Very good experience with easy access to website and ticket selection. I would like to see a view of seat though so I see if I will have a full view of performance; I've been skunked before where I had no view due to obstructions.

It was very easy to find the seats we wanted at the price we wanted. We looked at all of the ticketing sites across the web to find the best prices and even though we're buying a little late we still found good seats at a great value! Great buying experiece. Thanks!

It is disappointing that you charge $15 for processing a ticket that can emailed or picked up at will call for no money. Just another perfect example of your inflating your PNL sheet!!! Shame on you!!! Send this up to those high level executives that don't even know who Jason Isbell is and what he stands for!

Purchase tickets for Chris Tomlin, Kim-Walker-Smith, Matt Maher & Christine D'Clario concert. Buying the tickets was an easy and smooth experience. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to pay a fee for service, it should be optional or included in the ticket price.

It was a little hard to visualize what the performance was going to look like from where I'm going to sit, as I haven't been to the theater. Would have been nice to have some sort of extra visual to supplement and show what the different values of the seats might be.

System was easy to use. I would recommend to friends. First time user on this site. EMU is close to my home and I have never seen this band. The Convocation center hosted my daughter's graduation from High School. It is a nice venue to see things up close and personal.

Everything was very smooth, website ran very well. Everything was fast and clean. Service fees were ** ridiculous. I'm absolutely dumbfounded as to how it could possibly cost $18 to process each ticket. I understand you're running a business, but that is almost a third of the face value. Run some ads, start a premium membership, strike an exclusive deal with venues, but quit with this ** insane "improving your experience" **. I don't buy it.

Easy, fast and discreet just the way I like it. I have used this site to order many tickets over the last few years. Every time my tickets arrive promptly and are the correct tickets. The venue this show is at is the newest in the country and most likely the best up close and personal venue around.

I purchased 4 tickets to opening day for the Yankees. The game was rescheduled due to snow and I could not go on the rescheduled date. They would not refund my money nor give me new tickets to a different game. I was told that I should have given the tickets away or tried to sell them. Very difficult to deal with and not accommodating at all. Avoid using this service at all costs.

Wow your service fees are too high I could have got tickets cheaper at another site. I hope you realize this. People I think are going to realize your tickets aren't cheap because of your service fees. I'm just a blue collar working family trying to make a living.

The website was easy to use. I really liked that I could hover over the section on the seating chart and see the price of the tickets. Though I do have 1 question and that is why do I have to pay the delivery fee when I am printing the tickets at home?

Ordering process was clear and easy to follow. Map of seating self-explanatory. My one disappoint was the blocking of my preferred number of seats, i.e., I wanted two in a particular row and system would only allow me to purchase 1 or 3. This would have given my special needs son a better view.

I bought tickets to the last Minneapolis show. I received a confirmation for payment & the insurance on the online tickets which I did not get, so I had to buy from a scalper at cost plus a quarter ounce of some great buds. At least the show was good, but at 17degrees above zero changing a flat tire is no fun. But that's just part of seeing dead shows throughout the years (1966-now).

I am very surprised about extra service charges, but relatively easy order. This has been the worst trade deal in the history of trade deals. Thank you for your service, though. If I am ordering tickets from you again I would prefer not having extra charges.

Had a code for 10% off Katt Williams ticket from your site and when I was going through checkout the one area where I could enter the code, was not working. I wanted to purchase seats closer to the stage but not being able to use the code, I settled for the ticket I got!!

Utilized Event Tickets Center to purchase tickets for upcoming Marvel Universe Live at the Royal Farms Arena. The process was quick and effortless. I had to read the small print to see that my tickets are e-tickets. Would like to have been made aware more directly.

Cirque du Soleil show - Ticket fees way too high. Will never use site again. Ticket fees and taxes almost as much as the cost of the tickets. Lower the fees or reimburse them and I will give a better rating. Will let others know that site is not recommended for purchasing tickets.

I don't like how, when purchasing the tickets, there are no seat numbers attached to the order. Your sales should include specific seat numbers. I bought 4 tickets and I expect the 4 seats to be together.

I had a good experience with this site and buying tickets. The convenience fee was not too high, however it would be preferable that it was one per order and not one per ticket. Other than that I feel that everything went well. I would buy tickets from this site again.

This should be against the law. We are retired and have a young child we adopted. I guess we didn't know how the ticket business worked. I find it hard to believe that this cannot be against the law. Our little girl loves the Imagine Dragons. When my husband heard on the radio that they were coming to New Orleans and tickets were selling out fast on the radio he called me immediately. We decided to take her to see them. He called me and I immediately went to the computer and pulled up tickets for sale. This site popped up and I swallowed hard to buy tickets for us and one for her friend. After all, this was going to be the birthday present of a lifetime for her. We buy the tickets six months ahead of time. I pay $200 per ticket. I'm excited and nervous. I've never bought concert tickets before and this is a lot of money.

