I purchased tickets to a Memphis Grizzles and the Detroit Pistons. I was very pleased with the price and the little time it took to make the purchase. I would recommend it to anyone. I will be using this site again.

My experience was nice and pleasant. It was easy to navigate through and purchase the tickets that I wanted. They are also, pretty cheap compared to the other ticket boxes online and on the streets. I got my confirmation quickly and efficiently. I think this is a great way to order tickets.

February 15, 2017 will be my mom's 76th birthday and she LOVES Alan Jackson. SO when I found he was coming to the AT&T event center w/ the San Antonio Rodeo, I grabbed tickets. Easy, simple, fast, and arrived directly to my email. Mom will be so excited! Happy Birthday Mommie <3.

I've used this service through a friend in the past and it never lets me down. I really enjoy the simplicity of ordering tickets online. I just placed my order and I've already received an email with my tickets! The option to protect your tickets is awesome. I highly recommend this service to a friend. Thank you!

My experience went without a flaw. I went online to order the tickets I wanted and they were available. They were at the best location. The only thing I did not like was the 29.95 service charge. If there a way that the service charge could reduced to 5 or 10 per ticket that would be great.

I think your service fee is excessive, and should be given out when ticket price is displayed. That combined with your ridiculous delivery fee, does not represent any kind of good value. Next time I'll drive to the venue and pick up the tickets and save enough money to pay for dinner. Other than those minor details, the website seemed to work fine and was trouble free.

So far so good. I just wish the additional fees would be added as part of the listed price and not after the completion of sale. It's almost one hundred dollars over listed price. I think I would buy more tickets if these additional fees would be part of the original price.

I think the service fee of $60 is excessive and unwarranted. Not happy with that and feel there is no excuse for this excessive amount to process this purchase. If it weren't for the fact that the person I am taking really wants to see this production, I would have canceled my purchase.

I am outraged that I paid a 33% "service charge" and then another $8.00 for a "delivery fee" when there is nothing to deliver since it is an e-ticket. I feel I have been scammed. I would certainly never use this service again if there is an alternative.

They charge you extra money to purchase your tickets! Rip-off! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. I called them to ask why another person name was on my tickets, the lady Anna was rude and hung up on me! Rude!

Fantastic service and great performance. Would recommend to all my friends. Near great restaurants and ease of parking make this venue very appealing and will go as often as possible. Ticket prices are reasonable and have performances that my wife and I enjoy. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to next performance experience and will tell all friends.

HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS - This site was easy to use, nothing hidden as far as fees and prices. Having the map available helps when making purchases. We received confirmation right away and was able to check the order status immediately. I will definitely use the site again for future purchases.

Couldn't see where the seats were, and the prices were way too high upon purchase! I bought them, as I wanted to see her, but to have to pay almost $100 in fees and taxes is nuts! It would have been cheaper to drive all the way up there and buy them in person.

Everything was pretty straightforward. Not having a bunch of sales ads or advertisements was nice. We are from out of town and this was a good site. We have not ever been to a hockey game before, nor have we been to NYC. So we are really stoked to be doing this. Very excited. Thank you.

Markiplier Tickets - The ordering process for the tickets was very easy. The venue layout was nicely displayed and it to see where the best available seating was located in each section. Some ticket ordering sites provided a little bit more detail on the layout to give people a better idea of how many seats are in each section. That might not be a bad addition.

This site was easy to order from and very convenient. I would order from here again. I was able to get the tickets I wanted at a good price. I was also able to see where the tickets were before ordering and using PayPal makes it even easier.

I have no idea what the service charge is for nor did I expect to pay it. All of a sudden when I get to the end there it was. If you wanted an additional $20 per ticket you should have priced them $20 higher. As far as I am concerned that is theft. They call it bait and switch. I quoted my friends the price that I saw on your app for the tickets. Now I am going to have to eat an additional $20 per tickets because you people choose to be deceitful in the way that you advertise your tickets.

Fine experience other than Service fee. Service fee of near 25% is quite misleading when rate is not initially included. That turned what appeared to be $122 a ticket (at around $250 for two), to over $350. That is nearly an additional $100 not factored into the advertised price. Please raise the initial ticket pricing and lower the service fee in the future to ensure your customers do not feel like they are being taken advantage of.

Your service fee should be listed immediately while people are picking tickets. Not as a surprise at checkout. This is a poor business practice and I will not purchase from you again. My seats better be together as advertised since you did not give me seat numbers.

