They would not cancel my order, even after explaining that they've given me the WRONG TICKETS compared to what I originally bought. I have to go through my credit card company to refute this now. I emailed customer service several times asking for help and they provided no assistance other than saying they don't owe me a refund.

Experience was ok. Was easy but must say fees are really high. $45 a ticket for just emailing it, and the ticket is already doubled in price from face value. Fee could be half that as Military and ex-military members don't make much as it is. Will have to skip other shows just to see this one, over 400 for 2 tickets is really crazy, guess I am just crazy. Thanks.

Easily Done and fast. The order was completed with ease and uncomplicated. Music Hall description was clear and whole experience pleasantly direct! Preformed designation blocks were clear and concise, leading to a fast implementation. Will Likely refer to this site again for similar applications.

The process itself was fairly simple, but the associated fees with the online purchase are pretty ridiculous. I think it would benefit you and the customer to lower them, but this is only a suggestion. I understand having to pay a fee, but this is pretty steep.

Reservations were pretty easy to make and did not take much time. I have used this before with success and like a simple way to reserve and purchase tickets. I will use again in the future. I do not use often but will go back and use this method again.

Gotta love the $66.36 service fee PER TIC which you are told about JUST before checkout. But I'm sure it's all on the level and probably supports widows and orphans. So it's all good. THANKS MAN!! That's Livin' in America!

It was good experience overall just paying to download tickets I'm paying for seems different but overall it was good. Accurate seating. accurate pricing. 79 dollars plus pricing to download tickets I'm paying for is a bit too much but it's a popular concert.

The website was easy to navigate and the pictures of where the seats are is extremely helpful. This is the second event I am attending at Indian Ranch and I am hoping to have another great experience.

I thought I had purchased tickets before on this website but apparently the purchase didn't go through so this is my second time here to purchase again and I would have enjoyed single tickets as well. I have a tendency to travel long distances to go to these concerts.

I have to wait 20 minutes for the 2nd email to print my tickets. I will say your prices are slightly cheaper and since this is my first time I can only rate 3 stars.

Very good was seamless. Service charge was a bit much and there was no parking information. It would be nice to show the seat number as well as the row. All in all in was a decent enough experience and I will not hesitate to book more tickets this way in the future.

The site was easy to use. However the seating chart and pricing was very confusing. I hope that I made the right selection. Doesn't make sense to show a price range from $47 to $110 for the same general admission ticket. Once again the site was very easy to use overall.

I felt totally ripped off after buying what I thought were 2 tickets at $69.00 a piece, only to find out at check out that they were actually $50.00 over the listed price. None of the promo codes I used would work. Will not be using this site anytime soon. So definitely too much of a hassle just for two tickets that were supposed $20 but now $59.51 for delivery plus service fee which I don't understand because they are e-tickets that I am printing at home. The process to purchase these tickets was VERY easy. Can't rate delivery process yet. I just don't understand why the sudden increase in price of tickets. I paid less than half this price for lower level tickets to his last concert.

Cavs/Hornet tickets - It was a fast and easy way to purchase tickets. It only took a few minutes. It's more quicker than using Ticketmaster. We didn't know how to find tickets to this game until we located your information on the internet. Now that we have discovered this fast and easy way, we will definitely continue using this site for all of our future games.

If you have a section labeled with a handicap sign, but there is no way of ensuring you are getting a seat in the handicap area, it is very frustrating. You should be able to use a handicap filter, but there is no option for that either.

$53 service fee? Seriously? That is ridiculously expensive, and it feels like you are just looking to rip off everyone. I appreciate the service you offer, but a $53 service fee is outrageous. I hope that in the future you can offer your customers great service at a lower cost.

I was surprised by how high the services fees for the tickets were and especially how much it cost to "deliver" the tickets when all that was required was an email! Reception of tickets should be free with services fees as high as they are. What a scam!

The direct email tickets came in less than two minutes, even though it said it could be up to 20 minutes.

I didn't like that I had to pay for the delivery of my tickets through email. It was the only option available and I had no choice. I'm right near the venue. I work across the street. There should have been another option to pick up the tickets for free.

Very surprised at the price of the service fee! $25 per ticket seems like a lot for the automated process. The ticket buying process was very easy - I am looking forward to visiting the venue to see what part of my $50 is about.

I found this site to be easier to find information I was looking for than others I tried. I appreciated the interactive view from the selected seats. It is difficult to rate using Event Tickets Center since this is the first time purchasing tickets from ETC. Navigating the website and ordering was easy. When purchasing theatre tickets I would have liked to have picked the exact seats rather then a guarantee of being in that row since I prefer the aisle (I am tall); we will see if the tickets get delivered.

Very user friendly. Got tickets quick and painlessly. Their service fee was fantastic compared to others offering the same seats. Would absolutely use again. I liked the fact that it was easy to pop to different sections and the prices came right up.

