Very easy and fast have not been to particular venue but have never had problems ordering tickets through you before. Can't wait to see this CONCERT. Tesla is one of my favorite bands. Looking forward to seeing them again. It's been a while.

I have placed two separate orders for which I received receipts and then a couple of days later were rejected. This is totally nuts. This my last order MJ assured me that she had checked and it would be fine.

Easy to use. Prices clear except service fee wasn't clear when looking at ticket prices. Clear that it is a resale site which I was very glad to know. Also glad for the instant download option. I feel better about getting tickets right away rather than having to wait for them. Thanks.

Thought I was buying tickets to the March 17, 2018 Beach Boys Concert in Westbury and was told by Events Customer Service they are tickets to a lounge. Events would not refund my $55.12 and I have no interest in the lounges. Be forewarned about Events Tickets! The site is a misleading rip off!

When placing the order for Josh Groban tickets this website was very user friendly. There were no pop ups ads, it was very simple and straight to the point. The font was a good size for any age and just enough questions were asked to verify information.

Grand Forks, ND concert. Site was easy enough to get around and select seats. My three daughters will be attending the concert. We know they will have a lot of fun. I wish the service wasn't so high. It is just like buying another ticket.

It would be nice if when you were deciding which seats to pick you could be shown where exactly those seats are in relation to the seat map, not just the general section. It is sometimes hard to know where exactly the seats are and this would help me in making my choice.

A 7.00 delivery fee for an email? Really? And 84.00 of service for an online website that has prepopulated cells that do most of the work. Making thousands of dollars off of one online posting of an event. If my husband didn't absolutely love this comedian I wouldn't have purchased the tickets BECAUSE of the ridiculous extra 93.00 in fees.

Love purchasing from here. Always very helpful with instructions and everything else. Not ever have I had difficulties purchasing such great tickets to great shows. Very helpful and I highly recommend. When I go to these shows I never have an issue finding my seats or anything else. The tickets they provide show me everything.

There is no need for these high fees for tickets that will be emailed. It's bad enough that ticket prices have more than quadrupled in the last 20 years. You've got a General Admission venue, you don't even have to keep track of seats. Why are you charging to email?

I was unable to purchase parking pass in the same transaction. Also When I tried to purchase the parking pass, I seemingly doubled the cost for one pass. The cost of the transaction/processing fee for the tickets are way too high.

I was looking for tickets for my husband and I to go see the Rangers for our anniversary. I found that this site had better prices and more availability of seats. I found great seats for such a great price! Although I haven't received the tickets yet, I'm hoping all goes well.

The seat guide was helpful in determining our selection. The total cost of the ticket sales was not made clear in terms of the total cost of the sale. Purchasing two tickets added over $50.00 of charges were not itemized on the statement. What are the cost involved with purchasing from a 3rd party? It seems inflated to me.

My price was automatically hiked up while filling out credit card fields. I don't like that, calling BS. Very unlikely given the tickets I was requesting. I should have booked with Live Nation again and also skipped the hefty service fee. Lucky for you my children were distracting me.

Unhappy that I can not view seat number when buying concert tickets at Goodyear Theater in Akron Ohio. This made the experience stressful. Also do not like the $15 delivery and $10 per ticket processing fees. These add on are excessive!

My experience with Event Tickets was good. I really did not have any issues. However I did not like the rebate pop up that was try and sell something else. That was really annoying, but overall it was nice experience. Will recommend to friends and family.

Site wasn't too hard to navigate but your service fees are outrageous and I will definitely do whatever possible to avoid using you in the future. Simply egregious to charge so much for a simple transaction, and I know there's more to it than that, but it's clearly extortion.

When I bought the ticket I entered in the account information and I spent money. I wish I didn't have to spend as much money. This is a gift to a friend. Less convenience charges would be nice, since it's the sellers that already gain a lot of convenience from the transaction being online.

