I would have rated higher if I had been able to see where the seats were exactly and/or been able to pick them out. They just gave a section to choose from. Otherwise the process was not difficult. Thank you.

Wish PayPal email and delivery email didn't have to be the same. It is inconvenient to switch these out. Many people have old emails from 20 years ago they don't really use anymore and have to use alternates.

So excited, toddler entertainment. all PJ Mask actors will have a great show on May 7th. My son and granddaughter will love it. Tickets sales were easy, found online. I found floor tickets just days before the show at a great price. I thought the service fee was way too high and shouldn't have had it at all.

It was very easy to purchase these tickets and would use this service again. I would tell my friends and family as well. Having a service like yours at my disposal is making my life much easier, because good quality entertainment is one of the keys to a happy life.

The website and experience were quick and simple. My family has ordered tickets through here before and we have never been disappointed. I usually purchase tickets for Disney on Ice for my daughter and sometimes my son. My sister usually purchases tickets for the two of us to see bands and groups.

This was very easy to use. During the process I wasn't at all confused and it was very fast to use, most are slow. However the service fee is higher than expected, but I still recommend using this when looking for tickets.

Right after you shook me down for a $40 processing fee, I love how you had the audacity to tack on an $8 "delivery fee" for tickets I have to print at home. Don't you think that maybe if you're going to have the stones to charge $8 DOLLARS for delivery, that you ought to get off your ass, stuff my tickets in an envelope and lick a stamp? I don't own a printer, so deliver my tickets! No? Not going to do anything for that $8? Would that be "work?" Would you have to PAY someone to do that? The process was very simple to select the right seats and the website very intuitive. The process was quick and without unnecessary requested details for marketing purposes. The entire experience was very low pressure with the ability to find what I was looking for without a tremendous amount of overhead.

II feel the service charge of 37.80 per ticket is excessive and a ripoff, especially since there is no other way to order tickets, probably the last time I get tickets this way, and if no other way then will pass.

The fees are arbitrary and exorbitant. Why is there a delivery fee for something that is emailed to me and I print out?! There also appears to be no rhyme or reason to the added fees. Some tickets have an added fee of $20 per ticket while others are $15. Also, Seats were advertised for sale that were not for sale. When I tried to purchase it said they were not available.

I bought 4 tickets for a Lord Huron concert, was given a confirmation number and received a confirmation email. The next day I received an email stating they could not process my order. I called and they told me my tickets were sold to someone else. I noticed the price of tickets doubled overnight. It looks like they realized they could get a higher price and dumped my order to sell a day later at a higher price. You can buy tickets here but there is NO guarantee they will delivery the goods!! I will NEVER order here again.

Dissatisfied with high "SERVICE FEES" $50 additional to my Yanni concert ticket price; and what usable service does this provide... that I actually receive the tickets I paid for. I would just once like to purchase tickets w/o high fees. No other way to avoid them b/c I cant drive out to Paso for the day if coming from the central valley.

Your website popped up first on Google when I searched for the Phish shows for August at Verizon Amphitheatre. The ordering process was super easy and I liked the way it highlights the different sections. I love that I could use PayPal to pay for the tickets. That made it much easier. :) :) :)

The website worked fine but what the hell does this $50 for EACH ticket cover? We can barely afford the ticket prices and now the total is up to more than $120! Is this only for reserved seating? This "service fee" price seems outrageously high! A price of $15 to $20 each is much more reasonable and doable.

$15 to mail a couple pieces of paper. Such a ** rip off, give me a break I know how much it costs to send a piece of mail, with tracking and that requires signature and it is nowhere near $15. I got charged almost $70 to see a concert where I could get a ticket from Ticket Fly, or the venue itself AT THE DOOR for $17. That’s more than quadruple the price. When I contacted their customer service when I realized my error in choosing this company, they said they would not, could not match the price or issue a refund because it’s in their policy as a secondary seller to not issue refunds. **In other words, they are SCALPERS WHO BUY TICKETS AT JACKED UP PRICES FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND INCREASE THEM EVEN MORE TO MAKE PROFIT.**

Experience was easy and good. I wish you could see the layout of the actual seats to know if you are sitting in a group. I like the field view when you hover over the section. We will find out when we get to the game how good of an experience it was.

