Price is right and I found it very easy to get tickets and am so excited to take my sister for her 70th birthday celebration! She is an amazing sister as well as the best great grandmother ever! This will be such a good memory for us to share.

Only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't pick the seats. Only the section. If you could improve on that feature it would make it a lot better. Also, having to un-click a section after checking the price was kind of annoying. Other than that it was fast and easy to check out.

Everything went very smooth. No issues and it went very quick. Thank you very much for the tickets and I hope when we get to the concert everything will go smooth as well. Can't wait to see this in person.

My wife purchased tickets for the Christian band MercyMe. She paid $100/ticket and we just saw the same section through Ticketmaster for $25/ticket. Shame on you for preying on the unknowing. "Market value" my **. You guys are con artists.

I was very pleased But However I am buying these tickets for my son & daughter in law and they actually live in that state where the concert is & I want them sent to him & there is no place to do that.

My sisters and I decided to take my aunt and mother to see the Nutcracker at MPAC in NJ. We agreed to December 21st so I Googled (on my phone) tickets for MPAC and this site came up. I was afraid we wouldn't be able to get tickets for long so I quickly ordered what was offered. When I received the email I pulled up the tickets and saw the face value, so I looked up MPAC again and realized I didn't actually get the tickets from MPAC. $100 a ticket for seats that are on face value $29. I feel like I was robbed...they are literally the worst seats and I paid 3 times the amount for the tickets. There is no way, even on a resale site that there were that may fees to warrant 3x's the amount of the ticket! Mad as hell! They are preying on people.

Buying tickets was so easy. I am 70 and did it. I am going with my daughter who is a breast cancer survivor. I am taking her as a gift. Newsboys are our favorite band and I am so blessed to be able to see them with my daughter.

The only issue I had with this service is that I was unable to see exactly where my seats were, only the row I was in. I am buying for a group of 6, and I would like to know if our seats were in the middle, or at the end.

I went to purchase tickets for Stomp at the Broadway Playhouse in Chicago for December 21st. I thought I found the venue site. It said the best tickets were in Row G for about $130. I didn't think there were many left, so I quickly bought them. With $75 in fees it was over $300. Getting the receipt, it said it wasn't the venue and was a third party. When I found the venue site, The tickets for even better seats were $74 and with fees not more than $100 a ticket. Almost all the seats were available. I quickly tried to contact to reverse the transaction. They responded with a sales are final and don't even try to dispute it or they will take it to a credit bureau. These seats were over $100 more than they should have been, and they initially wouldn't say where they were. They: 1) misrepresented who they were, 2) wouldn't disclose the seat locations, 3) blatantly ripped me off with the price.

The checkout was fast, much faster than other sites. There was a nice visual diagram of stadium and the seat locations. The prices were listed in increasing order which was very helpful. The site indicated an additional service fee would be added, which was good to know on checkout. I would use this site again.

Fast & Clean purchase of tickets. This concert is at Notre Dame Stadium on October 20, 2018. I am very much looking forward to Garth Brooks & Trish Yearwood playing at the Notre Dame venue. This concert starts at 7:00 in the evening.

The site was easy to use. The seating chart was large enough to tell where the seats were located in relation to the stage, aisles and exits. The prices quoted on the site were comparable to prices offered by the producer of the concert. I would be happy to recommend this to a friend.

I wanted to take my son to the King and Country concert at the Ryman in Nashville, Tennessee this weekend. I thought I was buying direct from the Ryman and instead got transferred to this nightmare site. I have spent hours on the phone, POSTPONED my entire trip, been routed to a different customer service line, offered to get a rebate of $25.00 for tickets I don't even have, left voicemails, sent emails, and it does not look like I will even get to take my son to this concert and have lost my money on this debacle. Concert is less than 48 hours away and NO tickets! I will NEVER use this site again and will make it my mission in life to tell everyone I know NEVER to use this site. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! BOOK DIRECTLY FROM THE CONCERT VENUE! NEVER A THIRD PARTY!

The site was very easy to navigate. You were able to see exactly where the different price points showed up in the theater. Even with the high fees, the tickets are still cheaper than other sites. So far I have had a good experience.

As far as the ease of the purchase of the Greta Van Fleet tickets, it was a wonderful experience. Will be able to further review once the tickets arrive. As long as the tickets arrive before the concert, I will be happy with my purchase.