The cost of the website fee is excessive - 21 dollars per ticket. And when I call for a 25 dollar rebate, it was only to sell me something more. And the only way to communicate is via phone, not thru email. This is very inconvenient. Service will improve if you can change this.

I was totally really surprised on how easy it was to order tickets. I was really satisfied of this process with this procedure. I would recommend this process of ordering tickets to anyone and others.

The additional $110 fee somewhat caused me to decide against purchasing the event tickets. If not for the fact that they were a gift for my wife I would have declined the purchase. I decided to purchase the tickets for the event in spite of my reservations. I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran on a fixed income, and this was a bit pricey for my taste.

Overall excellent and fast. Seating chart too small. And provide more info on the content of the concert and if there are age restrictions. I will use the site again and prices seem to be competitive and better than Ticket Master. I will write more after the concert experience.

The service fee of 102.96 was not disclosed until a later page in the ordering process, and, after my credit card information was entered. The delivery fee was on the first page along with the ticket subtotal. I would prefer to know the full cost of my purchase before entering my payment information.

I had a good experience with Event Tickets Center. It was very easy, and fast to buy the tickets for Shen Yun show at Detroit Opera House. I will recommend this to my friend. I like the map of the different seats option, and the easy way of finding the seat.

It was very convenient to buy these Jethro Tull concert tickets at Vienna, VA scheduled for September 7, 2018. Easy to see the prices and overall location on the row. Would be great to know which seats we bought on our row. Still, we were very happy to be able to buy our seats so fast. Thank you.

You charge 30.00 bucks for a service fee. That's nuts!!! Why so high and you're charging me 30 bucks and you're not doing anything to deserves it. That's 30 bucks I could have spent at the show. I don't think I will use your site again. Thank you.

I ordered two tickets - $72.00 each. Then I paid $7.95 for an electronic ticket. Then I paid almost $50 in "service fees" to boot. When I called your 1-866-820-4553 to ask about these fees and if I could buy tickets directly at the State Farm Center (since I live in Champaign, IL) I was treated rudely and a condescending customer service representative. I cannot believe these fees that do not show up until you are well into the shopping cart. I have been in sales. I am a civil servant. I know customer service. If there is ANYWAY that you can rectify this, I would appreciate this -- as this online center will no longer be my go-to site for tickets. Please train your reps on the phone to be patient and explain things. (And to NOT talk down to people.) I was pleasant and patient -- just wanting to learn more about this fees and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. I would welcome your feedback.

I had a lot of difficulty having my payment processed. I had to try multiple sources. I could find no valid reasons any of them should be declined. It seemed like it may have been a error with the website. Trying to buy tickets for my wife should be smoother than this. I also didn't like the seat number wasn't available when previewing available seats.

I found the ticket I was looking for my wife very easily. I am sure she will be happy about it. Simple search. Clear floor chart. Though I wish the service fee were more visible upfront as it did surprised me at the checkout. Thanks to the experience.

I bought one ticket to the Rams vs. 49er game on 12/31/2017 at the LA Memorial Coliseum. It was quick and easy to use system and I did not get timed out or have to type in those crazy words in order to buy the tickets. Thank you so much.

Fast, easy and I believe reliable! Wasn't sure about how I would be able to purchase tickets but it was relatively easy! It seems very easy and have no anticipation of anything going wrong with purchasing online with a credit card.

Really very unhappy to get to the end to find out the amount of service fee per ticket. Further, there is a separate charge for getting e-tickets which is the only way listed to get the tickets and for which the charge is not included in the service fee. The service fee should be available upfront and not at the end and should include the cost of the tickets being emailed.

Paid $700 for three tickets to an event, original combined value $240. Tickets were being resold by scalpers on this service. Unfortunately tickets were not available from any other service, they had all been purchased by scalpers who were reselling them on this site. Tacks on fees at the last step.

Music City Football Tickets - Easy to understand. View of tickets purchased was very helpful. Would use again. Price was very reasonable. I prefer to have my tickets before attending an event. I would definitely recommend site to others looking for tickets when event date is a late decision to attend.

The Seating Chart was very comprehensive and the seat listing for tickets along the right hand side made it so easy to choose the seat. The light up sections was a HUGE help to see exactly where I was going to sit!

