I would like to Thank YOU ever so much for these U2 TICKETS... It is my 65th birthday this month, & I NEVER EVER thought, I would be able to get tickets at such as late date!!! This is the QUICKEST, I HAVE EVER GOTTEN TICKETS TO ANY CONCERT!!!

Bought tickets for Auburn show. It would be great if seating purchase worked a little more like an airplane seat purchase, where I can see the actual seat. Otherwise the purchase went well and was very simple. The receipt was received quickly.

It was easy to order my tickets and It is great to be able to upgrade my seats in time for the show. The mobile tickets are easy and really convenient and it is always nice to save paper and help save some trees. ;-)

Like the website and the up to date service. However, could do without the large fees at the end. The amount is the problem. Too much on the fees. Not nearly worth $80 in processing fees. Ten to Twenty dollars in processing fees is understandable. Thanks.

I don't like the fact that you don't know what seats you are purchasing. My husband has an ankle injury & wanted aisle seats, but that info is not available unfortunately. Anytime I've purchased tickets before for this location, you were able to pick your seats. I'm not sure why you cannot with this venue (Homestead Carnegie Music Hall) - Snarky Puppy. TY.

Easy to order but prices are high. I have never paid this much for a Christian concert in my life. I hate that tickets can be sold and then resold at a higher rate. It doesn't seem right, and this is probably the last concert I will spend this much for tickets!!!

Very easy process. Liked the way the seat rows highlighted as you moved the mouse over the seats available. Service or convenience fees have always been a great mystery and source of irritation. Was a really good deal on tickets until the Service Fee was included; now is only slightly better than going through the Hammons ticket office. Love the insurance availability though on our tickets and $10 was reasonable. You never know if something will get in the way of being able to attend.

We got tickets for the Beatles Blast at the St. George Theater in Staten Island. We go every year and love it! The process for purchasing our tickets was easy and fast. A great service we will be happy to use again!

Your service fee and delivery cost are just another way of screwing those who want to enjoy the arts out of their hard earned money. This is a one time thing and will never happen again. I have to wonder if the artist knows just what you are doing to those who want to come and see them. I am sure they don't see any of the money you are taking for nothing.

Wouldn't take AMX, PayPal backed by AMX (since 1990). Had to shell out to mail to get order number was...??? How would I know as I am trapped on this screen. Stupid system, finally paid from bank via PayPal (no points for me) but wanted to see Joan so... sigh.

Very quick and easy. Didn't take long for me to order my tickets. They have many options on how to receive tickets and since I'm kind of an old school guy, I asked for my tickets to be mailed and it was as easy as can be!

Service fee is high. Other than that a very easy to use form, did not involve too much hassle. something like 70 dollars was a bit much. Service was good. The cost of service fee almost cost of a ticket.

Ticket $27, fees $15, delivery $7. How the hell do you sleep at night? This is insane in the membrane to charge this much for this little service. You literally do nothing that is worth the same value as the ticket.

You made it easy to purchase from your site. The seating is laid out where you can easily see where the seats are located and where you will be sitting. The check out was ok. I did not like that you have to pay the extra fee to purchase the tickets.

The ordering of the tickets was intuitive and fast. I just would like to know what seat numbers they are, how do I find that out? I purchased 2 tickets in the 200 section row C and that was all of the information.

Wish I could get tickets will call or mailed. I don't like electronic tickets. I also would like to have the seat numbers available when ordering to assure that they are together. For as much as you charge $20 per ticket and another $7 to email them you should be able to have them will call or mailed.

It was not clear I was going to get hit with another $53 per ticket processing charge... not good. Other than that, the experience was good. However, I have not confirmed recent of tickets yet so I can't be totally sure yet.

The person I was talking to on the phone hanged up on me. I called because this is the first time using this website and I wanted to make sure that if I can print out the tickets online or the tickets will come through the U.S. mail. The service charge to buy a ticket through your system is absurd and usurious. I will not be using this service again. $10 would be about normal, but what you charge is beyond the pale. Your service sucks. BAD BAD BAD.

I liked that I could see the angle of view when picking the seat. I think the fees for the tickets are pretty steep. 25$ above and beyond the ticket price? Too much. I guess that's the going rate, but not happy.

While it was an easy process to purchase tickets I feel the fees on top of the ticket price is absolutely INSANE and highway robbery. There is no reason to charge the ridiculous extra fees to "maintain the website". I truly find the extra fees offensive.

We were terribly upset when you cancelled our first order placed on 5/13/18 at 9:42 am. We have a group of three and already had arranged accommodations when we got the "Problem Processing" e-mail on 5/13/18 at 3:34 pm. Ever since the "Problem Processing" notice, we had numerous logistical and scheduling problems to reorganize our schedules. Now we have everything set in stone, finally. Things would have been much simpler if you wouldn't have cancelled our first order. We are still fans of your website, but the cancellation still stung.

I made a mistake and I want to help others and save you all money. $212 for two tickets that are $46.00 at AXS official site. I’m so mad at myself for not paying attention. The website was easy to use and entering the info was easy as well. The only thing that may be improved upon that I can think of is the information you have posted on the website about the performer. The website should provide is the performer is a comedian or musician and so on. It should also provide a link to the performer's website if they have one but at a minimum should provide detail about the performer and their history.

It was easy to find the concert tickets we wanted, it was easy to see the seating charts, the check out process was easy. Promo codes given however did not work so that was disappointing. Pentatonix tickets for Syracuse - I thought I was getting tickets for one price and when I went to checkout find out they tacked on another $45 for renovation fees. You should just advertise the tickets for the correct price (including the fees). The bottom line is people want to know how much the real ticket is not plus fees.

