Brooks & Dunn with Reba concert - I very much liked the manner in which I was able to pick out the location of the tickets. It was easy to locate the section of the concert hall I wanted and the row was even highlighted which made it very easy to see. We are celebrating my husband's birthday, and I wanted to make it special for him. I believe I did that with these tickets. Thanks for making it easy to do.

The purchase process is seamless and quick as well. Seems to be very safe as well. I would suggest that the Arcada find a new ticket handling company. It's sad that the fees are exceptionally high. I have never seen fees so high for a concert with low prices.

Journey/Def Leppard - Extremely easy shopping experience - can't wait for the concert!!! I have waited to see these bands for a long time! I am getting to experience this with my oldest daughter, who has grown up listening to their music and loves them as much as I do. Jawbreaker at Stone Pony - The site was super easy to use and navigate thru. Much easier than Ticketmaster any day. Seems very secure and my tickets were ready to download 15 min after I did it. Perfect. Plus I don't have to remember passwords, account numbers or deal with having to start all over again because it took more than 5 min To complete it.

Ordering our tickets was very fast. The only drawback was the high cost on the fees. We have never had to pay over $40 for two tickets in fees. Never again! We almost wanted to cancel the order for the tickets because of the high fees but we wanted to see George Thorogood for a long time.

Easy but very expensive! $90 service fee is absolutely ridiculous! I’m not very happy about paying that much service fee! $15 maybe but $90 is stupid and criminal!! I’ve seen bigger bands than them for a quarter this amount with very little service fee! Ripping people off is not Kuhn!

Great site. Easy to navigate. Easy to pick out seats. I went to Ticketmaster first, and the only seat available were the VIP. I googled the band I wanted to see and Event Tickets had a slew of seats available! I will be using this site again.

Bought tickets for Man City vs Borussia Dortmund at Soldier Field. Seats seem good, ordering was easy. Hopefully we can do it again. We hope we have fun in Chicago, Illinois, it seems like a great town, we can wait to get there and watch the soccer game, hopefully the weather will be great.

I could not see the exact location of my seats. Perhaps I did not navigate it properly, but buying was very easy. I never recommend a ticket purchasing site because the service fees are too high and I believe my friends can navigate the internet better than I can.

I was able to secure two tickets to take my brother on his 70th birthday to see Heather Land July 20th. I however had a little trouble understanding the site. I was surprised to see tickets that went up to $ 600+. I reloaded and was able to find two for $57 each. As I continue booking concerts and events on your page I believe I will get a better understanding.

The experience was good. The people were nice and helpful that I spoke to on the phone. The tickets were easy to choose from the images given. Something happened on the purchasing of the tickets. I called both your office and Paypal. Apparently, it was on your end.

Website is excellent, you can actually see the view from seats before purchasing the tickets. The only problem I had was my visa card going through. I had to call and let them know, "yes I am making this large purchase."

I had purchased tickets in the past and was browsing for more when I received an email saying I had purchased tickets! I emailed and called and was told to forward the message I had received. Didn’t hear anything back until my 4th attempt to contact them. They sent me several other customer emails, two were having the same issue. Mind you - I never received tickets - paper or electronic - just an email with an order number which read I would receive instructions for downloading my tickets once my order was “confirmed.” My cc said they will refund the amount charged but it’s a sad state of affairs when companies won’t fix their mistakes or make sure it doesn’t keep happening. So, I will be contacting the FL State AG’s office and suggest prosecution and will report to the BBB (although they already have an “F” rating).

The tickets to this game is the number one game of all. GO DALLAS. If would have known it was this easy to buy tickets online I would have done it a long time ago and it being locate will that makes it more Appealing. Thank you for having this site. I will be using it more now.

Unsure of what service is being provided at $20 per ticket. I think the service fee is bogus mainly because it's one transaction but the fee applies to the number of tickets purchased. Easy to navigate website, made it very quick to locate a concert and seats. For me, the difference between a 4 and 5 is the ability to see the view of the stadium while you're looking at the seats. I had to go to Seatgeek.com to see the view, would be nice to have already integrated while looking on this site.