The site was easy to navigate. The map of the venue included onscreen with available tickets was very helpful. Did not appreciate the extra $25+ fee per ticket being sprung on me at the last minute -- seems like there should be some warning about that earlier.

The website works fantastic. I was very pleased with the experience until I saw the additional processing fees, on top of insurance I could have bought. I had no problem ordering tickets for upcoming Bucks games through this website. Received downloadable e-tickets in my email inbox almost instantly. Would definitely use this website again to order tickets in the future, and would recommend to friends and family.

All the fees with the amount of each are not shown to you until you are reviewing the order you are planning to make. Just as though those fees should revealed when looking at the options to purchase. This is just an observation.

Can't believe the service charges increased the price of the tickets by a third of the original cost!? Seriously, a $30+ service fee per ticket? And another $7.95 just to email them?! Not impressed. Especially since I am already paying a resale price because some hacker who doesn't plan on going to the show in the first place is robbing me, too.

Why would e-tickets require a delivery fee. If your system charges you $7.95 to email me the tickets, you need a new programmer because the current guy ripped you off and is probably collecting $7.95 per transaction. If you are charging this fee without actually incurring an add-on cost, then you are mislabeling it and should change the "Delivery" fee to a "We are the only online seller of these tickets and we can make you pay any ** fee we want".

The process is simple however the $56 fee per ticket is a joke, for e-tickets. Especially since that doesn't include any protections for tickets etc. Other than that. I wish I could choose my seat a little easier. I would recommend it for ease of use for others.

I am very happy to be taking my wife to Dancing with the Stars for her 50th birthday on Jan 27th. Additionally, I do run my own business and am doing well enough to pay for the cost of the tickets. However, I can tell you without a doubt, if it wasn't something my wife really wanted for to do for her birthday, I would have cancelled the order once I saw the $7 download fee and the $50 process fee. Very greedy and disappointing.

I was shocked at the verbiage that states the tickets could be sold for more than face value (that should be against the law) and at the $22.77 service fee per ticket! (That's highway robbery!) In the future I will go to the Scott Trade Center box office to purchase my tickets.

Did not show location of seats, which seems like a very basic / important feature in ticket sales. I know only Row E, on the aisle, so that's somewhat of a guess, especially for someone that's never been to this venue. Also, there was no mention of the service fee, which was $64, over 30% of ticket fee! Seems like 2 important points to mention to your buyers.

Nice to can order tickets during our visit to New York. A game for the Yankees was always on our bucket list. Our son is looking forward to the game. We think he will enjoy it see all the stars in the field. Probably there is a possibility to have some Yankee souvenirs in the shops all around the field.

A 50 dollar service fee to purchase two tickets is outrageous. If anyone asks me about this website I will speak down about it and tell them to avoid the website to avoid the service fees. Walk the Moon Tickets - Easy to use site and prices were fair. I liked that there were listings for each section of the venue so I was able to identify where we would be sitting. The ordering was easy and no time limit on considering for tickets. The fee was a little high, but still a good value.

Your processing fee is the single biggest ripoff in Event Tickets. Software provides the service, not humans. Had you mentioned the amount of the fee well AT THE OUTSET OF THE TICKETING PROCESS, I would have gone to Stub Hub in a heartbeat. When a processing fee approaches the cost of a ticket, it is time to purchase elsewhere. I will not be back.

Purchase was easy to accomplish online. I thought processing fee was a bit excessive, but row selection was easy. Seating diagram of Coronado Theater was displayed well making seat selection decision efficient, but would have preferred seat numbers as well as row number available.

The online purchase was quick and easy, but I don't appreciate trying to sold a membership to anything. The idea of receiving the rebates was very nice, but not when you through in that I am going to be signed up for some "benefits". I confirmed with the lady on the phone that I am not signed up for anything, but if I see any additional charges I will dispute with my bank. I am also screenshotting this message to prove I have opted out.

Quick and easy!! Not a fan of the surcharge for each ticket!!!! I understand a one time charge for my 3 tickets but to charge all three is Highway Robbery!!! That doesn't mean raise the surcharge but, REALLY ALL THREE!!!!

Hello, Great Experience - easy to use. I like the option of e-tickets. This was my first time using this site, and will do it again. I am a little confused on the service fee to use e-tickets though and then I have another fee so I wish I understood this portion.