Bought tickets to June 2, 2018 show in Clearwater. GA tickets for $54 seemed a bit steep but bought anyway. At checkout there was a $30 service fee. I expect this crap from Vegas in form of resort fees but seriously, $30 for a service fee????

I am appalled at $44 in fees to buy two tickets to a zoo concert. If there isn't a law against charging such excessive fees there should be. Please lower your ridiculously high fees or donate them to the zoo or the performing artists.

This site was much easier to purchase tickets from than the others I tried. StubHub was charging too much and Ticketmaster's site was a nightmare. This site gave me what I wanted and the process was so easy.

The extra charge should just be included in the main price. Seems a little misleading so just put it with the listed ticket price. Aside from that everything was kosher and the rebate was a waste of time because they want you to sign up for something else that costs money.

Good selection of tickets at reasonable price however, service fees and option to only mail tickets with fee of $15.00 brought price equal or above other vendors. Not to mention another attempt to charge $10 for assurance of receiving tickets- This should be guaranteed!!!

The tickets themselves are cheap, and the service fee seems high as it charged per ticket, but I understand the need to have timely customer service and a user friendly website in today's business environment. The delivery fee seems like a racket though, as you can only choose e-ticket as delivery method. I am very disappointed in the service provided by this company. I ordered tickets (yesterday, May 10th) for a June 19th concert. I will be on the road for the two weeks before the concert and called to ask if the tickets could be sent earlier than June 18th or if there was an e-ticket option. I was told that nothing could be done, and that the tickets would be delivered June 18. Given the high delivery fee that others have noted and the digital options available, this is unacceptable. As a result, I have wasted $175 on tickets that will be delivered to my home in Georgia one day before the concert in Massachusetts.

I spoke with someone on the phone and she was absolutely awesome! I didn't realize all lawn seats would end up in the same place and there really isn't assigned seating. She helped me save almost $100. If not for this I would not have ended up buying the ticket. She was very personable and happy to help me. Excellent customer service! :)

I do not often order tickets to events, but what you charge for a service fee and delivery fee is excessive, beyond what I have experienced in the past. I view this experience more as a bait and switch problem. You get all excited about the event you are purchasing tickets for, and then you get to the page about the billing and you get the big surprise that you need to pay another $60 to get the tickets. Why can't this entertainment business tell you up front what the real charge will be without getting ambushed on the payment page?

The service charge is outrageous! You should be ashamed to rob people in this manner. You are not even printing the tickets or mailing them. I should charge you fifty dollars for my ink and paper. I know everyone is out to make a buck, but this stinks to the high heavens.

It was easy ordering the tickets, but your fees go up for better seats which is a little ridiculous. I was going to purchase tickets near the front but there is no way I'm going to pay inflated fees that cost you no more to process than the seats in sections further back.

I found the site and its pages easy to use, and well organized. I almost choked though, when I saw your fees for processing and administration. Tickets are expensive enough, but your fees are ridiculous.

Easy. But I think it's ridiculous that there was a $52.64 extra charge and a $7.95 delivery charge for an E ticket, To me a delivery charge would be you sending me tickets in the mail. Wow. Amazing how everyone needs more and more money for doing nothing. Disappointing.

My experience was ok. I didn't like how popups came up and said I could save on my tickets and to call a certain number and then the person on the phone tries to con you into signing up for some kind of membership for discounts. This Event Tickets Center makes it easy to purchase tickets and it was easy to see where we would be seated, I would prefer if I could see the rows but overall I enjoy using this website and I would recommend.

I believe that you should quote ticket prices including you fee! 28% markup (without delivery) for a transaction business seems extreme (currency exchange at an airport averages about 11.3%/$300), particularly if you are the only original source for tickets (monopoly?). Competition can't bring this down soon enough for my taste but, I am not sure it will ever be a competitive market?

Fast, quick and efficient. Printed tickets today. The only gripe I have is the service fee of $45.92. This makes my $82 tickets now $104. I could never understand these additional fees where the computer does everything. Any way to have the fee waived? If so I would attend more concerts. Thank you.

Very easy. The charges were clear before agreeing to purchase. My only complaint is that you didn't know what row you were in until you went to payment page and then the seating map was gone. Too bad the fees for ticket purchase is so high. I'm sure the performer isn't making that kind of money. My 5 star is in comparison to other sites. Compared to the real world and other experiences, it would have been 3 stars. Make sense?

I was happy to find that there were still tickets available. But on the other hand, my transaction went from a little over $130 to an almost $200 purchase because of shipping for each ticket. I find that ridiculous and I'm pretty disappointed.

The process was fine, but I honestly think the processing fee per ticket, especially when it's just a pdf file, is excessive. A fee per transaction makes much more sense. I'd love an option where I could get regular old tickets mailed to my house.

Wish PayPal email and delivery email didn't have to be the same. It is inconvenient to switch these out. Many people have old emails from 20 years ago they don't really use anymore and have to use alternates.

The fees are arbitrary and exorbitant. Why is there a delivery fee for something that is emailed to me and I print out?! There also appears to be no rhyme or reason to the added fees. Some tickets have an added fee of $20 per ticket while others are $15. Also, Seats were advertised for sale that were not for sale. When I tried to purchase it said they were not available.

I bought 4 tickets for a Lord Huron concert, was given a confirmation number and received a confirmation email. The next day I received an email stating they could not process my order. I called and they told me my tickets were sold to someone else. I noticed the price of tickets doubled overnight. It looks like they realized they could get a higher price and dumped my order to sell a day later at a higher price. You can buy tickets here but there is NO guarantee they will delivery the goods!! Dissatisfied with high "SERVICE FEES" $50 additional to my Yanni concert ticket price; and what usable service does this provide... that I actually receive the tickets I paid for.