Let's start with the positive. I like it that the site isn't a time out site so I could look around and check somethings out without fear of the countdown clock ticking. On the not so positive side: I cannot see which seats I am reserving just a row. I prefer seats at the end of a row if at all possible. Also Your Fees Are extremely high... Over $14.00 per ticket is ridiculous.

My wife wanted to order three tickets to see killer queen at Red Rocks in Colorado. Unfortunately she is not so internet savvy and when she did a search on red rocks tickets didn't realize that. Just because Event Tickets Center came up first in the search it didn't mean it was the official site. She went ahead and bought 3 tickets at $139 each with a $25 mandatory overnight shipping fee. On top of that she didn't realize there was a $84 service charge because that was hidden unless she clicked on an expand full cost button. So in summary: $139*3 for tickets. $25 overnight shipping (even though the show is 3 months away). $84 service fee. Total price for three tickets, $525.95.

I placed the Insurance protection with your company. I checked afterwards and found Amex covers me. So it was a waste of $17. You might advise people to check their Credit Cards for coverage BEFORE they spend the money. It might give some confidence to your customers that you're there for them and not your pocketbooks. They might return for business. I don't think I'll be back. Honesty is the best policy guys! I'm going to post the info on Social Media to let others know about this for future reference.

I appreciate my experience on your website. English isn't my first language and I didn't have too much struggle to order my tickets. The option of language translating in several languages will be a very good idea.

I'm stoked about this rebate but your processing fees are REALLY high. For it to be $20 more then the ticket is almost half the ticket! I don't account for those things. It is not like you do any work to purchase online except maybe the initial setup so you should probably stop charging so much.

Hilarious that the venue only offers E-Tickets yet I was forced to pay $50 for an electronic ticket that requires exactly 0 human interaction to be sent to my email. If you want to charge extra for tickets just make the tickets the desired price, ditch the petty tactics. What an absolute joke.

After working with 3 other MLB ticketing sites, with great frustration at being terminated before finishing a purchase, using your site listing actual tickets available, prices and photos of the view was an easy pleasurable experience.

As a young struggling teacher I was frustrated to get hit with a few hidden fees. I was frustrated that I had to pay $15 for shipping. It is unclear why I could not just print the tickets myself for free. I also was unhappy with the service charges. I would have preferred having those charges upfront in the cost of the ticket.

Easy to pay for tickets, fast and a great the map of the Pepsi Center made it even better. I have always enjoyed buying tickets from Event Tickets. Sometimes the prices are a little high but I understand nowadays with online music the bands have to get their money for concerts.

This was an easy, quick and painless process for buying tickets. We are really looking forward to the event because we are celebrating a bachelorette party! The service charges are kind of high, but I don't think there is anything the website can do about that. Other than that, I have nothing else to add.

I didn't have any problems getting into or touring the site. The only question I have is where is the seat location for chosen row. When I choose other ticket brokers, I usually have a row and seat location. My wife has a problem with balance and limited sight so we are somewhat limited in where we are seated.

The prices are fair and I was able to get a decent seat. The site is easy to navigate and the whole process was no problem. A more detailed map of the venue would be helpful but it's easy to find that info elsewhere on the internet.

You offered me a discount code ** to Boy George/B-52's in Pompano Beach, Florida, but your site did not supply a box for me to put it in. I have not received an email confirming my purchase. I have no record from your company that I just spent more than $650.00. Did your company just steal from me?

I bought two tickets in March, just a few days after tickets went on sale at the box office, for a performance six months later (September). The face value of each ticket was $98.75, or $197.50 for the two tickets. The name on each ticket is that of the original purchaser. She charged $154 per ticket, a 64% markup. Event Tickets Center then charged an additional $43.12 per ticket, plus a $7.95 "deliver fee" even though I printed the online tickets myself. In other words, I paid $402.19 for the two tickets, more than twice the original price. I swallowed very hard, and paid this price, because the concert is one I really want to attend, and because I live four hours away from the box office, but why is this markup not treated as extortion and prohibited by law? I wonder if it's not, in fact, illegal in Massachusetts, where the concert is taking place.

Everything was fast & easy to navigate through. I was very glad to be able to get through the process with ease. I wish the fees for the site were lower than what I paid. Hopefully in the future they will be reduced.

The overall experience for purchasing was good. It was easy to see which seats I was purchasing. It was also helpful to be able to purchase by zones, rather than scrolling down a list of seats that I had no idea where they were located. However, the service charge was quite high. I think $91 service charge per ticket is excessive.

This was my first time using your website, and I was very disappointed to learn that the website quoted a ticket price, but added 24% surcharge in ticket fees on top of that. That's crazy. Why the $7.95 Delivery Fee when it is an electronic ticket I print off at my expense. I was expecting $246 and the total was $333! That's WRONG and bad business.

I cannot believe how much you people have jacked up the price of this event! It used to be that fans showed their loyalty by camping out to get tickets like the ones I just purchased. Almost $300 a ticket, $75 per ticket SERVICE FEE (what service? The same service that Ticketmaster usually charges $10 a ticket for?) and $7.95 DELIVERY FEE to EMAIL my tickets?! This is more like extortion, than event ticketing! You should be ashamed or prosecuted for scalping at the very least. That's what we used to call this....