My card was declined due to not knowing the website, but that is not fault of yours! It was great to be able to get tickets for all of the family to attend the Boston Red Sox vs New York Yankee game!!! The tickets were reasonably priced, and it will be a great night with family. I would have like something explaining where the rows were for general admissions. It would have helped greatly to explain the difference in cost of the tickets. I also wanted to get 3D tickets but there was no option for this.

I put in the wrong address for the card that you're using. It didn't run but you still threatened to put a hold on it, AND told me to run it again. If it doesn't run, don't put a hold on it, it makes it sound like I'm about to get double charged. Not to mention that $25 per ticket service fee should be criminal and I hope the people that make that decision go to prison for it someday.

Your service charge is extremely high. It does not take that much money to service 2 tickets particularly when it's done on a bulk basis. Seniors on a fixed income are being priced out of being able to attend and enjoy a football game. Long-time Steeler fan (50's) living in Long Island, NY and try to attend one game each year but costs are getting prohibitive. No one thinks about senior citizens or veterans (Vietnam Era)... It's all about getting the money and whatever you can get people to agree to pay.

Good job! Site is easy to navigate, easy to purchase. But, you pressure customers to buy the insurance & provide no details! The insurance grants you 100% refundability! Nice! (In case of job loss or covered illness) What?! What's a covered illness? What if it's not a ticket holder, but one of our kids who's sick? I tried the ins underwriter link, but it was a dead end.

Could I also have an email to tell you after the show? To make sure nothing went wrong with the ticket. I like that your site shows the floor plan right off the bat while you're trying to book. A lot of places don't do that. Also noticed a "pit" ticket for sale. Would you look into that? as far as I know all of the tickets for this event are GA pit access unless otherwise. Maybe I'm wrong? Went to concert in the summer of 2017 and had a blast!! Highly recommend this venue for outdoor experience! White River has awesome place to visit and listened to really good music. The vendor's employees were very courteous too. God Bless!

I understand you provide services and a secure website, etc but marking up tickets by 32% is excessive and wrong. The fact that your ordering process deliberately hides the fees until after all information is entered is crappy and feels like a bait and switch. What a horrible experience. I could not have a lower opinion of your company.

Quick and easy. Straightforward. Simple. I was offered a rebate so I was happy about that. I never heard about Event Tickets until today. I am looking forward to going to this concert that I had thought was sold out.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a good detailed explanation of the charges above the ticket price. The rest of the process was OK, but springing service charges at check out is not what I would expect.

The buying experience was fine I suppose, but over $30 per ticket in service fees? Really? The service fee was over 25% of the ticket price. 27.5% to be exact. That's outrageous. The experience is fine - site is user-friendly. However, the RIDICULOUS service charges should be included in the price of the ticket instead of being added on at the end. The service charge per ticket of $77 is totally and completely reprehensible.

I do love coming to Wolf Trap, even from so far away as Harford County, a solid 2 hour drive. However, the extra service charges and taxes are pretty steep. We would come more often if it wasn't so expensive.

$7.95 for a delivery of an ONLINE ticket is beyond messed up. Get your stuff together. It would also be helpful to know the service fees in advance and not when you already take the credit card out. It eliminates all the desire to go to the concerts at all.

Finding and buying tickets was smooth and easy, but HOLY COW CONVENIENCE FEES! I don't understand why it isn't a convenience fee per purchase (or not at all, because it's convenient for everyone to buy online), no per ticket! That's just trying to dig into people's pockets. NYC ballet does not add convenience fees for online purchases... Just sayin'.

I can't really rate it yet because I haven't received my tickets, so I gave it a 3 star average. As far as the website, I found it very easy to navigate. One of the better websites out there. I also chose Event Tickets Center because it had the highest rating from ConsumerAffairs. I initially went to Vivid and StubHub, but decided against them after seeing their poor consumer ratings.

