As if you don't know this already...your fees are criminal. You buy up all the tickets so I can't order them from the actual venue, then charge ridiculous "service charges". It's freaking extortion. ** you and all you similar services.

This site was very easy to use. Everything seemed to go smoothly. I was a little "put off" by the $25.00 Rebate Offer that led to an interesting conversation with a sales representative who was trying to get me to spend more money for a monthly charge on my credit card for a service that I very rarely use. Pushy and Off Putting.

I mean, the interface was easy to use and yes, I'm a broke-ass college student so I'm naturally going to cringe and have a little part of me die every time I spend more than one cent, but from a customer service point of view, can't complain.

I dislike that hidden fees are not included in the upfront cost. IT is annoying having a total of 112$ that shoots up to 153$ because of handling fees on a ticket that never physically existed. Although the website and tickets are fine, adding a cost that only appears at the end puts a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

The process was quick and easy to use and figure our. Hope to get the $25 dollar rebate when I call after work tonight! This is the same venue my wife and I saw John Mellencamp in last summer. We sat in a similar section but got to move in towards the center because there were some railing blocking our view.

This process was so easy to maneuver through, even for someone who is not good on the computer. I was able to find what I was looking for and purchase them in minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to find great events in minutes- just a few quick clicks.

This is the first time that I have used this site to purchase tickets. The site seemed easy to use and my experience has been very positive so far. I'm still waiting for the email with my tickets but so far so good.

Sue the ticket agent was very helpful. I did try to call back but phone kept ringing. Ordered tickets on my own with her initial guidance. I wish there would be a better way to know exactly where the seats are with regards to the seat location besides the section. However, the overall experience was great.

It took a bit to locate the tickets/event I wanted after clicking on a link that should have taken me to the event I wanted rather than having to search for it. If you provide a link it should take you directly to that event to make purchasing the tickets that much easier & faster.

I wanted to be able to book multiple events in one transaction and was not able to find anywhere to do so. This would have eliminated extra charges for me in shipping charges which would have been nice. Other than that the experience of purchasing tickets was very simple.

The website was easy to navigate and the seat picking was easy to read. When I go to shows I like for my kids to enjoy the whole fun so I like to sit as close as I can. This website helped with just that. The price was also reasonable and affordable and hopefully my tickets are secured and I get them fast.

This was a very easy site or order from, my grandson will be very pleased he will be able to see them in person. Shane plays basketball and has been on a team for the past 3 years, seeing the Globetrotters in person will give him the incentive to continue his dream of being a professional basketball player.

Rudest treatment ever - spent over an hour arguing with CSR after. CSR about something as simple as putting the correct address on account to purchase tickets. The last woman I talked to suggested that my banking institution (that I have been with for many years) was lying to me and she was right!!! The audacity! I was sent an email for a 10% discount afterwards that you wouldn't let me use!! Then you said I get a 25$ refund but have to sign up for a 17$ month program for qualify for that. WTF!!!

Would like to have seen more detail on the seating chart. The sections are marked but the actual seating environment in each section is vague. More detail would add confidence in purchase. You could show the seats and surrounding areas similar to what they do for Gammage.

Event Tickets made my purchase quick and easy. I was able to find the perfect tickets for my husband for Valentine's Day in less than 10 minutes. The site provided accurate views from each seat option, allowing me to confidently make a decision. The prices were great, and I can't wait to attend the game!

This site was easy to use, very happy with it all. Like that tickets are sent instead of having to print out. It's awesome that they have insurance in case something happens, I can get a refund. I will most certainly use this site again!

Website is so easy to navigate and the payment is so easy to handle. The account feature is also nice so you never have to keep filling out info. Also I am in hopes that the rebate will actually work because it seems like a great plus to using Event Tickets.

It was very easy to purchase tickets on this site. This was the first time I was on the site and felt it was very user friendly. The only issue I had was scrolling down to see what other seats were available, but I was able to use the arrow buttons.

Ordering was easy and quick. I found the site easy to use and the view from the section picture is very helpful when selecting seats. I like e-tickets so I have the tickets in hand when I go to the ball park. Just wish the tickets were available before the May date.

I had quick and accurate experience. The only thing is that the seat number should have been shown before you buy. Otherwise a pleasant experience. We'll have to much it against the venue. But the experience was good and quick and accurate.