New Jack Swing Tour - It was great to find tickets for this concert. However, the cost of the service charge is way too high! I'm use to paying half the service fee I paid here. Lesson learned, I will need to buy tickets earlier to avoid higher fees.

I am not happy with the service fee. I think that is way too much $$. $38 + for each ticket. You price people out of concerts, that really want to go see live music. I was expecting maybe 1/2 of that amount.

Ravinia tickets - I am outraged at the $33.00 fee + $15.00 for mailing the tickets. The lawn seats are no longer $60.00 which is high enough to sit on the lawn in all types of weather, but adding another $48.00 is outrageous!

Very easy website to use for ordering tickets although I'm not a fan of the 27$ processing fee. I think that's a bit over the top and a fee 7.95 to print your ticket? A bit much. But overall a very easy site to use.

Purchased tickets for the first time using this site. Excellent seats for a "good as can be expected" price - cheaper than Ticket Master - and was able to insure the tickets at $23 each. The service fee of $85 per ticket is a bit steep, but this is a once in a lifetime purchase for me. An investment in an experience that will be remembered forever. You can't put a price on that. I would highly recommend ETC.

I received a 10% off code via email and there was nowhere to enter in the coupon/discount code when ordering these tickets. Why send a discount code for ticket purchases if someone isn't able to enter it for discount? Other than that this is my first experience purchasing tickets through this site.

I was really confused and I wanted to pay for three tickets but it looks like they don't have it available. But next time they should try to change it up a bit. By adding more options. Instead of feeling forced to order two tickets. Since I had no choice I decided to pay for two tickets.

Ordering my tickets were so easy to do. I would recommend everyone that I know to use your website to get their tickets to this and any show that you guys hold tickets for. I thought that it was gonna be hard but it shocked me to the point that I am ordering more tickets to other events.

Easy to buy these tickets, however I think that the $10 surcharge is a lot considering that the tickets to this venue are only $28. That makes the service charge 35% of the total. I certainly hope it is worth it. The band Pity Party that is playing with Joyce Manor is the BEST!

Service fees are outrageous at $40 per ticket. The price of the ticket itself was not so bad but when you get to final payment and tack on the extra eighty dollars it makes the cost unreasonable. Maybe a ten dollar per ticket fee would be reasonable, but certainly not forty.

Chris Young - Event Tickets Center helped me find my seats fast. It was easy by selecting the section I wanted and then finding the prices I wanted to pay for my section and seat. When looking for tickets next time I will look on Event Tickets Center for my next tickets.

Your website is smooth and easy and fast, but that's not what I'm remembering most. It's the feeling of being cheated. Ripped off. Bamboozled. Swindled. You guys charged me a $7.95 Delivery fee. For an electronically delivered ticket. Are you kidding?! It's bad enough that the ticket price is not really the cost of admission (that's been going on for years and still sucks), but after being charged an additional $18.48 per ticket, seeing another 8 bucks being ripped from my hardworking hands is just too much to swallow. If the Indigo Girls weren't my wife's favorite band for the past 20 years (and I love them too), there's no way I'd be handing my money over to you. Pay the band, of course, but let's be more transparent, honest and fair. Thank you.

Easy to use. Gives the individual an image of the theatre and where they will be sitting and the cost per ticket for each seat. We are looking forward to the concert and seeing an incredible guitarist. Hopefully the event will match my expectations.

Been waiting on my phone for cs on a previous order over 25 min. Unbelievable wait time for customer service. Entered my order twice with credit card info twice and still have no order confirmation. SAD customer service!! You now have my personal info twice and I'm dubious what and where my info may end up.

Ordering was fine - looking for $25 discount - 15 per ticket is a complete rip off, which you should be embarrassed about charging your customers. Hopefully this show will be better than the Pete Townsend debacle last year. Looking forward to seeing Roger.

Unable to apply active duty military discount that I use for every WWE Show. All shows with the exception of Wrestlemania are free to military I.D. cardholders. There is no way to utilize this while ordering tickets online or via telephone.

I was a little upset I could not buy the tickets I wanted, it would only allow 1 or 3 tickets and I wanted 2. It was better seating for my daughter but now I had to buy tickets farther back in order to buy only 2 tickets. We all know there are going to be services charges, what a shocker! Yet in the purchase you can include insurance for 6.99 each and yes I would since they have been purchased in advance and who knows what will happen between now and show time.

Cost too much for 'fees.' The same tickets were half this price one week ago when sold by the venue. Scalpers buy the tickets up and sell at a higher amount on this website. The service fee was unexpected and very high. That is a source of revenue, not a means to "provide good service" as the website description depicts. It is a forced imposition after the decision to purchase has been made, yet a cost that high should be upfront, or already included in the advertised ticket price. I find it to be a deceptive form of addition revenue.