It's been a long time since I have ordered concert tickets online. I was ordering 2 tickets at $60.00 each, but at the bottom of the order, just before I secured the order, the total price was $160.00... which would be $80.00 p/ticket. The note above the total said this was a 3rd party company and prices could be higher or lower. So I left that website and went to the Oil Palace website. Their tickets were actually higher, so I went back to your website and place my order. I guess I'm not used to the "games" that are played when ordering ticket. Guess that could be why we don't go to many shows.

I had a good experience with ordering tickets. It was quick and easy. I tried other websites and they told me there were no tickets available, but I found some here thankfully. The tickets offered are a good price too.

To say that the tickets are $84 each right up to the payment page and then have them be $114 each at the check out time is completely wrong!!! I went ahead with the purchase, because I really wanted the tickets, but would not use the service again, as I felt very misled.

Ordering was easy, except that I wasn't able to tell if it was the best deal, and the service charge and delivery charge is too much since it's delivered by email- then the protection fee is too much!! And after the order, a deal for 25.00 rebate popped up, with a phone # to call about claiming it, just to find out it's to sign up for "fun club" and no credible explanation about what it entails- I don't know if it's connected with the Event Tickets site.

Very quick and accurate. I was able to find the seats that I wanted very easily. I generally prefer paper tickets, but I am sure that the eTicket will be fine. I trust that parking will not be an issue at the venue.

The exorbitant service fee charges are highway robbery. A pair of tickets for $152 incurred $42 service fee. 25% of my total cost is service fees! I will definitely warn others about expecting hidden fees from your company!

Advertised ticket price did not match total dollar amount. The service fees should be accurately reflected in the ticket price. An advertised price of $73 should not come out to a total of $103. That is false advertising. Everything else with the online process worked well.

Worked quickly and accurately. The proof will be when we get the tickets and all goes smoothly. The tickets look good on paper but the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Wait until January 26th to find out!

The tickets were relatively expensive. 60.43 after all the fees. My account only had 110 dollars in it, but I figured I get paid Friday I'll be fine for a couple of days. Instead of telling me the information I entered was incorrect and the charge couldn't be processed a hold was placed on my card and I was unable to finish purchasing my tickets. I had to use an alternate card... Which isn't the end of the world, but it was really frustrating when I'm already paying TRIPLE the cost of the original ticket. Anyway, I'm sure this'll get ignored, but your site is basically a way for scalpers to do less work. Y'all are basically scum.

Mann Center -- Leonard Bernstein program - Handling fees seemed rather high -- much more than ticket master -- adding nearly $70 to our order. Next time -- I'll go directly to the box office for tickets. Simply too expensive to repeat this experience. And this feedback form is fairly awkward to use.

The Service Fee and Delivery Fee are grossly, greedily overpriced. An email does not cost $8 to send. If you cannot afford to issue tickets as priced without passing on your administrative fee, then you are not in a position to be in business in the first place. Greedy. Greedy. Greedy.

Frankly I find the addition of $50+ dollars onto a ticket order of $150+ dollars to be ludicrous/ridiculous/outrageous. This is a 33% markup. How can you live with yourselves or sleep at night? If I and my wife did not seriously like both of these bands I would not be doing business with you and I could not in good conscience recommend your site to anyone else.

It would have been nice to pick seats and not just sections. Sometimes physical limitations make certain seats an issue and being able to pick seats that accommodated would be nice. I am currently in a walking boot and it doesn't fit everywhere and being able to pick an aisle seat would have been nice.

I did like the attempt to sell additional monthly charges. There was a number that came up for a rebate and then when calling they ask for your credit card information over the phone without identifying how the site works.

Parking tickets should not have service/delivery fees when you are buying tickets to concert. I do not mind paying a parking fee of $12.00, but to pay a service fee $3.36 and a delivery fee $7.95 and I just paid the same fees for the concert tickets is ridiculous! Please read and consider this point.
