This placed added a $100.00 service fee for two tickets to see a concert several months away. I get having service fees but the sneaky little methods that they use to scam you is ridiculous and that amount is a little extreme. This charge was not visible during the seat selection or even the entering in my bank information. They do not help you at all when you call customer service. This place will never get my money again. Merry ** Christmas you filthy animal.

You slapped me with a 30%+ fee with no advance warning - 30% is excessive in any case, but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth - whenever I can go to the box office I try to do that these days because of how much I hate the ticket sales industry, and you've proven yourself to be one of the poorer options in this sector. No transparency on excessive transaction.

Experience was great. Quick and easy. I used this to order Avs tickets for a game at Pepsi Center and it was simple. I clicked the tickets I wanted and got the ones I wanted at a fair price. No issues at all and it took less than 3 minutes to make the order.

Have never used your site before. 74 yrs old, don't usually buy tickets online. My friend, and my daughter and 6 of her friends wanted to see the Eagles/James Taylor. The on-line ticket purchase experience was a huge convenience, however I was very dissatisfied that the surprise Service Fee does not show up until the last button click before final purchase. $32.67 per ticket plus a $7.95 delivery fee means 37% of the cost of this performance is "non-value-add" cost in my mind. :(

Finding a decent seat at a decent price was tedious. Then the mailing fee and the service fee, when decisions were already made, were bad surprises! Why the surprise? Why not give a "real" price? To charge a service fee of $30.36 to a $92.00 ticket for the Stevie Wonder House Full of Toys charity concert is **. The online technology has already paid for itself tenfold. There is no reason to charge such a high fee, other than to screw over people who spend their hard-earned money on entertainment. It's also a charity event. If you're going to gauge customers so badly, the least you could do is donate some of those monies to the charity. Shame on you!! Buying tickets online is fast and easy, but the service fees are too high - in my opinion... Nevertheless, it is very convenient. The tickets will be a Christmas gift for my husband. This performance will be our first experience in the Kennedy Center so far.

Really enjoyed these seats. We try to sit here as often as possible. There is a great view and since it's at an angle you can really see everything. Would definitely recommend if you have never been to either a game of concert.

I like that it shows the view from the stadium, really helps when picking tickets. I would recommend this site for that reason alone. Very useful. Also the choice to put insurance on the tickets is great. Nice to know that if something happens that we are able to get our money back.

I found ticket ordering easy. The Event Ticket Center website was intuitive and easy to navigate. But you do not disclose the nearly $30 service fee until billing is nearly complete. Very deceptive!! The follow-up rebate offer to Great Fun was really cheesy and painful. You are doing yourself a disservice by engaging with Great Fun. They tried to hook me into three different offers!

Only at the end of the ordering process was I informed of the very steep price for service and an e-mail download nonetheless. (Jan 10th event of river dance). You really should have announced your fee at the outset. Customer Service must be paramount. I suggest you review your policy or your website. Thus the Dissatisfaction... Please respond if you can.

These tickets were advertised at $52 a piece. After a $7.95 delivery fee (these tickets are delivered via email so I'm not sure why that costs $7.95) and two $17 service fees, the tickets ACTUALLY COST $146. Please be transparent about what the true cost of the tickets are. Don't sell me that a service fee is necessary to maintain high levels of customers service. The price of the ticket should include your fixed and variable costs.

After I clicked order tickets, the site gave me my total and stated a $29.00 processing fee per ticket. This information should be given prior to the ordering of tickets. This is robbery and is wrong! Very unhappy with this kind of practice.

The website was very easy to navigate, and find the tickets you want - which I really appreciate! The download fee and the service fee of $45.87 EACH for tickets to be emailed to me, seems incredibly high. If I wasn't buying these tickets for my in-laws, I would not have purchased these tickets! $91.74 in service charges to have tickets emailed to me is excessive.

Process was simple, but no option to pick up tickets at theater. I thought the service fee was high. I did not have any problems using the site. I would have preferred to print my tickets or pick them up at the theater.