It was very easy to navigate the website and choose our seats. However, the service fees that were assessed added over 30% to the cost of the tickets. Maybe I missed it, but it would be nice to know about those costs before I fill out all my info. I understand that you have costs that exceed the price of each tickets and that's fine, you get to charge whatever you want. I would like to know about it earlier in the transaction.

The experience and ease of the site is excellent. The prices are comparable. I very much dislike how you charge a service fee for each individual ticket as well as a fee for instant download. It was just as much for a ticket = all your fees. This disappoints me. I know you need to make money but, $8 to instantly print is sad.

Cash Back Rebate Representative seemed robotic. Just canceled any chances of the rebate offer. Also, somewhat confusing, simply because, initially she talked about the $25.00 rebate then she jumped right into adding another $25.00 which brings the rebate to $50.00. Then to say the least, after 30 days, my card will be charged $16. Conversation ended!

No information on specific seats was available - only rows. Undisclosed or insufficiently disclosed $36/ticket "operating costs" fees plus disclosed $15 "mailing" fees effectively increased order costs by $87- for only two tickets. E-mail confirmation also did not provide exact seat locations which makes me question whether I actually have seats. Vague mail-out information.

The website was easy to use, maybe the easiest I've ever used. But the fees are the highest ever, even higher than Broadway. Usurious in my opinion. I can't believe no one's sued you guys yet. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE TICKETS HERE AGAIN.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - This was my first time using this site for this venue. So easy and convenient to buy tickets from this site. Not one glitch! I would definitely buy tickets from Events Tickets Center again. I love that I was also offered a $25.00 rebate for my purchase. You really can't go wrong! Great site. :)

I couldn't believe that the cost for getting the tickets was so much! Cost of the tickets were $88 and charge for getting each was over $50!!! What a ripoff!!! Last time I will use your service. I can see a $10 or so charge but you are just taking people like me for a ride.

Quick and easy except could not find where seats were exactly located. Could only get section and row number. Really wanted aisle seats but couldn't tell where seats were located. I would have purchased more expensive tickets if I knew exactly where seats were located.

The experience was very clear and smooth, but I wish the fees could be worked into the initial ticket price. It was an unpleasant surprise when the total price jumped up by almost 50% in the final step. I understand that the fees are necessary but their sudden, late entrance into the equation made me feel manipulated.

Not too sure why I must pay an extra 80 bucks per ticket. It's a total scam and don't try and convince me otherwise. You should make available a way to have e-tickets sent to the gift recipient and the actual receipt sent to the buyer so that the cost of the gift is not revealed to the person receiving the e-tickets. It's not cool to tell a person the cost of his Christmas present.

My wife went on their website to purchase tickets and chose seating in a Salt Lake City venue. When she received the confirmation for the ticket purchase the venue was shown to be in Tulsa Oklahoma. When she called to rectify the error, she was told that it is company policy that they can’t help with fixing their own mistake. I called them and got the same response which was hiding behind arbitrary rules instead of doing the right thing and helping us to get the correct tickets for the venue in our area. Pathetic.

Too many hidden fees, plain dishonesty. It doesn't cost anything to e-mail a printable ticket, but I'll let those eight dollars slide. What I won't let slide is a fifteen dollar "service fee" PER TICKET. If my tickets actually cost $65 instead of $49, that's perfectly fine, but I'd prefer being told this BEFORE being pressured to continue the transaction.

Do not understand the service fee but the overall process was satisfying to me. I was happy and satisfied and I know that my granddaughter will be very happy!! We would have liked more information on the parking and if there are parking fees and or hotels in the area.

Fees are too much... almost 100 extra dollars for 6 tickets?!? It is brutal to have to pay that much extra. I am tired of having to pay for fees. This is why I barely use these services. You should just build these prices into the per seat cost so you know what you're getting into.

I was prompted to call on the phone to place my order but was uncomfortable with giving the rep my card information. I don't understand why I was prompted to do this with my order since there was no errors.

Good service, easy to find things. It was easy to locate whatever we were trying to find. Good customer service. But when I tried paying for the first time, the webpage rejected my submission for some strange reason. I had to try with two different cards and at the third try I was able to finally submit the order, which was kind of annoying.

The service did the trick - got me what I needed quickly. However, there were a few areas that left something to be desired: I could not scroll through the navigation on the right side that showed available tickets and sections. There may have been a glitch with IE, but I could only see about 6 available sections when I know there were many more.

