finally receive seats and saw the show. I would not use this broker again.

I do not recommend this website for event tickets. I was charged $82.99 for what should have been some $30 for two general admission tickets. When I complained to "Event Tickets Center" the response was basically--"too bad, so sad." You are NOT getting a refund of any kind.

I had a problem with the payment process. When I placed my order online initially, there was an error message that stated my order did not go through but a hold was placed on my card. The message prompted me to try again which resulted in another hold being placed on my card. I decided to call your customer service number where I was told that I would have to pay again to purchase the tickets which tied up more funds on my card. I received my tickets with no problems and my seats were great but all of my funds were tied up because of the payment process.

Ticket fees were ridiculous as a proportion to the ticket price. Won't buy from here again. Also... wasn't a clear understanding of where my seats were. Row AA? Was hoping it was closer to front... was. Let the case.

I just purchased 2 tickets on Event Tickets Center. Total order was for $81 per ticket plus $26.73 service fee per ticket, so $223.41 for 2 tickets. Thinking this was quite expensive, I did a quick search online and saw the SAME tickets were on sale at the venue website, for $15 each (no additional fees!). So I called customer service within 5 minutes of purchasing my tickets and was told they didn't have a return policy. Event Tickets Center just charged me $223 for tickets worth $30 on the venue website. Seems like a pretty good business to be in...

My wife ordered 4 tickets for a show. The following day she received a email from Event Tickets stating they had a problem processing the order and she would need to reorder the tickets which she did. We were then billed for both orders. We contacted them and we were told all sales were final. We explained that the only reason we reordered the tickets was because their email told us we would have to reorder. We were told they would not accept any responsibility in the matter.

I put basketball tickets in my Google browser and Event Tickets Center was one of the links that came up. I had Ticketmaster open as well but Event Tickets Center had the best price. My tickets showed up in my email when they were supposed to. Event Tickets Center is a great website and they did awesome with the pricing.

I was at the last minute deciding to go to a ZZ Top concert and buying the tickets through Event Tickets Center was the quickest way we knew to do it. Everything was waiting for me when I got to the concert. It was a good experience and it was a wonderful concert and I can't believe those three guys can make that much music.

I purchased three tickets and paid for them on 3/21. My event is on 3/31 and I was told my tickets would arrive by 3/29. Even when I called to Check why I have not received the tickets I have emailed customer service and still waiting for a response and my tickets. I am driving 4 hours and don't want to be scammed. Just email the tickets you sure took my money over a week ago when I bought them instantly.

I've known of Event Tickets Center for years. I buy ball game tickets from them because of the ticket availability and convenience, and tickets arrive on time. I'd recommend Event Tickets.

I needed tickets for my brother and son-in-law for a wrestling match and I found Event Tickets Center online. I contacted them regarding the tickets having another name on them when I printed them off. The rep said that they buy those tickets in bulk and they have to have a name that they buy under. I wish they had warned me about it.

Don't buy tickets with this website again. Y'all won't post this because it's a bad review but it's a true one. Y'all sold me tickets that I went to a hockey game with and the tickets y'all sold me were "already scanned" upon trying to gaining access to the game. The customer service has been terrible, for example on trying to get in contact with someone is a struggle and y'all scammed me. That's not cool at all. Events Tickets Center was the first one who was out when I was buying tickets online 2 hours before the Pat Benatar event. It was my first time purchasing from them and the ticket wouldn't come through my email. So I ended up having to call the company that prints them and they were able to email them to me.

My tickets would not download. It took me five phone calls until finally a very nice lady gave me a number to call the Seller directly. The Seller then sent my tickets as an e-mail attachment; I was able to download immediately. The four customer service men who I spoke to before were not helpful at all and said it was my computer. I believe this should not happen when charged just a high extra service fee. Will avoid using Event Tickets Center.

Tickets to the Guthrie On March 5th. A gross overcharge. I'll never use you again and will advise my friends regarding the experience. I called the Guthrie and found that the tickets I paid 138 dollars each could have been obtained at the Theatre for 54. Isn't that abusive of you? I hope you are found out and will try to help to do that. And your phone person implied that I was talking to the theater. My fault is that I believed her. Disgusting!

I did not like just about 19 dollars added to each ticket (monster jam), will not use Event Ticket Center again. Will go to the outlets where tickets are sold, cost and extra almost 40 dollars more for two tickets.
