I always shop around when looking for tickets. This was my first time ordering from EventTicketsCenter.com. I was very pleased with the experience & the prices were much better than other sites! I will be back to purchase more tickets & will definitely tell people about you guys!

Pleasant experience, no complaints. I appreciate the opportunity to receive a rebate on the tickets I just purchased. I have concerns about the cancellation policy because I was asked the same series of questions twice. I am concerned because it makes me wonder if I was signing up for two of the same/similar programs, but when I receive my email with the written information I will be able to know for sure.

Tickets were easy to order. The website was simple to use. I liked the fact that we can download the tickets and are able to see our purchases as soon as we order tickets. I liked being able to pick out my seats and see where the stage is. Liked being able to use my credit card.

The website was easy to use and the processing was very easy. We would use this site in the future to order more tickets for events like this. I would hope that others will visit the site to place orders like the one I did.

I went online to purchase tickets for a show being held at CSUN. I found the event and to order tickets it sent me to a website which has nothing to do with CSUN. They wanted over $412.00 for 4 tickets with seconds of making purchase, I changed my mind because of the cost and the lady with Event Tickets Center told me that it was too late to cancel. The CSUN box office wants $189.00 for the same tickets but with assigned seats. Shame on CSUN for allowing this ticket company to charge more than twice the amount and making it appear that they represent CSUN. ETC will not refund my money even though I canceled the order within seconds.

We are having guests from out of town and wanted to take them to a hockey game. I got on this site from the team's website. It was the first time I have ordered tickets like this and it was very easy. I would definitely do this again.

Experience on the site and the phone were great. However I do have to say that the delivery fee is a little high when you take into account that you are EMAILING the tickets to me. I'm sure your ISP yearly bill can be paid with the delivery fee of less than half of the tickets purchased here.

I would've liked it better if there had been a chart of the actual seats. I have no idea what seats I'm sitting in, I only know the row letter. The service fees are a little pricey also. But it was easy to navigate the site.

Very Quick and Easy, wish tickets were received earlier than a few days before the concert though. Other than that I enjoy using this site. I would like to see more concerts become more available on this site.

I was just a little surprised at the extra fees they added on, $19.60 service fee and $7.95 delivery fee. :( I guess overall it was pretty easy ordering. I can't wait to go to spring training! I Love the Dodgers, we are huge Dodger fans!! GO DODGERS!!!!

Website was user friendly, no issues with seating and viewing to make our selection. Having the option to have seating view helped to make the best selection for our birthday trip more enjoyable. Traveling from Houston to San Diego and looking forward to a carefree trip.

Everything went well. Was a little shocked on the service fees of almost $68.00. Am looking forward to a spring opener. The Diamondbacks are going to be a contender this year and will hopefully start of the year with a win when we attend the game.

The service fee is nuts - and charge for electronic delivery?? When it is the only delivery you offer? Be more upfront with your fees so you don't find out you're essentially buying the equivalent of an extra ticket to cover them.

Ticket site was user friendly and straightforward. The process of purchasing tickets was unbelievably better than Ticketmaster. The map layout was good, and I was able to pick which row I wanted. I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to purchase tickets to any event.

Website was easy to use however a service fee of $47 per ticket when purchasing more than one ticket together really ticks me off. It's robbery and one of the many reason I see fewer concerts than I would like. :(

Event Tickets Center provides a user-friendly format that was easy to navigate! I would certainly recommend this site to a friend, especially if he or she is new to purchasing tickets online. I look forward to use the site again!

This service resells the tickets they buy from other services and charge double price. They pay for Google advertising to show up at the top of the search list when you are looking for the tickets. Do not use them! Check other services and you see that the prices are much cheaper! This is a scam. On the screens I am attaching you can see that they sell the same tickets as Ticketmaster sells, only that Ticketmaster sells them for $42 and Event Tickets Center sells them for $78. When I tried to cancel the order right after making it by mistake, they did not reply for 14 hours, then they processed the order and replied - oops, sorry, already processed, cannot cancel now. Plus, they charge $21.84 service fee per ticket on the top of the $36 profit they already made per ticket, and charge $7.95 fee for electronic delivery, which nobody else does. So they sell you a $42 ticket and make $58 profit on it - nice!

Loved the ability to buy good tickets and the price range! Made the experience very easy! I'm excited for the concert and the great tickets we were able to receive from this site. Also a good policy on getting your money back if you become sick and cannot attend the concert.

I thought it was really easy to get our tickets. I think the service fee was extremely high. I cannot remember anytime I have ever paid above $20. The ticket price was not bad, but between the two fees we had to pay it was almost $100 extra. That is more than half of one of our tickets.

Tickets to Eric Johnson - I am certainly Not very pleased with the fees... $15 each ticket for $53 tickets! Then you add MANDATORY electronic delivery (what?) of $8... Suddenly the tickets are marked up a full 40%!!! Ouch!