I guess because it's a third party sales place the fees per ticket vary so much and are astronomical. The site is quick and easy to use, but it would be nice to see the "fees" per ticket shown before you get to the final page. I'm taking a leap of faith using this website as it has the best reputation of any that I could find. Hope it all works out well.

The availability of tickets is a good thing. Although the price for the tickets is higher than advertised. I understand most tickets are scooped up by third party resellers without the public having a chance at good seats. I disagree with this concept but that responsibility falls on the original seller to rectify. But my biggest complaint is that the Service charge and delivery price. It's just robbery in the legal form. We all know that you are making a great mark up on these tickets, It's just wrong to charge a processing fee at on something you are selling, and a delivery fee for 15 dollars per ticket when a priority delivery with guarantee would only be a few dollars. You leave all of us having no choice to but to pay very unfair service charges. Remember you wanted my thoughts. And you are the only one who can control these undue charges. I was able to get tickets for a Valentine's Day gift. He will be very happy. I was happy they were in my price range. I will look on this site again for future events. I was glad to see there were some tickets still available.

Much faster and reliable site than most others. Last night I had the unique experience of losing my connection to Tickets-center.com around 5 times. I started to lose interest in Chicago LOL. I am hopeful this transaction went through for my 5 tickets because I don't yet see an order number.

It was very easy & quick system to use. I would recommend to a friend. It was also very helpful in purchasing the tickets. It was friendly to use as well. It will give me the tickets without worrying when I will receive them.

My only annoyance was that I couldn't purchase two tickets in a section, but could purchase 3. Seemed unfair although I get that you are probably trying to avoid having single tickets leftover which are less likely to sell. I will be more annoyed if I see that those seats remain unfilled when I am at the venue for the show as I would have gladly paid the extra $5 per ticket to sit a few rows closer.

It was quick easy process and somewhat cheap. I would for sure recommend it to all my friends! They have a lot of ticket options for all over the arena. Even for last minute stuff, they still have you covered!

The experience was fine. Nothing terribly positive and nothing terribly negative to say; the site worked well and I feel like I received the tickets I was hoping for. I was shocked and disappointed at the $75 service fee... per ticket.

Great experience, I would totally recommend this page to my friends. The only thing I noted is that, when you select the section of the stadium to check the price and then check other section, there is a bug, showing the previous section information you clicked.

It was easy, fast and efficient. Easy to navigate around. Everything was on the main page and was easy to find. My information was updated and did not have to type it over. The events are easy to look up and dates and time provided were accurate. I wish more sites were this easy.

My experience was good, except it being a 3rd party sell. Leery on that. This was my first time and until I receive the tickets without any problems I'll be able to have a better input on my experience with this site.

I called within 20 minutes of placing the order to try to cancel because the other couple I was going with had a family emergency and could not attend. The company would not refund or allow me to change dates. I am now out $250.

I would have liked to have seen where my seats were located that I purchased but overall the ticket purchase experience was very fast and easy. The Verizon theater has excellent viewing no matter where you sit with an excellent system and comfortable seating.

My first ordering tickets thru the Event Tickets Center. This was very painless, straightforward and easy peasy. I would buy tickets this way in the future. I got great seats, I feel I was really lucky considering the Rascal Flatts group was sold out here in their May visit.

I tried a number of times to use PayPal, but though it seemed to go through, it would not go to the order review on either my phone or my desktop which are not connected in any way. This told me that the PayPal link was not working on your end. I had to put it on a credit card which was meant I had to go out to the car to get my wallet and when I got back, it would not allow me to continue the order I had started so I had to start over. The whole process took me over an hour because I wanted PayPal to work... I try not to use credit cards at all.

I wanted to buy 3 tickets but only 2 available :(. Hopefully can find another!! I need 2 more. But other than that great experience, though actually the "Service Fee" should be a hidden fee included in the ticket price so we know how much the real price is going to be!

When ordering tickets, I was informed of all charges until checkout. A $15.00 surcharge was added to my order per ticket. There was no mention of this until I checked out. Very deceptive action. I was happy with this service until checkout.

My seats are in the nosebleed section and then you have the balls to charge me $18.20 per ticket. This is a total rip off and then you charge me $7.95 for email service. What a scam! Get the Led Out performers should never let you guys deal in their ticket sales. They can promote and do a better job with some other ticket sales company.

Sticker shock at the processing fee - it would be better if it was a fee per order not per ticket. I understand you need to make money, But really!! But that's just me. Your system was very easy to use. I appreciate that.