I have been to several concerts at Hartman Arena and have always had a great experience. I have seen Bruno Mars and Natasha Bedingfield, and saw a soccer game there. There is not a bad seat in the house and the sound is amazing! I will recommend this site to everyone.

I do not understand why the service fee was so expensive as well as the delivery fee since I will be accessing them online? I am dissatisfied in the act of charging me an extra $50 dollars for no real reason. This makes the tickets WAYYY more expensive than you lead on and I think that you should be more upfront about your ridiculous fees.

I like that the website is easy to use, but it makes me nervous that I purchased tickets without knowing where I would be sitting. It told me the row, but no seat numbers. On my first attempt to purchase tickets my order did not go through so then I called for help to find out why the order did not go through. Nobody answered so I had to use a different card. I can understand an online processing fee, but a fee for every ticket and a fee to Email my tickets?? C'mon guys it's all one transaction. My wife and I only completed our purchase because we had promised our kids we would take them to see the show. But we will no longer use your service in any way, shape or form. You took my order from $88 to $120 with just your fees! This is unacceptable. Stop robbing hardworking folks with your FEES!!! I work too hard for my money to be getting nickel and dimed by you. I will not be recommending online purchasing to anybody I know. I'll tell them to save themselves $33 by taking 10 minutes to go to the ticket office in person. When my order didn't go through the first time because of a mistake on my address, the notice from Event Tickets said I should try again, so I tried 3 more times and it ended up having all of those amounts pending on my account. I think it would be better if you did not even advise people to "try again", but instead to call the help center right after the first error.

The ticket price should include all of the fees instead of adding 25% to the purchase price for service fees. 25% of the ticket price is a stupid amount. Don't be **. Just add the service fee to the ticket price and give the real price.

I am curious as to why you would send a 10% discount voucher to encourage us to complete our ticket order and provide a link to enable me to continue shopping for the tickets I was looking at, but when I clicked on the link to the tickets the price had increased by $10.00 in one area and the cheap seats that were $89.00 increased to $115.00.

The main ticket site was sold out, but I got the tickets here cheaper and in time for the show! A great last resort for tickets and a great way to sell some that you don't need. I'll for sure have to try it again if this situation ever happens again.

Ticket ordering is fine. The service fees are outrageous. I would rather not see the service fee and just have it included in the price of the show. And then the insurance is per ticket? How about per order. The cost of the service fees and insurance are well above the cost of one ticket for the show that I purchased.

My family and I were just at the Hawks vs Sun game last night at Philips Arena for the very first time. We had such a blast that going back to see the Harlem Globetrotters will be an absolute treat for children. This website is user friendly!

Why do you give only row numbers and not seat numbers when buying tickets? Your service charges are much higher than any of the go-to sites (Ticketmaster, etc) and does not give the accuracy of where the seats are located. Backloading tickets with exorbitant charges is lame.

Kane Brown concert - I was not happy with not knowing if we have seats or where our "standing" would be at. Not happy not knowing how close we will be to the stage since there was no image of the venue. Not satisfied how we get charged with a delivery fee if I'm able to download and print from home.

The fees are crazy expensive. Much more than on MLB.com. Why is this??? I bought the tickets, which were cheaper than through MLB and realized after that due to the fees they came out more expensive! I'm a little angry at this. I would have ordered through MLB if I knew I was going to get slammed with the amount of extra fees per ticket.

I bought concert tickets to Milwaukee Summerfest to see Blake Shelton in Concert for his Country Freaks tour - Largest Music Festival in the World. I liked this venue because at minute one I could not get a ticket off the Ticketmaster website. Thank you for helping me get the tickets I wanted in order to see this concert!

Purchasing the tickets was easy. However, even for electronically delivered tickets, the service charge per ticket is absolutely insane. It actually would have been cheaper for me to drive the 90 minute round trip and buy the tickets at the box office. Insane.