Trying to take my 16 year old daughter to her fist concert and I'm paying a ridiculous amount for tickets and now I find a $78 processing fee. This is ridiculous. I feel like i'm being held hostage here with this extra fees. When is enough enough. Signed pissed off dad!

I did not like the fact that I could not buy the number of seats where I wanted because of ticket number restrictions. I understand it's because you want to fill all seats so you don't lose money but it doesn't make the customers happy.

The site was easy to navigate and that, and mostly pretty good. A bit pricey though for what you get. Would've been nice to have a pointer to exactly where your seats are located. I have seen this at other sites for a much less service charge. And the fee to download the tickets is ridiculous. Usually to download the tickets is free, or a very minimal charge.

I was able to find the tickets I was looking for that had just sold out elsewhere! This looks like the only website that had them. They were a bit pricey but I'm glad I was able to find them. Can't wait for the event!

It was fast & easy. How it should be. The website itself is simple & not cluttered with nonsense ads (thank you for that). Now I will say I wish I could view my row or see the view from my seats, that would be cool but other than that I was enjoyable.

I wish the seating was a little more detailed as to where the rows and such would be located on the floor plan, but overall purchasing these tickets was Great. I will recommend this website to my friends and or family who wish to purchase tickets online.

It seems absurd to charge nearly $80 for a service fee when only e-tickets are being issued. What could possibly justify that cost? This is a large arena and tickets are priced highly for that sort of experience, then what is the highest service fee I've yet encountered in St Louis is tacked on.

While other ticket outlets were already sold out, just 20 minutes after the tickets went on sale I got them here with NO problem. I'm looking forward to the show. I've never had the chance to see The Pretenders and so this is sort of a bucket list concert for me.

The Events Ticket Center was very easy to use - I would like to have seen exactly where the seats were on the seat map rather than just the section, once I select the seats, I'd like to see them and even have a vantage point view to the stage so I can see.

Quick and easy. Was able to order tickets promptly. I had tried a different ticket service but was not successful in that adventure. I decided to try a different approach. So far, ordering through this service has been much easier. A little disappointed in all the extra fees.

I find that a 28% per ticket fee is absolutely ridiculous. I am quite sure that it doesn't require that much overhead to maintain your site and if it does then you need to re-evaluate your costs. And you should let buyer know up front, not at end.

Easy peasy ordering! We are very excited to attend the concert in San Antonio at AT&T Events Center with our daughter who is 17 and will be a freshman in college. She loves 1990s hard rock and heavy metal and is probably the most of excited of all of us!

Tickets for Shea's events are already quite expensive. On top of that you charge $40 in fees for $55 tickets. Ridiculous. At least be honest and include the mark up in the price of the ticket. I buy electronic tickets for buses. Greyhound has somehow figured out how to process online tickets without an exorbitant cost. Perhaps you can contact them to learn how.

Had a pleasant experience with purchasing and speaking with representative. Looking forward to the concert in December. My wife and I have never been to an Elton John concert, so this will be the first for us. He has a lot of great songs that bring back many memories for us.

They would not cancel my order, even after explaining that they've given me the WRONG TICKETS compared to what I originally bought. I have to go through my credit card company to refute this now. I emailed customer service several times asking for help and they provided no assistance other than saying they don't owe me a refund.

Experience was ok. Was easy but must say fees are really high. $45 a ticket for just emailing it, and the ticket is already doubled in price from face value. Fee could be half that as Military and ex-military members don't make much as it is. Will have to skip other shows just to see this one, over 400 for 2 tickets is really crazy, guess I am just crazy. Easily Done and fast. The order was completed with ease and uncomplicated. Music Hall description was clear and whole experience pleasantly direct! Preformed designation blocks were clear and concise, leading to a fast implementation. Will Likely refer to this site again for similar applications.

The process itself was fairly simple, but the associated fees with the online purchase are pretty ridiculous. I think it would benefit you and the customer to lower them, but this is only a suggestion. I understand having to pay a fee, but this is pretty steep.

Reservations were pretty easy to make and did not take much time. I have used this before with success and like a simple way to reserve and purchase tickets. I will use again in the future. I do not use often but will go back and use this method again.

The website was easy to navigate and the pictures of where the seats are is extremely helpful. This is the second event I am attending at Indian Ranch and I am hoping to have another great experience.

I thought I had purchased tickets before on this website but apparently the purchase didn't go through so this is my second time here to purchase again and I would have enjoyed single tickets as well. I have a tendency to travel long distances to go to these concerts.

I have to wait 20 minutes for the 2nd email to print my tickets. I will say your prices are slightly cheaper and since this is my first time I can only rate 3 stars.