I love shopping for Blue Jackets tickets using this site but I am concerned about mobile tickets. You see, I do not have a smart phone and there were tickets that I really wanted but could not buy for that reason. I guess I just want to know why certain seats are unavailable for any delivery method but mobile? Is this a seller's choice?

I bought tickets to a concert. About a week before the main band dropped off the show. I emailed Event Tickets requesting a refund. I didn’t hear from them the whole 3 times I emailed. I then called. The representative told me there was absolutely nothing they could do: that since the show wasn’t technically cancelled they couldn’t do anything. She recommend I sell the tickets. I was peeved, but definitely not going to the show. So I posted them on StubHub. I had someone purchase 1 of the 3 total.

The information when purchasing the tickets says the tickets are together unless notified. I'd like to see the location of the tickets on the seating chart to know that. Also, to pay an extra $$ for tickets on the same row in the same section it would be nice to be able to tell what the difference is in seat location. Without actually being able to see where the seats are & that they are together is a little unsettling.

Event is not until tomorrow so it’s hard to tell how it will go. But other than that, I have not received any updates about the show and what to expect. I’m not even sure exactly where my seat location would be in the stadium.

The overall purchase experience is good, but the fee you are charging per ticket is too high in my judgment, particularly in consideration of the rationale given for that cost. I think that a lower fee would allow you to be more competitive in this space. Failing that, you should do a better job in justifying the fee, as the current rationale comes across as a bit patronizing.

I purchased 2 tickets for $252 ($126 each) for a Dwight Yoakum under the impression that they were reserved seat tickets. When I received the tickets, I saw that they were general admission tickets valued at $40 each. I called the Event Tickets Center customer support thinking that a mistake must have been made. The representative explained that the ticket prices were based on the market value (i.e. supply and demand), and that that I had paid $126 for $40 tickets because of that. It then dawned on me that ETC had artificially inflated the price of the tickets, and I commented to the support person that ETC is a ticket scalper. She made no reply.

I had a great experience making a booking for play tickets. Today when time is of essence, having a great booking engine that has fewer screens and ease in navigation is extremely critical. Well done and good luck for your expansion.

These tickets from them are over $100 more expensive than the tickets through the vendor. In fact, the cheaper vendor tickets were better seats. Also the fees were not made clear until after purchase, and they were ridiculous. After getting the receipt in my email, I immediately thought it was a scam company.

Bought tickets for Trans Siberian Orchestra accidentally thinking this was an official site for the venue. Tickets were more than $100 more expensive than through the official site (almost double). Was surprised by the outrageous handling fee applied. Refused to refund the tickets when calling 10 minutes after the purchase.

Not very happy about the service fee! $150.00 tickets ended up costing $205.00! Ugh really hate that! Not even up close, hope my 89 year old mother will be able to see him (Pasquale Esposito)! Easy to search, find and pay for tickets! Was able to find exactly what I wanted in less than 3 minutes flat! No crazy fees added on at the end to have crazy sticker shock right as you are about to hit pay.

Very easy to locate seats and link to purchase screens, HOWEVER, there were SIGNIFICANT additional fees for each ticket that WERE NOT displayed in the cost per seat. $85 seats magically turned into $115 seats. NOT COOL!!! The actual cost should be communicated IN FULL PRIOR TO PURCHASE - it's only ethical!!!

The process was easy and straightforward. I wasn't expecting the processing fee to be 1/2 the price of the ticket, but such is the world as we now know it. I certainly hope my husband and daughter enjoy their night at the concert!!

I would be to upgrade seating chart to allow for picking of your seats. The process went well. I didn't like the fact I could not pick my seats. I could not see my seat numbers until the purchase was complete. The service fee was outrageous.

When I purchased my ticket I was only told row number. Not seat number. This is hard when trying to order with other family members. When showing tickets that are available they should also include seat numbers. Now I am not sure if my cousin and I have seats next to each other or not.

Tickets were double the original price which I was willing to pay but then they added an additional $66 service charge per ticket. Original ticket price $95.50. My ticket price $251.20. Of course the tickets have the original ticket holder's name on them. Will not know if the tickets are good until I get to the concert.