This was a very impressive experience buying tickets for the New Orleans Pelicans vs Phoenix Suns game. There have been times where I was not pleased at all! The process was just wonderful and I will be buying again! Thank you very much! I will be recommending this ticket center to others.

I don't know what to say, it's a website. I bought tickets with ridiculously overpriced "service fees". I'm really happy even though my bank account is not. Just looking forward to the concert now. Should bring a small sliver of happiness to my chapter 13 bankruptcy after buying these tickets.

I really enjoyed the ability to view my seat when looking at ticket options. It was also very, very nice to be able to choose the price range for each ticket. I will say, however, that it seemed like the "handling" fee was a bit hidden and was not shown until in the cart, due to this I was forced to change my tickets because this was so expensive. I understand the premise behind it, I just wish there was a disclaimer before I had to check out twice.

Over a hundred dollars for service was not a good experience. The WWE tickets cost me 332 dollars and the fees bump it up to 449 bucks! That's crazy. Hope that you deliver like you say you do! I bought these tickets for my wife and kids for Christmas which was more than I was expecting to pay for.

I was very happy with the website. It was user friendly and I easily chose the date and seats I wanted. HOWEVER, I was very disappointed when I saw the $85 service fee PLUS the $15 delivery charge. USPS rates are not that high, even for insured packages. And, I did all the work. What service did you provide? I searched the seating map and available tickets myself.

The experience I had ordering my tickets was quick and easy. I was able to easily find the event I was looking for and able to find the best seats at the price range that I wanted after just a few clicks. Getting the tickets sent straight to my email for me to print out makes this a great Christmas gift! I will refer more people to this site.

Not particularly happy with the way you offered a rebate attached to a scam to charge my credit card 16.99 a month just to sign up and use a program I am not interested in. Not good business in my eyes! I best not get charged after I told them I was not interested and not to charge my account...after all the call was recorded!!!

Accuracy seems fine - hard to understand seat placement of which is the best area. I did wait late & had a limited amount of choices but am hoping that since I paid for a more expensive seat that it will be better than the others that were up closer.

I have an extremely hard time believing your company needs $30 per ticket. Cut that ** out right now. It feels real greedy for you to charge that much. And I get it that y'all need to make money for this service to work, but if you could at least explain how you get that $30 charge, that'd be great.

Totally shocked at the ripoff processing fee when no human interaction was needed... A 50% fee is robbery. I was expecting a good price as this was a special Christmas present for my lady. But now I have to rethink future plays and consider going to DC or another City.

It was very easy to find and get tickets that fit my needs. It was also cheaper than other sites which helped me out a lot. The site is also very easy to navigate and I had no problems once I got to the site. I have wanted to see this play for a long time and this site made it possible for this to happen.

Have not attended (A Charlie Brown Christmas at The Florida Theatre) but ordering the tickets was easy- I am taking my son and two grandsons to the play, we look forward to making memories- My son is now 40 years old but Charlie Brown was his favorite, he carried a stuffed Charlie Brown around for years.

To retrieve the tickets, I easily put in all my information and went through the steps to complete the order. All of the expected payment options are there, as well as easy to read disclaimers and guidelines for filling out the forms. When selecting the tickets, I enjoyed the layout of seating in relation to the ordering of ticket prices.

Although the site was easy to access and the ordering was easy; I wish the site would have provided specific seat #s rather than just the section. That would have enabled me to determine whether to select another section. Otherwise the site was satisfactory.

When I Google the event the first line list in the search results was Ticket Center. Not realizing this was not the official venue site I purchased tickets and then realized that they were not the venue. I went to the venue and saw they had tickets still available at 75% less. When I asked them about it they said they were resellers and the sellers set the price. When I called back to ask them if I could sell the tickets, they said only professional sellers were allowed to. Total scam and taking advantage of the public.

I just bought tickets on your site for the first time. I do like that you provide a view of the court from the different seat sections, but it's too hard to find the best seats available within a row.

No electronic tickets?? $15 for delivery??!!! And a service fee per ticket!?? Perhaps this is why I haven't been to this venue in over 15 years. Even the Music Box Theater gave you an electronic ticket to print out. But you're still snail mailing paper tickets. This is a bit silly.

The information on your site regarding tickets is not as informative as it should be and the fact that you don't show the actual seat locations does not make one feel good about their purchases. Had I not be to the venue before I would not have purchased based upon your flimsy excuse for a layout. Again, ridiculous fee for a 'well maintained and up to date website' shows that you don't have an idea of how to really run an online business.