We are looking forward to seeing the event and it was easy to look for and buy the tickets; however nowhere except at the end did I see the addition per ticket Fees. The tickets have an additional fee per ticket of about $25 on top of the higher price paid for the tickets. I was very pleased to get 5 great basketball tickets for $220.00. I became less pleased to see the additional fees added to the total, which brought it to $302.75. That is excessive. $82.75 to order 5 tickets is excessive. A fee is acceptable for the purchase of tickets, but it should be by the purchase, not the ticket.

I did have an error where I thought I had the correct expiration month down for my card but I must have mis-clicked. I was able to correct the error and everything went well. Using Ticket Center is easy and supposedly reliable, I am just confused about why it would cost over $20 a ticket to maintain that level of security? That seems a bit excessive. It's ridiculous one has to spend $37 each ticket in service fees, and $15.00 for shipping. Tickets should be able to be emailed for no cost, or will call. It costs almost $500 for a family of 3 to go to a holiday show with mediocre seats.

Celtic Women purchase - The service charge of over $150 to purchase tickets 4 tickets to a performance that amounts to a near 33% surcharge this is outrageous. I am a part time resident and expect to live there fulltime in the future but fear not. I will not frequent this service in the future

Didn't like that I have to pay for a subscription to get a $25 rebate offer. The operator was friendly and I didn't like that I had to pay $1 to get the rebate and then call back and cancel, if not I would have to pay a monthly subscription of almost $15. I feel this is a scam.

The $42 fee per ticket was a bit ridiculous. Not many people can pay that. If you are going to charge that much why dont you just increase the ticket so that people dont get their hopes up when they see the ticket price.

The audacity to charge me $7.95 to "Deliver" an email with my tickets, but then solicit me to join your email mailing list is so contradictory it's almost comical. I continue to pay these fees simply because I have no alternative resource at my disposal, however when asked for my "opinion" immediately after being blatantly taken advantage of, I can't sugar-coat my anger. Consider it an act of good faith that I'm not sending you an invoice for $8 for the "delivery" of this email... Shame on you.

Unhappy with the "service fee" since no one provided a service. The fee was unnecessary and overpriced. I will even have to print the tickets! I was excited until I saw that fee. When I entered the site it gave me a code for 6% off ticket sales. There was no place to enter the code before I checked out. I checked out and paid the total cost without being able to enter the code for the discount.

Concert tickets - Very unhappy with the very high service fee. I do not think it is good business practice to hide this fee until you are checking out. I was already overpaying for tickets and then was charged an additional $280.00 service fee that is not disclosed until you are checking out.

The ordering and purchasing PROCESS was fine, my problems lies in the cost. As a small business myself I understand the need to charge for things to keep things going, but ten dollars processing PER ticket and eight dollars "delivery" fee is downright ridiculous. An email will be sent and I download and print myself, so there is virtually no cost to the ticket vendor. These fees nearly doubled the cost of the tickets. Plenty of other agencies do not charge such garbage prices, so call me dumbfounded.

I was shocked when the service fee came up at the very end of the check-out process. I think the additional fee should be revealed earlier to prospective purchasers. The only apparent fee was going to be $7.95 for e-delivery, so the additional $124.74 added on at the end was appalling.

Concert Tickets - The purchasing experience was efficient and clean. The seat selection was difficult because there wasn't a clear definition or detailed seating diagram. A detailed diagram would have been helpful. I absolutely hate... I mean hate... when the ticket sellers add a service charge to the ticket price. It is very misleading that it appears in your cart when you check out and isn't part of the overall ticket price. A better question is why is there a $50 service charge? Sad...

We don't order more tickets it is because when there is a 67% increase in the price from the base ticket in fees it is ridiculous. We just can't go as much. When it is all automatically handled by computers it is just unbelievable that there would be $28.35 in fees on top of $60 tickets to see kids perform. Shameful!

Hornets Game - The online ordering system was great. I liked how you could preview the seat area prior to selecting the tickets. The transaction was quick and easy. The one thing that I would suggest that you change, is to give the buyer an option to pick-up the tickets at the area. Not all people have the capability to print the tickets.