It was easy to buy the tickets, but fees add 50% to the cost of the tickets. An electronic download fee? Really? It just seems that the fees have gotten out of control. One other issue, is that I can't really see where in the section I just bought the tickets. It only shows by section. It would be helpful to see a picture of how many rows and how many seats per row. I'm taking my dad who is 85 and gets around pretty well, but I can't tell how difficult it is to get to the seat.

The ticket prices are deceiving. We picked a ticket and then there was additional costs for the "service fee." The price of the ticket should have this included. We picked a ticket in our price range and by the time we checked out with all the "hidden" additional costs, it was out of our price range. Good thing we looked close at the total cost.

The ticket price appears to be good, but there's always a sour taste with the "service charge" of $15+ per ticket. I wish this info was provided sooner in my search. I realize it's a common practice, but is it anything but a profit grab?

K.D. Lang tickets Keswick - Not easy to understand which tickets were available on Map. The $47.00 service charge per ticket is outrageous! I also don't appreciate having to write something to show that I have accepted the terms of agreement in order to submit my purchase. I won't be attending the Keswick in the future because of this.

Service fee is a joke and considered as a rip off. Considering we paid by credit card this additional charge is gouging at best. False advertisement!!! I plan on posting to social media to warn others of your hidden costs.

The only reason I even used this site is for a pair of tickets being posted by someone at a low price. Everyone I told laughed when they heard the high service fees asking if "the mob" runs this site. 25% of my cost was fees to your site. And no; "operating costs" is not a sufficient excuse since that means that your business model is inefficient or you're just lying.

I felt this was an easy to follow site, I feel it is secure and my needs were met. I like that they offer insurance. I also like the option of e-mail or U.S. Postal mail. I would use this site again and also recommend it to others.

The layout for choosing seats was great and I loved the pictures showing the field from each section. It would be better if when choosing the tickets I knew that you were going to add almost $20/ticket so I could adjust. I did not appreciate the surprise of an $72 increase.

Was glad that I was able to purchase these tickets after the fact they sold out online so very quick. Although I was unable to get the tickets at the first offered price (which was almost $50 cheaper) the price of the tickets were manageable in order to see a great show. Looking forward to the GVF show in Nashville.

It was easy to order the tickets, but I was shocked to see a $33.00 service charge was added to the price of the ticket. Ridiculous! If I had known the cost of the service fee ahead of time I probably would not have ordered the tickets. But I'm stuck with them now.

My experience was fine until all the EXTRA fees are added to the basic ticket price which are expensive. I think a 50.00 handling fee and 14.00 Insurance fee per ticket is rather high. I'm sorry that is lot of money. Your website is easy to use and the system worked very well.

I don't understand why I'm charged an additional $27 per ticket service fee - what service is provided when I'm ordering tickets online. On the same topic, why am I charged $15 delivery fee when the tickets will be sent to me via email. This doesn't cost you a cent! The tickets prices are attractive until you start adding these ridiculous charges on top! I feel like I'm being ripped off. :(

Great way to see the location of the seats. I was able to compare the prices with other websites that either did not have tickets or had horrible seating. I will have to use this site again if everything works out great. I am excited to see how the show goes.

This was so incredibly easy (albeit expensive). From finding the event, navigating from the event location to the seat chart and finally to the purchase. [And I LOVE easy.] I especially appreciate the immediate option to opt-out of further marketing materials. If an entity is constantly bombarding me with emails, my unspoken rule is to never do business with them unless I must. Thank you!

The purchasing experience was very easy. The website was very user friendly. There were no problems processing the payment. However the processing fee of $21 per ticket is excessive & that is my only complaint, I did not see why they had to charge $7.95 to email me my tickets.

I'm very disappointed in the large service fee tacked on after I had already picked a ticket selection. I'm paying a lot for tickets and you need to charge a huge service fee? I will rethink future purchases at the event center for sure.

I wanted to exchange my tickets for more tickets so we could all sit together but you apparently do not allow that. I think if it is more than 24 hours before the event you should be able to accommodate such a thing.

In my opinion an $80 service change for an online purchase is excessive. While I do appreciate the service and convenience, and I did not expect to get blind sided by a 30% increase in my overall total. I am not saying you were hiding the service charge, but not putting it on the estimated total on the first page, but then hitting you with it on a subsequent page as I am progressing through my order felt that way. My only suggestion would be to put it up front so people know it is there before they start their order.

