So anxious and trying to order tickets in a hurry before they sell out. This Website was a life saver and was very quick!! My two daughters Sophia and Emi are going to be so excited! We are going to have so much fun.

It was easy to purchase my tickets. I am a little discouraged by the service fee which added over $30 more dollars to the total and then had the nerve to offer insurance for $6.99. I really don't have a ton of money... Why all the extra costs?

It was easy and helpful. I was able to get a ticket in a safe and easy way without feeling worried. If I had to find another ticket online I would definitely use this site. Thank you for making an easy safe website where anyone and every one can get tickets.

A couple suggestions for a better experience next time. First when you look at ticket prices they seem fine then you tack on what appears to be 10 dollars in fees which you do not describe at all what those fees are or communicated when selecting tickets that there will be processing fees or whatever name you might give the fee. I want to be able to know what I will be spending up front, not find out at the end. Second issue I have is that you cannot create cart in order to purchase additional items like my parking pass. I now have to complete a separate transaction because your system takes you straight to the screen to purchase and does not allow you to add anything else. These are not huge issues to fix and if I see them again I will most likely avoid using your service in the future.

The website was impossible to use on my iPhone and the service charge to sell 2 tickets... Over $260 is ridiculous!!! Surely you can do better. That is just too much money to try to collect for self service ticket purchases.

The on-line ordering experience isn't anything special and the 18.00+ x 3 Zoo Tunes tickets I will get in e-mail and print myself is absolutely ridiculous - which is why more people don't go to concerts here - especially the hour it takes to park. If I wasn't recovering from Knee surgery I would go and buy them in person. A one time fee for the bulk tickets I can understand but the same fee for each ticket for one purchase is frickin highway robbery. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I won't be contributing to the zoo this year in any other way in lieu of my service fee.

This was quick and easy. The seat selections were very, very good. I am very pleased with the speed of viewing seats, the ease of ordering and the seat map. The listing of tickets available was very intuitive. Amazing. Great site.

Buying concert tickets for the first time. I wish it would show the seat you were purchasing. Everything else was straightforward except the seat number. It does not show the seat number on the map or on the order form.

Very quick and easy site to order. However, sliding in an incredibly HIGH $23.34 service fee and a delivery fee (this is electronic delivery so what costs are there?) followed by a "highly recommended" protect your ticket charge is GOUGING at its best. All of this makes your nice site more than "sketchy". You should rethink your customer service.

I am hoping I did not get charged twice! The first time I clicked to submit my order, the website got hung up for over 5 minutes and I had to refresh the screen. The order seemed to have gone through the second time I clicked to submit my order.

The seat information on this site could be upgraded. The same concert, at another venue, the next night allows you to choose your seat. Just saying... that would be nicer. There isn't much detail about seating on this site. You could also add picture views from seat sections.

I had originally tried to book tickets on Ticketmaster, but they added another $25 dollars to each ticket. I found tickets here for less and the service charges were also less. The only negative I have would be that I don't know the exact seats, just the section and the row number.

This is not the first time I have ordered tickets for an event in Austin, each time is the same, outstanding. I do however have a recommendation. My husband has serve PTSD from the military. Making the end seats more accessible to the men and woman who need the space due to the crowd would be so great and helpful.

I somehow must have clicked on a link to Event Tickets Center while browsing for tickets on the venue website. I thought I was buying tickets through the company that the venue chose. I paid $100 above value for each of the 2 tickets PLUS $39.00 processing fee for EACH ticket PLUS $7.95 delivery fee (for email delivery). What an idiot I am... and what a profitable scam they're running.

I'm not pleased the service and delivery fee are so expensive when it is not even a paper ticket. Otherwise, it was easy to order and read the venue map. We are looking forward to this concert. I am hoping obtaining the actual electronic ticket is as simple.

Although choosing and paying for my tickets was easily done, I don't fully see why the service fees need to be so high, and in particular, why I have to pay an 8$ charge for "delivery" of my tickets, which will be mobile tickets and require no extra steps.