The webside "Event Tickets Center" is great, very easy to find everything and to book your desired event, the payment is also easy. Would wish websites like yours also from other ticket sellers from Switzerland. On the way to see the Coyotes a second time.

Our tickets were almost center (just slightly left) on the seating chart. When we arrived at Red Rocks, our seats were the last four on the left. We could have had better seats in General Admission for hundreds of dollars less. I am extremely disappointed.

I purchased tickets from Events Tickets Center in May 2018 for a concert in September 2018. The tickets were to be mailed. They never arrived. When I called, thru My Ticket Tracker, two days before the event, I was told the tickets would be at “Will Call”. The day of the event, I called Will Call to verify - no tickets. I called again and was told the tickets were double sold and we didn’t have tickets any longer. Ruined my wife’s birthday, my day, and left me angry!!! Don’t use this company if you truly want to attend an event. They are horrible!

I tried to buy tickets from the theatre itself and the process was not user friendly - Your site - though more expensive - was a breeze! The Emerson theatre site would not let me buy tickets until I read pages of terms - which I did read but there was no box to check off that it was read so my order could not be placed.

Willie Nelson tickets at WinStar - Good very hard to find seats. Would like the seats highlighted good. Did not Agee with service fee. It was too high. Why is there a service fee anyway. I do not understand this.

It was a smooth process to purchase the tickets for the concert. I ordered tickets to a concert back in March and the concert is tomorrow and I have yet to receive my tickets in the mail or anything. They said they would ship September 18 and they would send me an email and I have got neither an email nor my tickets. I did not spend $200 on tickets and not even get to go. I’m very ticked off.

It was easy to set the filter. I don’t know if I got the best view - couldn’t really see a seat number. The row is not clear - just the section. It would be better to select a seat number. Also - seems like the price selected really grew due to taxes.

Fees too high above face value. 100 above the face value is also crazy. I purchased the tickets so my granddaughter who loves Frozen could have a great time for her birthday and 1 month after her Kidney transplant.

Went online and Google searched tickets for my concert of interest and selected a link on the mobile site where no information of policies is visible. Purchased tickets and insurance and printed tickets out. I quickly realized I paid more than the ticket are worth. I immediately went onto Ticketmaster and noticed tickets are still available and for wholesale price. I immediately classed customer service who transferred me to someone else who just kept saying all sales are final. I explained how I never went to the site because I selected a link that took me directly to the purchase from Google. She said, "Well I am sorry if you missed it but all sales are final." I then asked her, "Why did I pay for insurance then?" She said all sales are final.

I was shopping online for event tickets to a concert. I found two tickets at 111 dollars a piece from this company and purchased then thinking it was the appropriate price for the tickets. I found out within 5 mins of purchase that the tickets retail for 29 dollars a piece. I tried to call Event Tickets Center numerous times to stop the transaction however no one answered. I sent an email with no reply. I called again the next morning and spoke to a customer service rep with no customer service skills who told me simply that all sales are final and they can't refund. The tickets haven't shipped yet which means they still have them, so if they really wanted to do what was right they could but instead they would rather I write scathing reviews about them on every social media website possible. I'm out 300 dollars now for a concert that should have cost me 60 dollars.

So far, I am pleased with the experience, as it was quick and easy. The hotel choices, hotel reservations, main attractions were very adequate and informational. The site was easy to understand and easy to complete. I was very happy when I finished the requested information needed.

My recommendation is to add the seat numbers to be more specific on the location of seating. This appears to be a reputable company. With that said, they are a resale company, they buy tickets for events and resell them, typically for a huge markup (in my case 3x the price). If an event is sold out, and you're willing to pay because you can no longer acquire tickets elsewhere, I would recommend them. If you can buy your tickets at face value, I would obviously recommend that. The venue we went to somehow redirected us to the Events Ticket Center website when I purchased my tickets, I thought I was buying at face value direct from the venue only to learn hours later that I had purchased from a 3rd party seller (Events Ticket Center). When I did figure out how to purchase from the venue, tickets were only 30.00 each. The tickets I purchased through Event Ticket Center were 98.00 each.

The Service fee of $19 is far too expensive. It's ridiculous and should never be that high. The service fee was almost as much as the ticket itself, and I can't imagine how that can be justified. You should really work on that.

