It was easy to maneuver through the website and very straightforward steps to follow. This is the first time I'm buying from here so it was nice that it was very easy. Looking forward to the event and will definitely be using the ticket website again. :)

As a young struggling teacher I was frustrated to get hit with a few hidden fees. I was frustrated that I had to pay $15 for shipping. It is unclear why I could not just print the tickets myself for free. I also was unhappy with the service charges. I would have preferred having those charges upfront in the cost of the ticket.

Easy to pay for tickets, fast and a great the map of the Pepsi Center made it even better. I have always enjoyed buying tickets from Event Tickets. Sometimes the prices are a little high but I understand nowadays with online music the bands have to get their money for concerts.

Fast and easy ticket purchase. I hope the event is as pleasant as the experience of getting the tickets. :) The only problem I am having is trying to get the $25 mailing rebate. I bought the tickets around 11pm PT. I have been waiting for 30 min and all the reps are busy. I think they are closed, but it is not telling me so. Kind of stupid, honestly.

This was an easy, quick and painless process for buying tickets. We are really looking forward to the event because we are celebrating a bachelorette party! The service charges are kind of high, but I don't think there is anything the website can do about that. Other than that, I have nothing else to add.

I didn't have any problems getting into or touring the site. The only question I have is where is the seat location for chosen row. When I choose other ticket brokers, I usually have a row and seat location. My wife has a problem with balance and limited sight so we are somewhat limited in where we are seated.

The prices are fair and I was able to get a decent seat. The site is easy to navigate and the whole process was no problem. A more detailed map of the venue would be helpful but it's easy to find that info elsewhere on the internet.

I have no record from your company that I just spent more than $650.00. Did your company just steal from me?

I bought two tickets in March, just a few days after tickets went on sale at the box office, for a performance six months later (September). The face value of each ticket was $98.75, or $197.50 for the two tickets. The name on each ticket is that of the original purchaser. She charged $154 per ticket, a 64% markup. Event Tickets Center then charged an additional $43.12 per ticket, plus a $7.95 "deliver fee" even though I printed the online tickets myself. In other words, I paid $402.19 for the two tickets, more than twice the original price. I swallowed very hard, and paid this price, because the concert is one I really want to attend, and because I live four hours away from the box office, but why is this markup not treated as extortion and prohibited by law? I wonder if it's not, in fact, illegal in Massachusetts, where the concert is taking place.

Everything was fast & easy to navigate through. I was very glad to be able to get through the process with ease. I wish the fees for the site were lower than what I paid. Hopefully in the future they will be reduced.

The overall experience for purchasing was good. It was easy to see which seats I was purchasing. It was also helpful to be able to purchase by zones, rather than scrolling down a list of seats that I had no idea where they were located. However, the service charge was quite high. I think $91 service charge per ticket is excessive.

This was my first time using your website, and I was very disappointed to learn that the website quoted a ticket price, but added 24% surcharge in ticket fees on top of that. That's crazy. Why the $7.95 Delivery Fee when it is an electronic ticket I print off at my expense. I was expecting $246 and the total was $333! That's WRONG and bad business.

Good but not very user friendly. I needed more direction on which were the best choices for the stadium as we are from out of town from VA. I am looking forward to seeing the game, the stadium and the Yankees. They have always been my favorite team and I hope to see a win.

I think the refund charge is criminal. The tickets are already overpriced. You are ripping off your customers!!! The seats suck. The ticket price is $99 and the total fees were ~$32 extra per ticket?? Also why is there an $8 delivery fee for something that will not be mailed? Filling out the forms was pretty convenient, though.

I cannot believe how much you people have jacked up the price of this event! It used to be that fans showed their loyalty by camping out to get tickets like the ones I just purchased. Almost $300 a ticket, $75 per ticket SERVICE FEE (what service? The same service that Ticketmaster usually charges $10 a ticket for?) and $7.95 DELIVERY FEE to EMAIL my tickets?! This is more like extortion, than event ticketing! You should be ashamed or prosecuted for scalping at the very least. That's what we used to call this....

New Jack Swing Tour - It was great to find tickets for this concert. However, the cost of the service charge is way too high! I'm use to paying half the service fee I paid here. Lesson learned, I will need to buy tickets earlier to avoid higher fees.

I am not happy with the service fee. I think that is way too much $$. $38 + for each ticket. You price people out of concerts, that really want to go see live music. I was expecting maybe 1/2 of that amount.

