I can understand an online processing fee, but a fee for every ticket and a fee to Email my tickets?? C'mon guys it's all one transaction. My wife and I only completed our purchase because we had promised our kids we would take them to see the show. But we will no longer use your service in any way, shape or form. You took my order from $88 to $120 with just your fees! This is unacceptable. Stop robbing hardworking folks with your FEES!!! I work too hard for my money to be getting nickel and dimed by you. I will not be recommending online purchasing to anybody I know. I'll tell them to save themselves $33 by taking 10 minutes to go to the ticket office in person. I will also be giving you a very poor Google review as well.

Easy to navigate through the screens and to find the item wanted. I've never used this website before, I found it fast and simple. The font is very easy to read, which I cannot say for every website, and the pages were not 'busy' with distracting and unnecessary information.

When my order didn't go through the first time because of a mistake on my address, the notice from Event Tickets said I should try again, so I tried 3 more times and it ended up having all of those amounts pending on my account. I think it would be better if you did not even advise people to "try again", but instead to call the help center right after the first error.

The ticket price should include all of the fees instead of adding 25% to the purchase price for service fees. 25% of the ticket price is a stupid amount. Don't be **. Just add the service fee to the ticket price and give the real price.

I am curious as to why you would send a 10% discount voucher to encourage us to complete our ticket order and provide a link to enable me to continue shopping for the tickets I was looking at, but when I clicked on the link to the tickets the price had increased by $10.00 in one area and the cheap seats that were $89.00 increased to $115.00.

The main ticket site was sold out, but I got the tickets here cheaper and in time for the show! A great last resort for tickets and a great way to sell some that you don't need. I'll for sure have to try it again if this situation ever happens again.

Ticket ordering is fine. The service fees are outrageous. I would rather not see the service fee and just have it included in the price of the show. And then the insurance is per ticket? How about per order. The cost of the service fees and insurance are well above the cost of one ticket for the show that I purchased.

Securing tickets was an easy and fast process. I would have rated the site higher and given five stars had the processing fees not been so high. The processing fees were equated to more than $70.00. My family and I were just at the Hawks vs Sun game last night at Philips Arena for the very first time. We had such a blast that going back to see the Harlem Globetrotters will be an absolute treat for children. This website is user friendly!

Very nice. Only problem I had is I just moved and the credit card address didn't match the home address so I used my old address. Ticket prices were ok but a little expensive. Hopefully the place where the concert is being held will make up for the price of the tickets. I will also be looking for a place to stay overnight.

Why do you give only row numbers and not seat numbers when buying tickets? Your service charges are much higher than any of the go-to sites (Ticketmaster, etc) and does not give the accuracy of where the seats are located. Backloading tickets with exorbitant charges is lame.

I enjoyed the ease of obtaining tickets online. That is definitely a convenience. However, I am disappointed and quite frustrated with the additional service charge and DELIVERY(?!?) fees. This will likely prevent me from using the service in the future.

Kane Brown concert - I was not happy with not knowing if we have seats or where our "standing" would be at. Not happy not knowing how close we will be to the stage since there was no image of the venue. Not satisfied how we get charged with a delivery fee if I'm able to download and print from home.

The experience was as expected, middle of the road. Not sure what would change this. Perhaps more interaction such as a 3D walk through of the venue showing views from the seats to the stage. This would be very helpful in knowing what the viewing experience would be like. Also, integrate this with noise and sound quality information.

The fees are crazy expensive. Much more than on MLB.com. Why is this??? I bought the tickets, which were cheaper than through MLB and realized after that due to the fees they came out more expensive! I'm a little angry at this. I would have ordered through MLB if I knew I was going to get slammed with the amount of extra fees per ticket.

I bought concert tickets to Milwaukee Summerfest to see Blake Shelton in Concert for his Country Freaks tour - Largest Music Festival in the World. I liked this venue because at minute one I could not get a ticket off the Ticketmaster website. Thank you for helping me get the tickets I wanted in order to see this concert!

Purchasing the tickets was easy. However, even for electronically delivered tickets, the service charge per ticket is absolutely insane. It actually would have been cheaper for me to drive the 90 minute round trip and buy the tickets at the box office. Insane.

Able to purchase tickets before Ticketmaster! I was worried I would not be able to purchase the tickets once posted on ticketmaster and this was so much better than waiting! It was simple. I bought two tickets clicking on them for 120 each. Then there was an additional surcharge or 'convenience fee' which coincided with my purchase to guarantee my tickets. Most of the ticket sites I've used didn't force me to pay more for protective charges that should have been included to begin with! When purchasing our tickets for Mezzanine Row G, the map did not show their location. I'm pretty sure these were the best seats available, but I would have preferred to see them on the map instead of having to guess. For example, you can see in my attached screenshots that when I selected the tickets for Mezzanine Left Row L (Screen Shot 13.png) that it highlighted the corresponding place on the map. When I selected the tickets for Mezzanine Row G (Screen Shot 14.png), it didn't highlight anything on the map.

A $13.44 Service Fee? What exactly does a service fee entail? What services am I paying for? Who am I paying? On top of that, a $7.95 Delivery Fee? The ticket is being delivered to my email. Again, what exactly does this delivery fee cover? Does it really cost that much to send an email?