Very good was seamless. Service charge was a bit much and there was no parking information. It would be nice to show the seat number as well as the row. All in all in was a decent enough experience and I will not hesitate to book more tickets this way in the future.

The site was easy to use. However the seating chart and pricing was very confusing. I hope that I made the right selection. Doesn't make sense to show a price range from $47 to $110 for the same general admission ticket. Once again the site was very easy to use overall.

I felt totally ripped off after buying what I thought were 2 tickets at $69.00 a piece, only to find out at check out that they were actually $50.00 over the listed price. Seems pretty fraudulent to me. I am not even sure this site is legit. Luckily I have fraud protection on my credit card. Very disappointed.

None of the promo codes I used would work. Will not be using this site anytime soon. So definitely too much of a hassle just for two tickets that were supposed $20 but now $59.51 for delivery plus service fee which I don't understand because they are e-tickets that I am printing at home. The process to purchase these tickets was VERY easy. Can't rate delivery process yet. I just don't understand why the sudden increase in price of tickets. I paid less than half this price for lower level tickets to his last concert.

Cavs/Hornet tickets - It was a fast and easy way to purchase tickets. It only took a few minutes. It's more quicker than using Ticketmaster. We didn't know how to find tickets to this game until we located your information on the internet. Now that we have discovered this fast and easy way, we will definitely continue using this site for all of our future games.

If you have a section labeled with a handicap sign, but there is no way of ensuring you are getting a seat in the handicap area, it is very frustrating. You should be able to use a handicap filter, but there is no option for that either.

$53 service fee? Seriously? That is ridiculously expensive, and it feels like you are just looking to rip off everyone. I appreciate the service you offer, but a $53 service fee is outrageous. I hope that in the future you can offer your customers great service at a lower cost.

I was surprised by how high the services fees for the tickets were and especially how much it cost to "deliver" the tickets when all that was required was an email! Reception of tickets should be free with services fees as high as they are. What a scam!

The direct email tickets came in less than two minutes, even though it said it could be up to 20 minutes.

I didn't like that I had to pay for the delivery of my tickets through email. It was the only option available and I had no choice. I'm right near the venue. I work across the street. There should have been another option to pick up the tickets for free.

I found this site to be easier to find information I was looking for than others I tried. I appreciated the interactive view from the selected seats. I have not yet printed the tickets, so I hope that process is without problems. We are traveling from Colorado and are trusting that weather will not be a problem.

Well you see I entered the site and figured out how to use it super easily, I'm kinda annoyed by the fact that you can't see the individual rows and seats on the diagram but it's fine. It was all fine. All good.

It is difficult to rate using Event Tickets Center since this is the first time purchasing tickets from ETC. Navigating the website and ordering was easy. When purchasing theatre tickets I would have liked to have picked the exact seats rather then a guarantee of being in that row since I prefer the aisle (I am tall); we will see if the tickets get delivered.

Very user friendly. Got tickets quick and painlessly. Their service fee was fantastic compared to others offering the same seats. Would absolutely use again. I liked the fact that it was easy to pop to different sections and the prices came right up.

I just bought 4 tickets from this service and I'm very frustrated and angry about the charges you add on top of the ticket price. $15 per ticket is unjust when you're not even mailing any tickets out and everything is done without any human intervention via the application. Then you charge an additional fee on top of that for 'electronic ticketing' which is simply absurd. If I were not meeting friends here that live in Asheville, I would have chosen another venue to see this performance out of principle. If you need to charge more for the tickets to make a profit then just raise the ticket price, don't sneak in all these fictitious fees, it's simply shameful and insulting.

Great website for tickets, easy to order. Tickets were easy to find with the automatic seating chart for the venue. The payment was easy with autofill and the service charges were not excessive. No waiting between clicks made the experience much nicer.

Finding seats and ordering tickets was an easy process. The extra fees and charges make the experience undesirable. Considered not going to concert due to increase cost over and above ticket price in the mezzanine and balcony area. You make it difficult for the average income person to attend events because of added fees and charges.

A $24 fee on top of a $7.95 e-ticket fee for an $81 ticket? Outrageous, bordering on usury. Why don't you just include those fees in the ticket price so that concert goers will not be mislead and have no choice but to pay it? Oh wait, I see. When picking seating, your seating chart shows sections but not what rows are in that section and where in that section you will be. It said I purchased Row X but have no idea where in that section Row X is. Don't like not knowing exactly what I am paying for.

Was very satisfied with ticket buy purchase online. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had to pay extra to print the tickets from my computer. The purchase was very easy to make online and would recommend to a friend. Just too bad I had to pay extra to print myself.

Process was quick and easy. I would have liked to see where our seats were in the theatre, but could not figure out how to do that on the site or if that was even possible. But checking out and paying was easy. Each ticket has a service fee and then a delivery fee. In addition, $7.95 for an emailed ticket, that's pricey. I will avoid future online purchases and wait for the box office. I don't think I'll use this site again.