I am REALLY disappointed by your disguised add on fees. Very misleading. Please consider that people who are driving a long distance to attend an event to experience spring training, do not want to hear of delivery charges or other fees. These are bait and switch (tickets said $30) tactics. Nearly $40 in fees is disgusting.

We wanted to get tickets next to some friends who already had tickets, however the site does not let you know the seat number only section and row. And of course, the $25 per ticket "service charge" that is not disclosed until the last second makes one feel ripped off.

It is completely ridiculous that every ticket has a surcharge that is 1/3 the cost of the ticket, and the tickets are e-tickets! You are not even printing them! My surcharge is more than the price of another ticket. Also, Why can't I buy an odd number of tickets? Either somebody can't come, or we have to find another person to buy a ticket.

Easy to get around website. Don't like the additional charges. Not sure why the lawn seats have different prices. I hope purchasing the bench seats are worth the difference than the cheaper lawn seats. I like the way it helps finds the seats. Very helpful.

It was very easy to purchase tickets for my event with a layout of the venue so I would know where we'd be sitting. I would use this site again and feel confident. I will be receiving my tickets in my email and only have to print them out to show at the event.

I would like to have a way to know which way the stage faces when it is in the middle of the arena, or a note that says the stage rotates. The per ticket service fee is too high. There should be a discount for multiple tickets.

I was happy with the ease of use of the website. I think that a $22+ service fee for each ticket is a little absurd. It seems to be the norm, but still high in my opinion. Come to expect a small service fee on just about everything these days. I wish I could just buy tickets at the box office still.

While Event Tickets did have the last minute ticket I needed, the ticket itself was upmarked drastically and the fees per ticket were almost as much as the ticket. Such as an $8 fee for printing my own ticket at home (which is the only option of getting your ticket).

This was a gift for a friend who is having a birthday. She loves the show and can't say enough about it, the ability to get these tickets online, was straightforward and easy. This will surely make her month. I am very happy with the ease in getting the tickets.

Charging almost $9 for service charges per ticket and then another few bucks to deliver via e-mail (a free service), which doesn't even come automatically, is ludicrous. Especially considering that the combined service charges is almost the price of an extra ticket. Not happy with this at all.

Great information and great tickets available. This is a great way to get tickets. They show you view angles of the area that you want to seat and they offer a great variety of pricing information. This will be the way I purchase my never give up Texas Rangers tickets from now on!

I was purchasing seats for my family hoping for all our seats together. Too bad we can't see the exact seat number since we had to purchase seats in 2 different rows. Purchased 7 seats in total **. Can you tell me if our seats are close together?

I am charged $14.28 per ticket AND $7.95 to print them myself?! Event Tickets had an opportunity to be better than Ticketmaster when it comes to fees, and they have failed. I guess they'll keep on gouging that captive audience with outrageous fees.

Price transparency goes a long way in terms of feeling satisfied. Would be nice if your site worked on that. I was going for more expensive tickets at first and was shocked to see the price jump up by $140 on my way to checkout. Almost went to another site right then.

I was SHOCKED to see a THIRTY % Service fee for these Wynonna Judd tickets AND a 7.95 Delivery fee for an E-ticket which is FREE to send. When you see a 53.00 price and after all is said and done you end up paying an additional 50% for the tickets.

Are you kidding me with these fees? I have to pay you $50 in order to buy a $50 ticket? Everything in the info about your service fees could be done for so much less. I actually create and support ecommerce website and know that your "info" is BS.

The site was easy to navigate and I got just what I was looking for. Looking forward to seeing the venue, have never been to Wolf Trap before. This is by far one of the most easiest transactions I have done when purchasing concert tickets. I only hope the tickets arrive on time with no issues.

I had a very good experience ordering the tickets for the show. The theatre layout on the website was good and it was really easy to see where the seats were. The site was very friendly and easy to navigate forward and backward to different dates and different seats in the theater. The checkout was simple too. I hope the show is as good as the ordering process.

Service charge being shown only after ticket purchase is decided felt like being ambushed. All costs shown be shown or at least estimated before clicking on button to purchase. Service charge and e-ticket charge together almost amounted to the cost of another ticket!

