7.00 dollars delivery fee for electronic delivery on top of a processing fee??? Seems like it is a total rip off. I would rather deal with the actual box office than third party sellers if given the choice.

I have no idea where my seats are other than the 6th row. Doesn't show if the orchestra pit is or was even available for purchase. I've never been to this location so I'm not sure if where I'm sitting is the best or if my seats are even together prior to purchase.

I have no way to purchase the tickets in person so to charge nearly $12 service fee per ticket was nearly a third the cost of the already expensive tickets. I could see if I was purchasing 4 tickets on 4 transactions but this is seriously excessive! Stop extorting fans!

Looking forward to the event. Wasn't hard to use. Would have liked a paper copy though. It would been added to her book of memories. I kind of miss the day when you got the paper copies at times. It gives the artists something to sign and meet their fans.

The ordering process is painless (minus the extra fees) and I am just waiting for email confirmation and then for my tickets to be mailed to me. It was very easy to buy the tickets - easy to navigate the website. However the service fees seem very large. When the service fee is 25% of the cost of the tickets I almost didn't buy them. If you are able to lower this fee, it would be very helpful for the consumer. When you go in planning to spend one amount and come out spending $150 more it is painful.

I think that additional charges for tickets is very deceitful. Just charge the face value, if you aren't charging enough please add that on to the front end. It makes everyone involved seem greedy and uncaring. Just thinking out loud.

Event Tickets Center is so easy to use - you do all the work - find tickets for us and you make it easy to purchase them - we print the tickets online and then we are ready to go and enjoy the show! Our family has been able to check off -bucket list concerts.

On top of the price then to add additional fees is outrageous. I just think the price per ticket is too much. Why not disclose that upfront, and charge only one fee. I recommend a flat fee of say 25.00 but not an outrageous fee for each ticket. It's a kids show.

I chose these Event Tickets because you had decent seats at a decent price, until you tack on your service fees. $89.04 for $159 concert tickets, a 28% fee? Then $15 dollars for a $12 dollar parking pass. You guys must be government affiliated. I'll return to Ticketmaster for future purchases.

A couple suggestions for a better experience next time. First when you look at ticket prices they seem fine then you tack on what appears to be 10 dollars in fees which you do not describe at all what those fees are or communicated when selecting tickets that there will be processing fees or whatever name you might give the fee. I want to be able to know what I will be spending up front, not find out at the end. Second issue I have is that you cannot create cart in order to purchase additional items like my parking pass. I now have to complete a separate transaction because your system takes you straight to the screen to purchase and does not allow you to add anything else. These are not huge issues to fix and if I see them again I will most likely avoid using your service in the future.

The website was impossible to use on my iPhone and the service charge to sell 2 tickets... Over $260 is ridiculous!!! Surely you can do better. That is just too much money to try to collect for self service ticket purchases.

The on-line ordering experience isn't anything special and the 18.00+ x 3 Zoo Tunes tickets I will get in e-mail and print myself is absolutely ridiculous - which is why more people don't go to concerts here - especially the hour it takes to park. If I wasn't recovering from Knee surgery I would go and buy them in person. A one time fee for the bulk tickets I can understand but the same fee for each ticket for one purchase is frickin highway robbery. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I won't be contributing to the zoo this year in any other way in lieu of my service fee.

Very quick and easy site to order. However, sliding in an incredibly HIGH $23.34 service fee and a delivery fee (this is electronic delivery so what costs are there?) followed by a "highly recommended" protect your ticket charge is GOUGING at its best. All of this makes your nice site more than "sketchy". You should rethink your customer service.

The seat information on this site could be upgraded. The same concert, at another venue, the next night allows you to choose your seat. Just saying... that would be nicer. There isn't much detail about seating on this site. You could also add picture views from seat sections.

I had originally tried to book tickets on Ticketmaster, but they added another $25 dollars to each ticket. I found tickets here for less and the service charges were also less. The only negative I have would be that I don't know the exact seats, just the section and the row number.