It was very hard to find the location to add the promo code & I wasn't able to check out. No notice as to why or what but it has been three days and finally was able to purchase tickets. Also, the continued add-ons when you get checked out is unacceptable. Everything should be factored into the ticket, not adding on multiple additional costs. Also - not even sure why I need to purchase insurance for my $50 tickets, never have I had to do that. Again, another unnecessary expense. My tickets should be sent via email regardless.

I have no idea where my seats are other than the 6th row. Doesn't show if the orchestra pit is or was even available for purchase. I've never been to this location so I'm not sure if where I'm sitting is the best or if my seats are even together prior to purchase.

I have no way to purchase the tickets in person so to charge nearly $12 service fee per ticket was nearly a third the cost of the already expensive tickets. I could see if I was purchasing 4 tickets on 4 transactions but this is seriously excessive! Stop extorting fans!

It was very easy to buy the tickets - easy to navigate the website. However the service fees seem very large. When the service fee is 25% of the cost of the tickets I almost didn't buy them. If you are able to lower this fee, it would be very helpful for the consumer. When you go in planning to spend one amount and come out spending $150 more it is painful.

I think that additional charges for tickets is very deceitful. Just charge the face value, if you aren't charging enough please add that on to the front end. It makes everyone involved seem greedy and uncaring. Just thinking out loud.

Event Tickets Center is so easy to use - you do all the work - find tickets for us and you make it easy to purchase them - we print the tickets online and then we are ready to go and enjoy the show! Our family has been able to check off -bucket list concerts.

On top of the price then to add additional fees is outrageous. I just think the price per ticket is too much. Why not disclose that upfront, and charge only one fee. I recommend a flat fee of say 25.00 but not an outrageous fee for each ticket. It's a kids show.

I chose these Event Tickets because you had decent seats at a decent price, until you tack on your service fees. $89.04 for $159 concert tickets, a 28% fee? Then $15 dollars for a $12 dollar parking pass. You guys must be government affiliated. I'll return to Ticketmaster for future purchases.

A couple suggestions for a better experience next time. First when you look at ticket prices they seem fine then you tack on what appears to be 10 dollars in fees which you do not describe at all what those fees are or communicated when selecting tickets that there will be processing fees or whatever name you might give the fee. I want to be able to know what I will be spending up front, not find out at the end. Second issue I have is that you cannot create cart in order to purchase additional items like my parking pass. I now have to complete a separate transaction because your system takes you straight to the screen to purchase and does not allow you to add anything else. These are not huge issues to fix and if I see them again I will most likely avoid using your service in the future.

The website was impossible to use on my iPhone and the service charge to sell 2 tickets... Over $260 is ridiculous!!! Surely you can do better. That is just too much money to try to collect for self service ticket purchases.

The on-line ordering experience isn't anything special and the 18.00+ x 3 Zoo Tunes tickets I will get in e-mail and print myself is absolutely ridiculous - which is why more people don't go to concerts here - especially the hour it takes to park. If I wasn't recovering from Knee surgery I would go and buy them in person. A one time fee for the bulk tickets I can understand but the same fee for each ticket for one purchase is frickin highway robbery. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I won't be contributing to the zoo this year in any other way in lieu of my service fee.

Very quick and easy site to order. However, sliding in an incredibly HIGH $23.34 service fee and a delivery fee (this is electronic delivery so what costs are there?) followed by a "highly recommended" protect your ticket charge is GOUGING at its best. All of this makes your nice site more than "sketchy". You should rethink your customer service.

The seat information on this site could be upgraded. The same concert, at another venue, the next night allows you to choose your seat. Just saying... that would be nicer. There isn't much detail about seating on this site. You could also add picture views from seat sections.

I had originally tried to book tickets on Ticketmaster, but they added another $25 dollars to each ticket. I found tickets here for less and the service charges were also less. The only negative I have would be that I don't know the exact seats, just the section and the row number.
