Quick and easy. Straightforward. Simple. I was offered a rebate so I was happy about that. I never heard about Event Tickets until today. I am looking forward to going to this concert that I had thought was sold out.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a good detailed explanation of the charges above the ticket price. The rest of the process was OK, but springing service charges at check out is not what I would expect.

My first time using this site, no interruptions and no problems I give the experience a 4/5. I usually go to other sites for knowing on where to get the best, but this one was not that bad and maybe next time I might use it again.

The buying experience was fine I suppose, but over $30 per ticket in service fees? Really? The service fee was over 25% of the ticket price. 27.5% to be exact. That's outrageous. Yet I still paid it because there is no other way to see the band. I hope you enjoy laying me across that barrel and having your way with me. You could at least toss me a towel afterward so I can clean myself up. Jesus.

The experience is fine - site is user-friendly. However, the RIDICULOUS service charges should be included in the price of the ticket instead of being added on at the end. The service charge per ticket of $77 is totally and completely reprehensible.

I do love coming to Wolf Trap, even from so far away as Harford County, a solid 2 hour drive. However, the extra service charges and taxes are pretty steep. We would come more often if it wasn't so expensive.

Accuracy and response was excellent, easy diagram to show layout of area, easy to purchase tickets... Easy to pick out tickets and place order, it makes purchasing tickets so much easier. Although I don't understand the extra cost for each ticket, maybe on flat rate for additional handling. Like 15.00 this would help individuals to be able to purchase more fun tickets for never events. Like I will also be purchasing the Disney Dance Jam tickets. I needs 8 tickets. Very easy site to use. Seating chart was helpful. Was afraid that I had to order 2 seats until I saw other option for a single seat. Looking forward to seeing the show because this option was available when the box office is not.

$7.95 for a delivery of an ONLINE ticket is beyond messed up. Get your stuff together. It would also be helpful to know the service fees in advance and not when you already take the credit card out. It eliminates all the desire to go to the concerts at all.

The experience feels seamless, easy, and fast! No pressure to get tickets with most service order systems have counters which I think it's pointless to show customers. I would definitely recommend friends and family members to use Event Tickets Center.

Finding and buying tickets was smooth and easy, but HOLY COW CONVENIENCE FEES! I don't understand why it isn't a convenience fee per purchase (or not at all, because it's convenient for everyone to buy online), no per ticket! That's just trying to dig into people's pockets. NYC ballet does not add convenience fees for online purchases... Just sayin'.

I can't really rate it yet because I haven't received my tickets, so I gave it a 3 star average. As far as the website, I found it very easy to navigate. One of the better websites out there. I also chose Event Tickets Center because it had the highest rating from ConsumerAffairs. I initially went to Vivid and StubHub, but decided against them after seeing their poor consumer ratings.

It's been a long time since I have ordered concert tickets online. I was ordering 2 tickets at $60.00 each, but at the bottom of the order, just before I secured the order, the total price was $160.00... which would be $80.00 p/ticket. The note above the total said this was a 3rd party company and prices could be higher or lower. So I left that website and went to the Oil Palace website. Their tickets were actually higher, so I went back to your website and place my order. I guess I'm not used to the "games" that are played when ordering ticket. Guess that could be why we don't go to many shows.

I had a good experience with ordering tickets. It was quick and easy. I tried other websites and they told me there were no tickets available, but I found some here thankfully. The tickets offered are a good price too.

To say that the tickets are $84 each right up to the payment page and then have them be $114 each at the check out time is completely wrong!!! I went ahead with the purchase, because I really wanted the tickets, but would not use the service again, as I felt very misled.

You would have received 5 stars if you had disclosed the $28.56 service fee for each of the two tickets I purchased before I selected my tickets... and, a delivery fee of $7.95 on top of that? Wow. Nothing like some good ol' fashioned greed. Especially since I've been attending shows at the Warfield since the 60's and know what you used to charge for a JGB show.

Ordering was easy, except that I wasn't able to tell if it was the best deal, and the service charge and delivery charge is too much since it's delivered by email- then the protection fee is too much!! And after the order, a deal for 25.00 rebate popped up, with a phone # to call about claiming it, just to find out it's to sign up for "fun club" and no credible explanation about what it entails- I don't know if it's connected with the Event Tickets site.

Very quick and accurate. I was able to find the seats that I wanted very easily. I generally prefer paper tickets, but I am sure that the eTicket will be fine. I trust that parking will not be an issue at the venue.

I had a good experience buying tickets. The process was fast and easy. Processing fees and extra hidden fees were very expensive. Very misleading to the original price of the ticket. I would suggest including fee prices with the ticket. Not cool.

This was such an easy site to use. The savings were amazing. I was expecting to pay over $150 for each seat, but after fees we didn't even pay $100 for two super close seats! If you are going to an event, then this is definitely the site to use to get your tickets. I saved it in my favorites for easy access for my next ticket purchase.

The exorbitant service fee charges are highway robbery. A pair of tickets for $152 incurred $42 service fee. 25% of my total cost is service fees! I will definitely warn others about expecting hidden fees from your company!