Navigation was a little cumbersome as the small elevator for seat selection didn't show well and hard to click on. I was able to navigate and buy my tickets. I did like that you could select how many tickets you wanted and it showed what was available in that range.

I have tried to get a refund and have been denied!!! Called a couple times, visited my bank and will continue to fight this!!! The tickets that were represented to me are not where they said but way up in the back of the event center. NO!!! And over 200.00 for that? NO!!! Not what they said so. Misleading is so wrong. Your confirm does not state my 4 tickets are together which bothers me as I will have small children with me. I also think your service fee is way out of proportion. Paid $106/ticket for $65 face value tickets. Which, okay, it's a resale site. I get that. But THEN at checkout, they charged ANOTHER $34.98 per ticket for their "service fee". Still, I wanted the tickets for a special gift, so I proceeded. Because they were a gift, I paid ANOTHER $15.00 fee to have the tickets mailed to me so that I could present a nicer gift. I saw on the news that there was a Marvel show going on that night and my grandkids’ birthdays are a week apart, so I decided to take them there. I didn’t realize I was purchasing through Event Tickets Center and it was very much a hassle. I called and ordered tickets and then I only got two tickets, so I called back and I said I needed three tickets. She said they don’t do odd number tickets, so I need to order four tickets. I was forced to buy more when I really had them planned for it, and it was a mess. Then I winded up paying the first time but it never went through, and I had to wait for a week before I got my money back. So, I bought six pairs of tickets but I only got charged for the four. I was the one that purchased the tickets and it went through my account, and I gave my daughter one of the tickets. That’s really odd and I was not comfortable with that. I am going to be careful next time because my daughter chewed me out.

I only got 2 tickets and paid almost 83.00 in service fees; for what? Do I at least get the courtesy of a reach around? That is just too much! At least explain why the fees are high! The process was easy. Seat locations were clear. The site was easy to navigate. I was able to determine what all my seat options were. It took too long for me to get a representative on the phone to redeem my $25 rebate. I was able to move from seat to seat in order to determine my best options.

I used Event Tickets Center for football games and tons of concerts. They have the lowest price compared to other providers and I enjoy getting the tickets on time and not having to wait. It takes two to three days to get them.

Easy to use. The only problem I have with this order is that I order six tickets earlier and the cost of the tickets were $55.00. These are $73.00. Service Fees for the six was $39.00. The cost for two is $48.00.

It asked me to call for a rebate and then I was told it was not available in my state. It asks for an order number which I do not have. And I think $78.00 handling fee is a bit too much. This is a Christmas present for my daughter who never asks for anything so I paid it. A service fee is added to every purchase and it is excessive. A fee of $76.56 for a transaction that requires no human interaction or direct labor cost is extreme. In addition, the service fee is not disclosed until the final step of the transaction. If you are going to charge this fee, it should be stated upfront. It should not be disclosed late in the transaction as an "oh by the way" surprise and it should not be buried in the fine print of some disclosure statement. This is a fundamental breach of customer trust and support. If I were not buying these tickets as a gift for my wife, I would have cancelled the order.

Your service fees are highway robbery. You should be more transparent and present them up front so users will know that we will be subject to fees that add a third of the price. As a consumer I like to be shown what I am responsible for exactly when I decide to make the purchase, instead of being held hostage.

I just paid $76.00 per ticket for two tickets to TSO on 12/16/2017. Along with the price of the ticket I was charged $50.16 service fee and $7.95 electronic download fee for a total cost of $210.11. Once the tickets arrived in my email mail the face value (price) per ticket was $43.50 each. This is the biggest ripoff ever!!! Will not go through this site again!!!!

I was very disappointed to find a fee of $37.50 that didn't show until reviewing my order. I wouldn't have ordered if I didn't want to see Mercy Me so much. I think it's unethical to add a fee like that at the end and ALWAYS choose to do business with companies who show the true price up front whenever possible. The per ticket fee added to the order was a bit ridiculous. The actual order process went smoothly though. I am excited to bring my kids to see the Harlem Globetrotters and I went with my parents when I was little.