Able to purchase tickets before Ticketmaster! I was worried I would not be able to purchase the tickets once posted on ticketmaster and this was so much better than waiting! It was simple. I bought two tickets clicking on them for 120 each. Then there was an additional surcharge or 'convenience fee' which coincided with my purchase to guarantee my tickets. I figured that if I reserved and paid for two tickets, that sort of fee would have already been included. Either way, I am excited to go see John Mayer this summer. Buying tickets to the Metallica concert at the BOK center was easy and painless. I've seen Metallica three times before, but this will be the first time I've taken my son to enjoy the show. Being able to sort the tickets by section and price really helped balance price vs. proximity to the stage.

Good site to find tickets that show you seating views and location. Site offers modest prices but high service charges. Over 200 dollars in service charges on 350 tickets is a bit excessive and is just a way of enticing consumers to buy tickets then slamming them on the back end.

I believe that you are taking advantage of people when we purchase tickets online. It is completely ridiculous to be charged 30 extra dollars in service & delivery fees. The tickets are issued electronically what delivery is involved? I will try to find another way to purchase my tickets from now on and discourage people from using Event Tickets center whenever possible.

I have not received my tickets because I just placed the order; however, I am thoroughly satisfied with the simplicity of the process. The processing fee for the ticket, however, I think is a bit excessive, but I understand why this fee is necessary.

Great! I am so excited to attend this concert. The website made it easy to purchase my tickets. I do wish that there were images that allowed you to see the view from the seat you chose. Otherwise, all was fine and I was able to successfully purchase my tickets.

It would have been better if I could see where the rows actually are, like they showed the sections so we could see where we would actually be sitting. Now I have to go to a different website after I purchased the tickets to see if I made a good choice or not.

Most of the ticket sites I've used didn't force me to pay more for protective charges that should have been included to begin with! This was the only site with the tickets available; otherwise, I wouldn't have used this site with all of its extra forced charges. The site met my expectations. I was hoping for seat selection, but I did not encounter that option. A seat choice would better guarantee my comfort. Seating chart showed rows and related prices, but individual seat selection like the movie theatres now have, would have been optimal.

The extra fees are ridiculously high to email a ticket to someone. You aren't even doing anything that is worth $40 and buying all the tickets to one event to resell them isn't cool man. Not sure why you need more than 40 words of dissatisfaction but I guess I could think up some more.

When purchasing our tickets for Mezzanine Row G, the map did not show their location. I'm pretty sure these were the best seats available, but I would have preferred to see them on the map instead of having to guess. For example, you can see in my attached screenshots that when I selected the tickets for Mezzanine Left Row L (Screen Shot 13.png) that it highlighted the corresponding place on the map. When I selected the tickets for Mezzanine Row G (Screen Shot 14.png), it didn't highlight anything on the map.

A $13.44 Service Fee? What exactly does a service fee entail? What services am I paying for? Who am I paying? On top of that, a $7.95 Delivery Fee? The ticket is being delivered to my email. Again, what exactly does this delivery fee cover? Does it really cost that much to send an email?

It was simple but the service fee price per ticket is ridiculous! You're emailing them, why so expensive? That's it I don't have any more to say, it was quick but a bit expensive. I'll try another ticket vendor next time.

It was very easy to order the concert tickets and navigating the site, but I have a problem with all the fees. It's truly ridiculous to charge for e-mail delivery of e-tickets. It's not explained why the charge for e-delivery and U.S. mail delivery is even more expensive. I simply find it outrageous and unfair that there is a fee for everything, but the e-delivery of the e-tickets having a charge is what sticks in my mind.

I was shocked and dismayed by the sudden addition of a $15 PER TICKET service fee at the end of the transaction. For a family of 5 that added a substantial cost to our outing plans. Why couldn't you say something about that a little sooner in the process. Very devious if you ask me! Plus $7 to send an email? I don't believe it costs you a single penny to send an email. Shameful!