Ravinia tickets - I am outraged at the $33.00 fee + $15.00 for mailing the tickets. The lawn seats are no longer $60.00 which is high enough to sit on the lawn in all types of weather, but adding another $48.00 is outrageous!

Very easy website to use for ordering tickets although I'm not a fan of the 27$ processing fee. I think that's a bit over the top and a fee 7.95 to print your ticket? A bit much. But overall a very easy site to use.

Purchased tickets for the first time using this site. Excellent seats for a "good as can be expected" price - cheaper than Ticket Master - and was able to insure the tickets at $23 each. The service fee of $85 per ticket is a bit steep, but this is a once in a lifetime purchase for me. An investment in an experience that will be remembered forever. You can't put a price on that. I would highly recommend ETC.

I received a 10% off code via email and there was nowhere to enter in the coupon/discount code when ordering these tickets. Why send a discount code for ticket purchases if someone isn't able to enter it for discount? Other than that this is my first experience purchasing tickets through this site.

Easy to buy these tickets, however I think that the $10 surcharge is a lot considering that the tickets to this venue are only $28. That makes the service charge 35% of the total. I certainly hope it is worth it. The band Pity Party that is playing with Joyce Manor is the BEST!

Service fees are outrageous at $40 per ticket. The price of the ticket itself was not so bad but when you get to final payment and tack on the extra eighty dollars it makes the cost unreasonable. Maybe a ten dollar per ticket fee would be reasonable, but certainly not forty.

For an electronically delivered ticket. Are you kidding?! It's bad enough that the ticket price is not really the cost of admission (that's been going on for years and still sucks), but after being charged an additional $18.48 per ticket, seeing another 8 bucks being ripped from my hardworking hands is just too much to swallow. If the Indigo Girls weren't my wife's favorite band for the past 20 years (and I love them too), there's no way I'd be handing my money over to you. Pay the band, of course, but let's be more transparent, honest and fair. Thank you.

Easy to use. Gives the individual an image of the theatre and where they will be sitting and the cost per ticket for each seat. We are looking forward to the concert and seeing an incredible guitarist. Hopefully the event will match my expectations.

It was super easy to get tickets! I was able to pull up the seating and decide where it would be best for my family to sit. I was also able to buy tickets right at the same screen and it was sent to my email super fast!

I was forced to buy three tickets instead of the two I wanted. You added a bunch of fees at the end before making the tickets much more expensive than I anticipated. You did let me know how the tickets will be delivered or give me the option to pick them up at will-call.

I couldn't see the full price when selecting the seats. An administrative fee of $9.5 is way too much, and more importantly, it should have been available information when selecting the seats. It is very annoying that the fee only shows up right before payment.

It was rather easy to order my Phantom Of The Opera tickets through Event Tickets Center. All I had to do was locate a date and time as well as choose open seats, then place my secure online transaction order.

Unable to apply active duty military discount that I use for every WWE Show. All shows with the exception of Wrestlemania are free to military I.D. cardholders. There is no way to utilize this while ordering tickets online or via telephone.

It's absurd to charge for a delivery. Purchase through the internet does not require "delivery." That's quite insulting. Only going now for a friend otherwise I expect you all to show up with bandanas over your noses to steal my money.

This was a very Efficient, quick & easy way to Purchase Tickets for an upcoming event. The venue should be an excellent location for a fantastic concert with an iconic performer. This will be a memorable experience that can only be summed up as awesome.

Initial order failed after days and had to do the whole procedure again. At least you both emailed and called. But this should be prevented by better procedures on your part. You should try to do better.

I was a little upset I could not buy the tickets I wanted, it would only allow 1 or 3 tickets and I wanted 2. It was better seating for my daughter but now I had to buy tickets farther back in order to buy only 2 tickets. For that price I should be able to buy any 2 tickets that available together not by what makes it easier to sell.

We all know there are going to be services charges, what a shocker! Yet in the purchase you can include insurance for 6.99 each and yes I would since they have been purchased in advance and who knows what will happen between now and show time.

So far so good, purchasing went well, awaiting email delivery. Finding the seats available and pricing was clear and intuitive, selecting and purchasing ran smoothly. The billing was accurate to what was offered when selecting the tickets and the insurance was easy to select or not select. If the tickets deliver with no glitch this will have been a satisfactory experience.

I was disappointed that the only way to receive tickets is through the mail and it is ridiculous to pay a service fee plus a delivery fee per ticket. It's so maddening to pay that much more above the ticket price. I almost canceled my purchase but I really wanted to see this show. I will think twice before seeing something at this venue.