My experience on the site was fine, however the ticket service fee was way too high. $19.14 per ticket is ridiculous. Since this is an online transaction and the tickets are even e-tickets, the fee should not be more than 10%. This fee is 33% of the ticket price.

Atlanta Hawks Tickets - The procedure is fine but the fees are too high! Everything was very smooth in the procedure but until the end you don't about additional 31$ of fees. However the overall experience was good. I was able to select the places very easily.

My ticket price was $47 each for two tickets. My total at checkout was $133. I was charged nearly $30 in service fees through the website. This is ridiculous. It feels like robbery when ticket totals should come to $94 and I pay $133. Also, a $8 charge just to download the tickets seems ridiculous as well. Last time I buy tickets from Event Tickets.

My tickets jumped from 118 to 164 because of the processing fee, etc. I don't recall getting a clear explanation of all the charges before the charges were totaled. It could be a clearer to the user. I really didn't see all of that until the purchase was processed.

The website that I was buying tickets from sold out so I Googled and Event Tickets was the first one that popped up. I couldn’t find the tickets anywhere else so I liked the availability. Their website was also easy to follow. I ordered the tickets and had them sent to my email. Then they sent me an email that I could expect the tickets in the next 24 to 48 hours, but I got the tickets not even 24 hours later. So far, I’ve bought several tickets from them and my interactions with their reps have been very good. Also, the tickets were affordable and they gave special discounts, but much of the concerts I went to were smaller ones that were only $15 a ticket so I haven't felt the need to take advantage of any offers. I’ve told friends about this website and they were able to get their tickets, too.

I had bought a box for 24 of my friends up at the Seattle for a Mariners game and I was afraid that we’d have a couple extra people, so I tried to buy some extra tickets from Event Tickets Center and I’m in close proximity to what I had, so that was fine. I was able to download the tickets and print them. However, I put on the wrong date, and I only realized it after I hit ‘purchase’. I had to go back and buy two more for the next day because I couldn’t change or cancel the ones I’ve bought. That was the only thing that was difficult about the whole process but other than that, it was great.

Blues Traveler Tickets: You may wanna warn people that there's gonna be an extra $16.66 tacked on each ticket they buy. That's the only problem I had. So if I get the tickets and we go to the show, great. But that extra $33.32 is utterly ridiculous. It's two pieces of paper, or a single email with two codes to scan for entry into a concert. Those don't require "operating costs."

I ordered the premium tickets on their site for twice what I would have paid anywhere else. When I showed up they were general admission tickets and had to pay 30 bucks extra for on top of the the already exorbitant price I pay for a simple upgrade. Do not book through this evil liar of a company. They know they are scam artists. This was a very difficult transaction to complete. I really only wanted 9 tickets but had to buy 10, which is fine, but I shouldn't have to pay two transaction fees. I hope someone will call me to refund the 2nd service fee. I do also need to purchase parking but apparently that also requires another transaction.

We found WWE Raw Atlanta tickets at the last minute at a great price, however the convenience fee at $15.64 per ticket and the download fee at $7.95 to print them from email was a bit pricey for my taste, but we were looking for 3 tickets and found them on this site so that was a plus. For Charlie Brown Christmas tickets that we could have gotten and can still get from the event directly for $18.00 each, we paid $55 each plus a service charge for $50+. The event is not sold out and refunds are not allowed. Even when asking for just the cost of the tickets refunded and not the "service charge" they would not budge. The state of Florida allows this crap which is one of the reasons why Florida viewed as the fraud capital of the US! We thought we were on the actual website.

Easy and convenient to purchase Timberwolves tickets from this site. However, the service fees are absolutely outrageous & make it difficult for a family with young children to be able to afford to take them to these events. Tickets - PHX Suns vs CHI Bulls. Everything went swiftly without delays or lags, and the graphical overview of the arena was absolutely the easiest and best layout I`ve seen. It made it possible for my wife and I to select the places we wanted without having any previous experience with neither basketball matches nor this website. The only drawback was the cost prognosis, which did not include service fees, and made the grand total somewhat higher (25%) than what was expected.