This process was simple and easy. I would recommend friends and family to this site. It allows you to see exactly where your seats will be and where the access to our seats would be in the facility. This is a great site.

Once this site gets its hooks into you hard to un-engage, thanks Google. I could not think of the site name Ticket Fly, and Google kept taking me back to Event Tickets Center (because they pay big $$ to pop up first.) I spent over 100$ more that I should have, with a $23.95 per ticket charge (and you can't even download tix to your phone!!) and 83$ each for a $57.50 ticket - then taxes. They do not tell you about what you are paying for the ticket, and charges and taxes until you are through the transaction. I was expecting a 25$ rebate, but the number they forward you to - has you go through all the mumbo-jumbo, email, phone number, address again - felt sketchy and the person I talked to was rude - so I disconnected.

Was my first time bought at Event Tickets and was great experience. I liked the web page, very simple and easy to get there. I would like that the page could in Spanish language, because some time is easy buy in your language.

Listen I get it, running a website? Expensive. Running a building? Expensive. Living on this planet, in this country? Expensive. Art is worth it, etc etc. Just roll the service fee into your price!!! Be upfront!!! Make it easier for planning when looking up how much money you should be planning to spend when going to a show!!! Surprises when spending money are never fun. Well the $25.00 off rebate sends a link for a number rather than just apply its self automatically making it seem really suspicious and more of a hassle for the consumer. Other than that this website is very simple to use and very fast but be prepared with having an account beforehand.

Good, I just hope I get something similar to an old concert ticket. I've been to Manson concerts before but these were large events with other performers so I don't have anything with his name on it other than t-shirt. I've got a collection of ticket stubs from concerts and I really want this one to include his name.

Cost of tickets outrageous!!! For 2 tickets I paid $148 and change when I could have gotten them for $30 max at the venue. Highway robbery! I’m disabled on a limited income and an Army Vet. Quick. Easy to use website for ordering tickets. The tickets sold here are much cheaper than websites like Live nation and Ticketmaster. I will probably use Event Tickets Center for concerts later on in the future. Not sure what else I can say that hasn't already been said.

I shouldn't be charged a delivery fee for downloading the ticket. Just man up and say you need more of a service charge. It's ridiculous and infuriating that you're trying to disguise these shady business tactics.

The ordering of actual tickets was very smooth and easy. I appreciate the fact that I looked through a few sites when deciding where to purchase, I received the best deal here. In addition to being cheaper, I also received insurance that I would get a refund should anything happen. Great news!

The only way to buy tickets for this show was through a website. Advertisement from Mt. Airy was for tickets ranging from 60$ on up. When being routed through the Sherman theatre website to yours, the lowest price available was $73.00 plus $20.40 service fee per ticket plus $7.95 delivery per ticket. I expect to pay some sort of service fee, but not $37 per ticket. this is simply a case of price gouging by middlemen and I will report this to the Consumer Protection Bureau. The printed E ticket actually has " Price $60.00" on it. Laughable, but insulting.

Bought tickets for Auburn show. It would be great if seating purchase worked a little more like an airplane seat purchase, where I can see the actual seat. Otherwise the purchase went well and was very simple. The receipt was received quickly.

Very quick and easy. Didn't take long for me to order my tickets. They have many options on how to receive tickets and since I'm kind of an old school guy, I asked for my tickets to be mailed and it was as easy as can be!

Wish I could get tickets will call or mailed. I don't like electronic tickets. I also would like to have the seat numbers available when ordering to assure that they are together. For as much as you charge $20 per ticket and another $7 to email them you should be able to have them will call or mailed.

The service charge to buy a ticket through your system is absurd and usurious. I will not be using this service again. $10 would be about normal, but what you charge is beyond the pale. Your service sucks. BAD BAD BAD.