I somehow must have clicked on a link to Event Tickets Center while browsing for tickets on the venue website. I thought I was buying tickets through the company that the venue chose. I paid $100 above value for each of the 2 tickets PLUS $39.00 processing fee for EACH ticket PLUS $7.95 delivery fee (for email delivery). What an idiot I am... and what a profitable scam they're running.

I could not think of the site name Ticket Fly, and Google kept taking me back to Event Tickets Center (because they pay big $$ to pop up first.) I spent over 100$ more that I should have, with a $23.95 per ticket charge (and you can't even download tix to your phone!!) and 83$ each for a $57.50 ticket - then taxes. They do not tell you about what you are paying for the ticket, and charges and taxes until you are through the transaction. I was expecting a 25$ rebate, but the number they forward you to - has you go through all the mumbo-jumbo, email, phone number, address again - felt sketchy and the person I talked to was rude - so I disconnected.

The only way to buy tickets for this show was through a website. Advertisement from Mt. Airy was for tickets ranging from 60$ on up. When being routed through the Sherman theatre website to yours, the lowest price available was $73.00 plus $20.40 service fee per ticket plus $7.95 delivery per ticket. I expect to pay some sort of service fee, but not $37 per ticket. this is simply a case of price gouging by middlemen and I will report this to the Consumer Protection Bureau. The printed E ticket actually has " Price $60.00" on it. Laughable, but insulting.

Bought tickets for Auburn show. It would be great if seating purchase worked a little more like an airplane seat purchase, where I can see the actual seat. Otherwise the purchase went well and was very simple. The receipt was received quickly.

Enjoyed purchasing tickets. Easy to see what tickets are available and easy to what rows, seats, areas, etc. are available to get tickets from. Would do again in the future, especially with other future concerts. Only suggestion is not to tag on extra fees, but I understand that's necessary to pay for the show.

Ticket $27, fees $15, delivery $7. How the hell do you sleep at night? This is insane in the membrane to charge this much for this little service. You literally do nothing that is worth the same value as the ticket.

Good prices and helpful map to choose location of seats; however, there is no explanation what the service charge is for nor any explanation of why a delivery charge of $7.95 for downloading the tickets. Overall the experience has been good, seeing Joe Bonamassa is worth this and more.

The ordering process was fairly easy going; however, when I clicked on the ones I wanted, which was about a 10 second delay, after I pulled them up, were already sold. Just don't appreciate almost $100 of your tack on fees!!!

You made it easy to purchase from your site. The seating is laid out where you can easily see where the seats are located and where you will be sitting. The check out was ok. I did not like that you have to pay the extra fee to purchase the tickets.

The ordering of the tickets was intuitive and fast. I just would like to know what seat numbers they are, how do I find that out? I purchased 2 tickets in the 200 section row C and that was all of the information.

Wish I could get tickets will call or mailed. I don't like electronic tickets. I also would like to have the seat numbers available when ordering to assure that they are together. For as much as you charge $20 per ticket and another $7 to email them you should be able to have them will call or mailed.

It was not clear I was going to get hit with another $53 per ticket processing charge... not good. Other than that, the experience was good. However, I have not confirmed recent of tickets yet so I can't be totally sure yet.

The person I was talking to on the phone hanged up on me. I called because this is the first time using this website and I wanted to make sure that if I can print out the tickets online or the tickets will come through the U.S. mail. The process was quick and easy, I was somewhat disappointed in the delivery fee, as I chose the e-mail delivery. I wouldn't think that e-mail delivery would cost anything. Overall, it was a positive experience and I will consider Event Tickets again.

Easy and cheap process to get tickets. Reasonably priced and the layout was easy to navigate through. Not sure of the whole process yet, as it seem as I am paying first and receiving the tickets later. Will update once I have receive the tickets and watched the shows. :)

The service charge to buy a ticket through your system is absurd and usurious. I will not be using this service again. $10 would be about normal, but what you charge is beyond the pale. Your service sucks. BAD BAD BAD.

I liked that I could see the angle of view when picking the seat. I think the fees for the tickets are pretty steep. 25$ above and beyond the ticket price? Too much. I guess that's the going rate, but not happy.