As I am looking over ticket options, the computer tells me that this site only allows e-tickets, and then I'm told there is a $7.00 charge for "delivery" in addition to the $12.60 per ticket for "handling." What exactly is "delivery" on an e-ticket and why does it cost $7.00 above the $12.60 per ticket that I'm already forced to pay for service?

Cost too much for 'fees.' The same tickets were half this price one week ago when sold by the venue. Scalpers buy the tickets up and sell at a higher amount on this website. I tried to buy a week ago and my purchase did not go through. Today I paid $300.00 for worse ticket seats and without the early entry for sound check and parking too. My first amount was $163.00. So I think this Event Ticket site sucks.

Ticket purchase was simple and straightforward. Time to process was excellent. Navigating from screen to screen was as timely an experience as I have had purchasing online. I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. I now look forward to a great show with Straight No Chaser.

The process was easy enough; but the process would not accept my ApplePay transaction! Why not? Fortunately for me, PayPal was successful. Despite this inexplicable hassle, the process was straightforward and relatively painless. Of course, the transaction fees seem exorbitant, approaching usurious.

The service fee was unexpected and very high. That is a source of revenue, not a means to "provide good service" as the website description depicts. It is a forced imposition after the decision to purchase has been made, yet a cost that high should be upfront, or already included in the advertised ticket price. I find it to be a deceptive form of addition revenue.

How do I buy tickets without going through a 3rd party? Why should I have to pay an extra $30+ to purchase tickets for an event? It seems to me that someone is price gouging and Event Tickets is condoning it.

I would highly recommend Event Tickets. Very quick and easy way to place an order for entertainment events. Simple portal, very few steps to place your order. I will be using this site in the future to purchase tickets. I will be referring this site to all of my friends and family.

The Ticket fee is extremely high. Bon Iver tickets were up for sale but later listed as "no longer available." The website wouldn't load or refresh several times. I am excited for the show. I am confused about the terms and policies of securing my ticket.

What in the world would warrant a $100 surcharge for tickets that are electronically purchased and electronically mailed? If you charged half that, you would be cheaper than the rest and would sell more product I suspect. It's really a shame and a sham all at the same time.

Prices of the tickets are competitive with other venues. The handling fee for the tickets is a little high in comparison with other ticket sales.

I feel like I have been scalped!! I am led to believe the cost per ticket is $110 then a $61.60 Service Fee and $7.95 delivery fee to push a button to email the tickets to me are added in and are too much. I cannot believe a $131.60 service fee for 2 tickets!!! If it wasn't for a VERY Special reason I would never pay that outrageous fee. $131.00 for the ability to pay for already OVER FACE VALUE tickets online. GEESH. Other than the outrageous fees above and beyond the cost of the tickets, the online service was fine. Seating selection was easy and the ability to secure these reservations from home was very helpful. My 99 year old mother who is 100% Irish will love this.

I think the view of the venue should include location of seats, I prefer aisle seat but can't tell exactly where I'm seated with seat guide shown. I also think the service price is a little steep considering it's all computer generated... Should be closer to $30.

It is easy to see in any seat. The music is easy to hear. I have seen American Idle and Barry Manilow in the E center. We enjoy the food and it is easy to leave the parking lot which means a lot to me.

Purchasing tickets thru Event Tickets Center was easier then AEG Presents, They were giving me a runaround and making my first time purchasing concert tickets difficult. It was easy to purchase your tickets but fees made it just as expensive as the rest of the websites. I was very displeased and I am sure my child will be because she thought it was 274 total for both tickets. Unfortunately it was quite a bit more. I liked the insurance offer in case something happens and she can't make it... That's a lot of money to be out.

I received an email offering a promo for 10% off using SAVE1TFJBJZ when I placed my order. I placed the order thinking I would be prompted to put in the promo code at the end. After putting my information in, I received a thank you and notice saying my order had gone through. I did not have the opportunity to put in the promo code. The most disappointing factor of the experience was thinking that my tickets were going to be $x and then getting the payment page, and noticing a processing fee upwards of $50 per ticket!! That was a shock and caused me to reconsider my tickets 3 times!

There is no need for these high fees for tickets that will be emailed. It's bad enough that ticket prices have more than quadrupled in the last 20 years. You've got a General Admission venue, you don't even have to keep track of seats. Why are you charging to email?

I was unable to purchase parking pass in the same transaction. Also When I tried to purchase the parking pass, I seemingly doubled the cost for one pass. The cost of the transaction/processing fee for the tickets are way too high.