$14 service fee? Why even price the tickets at $40 if you know they're really going to be $54/piece. That's ridiculous. There is no reason for you to charge that much for someone to purchase tickets online. It's not that convenient. Most websites charge a $4 fee maximum.

The tickets I bought for the Sabres game were $30, but it charged me about $15 more for them to be emailed to me. I don't know about you, but sending an email to someone is free, and the extra money should be at most $5.

I return or withdraw my purchase (about two minutes ago, as I type this). I thought I was buying two tickets to see The Waitress at a cost of around $128 a ticket (I can't remember the exact number). I saw that there was a $15 fee added to the cost, so I okayed that fee. Then as I was going to approve the purchase, just as my fingers went to hit the 'enter' button, I saw the cost was suddenly over $300 and there was fourth expense added to my list of purchases that I had not been aware I was being asked to pay for. This brings the cost too high for me at this moment. I need some time to consider before I pay an additional $70 I was not expecting. Why is there no "print at home," "download" or "will call" choice? Because of the July Fourth holiday, I am nervous the tickets will not arrive in time, given the sluggish nature of Chicago postal delivery. But I don't need to spend more on express delivery, given these scalped prices. I want some sort of guarantee they'll be delivered by Saturday, July 7. I was a little confused as to the QR code and printing tickets... couldn't tell which is was. I have to get them from my email to find out whether it is a printed ticket or a QR... which is a little annoying.

I did not need instant download but had to pay for it anyways. From where I sit it is more of a convenience for the other end and not for me. And also cheaper for the other end since it is all computer crap anyways and they don't have to pay for shipping. Unless It is within a month of the concert I should be able to select instant download for a DISCOUNTED price.

I bought my sister MO tickets as a Christmas present. The process was very easy and I hope that my tickets will be emailed to me swiftly and without trouble. I've never ordered tickets off of Event Tickets Center, but it worked out very well and I'll probably shop here again.

Off the list price, and while I am sure the almost $80 service fee is mentioned somewhere it certainly wasn't prominent. Please make that more apparent for your customers so the total page doesn't contain an unpleasant surprise. I consider it VERY BAD FORM to fail to mention the $25 service fee until the customer has completed the process. I also think that you should be able to identify seat numbers when selecting the seating. Is it just too much trouble for you to perform good service.

It was quite easy to purchase tickets. I would like to have seen a bigger picture of the arena and where are seats would be. Hard to see in such a small picture. Seat prices reasonable BUT to get hit with over $10.00 per ticket and then another $15 NOT so reasonable after all.

I was very surprised by the service fees. 25% of the cost of ordering the tickets seems excessive. Ordering tickets in this manner is very convenient and easy I will say. The service fee is similar to other ticket agencies admittedly.

It irritated me when I was checking out that a service fee suddenly appeared. That should have been figured in the price of the tickets. Those hidden fees are game changers for me and if it was not a gift, I would have cancelled everything.

The overall procurement experience was fine. The seat selection by section was very helpful. It was a good initial experience. The $32 service fee - 30% markup per ticket is disingenuous to say the least. Add a shipping cost with no electronic delivery option and I am out basically an additional ticket in value. That is 50% of the value of the two tickets themselves. I cannot think of any other legal transaction that would incorporate such exorbitant fees as a percentage of the sale.

I was buying tickets for my niece for a Christmas present and overall, I thought the experience was easy and quick. However, I marked the rating down to 4 stars because I feel that a $60 service fee is ridiculously high. So this is the only reason I might not recommend the site to a friend.

The map shows sections but not where the rows are in the section, had to go use third party sites to determine this information. Unable to select specific seats as I prefer aisle seats. Then purchased $58 tickets, and got charged a $20 service fee PER TICKET. That is ridiculous. I purchased all the tickets at one time, you aren't performing extra service for each one. A single $20 charge for the transaction would be reasonable. If I hadn't already made plans with other people, and this event was important for my son, I would have cancelled the purchase. I will avoid future events where the tickets are sold through your service.

The service fees are too expensive (it represents 33% of the ticket price!!!) and should be mentioned early on in the process, not just at the end. You can add it to the price of the ticket instead, it would be a more "transparent" process. It gives the false impression that tickets are less expensive in this Arena.