I just bought 4 tickets from this service and I'm very frustrated and angry about the charges you add on top of the ticket price. $15 per ticket is unjust when you're not even mailing any tickets out and everything is done without any human intervention via the application. Then you charge an additional fee on top of that for 'electronic ticketing' which is simply absurd. If I were not meeting friends here that live in Asheville, I would have chosen another venue to see this performance out of principle. If you need to charge more for the tickets to make a profit then just raise the ticket price, don't sneak in all these fictitious fees, it's simply shameful and insulting.

Finding seats and ordering tickets was an easy process. The extra fees and charges make the experience undesirable. Considered not going to concert due to increase cost over and above ticket price in the mezzanine and balcony area. You make it difficult for the average income person to attend events because of added fees and charges.

A $24 fee on top of a $7.95 e-ticket fee for an $81 ticket? Outrageous, bordering on usury. When picking seating, your seating chart shows sections but not what rows are in that section and where in that section you will be. It said I purchased Row X but have no idea where in that section Row X is. Don't like not knowing exactly what I am paying for.

Was very satisfied with ticket buy purchase online. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had to pay extra to print the tickets from my computer. The purchase was very easy to make online and would recommend to a friend. Just too bad I had to pay extra to print myself.

Each ticket has a service fee and then a delivery fee. In addition, $7.95 for an emailed ticket, that's pricey. I will avoid future online purchases and wait for the box office. I don't think I'll use this site again.

Best seats for the best price that I could find! Processing fee was pretty high but overall it has been a good experience. Loved the idea of the ticket insurance if they stand true to what they say, definitely worth the extra money!! Have not received tickets yet.

Why is there a shipping and handling fee when there is no shipping or handling involved? The ticket is emailed and then printed by the purchaser. Charging people extra for shipping and handling when you already get 28% of the ticket cost for 'service fee' is ludicrous.

My experience was great, the only thing I would change: include all fees upfront, included with total price of tickets including fees. The price that was visible upfront is not the price when checking out. Overall, the site is easy to use!

Your site is easy to navigate but I don't appreciate finding out about the per ticket fee for your site after selecting seats. It would be better to be upfront about this cost as it certainly could alter the price of the seats I want to select.

It was a easy way of buying tickets for this game. I'm Brazilian and I thought it was a nice experience. The spaces that you have to fill are very clear. They lead you in an objective and direct way. So I spent very little time to purchase and finalize the tickets.

The service fee is way too high. I will never use your service again. You don't have anything about the service fee until you have put in all the info and get to the very end. Service fees should be stated in the beginning of the order not the very end on top of your order.

They made getting tickets to my favorite band (Weezer) super easy!!! Awesome!!! I was so excited to get the tickets. Me and three of my friends are going and I'm so stoked that they are one tour! Finding the tickets that suited our price range was super cool and we are so so so excited!!!

I find the $22+ fee per ticket to be exorbitant. Also, I had to call cust serv because I didn't understand why seats closer to the stage were less expensive that others further back. The agent I spoke with (who was very friendly and spoke English clearly) explained to me how your system works with you as the agent, but it should have been more clear on your site so I didn't have to call.

Kathleen Madigan - I ordered "last minute" tickets to this event. Easy to do, but I wish the better seats were offered in singles and not required to be purchased in pairs. It really works against singles who just want to see a good performer in this venue.

Doobie Brothers Concert - First time ever ordering for a concert. Will see how satisfied when I get the instructions to print tickets. I do not attend very many events nor do I travel too far from home and live on a retirement budget so cannot always afford the extra processing fee.

I just bought 2 tickets on Ticketmaster. They charge $7.50 handling for BOTH tickets and NO $7.95 to email tickets. So through Event tickets $38.55 Ticketmaster $7.50. I will do what I can to avoid buying tickets here. I hope you get a percentage of these fees because I bet you upset more people than me.

Service Fee price per ticket is out of line and insulting. I understand a transaction fee is needed however to charge that amount per ticket is beyond belief. Really? A fee that is greater than 30% of the cost of a ticket, is in my opinion robbery.

Its only because my wife really wants to go to see Aaron Lewis. The tickets cost a 140.00 for the tickets then you add 8.00 bucks for something else then another 45.00 bucks. The grand total came out to $380.35!! Really! Last time I buy tickets from you. Why the extra 45 bucks. Very poor on your half.

Process was simple and straightforward, we look forward to seeing this Lion King show at Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. We have not seen this show and have never been to Fox Theatre so we are anxious. We were planning to see the show in NYC, but were unable to attend on our last trip there. I can't believe I was taken by a scam. I thought I was buying tickets from the Kravis Center. After I receive the email, I realized I didn't buy it from the Kravis Center. When I researched it, their ticket prices were $31 more than the tickets at the Kravis Center. Then they charged a $30 fee per ticket for handling. And then a $15 delivery charge. AND there's a possibility I won't receive my tickets in time. The show is on March 31st and they say they'll be ready for delivery on March 27th. Too close for comfort for me. I can't believe they are allowed to do this to people. I am disgusted that I paid approximately $120 more than I paid if I'd gone directly to the Kravis center site.