The unnecessary service fee is absolutely ridiculous. It is an online transaction that will be using my printer, paper and ink to print my tickets. Why should that cost me $10.36 per ticket? Except for that, the experience using this site was fine.

Advertised ticket price did not match total dollar amount. The service fees should be accurately reflected in the ticket price. An advertised price of $73 should not come out to a total of $103. That is false advertising. Everything else with the online process worked well.

Worked quickly and accurately. The proof will be when we get the tickets and all goes smoothly. The tickets look good on paper but the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Wait until January 26th to find out!

The tickets were relatively expensive. 60.43 after all the fees. My account only had 110 dollars in it, but I figured I get paid Friday I'll be fine for a couple of days. Instead of telling me the information I entered was incorrect and the charge couldn't be processed a hold was placed on my card and I was unable to finish purchasing my tickets. I had to use an alternate card... Which isn't the end of the world, but it was really frustrating when I'm already paying TRIPLE the cost of the original ticket. Anyway, I'm sure this'll get ignored, but your site is basically a way for scalpers to do less work. Y'all are basically scum.

Mann Center -- Leonard Bernstein program - Handling fees seemed rather high -- much more than ticket master -- adding nearly $70 to our order. Next time -- I'll go directly to the box office for tickets. Simply too expensive to repeat this experience. And this feedback form is fairly awkward to use.

The Service Fee and Delivery Fee are grossly, greedily overpriced. An email does not cost $8 to send. If you cannot afford to issue tickets as priced without passing on your administrative fee, then you are not in a position to be in business in the first place. Greedy. Greedy. Greedy.

Frankly I find the addition of $50+ dollars onto a ticket order of $150+ dollars to be ludicrous/ridiculous/outrageous. This is a 33% markup. How can you live with yourselves or sleep at night? If I and my wife did not seriously like both of these bands I would not be doing business with you and I could not in good conscience recommend your site to anyone else.

I think putting the fees up front and not waiting until checkout would be a great addition to the site. I was a little shocked at how much it was and almost didn't get the tickets from your site. Also, you do not list the seat numbers, just the section and row, so I still don't know exactly where I am sitting and might have been better in a different row. It would have been nice to pick seats and not just sections. Sometimes physical limitations make certain seats an issue and being able to pick seats that accommodated would be nice. I am currently in a walking boot and it doesn't fit everywhere and being able to pick an aisle seat would have been nice.

I did like the attempt to sell additional monthly charges. There was a number that came up for a rebate and then when calling they ask for your credit card information over the phone without identifying how the site works.

You say 88 dollars for 2 tix. I expect to pay around that ballpark, not 50% more in "fees" for 120$... At least be forthcoming and say, "We are gonna extort you." I would be surprised if I ever buy from this service/venue again.

It was easy to purchase tickets at this site. What they don't tell you until you purchase, is that service fees are very high. Also don't know exact seats, just the section. Was going to purchase Mezzanine seats, but the row available didn't exist in the seating diagram... so I am a bit nervous, But I'll report back after the show!

It was not clear how to order both tickets and parking in one transaction. I've purchased the tickets. Now I have to go back and try to get parking. Also, it would be helpful to have a map showing where parking sites are located.

I think the service fee was a little much. You think you are only paying so much for a ticket but then when you pay it's another 11 dollars per tickets. It's too much. The ticket prices should reflect the fee charges. I feel like it's very misleading.

Seems like a good experience so far! I told my friends to use this site also. It was very easy and seemed cheaper than other sites. They emailed me the confirmation number right away but not the tickets. I am waiting on that email now.

Parking tickets should not have service/delivery fees when you are buying tickets to concert. I do not mind paying a parking fee of $12.00, but to pay a service fee $3.36 and a delivery fee $7.95 and I just paid the same fees for the concert tickets is ridiculous! Please read and consider this point.

It was an easy process, however I'm spending a huge amount of money and feel that $260 processing fee for tickets is absolutely uncalled for. If I could at all get to the actual venue to buy my tickets I will in the future. I am highly unlikely to use this site again.

The site needs a calendar because it was too hard to maneuver in the site. The delivery fee is outrageous to send the tickets to my email in addition to the service fee... Yikes... If this wasn't a birthday event for myself and my hubby I would have left the site... I backed out once and then my hubby talked me back into going to the concert... but not after I tried a couple of other sites for tickets, like fan flash and StubHub.

Everything worked except you should post the service charge in advance. It becomes an additional expense besides the premium for the seats. If it wasn't the playoffs I would have never bought these tickets from you. I will probably never use your service again.

Liked that the stadium was up there so you could see where the sections were. Would have like to see where the seats were though. Would also like to see where the team supporters sit so I don't sit by them.

People are sometimes not nice on the lawn tickets. I have only bought lawn tickets twice, years ago was the first time and now. I bought tickets for Keith Urban for the lawn because I could not afford anything else right now. I don't understand the lawn seating.

My only question/concern is that I was quoted $149 for camping and then it came to $198. Not sure what additional fees were exactly. Other than that, I was pleased with the easy to use website and navigation.