Ordered two concerts tics two months ago for a concert on 8/11/18. Received an email saying the tics would be available 8/9/18. On 8/10/18, I had received nothing. Called their CS and was told not to worry the tics would be in my flashseats account within the hour. Two hours later, no tics. Called CS again. Now the tics will be available tomorrow at lunchtime (the same day of the concert). Was guaranteed several times that I would have tics. On 8/11/18 at noon, still no tics. Called CS again. They can't do anything, I just need to keep refreshing my flashseats app. Tickets are guaranteed before the concert. I said I didn't want to drive an hour and a half to the venue without tics. They said tics are guaranteed, it won't be a problem. Drove to the venue. Still no tics.

We needed good seats late and on short notice to what appeared to be a sold out concert for a very popular musician. I was able to secure great seats very easily. I would like to know if our seats are on the aisle or in the middle. This information is not available. I had to select our seats without knowing exactly where we'll be seated. Poor information, especially if dealing with a medical problem that makes it difficult to get to the center of a row.

DO NOT use this company for tickets. I ordered tickets in June, and as of a week ago I still had not received them (and it was 4 days before the event.) The event we were going to was not in our city, so we needed to book a hotel and everything. I was waiting on the tickets before booking the hotel, and since I hadn't received them my husband and I decided to call to get a refund. When I called, they said the tickets were being uploaded tonight and because of that they couldn't give me a refund. My husband then called and at first they acted like it was normal not to get the tickets until right before the event, but later admitted they uploaded them because I called.

I am excited to celebrate my 50th birthday (on the 12th of October) with Matthew West and Jeremy Camp. I was surprised to see over $45 in processing fees, and then to be asked for another $6.99 to insure the tickets. Oh well.

Tickets to Bill Engvall - BUYER BEWARE when purchasing tickets from Event Tickets Center. It's true that the process is extremely easy. However, the total cost of tickets from this retailer resulted in us paying nearly four times as much as a ticket from other ticket offices. Unfortunately, we were suckered in as all sales are final, and we paid nearly $300 in additional costs. Never again will we use e-tickets, and never will we recommend someone using this site.

The ticket locations were confusing, tickets were different prices but the location for the $38 ticket was listed general admission the same as the $44 ticket.

I was disappointed to see that there was no way to see where the seats I was buying were located in the theater. Both in terms of a visual map and that I was never given the seat numbers for the potential tickets I would be purchasing. Without these numbers I can't tell if we were in the middle of the section or by the aisle which makes a huge difference!

I thought your seating chart should be better detailed showing the location to the stage and obstructions that may be in the view. That was lacking. Also too pricey. The fees were enough but then to charge to deliver them is ridiculous.

I purchased concert tickets 1/03/18, concert is today and I still have not received the tickets. I had called twice yesterday, first call was told for $40 they would put in a request to transfer tickets to me. By 9 pm I still had not received the tickets. I called again and was told they have put the urgent request in and are working on it and to watch my email. I called at 8 am and the rep told me it looks like they had sent the tickets to me by email yesterday at 4 pm which I never received (checked my email and junk email). So now another “urgent” ticket has been placed to send me the tickets when they open at 9 am! The concert is 3 hrs away and doors open at 4. My confirmation when I originally purchased these tickets said the tickets would be delivered no later than August 2nd. I paid 1087.00 for 4 tickets AFTER the added fees and cost. What a mess! I will never use this vendor again.

We are pleased to see concerts where the oldies from the 1960's, '70s and '80s are still played the ticket prices are affordable. There is no way we could afford $200 tickets to see Reba. Ordering online was easy. However, it didn't tell you until the purchase was completed that there was 2 additional fees. I understand that there will be fees but a delivery fee would not be necessary in order to just print the ticket or pick up at will call. Also, I am in Houston and a mail stamp cost less than a dollar so I don't understand the $7.95 delivery fee. We are a attending this concert for a memorial of a friend passing.

Very easy to order and print tickets. Would be nice to see where the purchased seat is located, also do you have a handicap section? My husband has back injury and often cannot seat in regular seat areas and needs extra leg space.

At this point I cannot comment until we have attended the concert. I have not received my confirmation. The tickets have been secured. The fees for the tickets seem to be a little high in cost for processing fees but they will be worth it once we have seen the concert.