Best seats for the best price that I could find! Processing fee was pretty high but overall it has been a good experience. Loved the idea of the ticket insurance if they stand true to what they say, definitely worth the extra money!! Have not received tickets yet.

"Service fees" what the hell! No mention of this until my final total bill? I spent way too much time looking for seats and comparing costs to be blindsided by this fee at the VERY END. Please do not put me on any mailing lists etc.

My experience was super fast and easy. I am very confident that my tickets will arrive on time and my information will stay confidential. I received a confirmation email immediately to assure that my order was successful. I would definitely recommend using Event Tickets to my friends.

I was happy that I was able to find the amount of seats I needed, I just wish the services fees weren't so expensive. That's unfortunately why I usually only go through Groupons. The website is very easy to use, and transaction was quick, so that is awesome.

Why is there a shipping and handling fee when there is no shipping or handling involved? The ticket is emailed and then printed by the purchaser. Charging people extra for shipping and handling when you already get 28% of the ticket cost for 'service fee' is ludicrous.

Overall, good website. Easy to find and purchase tickets. I bought four tickets and paid >$60 in service fees! Are you kidding me?! Next time, I'll drive to the ticket office, buy the tickets there at the venue, take my wife out for a nice lunch and still pay less than that $60 service fee.

My experience was great, the only thing I would change: include all fees upfront, included with total price of tickets including fees. The price that was visible upfront is not the price when checking out. Overall, the site is easy to use!

Your website is easy to use. Great seats. Wish you had email tickets sent to me. I am coming from Colorado to Dallas for the Bon Jovi concert. Your website said you will mail the tickets by 3/22/2018 and the concert is on 3/26/2018. Does not give much mail time to get the tickets considering I am leaving for Dallas on 03/26/2018. What happens if the tickets do not arrive before I leave for Dallas?

Service fee is too high for e service. It's the internet for pete's sake! Only way I can afford to go to the Oracle Arena is to go when the SC Warriors play. I do love the filters so I can pick the ticket I want at my budget. That was very helpful with the little picture to show us where it is. Thank you!

Easy to order, and easy to understand seating... Took less than 5 minutes! Other sites are not clear and then add hidden charges after the process... so they waste your time. All information here is upfront and understood before placing the order.

Easy to navigate the website, the floor map was excellent. Sometimes the font is entirely too small to read or they make the font size too blurry. Prices were acceptable, checkout was quick and easy. I hate when you go to checkout and they need everything but your blood type. Thanks Event Tickets!

Your site is easy to navigate but I don't appreciate finding out about the per ticket fee for your site after selecting seats. It would be better to be upfront about this cost as it certainly could alter the price of the seats I want to select.

It was a easy way of buying tickets for this game. I'm Brazilian and I thought it was a nice experience. The spaces that you have to fill are very clear. They lead you in an objective and direct way. So I spent very little time to purchase and finalize the tickets.

The service fee is way too high. I will never use your service again. You don't have anything about the service fee until you have put in all the info and get to the very end. Service fees should be stated in the beginning of the order not the very end on top of your order.

They made getting tickets to my favorite band (Weezer) super easy!!! Awesome!!! I was so excited to get the tickets. Me and three of my friends are going and I'm so stoked that they are one tour! Finding the tickets that suited our price range was super cool and we are so so so excited!!!

I find the $22+ fee per ticket to be exorbitant. Also, I had to call cust serv because I didn't understand why seats closer to the stage were less expensive that others further back. The agent I spoke with (who was very friendly and spoke English clearly) explained to me how your system works with you as the agent, but it should have been more clear on your site so I didn't have to call.

I just bought 2 tickets on Ticketmaster. They charge $7.50 handling for BOTH tickets and NO $7.95 to email tickets. So through Event tickets $38.55 Ticketmaster $7.50. I will do what I can to avoid buying tickets here. I hope you get a percentage of these fees because I bet you upset more people than me.

I can't believe I was taken by a scam. I thought I was buying tickets from the Kravis Center. After I receive the email, I realized I didn't buy it from the Kravis Center. When I researched it, their ticket prices were $31 more than the tickets at the Kravis Center. Then they charged a $30 fee per ticket for handling. And then a $15 delivery charge. AND there's a possibility I won't receive my tickets in time. The show is on March 31st and they say they'll be ready for delivery on March 27th. Too close for comfort for me. I can't believe they are allowed to do this to people. I am disgusted that I paid approximately $120 more than I paid if I'd gone directly to the Kravis center site.

I am very disappointed with this online system for ordering tickets from the Detroit Opera House!!! There is NO WAY to accurately understand where the tickets are located. The seating map is not accurate, and there is no information as to where in the row the tickets are - there is no indication if you are in the center or far to one side.