I liked that I could see the angle of view when picking the seat. I think the fees for the tickets are pretty steep. 25$ above and beyond the ticket price? Too much. I guess that's the going rate, but not happy.

While it was an easy process to purchase tickets I feel the fees on top of the ticket price is absolutely INSANE and highway robbery. There is no reason to charge the ridiculous extra fees to "maintain the website". I truly find the extra fees offensive.

We were terribly upset when you cancelled our first order placed on 5/13/18 at 9:42 am. We have a group of three and already had arranged accommodations when we got the "Problem Processing" e-mail on 5/13/18 at 3:34 pm. Ever since the "Problem Processing" notice, we had numerous logistical and scheduling problems to reorganize our schedules. Now we have everything set in stone, finally. Things would have been much simpler if you wouldn't have cancelled our first order. We are still fans of your website, but the cancellation still stung.

Save money and do not purchase tickets from this third horrible party. Way overpriced. I made a mistake and I want to help others and save you all money. $212 for two tickets that are $46.00 at AXS official site. I’m so mad at myself for not paying attention. The website was easy to use and entering the info was easy as well. The only thing that may be improved upon that I can think of is the information you have posted on the website about the performer. The website should provide is the performer is a comedian or musician and so on. It should also provide a link to the performer's website if they have one but at a minimum should provide detail about the performer and their history.

It was easy to find the concert tickets we wanted, it was easy to see the seating charts, the check out process was easy. Promo codes given however did not work so that was disappointing. First time ordering tickets for Ravinia. Experience was good up until all the promotional stuff kicked in. Didn't need the offers thrown at me. I might not order through this method again. All were vying for my credit card number again.

Bought tickets to June 2, 2018 show in Clearwater. GA tickets for $54 seemed a bit steep but bought anyway. At checkout there was a $30 service fee. I expect this crap from Vegas in form of resort fees but seriously, $30 for a service fee????

I am appalled at $44 in fees to buy two tickets to a zoo concert. If there isn't a law against charging such excessive fees there should be. Please lower your ridiculously high fees or donate them to the zoo or the performing artists.

The extra charge should just be included in the main price. Seems a little misleading so just put it with the listed ticket price. Aside from that everything was kosher and the rebate was a waste of time because they want you to sign up for something else that costs money.

Good selection of tickets at reasonable price however, service fees and option to only mail tickets with fee of $15.00 brought price equal or above other vendors. Not to mention another attempt to charge $10 for assurance of receiving tickets- This should be guaranteed!!!

I am very disappointed in the service provided by this company. I ordered tickets (yesterday, May 10th) for a June 19th concert. I will be on the road for the two weeks before the concert and called to ask if the tickets could be sent earlier than June 18th or if there was an e-ticket option. I was told that nothing could be done, and that the tickets would be delivered June 18. Given the high delivery fee that others have noted and the digital options available, this is unacceptable. As a result, I have wasted $175 on tickets that will be delivered to my home in Georgia one day before the concert in Massachusetts.

I spoke with someone on the phone and she was absolutely awesome! I didn't realize all lawn seats would end up in the same place and there really isn't assigned seating. She helped me save almost $100. If not for this I would not have ended up buying the ticket. She was very personable and happy to help me. Excellent customer service! :)

You get all excited about the event you are purchasing tickets for, and then you get to the page about the billing and you get the big surprise that you need to pay another $60 to get the tickets. Why can't this entertainment business tell you up front what the real charge will be without getting ambushed on the payment page?

I found the site and its pages easy to use, and well organized. I almost choked though, when I saw your fees for processing and administration. Tickets are expensive enough, but your fees are ridiculous.

I didn't like how popups came up and said I could save on my tickets and to call a certain number and then the person on the phone tries to con you into signing up for some kind of membership for discounts. I believe that you should quote ticket prices including you fee! 28% markup (without delivery) for a transaction business seems extreme (currency exchange at an airport averages about 11.3%/$300), particularly if you are the only original source for tickets (monopoly?).