I am very disappointed with this online system for ordering tickets from the Detroit Opera House!!! There is NO WAY to accurately understand where the tickets are located. The seating map is not accurate, and there is no information as to where in the row the tickets are - there is no indication if you are in the center or far to one side. Not only that, but a $30 service charge per ticket?!?! That's absurd!!! I am only buying a ticket through this service (and paying the service charge) because it's a show I've wanted to see for years. But for that, I would have not bought any tickets based on my experience with this website. However, as I am not located in Detroit, I cannot go to the box office, and when I attempted to call there was no answer.

I received a 10% saving but could not use it because nowhere to enter the code when proceeding payment. So I could not have the 10% discount. Too bad to receive this and not being able to use it. Thanks.

Why am I paying a delivery fee when the tickets are being emailed to me? Absolutely ridiculous - I hope you choose to review this fee. More money should be going towards the musical acts, rather than the service fees that apply to the customers that would like to see them.

This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. It was nice seeing where my seats were and the prices were really nice too. The tickets were the cheapest around. The ticket buying was the easiest shopping anyone could ask for. I highly recommend them.

The bottom line cost is not known until the very end of the process. Ordinarily, this would not be a problem. However, there are too many substantial fees that are only incrementally revealed. Going to start going to Laughlin Nv. where they don't have new parking charges and fees, The only thing left for Las Vegas is to have is medical lab at each parking lot so you can tap a vein for blood. The ordering process was easy, but the processing fee is outrageous. I never expected it to be so much. That is a rip off. The price of the show is high to begin with then you had to add almost another hundred dollars on to the price of that. Sorry but I didn't appreciate that.

I was glad to be able to get a ticket to a sold-out event. But I was surprised at all the fees that increased the displayed price by 50%. If there was any notice of this on the original page, it sure wasn't easy to see. Please be more clear about the added fees on the first page.

Great experience. I was happy tickets were still available when there was only one time they were going to have the show in town. And the order process was very quick online. Tickets price wasn't bad, although fees seem a bit high per ticket.

We have used this service many times and we're always pleased with how fast and quick the service is to you. We always have a email right away with our order details and can print them out the same day. Any time I've had questions and had to call them they get to me right away and take care of any issues.

My experience went without a flaw. I went online to order the tickets I wanted and they were available. They were at the best location. The only thing I did not like was the 29.95 service charge. If there a way that the service charge could reduced to 5 or 10 per ticket that would be great.

I think your service fee is excessive, and should be given out when ticket price is displayed. That combined with your ridiculous delivery fee, does not represent any kind of good value. Markiplier Tickets - The ordering process for the tickets was very easy. The venue layout was nicely displayed and it to see where the best available seating was located in each section. Some ticket ordering sites provided a little bit more detail on the layout to give people a better idea of how many seats are in each section. That might not be a bad addition.

This site was easy to order from and very convenient. I would order from here again. I was able to get the tickets I wanted at a good price. I was also able to see where the tickets were before ordering and using PayPal makes it even easier.

I have no idea what the service charge is for nor did I expect to pay it. All of a sudden when I get to the end there it was. If you wanted an additional $20 per ticket you should have priced them $20 higher. As far as I am concerned that is theft. They call it bait and switch. I quoted my friends the price that I saw on your app for the tickets. Fine experience other than Service fee. Service fee of near 25% is quite misleading when rate is not initially included. That turned what appeared to be $122 a ticket (at around $250 for two), to over $350. That is nearly an additional $100 not factored into the advertised price. Please raise the initial ticket pricing and lower the service fee in the future to ensure your customers do not feel like they are being taken advantage of.

Your service fee should be listed immediately while people are picking tickets. Not as a surprise at checkout. This is a poor business practice and I will not purchase from you again. My seats better be together as advertised since you did not give me seat numbers.

When I called your 1-866-820-4553 to ask about these fees and if I could buy tickets directly at the State Farm Center (since I live in Champaign, IL) I was treated rudely and a condescending customer service representative. I cannot believe these fees that do not show up until you are well into the shopping cart. I have been in sales. I am a civil servant. I know customer service. If there is ANYWAY that you can rectify this, I would appreciate this -- as this online center will no longer be my go-to site for tickets. Please train your reps on the phone to be patient and explain things. (And to NOT talk down to people.) I was pleasant and patient -- just wanting to learn more about this fees and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. I would welcome your feedback.

I had a lot of difficulty having my payment processed. I had to try multiple sources. I could find no valid reasons any of them should be declined. It seemed like it may have been a error with the website. Trying to buy tickets for my wife should be smoother than this. I also didn't like the seat number wasn't available when previewing available seats.

Really very unhappy to get to the end to find out the amount of service fee per ticket. Further, there is a separate charge for getting e-tickets which is the only way listed to get the tickets and for which the charge is not included in the service fee. The service fee should be available upfront and not at the end and should include the cost of the tickets being emailed.

Paid $700 for three tickets to an event, original combined value $240. Tickets were being resold by scalpers on this service. Unfortunately tickets were not available from any other service, they had all been purchased by scalpers who were reselling them on this site. Tacks on fees at the last step.

The Seating Chart was very comprehensive and the seat listing for tickets along the right hand side made it so easy to choose the seat. The light up sections was a HUGE help to see exactly where I was going to sit!