It was very easy to order the concert tickets and navigating the site, but I have a problem with all the fees. It's truly ridiculous to charge for e-mail delivery of e-tickets. It's not explained why the charge for e-delivery and U.S. mail delivery is even more expensive. I simply find it outrageous and unfair that there is a fee for everything, but the e-delivery of the e-tickets having a charge is what sticks in my mind.

I was shocked and dismayed by the sudden addition of a $15 PER TICKET service fee at the end of the transaction. For a family of 5 that added a substantial cost to our outing plans. Why couldn't you say something about that a little sooner in the process. Very devious if you ask me! Plus $7 to send an email? I don't believe it costs you a single penny to send an email. Shameful!

My "service fee" was $25 on a $60 order. I'd like to know who I am servicing that would require an unspoken 40% increase in price (and delivery? You are sending me this online, there is no delivery cost for you). This type of behaviour is akin to organized crime, and I am ashamed for you. I hope you work towards better transparency in the future (i.e., charge me $40/ticket instead of tacking on extra unknown fees like some sort of Prohibition era pinstripe wearing low-life extorting money from honest working people.)

The fees are outrageous, in comparison to other sites, that are only 20$ total. I know fees are to be expected, but $70 total, will definitely force me to buy from other sites. First and last time buying through this site.

Easy to use website for selecting the game you would like to see. I appreciated the pop up that gave a representation of where you may be sitting. This is helpful if you don't know the park very well or just want an idea of what it looks like.

The price was stated as $91.00. Then I saw a price of $7 something to print them and could not undo it so I'm paying that and am OK with it. Then I see a $25 service charge which was not mentioned originally. Then I see an insurance charge, which I can decline I did, BUT I'm wondering why if you say the tickets are guaranteed I need this insurance? Also I was not able to pick the exact seats I wanted and really don't know anything except which section they are in.

It was very helpful to view seating. This is something I'm always concerned about when purchasing tickets online if I'm not familiar with the venue. The navigation on site very easy too. The most helpful information on the site was the comments. It was good to see what seats people preferred and why.

I think it is a total rip off to have to pay $15+ per ticket just to PURCHASE THE TICKET! Then another $7+ to GET IT!!! Wow!! I will never make that mistake again! Before ordering it said that there would be a 15% discount on processing if ordering today by Mastercard. Then after ordering the screen said I qualified for a $25.00 rebate. I did not receive either one because of the state I live in??? Why should that matter? B.S. I will not order again from this website!

Super easy transaction (PayPal) and great seating map! Advertising for the event was found on Facebook otherwise we wouldn't have known about the event. We've never been to this venue so we hope that every seat is a great seat - important with little ones so they can actually see the show!

You charge me 31.50 on fees, and then another 15 on top of that for shipping! Your website says that the fees go towards making the website safe. How safe is this website really? How well is my information protected? How much of the fees collected goes back towards improving the experience for the users? Of course this information is nowhere to be found. Just fees fees fees fees, and no objective information to back it up. Your service fees are too expensive. In fact I contacted Customer Service to talk with them about it. They told me that Service Fees are a percentage of your ticket purchase. This is not true. I was charged the $15 fee PER TICKET I PURCHASED.

The fact that you charge a "delivery" fee of $7.95 for something that is indeed NOT being delivered is ridiculous. I am downloading and printing it myself. This costs you absolutely nothing. I, instead, should be charging you a "paper and ink" fee for printing my own tickets!

I had a good experience finding tickets easily to my event. I just ordered so have not received my tickets as of yet so that remains to be seen but as far as ease of moving around the website and ordering, it was great.

I could not see the seat I was ordering and find this disturbing. For the last performances I booked tickets for I could see the location of the seat. The available rows was reasonable and the layout of the theatre, I was trying to sit near friends and now have no idea how close I will be.

The order process was easy enough to maneuver and accomplish, but the Service Fee is highway robbery and unreasonable. The cost of convenience should not be so steep. Foer Peter Frampton and Steve Miller concert Gave me section, row but I do not know exactly what seat I am in. I am not sure I trust Steve Miller. I have been to his concerts late 60's and early 70's and he did not show up.

Please with the service for any event so far. First choice over Ticketmaster on any given day. The seats might be a little pricier than the competition but at least you get reserve seats and you get to pick where to sit in comparison with other services that won't let you pick at all.

It's no different than anywhere else, but if you must know, your over-the-top service fees are killing the joy that comes with going to live shows. I can only go to about 3 or 4 a year now because I'll be spending no less than $200. It's ridiculous, and you are destroying the spirit of music.

I would like to have seen more ticket pricing options, that would have been more affordable, and more seats available within the concert hall. Overall I was satisfied with the simplicity and how easy it was to navigate around your website. I liked that I was able to click on the seating chart and it brought up available seats and prices. The one thing I would find more helpful if you provided photos of what the view looks like when sitting in the seats you are thinking about purchasing. Your service charges are excessive. It doesn't cost that much to maintain a website. You don't even have to print out tickets and send them in the mail!! I'm sure your attitude is, "We can charge those fees, so that's why we do it. Pay us or go somewhere else where they will have service charges too." Outrageous!!

I purchased 4 tickets in the morning and received a phone call late in the afternoon saying they are not available. When you're securing the purchase how is it the system allows it if they are gone already. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