Tickets to Theresa Caputo @ Rosemont Theatre, IL 4/26/18: When purchasing 3 tickets I paid $187/ticket for a total of $561. I also had to pay $52.36/ticket service fee for a total of $157.08 and $15 for ticket delivery as my only option. The total price I paid for 3 tickets including all of the extra fees was $733.08. After receiving my tickets today via FedEx I looked at them and the tickets were from Ticketmaster and each ticket had a face value of $91.75 with a $2 facility fee per ticket. Just the tickets alone would have been $275.25 for 3 without the facility fee included if I purchased them through Ticketmaster. I spent an hour on the phone with a wonderful representative from Ticketmaster that explained to me why I'm seeing what I'm seeing on the tickets I have in my hand. He recommended me to definitely call eventticketcenter.com to break down the charges because it was a ridiculous amount to be charged for what I have.

I got a good deal for it being less than a month away. Ready to see Katt Williams live! Event Tickets Center always has the best events at the best prices. Glad I was able to find this show and book ahead of time. I didn't get to see the seats but I'm sure there is some way to see them.

$17.95 Processing Fee - Isn't that a little steep? Why would you charge almost 1/4 the price for the ticket as a fee? This processing fee is astronomical. It's 30% of the ticket price. Why would you charge such a crazy amount? Never using this service again.

I bought tickets for me and a friend of mine, I have been a fan of Ronnie Milsap since I was a little girl, my Dad is the one who introduced me to real country music. My friend and I live in Mobile and were unable to see him when he was here, so now we are going to use this as our birthday present to ourselves. We have been waiting to see when some better tickets were going to be available, so I kept checking and found the ones we wanted. Now it would be more of a birthday present if we could meet and have a picture made with him.

The first time I tried to purchase the tickets I got a message that you can't process the tickets. The second time I tried to process the same tickets, you said they were no longer available. The third time I tried to process SAME tickets I got a message that the total number of tickets I want was no longer available. The fourth time I tried to process SAME tickets the order went through.

I attempted to order concert tickets from the Event Tickets Center website. When I tried to check out, their website notified me that there was an issue processing the request so I went to Stub Hub and ordered basically the same tickets with less of a fee. Hours later I get an email from Event Tickets Center saying I purchased the tickets. When I contacted customer service about the issue, which was caused by their faulty website, they refused to issue a refund. This is one of the worse customer service experiences that I have ever had.

My feeling about the outrageous service fees is disappointing of $40.00 and delivery fee of $15.00! I find the stranglehold you have on the purchasing consumers is wrong, as we have no alternative, but to go through your service. I welcome someone contacting me.

Simple process and easy to understand. Made it much easier to obtain tickets from overseas. Will definitely be using this site again. Buyers just need to take note that it is all in US dollars and the fee is added on at the end and is not included in the ticket price.

I like to see a detailed seating chart when ordering tickets. Right now I know the section we're in and they gave us a row letter, but I have no idea exactly where that row is so I how the seats are good.

Buying the tickets were extremely easy! I was able to buy tickets in minutes compared to other sites where I had to go through so much to buy tickets. This is a wonderful site and I would recommend it to anyone buying tickets for any event.

It was a great experience. I just believe the online convenience fee should be erased from all existence. My price should not be $40 higher than it already would be. It is a ridiculous upcharge and a way to get money after already charging for taxes and high prices.

My experience purchasing tickets was good, smooth, and easy. I felt like my card information and person information was protected. I always feel a little ripped off when using the service since the service fees were one third of the price of the concert itself. I can't imagine any reason to charge a delivery fee on E-tickets. I understand the industry standard to charge a service fee, but I'm sure more people would attend if they didn't have those fees. ALSO If it wasn't for the chance it could sell out I would just wait till the day of and pay less. Thanks for providing a smooth experience, but a sub par feeling after buying tickets due to a $30 fee charge for tickets priced at $35.

It was an easy process ordering the tickets; the view of the stadium was helpful so I could determine the location of the seating. It would also be helpful if more disabled sitting is offered because my grandson could benefit from this accommodated. Will call pick up for ticket(s) would be a plus!

The website is easy to use. I love how that when you click on a section, the view from that section shows up in the small screen. The delivery fee is a little expensive given that it is emailed to you.

It was easy to look for the Kevin Hart event I wanted to go to. The seating and pricing was easy to locate. There were several different seating and prices to choose from. The site made it easy to get my tickets and print out the information I needed after I placed the order.

Would have liked to be able to view the seats and know what seat numbers they are. It was difficult to get an idea of the view and whether we'd be able to see. I suggest showing the seats once someone is booking on the website. This would make things a little less hectic when booking.

Super easy to use, kind of confusing that it says tickets will be deliver 3 days before event and that you cant print them. How does that work when you order multiple tickets? Why can't I have the option to print or use on phone? Other than that, super simple from the gorgeous website.

