Ordering tickets was very easy and straightforward. I would not hesitate to order from this website in the future. We are pleased to see concerts where the oldies from the 1960's, '70s and '80s are still played the ticket prices are affordable. There is no way we could afford $200 tickets to see Reba. Now, I'm just hoping for nice weather the evening of the concert. :-)

Booking tickets were pretty easy although it would have been nice to find pit tickets. Please contact if pit tickets come available or either meet and greet. Also please contact if closer seats become available, we would actually like to sit on the stage if possible okay? Thanks.

Ordering online was easy. However, it didn't tell you until the purchase was completed that there was 2 additional fees. I understand that there will be fees but a delivery fee would not be necessary in order to just print the ticket or pick up at will call. Also, I am in Houston and a mail stamp cost less than a dollar so I don't understand the $7.95 delivery fee. We are a attending this concert for a memorial of a friend passing.

No problems when ordering. Guidelines were accurate. I would prefer going to a office or station to purchase my tickets, but it seems that ordering online is the only way to receive tickets for any events during the dates from 2000.

Very easy to order and print tickets. Would be nice to see where the purchased seat is located, also do you have a handicap section? My husband has back injury and often cannot seat in regular seat areas and needs extra leg space.

At this point I cannot comment until we have attended the concert. I have not received my confirmation. The tickets have been secured. The fees for the tickets seem to be a little high in cost for processing fees but they will be worth it once we have seen the concert.

The experience was quick and easy! And the ticket protection was a major plus! The only thing I'd say needs improvement was the concert arena map. It was difficult to gauge where our seats would be and of course that's the most important part when selecting your area. Other than that, the service was lovely.

Why am I being charged for an email, sent by a system/robot to my email inbox? If you do the math of the percentage I am being charged from my $50 ticket price... It's +20% of the ticket price. That’s outrageous.

I was able to purchase my tickets quickly and easily. And, the seating map made quick work of selecting great seats! The seat map can be improved by being more user friendly because I was a little confused as to where seats were available.

Tickets for Generation Axe - Purchasing experience was good. Service charges are too high, but experience was straightforward and easy. When ordering tickets for the matinee for Lion King October 20, 2018 each step was easy to follow with concise and easy to follow instructions. Loved being able to use a coupon to buy tickets to this concert!! Would use this site more often if coupons were regularly sent out via e-mail. Tickets are usually for a good price, however, the service fee takes the total up way more than what is fair, in my opinion. Especially for a print-at-home ticket.

All I want for a ticket site, fast and simple. I will use it for future events either. The e-ticket option is very useful and avoid unnecessary printouts. The only negative point is the service fee, it is quite expensive when you got more than a couple of tickets.

Brooks & Dunn with Reba concert - I very much liked the manner in which I was able to pick out the location of the tickets. It was easy to locate the section of the concert hall I wanted and the row was even highlighted which made it very easy to see. We are celebrating my husband's birthday, and I wanted to make it special for him. I believe I did that with these tickets. Thanks for making it easy to do.

The purchase process is seamless and quick as well. Seems to be very safe as well. I would suggest that the Arcada find a new ticket handling company. It's sad that the fees are exceptionally high. I have never seen fees so high for a concert with low prices.

Jawbreaker at Stone Pony - The site was super easy to use and navigate thru. Much easier than Ticketmaster any day. Seems very secure and my tickets were ready to download 15 min after I did it. Perfect. Plus I don't have to remember passwords, account numbers or deal with having to start all over again because it took more than 5 min To complete it.

Ordering our tickets was very fast. The only drawback was the high cost on the fees. We have never had to pay over $40 for two tickets in fees. Never again! We almost wanted to cancel the order for the tickets because of the high fees but we wanted to see George Thorogood for a long time.

Bought tickets for Man City vs Borussia Dortmund at Soldier Field. Seats seem good, ordering was easy. Hopefully we can do it again. We hope we have fun in Chicago, Illinois, it seems like a great town, we can wait to get there and watch the soccer game, hopefully the weather will be great.

I was able to secure two tickets to take my brother on his 70th birthday to see Heather Land July 20th. I however had a little trouble understanding the site. I was surprised to see tickets that went up to $ 600+. I reloaded and was able to find two for $57 each. Website is excellent, you can actually see the view from seats before purchasing the tickets. The only problem I had was my visa card going through. I had to call and let them know, "yes I am making this large purchase."

I had purchased tickets in the past and was browsing for more when I received an email saying I had purchased tickets! I emailed and called and was told to forward the message I had received. Didn’t hear anything back until my 4th attempt to contact them. They sent me several other customer emails, two were having the same issue. Mind you - I never received tickets - paper or electronic - just an email with an order number which read I would receive instructions for downloading my tickets once my order was “confirmed.” My cc said they will refund the amount charged but it’s a sad state of affairs when companies won’t fix their mistakes or make sure it doesn’t keep happening. So, I will be contacting the FL State AG’s office and suggest prosecution and will report to the BBB (although they already have an “F” rating).

Easy to navigate website, made it very quick to locate a concert and seats. For me, the difference between a 4 and 5 is the ability to see the view of the stadium while you're looking at the seats. I had to go to Seatgeek.com to see the view, would be nice to have already integrated while looking on this site.

Don't know what to say. The 49.00 extra to buy the tickets was not nice to have added to the costs. It would be nice if you just added the cost to the tickets so people knew what the cost was when looking for the tickets in the first place.

A $21 service fee to buy 2 tickets worth $78 is outrageous. You run a ticket website, it's not like your "amazing customer service" even protects what I paid for so why ** are you charging 25% for "customer service"?

Liked the site. Very clear to know where your tickets are located by the highlighting in the venue. Easy to enter phone numbers because you started putting in and didn't have to put parenthesis or dash for phone #. Prices were steep but didn't want to miss out on tickets for Ellen's show.

I have never used this site in the past but if it goes well I would use it again in the future. I was disappointed that the service fee was so high. I am looking forward to a fun experience. I did like the ease of the site to check back and forth to where the view would be. I also liked that it did not time me out to order which seats I wanted.

It was very hard to find the location to add the promo code & I wasn't able to check out. No notice as to why or what but it has been three days and finally was able to purchase tickets. Also, the continued add-ons when you get checked out is unacceptable. Everything should be factored into the ticket, not adding on multiple additional costs. Also - not even sure why I need to purchase insurance for my $50 tickets, never have I had to do that. Again, another unnecessary expense. My tickets should be sent via email regardless.

I prefer ticket websites that allow you see the exact location of the seats you are purchasing. This site only gives a vendor or venue description of the seat location and that is not enough information for me. Other than that, the purchasing process was smooth.

The process of getting tickets was easy enough, The processing and handling fees and service fees are ridiculous! All it costs the automated system is to email me my tickets (free) and for 2 tickets, it was $47.00 in fees. Really is highway robbery!

It was very easy to buy the tickets - easy to navigate the website. However the service fees seem very large. When the service fee is 25% of the cost of the tickets I almost didn't buy them. If you are able to lower this fee, it would be very helpful for the consumer. When you go in planning to spend one amount and come out spending $150 more it is painful.

I think that additional charges for tickets is very deceitful. Just charge the face value, if you aren't charging enough please add that on to the front end. It makes everyone involved seem greedy and uncaring. Just thinking out loud.

Event Tickets Center is so easy to use - you do all the work - find tickets for us and you make it easy to purchase them - we print the tickets online and then we are ready to go and enjoy the show! Our family has been able to check off -bucket list concerts.