I just used your website for the first time to purchase tickets to see Elton John. I think I would have had a better experience with this if I was able to pick my seats, not only the area where the seats are. I am a large framed individual and would like to have tried for an end seat or one that might have a little more leg room than others. Also, I am kind of weary about how I am going to receive my tickets. According to my notice they will be available no later than the day before the event...

I felt that everything on the website was pretty straightforward giving proper information EXCEPT that the 45 dollar service fee was tacked on well after working to get desired tickets. I feel that a significant charge such as this should be upfront with the ticket pricing.

It was super easy and fast to purchase and download my tickets. Unfortunately the only seats available were way up high and in the back unless you want to spend $400 and up/each ticket. That's quite a price to see a stand up comedian. With prices like that you should give some amenities like a drink ticket.

I had a great experience purchasing my concert ticket on this website. I consider this website to be as adequate of a ticket purchasing site as any. My only complaint is the rebate promotion that Event Tickets offers is not through them but a third party; and that third party makes it very convoluted and sketchy (questionable) to obtain any form of a rebate. More specifically, you need to subscribe to their monthly membership, which cost one dollar for the first month and then seventeen dollars each month after that.

Fast and cheap. I first tried ordering from another ticket site and couldn't find any available tickets as that site kept telling me unavailable. Went on this site and saw what was available right away and how much. It was fast and efficient and I was happy with the experience.

I realize these tickets are difficult to come by. The website was difficult to use - where the tickets and prices were listed, I was unable to easily see all tickets available. I could not get that area to scroll down. Also, the added "service charges" are outrageous!!!

Why does every process require multiple attempts? Every single page required reloading at least once, sometimes as many as five times before it finally worked. This is annoying and creates incredible anxiety with people who think they might lose their tickets if the page fails to load.

I have never had any problems using Event Tickets Center. I find that the website is very easy to navigate and the pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend to others because not only is purchasing easy it is also very simple to get help if necessary. The customer care representatives are tentative and help in any way that they can. And if they cannot help then they handle the manner very respectfully.

I was shocked to find the extra $161 added to the ticket price upon checking out! Perhaps that is a standard part of purchasing tickets, but not being a regular at it, it sours my experience to get all the way to buying a ticket before hearing word one about this extra fee.

I went online to purchase tickets for a show being held at CSUN. I found the event and to order tickets it sent me to a website which has nothing to do with CSUN. They wanted over $412.00 for 4 tickets with seconds of making purchase, I changed my mind because of the cost and the lady with Event Tickets Center told me that it was too late to cancel. The CSUN box office wants $189.00 for the same tickets but with assigned seats. Shame on CSUN for allowing this ticket company to charge more than twice the amount and making it appear that they represent CSUN. ETC will not refund my money even though I canceled the order within seconds.

We are having guests from out of town and wanted to take them to a hockey game. I got on this site from the team's website. It was the first time I have ordered tickets like this and it was very easy. I would definitely do this again.

Experience on the site and the phone were great. However I do have to say that the delivery fee is a little high when you take into account that you are EMAILING the tickets to me. I'm sure your ISP yearly bill can be paid with the delivery fee of less than half of the tickets purchased here.

This service resells the tickets they buy from other services and charge double price. They pay for Google advertising to show up at the top of the search list when you are looking for the tickets. Do not use them! Check other services and you see that the prices are much cheaper! This is a scam. On the screens I am attaching you can see that they sell the same tickets as Ticketmaster sells, only that Ticketmaster sells them for $42 and Event Tickets Center sells them for $78. When I tried to cancel the order right after making it by mistake, they did not reply for 14 hours, then they processed the order and replied - oops, sorry, already processed, cannot cancel now. Plus, they charge $21.84 service fee per ticket on the top of the $36 profit they already made per ticket, and charge $7.95 fee for electronic delivery, which nobody else does. So they sell you a $42 ticket and make $58 profit on it - nice!

Loved the ability to buy good tickets and the price range! Made the experience very easy! I'm excited for the concert and the great tickets we were able to receive from this site. Also a good policy on getting your money back if you become sick and cannot attend the concert.

I thought it was really easy to get our tickets. I think the service fee was extremely high. I cannot remember anytime I have ever paid above $20. The ticket price was not bad, but between the two fees we had to pay it was almost $100 extra. That is more than half of one of our tickets.
